Dear Sirs
I received a phone call from someone starting that the two reports I was sent regarding my official complaint were being retracted and dealt with again.
I was told I would receive an email confirmation regarding this but has yet to arrive.
Can you confirm this and explain which department is dealing with my complaint?
Or can you explain that this has not occurred because of the involvement of the PHSO?
Yours sincerely
Martin Haswell BSc
