Posted a letter of the a few posts back. On that one I had paid just £10 and I reacted angrily to the fact that they sent this as I was a couple of days late and told them of my health problems.
I warned them and I warned them.
Today I get this letter, note how its exactly the same as the last from a week or so ago and yet it states I have paid £30?!
So now I email British Telecom and tell them that this Mackenzie Hall and feck off! I pay them directly if they want the cash now!
Remember I approached them and gave THEM the terms, NOT the other way around!!
