Barnet Hospital's Katherine (Catherine) Johnston...

Before an appointment with Dr Ray (or Day) and Julian Livingstone I was asked to attend a meeting with two people. Half way through I realised they were going to refuse to see me based on violence and put this to them. They denied this but the following day a letter arrived that stated that if I did turn up to the meeting, just prior to the appointment, they would not see me with violence being the reason.

Because I wrote an angry letter because I had waited over 6 months and thought they have conveniently forgotten about me and accused them of it too.

THE COLD COLD HEARTED

Despite what the title states there is some good be news concerning a  campaign to provide drugs to Alice, a cancer patient I previously covered.

Yet it was not the campaign that did anything as it states in the link below that NHS England refused and that was despite the campaign for signatures. Though admittedly I have no idea if the campaign is still live or how many signatures it had when the NHS said no one again.

I just realised how odd a concept it is that the majority of the public can demand what is done with their own taxes and the vampires that live the high life on them case an say no? Lol.

Anyway good news came in the form of a, shock horror, charity! This may well be the first evidence I have ever heard of, of a charity actually doing something? But then I do have a bad and patchy memory, lol.

TWO NHS DEPARTMENTS, PALS AND PHSO FOURTH EMAIL

Here is yet another email and is now four over the last month after not receiving replies from much earlier than this.

At the end of the day when you bare all about what you know about corruption, not someone just wanting to label all and sundry as corrupt as that kind of defeats the object, and they then start refusing to answer then this looks bad on them and is not of my doing.

Just wanted to be crystal clear on this matter. If they later turn out not to be corrupt but whining and blaming me that everyone thinks they are ... STOP! NO!

If people drive an impression based on your actions, or indeed inaction when someone keeps emailing you then this is down to yourselves and no one else.

I am and I bloody well repeat for the umpteenth time only interested in those knowingly taking the public's taxes while NOT performing said tasks they claim to those that pay their wages that which they have claimed.

Dear Sirs

As I am in my hotmail account doing some house clearing I may as well contact everyone yet again.

As a result of that I already informed you about and for no more than not accepting being lied to and accepting a false claim that I am a liar, who then refused to listen to the recording I told you I made, I am now being ignored by everyone and as such being refused both drugs and treatment.

Which will look bad to my recently discovered half a million viewers because after all they treat and provide drugs for muggers, rapists and murderers but here is the not so grand NHS now refusing to prescribe me the bare essential drugs and kicking me off registers at exactly a time when my prescriptions are due as if to teach me a lesson for trying to tell the truth about them.

Now just in case you had any doubts about me or what I said at all, pure folly I assure you, and in case I forget to mention it here is my email which is why everyone is now incompetently ignoring me which only serves to make them look bad on my blog. Of course each time I correspond and am then ignored the worse it looks.

This self destruction will not be of my making, even though I did largely set this up as much just in case further attempts to discredit me and my name by way of slander and libel, they would do well to read bout about these laws, were to take place to discredit that I had already achieved.

That no one in the UK does that which they claim to a receive a extremely large budget from the taxpayer for. I simply set the traps it is completely down to the guilt parties whether or not they walk into them.

EMAIL TO NHS ENGLAND ... AGAIN

I have now emailed NHS England ... AGAIN, to request another GP only this time things are going to be very different, of this I can assure you!

I never thought I would be doing this in all honesty despite being told at my first appointment that a Fibromyalgia Department does not exist within the NHS. Maybe they thought they had better try that one as they know what happaned when they told my that they did have a Podiatry Department but did not see anyone between the ages of 16 and 65?! Whiy of course that makes FECKING sense!

Dear Sirs

I am assuming you got my last email?

I am in need of another GP but then you should already know this, right?

I have now been recording and have all my meeting and all my appointments at both GP Surgeries and all the hospitals I also attended and along with the contradictory letters have published them on my blog. I am sure you have all been scrutinising it of late. I also now hope it has hit home very hard with those within the NHS that thought they could outwit me and out think me and now realise that they have very seriously underestimated me in a way that will reverberate for a very, very long time to come?

I have now been kicked off the surgery which is the second time and refused my repeat prescription drugs, once again for the second time in a row purely because I do not like being manipulated and lied to.

This is not looking good for the NHS on my blog and if I suffer now as a result of withdrawal symptoms from the drugs I will make sure that every single symptom, nausea and pain felt will be completely described on my blog as and when it happens.

I need a GP that has not been corrupted or that lies to patients about certain conditions, drugs and existence, or indeed non-existence, of NHS departments and drugs. The only way I can get a GP that I can trust and that is something you all seriously over looked because as I told Dr Manish Kumar the one person that any one individual needs to rely on is there DOCTOR!

THE TABLE DISAPLYED WITH CARDS

Yes I always have a good idea or two or a plan or two up my sleeve at any one time.

In recent times you have seen me go at a great number of public services all at the same time, it just so happens that another very big one went south for the winter but I am not covering it, or rather already did and cannot be bothered. You have also witnessed how all of a sudden and all at the same time that I have emailed everyone for an explanation and just as I predicted the lines of communication have fallen deathly silent?

Note how I have also requested a new GP that has not been corrupted from NHS England and I have not had a response?! Lol!

This is still the same today and after roughly three emails each the grapevine has shut up shop. Of course I know why this is and the reasons consist of one or two things...

First the obvious in that everyone is corrupt and are now crapping their underpants like there is no tomorrow and I dare day that many a cleaner has quite and refused to clean out the office toilets anymore for fear of disease not to mention the foul aroma?! LMAO!

The second reason is that I have just scared the living bejesus out of everyone and some foolish people think that I just want to label everyone as corrupt?

Well ... NO.

However it is a good idea and is hows my readers that I can formulate not just little plans but the grandest of plans that will get noticed ... by all.

But I simply do not know if everyone is guilty. I can only say that I have not had any proof that any organisations are on the up and up and genuine. At the same time I do not want any organisations that do a genuine job, well the smaller ones that is, and are not deserving of blame ... well getting any undue blame, lol.

So of the two I know nothing of I have sent them the following email and as just about all of them are now well aware of this blog I am explaining this right here and right now for anyone else that I cannot think of to see.

Simply put if your not guilty of anything then I simply am not interested in you but will state that you should think twice about any actions, or indeed as in this case inactions, that will you look guilty when you are not.

I am simply NOT interested in doing this and anyone that did think this or thought this or ... umm sorry if this was your plan ... but those that are guilty that thought about giving out this story ... err sorry, NO DICE!

Currently this email has been sent to just two organisations and that is PALS to liaison people to do with the NHS and though I did state previously that I was not impressed by their laidback attitude that does not mean they are in ... umm cohoots with the corrupt ones within the NHS. Well I have to leave something for other budding journalists, decent ones that is, to discover. Plus I am getting rather tired of all this it must be said.

Saying that I should add that not only is it approaching a time I should simply stop, in the active pursuits that is, but I am finding hard to even think of anything else I can do or go after. The NHS pursuit is most definitely at an end that is outside of the outstanding decisions and correspondences.

Dear Sirs

With regards my last email I would like to inquire as to what happens now?

The letter I provided you from Guy's Hospital, although it claims to be everyone I know both online and off think the NHS have been intercepting my letters and altering them and it does appear this way.

Need I remind you that neither Guy's Hospital nor my GP had my medical records and yet two thirds of the single sided A4 letter consisted of my medical records.

It also contains a lie which simply cannot be excused or given an excuse for.

It also contains a pretty serious omission and this is just one in a long line and everything I did was to catch them at it, as was every time I was seen previously and I do not think I need go into all the little things that goes with the misleading and lying to patients? Like all the running around we do in pain?

In my endeavours, as is well documented on my now infamous blog, I intended to show exactly who did what and for whom. This included any go betweens and governing bodies and despite recently lied to yet again by my current GP, by stating that by secretly recording a whole bunch of GP's and 7 Hospitals lying and falsifying documents and tests I broke the law.

Umm no! Anyone in a public service is paid for my the public and answerable to the public for the service they provide for the monies, or budget, they receive. If anyone on my hit list has since cosied up to the very people they are meant to govern, keep an eye on and act against on behalf of the public is their own fault and must suffer the consequences and of course the backlash from the public when the time comes.

I am also not into making any public service, associated ombudsman, complaints departments or liaison service into something they are not. Only those that do not do what they are paid for, or only do things as a tokenism gesture to convince the people or the media they are worthy of said salaries.

Anyone genuine has nothing to fear.

However I should warn you that if anyone is simply now living in fear that I will do all to blacken their name then this is not the case at all. If it so turns out that this is the case then I advise you now not to do this because lack of communication will make you look bad when your not guilty of anything.

This also applies to those that have been used and manipulated by other powers without their knowledge.

It should also be added that those that have knowingly acted by order of others are just as guilty as those that order such actions.

I know not of your level of guilt in all this. So just for the record, do not drag your own name into something if it does not belong there as I simply was never interested in anyone innocent and I was never, EVER interested in just having a target or in other words front line staff willing to fall on their swords.

The very purpose of my endeavours was to find out what is wrong with the British system, where it is wrong and then highlight this to the British public so that changes to improve the system can take effect.

I do have a daughter and two grandchildren who have had extremely bad lives themselves and I would like to change this country one step at a time to improve it as a country for them to grow up in along with everyone else who is worthy of helping, aiding and educating.

As of this moment the entire public services and all that I have been in correspondence with and all associated bodies have gone deathly silent. This was planned this was so that in any event that they all did I would then knew for sure that all bodies were no longer under any doubts as to what I had done and how ... damaging, for want of a better word, I have been. I dare say that for some time a great many heads that orchestrated this dire and inhumane treatment and manipulation of the British public while affording themselves vast sums of money and lavish lifestyles are screaming at teams of lawyers to come up with something.

You would not believe just how many members of the public warned me that what I was doing was illegal? When I explained to them the legalities of what I was doing they were shocked and said that it made perfect sense. I said your just believing the crap your fed. Now they say they do not know how they failed to see this before because secretly recorded meetings and appointments appear in documentaries and in the TV News programs and have done for years.

VIOLA! That is a common word I have used of late.

So if your genuine I would like an update as to what happens now as it is obvious that not a single public service, which also includes two Police forces, four Local Councils and almost everyone else, answers emails any longer. Blocking emails and later saying they had not received it would show just how naive they are with IT, to which along with several other sciences I am highly knowledgeable on. But then anyone that read any more on my blog outside that which primarily focused on themselves, i.e. amoral, would know this.

Of course any governing bodies and other complaints people that have been up to no good are committing suicide, so to speak, by not answering me and they will be seen as either not caring and taking backhanders or other fringe benefits.

I cannot help anyone innocent if they act on their own thinking that they can avoid the oncoming storm. For starters I have nothing to explain on my blog and nothing to go on, have I? It is obvious though that someone contacted my GP? But then I have been waiting for this for way over two years and its finally happened. I was also fully prepared to be asked to switch off recording devices, which is why I always have more than one! Bad news for my current GP who proved he was lying under orders and got cocky and smiled and refused the pills that Guy's Hospital said I could have. 

Oh and there is only one reason, as I explained to my GP while showing him a CD of the recorded appointment at Guy's to which I thought he himself was about to have a coronary over, that the NHS and a nunch of Doctors would lie about offering a prescription drug. Now think about it for a moment. Why on Earth would you go through that much trouble for a drug that after a few weeks might not work or make me ill like Gabapentin, I am speaking of Pregabalin of course which is not even the primary drug. That would be Sodium oxybate and that is expensive. Now consider that they have failed to diagnose me after 13 years of asking and that I have had this condition I relaise now for twenty years. They have gotten out of prescribing these drugs for thirteen years now! So why go through all this trouble?

Because it is about so much more than a few boxes of bloody drugs, that is why and that is why I knew that they would think that they would out think me and to beat them I do what I jhave always done with dozens if not hundreds of adversaries before them. I carried on letting them think they could beat me and I conveniently mentioned things on my blog that I know they would grab at with both hands because what I had was so very damning.

Despite me explaining how much bigger the situation is, trust me when I state that ... I quite simply have not and not even close. But then anyone that paid attention to my blog and not merely the posts I knew they would that involves themselves and no one else would know this, umm these err are Doctors we are talking about here?

SECRET AUDIO: NHS ENGLAND CONFUSION

First out of two recordings I perfromed is the one whereby I was in a friends store and NHS Eng;and called me up in response to an email I sent him.

I only started recording about half way through the conversation so had to keep him talking for a bit, but he confused me with his confusion over this.

Now as previously stated I got a call that I am pretty much convinced but could be wrong was a woman from NHS England. She was asking me what I thought about the complaints procedure and then asked about the two reports, which suggested to me she has SEEN them and ergo was with NHS England.

When she realised I was not happy in the least with it she then said that they would deal with this 'again' but via a different department, which ALSO suggested she was NHS England?!

I know Iget Fibrofog but this makes me FORGET THINGS and not MANUFACTURE THINGS! LMAO!

Any WHOO here is the linlk to the recording as I always provide and in the next post will be one of those solicitor go betweens and how they do not check their facts before ringing you up. A right bloody mess the legal system is and those are the parts that are not simply just a mere joke, ruyined because just like with the banks every one wants to earn millions of pounds each year...

I was told I would receive an email confirmation regarding this but has yet to arrive.

Can you confirm this and explain which department is dealing with my complaint?

THAT WAS THE WEEK I WISH NOT WAS

I do not feel good today.

In fact I did not feel great last night either and going out to get the this pointless kidney scan was not really something I wanted to do.

It is the semi regular feeling of slightly sickly and tired as if I was coming down with the flu which has happened pretty regular in recent years but that turns out to not be the flu but I now realise is down to Fibromyalgia.

Though this one has last longer than most and been a little more intense than normal and that nausea to the point of feeling sick is just not bloody nice. So maybe this time it will turn out to be a bug? So not a good day for me and the end of a very bad week. Plus I have been somewhat fidgety, temperamental and bored.

In fact the only highlight of the last week was that phone call from NHS England showing they were rattled and more or less withdrawing the two complaints reports I received only a week before. Hmm I am not even sure it was as long as a week but could be wrong but then the posts are on here so anyone can check them out. Three or four days after I dropped off the letter to my GP and asking them WHY the NHS had not informed them I had a blog?! I told them. I also told the General Medical Council too! Oops! Now why would they not have told them that?

Do you think that faced with the possibility of losing licences to be Doctors at all never mind being NHS Doctors might just give them the push to act in a bid to protect themselves?!

The very best master plans is when you wait for a bunch of no good, amoral self obsessed people to be secretive about some facts that you let out and then simply go to the one that has been left in the dark, or those that will take the fall, and merely ask them how come they do not know all the facts?!

While I did that I had already been aware of a possibility and...well it started to look as if the possibility may become a reality and this was on my mind when I went to Barnet Hospital. This is on my mind all the time and so I am apprehensive all the time. Like everything else I am always proved to be right in the end.

This 'possibility' I have referred to before and likely a few times. But all it was referred to as was a possibility and that is all. After all it was only this in my mind despite my suspicions normally turning out to be correct. I am not infallible and do not want to provide any of my enemies, and they ARE enemies, the slightest chance to put a single label on me to have a load of fickle and often led my the nose people to dismiss everything else based on one thing.
The possibility I referred to previously was an attempt to send me all over the place with my condition, knowing I will get tired and irritable and then failing to do what they said or even promised in the hope that I would then punch the lights out and breaking the jaw of someone to then discredit me. Of course then they could also imprison me or put me in a nuthouse a la Lisbeth Salander?!

Realising this was a real possibility you can imagine what I was thinking when I was first refused the Nicorette Gum? Yeah granted that is a bit of a stretch but was based upon the fact that I was fed lines as excuses that simply was not true. NHS only gives them out for 3 months yet I had been getting them since BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2012. So way over a year then yes. But then there was the little incident with the Ear?! I am sent all the way to Barnet and given the curious assurances that I will then get something I have been asking for for the last ten years or more. I am then told that a triple flange silicone rubber earpiece is in my ear and no syringing as was promised?! Offer me something I have been recorded as asking for for the last ten years or more, send me a long bus ride away to get it and then refuse me that very thing when I am there?!

Is it starting to look a little less crazy and a little more likely? Well it did to me but I was still unsure but then you have to consider now what happened with the kidney scan!
Odd is it not that I set of alarm bells in the new surgery after being asked to do a series of tests that no one else bothered to. A big dance performed over the cholesterol but was not that high it later turns out. Everyone seems to be quite nice to me while there, even that nice nurse. Or so I thought.
Except I could not remember my next date to see the nurse and I also decided I wanted to speak to this new Doctor about what happened with my ears. I will explain more about this in the latter half of next week. So I went in there to find out about one appointment while making another. I really thought the following PRIOR to walking in their doors...

...'Oh I am not going to record this as they do seem OK, apart from the receptionist arguing with me and getting her medical reasons way out in orbit'.

However when I left the building I said out loud 'My God that was like pulling teeth!' and cursed myself for not recording it and trusting anyone!!

To make it short I went over to reception to have the woman who argued with me before just rabbiting on the phone. I DO carry a walking stick with me at all times I might remind you. I then heard a noise and saw that nice nurse who was very polite with me and she was in her room with the door OPEN and in front of her computer. So I naturally thought well I will just ask her about the appointment date and then just go back to the receptionist to make the appointment as she would be finished by then? Instead as I said hello and started to speak Nurse VeryNiceToMe cuts me off mid sentence and states "SORRY! I have finished work now!" to which she then embarrassed me and I was then annoyed. I then said I only wanted reminding of the date and did not want to ask her anything medically and she said "OH the receptionist will help you with that." to which I apologised, while asking myself why, and went back to the receptionist. When then gets off the phone and tells me there is nothing on the system and I say, it was made for MID-FEBRUARY, look the Nurse is right there!!" She then insists there is not one and will have to make a new one?! What the fecking hell?! What is great about this is how these people always speak as if they could not possibly have made a mistake?! They wonder why people get annoyed with the holier than thou attitude?! She then asks what is it for?! Does it fucking MATTER?! Now being expected to turn into a medical professional I say cholesterol, glucose and something else so she then says 'Blood Test?' and I say no. She then says 'well it must be because of what you said it was for and I say "Look, last time it was urine" she says 'Well I need to know if I need to give you a sample bottle" to which I now want to scream "Well WHY DID YOU NOT FUCKING JUST SAY THAT YOU IDIOT!!!" but hold my tongue and say "no I do not need one" to which she then says "Well you just said you did it via a urine sample?!" and my mind is now into free-fall and imploding, my feet are hurting and I want to slowly flake towards the ground screaming...

"WAHHHH!! I am going to dieeeeee heeeeeeeere?!?!"

Yes so the nurse sat on her arse five feet away who must be hearing all this was fucking perfectly spot on, yes the receptionist can sort all that out for me?!?!

Remember too that this was the nurse that I praised to her and she answered "OHH come back and see me anytime you want!"

Is there something in the bloody water?! I mean seriously! Two family members have phoned me with fecking odd phone calls. A series of weird crap involving the NHS yet again along with arrogance to the point of trying to drive me over the bloody top too! I also got into a disagreement with someone else about the effectiveness of a common household product on one of my health conditions and I said 'no I have tried that, it did not work' to which they got annoyed because like so many others want to be right and said ' No yes it does!' to which I said 'no, not on me it does not' then explaining I had already explained this to a brother recently and Doctors years ago and they still insisted, so I changed the subject and you have to, or I do.

No one had any idea how many times in my life I have changed the subject it even just said 'Oh maybe I got it wrong?' when I know our rather knew damn well I was right. I think what is the point in arguing if they are going to be doggedly obnoxious and ignorant when they are not helping me not themselves then what is the point? This was over warm olive oil being used in my ear! Olive Oil when I have probably spent way over £150 over the past ten years on every single advanced treatment you can think of. I stopped at buying an ear irrigation device off Amazon due to the fact if it did not work I would go back to whatever GP I was with at the time and smashing the irrigation machine costing £100 round their jaw?! Well I HAVE to keep up the jaw breaking theme for appearances?! Lmao!

Now I will confuse everything just a wee bit more. Now IF they had been informed of my shenanigans by NHS England who made it sound one sided to make me look bad and get them to piss me off it would be somewhat easy to believe. If they had told them that I had been recording everyone and posting all about it on here I could FULLY UNDERSTAND IT.

SO maybe they have been looking on here and getting annoyed? But anyone who comes on here and gets annoyed either has not read enough of it or listened to enough of my recorded evidence or should not hold a position of medical professional. You are a medical professional and not a politician.

ACT LIKE A POLITICIAN AND YOU WILL BE TAKEN DOWN.
It is also annoying for one last thing. You started off bloody nice and then started to get into saying no and being very ruse and unhelpful.

If this IS because of something that the NHS England stated to you, oops, or because this was found and you are annoyed then you should have stopped and considered something...

Neither was they ever going to be, but JUST like the last GP you go and blow it so now this will change and all recordings will now go up performed of the new GP Surgery.

I guess this means I had better start looking for my FIFTH GP?!

SHOCKINGLY LONG SYMPTOM LIST FOR FMS

Right now then...been working on this next bit for awhile now, since I discovered that I had Fibromyalgia.

Now I took recepeit of a couple of books the first I have had around two weeks and brand new and by a British author. Another was used, grubby and only arrived two days ago from America.

The latter book has a section in it for you to do a checklist of a run-down if symptoms which I will get to in a minute. The book is tiitled...

Now I warn you now I got a real shock here. I have many, many problems but due to the major ones I do not really speak of the ones that are merely a pain in my arse, quite literally at times so it seems.

Now this CHECKLIST was absolutely astoundingly long.... I MEAN REALLY LONG. Now I will list the ones that affect me personally but there are another 30% more at least that do not apply to me.

I put in some funy comments and sometimes point out ones that are rare or do not have any more. Also you will note that some have the words 'Eleven Point Rule' in brackets as the author refers to the fact that in a particular section Fibromyalgia sufferers have at least, you guessed it, ELEVEN of them.

There is a section on a checklist of symptoms and here I have includud only the ones that I experience...

Those that the long list of really bad GPs and Specialists should have spotted are all in capital letters in brackets stating (ON MY [MEDICAL] RECORD)!

I have tried to get in contact with the Practice Manager Tracy Jenkins at Abernethy House Surgery who unfortunately is not there until Monday. I will proceed to address your concerns with her on her return.

I have also spoken to Dr Gubbay who has informed me that you have been removed from the practice. He states if you need an emergency prescription he is more than happy to administer one until you are able to find a new practice.

I can understand that this must be a very frustrating time but please have patience while I try to investigate your concerns.

Well I have done those two posts, lol.

I have also replied and signed the County Court Paperwork fighting against the corrupt Shop Direct and its didgy outlets that are Very, Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

I have replied to NHS England and granted them permission to do whatever they want. Just waiting now for this damned Personal Independent Payments thing to go through so that I can show that for what it TRULY IS and that they completely and incompetently ruined a chance to improve something long overdue an over-haul.

There are obviously and also other things besides but....FIBROFOG!!
