THE APPLE TEMPLATE

I had to laugh when I read a certain part of the report linked below about Apple talking to cast manufacturers about them helping/building an iCar.

First off I simply do not understand how any car manufacturer would talk to Apple about building a car. This statement might not be clear immediately but when you look at the reasons why talks between both BMW and Daimler broke down it becomes obvious why.

When you see, or more likely read in moments the reason these talks ceased you will automatically, of you even have a basic grasp of companies like Apple or Google, you will tell yourself ...

"How in the world did these car manufacturers think it would be done in any other way?!"

Apple wanted the car being built and all the software on it linked into their own cloud, and/or computers!

Well any IT or computing firm would state this, certainly Apple and Google would want this while at the exact same time you wouldn't think of a single car manufacturer, outside of TESLA, to be capable of having their own IT setup, cloud service and decent software/operating systems or otherwise.

What I find extremely hilarious and typical is that after being given a tour around a factory/production line of a particular car, Apple ceased talks with the car manufacturer. BMW's i3, I think it's called, so I don't know if it was the production line of that model?

It's even more hilarious that it also states that Apple has something secretly set up somewhere to manufacture cars?

If true then this means that what it states, and I stated above, is exactly how it sounds, or reads, in that Apple got themselves tours of a production line to steal ideas, copy processes in the manufacturing? The fact that they then abruptly stopped speaking to the manufacturer who just have then this tour speaks bloody volumes measured in tens of gallons!

Just so I typical.

These car manufacturers have really been naïve in these instances and if Apple suddenly produce a car and elements of it pisses off any of the car manufacturers I will simply state on here 'more fool you!'

Probably so greedy as seeing a team of with Apple as virtually identical to world domination they were blinded to the fact that Apple were probably just sitting spying to pick up a shed load of pointers?

But at the same time ... the iCar? Really?? I don't think so, Apple.

That's a venture likely doomed to failure unless they produce something more fashionable than say an Audi TT? Not my sort of car but as a car nut, yes I'm one of them too, I understand why they are very fashionable. An Audi R8 would be closer to my car and I like other Audi's and have owned a Quattro.

NOT JUST APPLES BUT ORANGES

FINALLY!!

It seems that the the long talked about, in here anyway, subject of free apps, mainly games, bit actually being free.

Of course I am talking about 'In App Purchases' which in a very short period of time you can spend double that of a full on console game! I know because I tried some and was shocked and disgusted at the way digital have have gone.

Marvellous is it not? Something wonderful gets created and then a batch of greedy wankers that want to earn millions while sitting on their arse come along and fucking ruin it for everyone!

I am setting PC and console games going the and way little by little. You can get the idea of this when a software house states it wants to be the games equivalent of a film studio ... like Pixar?!

So you want to make ten times what everyone else makes and then sell if to greedy and who Disney for billions of dollars who then his to the price of kids films that are several years old?!

Is that what you mean?

For years now you bought a game and it has an online element to it. It started off as a simple but brilliant pairing up or small group of players. Over time it become bigger and better with the key moment and have being Quake 3 Arena! I was green with envy because due to my circumstances I had not a link to the Internet. Long story. But Quake 3 Arena was exclusively an online game really.

You bought the game and it came with the online component.

However this has split down the middle in recent times. But I am afraid it is simply another car and giving out the message that crime is OK, as long as you find a way of doing it legally?!

Games I have played lately do not seem to offer an online multiplayer option and yet one hand I like now has an online only one where you pay through the nose for the game and then again each month to play it?!

I am sorry but that is just utter greed at its very worst in gaming! Good luck trying that on with the console gamers!

I do not mind paying a small monthly fee to one outfit that hosts many different games I play.

There in lies the other problem... now there are done routes of games I am not into because I don't think I would enjoy them, Real Time Strategies being one. Top down (Isometric?) games and third person games. But I do like Role Playing Games, nooo not that type of role play Lol, and driving games along with the usual First Person Shooting games but I tend to lean away from these nowadays.

Role playing games are so much more interesting and can be so much more diverse. The two games I like are by the same software house and with very different sceneries indeed. One in a lush world were guns have not been invented and more like a twist up of Highlander and Lord of the Rings. Magic, vampires (unfortunately), werewolves, Knights and many others. The animals are far more diverse than the people! The are the Elder Scrolls games.

The other set in a post apocalyptic world where the animals have mutated in very mad ways often thousands of times bigger than there original size. Some are completely new.

The point in both of these titles is your free to be who you want to be. With each there are various rewards and the conversations can be very different. More different than when I think as I always play the and way. Well with the same choices that is and play as myself as I am sure many do. My character in the game is my real character and I find the interactions and things that happen as a result of my actions must interesting indeed. I will write a post about this in the next few days.

But here today we have this sudden stampede to earn money each month while doing fuck all is now being pointed out?! Only you will note that the finger is pointed at Apple?!

Very odd that they chose to finger Apple for this because Google have for a larger percentage of the mobile pie, though not for long trust me on that, with their Android OS. Maybe it all stated on Apple's iOS and this is why they are being mentioned?!

The thing is it is just as I keep stating, stating, stating and bloody well stating and get ignored. Someone creates something marvellous, wonderful and exciting. You cannot wait to get one and then your in this fecking upgrade thing that starts to piss you off.

After awhile you start birthing that the new upgrades and while new versions of OS's are suddenly performing things they one did with aplomb now with utter incompetence! Using one of this right now! Utter crap and I will not be buying another gadget that had anything to do with Google and Android.

But then Apple's iOS is the opposite whereby it looks exactly the same and as far as I know they have not implemented swipe keyboards, widgets or even bigger screens. What?! They were bigger?! Are you sure?! Well put them side by side then? Ooh now I see it! Oh OK then their screens have only grown marginally whereas the Android went mad and he by inches!

You had choice whereas with Apple you did not and the other thing you had no choice with, with Apple was the extortionate price! No other reasons for this other than pure and simple greed, pure and simple. Anyone that stars or thinks otherwise are a few bricks short of a full load.

But this stagnating of their own technology is not the rain for their plummeting sales, so done so get it then, oh no. That's is because everyone what is copying them when they did bit create anything, turning themselves into that which they hate in their early years.

At the end of the day this works we live in of board members is both outdated and doing a great deal of damage to our progress because if their greed and narrow sighted attitudes.

Time after time they literally think that because they know about money, which they actually do not, this matter them an expert on everything? Err no, it does not.

They then make decisions on companies but make sure their private stash of cash and shares in the company are unaffected. After all if they lose a percentage of their 10 million or more they are hardly going to be eating out of dustbins if they get it wrong? At times they can still cone out better off?! I am sure there are tricks that are not widely known?

Then they just jump ship and wait for the next morons who created something great fit then to buy into and set about ruining for everyone?!

This is not just games and software, oh no! This applies to any companies and over the last twenty years I can think of many that have either vanished or become dreadful and just end up hate because of the above? Hmm a list?

These are just some names of the to of my head. I am sure there are more. Just because someone for lucky with a few deals and became rich dies not mean they know everything about money!

Many make that mistake and this is easily seen. Over realised they made a few choices and now money is hemorrhaging they do boot reverse their decision and about they was wrong, oh no! They then get even tighter with the advances or offers which only kegs to losing ever more people or customers. Then the fault will still bit be accepted as their own and want to be the only ones manufacturing their stuff and take everyone else to court to so them from manufacturing?! Nice! Where are the anti competition laws now? 

Only apply to 'outsiders'!

Narrow minded and utterly incompetent because take one company to court and all the others week suddenly be on their guard! Worse still is then teaming together to fight a common enemy. Bow that would be exciting to see!

Thick as shit would be an understatement! Of you gained a lot of money and then lose it, or most of it then you do not know about money, not in the true sense.

Money is about understanding people, bit by who you can screw over and how many times because there is always someone that will address over you or your customers will get fed to with being used and abused and leave for pastures new!

So stop acting like spoilt brats and she those delusions of grandeur because that is what they are!

But they won't pay attention to done free advice ... so I have another idea! Out should be made law, easy enough because you can state your making sure the interests and protection of a large workforce is your concern. Then you make the law widely known that anyone that buys into a company to get into the board must all be made public knowledge and their decisions made public so everyone can see that they are not what they thought and the strutting about like Peacocks with no eye spots!

This will make them think twice about getting involved and the decisions they make!

Of course I loved Microsoft but when Steve Ballmer came in and then to over I could see it all going wrong. He was only in for a year when I realised that their products were no longer their priority and year after year I saw nothing I really liked outside of Windows 7. Everything they did was a kind of menagerie which Windows got sucked into!

Big mistake there as before you turn your number one product, desktop Windows OS with version 8, into a bloated version of your mobile one you should make sure that your mobile one is seen as the best! If not you risk destroying your company!

Why did they do it? My answer would be that they thought in their infinite wisdom, which they lack, that by making their long running and famous desktop Windows look like the mobile version more would buy their mobile products?!

Twats!!

All they should have done is make their mobile OS look and work like their desktop one, familiarity is key. The tiles, Metro, was to much and to big but could have been left for mobile phones where windows would be tricky ... well on the ones with the small screens that is.

Then of course there is the price!

Microsoft upped and upped their prices because they're was no competition around. Do you know what you so when you get greedy like that? Shall I sorrel it out for you?

You create no end of competition! In fact by the time you realise when they have either released or just announced it it's already too late. For they works have been working on them for several years when you upped your prices beyond a point when half a dozen or note thought they could do it better and cheaper!

After all who works not want just a quarter of the cash that Microsoft have? Let us be honest here?

I still only know one ... no two people ... ooh key me think here? One local mate has Windows laptop. Another family have five Windows laptops but all Windows XP. They do have a couple of Apples and I would buy them all Apple laptops if I won half a million on the lottery or was paid that for the rights to publish my books?! Or even paid that for this blog?!

Ooh now never thought of that latter remark previously?! Not sure I would do that? But then if I start to think that people are just not telling each other things and therefore Britain has become self centred and amoral as a whole maybe I would become ... despondent?!

Provably the first one to approach would also want to take it offline?! Lol!

I digress.

Anyway it is sightly encouraging that the problem if these sickening In App Purchasing criminals are now being singled out, well criminals is what you are as your not moral are you now?

At the end of the day a criminal, when it comes to money, is someone who is either fed up with starving to death of scrapping by for an eternity or someone that wants a luxurious life or material things that cannot otherwise afford because they are sitting on their backsides most of the time! The End.

Hmm how funny, that sounds much like my views of board members in a company?! Except no one bothers them?!

I see misunderstandings about business and money all the time because that which they base their understanding on is wrong. They themselves price this to be the case over and over again. Indeed this is why I have always steered people with little money away from investing large amount of cash in shares. I was proved to be correct in each case. Whether they followed my advice or not.

Gradually it had become worse and worse until it collapse under its own weight of greed and had so yet to recover. Oddly politicians, or just one eh, GO, who stated for 4 years it was getting better and then said recently it was not and wish he did better now has groups saying it's over?!

Hmm no!

Even in the media they are stating its not over until the man on the street feels it, duh, Finally sank in has it? Yesterday, Saturday 20th July 2014, I was in a local store twice and first around 12 to 2pm and then about 3.30pm. Now maybe he had a customer that paid out a lot of money but judging from the store owners body language I would say no. I even asked and he replied 'no ones coming out because of the heat!' He said he felt unwell and ended up closing the shop at 4pm and on a Saturday?!

The lowest figure I have known him to take is £56 and I am talking about Saturdays only. Saturdays should be over £1,000 and better if £2,000 in this industry and one I am very highly experienced and expert in.

I have yet to find out but I am guessing that yesterday was lower than his previous record low?

Lower than fifty? Lower than forty?  For a Saturday?

You cannot make people spend money and if your government and allowing big business to get away with murder and thinking the prior don't realise?

I have stated it many times before and will do so again .. You can fool some of the people some of the time but never all of the people all of the time.

Now when a whole network of people I know ate telling each other that you cannot trust anything anyone says or anything anyone does not anything you but from anywhere then you have a bloody big problem!

This network is one that even though I spent two years cut off from it, everything I did and everything I said so managed to go around like fire across a pool of petroleum. I was often informed of this and when several people asked people I was in contact with, why I had gone to Norfolk, I was really shocked! I always knew that grapevine was terrible for gossip going back and forth but this turned into impressive!

That was when I was cut off from that grapevine! I am very, very central to that grapevine. What I state does the fire across the pool trick, even when they think I am wrong. But even those being told that think I am wrong are likely to think better of it?

The reason being what I have managed to find, what I have managed to do and everything that I have managed to achieve every since I was 14 years old and possibly earlier?!

People will still ponder about the things they think wrong. We are in a period now where they are semi regularly hearing my things on the media and in living rooms of people someone will utter my name to a revelation of story in the news.

Now we have a five month run up to Christmas and everyone thinks about this much earlier now. Due to the financial difficulties many start putting money away earlier, that is of they are wise not to borrow for a nice Christmas. Well they are rare these days!

Just like the numbers I get on my blogs the average and things occurring build in frequency all the time. It had taken longer than I first thought, with numbers that is, but I am now at the tipping point! Other tipping points are also approaching to arrive later but in the next twelve months. Even after that twelve months there will still be others approaching!

There are ... ohh umm five? Six maybe? By the time they have reached their own tipping points a series of others will be on their way to! Another 6 of them!

After this I would have started a couple of others so that whatever I do in whatever subject I will post about online! By then it will be much easier and I will be more in depth and in touch with my other subjects!

You see I change what I do a great deal and currently there are limited to 6 or so subjects. These subjects are themselves limited and not had anywhere near the amount of content I would have liked! Why?

Because of my health conditions and with no transport I can use my range is limited. Money limits me too. I do this without any financial help. Despite my Fibromyalgia of over 100 symptoms, my Hiatus Hernia, Oesophagitis, Torn Meniscus and pain in my right groin from a hernia repair, you see I am limited, they are still trying to find a way to refused to help and support me!

So I don't sit on my arse, I have a degree in one subject but his enough knowledge in different subjects that I could easily achieve four or more other degrees. Well I don't know, lol, find my different blogs and have a count up? None of those O have yet to cover you could get a degree in I don't think? Some sort of award in education yes but not to a degree standard I do not think?

But then if my memory deteriorates any further that statement will no longer his true?!

I digress.

THE REALISTIC CONSPIRACIES

I have posted a great many posts since I started this blog and one thing I have alluded to many a time previous is that there seems to me to be a great many deals between companies to control various things.

For starters there was my issue regarding both Nikon and Argos and that after several correspondences with each one, asking with being ignored by Nikon Japan, I could conclude that in my opinion everyone knew that the cameras being sold were refurbished, or rather not!

I believe there are a great many agreements and it is obvious that this is intended to manipulate, defraud or control using a workaround as it is otherwise illegal.

Now here is a report that states this has gone on between Apple, Intel, Adobe and Google. In fact Google seem to be in the headlines mite and more mostly for the wrong reasons. I also have a sneaking suspicion this wool continue to increase in frequency which I have also predicted previously.

Now this report is by the BBC involving the settling of a court case where they agreed not to poach each others staff! I find this a little of if I am honest.

On one hand there is the fact that they were likely trying to put a stop to the ever rising salaries forced by the poaching of rivals staff which I thought from day one was utterly incompetent. Brought upon by their own desire to out compete each other. This is a prime example of where the current system is wrong is wrong, had been for a long time and a bomb waiting to go off!

What is wrong about this practice is the fact that those setting the rules have no issues with the fact that their salaries are far higher then those they are controlling.

However, in an odd twist this move kind of made sense. I shall explain...

It matters not what thoughts or opinions are because despite opinions sounding great it's no use if it's not workable. For a very long time while everything was going up so did the wages which came about mostly by campaigning and strikes. Because everyone was only used to everything going up no one saw this as an issue. Think 'Cloud Cuckoo Land' here to see what I am getting at.

Now to be fair those that conspired were not aware of these facts, as I seemed to be the only one that knew the financial crisis was coming. I can also say that in fairness to the campaigners the issues of pay was driven by something else. Something that had completely ruined my life along with other factors that I am now trying to correct. This has become a great deal easier since I diagnosed myself after the dozen IDIOT NHS staff either lied or were incompetent. Trust me both applies here but to what ratio I could not tell you. I will leave that to the others who no doubt are brevetting away on this and may have done so for the last year now? Unless my conspiracy prediction about them turns out to be true also?! Lol! Or they are just incompetent and vastly overpaid too? The whole issue of this forcing up of wages comes down to one major factor, which is the number one thing everyone needs and wants and the most important item they will ever but if they can ever afford it!

House prices!

Of course everyone owning one loves to make money while sitting on their arses so spouting hypocrites if they point fingers at jobless people! So when the house prices rose they rubbed their hands together, just as my penny counting grandfather did. Only what many failed to realize and rather selfishly so is that eventually this would backfire as their own children and grandchildren would not be able to buy their own home!

The major factor in recent times is that house prices have continued to rise, because of a very few unwise, greedy and lazy people, while salaries slowed down and even stopped completely.

Now I have always known that this would become a major issue! I also knew that a recession was coming five years before it started and many family members and friends who actually disagreed with me at the time would confirm this fact today.

The refusal of public services from Local Government up to Central Government to build social housing to save done fecking cash that was not theirs to do so only compounded the issue.

So what we have ate all these tiers in society and some of them a very far apart from each other. No one wants to come down any notches and while everything was going fine no one stopped to think about anyone else including their own family members.

What I absolutely bloody love about it is that those at the top with far too much want to point fingers at those at the bottom who do not have enough! I I even begin to go into how wrong and how immoral this is on so many levels. Also the absolute stubbornness of those I allude to is absolutely stunning and it's quite obvious that they possess nothing in the way of wisdom or the midst basic of common sense! Mathematics is also not a strong point either but I bet they would be at the front of the queue for tickets of the planet after they have single handedly managed to destroy it?!

This way they can either return to Earth and destroy it all over again or fly to a new planet, possibly in another stars system and begin destroying that too?!

Talking to someone today along these lines, though cannot remember exactly but bankers were mentioned, I stated what I strongly believe is the problem in this country and likely many others. In fact I have an ex mate who himself was a prime example to this ...

We have far too many Kings and Queens!

People who get to the top and then want to sit on their arses expecting everyone before then to work their butts off for them and even fall in their sword for them! Good job I do not work for someone like that, let me tell you!

Now to give you some kind of contrast I shall tell you of what I ask myself often and of late the question pops up far more frequently!

It is safe to say that in excess of 15 things in the pipeline and several other things banging around inside my noggin. Now a great many of them have the potential to pay off in a big way and will do so to! I just cannot tell you when. By the end of this year our by the end of next I would have accrued a substantial amount of money that would stop all the worrying and provide me with the things I have gone without for so very long. This week be at the expensive of some large organizations whether they currently know it or not. Now both if and when this happens I ask myself what I am going to do with myself! As I stated this I ask myself more often of late.

I cannot sit on my arse all day. I could not spend my days up a golf course each and every day, even if I was fit and any good at golf! I would need to be occupied and doing something productive.

Now I have had over a dozen things blazing through my greet mater from time to time and I really should start a list up. Some of these you may well find stashed away in posts on this blog! I know of certain ones I have mentioned and feel fairly sure of a few others. But no doubt some I would not have done and new ones pop up every now and then.

Too many Kings and Queens! When I said that my friend said "Yeah, your right you know!"

When I was a child it was always pressed upon me by my superiors about setting examples. It seemed to be a key thing they wanted to impress upon the younger generation but when I look at society in Great Britain I realize that asking the way something went terribly wrong. Those at the top should be setting examples and to be fair they have. Surprised? Week if I now state that they have set all the worst examples that they ever could? Ahhh see?

I suppose in any hierarchy everyone wants to be the one that is above them. Yet I have airways found that nitre often than not they are twats! I never wanted to be like them at all! This is something I cannot get through to a member of my family!

You need to have done something I have found inspiring and this has rarely occurred! Whether this is good achievements or discoveries that benefit many that is what I look for.

There are previous few people I can honestly say that about in the UK and might sound harsh but even some that I did I discovered were not all that they appeared to be. Quoting things from scripts and sounding like you know what your talking about is easy. Being put on the spot and then taking a long pause before umm'ing an ahh'ing trends to give you away.

I do hope I see these things change before I die and that decisions are made on people based on merit and not what they look like.

It is a nationwide TV reality show that should be called The Great British Talent show. Or maybe that is Acting show? Or liars show? Lol!

Everything feels manufactured and badly so. Either that are we are bombarded by these talent shows and appears to be most people's priorities? Scientists finding an Earth like planet that is habitable? Yeah, that's nice. Someone standing in front of a pleb like Simon Cowell and it's a car of screening and cheering until their faces turn blue and even the News media are obsessed with these things and are see as entertainment.

A show about making people into vastly over paid stars that everyone watches because they wish or want it to be them!

Or maybe because they can turn around years later and say 'you was there' when this pop star that lasted five minutes and your grandchildren have never heard of and poke fun at you for reminiscing about?!

Then year later they get found out for evading millions of pounds in taxes while stashing it in the only place left available when is an abandoned oil rig in the north sea save a few Fulmers, Herring Gulls and Greater Black Gulls?!

The world is being poisoned, animals are becoming extinct regularly, many are endangered, the Japanese want to hunt and shoot Whales, Badgers are being shoot dead for no reason and Global Warming is not being dealt with correctly but none if this matters. As long as you do not miss X Craptor along with Corrie and EastBenders!!

THE SMART COMPARISON

I figured through a copy of PC PRO Magazine today because I saw something of an interesting article noted on the cover.

PC Pro is an old favourite magazine of mine that had not give downhill, or I have not noticed that at any rate.

Curiously they did an article on something I recently posted about and have dinner a few times, smartphones.

In fact in particular it was just two smartphones one that I constantly rant about and one I just bought. I actually did a comparison of the two phones myself but nowhere near to the extent that PC Pro has! One is the Apple iPhone 5S and my new Moto G.

They do a rather interesting breakdown of the components piece by piece and state constantly about how the two phones are not that far apart in terms of power and screen quality and yet are oceans apart in terms of price. In fact they even provided the total costs of the manufacture of each phone!

There was not much in it with the Moto G costing around $100 or $109, cannot recall correctly, and the iPhone costing about $120 odd, again if I recall correctly. What I have now discovered is interesting about the two prices is that I forgot to note what memory size the iPhone was and am pretty sure the Moto G was the 8GB one? There were done things that Google were paying less than Apple for, which I thought the wing way round. But at the end of the day, yes the Moto G had a minimal profit of around $30 to $50 whereas Apple... $11ty Million, lol!

Well oddly I have just realised that they did use US Dollars to keep things simple but now realised it had complicated things?! This is because I am sure that they said Apple were making $450 but they have got confused or I have. This is because that in British Pounds this would translate to around £400 give our take fifty quid? Except there is no way you can buy the iPhone for that in the UK and I am sure they range from £550 to £700?!

I will have to pick up a copy and read it at some point over the next week. But it was nice to finally see someone actually asking the questions that I do! Yes OK the Moto G is ridiculously cheap I admit. But Apple are more ridiculously expensive than the Moto G is  ridiculously cheap!

Oddly I saw a question referring to asking yourself why, or ulterior motives, manufacturers price their products the way they do. In fact it occurred to me that the remarks about the Moto G phone on the Internet should have had me realise sooner. It was purely designed to sell in large numbers, fast! In doing so Google would not only keep a great deal of people on their operating system but also acquire a large number of new ones too. My Windows Nokia mate I think will switch over to the Android OS and may do this sooner now he has seen what the Moto G can do?! He also works around water too so the water repelling nature of the Moto appeals to him.

That leads me on to the fact I said the word 'repellant' and not 'proof'! After owning the Moto G a week or so I suddenly realised that on the Moto G's box it stated it was water repellant! Now I am not entirely sure why but one of the reasons I dived in and bought one was that I had it in my head it was water proof?! I assumed that it had the same nano-coating that the Sony Xperia Z has?! Now I am not exactly sure and will be disappointed if it is not water proof! Good job I found out it was not before it ended up getting a dunking!

So I am currently convinced that several reviewers worded things wrong in their review?! Many of you already know I am suspicious of reviews anyway and that deliberately steering the word 'proof' instead of 'repellant' would sell more phones! I wish I could remember who the reviewers were that stated this as I would email then and give them a ticking off and asked them what they received to say that in the first place?!

OK maybe for the price a nano-coating is expecting a bit much but it was reading this that made me plump for this phone! It is the only reason I decided that I could live with no SD CARD slot!

I will have to find out because now the warmer weather is here I am around water on a daily basis even without it raining! I cycle along a river to go to a wildlife park that is full of lakes, ponds and other rivers! My friends store had fish and amphibians in it and a river runs past my front garden! That is before stating that I currently do not drive so it's at the mercy of the elements when I am out, lol!

But then I believe that with the cost of most of the phone being £300 to £700 depending on where you but our who your ripped off by, eh Very, that they should all be bloody waterproof anyway! We live in a planet that is 90% water on its surface and it rains, a lot in some places! Plus smart phones are actually smart mobile phones so intended to be taken outside on a daily basis! I think that with this in mind it had been dreadfully lacking of the manufacturers not to waterproof everything £300 and over long before now! Well several years ago I owned a Motorola Defy I paid £245 for and that was waterproof! Oh yes OK it was not nano-coated but rather cleverly had few sockets and each had a rubber seal cover and it worked well! But the nano-costing is here now and the Sony Xperia Z has even been replaced once and soon will have been again.

Hmm I wonder if the reviewers for the Nexus 5 phone are now hiding their faces in shame for stating that the LG Nexus 5 cost close to £300 to manufacturer and that the profit margin was tiny?! Yes mate and as PC Pro have now stated an iPhone 5S is a much more premium feeling phone and costs under £100!!

Now what I failed to know but which you can find on the webpage below is that not only is their court action being taken against Google over it but that it has already been in court protest over Apple and it's iTunes?!

Except I am now at a loss to understand two things...

1 Why is it going to court again when it has been dealt with already?! Do they just try everything they can to keep the robbed cash flowing out there?!

2 Why is it that the previous court case deemed it OK for the game to not actually be games and therefore just cheating unless it was to children?!

I think if it is ignored yet again I can see the demise of the smartphone and the market places of both Apple and Google?!

THE DUMB OPERATING SYSTEMS

I think I am going to walk away from Google's Android Operating System. It just seems to be slowly becoming a horrible place to be!

As some of you know I bought three Advent Tegra Note 7 Tablet PC Computers. One for me and two on behalf of friends as presents for their two girls. Well I already had to replace one of the two given for a new one which were given out as Christmas presents and now I have the second one in my home and I will be exchanging it when I return it tomorrow?!

Starting to wonder now when my one will give up the ghost?!

But regardless of this nor peering on my mind I am having other issues!

Google Play has gone from being interesting and exciting to browse to a pain in the arse I really am getting more and more feed up with using!!!

First of all there are an absolute myriad of shit on their and I do mean shit! I have list count of the number of things I have downloaded that do not work, nothing like their description and died not do what it says on the tin!! Then there are the fecking games that are just plain greedy and preying on that gaming urge that is a primary instinct in us all! In app purchases is what I am getting at!

That is of course after all the utter shite you click on because the picture looks cool, mainly suggesting a first person shooter with console class graphics, only to see the screenshots and think ' what the FECK is this shit, it looks like the old days of 8 BIT gaming?!'

Of course yeah that is why I searched for something with an nVidia Tegra 4 processor so that I can play 1980s games and gear up the planet with all the wasted extra power?! Lol!.

I also got a an App Shifter and that is what it is actually called, unless your looking at it on Google Play then it's called something fecking else entirely. I moved a few dozen apps including some big games. Only lately I have been clicking in things and being told it is not installed?!

This happened with an app I bought, OfficeSuite Pro, because Quick Office is now crap because Google got ahold of it and I paid a tenner fit that too!! Only I have just realised that my documents in this app are NOT BEING SAVED TO GOOGLE DRIVE?!

For the love of a fecking GOD!!

Then tonight I realised that my new game I was playing of GT RACING 2 (real racing it states) had also give missing?! I then opened App Shifter only to click on SD Card apps to see just TWO!! TWENTY TWO would be closer!!

Then there is the game itself, ever since I bought something IN-APP things went downhill... FAST!!

I ended up with a Toyota GT85 II. Only straight away I was having difficulties and found that I had to drift to stand any chance of going around a bend and stating competitive with race leaders!! I thought that maybe some upgrades would since this. This was also because other cars were rounding bends perfectly level and without drifting! I ended up maxing the upgrades to the car without realising and things remained the same. Also despite being maxed out I was being offered upgrades before each race?!

Also I was seemingly spinning out each time someone touched me which was not happening to them and added to this they were never spinning out. Then there is the old positions remain the same syndrome within the race energy your the only one ever doing any overtaking or even being overtaken?!

Another common thing is never getting higher than 8th after several attempts on one track and then getting first in the next race at the first go?!

Some tracks feels as if my tyres are manufactured using ice while others not quite so bad. Maybe cardboard, lol.

The last updated, like the other two, have made absolutely no fecking difference to Android and added to this the swipe keyboard is still substituting words whereby you got it spot on but it offers you not only the WRONG WORD but often not even one that starts with the same letter?! You know the...letter...that... you... touched... on... first... which... you... would... not... make... a... mistake with!!!

If your going to scree up the coding at least get the wetting word that starts with the correct letter for Christ sakes?!

If I was Eric Schmidt and I had some Android OS as a business solution I would be crapping my pants right about now!!

So I am getting extremely feed up with Google and Android.

Only the alternatives are crap!

Sorry Apple I know you would like many to think that your system is great but that it's not doing well because the rest of the world is voting and infringing, but no!

I simply never realised just how bland the iOS was until I had a few weeks to mess around with one. Also I hate iTunes as it is also bland and on Windows it is good awful slow! Mac OS is much better as an OS to look at and use!

Maybe Jason Bradbury was not plugging Microsoft's Surface 2 dye to sponsorship?

But then where Google and Android have a problem with being far too laid back and open Microsoft are the polar opposite and doggedly sticking to their closed system which would not be that bad if not for preventing a number of other people coding browsers for their system!

My mate had the options of IE and UC?! No Safari, Dolphin, Chrome, Firefox or any others either.

So one choice is far too bland and boring added to way over expensive in Apple.

Another is far too awkward, butt ugly and closed system with not many apps or choices with Microsoft.

Lastly you have far too many choices, too unstable, far too many so issues and lazy or incompetent coding with Google.

Now what annoys me is that any one of these could read this and realise that they could alter their system to stand head and shoulders above the other two?!

However I will wager that they won't!

Or maybe one of the many others I have been hearing about will rise like a Phoenix from the flames and keep above the other two?!

If it is the latter paragraph I got they then do not just become the fourth arsewipe in a long list of arsewipes?! If it is greedy shareholders that come along then suddenly decide that they know better than the inventors... well get them to read this oust and I will tell them to shut the feck up and go back and crawl under the rich from whence they came!

In the meantime I can only hope that things improve and I suspect now that it just might be the big 'M' as they are already working to replace the travesty that was Windows 8, with Windows 9 of whatever it ends up being called?

iSHEEP FEWER IN NUMBERS

So you can pay way, WAY over the top for something bland and inferior product. Except now I think people are seeing it abs I think Apple saw this coming.

Never occurred to them that they might buy Sony Android phones, which they ARE, or LG who do a great model in the G2? I wonder if it occurred to them that their iSheep might now think that while all other phones are becoming dirt cheap, Moto G and Nexus, that their Apples will stay high now do that the customers pay for the legal fees that got them nowhere?

No I bet that never occurred to them?

APPLE FAVOUR AND NOT FLAVOUR

It seems Apple have been in court yet again...

On this occasion they were taken to court by Motorola, prior to being Google owned, for infringing six of its patents.

Now I care not what these patents are and ask this squabbling in court leaves a bad taste in the mouth?

You should all be aware of how I will about these battles by now?

But I found myself wanting to post the link on this one for a couple of reasons...

1) It is Apple being TAKEN to court and sued as opposed to Sole taking Samsung to court.

2) I find it funny that when Apple sues anyone they end up winning and when being sued they end up winning?! Bizarre that.

The above is especially bizarre because they sued Samsung over their Galaxy line being copies of their own phones?! Well all I can say to that is that both Apple and the Judges that found in their favour must have got a head start on that legalisation of Cannabis?!

Quite his anyone with two brain cells with a successful set of synapses between then can find in favour of this is being all reason. I have used both of then I can tell you that they are miles apart in every way except one..,

... surprisingly I did not like either of them and shocked I actually said that! Though I have not used the iPhone 5 it is not going to be any different in its operating system as far as appearance goes. Samsung, on the other hand, is somewhat unrecognisable as an Android phone and far worse off for it.

Based on this I can promise you that if this continues and indeed the rumour turns out to be true they are working on their own Operating System then this week be corporate suicide!

I have stated this before and I will say it again. Four people I have heard if with these new Galaxy S4s. One migrated from an Xperia Z and rather wishes he had not. One migrated over to the Xperia Z from a Galaxy S4. The other two just simply do not like their phones!! Lol.

Considering I openly admitted on her that I once lived Sony and then hatred then for years and that Apple had become the new Sony I will also repeat some other things I have said.

I now own not one but TWO Sony products and given the choice I would dearly like a Sony Xperia Z and I am somewhat surprised at this. If the iPhone 5S had caught up with the rest of the worlds smartphones of the last 5 years and stopped being so fecking greedy and monopoly chasing I would probably like an iPhone 5S. Based purely on its looks. Bit dues not look 800 quid gorgeous and it's all tray looks 50 quid DULL!

It still remains a fashion accessory that is oddity proof for.... well Isis and fashionistas, lol.

Oddly I have just remembered as well as realised something else?!

When I started hating Sony I started to admire and love Apple as a company! Yes this IS true and fellow students at college and university rubbished Apple and their computers.

So over time Sony and Apple have switched places in my admiration. Though I do not Sony again par se but I have edged a little closer. That would have been several steps closer had my body Walkman A Series still looked like it did with the newer models and has an SD Card slot and not had the volume buggered being recognition!!! Grrr!!

Umm cannot remember but if the sd card slot is also missing from the Xperia Zs then the same applies.

I do not need to even LOOK ON THE INTERNET to tell you that this capping at 32GB for the past two years on devices has been noted. It will not end well for companies that use this very annoying practise. There is absolutely no reason for this other than forcing upgrades and if Android upgrading every five minutes is not bad enough. If Kitkat is as svelte, compact and speedy as they say then I see no reason any longer for all these frequent upgrades.

There is something else to note too regarding all this...

I have had apps updating automatically despite the fact that my older version of Android is not capable of running it smoothly or even running it at all?!

Once again it would be extremely easy for your version of Android to be recognised by Google Play and sticking with the version that works!!

So strange is it not that single core phones are still on sale and yet my dual core phone wire literally crawls asking and stuttering with it fairly often the last few months?! Yet I have used single core phones with a lower frequency than those in mine that rather bizarrely run smoother and quicker?! For those that do not know this is impossible!! Therefore either the apps have been rugged to show the system down or something else does.

A terrible attitude of controlling what you have sold has been rife of late! In my case it is even worse because I was sold a used and refurbished phone that still had a great long list of faults! They still wanted the new price for it with a large amount of interest on top of that and I am still being rigged by software?!

I purchased a nice Office Suite sometime ago called Quick Office. I purchased the Pro version for £10! Buy it all went wrong when I it my new 7 inch tablet to do my work on. I went to the Play sure to download Quick Office only to get a surprise as it was already installed?! Only when I ran it, on a 7 inch screen remember, the interface was utter crap, there is no select all option in highlighting, which is hit and miss at best. Also the saving of documents is a bit odd, by default wants to save to the cloud, except many tablets do not have built in phone you morons.

I was not the only one that thought they ruined it and not the only one that felt cheated no doubt. Quite his you can get ahold of something good and ruin it in just about every single way is quite an achievement, in fact it gets better still. Remember I have a 7 inch tablet and yet when I start typing a word document the letters are tiny on the screen and hard to read!!

I did have a look to see if I could change done things in the settings but could not find anything! I tried to find a way of contacting Google but like everyone else the God Complex prevails!

Hmm I think I will go and have another look at the settings to see if I can change anything?

According to the Daily Mail's report a survey was done to test the intelligence of period using certain phone operating systems, it seems if your an Android user your a bloody dunce, same applied to Windows phones.

But if your an iPhone user your super smart, which you have to be of course because your phone is a dunce, Lol.

Now it due turn out that the Daily Mail is a Tory newspaper and the Tories do not seen that bright to me in sour of their famed educations. So I suppose it stands to reason the those associated with newspapers that are in favour if then that this would reflect on them too?!

Now I wonder what the most commonly used phone at The Daily Mail would turn out to be?! Lol.

I would not like to see their comments pages, if I were then I might get the soapy water ready for my eyeballs?

Added to this now can people using iPhones be smarter? They are for simpletons and added to this I just posted an article about Goggle's Moto G phone costing one eighth the price of a single iPhone, proving Apple take the absolute piss while giving you very little extra for this 800 quid or more phone over the last one.

So to me people that upgrade every single iPhone are simply bunkers and very naive. How can it be classed as intelligent to firm out a load of cash just so you can show off your new fashion accessory?

That is stupid. But in all honesty even if the iPhones were a third of the price this report would still be stupid. What Igor dues a survey like that?! What a pointless and stood exercise because there simply is no answer. I just like to make a point by poking fun at iPhones for all the things I do not like about them. Android annoys me too but not nearly as much as iOS. Windows Phone I have hardy used but it duress about me and I am out off buying one. Because there are stupid restrictions on Windows that is so typically narrow minded of Microsoft on my mates Nokia phone. Oh and he often looks for apps I have shown him on both Android and iOS and they are never there. Not even the Opera Browser in any form!

The truth is you cannot say what someone is like based on their phones and is typical of people that think they are of a higher calling than your average Joe. I have an iPhone 4S and it got used for awhile and now I admit be bothered. I could hack it to turn it into a proper phone to replace my thoroughly annoying Motorola Atrix which is faulty. But I simply do not like the iOS enough to even bother.

The OS is just basically an app tray and a boring one at that. There are no widgets bit desktop screen at all. Before any fanboys even think about saying anything, sorry but if it was so great why do the Apple Computer desktop screens not look exactly the same?! Beaches people using them would probably go to Windows.

Now it's no secret that I do not like, correction I hate, the new Metro look of Windows 8. No option for a proper Start Button and waste of screen space with those big tiles. In effect they are all very bland looking widgets. But at least the Windows desktop and Windows Phone do look similar?

To be honest I for one have been stunned at the pidgeon steps that Apple have taken for their forward motion in recent times. I fully suspected that many would migrate over to Android as that does at least get better, minus the odd balls up.

So quite how this report states that iPhone users are smarter than others I am at a loss to understand. Provoking a fight or acting on a cash incentive?!

Oh I forgot about BlackBerry! A favourite of businessman (bankers? Of dear!) and journalists (oh crap?!) Rico dues tend to make me think it had not faired to well? Lol!

BATTLE OF THE BULGES

Well after the current and umpteenth report if yet another battle between Apple and Samsung I now read another particularly interesting report.

This states that a compact called Rockstar had been trading, pardon the pun, blows with Google.

Now this was somewhat confusing as when I saw the Rockstar name I immediately thought of the Grand Theft Auto series games. But Rockstar is a company, now stay with me on this, that seems rio have been set up by Apple, Blackberry (sounds mad? Gets better!) and Microsoft?!

Now this appears to have taken place to buy a company called Nortel. Reading between the lines and as much as it sounds complete bonkers this seems to have been rio grab holds of the intellectual rights of certain...technologies?! So these three did but create them but acted together to get the ownership, do you follow?

Except the company went bust so how come it needed three large companies to buy it?

Odd is it not don't you think that these three have well been losing sales and therefore money of late? They have all remained greedy despite releasing utter tosh for sale but now wasn't to sue everyone they can for copying things they never created?!

Well reading between the lines as best I can that is how it appears.

But still copying is STILL copying st the end of the day. So this then lends me another tool to point out to people just how cut off from reality these guys all are.

A large company copies something and spook they receive once found out is a also in the wrist and a fine normally risking only about 1 percent of their worth! No excuse whatsoever for copying but that is what they get.

Catch a guy on a stall in a market selling copy software and he will have the book thrown at him....fined ten times what he is worth and go to jail. Yet he was probably giving on the breadline and doing it to post his mortgage and keep his family together?!

I am sorry but crime is crime and if you act like this at the top then you are ultimately to blame, no excuses at all here, for giving off the wrong messages to the rest of society that crime is OK as long as you do not get caught and the punishment us not all that anyway!

Both those that act like this along with the bloody bone headed morons in governments that have allowed the legal system to STOP being a legal system and only interested in corporate rip offs are also to blame.

There are no excuses when it comes to anything I post on this blog...for I an but a humble, jobless, penniless, disabled man and yet I predicted this over 7 years ago plus.

APPLE TO BE WHIPPED AND SKINNED

Sometimes they way stories pop on the my radar is nothing short of bizarre. Very bizarre.

I had been thinking the last few days about chargers and how they attempted to standardise them only for this to make no difference whatsoever.

A eee nights ago I had been searching high and low for a lead to charge my battery back up device. It seemed to vanish into thin air?! I also started using my Sony Walkman again realising that it paired with the Fiio has a much better quality of sound than the Apple iPhone S4 I had been using previously. The pain in the rear with the Sony is that normal chargers will not charge it and I never got around to ordering one off Amazon. After it came back in favour and relegated three iPhone into being left being I wondered what would happen if I plugged it into the charger that was supplied with the Sony Cybershot Camera and lo and behold it worked.

I also had two plugs with USB sockets lying around that did not work, well one did not at all and the other one did work on my faulty and used Motorola Atrix craftily sold to me by Very Catalogue. A friend of mine has a Nokia 620 Windows phone and had list a charger plug. So I took one of my two plugs that I had thought no longer worked just on the off chance. Would you believe one worked?! But I tried it and still dies not work with my Motorola phone!! Now he needs one for his wife LG Android phone and another friend stated that she was changing her iPhone for a new one and that he could have that one in a few days. I stated it might not work and that I have terrible trouble with things being different amps. They had found that they had the same issues and I stated "Well that was a bloody waste of time standardising things was it not?!"

The funny thing I'd they all switched to the Micro USB port apart from Apple and I never stopped to wonder why this was. Added to this you have to be careful buying back up batteries two because of the difference in amps. I think one is 1 or 1.5 amps and the other is 2 Amps. But then the Sony units do not work with the chargers that power other Android phones so not sure what they use.

That conversation took place yesterday and I was flicking through my new app and discovered a report that those that standardised things before were going to have another go at it?!

Hopefully they will get it right this time or they will turn it into a trilogy and therefore another big mismanaged waste of time and money. It also states that they are going to force this upon Apple too and they will have to comply or face having their products banned, albeit only in Europe.

They will not like that.

To be honest the reasons for these specialised sockets has gone out of the window of late. I see more and more accessories like HiFi like speakers using the ever growing and improving wireless technologies available. WiFi itself is about to have the 'ac' version is soon to be released once standards are agreed. This will nashe it the fourth version after 'b', 'g' and 'n'. Bluetooth is commonly used for connection especially for speakers and then there is NFC, Near Field Circuitry where you can even store cash on your mobile and use the NFC technology to pay for things. Sometimes, Lol. So reasons for the use of specific plugs and sockets have been rendered pretty much redundant and I do not think anyone really cares that much. Well except for Apple that is.

Apple seem to have succeeded in using some very lame and very loose reasoning to get their own way, including in court.

Yet many companies provide you with a USB to Micro USB in which you can plug your device into a computers USB socket and it will charge. It had been this way since the beginning with all of them and some devices do not even come with an AC plug at all!

So why on earth had our been so difficult to achieve this one side fits all?! After all that is the only way toy are going to have to reduce the amount of chargers being built and therefore better on the environment?

However I get yet another hidden message asking all this crafty shifting to not comply...

Harming the environment is not on the list of agendas of any big company but they lie and say it is. Two faced is what I call this. Someone true to standardise it and reduce the bed for manufacturing as well as costs and the big guns go and nice the goalposts or come up with work arounds. It is high time that large companies should get the same punishments that would be forced upon small companies. To many times I have seen actions taken that could not even be classed as a wrist slap, while a small businessman or trader would be banned for years, given a fine of a huge proportion of what he or she makes, maybe a year or two even, or even prison.

I also see this shifting positions as no different to putting two fingers up to everyone.

It is like the decision in an American court to rule that the Galaxy S4 phones are too similar to iPhones in looks and use. Well someone somewhere that came up with this must be using LSD or some other mind altering drug...

I have been using an iPhone 4S and I unusually know four people with a Samsung Galaxy S4. These phones are world's apart in differences, nothing alike whatsoever. I can tell you something else that is write unusual about the Samsung Galaxy owners that is unheard of until now...

... nine of the owners like them and even those I know who have used then do not like them either!!

Now here is where you just cannot go around abusing a legal system to get your own way, sometimes you just need to wait by forcing the demise of a rival does not automatically mean you will prosper. Shit I'd still shit at the end if the day and Samsung is not the only people making mobile phones!

Samsung have been alerting the Android OS more and more with each phone and have rendered it very confusing even for me! I have also heard rumours that they are going to cone up with their own OS. Based in what they have done this would be a mistake as their designs have been awful of late. I can understand why I just do not think it a good idea. If they do take this route I do not think it will go well for them.

Based on these facts and from the phone I have seen I fully expect HTC, Motorola (now owned by Google) and even LG to increase they're sales and therefore market share. Provided one does not sink in the meantime?!

Google missed out on capitalising on the Moto X in the UK (not sure about Europe) but the Moto G is now out. The Moto G is nigh on the perfect phone apart from two things, the memory sizes available are bizarre at just 8GB and 16GB and no SD Card slot. These phones are listed at £129 for the 8GB version but Tesco are advertising it at £99.00.

This sends amazing value but I could never understand why phones in the £100 to £150 range were only ever so slightly better than one costing £50?! With the Moto G having quad cure and a 720p 4.5 inch screen and the while thing nano coated SDI water resident from what I read on the Internet it just send to perfect.

Saying that my current crappy Motorola has 32GB and I would have liked my next phone to have more. Oddly I have yet to see a 64GB Android phone despite there being a 64GB iPhone!

I also really do hate it and see red when an SD Card slot is omitted. This would not be so bad if there were 32GB and higher versions or the MotoX was available here. Though I do have a tablet now which has a 7 inch 800p screen, Tetra 4 quad core with GPU and co-processor, stereo speakers, 16 GB and an SD Card slot and is only missing nano coating and a built in phone and not only did this cost only £180 brand new from PC World but had now been reduced to £100!!

In perspective the Moto G dies not look that much a bargain?! So what does this day for the rest of the crap?! Lol.

Phones seen to have been deliberately stalked of late and I read about Samsung's 8 cite Exynos CPU some while ago now, maybe a year or more, and yet only a very expensive tablet uses this chip! Hilariously it is still way cheaper than Apple's lame lot even at £550!

Sony do some nice things but can behave like Apple far too much and added to this is their stuff is just so expensive. After a few years of no one partying the extra Sony will no doubt throw another hissy fit and threaten to stop making mobile phones, like they did with TVs a couple of years back, Lol.

SPYING FALLOUT FOR MICROSOFT

Well this in interesting as I did not expect to see anything like this taking place.

This is partly because taking anyone to court who are located overseas is notoriously expensive. A solicitor's husband I used to know once said I would need £75,000 of my own cash to fund it before I could seriously consider the option.

But then it never occurred to me that because they have offices here then of course you could do this weighty the huge possible costs. Thus is the second time in the last few months of people, as supposed to companies, taking Microsoft to court. The last time a small group of Spanish IT chaps over the fact the Microsoft quite deliberately coded Windows 8, also applies to Windows 7 see my video on YouTube, so that it REFUSED to install if it discovered a Linux OS (operating system like Windows) in the vicinity. However not only did it scan for it without telling you it also lies to you regarding the reason it cannot install. I do not know what Windows 8 tells you but Windows 7 tells you there is no compatible hard disk available to install. Oddly enough there WAS plus it was to be installed on a newly formatted hard disk separate from that which Linux was installed on! It failed to install several times with the same message. Guessing the problem I removed door on laptop underside where the Linux hard disk was located and set up the camera. I started filming, attempted to install Windows 7 which it failed to do and without paying the camera I turned the laptop over, popped out the SATA lead to Linux drive. Turned laptop back over attempted to install Windows again and hey presto, my invisible hard drive magically reappears!

Considering that Windows costs money and Linux dies not this is a terrible practice and attitude to adopt. The fact that it is vastly expensive to buy Windows and they programmed it to do this and lure to you is a complete piss take off their customers.

So forgive me Microsoft but your statements about being 'forced' to spy on your customers as utter codswallop. This sudden urge to campaign for tighter laws is only to deceive your customer base too. So many companies just cannot help themselves but lie these days! It is like taking part in some TV series or film about an apparent utopian future which is based on control. Some people really do believe they are of some higher calling than the rest of us. No wonder those with fragile minds believe that countries or the planet is run by Reptilian like being masquerading as humans! They do behave like they are of a more advanced species than we. Yeah... about that... not from what I have seen and heard your not, quite the opposite in fact.

Dumb arses!

I do not keep track of these things as I should, never have the time out energy to chase them down. Instead I rely on a couple of apps that fed major news stories from around the globe and in particular fields and subjects of my choosing to my devices. These are first off Pulse and secondly Flipboard. Oddly these work and behave very differently depending on devices and operating system version. I use Flipboard more on my tablet and Pulse on my phone. Flipboard works really badly on the phone and Pulse but so well on the tablet. Everything works like crap on Apple's iOS, unfortunately.

Before fanboys start harping like beleaguered Beagles on heat I am sorry but crap home screen, no widgets and the back button is in the top left corner making single handed navigation a pain in the rear. Apple device has now been relegated to being not used at all. Not even music add charting with my brother and trying out headphones I realised that by giving music listening duties to the Apple instead of the Sony Walkman and Fiio Mobile Amplifier/DAC I lost quite a but of audio quality.

Note there are some very good reasons why Apple odd losing ground, not fire being copied when the only possible thing they could have created on their phones is the Accelerometer, or Gyroscope, albeit it only an electronic version. But then that would be like Google suing everyone for hosting blogs because they bought the original blog host. Well IF they did that is. Well they might have done I just do not know. Oddly I hated the sound of blogs when they first appeared and could not see myself hiding my own blog in a million years.

Was about eight or ten in reality! Lol.

Microsoft have also screwed up at the worst time to with Windows 8 and all because of Valve, people behind the Half Life games. They have created their own operating system based on Linux and called Steam OS. The worst time because Linux versions have been many over the years and ranged from bloody awful to just awful. Despite what fanatics may tell you. After all, all versions are free and have been fur over ten years. But they have never threatened Windows in all that time. Despite what some native idiot stated on one of my Ubuntu videos on YouTube.

If you want to spend your time endlessly tinkering to get your PC working better, working faster or just plain working then fine. But those that praise an OS when much of the time it dies not just install correctly first, second or third attempt plus are....just wrong fit want of a better and quite derogatory term, Lol.

An OS should just work... THE END. If you then want to endlessly fool around with optimising and settings among other things then great.

An OS should also be able to play or run at least half of the software you run on Windows. It dies not and yet there is an even older running OS which is also inexpensive that does and also based on Unix. You don't know of one? Why is Apple's OS X.

Oddly enough if Steam OS does not blow us all away I may have to end up with a rotten apple?! Brrrrr!

Still I give Apple their due, they do make some very nice laptops and screens. Even if all there gear is stupidly expensive.

Hmm come to think of it another American company was taken to court over anti-competition practises and my old favourites Microsoft and Steve Ballmer. But I have realised I have not heard of an American company being ruled against in an American court? But then I do not really part close attention to these things. I could not even tell you how many times Apple and Samsung have had legal battles against each other?

Here is another theory for you Schiller and Apple...maybe, just maybe the reason that phone sales are dropping us because your phones are shit?? Added to this they have barely changed much in hardware, operating system and screen size in over ten different phones released? Maybe it is down to the fact that Samsung's Galaxy phones have only had four phones and only the third and fourth sure even remotely similar?

Worryingly scary these phones are and its funny as I used to joke that other countries are bring invaded by the United States stealthily by using businesses instead of armies to invade them? This used to be a simple joke but I am stating to wonder just how many unsavoury things and how many companies Americans have bought up?!

I was speaking of the stream of refurbished and faulty cameras from Argos to some women friends I know. I mentioned that when the recession started and Woolworths went under there was talk of others and the Argos name came up. When I said this everyone showed shock as they recalled hearing this too. I then said that maybe companies agreed to sell the crap to the British public that other countries returned as faulty so that the companies do not go under?

This theory was will received as making a great deal of sense. I surely cannot be the only one realising all these things and informing others about it? The more this behoves widespread the more concerned consumers will behove about what they are receiving four their hard earned cash?

I said to someone today over this damnable phone and Very Catalogue. I said when you pay the RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE you expect a brand spanking new product. Especially if you are paying cash! But I have shown that not only is there no guarantee over this but that the stores that DO sell genuinely new good look to be in the tiny minority!

They agreed and said it was shockingly worrying.

This is a powder keg waiting to blow because crimes are committed to allow the pursuit of monies over a crime, or even NOT, that is far less severe than those that courts are turning a blind eye to! So you create a crime, even if it was unintentional or even you are innocent, but they will commit a far greater crone which involves large scale tax fraud on top of that to punish you four yours!

Oh got the love of God  not again?!

Right now let me put this as simply as I can. Neither of these companies are anything like going downhill. Otherwise they would not fork out for teams of lawyers after teams of lawyers again and again.

Someone should work out the combined costs from both sides of the legal bills they have run up! Then publish this and then do a run down of the good that could have been done with this amount of cash! One simply wants to put the other one out if the game but it is but going to happen. Instead greedy people without empathy or compassion our indeed a redirect for the law just get paid huge amounts of money to sit listening to this crap. Lawyers and the like, lol.

One is more to blame than the other on this and I can guarantee that I know ego started these battles and that would be, or highly likely in my eyes, Apple. In fact it is this crush all others and all newcomers that the U.S.A has that should sure many that this is the sole, or primary, reason for the National Security Agency spying and collecting data. An unfair insight into companies from other nations so that there own rich and powerful can possibly do a hostile take over, crush, or buy out. Or of course get their competitors tired up in court on a constant basis.

Funny though is the fact that all the memory in Apple's devices were manufactured by Samsung, or st least they WERE. But you never saw Samsung complaining that the phones should have their name on them? Lol.

Oddly enough I also find it both strange and humourous that Samsung keep bringing out ever better phones, in features at any rate, while Apple....DO NOT! Their offerings have been pretty lame really and even though the iPhone 5S is nice it still had took small a screen and I still do not like iOS I am afraid, sorry.

That does not mean to day that there us something else I think perfect, no way. This Android phone is a real pain in the arse. It had been from day one and many are down to being knowingly sold a device that was refurbished (umm no?) Sourced from America and sold to be as new. But some of these frustrations are down to Google and it's Android OS.

One is bland and boring while both have become anarchic with the apps and no proper regulation of what if on offer. Unless out infringes upon themselves that is then they react like Gazelles on speed! Faster than their own iGazelles that go running to the stores to buy certain phones the moment they are launched, lol.
