THE OTHER ONE HAS BELLS ON

Well here is one from yesterday and was too tired to post it up. I nearly did not do it today.

This is a letter from Cap Quest, a Debt Company, regarding an item I refused to pay a SINGLE PENNY towards because the phone I got was

1) USED
2) HAS A DOZEN FAULTS
3) NOT A UK PHONE AND SOURSED FROM AMERICA

This is not the only time this has happened and anyone who has paid attention see I posted sometime ago that I had a series of cameras off Argos I KNOW were used and were also FAULTY! There were three Nikons (1xL310 abd 2x P520) and an Olympus LP 820SZ.

I also had suspicions about other items I had bought from Littlewoods too who are owned by the same company as Very, Shop Direct, and also own Isme. You know from the advert? 'Isme gets me, OVER A BARRELL'?! LOL!

Well I have had a letter from CapQuest sort of saying that they...

1) Did not know I had contacted Very (Surprise, surprise)
2) Very claimed that I DID contact them about a repair only but never contacted them again?!
3) They are going to leave if for for ME to contact Very and leave it thirty days
4) They do not know the details.

Remarks to number...

1) Well you a bunch of crooks as you all are why would I and you would not bother anyway and just used intimidation to acquire money.

2) Well you can see on this blog the forty emails and even a few letters I wrote to them, the less said about that remark the better.

3) Now WHY would I do that?! Oddly I am STILL the loser in all this and not happy about that!

4) I gave the details to the court which was enough for them to throw it back to CapQuest and make them pause for at LEAST thirty days!!

Time for a little wind up me thinks.

MY NEPHEW THE CHIMP

I have reeived a letter from the court regarding my used and faulty Motrola Atrix not so smart phone from Very Catalogue who are owned by Shop Direct and own Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

It seems someone seems to have gotten the message!! They have acknowldged my defence and have sent the details of my claims and evidence to the hired thugs and awaiting their response, lol.

Here are two letters I have had from the County Court recently with the sending to the hired thugs, CapQuest on this occasion, my defence being the second letter out of the two below...

I would sit down before reading this as you may fall over with laughing?! Remeber that I have pointed out for the the umpteenth time thay have made no mention of the evidence I claim to have! ALso recall I have now sent them links and on top of all that that they sent me three files called N9, N9a and N9b but then tlak about N9c and N9d on the first page. Now FORM N9c is actually WITHIN the file N9b so OK yeah that makes a lot of sense, bloody morons.

I have also told them that which they should have known from the first moment I contacted them and that is that I need to fill in N9d!!

As you can see from their reply they are NOT legall trained to errr respond I guess, lol. SO what the feck is she being paiud for and WHY does she have the authority to contact me?!

I have never, EVER seen such an obvious attenpt at being EVASIVE in my entire life and have now requested that it be transfered to a closer court, as I have told all I have attacked....make sure you choose a court I can get to and inform me of the court date and time as I now very much would like to attend one!!

I have said this on here before and I have said it to all I have been invlved with.....TAKE ME TO COURT but make sure I can attend the court for I welcome the chance to have my say on each and every subject, lol.

MY RESPONSE...

Dear Miss Brooks

That email says nothing.

I have provided you with reasons and links to the evidence which is time stamped.

This has to be presented to the court and would be illegal and immoral to do so.

It would be therefore ADVISABLE to you to have the court hearing moved closer to me so that I may attend.

Need I remind you that I am disabled and I will also add that I have a medical emergency that has been going on for several weeks now and has involved the General MEdical Council and NHS England!

I am not seeing anything that I would refer to as help. I also have not read an explanation to where the form 'N9D' is and I have explained myself not only FULLY but also several times over on all aspects of this case and my defence.

I therefore strongly adise that if this court only serves criminals because they have cash that on this occassion you do not entertain this 'client' as the focus will be placed firmly on your court on the wider public gaze.

I might also remind you that you still have made no reference to the evidence and all your emails have focused squarely om the form, whoch would not be of any help in my defence of this legal action!

So I now request that this case be referred to a court that is nearer to where I reside so that I may attend in person as your court is both inept and inefficient to the point of being highly suspect.

EVIDENCE TO THE COURT

Right then!

Becoming more suspicious as I have now not had a reply from Northampton County Court in several days. I asked for the form N9C and stated that I can not see it in their unnecessarily confusing forms!

I also am starting to get this unnerving feeling that they are stalling so that I miss the deadline so that they can make a judgement against me with confidence.

Unfortunately for them they have concentrated on the CORRECT forms though not explaining and possibly PROVIDING THEM!

Also quite bizarre is that they have NOT asked me for any of the evidence I TOLD THEM I have and now you see why I MENTION the evidence first! I give them the chance to ask for it as they want to see if their have been serious breaches in the law. Just as what happened with the BAILIFFS and Debt Collectors from previous times I state that I have the proof that illegal activities far beyond what I did have been taking place and no one shows any interest, lol!!

OOPS!!

Now you can have a giggle with my email to Northampton County Court about what has been going on and that their has been no respect for the law aned simply goes to the highest bidder!! LOL!

SHOP DIRECT via CAPQUEST & OBJECTION TO BEING RIPPED OFF, LIED ABOUT AND FLOUTING OF THE LAW TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN MONIES

I apologize for the delay but I have been in a great deal of pain, which I did warn you about as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and despite suffering for 13 years the NHS have thus far avoided diagnosis, though I am prescribed Amitriptyline which is one of only two drugs to have an affect on my condition.. I also have several hernias too, though these the NHS cannot avoid.

You have not responded to my request about the form N9C and neither have you asked about any of my evidence.

As time is running out and I duly provided you with my argument and reasons I will now provide you with links to the proof. Remember that using the serial number to the phone the proof that the item was originally sold in America can be got from Motorola themselves.

Also note that I never refused to pay for it but I refuse their valuation of the items....

At the time of purchase the value of a second hand phone of this model was £80, but this is for a used and WORKING smart-phone which this is not. It is also NOT a software issue, after all I AM BSc Applied Computing, and is a hardware issue.

It never stated on the advert that it was a used device and I contacted everyone you can think of from Advertising Standards to CAB and everyone in-between. all of which were both clueless and powerless.

Also keep in mind that not all faults can be recorded this was.

Note too that the video of the email contains the serial number, IMEI, of the device which is what I used to discover from Motorola that the device was sourced from America.

Note further that when the phone was on charge it used to 'PLAY UP' which is an understatement and you could not use the phone and at best was unreliable.

Please note that this 'ISSUES' still persist today and I have not been able to rep[lace the phone because my credit has been unfairly been given a bad name by a company that is practicing highly illegal activities and doing so with the utmost confidence as if they are being given special privileges to do so.

Please ALSO NOTE that the blog address I have provided above is indeed widely know and growing all the time. It also provides the public with evidence of corruption among a large majority of the public offices and a few private ones.

Also note that on YOUTUBE the Motorola Atrix is NOT the only device I was sold that was faulty and refurbished and that on the blog and the YouTube videos I have films and explanations to how this is done! Argos sold me 5 faulty cameras in a row and it was very easy to beat their head offices and prove that they were selling refurbished goods as new.

Please also note that back in January 2013 I was asked by a backbench MP if he, THEY, could use my data in the House of Commons as well as send sections to the media. SO many things that appear in the news from the NHS to the Police and all the Local Councils, the corruption and the loss of lives of children would have originated from me. This even includes the HMRC and Bailiffs and there is precious few I have not covered.

I tell you this to show that I am not lying. Just in case anyone runs away with the idea that they have the confidence that a judgement can be passed against me and get away with it. You may well want to speak to JBW Group and Jason Reeves or Equity. AS they know what I will say next.

Illegal activities and corruption is rife in this country and thugs are hired to illegally obtain money from the British Public and breaking laws that far exceed that of the nature of the offence committed by the person the action is being taken against!!

I was attacked and DEFRAUDED and before long realized that dates were being manipulated to obtain court orders a long, long time ago. I will NOT accept anyone on my property of this ilk any longer as they are ion full breach of the law and show a complete disrespect for it.

DECLARATION OF WAR

Well I have done those two posts, lol.

I have also replied and signed the County Court Paperwork fighting against the corrupt Shop Direct and its didgy outlets that are Very, Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

I have replied to NHS England and granted them permission to do whatever they want. Just waiting now for this damned Personal Independent Payments thing to go through so that I can show that for what it TRULY IS and that they completely and incompetently ruined a chance to improve something long overdue an over-haul.

There are obviously and also other things besides but....FIBROFOG!!

OLYMPUS TRIPPED

I am now attempting to glue the handle back onto my four month old Olympus camera, which reminds me I have been treated pretty badly by Olympus UK so now I am going to publish more about this and contact Argos yet again about the second camera I have had off then in the space of four months or so that has been refurbished or faulty.

I stated before that there is an electrical goods scan going on and that it is rife and easy to spot that sure to their attitude when you tell them.

I have had super quick responses ash all to my mobile phone and all lasting an hour or more as soon as I use the word refurbished. Yet on every occasion a sure as they sounded there were questions that they did big know the answer to so obviously there to dissuade anyone of any suspicions.

If they cannot do this then the attitude is ‘well your not getting your money back or another one and we can be cocky about that because none of the bodies out there do anything, legal aid is a joke and everyone is at it anyway?!’

Safety in numbers seems to be the order of the day for these names. It is scary and sends a shiver down my spine. First Shop Direct were the first I caught doing this and I know they own the catalogues of Very, Littlewoods and Isme. How many others they own up to this conning of the British public I do not know?!

Then it was Argos with that Nikon camera and I provided incontrovertible proof to that on my blogs but Nikon were but as concerned as they should be. That therefore means that they were supplying them with the dodgy gear or allowing them to source their own and sell them.

The CEX Stores were offering new model iPhones on the day of release and after I asked his they managed that not being a official Apple dealer, who I do not like anyway, I received an email informing he I was banned from their stores. Well that gage new the answer to that one then, something illegal and tax avoidence too.

This Olympus I ended up with sure to the Nikon asks it is annoying as they are not fit four the job when they were working but they were all I could acquire.

I know the camera I need four what I am doing and want to do and it is a Nikon D800E. But when I stated I knew it would be 6 months before I could get something like that…then I one it was a year before I could get something like that…more I’m thinking 18 months but I thought this 6 months ago?! Lol.

The amount of time and work I have lost in the last year alone due to this illegal and immoral goings on I could not even begin to have a stab at estimating.

What I find really funny is that I would like an answer to this question from Google and Adsense…

Why is it I am not earning my first £60 per month yet even though I have already put in several years of work four each of a dozen blogs?

Only you cannot contact Google Adsense until….your earning £60 per month?!

I have never heard of anything more bloody stupid than this?! They are earning out of authors who are not allowed to contact them until Google are earning loads?! How God damn evil and selfish is that?

They should NOT be allowed to offer ANY SERVICES until a blogger had acquired the sufficient number of visitors whether this be overall, mine is 40,000, or each week, where mine is around 2,000, because otherwise the service along with Google is a blatant piss take to authors, done and dusted!

If ever I reach that point they are going to get such a hard time of me they will wish they never went around buying the desertions if other people and then passing it off as their own.

Google you created a white screen with a search field and a stupid name. Even Android is just based on another OS and I know of people doing this on their own at home!

The only thing they seem to have done that I can think of is this upcoming Google Glass that does seem a brilliant idea. Well that is until such a time that loads of odd facts come out about it. Like ooh they bought that if some kid who was creating out in his bedroom in a village just outside … oops no wait that was the Mashable website, hehe.

My point is that you are paying money to big firms who are then costing you even MORE money. Even the spying thing does and I am surprised that no one has asked the obvious question…

How many people have been charged extra because they have give over there data transfer limit time and time again because they have been illegally and immorally stealing you’re data?

Lol!

So the battle goes on and it gets a bit closer with each day that passes to finding a winner.
