THE DYING CALL OF THE DINGOS

Well I suppose really that I knew that many companies were... helped from going under with some inventive...no, no I am not going to give anyone credit. Just because a bunch of morons go unnoticed by another bunch of morons does not make them clever.

Very, very far from it.

Oddly Tesco is not even one of the names I thought would go down the tubes but stayed around. That would be Argos. Well one of them. Maybe the only one? Lol, I don't recall what I thought back then.
So it was reasonable to assume that at some point there might be another set of names in trouble. Maybe a whole group that were a bit fast and loose with the money and maybe even tax payments too?

Another example of how the punishments for lesser crimes for those most desperate is far greater than those with far more cash but stole or defrauded more money than those poorer and desperate people. Well unless of course their crimes are against other rich, powerful or famous people. Unless it is against Randy Quaid, probably.

As they are not getting us out of the trouble they got us into it is safe to assume there will be more names coming out in situations like this?

There are... a few retail names that have been up to this that strongly suggest they themselves are... teetering. On the edge. So to speak. In fact one of them did not even start this trickery recently and someone after I found out they were doing it, I later found out that a famous national tabloid did an article way back in 2002, give or take a year or two.

Yet for the next dozen years they carry on doing it without being challenged by anyone? Any guesses as to how? Lol.

Another interesting question is that if they were up to this underhanded practice way back then, then how on the world have they survived during these last years? Oh well their only High Street rival of Comet did go out of business a few years ago, leaving only Maplin.

A SERIES OF PECULIAR EVENTS (PART 3) IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY

Now a day later than planned, you just have to love life eh, I am now going to compile another set of photos, screenshots and links to audio.

I am having serious issues with the Internet and will be down the Three store to let them know I am not happy. Well as soon as I am able and now that I have finally managed to copy and paste this into a post (except this additional sentence) I may be visiting them today? The situation is absolutely ludicrous with the Internet. I have now noticed that as well as the posts that I was informed last night could not be posted up on my blog, no media content involved so just text, I am now on my desktop and note that also the ones that said they had been posted have actually not posted at all!

I did a detailed post last night of how the Peculiar Series was going to go over the next few days …

Retails Stores
Ombudsman
Local Councils
DWP & Atos
The Police
Mystery Post or TWO

All media and links to be posted in their own posts and collectively.

May be a good idea to point out that I have been shifting things around and I am now sure there are half a dozen audio files at least I forgot, read missed, to link in to the previous NHS one! These are the ones I DID rename and not part of the long list of ones I forgot to rename!

So I am going to do Retail Stores this time around, just to get another post up and have me feel like I am getting somewhere.

Now to do a little recall here I was ..

  1. I was sold a Motorola Atrix smartphone by Very Catalogue which was not only refurbished but had a dozen faults! They then ignored me half the time, got cocky with me, become patronizing and then got clever stating I was using a BOT, computer algorithms designed to simulate a human, then ignored me completely. They then later took me to court and lied through their teeth about the truth and then LOST! I also had a blu-ray player from them that was curiously out of date and came in a tatty box and I paid over £250 to Littlewoods for I then saw for sale for £80! Their rules are not transefrable between companies Isme, Littlewoods or Very (all same company) when it suits them and then are when it suits them. Offers did not work across catalogues and your credit limit was higher on catalogues that place a higher premium on Retail Prices. Yes the morons advertise up different Retail Prices for same product across different catalogues and even within the same catalogue, though online only.
  2. Sold four or five cameras in a row by Argos that were all refurbished but advertised as new. Recordings of a fair number of conversations … oooh crap I just remembered I have to find the Nikon conversations too, which was very bizarre indeed and they changed their story right at the end! Two Nikon P510s, one Olympus SP 820 (both models top bridge cameras) and one Nikon L310 … or L210?! Cannot remember model name, lol. So four cameras then Martin? Dumb-arse!
  3. Sold a Bionaire Electric Fan from B&Q that was a top of the line fan which had damage out of the box and failed in ten months! They were unable to replace it with same model from Bionaire, just as Argos were unable to do with their cameras, which meant that they are not being supplied by the manufacturers.
  4. I was also sold a metal framed professional computer keyboard by PC World that was also sold to me as new but was refurbished as the metal frame had a buckle in a vital point of it, next to the volume wheel. The keyboard was a Corsair K70 Vengeance Keyboard.

So there is a run down of what happened but there were a great deal of phone conversations and obviously and especially where Argos was concerned a great deal of conversations in store.

What is especially funny is how the seemingly nice and understandable manager at the local Argos then later tells Argos HQ, according to Argos HQ, that I checked the camera was working in store!

I had a mate in fits of laughter when I then ripped crap out of the cocky so and so on the phone and pointed out that first off how the feck can I test cameras out of the box with flat batteries, that I was deciding between two different cameras and not testing them anyway and that I had recorded the whole conversation and can send them a copy if they wish! Now what my mate was laughing at when I came off the phone is how the cocky attitude changed to 'suits you sir' upon hearing these three things and said that he must have felt like an idiot!

He then realised that these are the kinds of conversations I have had with Local Councils, the Police, the NHS and various Doctors, the DWP & Atos (all of which to come) and many others besides.

Every time I was kicked off a GP Surgery list all my friends would burst out laughing while I am stating this with a smile on my face! “Ooh what's happening with you lately?” then me going “oh yeah I umm well got kicked off another idiot Doctors surgery who thinks that Medical Degrees trump all others and makes them smarter and superior to everyone else!” (BIG GRIN)

I dare say the questions of “You been kicked off yet?” are going to now occur for months?! Oddly I wont be getting myself kicked off this time and hence why I will be asked for months!

Ooh but saying that I do have an odd letter here asking me to pick up my prescription from Lloyds Chemist who I have not used for … quite some time!

Oooh I almost forgot ... a friends family has bought two things from Argos in the last two weeks! A Barbecue for a party, when opened had several things missing and returned to the store, and a seat for a lady dying of cancer which also had things missing and it had to be returned top the store.

For someone dying of cancer?! That is awful, truly awful!

The following recording was a B&Q conversation and not sure if this was on the phone or in the store, I do lose track of many things and at time fairly often too.

I think I have some missing, not gone just not renamed, lol.

EDIT PC WORLD RECORDING: http://www.wuala.com/allnights/Evidence/Retail/PC%20WORLD%20HELP%20070714.wav/

Anyway here are some … screenshots of emails … mostly Very Catalogue ..

Some videos of faulty cameras and phones lol ..

Ooh forgot I did video of the Nikon L810 (not L310 like I have ben calling it!)

If you see  seal on the box this is not put their by Nikon so some outfit refurbishes them, fecking badly, and sends them out to retail stores to be sold as new products.

NIKON P520 (two of these I had and after a Nikon L310!) ..

Olympus SP 820 ..

PHONE ..

Nikon conversations ... and note the lst letter they alter their story ...

A few receipts first lol ...

Oh and Motorola confirming what I already knew.

By the way in case you missed it, the manufactureres know this is going on and are quite happy with it happening!

THE OLDEST TRICKS

Been paying only half attention to this defeat of David Cameron on a rather humiliating way over Europe.
It has made me think of a couple of theories I have had and one is old and one is new, in terms of me thinking up these theories of course.

Now let me think of an amusing way I could put these theories into an explanation?

A political party member tells his leader after having some money issues

"Hey Tony! I am good with numbers! I can tell you how to get more money from the people than you actually need!"

Whispers to friend "Oh here comes the village idiot, I will just entertain him for a bit so he does not cause trouble ... Ooh doo yooou now Gordon? Well how do I do that?!"

Replies "Well you want £100 raise right?! Well I will leak something (or pay them, ahem) to the idiot press, because they are just so easy to bait, that we are going to raise it to £150!"

Asks "Well why the hell would you do that?! The public works go on a rampage!"

Answers "Ah well you see first off if I tell you will you key me sit in the captains chair one day?!"
Promises "Yeah, yeah sure. Well come on let us hear it!"

"Well just as the public are about to go on a rampage toy then come out and say that's utter hogwash it is only going to be £110! They are so relieved it is £40 less than they had been hearing they ask sit up and accept it!"

"My bloody word, Gordon, that is ... genius!!"

Another one I have thought about lately is this thing with the refurbished equipment sold as new, fit told it happened to a friend of mine tonight. After pointing out there deliberate mistakes the sure suggested he get what he wants from Argos? He then says "now why would I do that? I know for a fact that they seek you refurbished goods!" to which they do bit bay an eyelid and say something that sounds like they are confirming it by then stating "Yes but they have to tell you it's refurbished when they do!" to which he then explains that they don't and that many stores ate doing it and neither are they either!

Yoinks!

David Cameron gets in power but has a problem with the Europe issue but at the same time does not want things to look as bad add they really are so confess up with a couple of plans. This he most certainly did because it was reported by every news media that George Osborne had a bit left for him by Alastair Darling stating "Sorry, no cash!"

But several European countries react in anger over their own issues and their are battles in the streets where the Police are not keeping the peace anymore and battling those they swore to protect and serve and bow never trusted again. After all when the majority of the people are fecking pissed then the Police are only serving the tint minority that are not pissed off and we all know what section of the society that is, don't we?
So he wants Britain to look like it is doing better than it is to the rest of Europe so that he has some leverage? So he had to get the public spending money but they won't. The other option available is being dishonest and conning the British public. America never lined the European union thing because they never wanted another section of the world bigger than they are, at least it was a Republican President that stated this. So David Cameron says ...

"We have no money, as pointed out by that infamous note, so give us all your crap, no matter what it is, refurbished, damaged or faulty I don't care! We will give so our major retailers the crap and get then to sell them to our public. So we are selling them things with less than half of what they are paying! This way the pound looks mitre valuable than it actually is!! All our retailers who are broke from all the over the top taxes and business rates we charge then fur fuck all we forced on them to pay ourselves way over the top and our relatives now do not have to pay money they do not have direct to manufacturers anymore!! RESULT!!!"
They then set up one big supplier or a series of suppliers supposed to handle all this but do it so badly and incompetently that many of the British public start to realise!

Or at least I hope they have realised that something sinister had been going on with the retailers.
LMFAO!

Now I stated when I received my first refurbished item that they company were so blaise about it that this could only mean that everyone was at it.

That was Very Catalogue when I stated this and have since had five faulty, used cameras from Argos, faulty Bionaire Fan from B&Q and now a damaged metal professional keyboard from PC World!
My friend tonight just stared in silence add I showed him the metal edge and explained how I had put a film of me opening the package and discovered it on my YouTube account, lol.

He said "Yeah I can see that! That's bad! I would not like that! If I paid for a new item I fully expect a new item!"

I then explained that with this attitude they are not only devaluing the pound, though hidden from foreign eyes, they are telling you that what you ate currently being paid, or earning, is only worth half of what you think it does!

Or to put it another way if you earn £500 per week and fur argument sake you pay £100 peer week rent and you spend the rest on electrical items, no matter what electrical items. You are paying out £400 but getting £150! Think about it!

So with your £150, because that's the value you received despite what you handed over, and your £100 per week rent which is probably like mine and is a vastly ridiculously over the top amount for rent, your getting £250 per week, not £500! With the overinflated rent your getting less than that even! It is all about values.
Your value as a worker is not about how many bits of paper you are given but what you are able to acquire with it.

If vegetable were £10 each and meat £20 while milk a fiver a pint then suddenly your £500 per week won't seem like very much would it?!

It's all relative, rudimentary and quite elementary ... to me.

Lol!

CAMERON BUYING MORE CRAP

Ohh now here I find myself in the funny situation of passivity knowing what this might be based in what I discovered?

I have purchased a lot of items, those in the last week are not inclusive, that have turned out to be refurbished (or not actually due to them still being) faulty and used items from wherever they come from by some middlemen and target piss takingly sold to us as new!!

I have covered this previously with five cameras from Argos, the Nikons and an Olympus, big expensive electric fan from B&Q (now more expensive than last year!!) and debatable over tablets from PC World! Oh yes and a smartphone from Very Catalogue also sourced from America!

I got taken to court by Very and they lost ... miserably and I did not even leave my house to win!

So when I see the Prime Minister did business with an overseas country my mind now automatically thinks "Oh so now we are going to get a load of Chinese refurbished gear that's nothing if the dirt sold to us as new?!"

The hilarious part of that is we pay David Cameron to arrange to buy this crap to sell to us because they fucked up the economy and we now owe these countries laughable amounts of cash!

THE PC WORLD & NVIDIA DISASTER

EDIT: I just noticed that yet again a number of posts have not bloody POSTED and added to this my keywords have all gone missing too!! Google at its most incompetent best or a didgy tablet PC?!

I have contacted the following with the email pasted below and I am kidding you not about what I have starred, Lol.

Google in writing, PC World, Knowhow, nVidia & EVGA by email.

THE EMAIL...

Dear Sirs

ADVENT TEGRA NOTE 7

Myself, BSc Applied Computing, and two parents are currently furious with the above device and I personally would like some answers!

1 One had to be returned because it failed to charge up?! It was exchanged!

2 A second one started to refuse being charged up and I took this back to PC World who curiously starred it had to be sent off. In the meantime the THIRD ONE, my one, had started to play up.

3 Then I was informed by the patents who requested I the two up as Christmas presents for their two daughters then tell me that the one given to me as an exchange is ALSO NOT CHARGING UP!!

4 Mine has problems as it makes the keyboard disappear and refuses to come back. The lasso and palm detection buttons go missing for days on end and I DO mean that literally. A couple of days back whole I was rushed and panicking trying to take a photo of a page in a book for a drug called Sodium oxybate which is used for my DISABILITY the tablet told me I had no memory and refused to take a picture and stated that my sdcard was not mounted?! Weird because not only was it mounted but it had 16GB of free memory while the internal memory has 6GB?!

It also loses loads of text in a number of different text based apps  and blogger apps and the swype keyboard is so atrocious I could get a bunch of five year olds to code something better!!

I have had to go back and forth in pain because of my disability and I am furious that with all the British taxes being paid out for governing bodies, ombudsman and all these rules that all I have manage to purchase in the last twelve months is shoddy crap and used and refurbished items retailers and mail order catalogues in the UK have been selling them as new when the reality is they are returned garbage flown over from the USA!
A shame for PC World that I have a series of BLOGS!!!

Also writing emails is absolutely atrocious and for some bizarre reason that is beyond me it suddenly decided to move your cursor back up a paragraph and places it mid sentence?! Place it back to where it was after clearing up the mess it created and it will do it AGAIN?!?!

Also I have no idea where the bloody English Dictionary was sourced from but it certainly was not ENGLAND!!

I would like to know what in the hell is going on if you do not mind?!

A NEW TRICK

Imagine getting your new iPod in its box home, opening it up and finding that instead of an iPod or iPhone all the box contained were rubber erasers?

RESULT!! YES I KNOW!

But some might have been quite understandably a little upset. This not only happened to someone but that when the site guy agreed to give him a new one he made him open it up just to check before leaving the store.

More rubber erasers and no iPod!

I kid you not!

It just shows that there are a great deal of tricks being pulled and even I have been victims to a while hissy of tricks and skulduggery. Though with mine the companies were quite obviously in on the scam. This was true of Argos, Littlewoods, Very, Isme and B&Q. Likely others to but I have not had it from PC World/Curry's yet and have now bought at least 5 products thus far and only hiccup was one of three Advent Tetra Note 7 Tablets failed to charge but was changed with no problems.

Darn I forgot to look at the phones and just remembered something else I need to do online, Lol. Bloody Fibro Fog!

ETCHINGS OF A BROKEN SOCIETY PART 3

Duse to what I believe to be an unfair comment, with insults, based on reading just one posting I have decided to do a series of diagrams.

These are in FOUR PARTS and this one I have done first is PART THREE and on the RETAIL side of things and explains WHY you have to use anger when your being defrauded out of your money...

Unless your just going to lie there and let them do what they are doing as well as conning people out of cash then there simply no other way and this is by THEIR design and not mine.

THE FOUR RECEIPTS

You know there has always been a thing all my life with me and the number 4?!

Well today I am taking back the Nikon Camera and this is going to cost me the last few days of photographing all insects but I am tired and past caring!!

Here is a last scanned document of the FOUR RECEIPTS.

NIKON FAILS FOR THE LAST TIME

Here is a video of the second Nikon Coolpix P520 from Argos failing.

I had hoped that the failure might have been down to the battery form the FIRST camera but alas, no.

I am not prepared to go through this for a FIFTH TIME in 6 months and want a full refund. I could not put a figure on how many photos I have missed out on but even in the time I have had these artistic shots have gone out the window as I did not setup the camera how I wanted it due to not wanting to waste my time with a camera that yet again turned out to be faulty.

Once Argos HQ realise that the last email I sent to them was about the LATEST camera and NOT THE previous camera and telling me they are glad I finally sorted out my problem I will have to decide what to do.

There is no local Jessops as they went bust and I do not know of any local camera stores. There is Park Cameras, I think they are called, in Bristol that advertise in photography magazines I might try them.

But after everything I have been through I really, REALLY do not want to buy ANYTHING electrical unless I see it FIRST!!

ARGOS LATEST REPLY

 ...TO FAULTY CAMERA NUMBER FOUR.

Now this may be somewhat confusing and you will not be alone as I had to read this a second time to make sure I was reading what she said correctly?!

Does the word STALLING spring to mind when you read it?

Also and more curiously is that there has been NO reply from Nikon UK?!?!

Also note that hse is UNABLE to access YOUTUBE?!?! LMAO.

COLLECTING THE FOURTH FAULTY CAMERA FROM ARGOS

Well anyone who visits and have worked there way through the previous posts should have guessed that when I took the THIRD faulty camera back to ARGOS to exchange it for the exact same camera, but LESS FAULTY, that I would RECORD the visit.

A lady decided to deal with me and a chap that looked, dressed and acted like the manager suddenly went extremely tight lipped and did not utter a word?!

DO you think he may have been warned I had been recording my visits? LMAO!

Well he stayed tight lipped until I was leaving the store and he passed me and said 'thanks, bye' which you can probably pick up on the tape.

SO the models of camera are:

Nikon Coolpix L810

Olympus SP-820UZ

Nikon Coolpix P520

Nikon Coolpix P520

ARGOS CAMERA EMAILS GOING

Dear Ruth Morris

Thank you for your reply and your phone-call.

I did get somewhat confused as I checked what was in stock and was getting conflicting results.

I just want to tell you what I now expect to happen.

When I take this camera back to the store I do NOT want a refund...I just want a camera that I can work with in what I do. I have 14 blogs on 12 subjects and I have two on animals and one on Orchids, I also cover technology too and review anything I buy and where I buy it from.

This includes digital media content of way of 50GB and counting and backed up by now over 800 videos on YouTube.

Now this IS a camera and we live in an age of the Internet. I do not have to prove when I walk in the store what has happened as I BLOG and therefore cover things as they happen. Also many of the things I have spoken about I also put up to show others which number almost 45,000 people in 11 months and rising by 2,000 per week and climbing. These numbers will be unbelievably impressive by Christmas.

Now what I want to do is walk in that store and after looking at your site and first being told that you do, then do not stock Nikon P520s. When I exchanged THIS camera for a Nikon L810 I was originally going to take the refund and walk 20 yards to PC World Currys Megastore on the same retail park and buy the Nikon but instead decided upon the Olympus. There are not many decisions in my life I regret more than that one.

Only now, like last time, I realise I have to fork out more cash yet again! Added to this is that for the second time I am now going to have a bunch of accessories that are totally useless, most if not all, for the THIRD camera I will end up using this year. Well when I say THIRD I do not include the Nikon Coolpix S8200 I previously owned which still works perfectly over the last 18 months.

So I DO hope that when I walk in the store I am given some leeway for the trouble I have been through and an understanding that above all I have mentioned I have lost thousands of photos and therefore MONEY from these transactions. Because a vast majority of this is British Wildlife I will now not be able to get the large majority of these until next year!

There is something very devious and dark going on in this country and I pretty much know what it is for the most part and it is not nice. I really do not know where all this will end up but for now I hope I have no more heated arguments with staff that are naive to what is really going on?! I also hope that I end up with something that will now work for the foreseeable future.

Dear Ruth Morris

I have been thinking about it and the more I think about it the more I want to move away from Bridge Cameras and into SLR.

I am certainly no stranger to photography and wished I still had my old Canon 350D back in the last year. I was put off SLRs this time around purely because I cycle so much and wanted to keep the weight down. Also I take very close up shots of things like tiny insects a few millimetres in size to birds pf prey like Buzzads flying at a 1000 feet.

It is a shame I did not find a retailer who could have been supportive as I do know my subject matter and I am popular because of this and my honesty.

I meet other wildlife photographers with SLRs and they think they are being professional by walking around with them but they totally have the wrong lenses. I have been in Bird Hides with Bird Watchers and seen a pile of SLR cameras on the floor with the wrong lenses on and it amazes me how many people own this equipment and know not how to use it! I had some Bird watchers, they can be rather anal, walk out of a hide because my lowly Bridge Camera was getting shots of Reed Buntings along with video, all on YouTube.

SO I am tempted to just opt for the Nikon DSLR's and though I fully plan to buy a NIKON D800E SLR in a few months time, you only do the NIKON D800 currently, I am tempted to just go for one for now to become my back up camera for next year.

The trouble is funding the cost of the damned extra bits needed and whether they will be too heavy but I am thinking more of travelling further afield in the UK and planning on China early in 2014 too.

The problem I have is the same as before....can you assure me that I will get something that works?!

Yours sincerely

Martin Haswell BSc

Dear Ruth Morris

Well in all honesty if anyone tries anything and I came away without the camera I can assure you that not only will I be unhappy about this but Argos will rue the day that they messed me about for the last time and it will be the last time ever.

Suddenly I am highly suspicious about going down there and doing so in pain but as the camera now refuses to take more than two shots in ten minutes then no exchanged camera will result in a huge scene within this store and this will be highly publicised on the Internet.

You do NOT have engineers or photography experts within your store and I ALREADY stated that I can prove now only how the camera has gone faulty BUT WHEN!! It is so tiring when companies and people just simply do NOT read emails or fail to understand them.

I have had 7,000 views on YouTube and that is not even the website companies need to be worried about!

Do you know I just have this feeling this day is going to end quite badly.

Yours

Martin Haswell BSc

Dear Ruth Morris

I am in store and you lied to me by saying it was down to them in store.

They are now stating that it needs to go off for testing and inspection without looking at it either.

I think i will just take it to court for a loss of 5,000 in lost photos and earnings.

Martin Haswell BSc

Dear Ruth Morris

We may have another problem and now I am about to blow as this has gone beyond a joke.

Just like the last Nikon this has a sticker on it that is not put there by Nikon!

Added to this I have noticed marks on the lens, easy to video and ger photos of by simply breathing on the lens the marks show clearly.

It gets worse as the camera is taking a bloody long time to focus!

In my book three strikes and your out!! If a firmware update does not sort the problem I am sending my YouTube and website account details to the national tabloids.

Like I told the mamageress today Argos should be worrying about being sued for loss if earnings.

I simply cannot believe that I have my third camera and have problems!

Martin Haswell

Dear Ruth Morris

I am sorry I know this is not your fault.

I am also aware that what I have suspected for a long time is likely kept a closely guarded secret too so that the real truth does not leak out.

This time around I was already prepared just on case my BEGGING not to be sold another refurbished product fell on deaf ears and I also know that the staff at the store in question had no idea what they were selling to the public.

But when I removed the camera from the box I was filming myself this time and when I saw the marks on the lens I could not believe what I was seeing!!

Even though I realised that yet again I had been given a top made items that idiots have been passing off as new when it has been touched by someone and repaired by someone who is obviously a complete moron.

I have now emailed Nikon, and believe me they will not like my email because we had this conversation already over a previous Nikon I bought from your company.

The camera itself was nothing short of fantastic for photos but...

1) Marks on the lens
2) Issue initially focusing in taking too long but seemed to settle down
3) Refusing to focus and get up reticules now and then with half press of the shutter release
4) Refusing to take photos even when shutter release pushed all the way, sometimes taking a photo several seconds later

I told the manageress about the products being refurbished which seemed to get the interest of a couple of customers in store too! I begged not to be sold something else that I would have to return as I had already wasted a whole summer with these shoddy cameras.

I have also wasted a great deal of extra cash on extras for each model that cannot be used for the next model I receieved, except for ONE of my TWO Lowepro Camera bags.

I was surprised I was not even offered a straight swap this time around as this was the SECOND TIME I have had to return faulty cameras?!

I have now emailed Nikon and I am afraid that this time around the kids gloves are off. This is really, REALLY bad practice to my mind and if a small business was caught doing what you and a couple of others are doing they would CERTAINLY and without a shadow of a doubt go to prison.

There follows a copy and paste of the email I have sent to Nikon UK.

This practice really cannot continue I will go out tomorrow with this camera and go further afield to test it to the fullest and I have already checked to see if it needed a firmware update, easy for me as I already had an account with Nikon, and it does not!

AS I told Nikon the camera I was aming for later in the year is their Nikon D800E and a couple of lenses but now I wonder if there is indeed a fully working and brand new camera anywhere in the UK?!

In other words if I bought the D800E or even the D800 would I end up with another faulty camera?! Do you get no respect or service from anyone in the UK unless you spend a certain amount?!

I have a series of webpages on a dozen subjects I am highly knowledgeable on and it is down to a lying NHS and a series of disabilities that I am not entirely solvent enough to splash out on a D800, despite me being one of the most professional and intelligent people most have ever met.

I am the last person in the world any people performing scams would want to sell something to as I will spot it almost immediately.

PROVING it was another matter though.

I just do not know what to do now and even though I was also holding a Nikon D3100 SLR Kit in my hands and like I said to your manager...I have already wasted a small amount of cash on these refurbished cameras...if I go and buy that and hen two lenses at a later date and the camera ends of faulty then it would mean I have wasted an extra £1,000?!?!

So I decided upon this Nikon P520 and of course I was apprehensive, I mean who would not be after TWO faulty cameras?!

This has now gone beyond a joke.

Yours

Martin Haswell BSC

Dear Mark Thompson

Odd that you have switched representatives on me but I think it is better this way.

There is nothing to look into I know what I know and that is all and the situation was not acceptable beforehand and I should have not let it slide so easily so now things are going to be different.

I have shot videos of the camera and taken pictures of the reciepts and placed them on the Internet and I have also sent loinks to my documents to a list of national tabloids.

Please explain what ever you mean by our colleague will look into this as you have no engineers in store, so you need to explain what you mean by this statement.

Things are what they are and it is what it is and I know how it is. It is what I say it is. Whatever perception you have of the situation at hand will NOT alter what it is and what is the truth.

These three products are all sold as new but are refurbished and do not think that because you have Nikon's blesing to do this that this makes it OK.

Also please do not assume that because you and Nikon are a huge organisation that this makes you smarter than the average man.

Please do not assume I am the average man.

At no point in my email did I state that you are intentionally angering me.

Please use the language of English when speaking and I asked you to be clear on your next email and...well you are not.

If you speak to me like an idiot then I WILL reciprocate and now I will explain in a very short list what you and Nikon seemed to have forgotten all about just so that the media are aware that YOU are well aware of it.

1) I have disabilities

2) Media content is my bread and butter and my JOB

4) I have a degree

5) I cycle 30 miles or more each time I attempt to get content

6) This started in February and I should have thousands more photos than I have and it is not beyond the realms of possibility that you have cost me £5,000 or a great deal more due to ruining an entire year by selling me someone else's faulty CRAP!

I have over a dozen websites and a YouTube account among other things. All that I have done with ALL your dodgy cameras are ALL ONLINE for ALL TO SEE.

This camera as was the camera before it and the camera before that are all refurbished and all faulty. This is not only REALLY EASY to PROVE but I have done so and published this online and sent links to the media.

Your treatment of me for a SOLID 6 months is disgusting and unprofessional and you do not deserve to exist as a company and those that colluded with you to mislead the public while defrauding them of cash for items not provided should not be allowed to continue!

Hence why I have now published it all and I cannot believe you gave me a third one, you should hear the recording of me BEGGING your staff NOT to sell me another refurbished and faulty camera and me saying 'please. please, please just provide me with a WORKING CAMERA?!'

Along with the videos of the camera FREEZING UP on YOUTUBE and the various receipts I have from you dating back to February and linked together with videos of BOTH the two previous cameras...

...well GOOD LUCK talking your way out of that one.

You will not realise this yet but not only have I proved this online but I also have a knack of ... making things difficult to ignore as that just lands the people in question, and anyone else linked to all this, look just as guilty.

This is how I approached all that I have done and you are not the only ones on my corruption list and were a late addition in all honesty but were extremely easy to fall into the same traps I used on all the other public offices and private companies.

I just never thought in a million years that the Argos name would fall onto my list but this explains why others I captured were arrogant. I guess they thought that your name would get more attention that their name?!

Now would you care to take a stab at getting your third email in a row WRONG?

If you do you may have to move on to someone with a bit more savvy, or I may move you on to someone a WEE BIT more awkward to deal with?! Like a journalist who may or may not contact me?!

Martin Haswell BSc

Dear Suzanne

JESUS H CHRIST!

You people cannot get a single thing correct...

It is a NIKON COOLPIX P520 and it has new refused to switch on four times today!

At least I have not gotten the attention of Nikon who are now making the right noises and making many remarks about the VOID STICKERS and others that you claim are not yours.

They have already quoted the law to my I was already aware of in that REFURBISHED ITEMS have to be advertised as such and PRICED as SUCH.

They are talking about me sending all the photos I have had on the relevant cameras and seems a demotion in of Authorised Dealer is now inevitable?!

Now I only have to direct them to the places on the INternet where I posted all the evidence as well as direct them to my YouTube videos of it all too!

Now I might get some answers as it is a Manager from Nikon now emailing me?!

You will not be allowed to call yourself an authoirsed dealer for anyone for much longer. Oh unless Nikon just want to bail that is and leave you in the hot seat?!

Catalogue Number, as you do not have a clue how to find your own stock! The Olympus was the PREVIOUS camera and I am now on my THIRD camera and SECOND NIKON, is 129/3029.

ARGOS CAMERA PRICE DISCREPANCIES

I ended up doing the exact same thing with Very & Littlewoods to prove my point...

...mind you I have no idea whether anyone took any notice or whether or not someone ran off and made a name for themselves with a story they claimed was theirs, lol.

But these morons are not very good a cheating and it is as if they think the British Public are so brain-dead, naive or just too plain busy to notice but the prices are all over the place and DO NOT make sense.

If this is more widely KNOWN, even IF not reported about, then this is a large scale reason as to WHY the public is not spending any money. Or one of them at any rate.

There no follows TWP screen shots from the ARGOS phone app for the same DSLR Canaon Camera model 1100D.

But note that the body ONLY one is actually DEARER IN PRICE than the one that comes with a LENS?!

LMAO!

ROBIN BANKS

Do you know I am think I might be in for a bit of a career change pretty soon?

Well after some careful deliberation I have realised that some careers and more popular as well as acceptable among the wider public. Many I have seen follow this path so I think I may alter what I am doing and do the same thing albeit slightly different?!

I think the career path I will switch to is ROBBING BANKS?!

Because ROBBING PEOPLE seems to be acceptable if your a bank or a large retailers and over the next month or two this may look more and more the case to me and from my point of view.

So how would an individual going out and stealing from the THIEVES be deemed any different?! In fact I would start seeing this as even MORE ACCEPTABLE as they may well have a long list of excuses, I know that I DO?!

That is the state that consecutive governments have got us into and need to BOTH put up and shut up. DO not create factions of people through your naivety, blindness and arrogance and then whine and whinge like stuck pigs about it.

I have had THREE cameras from Argos and all are faulty and now I noticed that when I cleaned there dirty lens there is a tiny mark that does not come off with a micro-fibre cloth, not that it bloody matters a jot anyway. It maybe small but its enough to alter a fair amount of the photons passing through the lens and is not acceptable and absolutely disgusting that they cannot even make sure the lenses are OK.

The attitude towards this and being found out to be up to what they are doing is incredible, it really and truly is. In fact the replies of both Nikon UK and Argos Customer Services has been a real eye opener so if the current ones I have sent off are not .... baring any fruit then I shall have to get more....INVENTIVE.

After all I have not given them links to the videos on YouTube yet, lol.

NIKON & ARGOS COMMUNIQUES

Please note first off that these are worth looking at if you do have anything from ARGOS and anything by NIKON!

Nikon pissed me off by asking me to send along the photos of the problems when I had already clearly stated that the camera FROZE but pictures were perfect.

Also note that Argos have people in store that can 'LOOK INTO IT' when actually they have no ability to do ANYTHING OF THE KIND!

My emails have not been kind and have become even more insulting and will get worse the more they speak like morons and treating me like one of their own?!

EMAIL REPLY TO NIKON...

Dear Fergie

Please READ emails customers take time to WRITE.

NO PROBLEM WITH PHOTOS!

The camera is refurbished, you KNOW ARGOS ARE SELLING YOUR REFURBISHED CAMERAS and the camera FREEZES every ten shots.

I tell you what i can PROVE the cameras are refurbished and the faults as i have posted the evidence and video online and on YouTube and have contacted several national tabloids about it.

i have also now informed Argos of what I have done,  so go away and you and your bosses can go and pull your heads out of your backsides and email me again and this time make it look like you have SOME level of INTELLIGENCE?!

Make note of that as i have 45,000 readers around the world will be able and are folliwing this as are two thousand new ones each week!
