A CAP ON THEIR QUEST

Well I have a bloody great letter through my door!!

This was from Capquest concerning the Northampton County Court Order over the used and faulty phone from Very Catalogue.

It is a real beauty and I burst out laughing I can trell you. I then took the letter from the Court regarding the accepting of my defence along with the letter from Capquest to my friends store and showed them. First I showed them the pletter from the court and they were all 'ooh yeahhh!' and THEN I showed them the letter from Capquest where they then dropped their jaws and their eyes widened in disbelief. I then reminded them that they should check ALL dates on letters to the dates they arrived.

The letter from Capquest states several discrepencies...

1) The date on the letter os vastly different to the date of delivery by 6 days
2) They sent me a letter despite it being is the hands of the court by their own admission
3) But they state that I have NOT been in contact with the court and the deadline has passed
4) They then mention the real hated paret of all this in that they will go forth and affect my credit reference which has been done so many times and done illegally it is a complete joke, which you then have to pay someone for just to LOOK AT!!

Now what I plan to do is first off I have emailed Capquests letter to the County Court concerned. IN the email I have stated that this is a ploy to either intimidate me into paying, becuase they now realise they will lose. Or if I fail to respond to them they will then re-apply to the Court stating that they sent a letter and I ignored them to imply to the Judge that I am in the wrong and have something to hide.

I also state plauisble deniability.

Let it be known that I have already insinuated that the Courts could be corrupt and be awrae of all this. Also I informed them that I KNOW that their, Capquest, intention is to then likely show a letter with the heading but differeing content to the court adding to the insinuation I am in the wrong.

Now here is a scan of the letter from Capquest and I have edited it and sent it as you see it, minus my postal address on here, to the court. With my added notes.

After the scan I will copy and paste the EMAIL I sent to the court too.

Dear Sirs

Myself v CAPQUEST, REF: 

I have had correspondence from Capquest as you stated I would likely have. But there letter states the following discrepencies...

1) They state I have not contacted you

2) They once again try to intimidate and I do not converse with criminals and all these companies are and is well documented

3) They have manipulated the dates, something that I doscovered that tyhese do a long time past and I am the reason that this is now widely known as I contacted all national tabloids and even BBC Watchdog regarding it and with a pile of evidence 18 months ago or more after being attcked by JBW Group

4) Once again and why I originally wanted to counter claim is that these are criminal organisations that are allowed time and time again to alter your credit reference and as a result I have a poor one

5) Poor because the only bad credit reference that can be applied to me was through mis-selling, I am the ORIGINAL complainer regarding PPI via the FSA, is only down to my deterioation of my health. Otherwise all bad credit reference in the last 15 years is down to lies.

The letter is quite obviously sent knowing that I have submitted a defence as they would have no reason to correspond with me once I had a court order served upon me.

They also suggest that YOU will Judge in their favour.

I am well aware that they fully intended to send me that letter, knowing I will get angry and ignore them, if not intimidated into paying, so they can then claim to the Judge that they attempted to contact me and that I ignored them. So attempting, likely succesfully if I had ignored them, giving the impression that I am in the wrong here and have something to hide. Likely the one presented to the court will state something completely different to the one I received.

I have attached the letter from them. It contains some editing of my own.

This will be edited once again and shown in a public place.

I think now you can see that if I was a dishnonest person and capable of taking thigs that do not belong to me, defrauding people and companies that I possess the intelligence to become quite wealthy while the opposite is true currently. In fact I am now attempting to use my honesty to actually create a career of my own and have written two books based on my experiences.

I do not think that I need to add that this criminal defrauding of the court using this behaviour as prevented me from acquiring the tools to push forward the career I refer to in the last paragraph? I will also add that due to this I have had to spend many years at doing this due to this and lack of support from public offices and the government only interested in their own well-being and that I can now prove what health condition I am afflected with I have had for over 12 years now.

MY NEPHEW THE CHIMP

I have reeived a letter from the court regarding my used and faulty Motrola Atrix not so smart phone from Very Catalogue who are owned by Shop Direct and own Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

It seems someone seems to have gotten the message!! They have acknowldged my defence and have sent the details of my claims and evidence to the hired thugs and awaiting their response, lol.

Here are two letters I have had from the County Court recently with the sending to the hired thugs, CapQuest on this occasion, my defence being the second letter out of the two below...

I would sit down before reading this as you may fall over with laughing?! Remeber that I have pointed out for the the umpteenth time thay have made no mention of the evidence I claim to have! ALso recall I have now sent them links and on top of all that that they sent me three files called N9, N9a and N9b but then tlak about N9c and N9d on the first page. Now FORM N9c is actually WITHIN the file N9b so OK yeah that makes a lot of sense, bloody morons.

I have also told them that which they should have known from the first moment I contacted them and that is that I need to fill in N9d!!

As you can see from their reply they are NOT legall trained to errr respond I guess, lol. SO what the feck is she being paiud for and WHY does she have the authority to contact me?!

I have never, EVER seen such an obvious attenpt at being EVASIVE in my entire life and have now requested that it be transfered to a closer court, as I have told all I have attacked....make sure you choose a court I can get to and inform me of the court date and time as I now very much would like to attend one!!

I have said this on here before and I have said it to all I have been invlved with.....TAKE ME TO COURT but make sure I can attend the court for I welcome the chance to have my say on each and every subject, lol.

Dear Miss Brooks

That email says nothing.

I have provided you with reasons and links to the evidence which is time stamped.

This has to be presented to the court and would be illegal and immoral to do so.

It would be therefore ADVISABLE to you to have the court hearing moved closer to me so that I may attend.

Need I remind you that I am disabled and I will also add that I have a medical emergency that has been going on for several weeks now and has involved the General MEdical Council and NHS England!

I am not seeing anything that I would refer to as help. I also have not read an explanation to where the form 'N9D' is and I have explained myself not only FULLY but also several times over on all aspects of this case and my defence.

I therefore strongly adise that if this court only serves criminals because they have cash that on this occassion you do not entertain this 'client' as the focus will be placed firmly on your court on the wider public gaze.

I might also remind you that you still have made no reference to the evidence and all your emails have focused squarely om the form, whoch would not be of any help in my defence of this legal action!

So I now request that this case be referred to a court that is nearer to where I reside so that I may attend in person as your court is both inept and inefficient to the point of being highly suspect.

POP UP BLOCKER THE CULPRIT

As some may see the ads are cut right down to nest to nothing.

I am pleased to see that it DID turn out that the Pop Up Blocker was hiding the ad blocks in the layout screen! As this is a design screen for the blogs I am completely surprised that the Pop Up affected this and I owe someone of Google's Adsense Forum a big thank you.

Dayam! Never thought I would have said that 6 months ago, lol.

And damn I am in a lot of pain this morning!! Jesus, woke up in dire agony with my back. Sitting down doing this stuff, removing offending ads of all my blogs....emailing court with facts and have to pay Eon again...DAMN just remembered they want me to read the meter to but IO only received the bill about 8 weeks ago and they say it was due the 5th November?! Grr...

EVIDENCE TO THE COURT

Right then!

Becoming more suspicious as I have now not had a reply from Northampton County Court in several days. I asked for the form N9C and stated that I can not see it in their unnecessarily confusing forms!

I also am starting to get this unnerving feeling that they are stalling so that I miss the deadline so that they can make a judgement against me with confidence.

Unfortunately for them they have concentrated on the CORRECT forms though not explaining and possibly PROVIDING THEM!

Also quite bizarre is that they have NOT asked me for any of the evidence I TOLD THEM I have and now you see why I MENTION the evidence first! I give them the chance to ask for it as they want to see if their have been serious breaches in the law. Just as what happened with the BAILIFFS and Debt Collectors from previous times I state that I have the proof that illegal activities far beyond what I did have been taking place and no one shows any interest, lol!!

OOPS!!

Now you can have a giggle with my email to Northampton County Court about what has been going on and that their has been no respect for the law aned simply goes to the highest bidder!! LOL!

SHOP DIRECT via CAPQUEST & OBJECTION TO BEING RIPPED OFF, LIED ABOUT AND FLOUTING OF THE LAW TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN MONIES

I apologize for the delay but I have been in a great deal of pain, which I did warn you about as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and despite suffering for 13 years the NHS have thus far avoided diagnosis, though I am prescribed Amitriptyline which is one of only two drugs to have an affect on my condition.. I also have several hernias too, though these the NHS cannot avoid.

You have not responded to my request about the form N9C and neither have you asked about any of my evidence.

As time is running out and I duly provided you with my argument and reasons I will now provide you with links to the proof. Remember that using the serial number to the phone the proof that the item was originally sold in America can be got from Motorola themselves.

Also note that I never refused to pay for it but I refuse their valuation of the items....

At the time of purchase the value of a second hand phone of this model was £80, but this is for a used and WORKING smart-phone which this is not. It is also NOT a software issue, after all I AM BSc Applied Computing, and is a hardware issue.

It never stated on the advert that it was a used device and I contacted everyone you can think of from Advertising Standards to CAB and everyone in-between. all of which were both clueless and powerless.

Also keep in mind that not all faults can be recorded this was.

Note too that the video of the email contains the serial number, IMEI, of the device which is what I used to discover from Motorola that the device was sourced from America.

Note further that when the phone was on charge it used to 'PLAY UP' which is an understatement and you could not use the phone and at best was unreliable.

Please note that this 'ISSUES' still persist today and I have not been able to rep[lace the phone because my credit has been unfairly been given a bad name by a company that is practicing highly illegal activities and doing so with the utmost confidence as if they are being given special privileges to do so.

Please ALSO NOTE that the blog address I have provided above is indeed widely know and growing all the time. It also provides the public with evidence of corruption among a large majority of the public offices and a few private ones.

Also note that on YOUTUBE the Motorola Atrix is NOT the only device I was sold that was faulty and refurbished and that on the blog and the YouTube videos I have films and explanations to how this is done! Argos sold me 5 faulty cameras in a row and it was very easy to beat their head offices and prove that they were selling refurbished goods as new.

Please also note that back in January 2013 I was asked by a backbench MP if he, THEY, could use my data in the House of Commons as well as send sections to the media. SO many things that appear in the news from the NHS to the Police and all the Local Councils, the corruption and the loss of lives of children would have originated from me. This even includes the HMRC and Bailiffs and there is precious few I have not covered.

I tell you this to show that I am not lying. Just in case anyone runs away with the idea that they have the confidence that a judgement can be passed against me and get away with it. You may well want to speak to JBW Group and Jason Reeves or Equity. AS they know what I will say next.

Illegal activities and corruption is rife in this country and thugs are hired to illegally obtain money from the British Public and breaking laws that far exceed that of the nature of the offence committed by the person the action is being taken against!!

I was attacked and DEFRAUDED and before long realized that dates were being manipulated to obtain court orders a long, long time ago. I will NOT accept anyone on my property of this ilk any longer as they are ion full breach of the law and show a complete disrespect for it.

NOT WATCHING THE DOG

I had a friend tell me something surprising today.

I was chatting to him about the surprising Court Order I had. Surprising because I did not think that Shop Direct would have the audacity to use the British Justice system to enforce illegal activities in the firm if a rip off.  I was telling him about the fact I have given them enough data and yet they have emailed me half a dozen times top tell me I've not done things correctly. I also told him that I do not need to sign anything so why van they not just out tier data I have them on the CORRECT form?!

I said that it seemed as if the Court was stalling for time so that I would miss the deadline despite the fact I had provided them with the details.

Now here if the point where it becomes interesting. I reminded my friend if the attack on me and defrauding that went on via bailiffs. I also reminded him that I had told him before that I had discovered sometime ago that these evil companies were adhering the dates on letters to acquire court orders they had no right to. Illegal in other words and that this stalling seemed alot like that. I had also long since said that there remained the question as the whether or not Court Judges were in on still this our just turned a blind eye to it all.

I have mentioned this many a time on here and when I discovered the manipulation of the dates I had explained this to our mutual friend Ken, who passed away two years ago next month! So I had discovered this a long time ago. All the people I stated I contacted in the media got told of this with examples. This included BBC WATCHDOG.

As I explained about the fact that the Court appeared to be stalling and a lurker like the date manipulation he then said that the latter was known. "Ooh yeah, they know about that...it was on BBC Watchdog. I remember Anne Robinson talking about it."

I myself do not watch the programme and was not aware that Anne Robinson was actually on it? Still whether he made a mistake with the program he heard out on our the presenter was not the point. The important point was that this date manipulation had hit the media somehow and I had not noticed nor heard about it.

In fact when I asked him when this was he said it was about a year out so ago. I said "Well that is weird as I told them [BBC WATCHDOG] about it roughly two years ago and I remembered telling our mutual friend Ken about it!"

This would make that one of the first subjects appearing on TV. I wonder if this was I've of the things that both Ken and another friend was on about when they stated that they kept seeing and hearing about my ENEMIES appearing on TV?!

I cannot ask them as one moved far away about 18 months ago and my old mate Ken passed away nearly two years ago. But then it matters not except the fact that another of my discoveries got noticed and mentioned.

Though in reality it is somewhat disturbing that there were no further reports on this as far as the courts and judges involvement in all this is concerned. I mean if the judges were not involved in some way then how come I did not read about many companies and organizations being sent to prison for misleading and manipulating a court of law?!

If a just did I would VERY MUCH like to know about it!

I have now noticed that the file 'n9a' actually has form 'n9b' on it?! SO why did they not call the file 'n9ab'?!?!

I also cannot find 'n9d' on any of the three PDF files?! I have had a bit of a go at them about this and also one of the files is NOT editable, though they say I can just fill in the forms and email them back too?! I find this a bit peculiar.

Here is my email askiung why I cannot find 'n9d', YAWWWN, and why not all the files are editable and why the misleading file names as well as the misleading forms?!

Sorry but I made an error in the form that I need. I then realised that the form that I 'thought' I needed is also NOT the correct form!!

This is getting quite ridiculous now. I cannot see which of the forms is form N9B.

These forms are absolutely atrocious, who in the world designed them? Are they designed to be confusing?

Now as far as I can TELL I need the form N9D, that is 'N', '9', 'D'.

Even the forms you sent me are not all editable?!

I wish to claim that I simply do NOT owe this money! I would have liked to Counter Claim against them for an unspecified amount but for some bizarre reason this costs money. The item has been a pain in the posterior from the moment I received the faulty and used American sourced item.

OOPS MY BAD

Oh seems the Court Form Error was mine, lmao.

I just went to fill in the form they sent me and it was the wrong one. Turns out I filled in the correct form wrongly and probably because it kept on about counter claim I get mixed up with who is actually the defendant, lmao.

Well I will apologise as it was my error, despite my new found condition behind my forgetful nature which I have been wondering can be to do with why my typing has gradually become worse?

I did put this down to an extremely bad seating position that aggravates my heels and back and well as balancing my Bluetooth keyboard on just one thigh, lol. But then I HAVE wondered that even IF I had a really good work area would these things continue to plague me?

At least now I know the reason behind just about everything I have! I cannot think of anything that cannot be put down to Fibromyalgia, Inguinal Hernia/Repair, Hiatus Hernia and Oespophagitis?!

So 22 separate things have now been condensed down into just FOUR!! WOOHOO!

I am sorry...WHAT?!

I have been done an injustice, been lied to, conned, harrased, attacked, robed and defrauded all backed up by courts and judges and this time the same is happening again but I have to PAY A FEE to say I am INNOCENT?!

Are you serious?!

I just went through a load of UNNECESSARY webpage forms typed out what I had copied and pasted below and the get asked for MONEY?!?! 

Can you confirm that you ARE INDEED a legitimate court and this is not some kind of debt collector scam?!

I would also like to add further to that I have included below on that I offered to pay them something which was actually more than the true value of the phone, which was nothing because it is NOT repairable.

I know this because the letters after my name (see BELOW) are for Computing Science!

First off I am genuinely shocked that this has reach a court?!

Very sold me a second-hand/used/faulty phone they sourced from the 

USA. This can be easily proven and straight from Motorola 

themselves. It had in excess of a dozen faults.

I contacted Very Customer Services over forty times to sort this 

out and wanted a different phone but they ignored me.

The phone was purchased in an emergency as I had left my phone on 

a BUS, I am disabled and have a dozen area of my body cause me 

pain. AN emergency because my underage daughter was being held 

against her will in a property in Liverpool by two radicalised 

Muslims.

Not only was a sold a sub-standard device as NEW and for the NEW 

PRICE but it was also faulty beyond belief and it was very easily 

spotted that it was from America too, which Motorola kindly 

confirmed when I asked.

I also now am aware that this sourcing of refurbished faulty items 

is rife in the UK.

I also write a blog about corruption in the UK, of public services 

and the legal system which is heading for 100,000 followers and 

all my evidence is posted there.

I can also PROVE INCONTROVERTIBLY all of the above. I can also 

prove I made Shop Direct aware of all the above too!

I can also provide YOU with the proof by simply supplying the link 

to my BLOG and you can type in the keywords 

Very?Motorola/Smartphone or I can just provide you with a list of 

links and descriptions.

Oh and I was beaten up by bailiffs previously who then went on to 

sell 5 of my household items for over £4,000 (one alone I have 

proof sold for £2,800 in auction) for a £550 parking fine, 

remember I am disabled, so Debt Companies are criminals and I do 

not deal with criminals or anyone I perceive to be corrupt.

Oh and that last paragraph? Yes details and proof of all that is 

on my blog too as it deals with corruption everywhere and even the 

POLICE are involved.

DISORDER IN THE COURT!

Well this one is strange?!

Took me a while to locate on the paperwork what this was about and it turns out it is to do with the used and extremely faulty American smartphone, Motorola Atrix, which only a few days ago I noticed had the surname Sessenbauer (or something similar to do with the NSA in recent post) in its dictionary?!

The phone I contacted them way over forty times about which they kept ignoring and even when I PROVED that the phone was USED. FAULTY and CAME FROM AMERICA they continued to ignore me.

So I eventually gave up trying to sort out the situation as they were clearly not interested, clearly guilty of selling USED and FAULTY goods in their mail order catalogues of Very, Littlewoods and Isme. I was also annoyed that they were trying to get, more or less the launch price for a phone that was also over a year old.

Now I am totally surprised they did this baring in mind that they are well aware that I not only know what they did but can also prove it. Added to this the court paperwork looks very suspect. First off you only get 5 days to answer, which is weird as courts are notorious for taking forever. Secondly it is not signed, though states that it is but only a typed out name is present. Lastly it requests that you DO NOT contact the court and only the cheating liars?! Oh and then there is the website they put up with 'GOV' in the title?!

Impersonating a court perhaps? Surely not?!

All a bit peculiar, lol.
