WHEN THE INEVITABLE HAPPENS

Well it had to happen sooner or later.

Except .. I did not realise what it was at first.

On my YouTube channel I try to inform people of the truth in many things, though mainly it is done via blogging but with the odd video to back it up. I actually plan on some big changes very soon.

Now I have a video for bloody ages back where I showed no less than three, 3, Advent Tegra Note tablets. Been there a couple of years and a few people have agreed, told me about them being cheated by PC World and even a few links.

Rather bizarrely I noticed that the video got quite a few dislikes? For telling the truth and trying to be informative?

Well .. I only noticed this because in just a few days I have had two very peculiar comments by people that .. well do not have much in the way of a profile. I think the first one had joined YouTube in the recent past?

Anyway first I had someone claimed that they was a PC World employee and that all staff used to laugh at people like me that bought this particular tablet as it was obviously crap and that people that bought them do not know tech?!

I roared with laughter over that because anyone who was into tech would have known that these might have been badged Advent but that did not mean they were made by PC World, in fact it was EVGA a graphics card manufacturer and was either the most powerful tablet PC at the time or not far from it.

I pointed this out and put it to him that he must have therefore known they were all faulty used ones they were selling and I asked if this was the case? He simply put ..

“scrub lol”

Then someone whined about my video and I must have mentioned wanting to sue the NHS in the video as someone put ..

“Suing the NHS?! WTF?!”

Ugh. The world is full of morons that listen or read something and then without knowing fuck all about the situation decide that you are wrong. I mean the fact that I have recorded evidence of it a dozen times over .. yeah that counts for nothing because these people blessed with divination powers are obviously very powerful?

Then I had another one and it stated I was cringey and there was another “WTF?!” about suing the NHS and I was like “Yawn!”

Why the fuck are people so fucking stupid and dense and they even went on to say there was no way that I had a degree in applied computing .. actually putting “My Ass!”

So I went and looked at their profiles because in my experience people that want to argue online but who are not too sure if they will win normally make up second accounts, or even more with some people, so they can disappear when beaten.

Yeah so .. actually three people in a row whining and a bunch of dislikes. When they acted as if the NHS was God himself I also put that they should go and watch videos on YouTube by Sargon of Akkad and Tim Pool. BEFORE I looked at a particular profile that had fuck all in it and two subscribers. The video feaured on their profile was one about gay couples .. I thought “Uh-oh? IS this … ?” I then read the About me and boom! LBGQT3LOON's was mentioned.

It aalso stated about keeping up the fight. Lol.

I though “Ooooh for fuck sake, these some of these extreme left loons have found me!”

Well I suppose it was bound to happen eventually. I thought I had at least six months before I started getting the vile and the screaming that others more well known than me usually get?

But no.

Hopefully it will just quiet down again?

Really not in the right period of my life to deal with these people that call everyone names and other nasty things and then have the cheek to accuse them of being childish on top when only one of them has been calling the other names. Lol, I think that is just so fucking hilarious!

It is in the comments section of the video below with one being called Skyelar something or the other and the others you can find. Not many comments on that one. I just put that on my channel to warn others about faulty goods being sold to people and I later found out I was one of many doing this.

As I said to this Skyelar .. I have helped many people and even had men of the cloth thank me after listening to my proof that the NHS lie.

What made me wonder about the .. group that these people might belong to is that they .. well they really are ignorant of the facts when it does not fit their narratives or feelings.

I mean they havee missed the obvious here .. I do not have one Advent PC Tablet and nor do I have two Advent PC Tableets in the video, I have no less than THREE Advent PC Tablets in the video I still have and was refunded for on every single one of them well over a year after purchasing them. PROBABLY because they saw my YouTube videos and got all the staff to hit the dislike button, lol.

They are not ver going to come back to my channel, at least under the same name lol, but I am to stop helping people because .. they said so? LMAO!

THREE identical tablets owned by THREE different people, all of which were repaired between two and five times but I am talking shit, of course...

THE SONG BECOMES A SHRILL

Ever since late last year I realised I could … work around a humongous obstacle and towards something.

I had initially planned for this at my five year period anyway.

I had even spoke briefly about my plans to select people, might surprise you to hear that this was my landlords?

Despite this plan beginning to form some sort of obscure and unrecognisable shape I had promised myself not to do two things. The first of those was window shop. The second was start making lists.

My lists normally amount to nothing. Mostly. This time it is a little .. different.

A few days ago I started to create some lists. Today I window shopped … well, kinda.

I say 'kinda' because, by all that I hold holy, what I have previously reported is becoming so damned obvious I have to wonder about the shoppers I walked around today.

My lists are long and some of these are within … groups. Of one of these groups I wondered what things might be up to check out at PC World?

Ummmmmm......

I .. I … I am confused.

I entered PC World for the first time in ages but … I started to get quite confused very quickly even though I know what to expect.

One brand normally on show was missing almost completely, was completely in one area, and that was Sony. Funny then that the only thing I have acquired from PC World that was not refurbished/faulty/damaged [DELETE WHERE NECESSARY] was a Sony Bridge Camera, the HXC-300 I think it was?

Not a single SLR, or technically an SLT as it has a translucent fixed glass/mirror, with the Sony name was on show at all! Last time I entered the exact same store there were two I believe? The A67, or whatever that model was called, and the A76. I am guessing these models as the ones now are the A68 and the A77 Mark II. There were none.

I had also been doing a great deal of research into other cameras, like Sony's Alpha range and the only one I could find in the store was the A7 and the A6000.

Umm … only the A7 is now on the Mark II and maybe even a Mark II S? I also know that there is an A6500.

Also a quick glance at Nikon's SLR's and I spotted a D3200. Errrrm except it is now on the D3600!

The models shown in store were out of date previously but I thought obviously not old enough to make people realise what was going on. Now they are well, well out of date!

Going from the D3000 series Nikon SLR you had the … well, D3000 then the D3100 before it went through the D3200, D3300, D3400, D3500 .. hmm I am wondering now whether there was a D3400? Well you get the idea … we are on the 5th or 6th generation and PC World are still selling the 2nd generation.

That is not even funny.

Sure … I am not opposed to seeing older models at cut down prices, provided they are only up to two generations old and are NOT returns that were faulty and refurbished, or not rather, models that are still faulty.

It got worse as I noticed there was clear security boxes placed randomly in the areas between the show models that contained other models of cameras adorned with yellow 'reduced' stickers. It started to look like there old store that they turned into a clearance store, there telling the public that the models were ex demos when they were actually refurbs, I know because I purchased a crap HP laptop from them.

Nothing much to see in the laptop section and I am awaiting a new generation of laptops with AMD Ryzen CPU, APU and GPU chips in which are still a couple of months away.

I saw two drones on show that were interesting with one I had seen a YouTube video of which folds up to a rather small size, the DJI Mavic Pro. Another one I had not seen previously but was interesting and had one hell of a remote control and made of carbon, called the Typhoon. The Typhoon was big and with a beefy camera.

Other than that I found myself staring at the customers looking at things and I had to wonder that they surely realised what was going on and did not mind the fact they were buying things that were not what they appeared?

My last camera from PC World was new but that was a Nikon P900 and had only just come out and they did not even stock it in my local PC World store, I had to get it from their store in Oxford Street. Though this was not what I planned and my memory caused me to forget the address of the store I was heading for. Another store had also vanished, despite my phone telling me it was there and I had a difficult time getting there. Nearly passing out several times going from a tube station to the surface. Come to think of it I was having heart palpitations that day and my chest felt … odd. Oh well, I forgot about that and as I said before … I had not previously realised that having heart palpitations was a big issue. I certainly never expected hospital staff to get so animated and look so concerned over it. So yeah … it was new and decided to grab it as they had it and run. Well, not literally but I headed back to Enfield as quick as I could!

Had they stocked what I wanted in my local store I would still not return there to purchase the things need.

Well … I need quite a lot in fact. Hmm no … a hell of a lot and the length of the list? Over forty items and the list is still growing, plus keep remembering things I had previously thought of too.

Unboxing videos anyone? Four dozen unboxing videos anyone?

It is … mind numbing. Thinking of all the things I need and all the things I will get as well as all the things I will do. I cannot keep track.

Lol, I imagine when it happens visitors to my blogs and those to my YouTube channel will have a bloody hard time keeping track too? But it will be dizzyingly enjoyable. Well, I hope.

Then there are all the photos and videos that will be created by the use of all these things.

Whoa-boy.

It is also May 1st and so … technically speaking it is the last … month? This is the last month in a great many different ways.

Once it kicks off, oh and it will, there will also be a bloody long series of posts, audio and video and possibly even one legal battle that could end up as three legal battles?

Then there is the zipping around and … oh boy will there be some zipping. Two to three lots of zipping around over the following 12 months from the kick off with cameras and laptop in tow.

There is a key date of the 2nd June 2017 but I am not really sure how the process I have been waiting for works around that.

I will need to do a lot more work at a … computer and my work space needs to improve by a factor of ten. I will have to do a lot of messing around with editing. Coding. The avenues that will become available will be endless. Streaming?!

Ugh! I dunno … so much to figure out and plan.

I have also got to get some other things into a regular … thing over the next couple of weeks and one of those is that I simply have to get back into exercising. I have become very unfit and this needs to change if I am going to achieve everything I have ever wanted.

Oh and an old name has popped up on the radar … as a new one. Almost missed that one. Also only using camera in manual mode only for the next four weeks. That should get me ready? More to do with my photography blogs, digital photography where I mess around trying to be artistic, and fail. Another one I do on British Wildlife as well as one on exotic wildlife, mainly reptiles, amphibians and fish.

Fit to work, fit to do and fit to … battle.

When this happens .. the following twelve months are going to be like nothing that has ever been seen on my blogs before … ANY OF THEM!

Starters orders!

A SUSPICIOUS MIND

Well here is that video I referred to in the last post.

Leaving PC World a big white and fairly new unmarked van pulled up and started wheeling white goods right through PC World's front door?!

A van, i might add, with Polish plates on it at hat had come a very, very long way to deliver thee goods!

Knowing full well that they sell refurbished goods as new because they had done so with me, though admiittedly not as many as Argos sold me, I of course immediately thought I was catching them in the act?

Though with any intelligence I would have the stuff delivered to a central base and have my own lorries with my company name on delivering the goods. It is the sensible way to do it.

Unless they have been doing it o long they think themselves untouchable, I know they think themselves untouchable anyway. If you listen to the recording of a PC World representative raising his voice at me you will know they think themselves untouchable.

I just try to warn others ...

I still buy from them because everyone is doing the same thing. If I discover, easy after a while, that the item is refurbished it goes straight back for a exchange and I tell them it is refurbished and how I spotted it.

Unfortunately this teaches them to not make the same mistakes!

PC WORLD SALES RECEIPTS & CUSTOMER SERVICES CORRUPTION

Ooh for the love of GOD!!

PC World are only at it once again!!

I have not had the gift vouchers and now, after spending fucking ages proving that I bought three tablets and them finally finding the other receipt despite the fact there was one receipt and two tablets, they have not only lost this receipt once again but also the reference number they gave me to prove that I had a third tablet they have managed to lose also!!

Here is the email from them followed by one I have sent in reply ...

Dear Mr Haswell,

CC2*******0

Thank you for your email dated the 6th May 2015, regarding the vouchers which you have been offered.

Having checked the details that we hold for you regarding your tablets, it shows that you have received a depreciated credit for the two tablets that were purchased.  These have been processed as BACS payments for you on the 12th March 2015.  The amounts that have been offered would be a full and final settlement for the two items that we have received details for.

I have taken on board your request for vouchers which you have been offered, but am unable to locate the details of the vouchers which you have been offered on our systems.  If you have any case reference numbers or the name of the colleague who has offered this, we will be able to look in to this further for you.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,

Helen Wright
The KNOWHOW™ Team

REPLY ...

Dear Helen Wright

No, for the love of God. What are you people doing there?!

There were THREE tablets!

Please let us not start this up again, this all gets posted on my blog and there are over 210,000 readers I have and I can assure you that they can count to three even if YOU cannot!

You paid me for 2, ten out of ten for that and as I am a software engineer and have letters after my name I am quite offended that you first of all did not read my email properly and second of all think me a complete idiot for not being able to count to three when it is you that are unable to do that.

Your email now gets posted here ...

asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.com

Not only do you look like cheats to more and more people you also look quite incompetent too.

Incidentally my blog is on corruption and not only have I beaten far larger organisations than yours I have a court case against four of the biggest organisations in the land which has been one and I have to attend at the request of a three strong legal team and I assure you that when this gets published you can add a zero to the end of my reader count by the end of 2015.

Right now I have managed to dig out the reference number...something you have managed to lose YET AGAIN along with half of one receipt where I buy two of these tablets at the same time for a friend's two daughter's because they saw the one I BOUGHT on Visa. Instead of a year of using our first tablets, I was apprehensive as they are a rip off in terms of what you get for the money compared to a laptop anyway, and enjoying them I lost count of the number of times these were bought back to be exchanged for another one due to a fault. This exchanged one, in other words four out of four, was also bought back several times for repair. As was the one I bought the same day as that one and even mine came back twice.

Reference: CC 2579450

Oh now I see I already provided this which now renders this bizarre! A couple of weeks back I took the tablet into the store as requested by yourselves. The store guy phoned you up and I was offered gift vouchers. I took two into the store because whenever I bought the tablets back they played fast and loose with the serial numbers, because you could not turn them on to get them, by using whatever receipt they could find under my name.

I have been through this dozens of times now and it has already gone far beyond a joke when you manage to lose one receipt and then alter the prices I paid for the other two...on my blog I claim that your organisation is cheating VAT.

Now do I have your attention?!

So please explain now and without lying like the pathetic excuse that you mistakingly used a repair slip to show I only bought two and not three tablets previously, used by four or more different people in your office, and why ...

You only had details about two on different dates, despite two being on the exact same receipt?

Why four people insisted I only bought TWO tablets and not three?

Why the figures on the receipts I hold here are not even close to what I paid for the tablets?!

How you have now lost these details once again when the reference number provided is purely and solely created to prove that I bought three tablets as I sent you via attachment the receipt you CLAIMED did not exist?!

Yours

THE PC WORLD RECEIPT CONUNDRUM REVELATION

Well what do you know?

Yesterday I was told my my mate that the receipt for the two Advent Tegra Note tablets I bought together and paid £99.99 each for in cash had turned up!

Now if you were paying attention, and I do this for all my findings, I recently posted details of this and also the fact that they insisted I paid £179.99 and £129.99 and only bought two tablets? I also revealed that one idiot rang me and basically called me an idiot and a liar?!

Also remember that they claim it was two purchases but it was actually three of the same Advent Tablet but also that we actually had FOUR tablets, as the first one was exchanged for another tablet that developed several faults itself.

Four tablets, none of which worked properly and three of them failing completely within a matter of a few days or a few weeks. One might have lasted a few months?

So I have scanned the receipt and I have posted it at the bottom of this post.

Of course I am also about to email that PC World team and now demand explanations and this should be quite interesting as they were all insistent that there was no third tablet and that I paid what their database stated I paid!

They are getting the scanned document moments after I post this and as a five day set of dates is about to start in just three days time the timing for them being posted on here could not have been worse!

This also applies to several others that have either been real twats, lied and even refused to even acknowledge me or in one case acknowledge a second application for, a Freedom Pass, I posted in to them.

Also added to this is the fact that the PIPs department of the DWP have just refused an appeal and considering I thought the 'BIG' battle would not end until the autumn of 2015 and so would the DWP battle and a few others it is extremely strange that they are all coming together while happening 6 months earlier than I had predicted?!

Weird, or what? Lol.

HERE IS THE EMAIL SENT AND FOLLOWED BY RECEIPT ...

Dear Sirs

ADVENT TEGRA NOTE 7 x 3

Well, well, well what do we have here?

I told you countless times that not only did I buy THREE tablets all of which were faulty, including one that was exchanged so four out of four, and also that the prices you had on the two that you claimed I bought were wrong too!

So here we are then? Attached to this email is a scanned copy of the ONE receipt for TWO tablets paid for with cash.

The other tablet was paid for by Visa Card and easy to get the bank statement to show that one.

It also occurred to me, looking at the receipt, that no mention was made about the cases I bought with any of the several emails I had from you and no one in phone conversations, which was at least three?! So more receipts have gone astray.

Also and before this receipt turned up I also found repair slips for all three tablets, proving that you not only claimed to not be able to find the third tablet on your system but there was no attempt to check the repair details either as they have all the serial numbers.

It is also strangely amusing and perfect timing that this turned up when it did.

  • I have battled a great many organisations within the UK over corruption
  • I expected on later in the year around August but which is ending very, very soon.
  • A couple of other organisations I also expected to reach their skullduggery and refusal about the time that the paperwork for the big battle.
  • The 'Big' battle I refer to has five subjects and four defendants with each one in itself being worthy of front page national tabloids
  • As I previously stated I publish everything on my blog, along with my theories and I have not been wrong yet and have had over 200,000 visitors
  • Besides the total number of visitors and the monthly visits being in the tens of thousands any time now the publication of the documents for the 'Big' battle will send my totals and monthly visitors through the roof, so to speak.
  • Not good for all the others, like the NHS and IPT and a couple of others, to have me publishing documents and recordings on them around the time that a snowball effect is about5 to take place over the next few months.

So I would like an apology from the idiot that rang me who was rude and insisted I was mad, stupid or just a plain old liar who ignored the fact I have three tablets with your name on.

I would also like an explanation as to why the figures on your system do not match any of the receipts I possess?

As I stated my blog is an ongoing battle which is not only about all the public and private organisations and the corruption, cheating and lying they are up to but also about everything that is wrong with the UK.

I can assure you that I have had no one disagree with any of my 2,500 plus posts except for the fact that at one point one person thought I was a government employee, called something I cannot recall, who deliberately posts false information to muddy the waters for what really goes on?! You would have to be a fan of the X-Files to know what I was on about with that one. In all honesty it was completely wrong to think that about me, though I could understand why, considering the hours I have of public services staff lying on recorded tape. These are dozens of hours in total and that would be a serious underestimate.

As for why I stated it was understandable for someone to think me some government agent carefully crafting some intricate set of tales to muddy the water...well no one has done anything like I have done before.

  • The number of organisations I have battle and acquired documentation on along with emails, screen-shots, recordings and other things are in the dozens. Not two dozen but likely more than three dozen.
  • I did this alone, with little money, a disability which scrambles my central nervous system which amplifies or reduces signals of all kinds and causes a dozen areas of pain and a short term memory issue, which is how I came up with the idea of a blog in the first place.
  • Considering the last point I get asked a great deal how I did it and I know that over the next year the number of times I get asked this question is going to rise in frequency exponentially

So now that this receipt has finally been found, and posted on my blog in yet another post about your retail items and data management along with altered bill receipts, I expect an offer of recompense.

And that apology!

Yours

THE ULTIMATE TAX DODGE

OK then ... try to keep up.

Also ignore some of this as this was pasted over from YouTube and it would not let me type up the whole story?! Typical of YouTube... and others...yes I will type out Tolstoy's War & Peace in sixty characters or less?!

Dumb-arses.

Also it sticks in my craw and something I will cane them about as soon as I have been provided contact details...hmm just remembered already sent them a letter about it and no reply....yes they are all for freedom and the people are they not, acting all aloof now like they are the Masters of the Universe?!

Yes 200 characters or less limit on the TAGS, though they are labels now as the Gods of the Universe have so decreed. Funny as I know that Wordpress does not have this limit. If it has a limit I have not hit it and I have posted what must be close to 400 charcters on some things.

Now as my labels are all relevant that means I am missing out on getting to people on many subjects, thereby losing me readers. Tried to warn them about this and hinted enough about it online ... but nothing! LMAO!

I hope I explained it enough in the monologue but will type it out anyway.

I will also put a link to my corruption blog in case you want to know which public services have been up to no good along with any retail outlets.

Also something big is coming and they do not even know it is coming as I am not directly linked to it...but someone travelled a few hundred miles to visit me for a couple of hours to tell me before they then returned, despite my please to stay overnight and return in the morning!

This is done and underlined with capital letters and from what I was told could be a few weeks to 6 months at the most. It sounded more like weeks in all honesty.

Yes, I don't see this as big...quite small actually. Hmm now well someone may think this is big or someone or even some journalist may do some digging and find this is indeed big. OK, OK ... so it is medium sized then! Lol!

But what is coming is ... bigger! Much bigger!

back to PC World...

I bought my tablet in late November, as I am now weirdly remembering 20th November as the launch date.

I am pretty sure I paid £160 on the day and on Visa. Remember this fact!

A married couple I know have two daughters and promised them a tablet the last couple of Christmases, well there is a financial crisis going on. They decided to buy them one each and asked if I would get them.

They gave me £360, or could be £340 in cash and I went down there and bought two. However when I went in the store the man pointed at a demo tablet and said "Oh you want two of these?" to which I said "No, mate...that one is £99.99 and the one I bought was £160". He then explained they had dropped and told a colleague how I had just paid £160 before they dropped.

At the counter they then told me they owed me £50 because of the drop and put in back on my VISA. So bank statements exist for the purchase and the money paid back. Remember that too.

The tablets I bought for the daughters both failed miserably, one straight out of the box or within a short time and the other about a day later.

So back in the store I go with one and then a while later the other one.

This happened several times throughout 2014, one having gone back four times and another three in all. All battery failures and refusing to charge.
Mine was returned eventually because it refused to read a perfectly good Micro SD Sandisk Ultra card.

On using it with the new, at the time Jellybean version of Android I was getting mistakes with it I had not had previously on Gingerbread. It was shite at spelling and grammar and kept ignoring words I swiped on and put in others with letters I did not go anywhere bloody near. Update after update after update and I not only saw no improvement in a swipe keyboard they managed to ruin, like QuickOffice, I could not see what they had changed in Android! I hate updates, they're used to cheat, block things they do not want you using on a device you own and you pay for this because of your download limits! Very nice Google, cheers!

Then my keyboard started playing up. Go anywhere on the left hand side using swipe, normal typing affected too, and suddenly it registers that the stylus has left the screen, then registers it back on...and off...and on. You end up with gobbledy gook!

Fourteen months of shite and knowing that PC World (along with Argos, B&Q, Littlewoods Catalogue and Very Catalogue) are selling refurbished goods as new that turn out to be faulty most of the time.. normally within hours or just a few days. Odd times longer.

Emailed PC World and they said to take them to the store. The store said they cannot book them in because they are out of warranty. I said I dont care about that you emailed me knowing this and told me to bring the two in! he looked like I was lying so I showed him the email.

He did not know who it was?!

He phoned them, I spoke to someone and they agred to do an out of warranty repair, a few days later I get a call to say I was being refunded. £220 paid into my account at £110 per tablet PC.

The mother of the daughters then tells me she has noticed her youngest daughter not carrying her tablet around like she normally does and suspects that one is faulty too.

I find out it is and email PC World about this one. They tell me I need the receipt. I tell them they have already been provided with the details via the two codes I sent them. They ask again and I tell them about a week ago...

"Oh tell you what...I will film all three and there faults, put them on YouTube and I will send you the link!"

Easter Monday morning I get a call on my headset while out on my bike. The lady is very nice and helpful and understands about my disability and my short term memory issues. She tells me she has the receipt where I bought two tablets together but not the other. I say "well in that case if it is the one I bought singly I paid by Visa I can get the bank statement" She says that will help but the store can give me the receipt.

I get the bank statement and next morning I get both receipts from the store just to be on the safe side and email both of them.

I get an email asking me to take the tablet into the store to show the fault and I have a blast at them and state why did they not effing tell me that when they told me to get the receipt from them?!

Today I got a call from PC World and do you know what the twat wanted? The receipt!!

After him telling me there was only two receipts I then raise my voice and state "Oh God I keep on telling you there are ONLY two receipts!!"

I had also told them there was a problem with the receipts I had and I only just remembered I forgot to mention them earlier.

The lady on the phone found another receipt on their system while we were talking but we did not use that one because it was wrong. She said I bought two first and then this other one on its own afterwards and I paid £130 for it. I said "No that is wrong...I did not pay £130 for ANY of the three tablets!"

Now the bit I forgot....the receipts state I paid not just £130 for one tablet but on another it states £179.99 which was its original price.

Now keep track here...

My bank statement says I paid £130 and also has the £50 I paid back?! So I paid £80 then for a tablet that did not go below £99.99 and then went up in price after that?! Was either £120 or £130 when I last saw one.

Confused?

Well it gets better.

I had realised they were up to something and thought it tax evasion immediately but then thought it could not be that because they were changing the records and claiming they were receiving MORE money for the goods, not less.

Well that is until this dumb-arse on the phone mentioned something and totally contradicted Jackie from PC World who was on the phone to me a few days beforehand...

I only bought TWO tablets!

This was constantly insisted by him until I shouted at him, told him that he can stuff the £100 and that I will now video all three tablets and put them on YouTube and we will let others work it out for themselves what is going on.

What they are doing is altering their records to change the prices of what was sold and in this case also ... LOST ... one of the purchase details.

OOPS!

Now I am telling you now that this is NOT the big one I mentioned that is coming. No, no, no this will look like pissing in the wind when the other one is posted up, believe me on that one! LMAO!

No I believe this to be a large scale tax evasion by sort of losing purchases they do not then pay tax on. Considering this is all faulty refurbished shite, someone did say it was the Greek guy on Dragon's Den that has a company doing all this...err badly? Oddly enough I find it strange when you make a lot of money out of what is cheating and then prance around like you have reached some big achievement and sit on that panel like your an accomplished businessman when your not if you cheated!

I can tell you now that the married couple are dumb-struck over this. The wife said a couple times that they have just made a mistake and that on the receipts I got it will say I bought two...I said it doesnt because I realised the figures amounts could not be for two.

So to summarise ...

I paid £160 for one.

I then paid £99.99 each for two and was paid £50 back into my Visa for mine at the same time.

They have all been back between two minimum and four times each and could be five.

My bank statement says I paid £130 and then was paid back £50 for one.

They insist I paid £129.99 and £179.99 and ...

ONLY BOUGHT TWO TABLETS!

OOPS FORGOT THE DOCUMENTS SUPPOSED TO BE RECEIPTS ...

PC VILLAGE

Having difficulties with PC World, yeah funny name as much of their stuff, 80% or more, is refurbished and faulty goods and they they do manage to source some of their stuff directly from manufacturers, like Nikon in this example, week then they must be the only ones.
Argos, as I previously proved, do not and can not source items from Nikon desire the two maintaining that Argos are an official Nikon dealer. Yeah, borllacks to that!
Anyway here are some emails between me and Car Boot PC Village ...
Dear Sirs
My, my, how bizarre.
I am sorry but your way off here and I quite clearly previously stated the case on this and I am at a complete loss to figure out what is going on here.
This is because something is most certainly occurring because this was stated in the store, that there were only two purchases made. Which means your files/records have been adhered by someone though I cannot, believe me I usually do, think of a reason why. Nevertheless a mistake. In fact a big one and I will reiterated once again what I already told you but with one addition..
For the fourth time I only made TWO PURCHASES. The first one I purchased ONE TABLET. Now here is the but you need to pay cost attention to as I do get feed to with the inability to read and understand emails. Based on my tablet, the FIRST ONE, I then purchased another TWO as Christmas presents to two daughters of a married couple I know. From day one... Christmas Day 2014, these two were a nightmare.
Here is the added bit as no one had picked up on this fact at all despite the fact U have stated this several times too...
The first one was purchased via Visa. The second one via cash. Now either you have the two that were paid for by cash, in which case I can then go through my bank statements which I have been unable to do as not one person has explained the two purchases to me. Or you have one of the two, which were purchased together, along with mine that was purchased singly?! In which case what in the hell is going on? Losing invoices would likely raise an eyebrow at Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. However they failed to raise two eyebrows previously under evidence provided to them by myself so as they now appear to be as corrupt as everyone else I have published evidence on I won't be surprised if they did not.
Now I do not know how I could possibly be more clear in explaining that you ate quite simply not forthcoming with your details regarding invoices?
Two hundred thousand people and rising have absolutely no difficulties understanding what I say and I would wager they would have no difficulties with the emails I sent to you.
I also stated previously that these are branded Advent and I purchased not one, not two but THREE products they day they were launched ask if which were faulty!
Now... as I know these were manufactured by EVGA and IF I was to start screaming incompetence at manufacturing at EVGA and questioning tech journalists as dozens of them failed to get ONE FAULTY ITEM when I somehow managed three from the exact same location, what do toy think might happen?
Is there any chance, do you think, that EVGA might defend their reputation vigorously and blurt anything out?
It is truly amazing how rise employed to spout gibberish on the front line fail to see how they are being manipulated and then existed to fall in their swords when the game is up?
They are also very bad at mathematics.
I wonder just how many of them will ever appreciate the fact that in my endeavours I was never after the front line staff, except those I realised were KNOWINGLY lying for amoral reasons, but after the Puppet Masters themselves? Ones that then move on to another private retail firm or public service on another huge salary while former brain dead staff have list their jobs and will find it impossible to ever get a similar career again?
Now if you would sorry yourselves out please...I had already previously grown tired of waiting and having to explain to the friends of mine while they only have half their money back!
Otherwise I will have to give them the money refunded to me for mine and... well you can imagine how I will be after that? Not good to your company of that I can assure you and in previous disagreements your head office acted cocky Luke it can't be touched...
I am afraid this simply is not true of anyone or anything. It is just that some things made to look impossible take a long time of working on before you win.
My battles on my blog have thus far has a 100% success rate and these finales to these battles are accelerating this year. As is my audience.
At some point some untouchable period are going to wake up to a horrific realisation. A realisation that will come far too late. That's the benefit of doing these things the long way round.
The long way round accrues a great deal more than just the odd incontrovertible evidence and in each case collects a large number of this type of evidence in each and every area/retail outlet/public service etc, etc...
Now if you please... stop stalling. I have had only a missed call from my mother on the mobile phone I have you!
Yours

Dear Paul Evans
Hmm, the only odd message I had was from someone called Adam on my newly installed landline number I have not yet given to anyone.
I changed my number to Virgin Media, like my landline number, because Three Mobile did something very bad, very naughty and then lied about it to its customers, something tthat many big companies thinks is totally acceptable and the norm these days and I am afraid this will not do. No, no, no. I have a blog where I have been recording everything and everyone for several years, more than 5, and have records going back 20 years. I publish all I suspect on my blog and readers watch as I very literally go through every step to tricking them using the truth and catching them out.
Sou might have an old number, my new number is ...

Dear Mr Haswell,
Thank you for your email dated 1st April 2015.
Prior to my email I have attempted to contact you on your mobile number, however this went to voicemail.
I am sorry to learn of the problems you are having with your Advent tablets.  After checking our systems I have found some purchase information, however I am only able to locate 2 receipts, which it seems you have received a payment on both for 2 separate out of warranty claims.  The reference numbers for these claims are CC2566025 & CC2566011.  As this is a third claim we would require the receipt for this product.  Please provide the receipt information for the third tablet and we will be able to process a out of warranty claim for you.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Kind regards,

Dear Sirs
Sorry I am finding it hard making the time to get back to you.
I am still trying to locate the receipt too...
However one thing that I could do is film all three of the Advent Tegra Notes, put them on YouTube and then provide you with the link so that you can then go and see them for yourselves...failing that I have not found the receipt.
I say this, before you reply and wrongly inform me that it cannot be done this way, because the receipts are on your system and do not try denying this please because I was recently refunded for two products that were not bought together, and yet two were! Therefore you have already issued a refund using the receipt I am looking for.
Also the products have your Logo on them and you are the sole sellers of these tablets in the UK.
In tha meantime I will search and get back to you in the next couple of days.
Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs
I contacted you previously regarding two of the three faulty Advent Tegra Note Tablets which you kindly sorted out for me by refunding the money ...

REF:

***************

Well one I purchased the first one, my one, it looked so impressive to a married couple I know that they requested I pick them up two for their two daughters as Christmas presents. Lo and behold they were rturned umpteen times for repair.

Well after I had been in the store I was informed by the mother that she suspected that the third one had failed again. The younger daughter never had the tablet out of her hands but lately was mooching around the house without it. It turned out that this third Advent Vega tegra Note 7 was also faulty.
I now have this device in my possession and I see that it has a very curious looking bubble under the screen I have not seen before. I can only assume that this is the liquid crystal which has leaked from the thin layer it is normally located in.

I am not sure if the item comes on at all but have it plugged in as I type, but another curious things about these devices is that they refuse to turn on when plugged in for about ten minutes of the battery is drained.

I have included a picture of the curious looking bubble.

This is a shame because this younger daughter absolutely adored this device, as did I, but has been so...sad that they have ben such dreadful failures as tablets.

It also leaves a tricky situation as one daughter is about to get a new tablet while the remaining one has to wait so see if I can sort out a out of warranty reapir or refund for her device.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely

Dear Sirs
ADVENT TEGRA NOTES (PLURAL)
I am emailing you regards two Tegran Notes out of three that need repairing for the third time each and are over the one year period.
I contacted you about this previously over this and to point out the potential of a very embarrassing and damining situation that could very well occur from all this as all three items have failed for the exact same things over and over again and I had a previoous
row with your company over selling goods as refurbished..
Please, please, please do not get that highly offensive idiot that called me previous to be rude and sound fecking stupid on the phone where I had to record him and then run rings around him and make him look like the twat that he is.
Now I have been unable to bring in the devices before because I have a disability and a series of other health issues that all flared up and with a huge battle with a public service also corrupt who completely folded in and paid me thousands of pounds and about
to do so again. They are one of just many I have exposed and this year is going to be somewhat...shocking. My disabilty consists of 120 odd symptoms belonging to just one condition of several I have and one symptom being short term memory issues.
So in any event of a media war and legal war between us be under no illusions to who has all the aces and all the proof. Regardless of your size, money and owners I assure you it will not end well for you. I have beaten far bigger corporations than you and
far more dangerous corporations than you and during the rest of 2015 will defeat a whole string of them that will draw a lot of attention to both me and more importantly my blogs. So not a good time to argue with me and force me gaze and focus upon you for
the next few months...especially with the documents I have going up in May a few weeks before the General Election.
Trust me when I am understating it and not even describing its huge size and braod spectrum all that well and believe me when I state that if you think your some be all and end all company that cannot be touched...well, lol, there are people and organisations
on my list that would shut the feck up anyone who was lauging at this point or taking the piss...see for yourselves and keep an eye on it ...
asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.com
Now to avoid any...situations upon entering your store with these products I want you to realise this situation and be agreeable to it as well as prep the store staff in Enfield, Middlesex on the situation. Now we would not want amy embarrassing situations
to occur. Well I should say you wouldn't? I really do not care and embarrassing situations is why I have in just a couple of years humdreds of thousands of people reading my words. Another year or two from now will be millions...I assure you as I have just
spent £3,500 in two weeks on gadgets and toys to help me with that and I already had an impressive collection. I am spending £3,000 over the nect two months too on even more toys to help me achieve even more and a lot more often.
So if you could please be so kind to actually get back to me to say that these devices can be returned without...incident, well then I would be grateful because one of these belongs to a friend's daughter they bought on my recommendation. A recommendation I
made I have been made to look utterly stupid over. And being made to look utterly stupid is something I rather do not take too kindly too, of this I assure you!
I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Sirs
I purchased three of the above named tablets just prior to Christmas 2013.
Within weeks two of them had to be exchanged. Within a couple of months two more had to have their batteries replaced. Within another couple of months another one needed a battery replaced.
To cut a long story short I have been through nine of these devices in less than a year.
Now as these are exclusive to you in the UK and I'm well aware they were manufactured by EVGA for nVidia under licence I should not have to explain just how embarrassing this fiasco should be to you. If you have any conscience at all that is and as its become
clearly obvious to me in recent years that you are selling new goods that were mostly not new it should be clearly obvious that I am none too pleased with you or indeed the people that let you get away with this.
So you can imagine how I feel over the fact that as of very moment...
1 I have yet another device that has had a battery fail...
2 After my own has escaped the battery problem it is now refusing to charge and had an area of the touch screen which is faulty!
Now as both a software engineer and a hardware engineer educated to BSc Single Honours Degree I can tell you with absolute certainty that I have never been so shocked and disgusted in all my life with the quality of hardware I have purchased.
I can also tell you that it has not escaped my notice that supposed tech journalists have failed to mention at all the issues with this model tablet either here in the UK or just America. Nor has this issue been mentioned in the latest iteration of this tablet,
the nVidia Shield?!
I can tell you also that not only can I rectify this issue but I have been doing exactly that for several years now and of late seem to find myself repeatedly dealing with you! You already sold me not only a used Corsair Vengeance K70 Keyboard but that had
a large bend in the metal frame! A bend that could only have been caused by a drop from a very great height while outside its packaging.
Also I had a phone call from a member of your staff at your head office but also a rude and brain dead one too!
Now I strongly suggest when you reply you do not insult my intelligence.
I would like to know what you intend to do about the latest failures with these two tablets and your assurance that your not going to just replace the batteries with what are so obviously done sub standard shite as you did last time?
Yours

THE SONG OF THE VILLAGE IDIOT

Right I am waiting for one program to start, it has been at this for several minutes and I am not getting a fail message, error message or even acknowledgement from Windows that it has even started!

So I am now installing something else to post an audio file of me ripping crap out of someone from PC World on the phone, someone who has already lies to me in an email and obviously an idiot!

However I had no idea just how much an incompetent idiot and twat this guy was, a fecking true DICKWAD KING!!

Here is why, now I managed to record some of this but there are some facts that likely did not make it onto the tape, sometimes I really do miss the best things!!

1 He did not know where I bought my item

2 He did not know WHERE I bought my item

3 He did not know WHO I bought my item from?! Asking it if was PC World or Currys as the two are different?!

4 He did know WHERE I lived, had to ask my postcode and did not have my details up?!?!

5 He did not know what I bought and said "Oh a Corsair K70 Keyboard'?!

Now keep those in mind and I was given the same two options I was told about over the email which I will get into in a moment but I want to point out that THEY DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE ONE OF THESE BRAND NEW KEYBOARDS IN STOCK ANYWHERE!!

REMEMBER THAT!

Now think as to how they cannot replace this keyboard at all! How is this even possible?!

Now remember I have a condition that causes pain and nausea in unsuspecting situations and I was going to post about how I had been to PC World tonight to check out there stock. Only ... I was feeling odd and was only there because I was on my bike and the nausea was hitting me. Before heading home after visiting some friends I thought I was getting fed up with waiting for PC World to call me, and claiming they called me when they had not, and check to see if they had this keyboard in stock.

They did not.

They had a SteelSeries one I NEARLY bought instead of this but put it off because the keyboard was a rubber membrane one and do not tend to last with people that type or game alot and I do both! DUHHHH! LOL! This is about £80! So you see not the profe

They now had two or three Roccat Mk Pro Keyboards in stock which are normally £150 listed anywhere but on special offer, ooooh really??!, for 139.99 but are mechanical keyboards like this one!

Bugger!!

Oddly they have the Sapphire R7-250 Boost Graphics Card which I was going to get for my PC but now not and it was listed as a nVidia Graphics card which is not even close and nor was the price!

THANK .. YOU .. GOOGLE FOR ALLOWING YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE TO SHUT DOWN CHROME WITHOUT ASKING YOU BLOODY IDIOTS!!

Anyway ... I do not know WHAT I was typing before Google's increasingly crap software shut down Chrome while I was mid sentence in a blog, God is everyone bloody stupid today?! LMAO!

Right I will just finish up with the fact that you will hear the man complaining that he is only trying to help me ..

1 Despite knowing absolutely nothing of my transaction or how I bought it or even how it was delivered and where it was delivered

2 But I only have two options and he has had it explained that I suffer with a bad disability (left door keys in bike lock while I was in PC World ..... THATS what I was about tp type when Chrome shut down without warning)

My OPTIONS are ...

1 Take back to store for a full refund but phone up yet again and have a £120 Corsair Vengeance K95 Keyboard delivered to my house or local store, which takes about a week in all. I have to pay the extra too of course.

2 I have the keyboard picked up and have to mess around for a long time, his words, until I eventually get a Corsair Vengeance K95 Keyboard in my hands

Now remember I have already had him say that he has not looked at my blog, not looked at the video of me taking out of its sealed package and finding the solid metal dented, though I am not told as to why and why he is bothering to phone me anyway!

Remember this and then listen to the last half ofd tghe conversation that was already getting heated when he completely rubbished my claims about selling refurbed stock ...

1 First stating that they do not do it which is simply will have me thirsty for blood and I then say along the lines of 'oh yeah and like they are gonna tell you so how the feck would you know!' and aghast that he thinks its stupid to think that I ave not only proved it 100% of the time but despite everyone else being at it I am supposed to just take some idiot pissants word for it that because a man I have never met before tells me they do not do it I am suppose to then belive that pissed and pissed off Christmas elves got inside the box and bent the sold aluminium on the keyboard?!

Oops, that kinda ... run way from me a bit, lol.

Hmm now what was number two exactly Martin?

Oh feck it, here is the recording ...

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-Gt8BmyiQ1jcl8xcWpUSFp5STQ/edit?usp=sharing

This is a new way of sharing as my usual way, using Wuala by Lacie, does not want to run on my new computer?! LOL!

Any issues please leave in the comments and I will use an alternative sharing program, as it did not look like I could have an openly shared file or folder using Google Drive, which is a bit shit for me really, lol. Uploading it to alternative in case Google Drive is really crap at sharing and as really crap is what they seem intent in turning all their stuff into ...

... oh god, just had a thought. What about Chrome?! Lol, been OK but what if they screw that up?! Hmm hopefully Internet Explorer might be OK these days?! Yyyyeahhhh right, lol.

BIG EDIT:

Oh and umm The Telegraph, now going up my ratings list, seems to have reported the same as me lol ...

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/1432323/Dixons-is-accused-of-selling-used-goods-as-new-again.html

OH FECK! Its from 2003?!?! How have they gopt away with this for so long?!

SHIRLEY DOESN'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE

PC World had a change of staff member to deal with me after me claims about refurbished goods.

this is a little detail many overlook I have not gone over, take a look at my paperwork and see how many companies I have contacted over this that do this.

Now my theory is that for anything like this to work the less that know the truth the better ...

EMAIL RECEIVED ..

Dear Martin,

Thank you for your recent email. I would have spoken to you but could not contact you on the number that you have supplied.

I was concerned to learn of the issues that you have had with your Corsair keyboard.  It is never our intention to supply faulty or damaged products and I am sorry that on this occasion you have experienced this.  As I am aware, from your previous correspondence regarding this matter, the keyboard is in limited supply within our stores.  It would not be possible for us to arrange an instant exchange within your local store as they do not currently have the replacement item, therefore, the only options available would be:

1 - return the keyboard to your local store with receipt and card used for purchase and a full refund can be issued directly back to the card used for purchase.
2 - We can arrange for the product to be collected from your home address and then a replacement delivered to you directly (subject to stock availability).

As I was unable to reach you on the contact number supplied I would kindly request that if you require us to arrange a collection of the product, please call us on 0344 561 1234 and we will be able to arrange a suitable date for the product to be collected.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this matter.

Kind regards,

Gary Hughes

MY REPLY ...

Dear Gary Hughes

Hmm, interesting that you would use the word 'unintentionally'.

I believe that many front line staff of companies I have been in contact with and received refurbished products from likely do not know so themselves use the term 'unintentionally' quite sincerely.

Also I thought I explained previously that the phone was switched to silent mode and I hod forgotten to switch it back, this has now been corrected. This is **********.

Also it is strange that I keep explaining what needs to happen and you do not seem to take that on board. If I return with the keyboard for a refund I then have to wait several days for the funds to clear before I can then go and buy a replacement despite this not being my fault.

As movement of any kind and to varying degrees causes me pain and that I have a disability I am going to get enraged by things like this, so your option number '2' had better be that when you pick up the keyboard from my home you then come with a replacement?

This then leads me onto the fact you made a statement that proves that PC World does indeed knowingly sell refurbished stock as ytou said the line 'depending on stock levels' which means your unable to obtain items from manufacturers which is a dead giveaway I have spotted so many times before.

Please do not go into some lecture about suppliers as this would only make PC World look even more guilty along with being stupid in several ways because the suppliers are the UK branches of the HQ's, like Nikon UK for instance. I have already been way through this several times over with Argos, Shop Direct (who I beat in court and their Very Catalogue staff gave the game away that everyone was at it), B&Q and others.

God, if your gonna rip off and manipulate the wider public at least do it intelligently!

The only reason anyone would pay a share of profits to a middle man is if that middleman is supplying them with goods at a reduced rate. Ergo refurbished goods but here in lies the extremely funny thing ...

They have not been refurbished in any way 90% of the time which means these 'suppliers' have been ripping off all the above while continually dropping them 'in it', so to speak.

Failing this then you need to either start the process of refunding the money, it is on visa after all, PRIOR to me handing over refurbished keyboard as you have sto all stop this attitude that even when your caught red handed doing this, ripping the public off and also wasting their time this is at YOUR COST and not ours!

Your caught red handed so start acting like it and not all laid back like you do not care because everyone is doing it! Good God, your all so transparent.

Otherwise have a keyboard sent to my local store in Enfield, is you do not have one then you will have to supply something else, like a Razer Anansi Keyboard and refund the difference, though I am not sure I want to do this because just as I told you I do a blog and a YouTube account about corruption, lies and misleading of the wider public and as you have made no remark about that I suggest you go take a look at two in particular ...

http://youtu.be/2UOyldflN2w This is the video of me unboxing YOUR keyboard and then discovering, as do the viewers, that its damaged on the metal plate that runs across the keyboard!

Here is the link to the blog page which on my Computing and CPU blog I had forgotten to link this in which I would not have noticed had you come up with the solution I had requested, thank you! ...

Oh and those are nothing compared to my Corruption Dossier ...

Now can we please get this sorted out? Seems to be dragging on a bit, maybe to go over some time limit thing that I cannot return it? Twenty one days? Is non-applicable as I emailed PC World IMMEDIATELY ... and ... well I filmed myself and posted it the following day, as you can clearly see.

Now the options?

Dear Shirley (Shirley GONE!! Shirley no hear no more gringo!)

Sorry I missed your email.

I have to say I am finding it pretty disgusting that the British public have had their wages halved in value because there is a secret retail con going on with all whereby your getting goods worth less than half the retail value and at times one tenth even.

The latter happened to me and they lost in court. This is rife with Shop Direct who were blaise about it which led me to realise it was much more widespread and have since had 5 refurbished cameras from Argos, refurbished fan from B&Q and now this. In fact the Sony Cybershot Camera I bought from you previously and the Epson printer are the only things I have bought in the past few years that were new and have not failed.

It is only a matter of time before there is an outcry over this the likes of which Britain has never before seen and the negative effects it will have when it comes to dealing with imports and exports will be devastating and they will only have themselves to blame but no it will be the fault of the public all over again no doubt.

My number is ***********
