ONCE MORE ...

Well .. yet another one that others and myself have highlighted over the years.

I stated that there was something very peculiar going on in the electrical retail industry and .. it is now being noticed enough for Which? Magazine so start up a petition.

But as I stated years ago, pre-blogging, and again each time I was sold something and once again over Grenfell Tower and that infamous .. fridge ..

Yeah this money saving crap was going to cost lives ..

The Local Councils ..

The DWP ..

The NHS ..

The Pollice Forces .. and added to this ..

Faulty Electrical Products ..

Which was inevitable was going to lead to fires and probably has for years .. they have just been hushed up so that no one would notice and the money saving could just continue.

Oh and in case you did not know .. it has been awhile since I covered and published my stuff but this is something I exposed myself several times. Once again something pops up I covered years ago.

BRITISH HOME SCANDAL

Well this one is odd.

In all honesty this business with British Home Stores comes as a surprise to me. There used to be one where I lived in Walthamstow and i thought they had disappeared years ago.

I always thought back then that the writing was on the wall for the chain store, in all honesty.

The fact that they have continued on soaks to me that done sort of corruption was going on or someone had a plan to rinse the company of money.

Now it turns out that they still exist, run into money troubles and now members of parliament and, more specifically, previous owners ... or at least bosses are making bold claims and pointing fingers at each other.

In fact Sir Philip Green had demanded in a letter to Frank Field MP, odd as I'm sure my daughter meet him last year, that he resign. From .. umm some panel or other looking into the BHS bullshit.

In fact that's what it comes down to, to me. More bullshit coming out because of some nefarious goings on way back when.

Funny to that this is happening now. Because if things stay the way that they are I have a list of companies that I think will get into predicaments that will make this BHS fiasco look like a walk in the park!

You just know that things will stay the way they are due to stubbornness and incompetence. They have no idea about how money works, they just look as though they do when they are in charge of get to much of it.

They have been paid ever higher ludicrous amounts of money but these annual salaries are and will look more and more questionable when the money runs low. Because they will show they have no idea how to run a company when the chips are down ... the drain!

These companies have featured on my blog many times previously and the only reason two have survived is because they are the only two left that sell electrical items. Outside of online retailers like Amazon and Rakuten that is. The latter company better known as Play.com or at jest used to be.

Once enough people have realised what they have actually been sold and enough money to really piss them off and research online things will come to a head. Albeit slowly.

In fact I still used one recently ... only because I stupidly left the directions to the stores I wanted at home. Luckily the Nikon camera I bought was actually new ... and actually worked flawlessly.

I don't really know the details of the NHS thing. Just surprised someone would try to save them without giving them a makeover, a la Marks & Spencer.

This is another thing on my list of things I'm waiting to come out in the media and I don't mean some small story in a tabloid that gets forgotten about. I mean a full inquiry and full attention of the TV news media.

Shame as the TV news media seems almost as corrupt as North Korean TV news networks. Or likely 'network'?

I have no doubts either that a number of Labour members of parliament, or previous ones, will get exposed as helping to con and cheat the British public by helping with the charade?

Like so many other things that have come out and still do every now and then?

SAY WHAAAAT, ARGOS?

I've had several run ins with Argos.

I bought a camera that was faulty out of the box, a Nikon Coolpix L310 I think it was. Half the pictures were blurry?! Nikon?! Really?!

I returned it and changed it fit a more expensive Olympus SP 80Z or similar with 40x magnification.

There months later I'm taking photos of Dragonflies while talking to another wildlife enthusiast. 

Suddenly the camera turns off? I turn it back on while in asked what happened and I say I don't know.

A few minutes later I see a message on the screen that says "Camera too hot. Shutting down" and of it goes again!

Back to Argos and this time I decide to get a higher end bridge camera and switch back to Nikon's to model, the P610.

Out taking wildlife photos the first day and it switches off. Dues something else too cannot remember what and it's still on here.

I notice something, the edge of the box had not one but two seals on it and neither had the Nikon name. I take it back and complain I've had not one but three faulty cameras.

I ask who placed the seals on the box and an told "not us".

They have not got another Nikon P610! Annoying. I walk out with a credit note as I know they have one at the Waltham Cross store.

I had been in contact with Nikon and during these correspondences I am them about the seals on the box. " We didn't put them on. None of our cameras have seals on them or shrink wrapping. The box is just as it is and you can pop it open ".

I point out that Argos claim they didn't put the seals on and that if Nikon UK didn't do it then the cameras are sourced elsewhere. I'm losing days upon days of acquiring content for my blogs and YouTube channel!

I had also complained to Argos customer service and I accuse them. I get a phone call from Argos HQ from a cocky twat that launched into a lecture about how all their goods are brand new from Nikon. I then launch into my lecture about how he is talking utter bollocks and explain the simple way of proving it with the two seals. He admits they didn't do it, I point out that Nikon couldn't possible have done it so they have come from elsewhere by their own admission!

His tone changes. Suddenly he is helpful and a local store owner I know that heard the while phonecall is laughing in the corner. It is good this guy's tone completely changed to " Yes sir, yes sir .." and so on and so forth!

He tells me they don't have another Nikon P610. I point out there is one 4 miles away, if that, and he agrees.

I go to pick it up. It appears on the counter in front of me complete with the two seals, sealing the lid of the box down.

"Oh it's another refurb!" I say and then a woman breaks into a lecture about how they don't sell refurbished goods as new when what looked like the manager trapped her on the shoulder. She looked at him and he shook his head. I walked out with the camera.

I cycled yo to Fishers Green and took the camera out of its box, eager to get to grips with this top bridge camera.

I get it out, turn it on and had the same two faults as the first one! I recall now that it also refused to turn in when it turned itself off. Only opening the battery compartment, removing the battery and plugging it back in would it then turn on.

I use two things screwed on top of each other in the tripod address thread, something that clips onto a harness with another tripod fitment on that and a small tripod to hold the camera steady with.

So taking the battery out was bad enough as it was, except I had to unscrew two things to do this!

My brother turned up, as I had spotted Brown Argus and Chalk Hill Blue Butterflies along with Holly Blues and Common Blues.

When he arrived, going the Brown Argus was actually a Black Hairstreak, i.e. something rare, I told him about the latest faulty cameras and handed it to him.

I think most people simply didn't believe me and with my Fibromyalgia and the NHS it was hard to believe anything I was saying. But sure enough the camera played up and he knew of the fault with the previous one. He shook his head, handed me the camera back and said How terrible it was that I had now had four faulty cameras in a row and all from Argos.

"Think about it ..." I said before continuing "Argos was the first name being banned about in the recession. But other retailers have disappeared while they are still here? Because they can't afford to buy new gear so are sourcing these refurbs from somewhere? What I'm more surprised and concerned about is the fact that Nikon UK and Nikon JAPAN are NOT concerned about this! Meaning they already know! Whoever owns the company providing these refurbs is very clearly an incompetent idiot. Quite how they did what they did, did it extremely badly, whacked their own seals on camera boxes that don't use them and thought no one would notice? Fucking morons!" I said with ire after having weeks of acquiring photos and films completely wasted. Had I been making any money I would have sued Argos for lid of earnings!

Of course they offered fuck all for weeks of wasted time and running around!

Oh and I forgot, Argos HQ patronised me and told me the manager in the store stated I took the camera out and checked it before I left?!

"Actually ..." I said sarcastically "...I took the Nikon P610 and the Nikon D3100 out of their boxes to compare and decide which one to go for! Also ... " again sarcastically "...I would have a difficult time testing cameras with batteries that contain no electrical charge when you but them and have to recharge them first!"

I got my money paid back, another two day wait and wasted time and money, went next door and bought a Sony Cybershot HX300 and it worked flawlessly for the next two years. During its third year it was dropped on its head and still works better than the four pieces of crap I was sold by Argos!

So as I said, you think your not taking pay cuts in a recession? Think again as if everything you buy, or most of it, is refurbished then it's worth less than half what you pay for it!

So your £500 a week wages is actually a hell of a lot less. The one thing you cannot refurbish, energy and utility bills have also all gone UP!

Your £500 is actually more like £250!

So Argos is recalling baby seats because of safety issues?

Hmm, they crack under pressure? How exactly did they find that out? Any accidents out there on the Internet that Argos is conveniently forgetting all about?

Either that or Argos do there own testing? Didn't test the cameras I had very well! But then maybe they started testing themselves after they went through all that with me and saw me posting things on blogs and YouTube?

I still get comments every now and then from people with Nikon cameras having the same issues or other faults!

THE UGLY GAME

I have been lending one ear to the fiasco... or latest fiasco I should say regarding FIFA.

It has astounded me how widespread the criticism of FIFA is from both ex professional players, UEFA and others.

Yet still that bumbling man who looks like he could play the part of a Godfather in a gangster movie struts around like nothing has happened. When he does speak he tasks about rebuilding trust?!

I have never seen such a good example of anyone in such high authority and position to literally talk as if they think all football fans are just fickle idiots. He might have well have said "Oh as soon as the season starts and their teams are doing well everyone will first this happened and we will go back to normal"?

Also bloody funny is how he states he cannot see everything that's going on. But the corruption has been rife, there will no doubt be more and even be admits this.

Sooo...you don't need to see all of the corruption Mr Blatter but with so much going on even if unaware of it you would have to be both blind and stupid to not see or hear of bit over single solitary thing!?! Or in other words...

To the that stupid and blind one had to ask when it is you do, do and surely you are not so stupid as to see that your position had king since become untenable?

But like a radius rabid Limpit toy doggedly refuse to move. But by all means, hand on in there. I am dying to see what the opinions will change into when your ignoring everyone and talking like they are all idiots, I really am!

However I think there is also a lot more to come out of this yet because according to this BBC report they state that Sepp Blatter, or Sausage in Batter as I will now call him, has the majority of the football heads behind him, one being Russia who recently got to host something, can't remember what, lol!

Well before long I expect journalists to start asking questions about these heads that seem to eat to back him? Because these guys themselves will start to look suspicious and each one will not just have the world's journalists looking at them with a high level of scrutiny but even their own journalists too.

But then they do not have to worry about their own TV News people and national tabloid journalists because they may control them?

The funny thing is that with enough pressure from journalists from other nations it might just also shite to that these news groups are being controlled?!

It is an odd set of possibilities that could arise so because All Capone...sorry Sausage in Batter, sorry Sepp Blatter refuses to budge from his throne.

I think it will be very interesting to see how this unfolds?

I had also been wondering how the Americans could go barging into buildings in not only another country and not only one in Europe but in Switzerland, famously neutral since World War 2, of all places?

What I read of their response when this was inevitably out to them was very interesting indeed!

They warned Europe about what was going on and what warned them that if they failed to stand up and do something that they would!

And now they have done that they warned Europe about.

But what does this say about Europe and the European governments that they failed to act? Well in my opinion, nothing good!

Now the way I see it, it comes down to one of two possibilities and that is first off everyone is scared of Sepp Blatter and FIFA in Europe? Or so much corruption is going on throughout Europe with all its governments that it's like adopted the attitude that they could hardly do something when they have done worse?! Or perhaps FIFA has collected dirt on them all?! Lol!

But then I'm reminded that this is America who have acted we are talking about. Corruption and secret hostile take overs of foreign companies and economies to then sell them all your faulty returned crap...sorry I mean goods, lol! Well they sell their crap in the UK at least and I simply do not know if it goes on elsewhere.

I also do not know if the refurbished goods sold here are sourced from countries other than America? I simply don't know. I just have proof that one of the six refurbished items sold to me as new cave from America.

If you missed it that argument ended up with me being taken to court to extort money it of me over it. I warned them they would not win but they thought themselves a big company and me a Minnow.

Only this Minnow then turned into a Barracuda and chewed them to bits, spat them out and won without leaving my sofa, despite the court being 90 miles away.

Do you know they then lied about what the court has decided?! Yup treated me like some sort of twat and said the court have me four weeks to pay. I said that this was strange as according to my calculations and documents the city told them to fuck off and cone back with better evidence as I proved write wait they lied and that they actually had 14 days left of the 28 days the court gave them to answer?!

Would you believe I never heard another peep out of them? Lol!

In case you missed it and was wondering this is another company that advertises on TV that have got up to no good that I have also battled with, like Wonga, being Very Catalogue owned by Shop Direct.

Ohh dear. But really working out for these people and they fail to realise that it's not even over for them just yet?! Lol!

Like I said, corruption seems to be everywhere in England at least. So not much of a stretch to think it's in other countries and Europe wide, is it?

Wise people in glass houses learn pretty quickly not to throw stones!

Now as my labels are all relevant that means I am missing out on getting to people on many subjects, thereby losing me readers. Tried to warn them about this and hinted enough about it online ... but nothing! LMAO!

Also something big is coming and they do not even know it is coming as I am not directly linked to it...but someone travelled a few hundred miles to visit me for a couple of hours to tell me before they then returned, despite my please to stay overnight and return in the morning!

This is done and underlined with capital letters and from what I was told could be a few weeks to 6 months at the most. It sounded more like weeks in all honesty.

Yes, I don't see this as big...quite small actually. Hmm now well someone may think this is big or someone or even some journalist may do some digging and find this is indeed big. OK, OK ... so it is medium sized then! Lol!

back to PC World...

I bought my tablet in late November, as I am now weirdly remembering 20th November as the launch date.

I am pretty sure I paid £160 on the day and on Visa. Remember this fact!

A married couple I know have two daughters and promised them a tablet the last couple of Christmases, well there is a financial crisis going on. They decided to buy them one each and asked if I would get them.

They gave me £360, or could be £340 in cash and I went down there and bought two. However when I went in the store the man pointed at a demo tablet and said "Oh you want two of these?" to which I said "No, mate...that one is £99.99 and the one I bought was £160". He then explained they had dropped and told a colleague how I had just paid £160 before they dropped.

At the counter they then told me they owed me £50 because of the drop and put in back on my VISA. So bank statements exist for the purchase and the money paid back. Remember that too.

The tablets I bought for the daughters both failed miserably, one straight out of the box or within a short time and the other about a day later.

So back in the store I go with one and then a while later the other one.

This happened several times throughout 2014, one having gone back four times and another three in all. All battery failures and refusing to charge.
Mine was returned eventually because it refused to read a perfectly good Micro SD Sandisk Ultra card.

On using it with the new, at the time Jellybean version of Android I was getting mistakes with it I had not had previously on Gingerbread. It was shite at spelling and grammar and kept ignoring words I swiped on and put in others with letters I did not go anywhere bloody near. Update after update after update and I not only saw no improvement in a swipe keyboard they managed to ruin, like QuickOffice, I could not see what they had changed in Android! I hate updates, they're used to cheat, block things they do not want you using on a device you own and you pay for this because of your download limits! Very nice Google, cheers!

Then my keyboard started playing up. Go anywhere on the left hand side using swipe, normal typing affected too, and suddenly it registers that the stylus has left the screen, then registers it back on...and off...and on. You end up with gobbledy gook!

Fourteen months of shite and knowing that PC World (along with Argos, B&Q, Littlewoods Catalogue and Very Catalogue) are selling refurbished goods as new that turn out to be faulty most of the time.. normally within hours or just a few days. Odd times longer.

Emailed PC World and they said to take them to the store. The store said they cannot book them in because they are out of warranty. I said I dont care about that you emailed me knowing this and told me to bring the two in! he looked like I was lying so I showed him the email.

He did not know who it was?!

He phoned them, I spoke to someone and they agred to do an out of warranty repair, a few days later I get a call to say I was being refunded. £220 paid into my account at £110 per tablet PC.

The mother of the daughters then tells me she has noticed her youngest daughter not carrying her tablet around like she normally does and suspects that one is faulty too.

I find out it is and email PC World about this one. They tell me I need the receipt. I tell them they have already been provided with the details via the two codes I sent them. They ask again and I tell them about a week ago...

"Oh tell you what...I will film all three and there faults, put them on YouTube and I will send you the link!"

Easter Monday morning I get a call on my headset while out on my bike. The lady is very nice and helpful and understands about my disability and my short term memory issues. She tells me she has the receipt where I bought two tablets together but not the other. I say "well in that case if it is the one I bought singly I paid by Visa I can get the bank statement" She says that will help but the store can give me the receipt.

I get the bank statement and next morning I get both receipts from the store just to be on the safe side and email both of them.

I get an email asking me to take the tablet into the store to show the fault and I have a blast at them and state why did they not effing tell me that when they told me to get the receipt from them?!

Today I got a call from PC World and do you know what the twat wanted? The receipt!!

After him telling me there was only two receipts I then raise my voice and state "Oh God I keep on telling you there are ONLY two receipts!!"

I had also told them there was a problem with the receipts I had and I only just remembered I forgot to mention them earlier.

The lady on the phone found another receipt on their system while we were talking but we did not use that one because it was wrong. She said I bought two first and then this other one on its own afterwards and I paid £130 for it. I said "No that is wrong...I did not pay £130 for ANY of the three tablets!"

Now the bit I forgot....the receipts state I paid not just £130 for one tablet but on another it states £179.99 which was its original price.

Now keep track here...

My bank statement says I paid £130 and also has the £50 I paid back?! So I paid £80 then for a tablet that did not go below £99.99 and then went up in price after that?! Was either £120 or £130 when I last saw one.

Confused?

Well it gets better.

I had realised they were up to something and thought it tax evasion immediately but then thought it could not be that because they were changing the records and claiming they were receiving MORE money for the goods, not less.

Well that is until this dumb-arse on the phone mentioned something and totally contradicted Jackie from PC World who was on the phone to me a few days beforehand...

I only bought TWO tablets!

This was constantly insisted by him until I shouted at him, told him that he can stuff the £100 and that I will now video all three tablets and put them on YouTube and we will let others work it out for themselves what is going on.

What they are doing is altering their records to change the prices of what was sold and in this case also ... LOST ... one of the purchase details.

OOPS!

Now I am telling you now that this is NOT the big one I mentioned that is coming. No, no, no this will look like pissing in the wind when the other one is posted up, believe me on that one! LMAO!

No I believe this to be a large scale tax evasion by sort of losing purchases they do not then pay tax on. Considering this is all faulty refurbished shite, someone did say it was the Greek guy on Dragon's Den that has a company doing all this...err badly? Oddly enough I find it strange when you make a lot of money out of what is cheating and then prance around like you have reached some big achievement and sit on that panel like your an accomplished businessman when your not if you cheated!

I can tell you now that the married couple are dumb-struck over this. The wife said a couple times that they have just made a mistake and that on the receipts I got it will say I bought two...I said it doesnt because I realised the figures amounts could not be for two.

So to summarise ...

I paid £160 for one.

I then paid £99.99 each for two and was paid £50 back into my Visa for mine at the same time.

They have all been back between two minimum and four times each and could be five.

My bank statement says I paid £130 and then was paid back £50 for one.

They insist I paid £129.99 and £179.99 and ...

ONLY BOUGHT TWO TABLETS!

BIZARRE POLITICS

How strange things have already turned for this election?

How contradictory, arrogant and typical the TV News media have become along with completely contradicting five of the seven present in the ITV debate and without realising it starring the that public are both stupid and utterly predictable?!

What am I speaking about?

Five in the debate later stated that the old school two party politics days after now over. Yet within a matter of hours and not even days the BBC were making remarks like "oh well it's going to be Cameron or Milliband add Prime Minister in the ejection".

Completely contradicting five of the seven and what most of the public stated in interviews on the street. Once again one of these effing polls that have always proved to be wrong with in knowing where in the world they come from but it's Cameron or Milliband. Disregarding at the same time the number of people I saw in interviews state this is no longer just a protest vote.

Think of how utterly predictable they think most of you are? I would find that infuriating if I was a voter that always voted Labour, Conservative or indeed a swing vote who only swung between the big two? But they are not referring to me because I don't belong to any of these three voting groups! Lol!

Also mind boggling is the fact that they are stating that out if the blue that UKIP have taken a massive drop in popularity?!

If this indeed true I laugh at the possible reasons. Because he was honest? He didn't state that we should not pay for treatment of foreigners he simply stated that we could not any longer yet currently are. He likely has heard of many British complaining of being refused treatment, diagnosis and drugs for many things. If for instance I was told this and I know he had to have done then him finding out about the costs of the treatments of people coming here with HIV or AIDS then I would have said the exact same thing. Maybe differently? Maybe sounding better and to the point? Maybe he should have stated why no one is asking the governments of the countries these patients were coming from to pay the fees for their treatment?! Where are they in ask this and why do these governments who have forced their own period to flee to Britain so that we can both treat them and for the bill?! Why do they get away without mention?!

What Nigel Farage stated was the truth nevertheless.

So his popularity has dropped despite the fact he quoted the hard facts just a few days before they announced that the NHS was about to declare it had absolutely no money left at all and had no choice but to start charging for things like surgery and GP visits.

But those we all know to be lying have gained in popularity and the one that was honest has lost his popularity? How exactly and in what alternate reality does this work?

Do people bottle out at the last minute?

Do the News Media just assume people are full of shite and bottle out at the last minute?

Is it those that create these polls that think people are fickle or bottlers without a set of gonads that bottle out at the last minute?!

Or perhaps it is worse still and they are operating on behalf of someone else or under instruction and think the British public utterly fickle and easily led and manipulated and yet to lead them on and manipulate them into voting for the big two?!

I stated previously I so wanted this election to do something never seen before so badly because I wanted the media to look bad, incompetent and guilty so that I could rip several kinds of shite out of them?

Well much earlier than expected they handed me the evidence asking with the tools to explain way ahead of time why I stated this previously and here I am... explaining this.

It gets even more bizarre when I hear two people in politics I actually think are probably two of only half a dozen I like having a go at each other in another televised debate. Of course it had to be the Scottish two of ... errr brain fried here .... Murphy and Nicola Sturgeon!

'Damn, must no justice in the world!' is what I thought as I caught a glimpse of it and heard a little of it before turning away in disappointment!

Why am I disappointed and why did the debate heat up?

Well because the News Media had everyone convinced that the British public are just fickle idiots which makes them utterly predictable of course and it scares politicians to turn on each other.

But what if the media miscalculated this time?

How could this be, you may ask?

Even if they are correct they may just have ignored two things about the politics and the voters staring them in the face? I see the possibility. Here they are ...

1 All those that have always abstained from voting which I see as wise and intelligent. They may just see this and decide to stir from their slumber?

2 Those that previously voted for the Liberal Democrats? Well I think it may well be possible that these people will desert the Liberals for someone else and also avoid the big two?

Either of these two could make a huge difference to the outcome of the election on their own merits. I believe a combination of the two will take place. It would only need the media to be wrong... again or better still to everyone to note their stupidity and arrogance and want to vote so that they look wrong and I would be ... In heaven!!

I would truly relish if all those planks looked so utterly wrong to be really embarrassing and leave them speechless and I would actually believe there is a God!

I cannot believe the things I am both seeing and hearing that have taken place in just the last few days?! We have not days but weeks to go before polling day and my mind is struggling to think what in the hell else I will witness before the day comes around?

I still have several things to reveal between now and then and some other large juicy pieces of fruit dancing precariously from their trees while I continue to shake them.

Hmm now that I think about it I think two more letters need to be sent off this week just to give that tree a damned good shake in time for the general election?

One tree just recently landed one extra strange fruit when I glanced into my basket to see what had occurred. Some very stage fruit indeed.

Eight names heading for some reveals that are going to make a great many people extremely uncomfortable.

Also, of I am correct in the assumptions I have as yet been unable to provide evidence on and mm suspicion or hope that things on polling day swing far enough in the direction I want then they wool be in trouble, this is a certainty! Because no one new, in a new and improved government in an all new system will want to be associated with these organisations getting away with murder. Oh and in some cases I do mean MURDER!

Also one famous investigation had worked in parallel to one of my own and not only had this not gone unnoticed by me I have also noticed that there have been no further revelations despite investigators stating to the media to expect more?!

This declaration was some months ago now and yet out of a possible 104, lol I think the number is 104, not one name had surfaced!

Remember mine has run in parallel to one already very much in the spotlight. Which means I have one in the palm of my hands that investigators previously stated to expect more of?

What should be noted by you from this?

Well I'm all about planning ahead and traps. For those already mentioned and what should be obvious those that have not been mentioned. My parallel investigation to one known is in itself a very large trap for what is one, or really a dozen or so, very large industry. One that has already fallen for a while list of traps I have kept mum about since day one. Oh well, alright I have insinuated in their general direction a fair few times as a bit of fun and to make them look all the more incompetent when the time eventually comes.

They have already had bad press, lol that's funny right there, and yet when finished with will just as guilty and maybe more so than those they have themselves ripped the crap out of. No question marks allowed!

It's all about the planning and the lots of little to medium sized runs that build up before the coupe de grace is delivered at the end.

Then there are revelations and actions then span well beyond several years that they simply cannot side step.

Once done I will leave this one alone for many others to take up and put things together. I would have moved on to many other things by then which will become obvious from other posts I make between now and June. Well provided I have crunched some numbers by then and not forgotten?!

I told a few people that I had a very strong feeling and vision that this year was going to be a good one. I have had done good outcomes already and what follows all far surpass anything I have achieved to date! And then some!

Not one, two or three but several things will surpass everything that had gone before.

Yet the date today is only the 8th April, 2015.

Between now and July several more thing can join that queue?

Imagine that?

In a few months when I've posted on several of the things I have right now it will become obvious to one and all that this truly will be a noteworthy year. One I hope that will lead into better things for everyone?

As CapQuest recently stated that I should contact Very Catalogue (Very.co.uk) or Shop Direct over this business with the phone I had wondered whether this might be part of some trick or other in the hope to send it back to the courts.Despite the fact the time CapQuest gave me did not match up with the time that Northampton County Court gave them. 

They gave me a deadline two weeks AFTER the deadline the courts gave them?! LMAO!

DUMMIES!

I warned you all about the dates, you do have to scrutinise them as they massage and use these to their advantage to get away with very serious criminal activities that involveds

I am the one that discovered I was sold shoddy items for ten times more than they were worth and was faulty to boot?

The one you said you would take to court and I told you not to bother as it will not go anywhere? I followed this up by stating that do not assume you have the courts and Judjes ion your pocket as it will not help?

The one that is now tempted to state 'I told you so' but will refrain from doing that.

Well I am not sure why but Capquest said I should contact you. 

Oddly they also buggered themeselves up by first stating that you lied to them and then stated that you claimed I also only contacted you once. Yeah sorry IU expected that too and blew that out of the water.

They tried to state that the court case was still open and stated that I had 28 days to speak to you?!

Weird as when they stated this they themselves only had 14 days left of the period that the court gave them after the court saw my evidence! ALOT of evidence!!

So just in case this is more tomfoolery I am actually conmtacting you...just so they cannot claim that I did not and open a new case with yet another court that I will just run rings around.

Oddly all that I was opposed to are all coming together at the exact same time and as for my evidence do not take my word for it as its all over YouTube and my blog as is the fact that I emailed you over 40 times and the email you sent to me moaning about that and threatening to report me for using a bot!

You know I always tell the people that lose against me one thing and I just told this to NHS England, the DWP, a GP and whole surgery and some hos[pitals with several Local Councils, Atos and before long this will be the Police too...

If your going to up against someone....make sure your the most intellgent man in the room!!

I knew that ombudsman had no power and it was my plan to expose as many of them as I could, I also knew that by your own behaviour you knew that you had no comebacks over what you did so there was no one out there to help me.

So I exposed that and wanted evidence about court and Judges in this regard too. In fact I told tou Judge this you thought would issue you a liability order!

Everyone else has now been told about it and crapping themselves so you might as well.

I simply started out stating that I was going to go through a number of retail, financial, publix services, three dozen ombudsman, four local councils, the NHS, the DWP asnd the Police.

I stated that I would publish everything, every letter and email coming and going and I would also record all phone conversations and meetings and how once and for all the corruption within the UK and also show where I know it all to come from.

I stated that I would use every single avenue I could and I did not care who ar WHAT I went up against.

There are nearly 2,000 posts, 70 GB of data and added to all that is that in 18 months I have amassed over 100,000 visitors and I believe unless my maths is way off will hit a million beofre 2015 arrives?!

THE OLYMPIAN CRUMBLES

Well what do you know?!

After several arguments with an idiot at Olympus UK I get a phone-call from Argos, after my email about the camera over-heating and refusing to focus.

Those of you coming on here long enough no that my email would NOT have held back in any way, lol.

I got a string of apologies and asked that I take this SECOND faulty camera back to their store?! Now it was a bloody cheek of them the last time as I then had to pay out the same amount again of the Nikon Bridge Camera I had already bought?!

Interestingly this model is now no longer available though it was new at the time?!

SO will I now have to go and shell out another £80 or more to get ANOTHER camera I should have received back in FEBRUARY?! I have also lost thousands of potential photographs and videos since then many of which I will now not be able to get until the Spring and Summer of 2014 as I blog about British Wildlife, among other things.

Anyway here is the receipt, as I will no doubt lose it tomorrow, to show you how I am now returning a SECOND faulty camera for a THIRD!! LMAO!
