Well I ended up missing a wedding I was meant to go to I was dreading anyway.

I missed this due to one of my health problems and the one I am still awaiting a letter and appointment about from either Barnet Hospital or Chase Farm Hospital.

Oddly this flare up,, let us call it that, came about because I ate something I had suspected was causing a flare up but ruled it out. It was Steak & Kidney pie and chips from your average fish & chip shop and a different one to the last two shops I used. So obviously whatever is going on is flared up by a Pukka pie of chip shop chips?

Cannot remember if it happened the couple of times I had Cod & Chips as if it had then I would know it is the chips .. or something to do with the chips, lol.

I have never known this food not only ever affect me but ever affect anyone I know, even while ill.

My ears are still playing up and I am still losing around 40% of my hearing whenever I talk at a friend's store.. Literally just come form my friend's store and spent half the time rubbing the area under my ears or have fingers in my ears and wriggling like crazy to try and change the pressure in my ears, to no avail though!

I have an imminent appointment with neurology in just a matter of days and I must remember to mention the ear issue. As I have several irritations around the eyes and ears I am wondering whether or not these things are connected and am leaning heavily towards the fact that they are.

I have also spent my time since yesterday watching streaming and videos of an game that is a few days away from being officially released called No Man's Sky. Some store sent out copies a week early to a few people with Playstation 4's.

Oddly enough they kept having their streaming stopped by Sony, who act as the label for the game, which has caused some odd disagreements. They have also stopped and banned a news channel for reporting on something to do with No Man's Sky, cannot remember what it was right now. The news channel were not happy about this, uploaded another video stating that they had done nothing wrong and that the copyright law with YouTube was being abused because companies did not want certain games and stories being reported on.

Oddly one guy in America, I think it was, who also got the game early, along with one guy in the UK who is a teacher, did an uploaded video accusing Sony of abusing the copyright issue.

I am afraid I have to agree with them.

Oh, I am typing this sentence ahead of time as I remembered what the news report was. There was some issue about a copyright issue where it was reported that some company in the Netherlands claimed that the No Man's Sky team used an algorithm, technically you cannot do that, or a code they created. Many suspect this is an attempt to get money from Sony and Hello Games because the release date is imminent. In other words better to settle than have the release date pushed back for a couple of years. One guy who was Dutch even commented that he was ashamed to be Dutch after reading about this very, very eleventh hour claim. By a company that was in the stages of bankruptcy.

Gets a bit confusing as I first read that someone at Hello Games or Sony admitted using the mathematical formula and then read there was nothing to worry about as they did not.

Also you cannot patent mathematical formulas as these are listed as discoveries ... so I am not sure in what context they claimed a copyright infringement?

What I did have issue with was a couple of things ... companies taking advantage and abusing laws because they can and those they claim about cannot defend themselves because very few can hire solicitors these days and really justice comes at a price. It should not and this needs to be reversed before it is too late. Because when the majority of the public, in this case British public, realise that law is actually for sale there will be problems. Especially when it inevitably happens to them, which it will. It will only be a matter of time.

Someone commented recently on one of my posts on one of my blogs stating that he knew exactly what I did and had himself, or herself as it could have been a woman's name, been doing exactly the same thing as I had been doing!

That would be damned impressive as between us we could potentially have over 200GB to 300GB of evidence?!

I have only linked about 20GB of evidence give or take 5 or 10 GB.

Back to No Man's Sky ...

What I found weird was that when these guys were streaming there were morons that stated that he should be banned for streaming the game because it was not officially released. What?! Your a moron if you think that..

He is someone who paid for the game and got it early, none of that is the customers fault and neither was a Non Disclosure Agreement signed. If someone had streamed an early demo version no one would think of coming along and stating the person who uploaded it should be banned. So why the fuck did they say that about someone who actually bought the full game and uploading and streaming it?!

It's stupid! Your stupid if you think like that.

However I was envious of the fact that he went from something like 16 subscribers to 2,469 in just a matter of days! Jammy Git. His channel was called TP Review. The other guy I watched who was interesting was GabeOnGaming or something like that. Guy with very curly hair and beard, in case you wanted to go looking for them, lol. Not sure how many subscribers Gabe got, I imagine rather a lot like TP Review did?

But both of these kept getting their streams cut off and they restarted them via some method, different channel name maybe? They did this several times and then even banned their capability of streaming!

That was both unfair and an abuse of the copyright claims system which is stupid anyway and I have stated for ages that Google need to get off their arses and do something about it! One of them wanted to stream something, or had planned to, in a day or two to do with something else. Of course there is the issue of this taking time, like everything else legal, which does not help those that are innocent anyway. It is a case of declaring someone 'guilty' and they stay 'GUILTY' until the end of a very long process proving their innocence.

The fact is that this is just an example and proof that those that are powerful and/or rich can abuse the law and it is not only set up this way but must be set up by them because they are so quick to abuse it and have been abusing it for years.

Only now the law is not applicable to anyone rich if your poor. But the law is very much applicable to the poor if the accuser is rich.

As far as I can tell currently you can only get access to a solicitor within the UK if you have a fair bit of disposable income. In other words if your poor and even if your working and not earning a great deal of money your out of luck. As house prices, mortgage payments and rent is soo high in London that not many people could hire a solicitor anyway.

Also I wanted to ask that person who commented whether he found that others believed or were acting like Ostriches like I have found and refusing to believe what I had said and claimed and even did this without listening to several recordings?

I will have to add that question in a reply to his comments.

I also thin I forgot to send something in my paperwork to the court regarding the DWP? As I now think I have to send them this I am thinking of compiling a letter to them explaining a couple of things,, though right now I cannot remember what they are either! I did think of them while cycling back home but they have gone, lol.

Oh I also forgot to mention the problems with missing the wedding, explain further why this was and reach a sort of couple of conclusions..

First off I ate the take-away food I did and when I did because I was looking after someone else's animals that I did tell before he went away that it would cause me problems.

Had I not been looking after his animals I would never have ate that take away food and would have therefore attended said wedding.

The other problem I have not even thought about, and answered to a friend today telling me my name will be mud, is that ... I keep telling everyone and have been telling everyone I know and family that I have problems with warmer weather and I have been telling people this for a decade. I think you will agree that telling everyone for a decade that it is safe to assume that they would have taken notice by now?

So why was a wedding arranged for the beginning of August, one of the warmest and most humid months you can experience in the UK!

So told my friend that if anyone was to have a go at me for not attending the wedding I will ... effing explode and say ... "Umm well if you want to talk to me about being selfish .. well I was actually going, cut my hair to attend the wedding but why didn't anyone turn round and say ... well the date is off as Martin has issues with warmer weather and that is why he is always in shorts and a vest from April to September"?!

The thing with my conspiracy theories that are different to the majority?

Mine are based on reality and I have gone and gotten the irrefutable evidence on each one in which case visitors and those bothered to read to protect themselves will eventually realise that my predictions are almost always spot on are as near as dammit.

As for the people gaining a couple thousand subscribers by streaming a game they received a week before its official release date? Yeah right, I thought to myself that even though what I know, can predict and what I have is not only shocking stuff but that it also helps others that have either been victims, are currently being victimised or harassed or protects them in future in case they are.

I thought, yeah right, when it crossed my mind that I should do a vlog, Video Blog, on YouTube that I might then get a couple thousand subscribers. Despite doing everything I have done for the last ten years to help others I could not acquire in one year what this guy achieved in one single day. In fact I have not managed to achieve anything like these numbers right across over a dozen blogs and my YouTube channel! LMAO!

In other words a video log wont do a damn thing and at the end of the day No Man's Sky has interest from people all over the world, whereas corruption in the UK does not.

If I was an American doing what I do and all the organisations were American I would wager that I would have three times the visitors and subscribers that I do? I would be willing to bet on that ...

...in which case I think I may have found a flaw in YouTube's way of allowing people to make money from YouTube. Possibly on every blog too?

When your blogging or have a YouTube channel your potential and rate of growth must be tied into how many people your country has?

Britain has 60 million and I would guess that America has 160 million? So blogging about American things and you have three times the potential visitors? If you lived in a country that only has 30 million or even 10 million and you might have a really slow rate of growth when it comes to visitors and subscribers? It must have an effect in my estimation? In which case the methods they use would then be unfair.

This explains a great deal, though in some contradiction to an earlier report not long ago stating they made $3.8 BILLION in advertising?!

Well not only would this explain a great deal about why I have a humungous amount of visitors becoming ever higher each week but would also then leave to very interesting questions for Google to answer ...

1. If your so crap why is it that you refuse to speak to any bloggers until they are receiving the minimum payment?!
2. This would then suggest that as your adverts are CRAP, as stated, then a blogger has to be extremely good and I would wager hitting the half a million visitors mark before you pull your thumbs out of your arses?!
3. You have therefore wasted 20 months of MY TIME and I cannot help but wonder just how much time and how many people's time you have wasted?!

Quite bizarrely there was another announcement in the news regarding Google and it's money and that is that the costs of now running everything they have bought are extremely high! That begs the question ...

• Is that why Android has become crap, or at least some of your included software is?! I.E Quickoffice for a start!

I have to say GOOGLE but you have handled things appallingly by becoming too greedy and too power hungry too quickly!

• The idea of buying companies is to capture people, ergo customers, not to then ruin something and drive them to your competition?!

It would appear that nothing has been learned either this side of the proverbial pond or the other?! Some very incapable people, otherwise known as FAT-CATS here in the UK, have been put in place at a very high cost to run companies when they possess no wisdom or common sense, or even realistic, and put them in the ground!

What for? Well right now the only thing I see is that he asked the government to reveal what they earn?!

Now if this is true there is a huge problem here for the Chinese government. The bloody plain obvious one I'd their claim to be a communist country. That is what the Chinese government like to preach about. Will then does this not mean that they would all right get some not to dissimilar to Xu Zhiyong as her is a lawyer?!

But then you see this is what I do. It is what I have always done. I get involved in things then realise that there is nothing that even comes course to adding or matching up. Then I just let it run its course pointing this out now and then making the truth slowly appear to voters until it become cast iron in their minds.

APPLE TO BE WHIPPED AND SKINNED

Sometimes they way stories pop on the my radar is nothing short of bizarre. Very bizarre.

I had been thinking the last few days about chargers and how they attempted to standardise them only for this to make no difference whatsoever.

A eee nights ago I had been searching high and low for a lead to charge my battery back up device. It seemed to vanish into thin air?! I also started using my Sony Walkman again realising that it paired with the Fiio has a much better quality of sound than the Apple iPhone S4 I had been using previously. The pain in the rear with the Sony is that normal chargers will not charge it and I never got around to ordering one off Amazon. After it came back in favour and relegated three iPhone into being left being I wondered what would happen if I plugged it into the charger that was supplied with the Sony Cybershot Camera and lo and behold it worked.

I also had two plugs with USB sockets lying around that did not work, well one did not at all and the other one did work on my faulty and used Motorola Atrix craftily sold to me by Very Catalogue. A friend of mine has a Nokia 620 Windows phone and had list a charger plug. So I took one of my two plugs that I had thought no longer worked just on the off chance. Would you believe one worked?! But I tried it and still dies not work with my Motorola phone!! Now he needs one for his wife LG Android phone and another friend stated that she was changing her iPhone for a new one and that he could have that one in a few days. I stated it might not work and that I have terrible trouble with things being different amps. They had found that they had the same issues and I stated "Well that was a bloody waste of time standardising things was it not?!"

The funny thing I'd they all switched to the Micro USB port apart from Apple and I never stopped to wonder why this was. Added to this you have to be careful buying back up batteries two because of the difference in amps. I think one is 1 or 1.5 amps and the other is 2 Amps. But then the Sony units do not work with the chargers that power other Android phones so not sure what they use.

That conversation took place yesterday and I was flicking through my new app and discovered a report that those that standardised things before were going to have another go at it?!

Hopefully they will get it right this time or they will turn it into a trilogy and therefore another big mismanaged waste of time and money. It also states that they are going to force this upon Apple too and they will have to comply or face having their products banned, albeit only in Europe.

They will not like that.

To be honest the reasons for these specialised sockets has gone out of the window of late. I see more and more accessories like HiFi like speakers using the ever growing and improving wireless technologies available. WiFi itself is about to have the 'ac' version is soon to be released once standards are agreed. This will nashe it the fourth version after 'b', 'g' and 'n'. Bluetooth is commonly used for connection especially for speakers and then there is NFC, Near Field Circuitry where you can even store cash on your mobile and use the NFC technology to pay for things. Sometimes, Lol. So reasons for the use of specific plugs and sockets have been rendered pretty much redundant and I do not think anyone really cares that much. Well except for Apple that is.

Apple seem to have succeeded in using some very lame and very loose reasoning to get their own way, including in court.

Yet many companies provide you with a USB to Micro USB in which you can plug your device into a computers USB socket and it will charge. It had been this way since the beginning with all of them and some devices do not even come with an AC plug at all!

So why on earth had our been so difficult to achieve this one side fits all?! After all that is the only way toy are going to have to reduce the amount of chargers being built and therefore better on the environment?

However I get yet another hidden message asking all this crafty shifting to not comply...

Harming the environment is not on the list of agendas of any big company but they lie and say it is. Two faced is what I call this. Someone true to standardise it and reduce the bed for manufacturing as well as costs and the big guns go and nice the goalposts or come up with work arounds. It is high time that large companies should get the same punishments that would be forced upon small companies. To many times I have seen actions taken that could not even be classed as a wrist slap, while a small businessman or trader would be banned for years, given a fine of a huge proportion of what he or she makes, maybe a year or two even, or even prison.

I also see this shifting positions as no different to putting two fingers up to everyone.

It is like the decision in an American court to rule that the Galaxy S4 phones are too similar to iPhones in looks and use. Well someone somewhere that came up with this must be using LSD or some other mind altering drug...

I have been using an iPhone 4S and I unusually know four people with a Samsung Galaxy S4. These phones are world's apart in differences, nothing alike whatsoever. I can tell you something else that is write unusual about the Samsung Galaxy owners that is unheard of until now...

... nine of the owners like them and even those I know who have used then do not like them either!!

Samsung have been alerting the Android OS more and more with each phone and have rendered it very confusing even for me! I have also heard rumours that they are going to cone up with their own OS. Based in what they have done this would be a mistake as their designs have been awful of late. I can understand why I just do not think it a good idea. If they do take this route I do not think it will go well for them.

Based on these facts and from the phone I have seen I fully expect HTC, Motorola (now owned by Google) and even LG to increase they're sales and therefore market share. Provided one does not sink in the meantime?!

Google missed out on capitalising on the Moto X in the UK (not sure about Europe) but the Moto G is now out. The Moto G is nigh on the perfect phone apart from two things, the memory sizes available are bizarre at just 8GB and 16GB and no SD Card slot. These phones are listed at £129 for the 8GB version but Tesco are advertising it at £99.00.

This sends amazing value but I could never understand why phones in the £100 to £150 range were only ever so slightly better than one costing £50?! With the Moto G having quad cure and a 720p 4.5 inch screen and the while thing nano coated SDI water resident from what I read on the Internet it just send to perfect.

Saying that my current crappy Motorola has 32GB and I would have liked my next phone to have more. Oddly I have yet to see a 64GB Android phone despite there being a 64GB iPhone!

I also really do hate it and see red when an SD Card slot is omitted. This would not be so bad if there were 32GB and higher versions or the MotoX was available here. Though I do have a tablet now which has a 7 inch 800p screen, Tetra 4 quad core with GPU and co-processor, stereo speakers, 16 GB and an SD Card slot and is only missing nano coating and a built in phone and not only did this cost only £180 brand new from PC World but had now been reduced to £100!!

In perspective the Moto G dies not look that much a bargain?! So what does this day for the rest of the crap?! Lol.

Phones seen to have been deliberately stalked of late and I read about Samsung's 8 cite Exynos CPU some while ago now, maybe a year or more, and yet only a very expensive tablet uses this chip! Hilariously it is still way cheaper than Apple's lame lot even at £550!

Sony do some nice things but can behave like Apple far too much and added to this is their stuff is just so expensive. After a few years of no one partying the extra Sony will no doubt throw another hissy fit and threaten to stop making mobile phones, like they did with TVs a couple of years back, Lol.

OK, OK if I have to admit it I find my blog writing laborious at times.

After realising I can actually make money from writing blogs and combine that with the dream that has been somewhat very long term for me to becoming a write and author and I was... SOLD.

No today I have been out and about and turned out lots of things I wanted went south for the winter.

Intended to acquire an LED bulb or two from Sainsburys Homebase in Waltham Cross but they did not have the ones I purchased recently or even the Phillips ones. Nor did they have ANY LED bulbs with the small screw mount?!?!

Madness!! I spend m,oney in bus fares to spend my money with British business and in a four mile radius I cannot buy two bloody bulbs and they are two and a half times the price they are on Amazon?!?!

Whatever happened to meeting you half way?! This is something that not only have British businesses have to learn but most of all credit reference companies need to as well.

Whenever Credit Reference companies are mentioned on the news, even Sky News or BBC News, I take no bloody notice whatsoever!!

It means nothing and whatever they have said has amounted to nothing. Best of all I can assure you that these are not worth taking any notice of because they have no legitimacy in them because they are as crooked as everything else and obviously become leaned upon my businesses to work to THEIR advantage.

I have spent the longest time, or it feels like it, baring all to whomever will come and take the time to read. It is after all for them. It is to teach them and to show them there is more than one way.

I started this alone and I have made no secret of the fact that along the way I have shunned away from affiliating myself with any major organisation and of course political party.

Well I am interested in the truth and the FACTS after all.

I knew where this was all leading and I knew what effect the House of Commons and its MP's lies and cheating would have on the public. I also knew that the longer it went on the worse it would get, like that of a pressure cooker!

But think of it like a group of people in the thickets of a jungle and one man has a machete?! He hacks his way through the thickets so in effect blazing a path for others to follow. Once you have walked immediately behind him or her long enough you can see how they do it and when he is tired you can take over for him and continue.

Eventually you come to a barn in the middle of nowhere and you find ten machetes and now everyone knows how to use them and all hack away as you continue on. Only know there are eleven of you and you clear eleven times as much of the thck jungle you were doing beforehand!

As I have, and do not worry I know some of you want me to continue and I will, done what I have and used the things that I do I have in effect been training my readers. Those with little 'problems', or of course bloody great big ones, of their own can use my ideas and go and seek justice for themselves?!

There is no need to show anger, do not show impatience either. DO what I do and smile knowing that there IS AN END TO THE TUNNEL and you will be the first to emerge into the daylight while you leave others unawares and bungling around in the dark.

No civil war, no fighting, no trashing towns and public buildings that they will then use as an excuse to raise taxes, or introduce half a dozen new ones and then find out that years later the money has actually been used for something else, or a large percentage of it has.

When I see, hear or read the word TAX it boils my blood and makes me think of Robin Hood! It is synonymous with oppression for me. The very fact that taxes are forced upon people that are NOT what they are stated to be for is the God forsaken truth and fact of this.

I knew of a guy that did this and the only example I can find of people that were CLOSE to each other. I always called him Pistol Pete! His girlfriend I never met but heard a lot about her and she was called Daria and suffered from Multiple Sclerosis.  Pistol Pete eventually shot off elsewhere, or was fired off from a large canon I cannot remember. What is important is that a friend of mine who ran way couple years back used to help her out. She needed a pack of batteries for something she used, cannot remember what. SHe gave my friend £10.00 and he bought back the batteries and gave ger £6.00 in change.

She asked my friend how can there be change the batteries are £10.00 a pack?!

My friend explained to her that he had told her for years that Pistol Pete was bad news and ripping her off, she could not get out so no idea of prices, and that he was lying about the prices of things he fetched for her?!

He did this to am Irish woman suffering from MS who could not get out the house. She passed away some year back now.

Why did he do it? How could he sink that low?

He was and likely still is a Heroin addict to the point he had half his stomach removed.

A valid excuse but unforgivable just the same!

So why oh why are the punishments for those in power for actions far more immoral than those I speak of here no more than a signing of your name?!

For all intents and purposes I am a headache to those in power and that was my intention from day one...

...it was not my only intention?!?!

Yes I knew that this recession would go on longer than any of them stated and I knew it would grate and put increasing pressure and misery on many.

I have been through that and I know what that can do. It will release the animal inside all of us and the rage and ire can be enough to hurt, maim or kill. Or indeed smash some windows and nick the stuff you just found out you will not be able to afford to buy for the next ten years?!

Oh and those tossers in power and the House of Commons that like to appear on the lassoed news media and point and say criminals?!

Well yes but nowhere near your scale I  can assure you.

If you then you would behave EXACTLY the same as they you are no different and the stress and pressure would force you to do the exact same things.

You cannot tell a generation their entire lives are fucked and not expect a reaction, you ARE the GOVERNMENT and you need to re-educate yourselves on the meaning of the term of government.

Its not a reality show for the upper classes! It is to govern your country and you should be humbled to be in that position and not strut around lording it up, lying through your teeth and calling those that expose the facts are themselves liars.

That era is dead. 

For almost a year I have been laying out lessons on how to get one over on those in power. Reach beyond those before you to those of the higher echolons. Smile and walk away and when diagreeing and arguing do so calmly. Have the confidence that I have had and it unnerves them.

You might find it is kind of fun to do too. But do not go making appointments willy-nilly to get as much audio as you can?! This will not work and remember the one simple and age old golden rule...

The numbers on my blogs are currently close to 25,000 and rising at over 1,000 per week. Before long they will rise by 1,500 per week and then 2,000 per week and so on and so forth?!

So that is a potential 25,000 headaches to the government each one as big a headache as I am?! Imagine the stress you would put on them?! How could they then ignore the public?!

However many thousands will see this in the coming weeks and all set of on similar ventures to those I have divulged you can be sure that others will follow you in greater numbers as each week goes by.

It will not happen over night as you can see from me and this blog which was started last August 2012. But I envision that in just six months time there will be hundreds of thousands of headaches growing in stature to those that have betrayed us and the positions they hold.

No clashes, loss of life, limbs or anything else. NO businessmen whose livelihoods are teetering on the edge as councils are unforgiving despite initially created to SERVE the public?! Sure I would agree they deserve it, absolutely and completely agree with anyone harbouring anger on this one.

But the one thing I have learned is that by taking the high road and taking another path has done wonders for me and my state of mind as well as the stress. Sure I still have a mountain loads but HELL, have you READ THIS BLOG?! LMAO! I am getting though it and it was bit by bit but now its faster and faster and the momentum is growing faster with each week.

Soon I think I will have trouble keeping up!

Also a few tips....if you go searching for the apps I used to do what I did you WILL need to see if it needs a ROOTED phone.

If it does then you will need a program to root your phone as what it is they want to charge you £700 or more for these things and then they set it up with the software, all of which your paying for, to swith off the ability to do these things.
