As well as other things being quite deliberately Doctored, while in some areas not actually fixed or even touched, here we have a link of the test results of school children being altered!
No industry or public organisation seems to be clean these days,_in fact I works be hard pushed to find any private companies and doubtful indeed for public services that they are not deceiving everyone including their own staff.
