THE LOLLIPOP STILL SUCKS

I have made comments still about typing out my blog posts on Android the last few days.

Buy the last few days I have been using the latest Android Lollipop and was surprised when my phone updated to it, the Moto G and the first version of it, bit the newer version.

I had wondered whether it not what they were stating about it was true, Google that is?

Luckily they have saved me several hundred pounds or more by updating my phone. I won't be buying another Android tablet and phone and if they have improved Android I don't know where the improvement is. I have already corrected a dozen mistakes in the swiping in just these two short paragraphs and then some.

So as far as I am concerned they lied.

I do tend to think that they are still focused in the same way they were when they came up with their utterly ridiculous company name and got behind Raspberry Pi. The same thing I accused UBI Soft of doing, angrily, which got my account banned for two months but refused to admit why and who lied and stated I was annoying other players? I asked if it was being far too good?! Lol!

Targeting kids.

I simply could not recommend Android for doing anything business related or what could cost money.

The keyboard has gone from the usual black to something a few shades lighter than battleship grey! An attempt to appear more grown up maybe? Lol. It is a bit bland of I'm honest.

The lock screen is different and instead of the old back button design of a curly arrow you now have a PlayStation like look to ask three. Back is a triangle, menu a circle and umm, err e other a square! Aaand back to children! Or the PlayStation crowd at least, Sony legal action pending?! Lol.

Stewie Griffin will be looking for the round hole to push his square into?

I am interested to see if this version ends up with loads of little updates to improve things? Like that of both Jellybean but especially KitKat which even my mother, not in the least IT literate, noticed there has been a lot and wondered if it was because it was shite!

That simple fact of being noticed by my mother showed for me just got biased/incompetent/paid off IT journalists are, or were. Really, really bad.

I have thought how good it would be to do, or rather work on before posting, a post purely on updates. I hate them... and make no bones about it I hate them with a passion. Always have. The attempts at swiping out 'always'! And another five!!

Since my suspicion was raised upon updates first appearing O have also, oh and I see Google still think 'O' is a word, been witness to more and more people getting fed up with them.

It is such a different experience today to this first few months with my Motorola Defy using Android Froyo and Gingerbread. Well that is until I had owned it about three months and broke the phone they had claimed was indestructible, that would not swipe out...err or 'swipe' lol! Not only was it the first ever phone I ever broke from the days of owning a Motorola Startac but broke because it fell off a crap cycle handlebar phone holder which was one of the countless inferior products that Amazon allow to be sold unchecked!

And they wonder why we have not gone back to spending like they did before? Lmao!

They obviously think everyone are being dread idiots?! Hmm maybe always voting for the same two politician parties no matter how crap your treated does not help?

If life gets even worse and your treated even more like idiots after the election ... well ... you might want to take stock of your actions? Or voting habits, lol. Everyone moans they are liars and then say compete rubbish like...'ooh we can't imagine him as Prime Minister...' with some utter drivel that means bugger all following on from that.

Don't vote for liars... rule number one!

Rule number two... don't refuse to vote because your letting in the ones you moan about.

Not on electoral register and never will be because despite the five, FECK! Like bailiffs that come round and adult you, by the letter of the law then burgle your belongings, lie to you, commit fraud and then tax fraud and apparently that's all OK.

Yes well you can take your laws, rules and protocols and shove them to your arse.

Whatever hard time I was planning to give them raised up to living hell standards after that fateful day.

Since then it's take no prisoners and no excuses and rip apart anyone or anything that stands between me and my intended goals.

The network is still out at Sony?

They rang me some time back after 10pm and in my mobile to deny some accusations I put you them in an email. Well 'accusations'is the wrong word because when I know what someone is up to this covers across when I contact them.

Now I told them that they were heading for a fall and all because they are getting far too greedy and become tunnel visioned.

Hmm oddly enough I told a woman member of staff in Tesco the same thing a couple of years back now.

I have also mentioned that this will happen to other big names albeit in different ways to certain big names.

The problem for Sony it seems is now complicated because purely and simply the attack that big then to the knees was not complicated in anyway. Well according to what baby are saying as you can see in the link below.

I think a great many companies are going to have their arses repeatedly kicked then ripped off and then presented you then I a plate.

Each time this happens I will be hear with a post stating that I told them so and then rubbing their noses in it, if off course it's fully deserved, and telling them that not only do they deserve it for being greedy twats but also for being aloof, stubborn and a bunch of other relevant labels and name calling and they can rot for all I care.

This is because of the amount if time they have been stubborn asking with their God complexes! I will thoroughly enjoy watching them dance about when the shit hits the fan. Especially the ones that shove their unwanted fecking adverts in your face every five minutes but doubt want you to have their email addresses!

Off the top of my head the biggest offenders of these attitudes and complexes are Google and Facebook. Probably others but these two are the biggest effing twats out their for their 'holier than thou' attitudes.

Mind you I just received a very insulting email from Amazon Associates and ripped shite out of them in an email, swearing included.

Despite my battle with the DWP I must say I hate laziness. I really do and shook I see today is people being lazy but pointing the finger of accusation, feck me Touchpal, for laziness at others.

Everyone in the world wants to produce one singles bloody thing and then live on a million quid a year for life on it.

So when you get this wave of shite covered fingers blaming the UK's countries debt of trillions on a group that could not spend that in the decades I find it fecking stupid. Especially for a bunch of bean counters who cannot even do that?! Well either that can't or they think that the British Public are largely thick twats who will just believe them and still vote in the General Election for one of the two who together have all but destroyed us while blaming everyone else for this.

This widespread attitude is why things are in a mess. The is no professionalism anymore. There is no polish, no quality. At least not here in the UK. No that's not right as I see it in software houses from around the world.

Rush, rush, rush then money, money, money.

Once upon a time someone new world produce a game. It would garner interest and you would buy it. Each would have its issues but you would enjoy it and wait for the follow up knowing they would do better with the experience they had gained?

Today someone produces something that gets a bit of a decent following and then the publishers (like Electronic Arts, UBI Soft or other) would take that title and give it to another software house to do the follow up? Why? You could end up with extremely different games with completely different... controls... oooh wait a minute? This sounds familiar?

While this is going on they then set about creating an online version for multiplayer or massive multiplayer.

The model seems to be...

1 Find something new and creative

2 Offer them money for the ownership to the name which they won't refuse because they can't afford to do it again.

3 Market the hell out of it, by lying about it... Release it broken...

4 Once we have their money... Possession is nine tenths of the law so we don't have to even acknowledge their complaints and issues...

5 Get another broken game out to keep the interest going...

6 Offer special editions with extras before it's released to get the sales up to make others think the game is very good...

7 Release a standard version for all three naive saps that drunk for the sales those even more naive purchased

8 Now that everyone has paid full price let's now sell them the other bits to the game we deliberately held back. But we will call these extra downloadable content and charge for them

9 After a year you eighteen months when we have had all the cash from the impatient and naive ones we will then rerelease the title in its full entirety fur the first time,  call it the Game Of The Year Edition or Ultimate Edition or something similar.

10 Now we have produced a multiplayer version but instead of these being free extras with the main game add it was years ago we will now charge a big fee for it and then make then pay us each month to play it and sell them crap to use on the game so they keep paying us to win more so they can show off to others that they are greater gamers than anyone else desire their guns being three times now powerful and their armor much more effective and actually rendering the game... but a game any further but hopefully everyone is too thick to spot that we are illegally claiming our crap to be something it's not anymore?

I lost my train of thought, can remember what I was getting at. Now nauseous and light headed, feeling sick as well as tired so leaving it there.

Yeah, so mines a mess too fairly often. But then I have excuses, all of which are on here and added to that I doubt charge a fee whether it's one off or a monthly subscription fee.

Of course my skill-set is far more than one single solitary subject... so technically I could charge over a dozen monthly subscription from each person?

HAVE A BREAK, HAVE A KITKAT

EDIT: I just noticed that yet again a number of posts have not bloody POSTED and added to this my keywords have all gone missing too!! Google at its most incompetent best or a didgy tablet PC?! NO DIFFERENCES OCCURED AS THE THE PROBLEMS I HAVE LISTED.

Well this is strange.

I have contacted everyone there is to contact over these Tegra Note Tablet PCs. Still waiting for some replies as in all honesty I will have to change it for another tablet which I wish I did not have to do.

Oddly I managed to pick the second one up from PC World today and they did have to fix it stating DC replaced on paperwork. Told the chap I have now had four of them and a 100% failure rate. He asked me if the others were the same and I told him that three are but that mine seems to have memory issues.

After I received the device I placed it back in the box and went and had a look at what other tablets were on offer. I told him that I cannot keep having these things happen. He shook his head and agreed with me. He asked if I had the other two and I told him I only had mine but that I need to get all my files of it before I hand it in so will have to come back.

Looking at what they had to offer though I'd the same bloody story, due to the greedy reasoning behind not putting an SD Card slot in the devices the choices were limited!

There were some nice Toshiba tablets though with one at 8 inch and another at 10 inch and at least one was a Tegra 4. They seem to have a nice aluminium casing but have since read that it is plastic, though hoping this is wrong!

I also looked at some Windows tablets but I just cannot bring myself to consider one. Though if it turns out that I can get the usual windows programs to run on it and not restricted to what they want you to use on it I may consider one.

However I did see something, well two things that were ideal but bigger and far too expensive for what you get. Both were laptops but one was made by Sony and has this clever feature where the screen flips over and it becomes a tablet?!

However where this was different to ones I refused to consider is this was brilliantly don't and very stylish!! Looked like a brushed aluminium Ultrabook and when the screen flipped over to laptop mode the rear side of the bottom of the screen suddenly pulled away from me and attached itself to the hinge?! It was magnetised and half of the back of the screen was in fact the hinge?!

It was very clever and was very, very cool. But it was also a cool £999.99 too as was the HP Spectre. The former screen diameter was 14 inch white the directs was 13.3 inch. So a wee bit bigger than my 7 inch tablet!! Won't be during in my new KATA bag!

Therein lies another problem! I IFT this Kata Sling Bag because this tablet pc simply would not fit in my Lowepro sling! I thought how bloody typical it would be that whatever I get does not fit?!

Still the Toshibas were 8 inch and that will probably be OK but the other is 10 inch and that will be a step to far!

The thing is the primary use of the tablet is to be able to type out documents and posts when I am in places where there will not be a power socket in sight. There would likely be times I would use it for photos and video but rarely as I will use the Sony Cybershot Bridge camera for that, unless I am out of power? But then I have a new backup up battery pack that can store enough to charge everything I carry with me! To give you an idea my current crappy phone is 1850 mah and the back up battery pack is 12,000mah!!

I also have a foldable solar panel pack though Amazon sent me an email to say that it had been left with a neighbour! Only the number they gave me had no one living their under that name and no bloody parcel!!

Oops, so in theory I have a foldable solar panel?! Which should also reduce me electricity bill further still?!

Then there is the fact my phone very seriously needs replacing?! The Moto G is the obvious choice and great value but the price keeps jumping all over the place?! Also it has no SD Card slot!! Again!! Moto X to expensive at over double the price but dies cone in 32 GB but not waterproof like the Moto G!

Arrrgg!!!! I'm sure they all do this to drive you body insane?!

Would you could get away with is possibly a Moto G 16GB and Nexus 7 32GB and a portable wireless hard drive?! Provided you could get a couple days juice out of all three at least then you have something.

But then your buying, charging and having to carry a third device because the greedy board members think themselves clever by holding out on an sd card skit thinking you WILL NEED, OR BE FORCED, to upgrade your phone.

Of course us lower life forms are far too stupid to see what they are up to and then hold off as long as we can before being forced to, say like by using a phone that has been faulty fur two years and a smashed screen fur the past couple months because he wants to give the greedy fecks as little as he can and make them wait as long as he can?!

Lmao!

Anyway, I digress.

I got home, tried to find number 51 only to find there is no Sarah and no parcel for me, I was also in pain from the past couple of days so thought I would have a lie down and rest my legs and feet? Really was rough being it and about today and just showed that I did very little for two days helping someone very close to my home and I am fecked!!

Then while laying on the bed I saw a message flash up with the capital letters OTA and realised it looked like an update?!

I checked and sure enough the fourth update is ready for this device and it is at long last... KITKAT 4.4.2!!

It has been downloading the whole time I have been writing this while I wait for someone to knock at my door with my parcel and it is now 97% done!

So I will sign off and pray the niggles with this thing are finally gone?!

BATTLE OF THE BULGES

Well after the current and umpteenth report if yet another battle between Apple and Samsung I now read another particularly interesting report.

This states that a compact called Rockstar had been trading, pardon the pun, blows with Google.

Now this was somewhat confusing as when I saw the Rockstar name I immediately thought of the Grand Theft Auto series games. But Rockstar is a company, now stay with me on this, that seems rio have been set up by Apple, Blackberry (sounds mad? Gets better!) and Microsoft?!

Now this appears to have taken place to buy a company called Nortel. Reading between the lines and as much as it sounds complete bonkers this seems to have been rio grab holds of the intellectual rights of certain...technologies?! So these three did but create them but acted together to get the ownership, do you follow?

Except the company went bust so how come it needed three large companies to buy it?

Odd is it not don't you think that these three have well been losing sales and therefore money of late? They have all remained greedy despite releasing utter tosh for sale but now wasn't to sue everyone they can for copying things they never created?!

Well reading between the lines as best I can that is how it appears.

But still copying is STILL copying st the end of the day. So this then lends me another tool to point out to people just how cut off from reality these guys all are.

A large company copies something and spook they receive once found out is a also in the wrist and a fine normally risking only about 1 percent of their worth! No excuse whatsoever for copying but that is what they get.

Catch a guy on a stall in a market selling copy software and he will have the book thrown at him....fined ten times what he is worth and go to jail. Yet he was probably giving on the breadline and doing it to post his mortgage and keep his family together?!

I am sorry but crime is crime and if you act like this at the top then you are ultimately to blame, no excuses at all here, for giving off the wrong messages to the rest of society that crime is OK as long as you do not get caught and the punishment us not all that anyway!

Both those that act like this along with the bloody bone headed morons in governments that have allowed the legal system to STOP being a legal system and only interested in corporate rip offs are also to blame.

There are no excuses when it comes to anything I post on this blog...for I an but a humble, jobless, penniless, disabled man and yet I predicted this over 7 years ago plus.

You are a bunch of over paid morons more interested in what you can earn over the top of that which the taxpayer pays you by then screwing those that employ you by bending over a barrel in front of these greedy plagiarist companies with your pants around your ankles!

What you see going on within you're countries among the poorest and most unfortunate along with disabled people is a result if what you did. Or indeed what you did not do.

Your answer us to come up behind the taxpayer and stab then in the back to bleed them if even more blood and not the balls to tell us what you're really up to.

Sorry but I think that ANYONE that votes for the big three political parties are either blind, naive or outright bloody stupid.

Regardless of what is said we have been in a downward incline for twenty years and we just keep going down. It humid up a bit for a while but only briefly before it just carries on it's journey ever downward.

It is a shame, and I think criminal and tragic, that your forced to live under such a corrupt series of governments you never once voted for among a society of people that appear mostly naive.

I hope that when the next election comes around I am proved very wrong on that very last statement?! Lol.

Unfortunately my life trend to lean more towards disappointments than it does inspiration and pride these days.

Though I am hoping to change that thought the entire year if 2014.

It is only a hope on that front. All other girls will be achieved but I cannot predict what the majority of a society is going to believe now know what they will do IF they believe.
