THE CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Well what do you know?

The company I beat in court, Shop Direct and owners of both Very, Littlewoods and I thought Isme too are having some difficulties. They are closing three warehouses and calling out unfortunate.

Using a language I'm used to with them they're devoid of facts they claim they are doing this to help their expansion. Which bizarrely means replacing three warehouses with just one?!

Added to this it also turns out that after spending years selling refurbished crap to its customers as brand new items for ridiculous amounts of interest .. the owners also own at least one national newspaper The Daily Telegraph?! What .. the .. actual .. fuck?!

Are the powers that be really that intent on completely fucking the UK that they would allow the methods of its destruction from every single angle possible?!

I cannot help but wonder how many other owners of big business .. especialy those getting up to no good which, let's be honest, is probably most if not all of them, also own national newspapers or TV News networks?!

THE OLDEST TRICKS

Been paying only half attention to this defeat of David Cameron on a rather humiliating way over Europe.

It has made me think of a couple of theories I have had and one is old and one is new, in terms of me thinking up these theories of course.

Now let me think of an amusing way I could put these theories into an explanation?

A political party member tells his leader after having some money issues

"Hey Tony! I am good with numbers! I can tell you how to get more money from the people than you actually need!"

Whispers to friend "Oh here comes the village idiot, I will just entertain him for a bit so he does not cause trouble ... Ooh doo yooou now Gordon? Well how do I do that?!"

Replies "Well you want £100 raise right?! Well I will leak something (or pay them, ahem) to the idiot press, because they are just so easy to bait, that we are going to raise it to £150!"

Asks "Well why the hell would you do that?! The public works go on a rampage!"

Answers "Ah well you see first off if I tell you will you key me sit in the captains chair one day?!"

Promises "Yeah, yeah sure. Well come on let us hear it!"

"Well just as the public are about to go on a rampage toy then come out and say that's utter hogwash it is only going to be £110! They are so relieved it is £40 less than they had been hearing they ask sit up and accept it!"

"My bloody word, Gordon, that is ... genius!!"

Another one I have thought about lately is this thing with the refurbished equipment sold as new, fit told it happened to a friend of mine tonight. After pointing out there deliberate mistakes the sure suggested he get what he wants from Argos? He then says "now why would I do that? I know for a fact that they seek you refurbished goods!" to which they do bit bay an eyelid and say something that sounds like they are confirming it by then stating "Yes but they have to tell you it's refurbished when they do!" to which he then explains that they don't and that many stores ate doing it and neither are they either! 

Yoinks!

David Cameron gets in power but has a problem with the Europe issue but at the same time does not want things to look as bad add they really are so confess up with a couple of plans. This he most certainly did because it was reported by every news media that George Osborne had a bit left for him by Alastair Darling stating "Sorry, no cash!"

But several European countries react in anger over their own issues and their are battles in the streets where the Police are not keeping the peace anymore and battling those they swore to protect and serve and bow never trusted again. After all when the majority of the people are fecking pissed then the Police are only serving the tint minority that are not pissed off and we all know what section of the society that is, don't we?

So he wants Britain to look like it is doing better than it is to the rest of Europe so that he has some leverage? So he had to get the public spending money but they won't. The other option available is being dishonest and conning the British public. America never lined the European union thing because they never wanted another section of the world bigger than they are, at least it was a Republican President that stated this. So David Cameron says ...

"We have no money, as pointed out by that infamous note, so give us all your crap, no matter what it is, refurbished, damaged or faulty I don't care! We will give so our major retailers the crap and get then to sell them to our public. So we are selling them things with less than half of what they are paying! This way the pound looks mitre valuable than it actually is!! All our retailers who are broke from all the over the top taxes and business rates we charge then fur fuck all we forced on them to pay ourselves way over the top and our relatives now do not have to pay money they do not have direct to manufacturers anymore!! RESULT!!!"

They then set up one big supplier or a series of suppliers supposed to handle all this but do it so badly and incompetently that many of the British public start to realise!

Or at least I hope they have realised that something sinister had been going on with the retailers.

LMFAO!

Now I stated when I received my first refurbished item that they company were so blaise about it that this could only mean that everyone was at it.

That was Very Catalogue when I stated this and have since had five faulty, used cameras from Argos, faulty Bionaire Fan from B&Q and now a damaged metal professional keyboard from PC World!

My friend tonight just stared in silence add I showed him the metal edge and explained how I had put a film of me opening the package and discovered it on my YouTube account, lol.

He said "Yeah I can see that! That's bad! I would not like that! If I paid for a new item I fully expect a new item!"

I then explained that with this attitude they are not only devaluing the pound, though hidden from foreign eyes, they are telling you that what you ate currently being paid, or earning, is only worth half of what you think it does!

Or to put it another way if you earn £500 per week and fur argument sake you pay £100 peer week rent and you spend the rest on electrical items, no matter what electrical items. You are paying out £400 but getting £150! Think about it!

So with your £150, because that's the value you received despite what you handed over, and your £100 per week rent which is probably like mine and is a vastly ridiculously over the top amount for rent, your getting £250 per week, not £500! With the overinflated rent your getting less than that even! It is all about values.

Your value as a worker is not about how many bits of paper you are given but what you are able to acquire with it.

If vegetable were £10 each and meat £20 while milk a fiver a pint then suddenly your £500 per week won't seem like very much would it?!

It's all relative, rudimentary and quite elementary ... to me.

PUTTING A CAP ON THAT QUEST

I have now sent an email to one of the Rats of the sinking ships...

I receieved your letter and was very curious about it, sorry no pun intended.

You contradict yourself a little I am afraid as you first state that Very, or rather Shop Direct, did not make you aware of the issues I had with them or the contact and yet you go straight into this abysmal attempt to intimidate monies not due. After all if they lied why would you then be stupid enough to then believe them a second time when they state that I only contacted them once over a repair?!

Secondly I am also well aware that Debt Collectors are crooks because I have already been physically assaulted and defrauded out of £4,500 by JBW Group and Bailiff Jason Reeves which will be attended to this year and all the law breaking will stop. All of it.

Thirdly how is it that I provide the Judge and the Court with enough proof, yet you make it sound like it is not enough proof.

But I gave the court direct links to things posted on the Inetrnet of several of the phone performing its faults, prrof that the ohone was sourced from America, how I spotted that it was used and from America and I even had Motorola send me an email?!

These and all my correspondences with Very Catalogue AND Shop Direct, who ignored around 45 emails thinking that they have eberything tied up via corrption in the UK via minions like youselves, the bailiffs and the courts. If not you would never have stated the things you do in the letter that you sent to me.

BECAUSE, and here is the very key point in all this. If I was a GENUINE and honest bbusiness man or woman I would be furious with Shop Direct for witholding infromation.

Now I believe I have made my point here.

BUT...it is NOT over becase, you see, I have still come out worse off here!! I am not going to let that lie I am afraid.

Because I now only do I have a disability but I have very wrongly and illegally, if not it SHOULD BE, had my credit rating affected.

Now I am going to make the following as CRSYTAL CLEAR AS I CAN...

I have had this shite phone for two years and it has been frustrating and worst of all it has cost me money and added to all that is that is that I thought I had someone who coupld supply me with goods, albeit criminally expensive and more so with interest, and it turns out the are just sellling the British public shoddy goods.

What I also find odd is that I have provided you with both a blog address and some YouTube emails, but WHY?!

I already told Shop Direct all this and now you know what I gave the courts so WHY am I having to tell you?!

Also I will point out what so many large companies and organisations missed and also what I told the courts....

The blog is not just about Very and Shop Direct, oh no not by a long shot! It is about corruption in some very major public offices and services and the data I present on my blog has been used by an MP in the House of Commons. The blog is also plastered all around the Internet and in comparison to the others I am battlin as well as beating you and Shop Direct are small fry.

My biggest battle has the NHS, and I mean their HG at NHS England not a nurse in a clinic, running around like headless chickens and has very recently withdrawn to complaints reports of an official complaint. Why?

Because fot the last three years I have been recording severy single convesation, neeting, appointment and test I ever had and not just the NHS either. The Police, all Ombudsman, Local Councils (four to be precise), HMRC, GCHQ and MI5 and a number of organisations supposed to advise the public.

DO you know what they all have in common?

1) They run their businesses BADLY

2) They lie and cheat

3) Ergo they do not perform the jobs to which they are paid and when this is public taxes this is bad.

Do you know how long I have been going with the blog and how many VISITORS I have?

I have barely been going 18 months with it and have attraacted 100,000 visitors and by my calculations that by the end of 2014 this should be around 1 Million, or near as damn it.

Do you know how I managed to do all that I did?

Because when a ship is sinking the humans try to help each other while the rats will scramble over the heads of others to survive therefore turning on each other!

The difference between a rock and a hard place is that the rck is steadfast, while the hard place is just an unpleasant place to be.

I intend and it now cannot be stopped for not only every member of the British Public to know the truth behind every closed door in this country but what is best of all and the government organisations are only just now figuring out is that, the Internet os GLOBAL and not just nationwide.

So yes, tell all this to Shop Direct, why don't you and in the meantime try and figure out how you, the court and Shop Direct are going to stop from being hated by a vast majority of the British public?! As I stated to the courts, EVERYONE is being scrutinised by me and it is my strong belief, and certainly seems that way from what I am hearing, that many courts and Judges may be corrupt too and allowing the physical violence wo go on?!

I also know all the tricks to, the manipulation of the dates to get liability orders?! Ooohhh I must admit that WAS a good one, very somple and effective. Oh except I cottoned onto that one and explain to people on my blog on how to look for the corruption and put a stop to whatever they are going through.

I do it all for free by the way and have already had eome nice things said about me and I seem to get a follower a day currently?! In fact sometimes I get two and before long that will be the norm and then three and four each day. But I keep telling people you cannot go by folloowers and I vidit places regularly but I do not follow many. Too many notificiations going through to my phone and too many emails.

Oh yes and I also help advise a number of campaign groups now.

YOu will be hearing of me again durjing this year no doubt, as someone told me my blogs pop up everywhere. But then I have been focusing on the media right now as most others are dead and buried it is simply and merely a matter of time.

THE OTHER ONE HAS BELLS ON

Well here is one from yesterday and was too tired to post it up. I nearly did not do it today.

This is a letter from Cap Quest, a Debt Company, regarding an item I refused to pay a SINGLE PENNY towards because the phone I got was

1) USED
2) HAS A DOZEN FAULTS
3) NOT A UK PHONE AND SOURSED FROM AMERICA

This is not the only time this has happened and anyone who has paid attention see I posted sometime ago that I had a series of cameras off Argos I KNOW were used and were also FAULTY! There were three Nikons (1xL310 abd 2x P520) and an Olympus LP 820SZ.

I also had suspicions about other items I had bought from Littlewoods too who are owned by the same company as Very, Shop Direct, and also own Isme. You know from the advert? 'Isme gets me, OVER A BARRELL'?! LOL!

Well I have had a letter from CapQuest sort of saying that they...

1) Did not know I had contacted Very (Surprise, surprise)
2) Very claimed that I DID contact them about a repair only but never contacted them again?!
3) They are going to leave if for for ME to contact Very and leave it thirty days
4) They do not know the details.

Remarks to number...

1) Well you a bunch of crooks as you all are why would I and you would not bother anyway and just used intimidation to acquire money.

2) Well you can see on this blog the forty emails and even a few letters I wrote to them, the less said about that remark the better.

3) Now WHY would I do that?! Oddly I am STILL the loser in all this and not happy about that!

4) I gave the details to the court which was enough for them to throw it back to CapQuest and make them pause for at LEAST thirty days!!

Time for a little wind up me thinks.

Oh bugger it!

I sent Capquest a little email without too much detail, I also did not tell them I had emailed to court with a copy of thier letter. You can check their highly ;aughable letter in my last post on here, lol.

But I could not resist the tekptation to be cocky and sarcastic along with speaking down to them, kind of a taste of their own medicine except I do not need to lie to do it, lol.

Yup nice try with the letter but I am afraid I can see right through it. I am not going to go into the nitty gritties of all this as you are fully aware of your own lies and tricks.

Intimidation does not work. All the tricks used I am well aware of. Your letter contains quite deliberate lies and trickery and I have no doubt that when you go back to Northampton County Court you fully intend to show a completely different letter to the one you sent me saying 'oh look how in the wrong he is'.

You are also a bunch of liars, but then I knew that already. In fact I was banking on you being just like all the others as this time I was fully prepared for it when they time came.

So I would umm go back to the drawing board and try again?! Or you could just send me another letter like the last one as I burst out laughing when I see it and really I should be thanking you as not only was I after something extremely good in black and white the letter I received was better than I could ever have dreamed of!

I also fully intended to embroiled in a number of Court Orders as I wanted to scrutinise their practice and involvement in corrupt actions by organisations such as yours. But despite me thinking this would happen with a number of public offices all of which are in the pipeline you provided me with some very good material a darned site earlier than I imagined!

So thanks. Also yeah go back and try again and you can try as much as you like but both you and Shop Direct are in the wrong. I also have a great deal that goes against your client, Shop Direct, which I made them fully aware of over forty times...but I guess they never told you that?

Oh one last thing, as for the credit reference agencies...go ahead as that is something else that plays into my hands to as like so many other corrupt parts of the British Society I fully intend to put a stop to them all.

MY NEPHEW THE CHIMP

I have reeived a letter from the court regarding my used and faulty Motrola Atrix not so smart phone from Very Catalogue who are owned by Shop Direct and own Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

It seems someone seems to have gotten the message!! They have acknowldged my defence and have sent the details of my claims and evidence to the hired thugs and awaiting their response, lol.

Here are two letters I have had from the County Court recently with the sending to the hired thugs, CapQuest on this occasion, my defence being the second letter out of the two below...

POP UP BLOCKER THE CULPRIT

As some may see the ads are cut right down to nest to nothing.

I am pleased to see that it DID turn out that the Pop Up Blocker was hiding the ad blocks in the layout screen! As this is a design screen for the blogs I am completely surprised that the Pop Up affected this and I owe someone of Google's Adsense Forum a big thank you.

Dayam! Never thought I would have said that 6 months ago, lol.

And damn I am in a lot of pain this morning!! Jesus, woke up in dire agony with my back. Sitting down doing this stuff, removing offending ads of all my blogs....emailing court with facts and have to pay Eon again...DAMN just remembered they want me to read the meter to but IO only received the bill about 8 weeks ago and they say it was due the 5th November?! Grr...

EVIDENCE TO THE COURT

Right then!

Becoming more suspicious as I have now not had a reply from Northampton County Court in several days. I asked for the form N9C and stated that I can not see it in their unnecessarily confusing forms!

I also am starting to get this unnerving feeling that they are stalling so that I miss the deadline so that they can make a judgement against me with confidence.

Unfortunately for them they have concentrated on the CORRECT forms though not explaining and possibly PROVIDING THEM!

Also quite bizarre is that they have NOT asked me for any of the evidence I TOLD THEM I have and now you see why I MENTION the evidence first! I give them the chance to ask for it as they want to see if their have been serious breaches in the law. Just as what happened with the BAILIFFS and Debt Collectors from previous times I state that I have the proof that illegal activities far beyond what I did have been taking place and no one shows any interest, lol!!

OOPS!!

Now you can have a giggle with my email to Northampton County Court about what has been going on and that their has been no respect for the law aned simply goes to the highest bidder!! LOL!

SHOP DIRECT via CAPQUEST & OBJECTION TO BEING RIPPED OFF, LIED ABOUT AND FLOUTING OF THE LAW TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN MONIES

I apologize for the delay but I have been in a great deal of pain, which I did warn you about as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and despite suffering for 13 years the NHS have thus far avoided diagnosis, though I am prescribed Amitriptyline which is one of only two drugs to have an affect on my condition.. I also have several hernias too, though these the NHS cannot avoid.

You have not responded to my request about the form N9C and neither have you asked about any of my evidence.

As time is running out and I duly provided you with my argument and reasons I will now provide you with links to the proof. Remember that using the serial number to the phone the proof that the item was originally sold in America can be got from Motorola themselves.

Also note that I never refused to pay for it but I refuse their valuation of the items....

At the time of purchase the value of a second hand phone of this model was £80, but this is for a used and WORKING smart-phone which this is not. It is also NOT a software issue, after all I AM BSc Applied Computing, and is a hardware issue.

It never stated on the advert that it was a used device and I contacted everyone you can think of from Advertising Standards to CAB and everyone in-between. all of which were both clueless and powerless.

Also keep in mind that not all faults can be recorded this was.

Note too that the video of the email contains the serial number, IMEI, of the device which is what I used to discover from Motorola that the device was sourced from America.

Note further that when the phone was on charge it used to 'PLAY UP' which is an understatement and you could not use the phone and at best was unreliable.

Please note that this 'ISSUES' still persist today and I have not been able to rep[lace the phone because my credit has been unfairly been given a bad name by a company that is practicing highly illegal activities and doing so with the utmost confidence as if they are being given special privileges to do so.

Please ALSO NOTE that the blog address I have provided above is indeed widely know and growing all the time. It also provides the public with evidence of corruption among a large majority of the public offices and a few private ones.

Also note that on YOUTUBE the Motorola Atrix is NOT the only device I was sold that was faulty and refurbished and that on the blog and the YouTube videos I have films and explanations to how this is done! Argos sold me 5 faulty cameras in a row and it was very easy to beat their head offices and prove that they were selling refurbished goods as new.

Please also note that back in January 2013 I was asked by a backbench MP if he, THEY, could use my data in the House of Commons as well as send sections to the media. SO many things that appear in the news from the NHS to the Police and all the Local Councils, the corruption and the loss of lives of children would have originated from me. This even includes the HMRC and Bailiffs and there is precious few I have not covered.

I tell you this to show that I am not lying. Just in case anyone runs away with the idea that they have the confidence that a judgement can be passed against me and get away with it. You may well want to speak to JBW Group and Jason Reeves or Equity. AS they know what I will say next.

Illegal activities and corruption is rife in this country and thugs are hired to illegally obtain money from the British Public and breaking laws that far exceed that of the nature of the offence committed by the person the action is being taken against!!

I was attacked and DEFRAUDED and before long realized that dates were being manipulated to obtain court orders a long, long time ago. I will NOT accept anyone on my property of this ilk any longer as they are ion full breach of the law and show a complete disrespect for it.

How in the hell is this happening?!

I have now noticed that the file 'n9a' actually has form 'n9b' on it?! SO why did they not call the file 'n9ab'?!?!

I also cannot find 'n9d' on any of the three PDF files?! I have had a bit of a go at them about this and also one of the files is NOT editable, though they say I can just fill in the forms and email them back too?! I find this a bit peculiar.

Here is my email askiung why I cannot find 'n9d', YAWWWN, and why not all the files are editable and why the misleading file names as well as the misleading forms?!

Sorry but I made an error in the form that I need. I then realised that the form that I 'thought' I needed is also NOT the correct form!!

This is getting quite ridiculous now. I cannot see which of the forms is form N9B.

These forms are absolutely atrocious, who in the world designed them? Are they designed to be confusing?

Now as far as I can TELL I need the form N9D, that is 'N', '9', 'D'.

Even the forms you sent me are not all editable?!

I wish to claim that I simply do NOT owe this money! I would have liked to Counter Claim against them for an unspecified amount but for some bizarre reason this costs money. The item has been a pain in the posterior from the moment I received the faulty and used American sourced item.

COURTING CONFUSION

Right then!

Northampton County Court and I have sent off the paperwork only to be told I have done it wrong?!

SO now first off I sent an email asking how in the hell I managed to do that and then realised that it was NOT ME but THEM!

Now of course this makes me suspicious of the courts immediately!!

I apologize but I am not used to doing this. I originally did it one way and then thought I had ssumed wrongly and did it another. I also thought I had put Shop Direct and Very Catalogue details on form? Does not the reference number tell you the details? I am confused as I am about being sent three forms as you have now done yet again.

I get periods where I get confused and forgetful and my disabilities have been missed by the NHS for over 13 years and it now turns out I suffer from Fibromyalgia which I only discovered myself very recently. It also turns out so did the NHS as I put in an official complaint and have been secretly recording meetings and appointments to prove what I claim and that I was being lied to. Oddly once the cat was out of the bag that I had been secretly recording everyone I become embroiled in a battle with for the last few years I was then prescribed Amitriptyline which I did not want but it started to have an amazing effect and then I later found out that is is only one of two drugs that works on Fibromyalgia. This not only confirmed my suspicions but also told me that the NHS had known all along and discovering I had collected evidence and recordings and have a website where I post it and make it available to the public that they then decided to give me the drug for what they already were aware I suffered from.

It now turns out that my weird forgetful nature is one the the many symptoms of Fibromyalgia and is know as 'Fibro Fog'  and you should also be aware that a huge number of people that I know and that visit my webpage are up in arms because I have deliberately been screwed over the years by public offices and courts too.

I have evidence here and on my webpage that dates on letters had been altered so that certain court orders could be issued without my knowledge and as a result I was attacked in my home over a £550 fine I thought quashed, by a Local Council. They also took 5 items total value of over £5,000 and they knew it, later told me they only received £735 which I knew was a lie and then found out that they auctioned just one item for £2,800 and told me they received £400 for it?!

This was Bailiff Jason Reeves and JBW Group and I have spent years trying in vain to get justice despite having the evidence.

This is also true of a great many companies and public offices so if I think an authority is being evasive than I start to become suspicious.

Also, and I did state this previously, I am in disagreement about the fee you charge for the counterclaim so wondering if I filled in the wrong form?

This is actually not really correct in charging people to defend themselves as it suggests your guilty unless you PAY and whoever has the most money wins regardless of the truth.

I thought it was understood that I was simply disagreeing with them.

If defending myself is FREE then can you explain to me which form out of the three forms I need to fill in and how, please.

DECLARATION OF WAR

Well I have done those two posts, lol.

I have also replied and signed the County Court Paperwork fighting against the corrupt Shop Direct and its didgy outlets that are Very, Littlewoods and Isme Catalogues.

I have replied to NHS England and granted them permission to do whatever they want. Just waiting now for this damned Personal Independent Payments thing to go through so that I can show that for what it TRULY IS and that they completely and incompetently ruined a chance to improve something long overdue an over-haul.

There are obviously and also other things besides but....FIBROFOG!!

I am sorry...WHAT?!

I have been done an injustice, been lied to, conned, harrased, attacked, robed and defrauded all backed up by courts and judges and this time the same is happening again but I have to PAY A FEE to say I am INNOCENT?!

Are you serious?!

I just went through a load of UNNECESSARY webpage forms typed out what I had copied and pasted below and the get asked for MONEY?!?! 

Can you confirm that you ARE INDEED a legitimate court and this is not some kind of debt collector scam?!

I would also like to add further to that I have included below on that I offered to pay them something which was actually more than the true value of the phone, which was nothing because it is NOT repairable.

I know this because the letters after my name (see BELOW) are for Computing Science!

First off I am genuinely shocked that this has reach a court?!

Very sold me a second-hand/used/faulty phone they sourced from the 

USA. This can be easily proven and straight from Motorola 

themselves. It had in excess of a dozen faults.

I contacted Very Customer Services over forty times to sort this 

out and wanted a different phone but they ignored me.

The phone was purchased in an emergency as I had left my phone on 

a BUS, I am disabled and have a dozen area of my body cause me 

pain. AN emergency because my underage daughter was being held 

against her will in a property in Liverpool by two radicalised 

Muslims.

Not only was a sold a sub-standard device as NEW and for the NEW 

PRICE but it was also faulty beyond belief and it was very easily 

spotted that it was from America too, which Motorola kindly 

confirmed when I asked.

I also now am aware that this sourcing of refurbished faulty items 

is rife in the UK.

I also write a blog about corruption in the UK, of public services 

and the legal system which is heading for 100,000 followers and 

all my evidence is posted there.

I can also PROVE INCONTROVERTIBLY all of the above. I can also 

prove I made Shop Direct aware of all the above too!

I can also provide YOU with the proof by simply supplying the link 

to my BLOG and you can type in the keywords 

Very?Motorola/Smartphone or I can just provide you with a list of 

links and descriptions.

Oh and I was beaten up by bailiffs previously who then went on to 

sell 5 of my household items for over £4,000 (one alone I have 

proof sold for £2,800 in auction) for a £550 parking fine, 

remember I am disabled, so Debt Companies are criminals and I do 

not deal with criminals or anyone I perceive to be corrupt.

Oh and that last paragraph? Yes details and proof of all that is 

on my blog too as it deals with corruption everywhere and even the 

POLICE are involved.

DISORDER IN THE COURT!

Well this one is strange?!

Took me a while to locate on the paperwork what this was about and it turns out it is to do with the used and extremely faulty American smartphone, Motorola Atrix, which only a few days ago I noticed had the surname Sessenbauer (or something similar to do with the NSA in recent post) in its dictionary?!

The phone I contacted them way over forty times about which they kept ignoring and even when I PROVED that the phone was USED. FAULTY and CAME FROM AMERICA they continued to ignore me.

So I eventually gave up trying to sort out the situation as they were clearly not interested, clearly guilty of selling USED and FAULTY goods in their mail order catalogues of Very, Littlewoods and Isme. I was also annoyed that they were trying to get, more or less the launch price for a phone that was also over a year old.

Now I am totally surprised they did this baring in mind that they are well aware that I not only know what they did but can also prove it. Added to this the court paperwork looks very suspect. First off you only get 5 days to answer, which is weird as courts are notorious for taking forever. Secondly it is not signed, though states that it is but only a typed out name is present. Lastly it requests that you DO NOT contact the court and only the cheating liars?! Oh and then there is the website they put up with 'GOV' in the title?!

Impersonating a court perhaps? Surely not?!

All a bit peculiar, lol.

ETCHINGS OF A BROKEN SOCIETY PART 3

Duse to what I believe to be an unfair comment, with insults, based on reading just one posting I have decided to do a series of diagrams.

These are in FOUR PARTS and this one I have done first is PART THREE and on the RETAIL side of things and explains WHY you have to use anger when your being defrauded out of your money...

Unless your just going to lie there and let them do what they are doing as well as conning people out of cash then there simply no other way and this is by THEIR design and not mine.

FANTASTIC NIKON BUT...TROUBLE IN PARADISE

Right OK now I have been out and tested the new Nikon and guess what?

PROBLEMS!

This is really annoying as it is not MUCH of a problem but I have had enough of problems and you have to ask yourself if it will get worse?!

Sometimes I half press the SHUTTER RELEASE to focus before FRAMING and nothing happens!! I release and then try again and NOTHING HAPPENS. I get fed up and press it the whole way and NOTHING HAPPENS. Well the last one is not quite accurate as about 5 seconds or so later it then takes a photograph?!

Now here is the one where I attempted to zoom in...half pressed twice...got fed up pressed to take a picture, waited for seveal seconds and dropped my arm to give up and it took a photo of the path I was walking on?!

Otherwise it makes the Olympus look like it has NOT WORKED from the first day I had it!!...

 

Now these are the first few shots and in very bad light with a camera system I am not familiar with and yet they are STUNNING. On days with light like this and when I owned the Olympus SP-820UZ I would probably not leave the house with it some days and certainly would not cycle for 20 miles getting photos...

...that will NOT be the case here.

It also took time when first set up to focus, about twice as long as the Olympus, which initially pissed me off as it meant it would have to go back....AGAIN!!!

I had the Nikon D3100 in my hands and I did tell them at the store that if I then went and bought TWO LENSES, if I even HAD THE CASH, and the camera went wrong I would be livid.

The smaller Lowepro case that fitted the Olympus like a glove, the one I now call the PUKEY camera case it I puked all over it, is too small for this camera.

I also now have no less than EIGHT Rechargeable AA Batteries and a Energizer charger I have little use for as like my other Nikons this uses its own proprietary battery! Meaning I will now have to purchase another battery which will then be a waste of cash if I change the camera again?!

Thus far there has been nothing n the way of allowances of all this extra expenditure nor the time and the photo opportunities I have lost.

I am afraid to say that this highlights exactly what is wrong with the United Kingdom as many want to cast judgement, point fingers, keep their jobs and salaries and yet there is nothing in the way of understanding nor is the any offer of something for the trouble and money spent.

In February this year of 2013 I bought a Nikon L810 Coolpix for £120. This was faulty immediately and I then changed it but had to pay an extra £110 to get something else. This turned out to be the Olympus SP-820UX I was intially over the moon with but failed to realise that THIS was faulty form day one. Early on there was a loud noise when focusing and zooming but thought it just lesser quality than the two Nikons I had previously?! Now I have paid out another £70 and have this wonderful Nikon P520 Coolpix with some fantastic features I wanted all along that will help me IMPROVE my content on all my blogs and my YouTube account no end.

As I told them in store that getting a third one would be disastrous as this would be akin to three strikes in baseball?! Don't ask it was the first thing I could think of!

I was already apprehensive about the camera because when I un-boxed it, oh yeah I forgot I did a video of that, I noticed marks on the lens looking like skin marks. As I used a micro-fibre cloth to clean the marks away I then realised that bloody VOID sticker was on the box?!

Now for those paying attention both Argos and Nikon claim that the VOID sticker is NOTHING to do with them?! I posted the email from Nikon claiming that not a single box in their entire building regardless of where in the range we are talking about, i.e. COST, not ONE box has ANY stickers over the edging on the TOP of the boxes. So not them then!

But Argos claim that this sticker has nothing to do with them either but DID lay laim to the one that covered the VOID sticker that stated Argos Quality Control on it! Well they did not have much of a choice now did they as it did say 'ARGOS' in big red letters and like I said to the chap that spent an hour on the phone stating all their goods are brand new and NOT returns or refurbished stock, yeah heard the BEFORE from Shop Direct and it was BOLLOCKS then and it is BOLLOCKS NOW!

So what is one supposed to do?

Argos are clearly selling really shoddy electrical goods, and I had a crowd of people listening in on my claims to the staff in store, as are Shop Direct and no doubt others too?!

The absolute arrogance you get when you basically tell them too and they think that as they have wasted the most productive months of someone trying to work and make a career for himself that a series of apologies is all that is needed and then go and sell me more of their CRAP!

I never thought in a million years that they would be STUPID enough to do this to the same person three times in a row?!

I feel sorry for the staff that work in store as they are totally unaware to what they are party to, not anymore I can tell you.

I can also tell you this and that is the term AUTHORISED DEALER is not worth a wet.... day out with your dog! LMAO! AS now I w8ill email NIKON UK yet again with what has just happened and I bet I get no reply whatsoever?!

ANOTHER ONE NIBBLES SLIGHTLY ON THE DUST

Well I should really show you yet another item that I purchased and is coming apart at the seams, lol.

Though this one is more worrying sure me because like many other bloggers and writers I seem to be being ripped off by organisations with no artistic our creative input whatsoever?!

That item happens to be the Olympus Stylus SP-820UZ Camera I use for well these 14 blogs which I have thus far failed to receive a single penny for?! That is two cameras in a row from Argos and BOTH very, VERY SUSPECT! The one I swapped this one for was a returned and refurbished one and but refurbished very well. This one they have used papier mache for the handle grip, lol.

Even though done if my adverts are to companies which actually sell these items?! Lol.

Now I have previously mentioned that the quality of the pictures seems to be dropping, or maybe bad to begun with but I had not noticed?! Well it seems to be when I am on the maximum zoom, or close to it which is what I bought it for!

Now this in itself may not found like much but if I explain that a full zoom, 40x Magnification, movie which can only be shot in 720p is far, FAR sharper and detailed than a 40x still photograph at a supposed 14 Megapixels, or resolution at something like 4000x2000 ...ish, lol.

The photos at 100% on my laptop screen look more like photos that have been doubled there size or a 40x digital zoom, which it is not according to the cameras monitor. As you zoom there us a white bar that runs from left to right. When you reach maximum it stops. If you press zoom again it continues but this becomes digital zoom and the bar turns orange to let you know.

I NEVER USE DIGITAL ZOOM!

Digital zooming should NEVER have been created and is a cheat. It simply destroys the quality if a photograph the more you zoom using digital.

Is it not funny that the attitude today is that when its you're money its treated as if it is nothing but when they think you have THEIR MONEY...or even when they think they have an EXCUSE to say you have THEIR MONEY then they behave like you just sucked all the blood dry out of one of their children?! Lol.

I have two organisations like that one is a local council and bailiff that think they can attack you physically and break into you're home over £550 that you don't owe but then go and make £4,000 out of you and lie about it! There is the only example you EVER need.

The other is Very Catalogue who I thought had wisely given up trying to screw me for £400? This for a second hand refurbished phone that would have been worth £180 if it were for the fact that it is extremely frustrating and laborious to type on. Has a Martian Dictionary, has a series of other faults one if which you cannot use the screen while it is charging at all. How I have not taken a gamer to it at some point in the last year I do but know. Refuses and I MEAN REFUSES to type out some simple common English words like 'last' and 'some', lol.

Will they just sent me a letter about the money I owe and that I have refused to pay for the phone. Well yes I did, I kept giving then the option to send an alternative phone and they kept ignoring it. I needed the phone because if the things I had going in contained within this blog. Have no landline. Needed rio be reached by Police (who lied and fucked up), MI5 (who only ever rang once), Social Workers for Grandchildren (who turned out to be lying, cheating and covering to far worse than I could have imagined), Doctors, Hospitals and various other reasons besides. But they did not send another phone despite being asked fifty times I still have proof too?! They are good at ignoring when they think they can easily get away with it but then they never net anyone like me before, lol.

Well I did say earlier on that stuff, and my stuff, seems to be coming apart at the seems these days....

A LONE VOICE OF REASON

Well Mervyn King seems to have rather surprisingly been honest and summed up what I knew for sometime.

At least one name within the corrupt system makes sense and states out how it is?! It is a relief...

Ooh wait out was his parting speech so actually turns out to be somewhat worrying.

This is especially true as there seems to be a growing fashion of rich Americans ruining UK companies and I have had as well as witnessed and read about very bad experiences of this and discovered scams, lies and rip offs of the British Public going on.

If this had been noticed by more people than even I realise then this could be going down at the worst possible time?! I for one will not be spending money with companies that do not pay taxes, are American owned or run  or that sell shoddy overseas goods as brand new British goods.

Three companies, three products, all several hundreds of pounds each and all shoddy and refurbished!!

Motorola Atrix, HP Pavilion DV7 and a Nikon Coolpix L310. None of which were either what I wanted or needed and among with the crappy 3G network I am on (which is actually the best one) I barely get by.

All are used along with a couple other items, all also inferior to my needs and all are faulty save except for my Olympus SP820UZ Bridge Camera. Though I love the later there are many occasions when I cannot get what I want without an SLR and all that I get would be better with an SLR.

So I work with what I have and at times of i needed something someone would go without, lol.

This amounts to around £1,400 worth of goods on special offer costing £1020?!

Be careful out there! Argos, Very and PC World on case anyone read wondering, use the search function, lol.
