THE REPEATING NAUSEA

Well I have to about to have been affected yet again while I out today.

The odd thing is that though I was affected my breathing was fine, so while I suspected it could be this polluted air everyone is talking about I would have thought breathing issues would go with the nausea?

But no. So I am at a loss to know what it is and it happened yet again today and wise than the day before. I was in a friend's store and I had felt odd a few times while out and felt quite nauseous and had to leave.

Not wanting to return home without any shopping whatsoever I attempted Sainsburys but the nausea fit worse and I staggered and leave against a wall. I did so yet again at the magazine rack in Sainsburys.

It is 9.50pm and I still feel it right at this moment with a weird feeling in my head, like a warm fuzzy feeling similar to what you get when you drink warm Saki. If you have never had that in an Asian restaurant I was told to my amusement and complete disbelief that you would feel this warm feeling from your feet up! You did but as I was typing that I now remember it was like the feeling I had years ago before an odd seizure that I am still convinced today was a Grand Mal episode.

I have no idea what this is our what is causing it and I do often get light headed and black out but the feeling beforehand is slightly different to this.

I have also managed to figure out that my Advent Tegra Note Tablet has RAM problems as I have been unable to move or even delete files on the internal memory. I attempted thus several times on the device and had initially thought I had been sold a second suspicious SD Card via Amazon. But no as I connected the device to my laptop and attempted to do this in Windows 7. I managed to move some files but it did some of things while refusing to cut and paste some while others it pasted yet took several second or a refresh of the window before they appeared?!

Bizarre!

Then the remaining ones I could not get to copy over no matter what I then tried to delete from the internal memory and it refused to do even this! So with this I realised it was not the SD Card, Sandisk Ultra, and not was it Android either! The only possibility left was that the RAM was faulty!

Now first off I should explain that I have NEVER had faulty RAM, ever! I have also never had a faulty SD Card either. Oddly enough I had my first hard drive fail a couple of years back and that laptop was acquired from PC World just as the Advent tablet was. Also it is a surprise because this tablet was actually manufactured by a company called EVGA (VEGA name is anagram of it) who manufacturer very good graphics cards which obviously have RAM.

So yes I am somewhat surprised.

Now as one device I still need to return has obviously taken a knock I am wondering if they all did! Giving the benefit of the doubt here because straight away I think of the used and faulty items I was previously sold as new. As for those items one was the infamous American Motorola sold to me via lying and cheating Very Catalogue who previous lost a court case to force me to pay for the crap!

Another one that was even more disappointing was the Nikon P520 Camera that I had two of that has the exact same fault! What you might find interesting is that the videos I placed on YouTube get comments from others claiming they have the same issues with the exact same model! Ooh dear!

With so many faults to so many of the same model devices I am at a loss to understand how magazine reviewers not once cane across these issues?! Did they only switch them on and then of again and write a load of bullshit?! Lol! They write obviously could not have tested them for very long! Also the companies sending them devices to review must fully check the devices before sending them in to them?! How else would you explain that I have had 5 faulty tablets out of 5 yet I have read the same amount of reviews and yet not one hiccup?!

Or do the manufacturers or suppliers not give a flying duck about customers now and only interested in getting the cash from their wallets and worry about the rest later?

Oh wait a minute! Am I talking about electronic retailers or a Enfield Council?! Lol!

So I need to stay.... conscious, lol, and decide the best time to take this tablet back to PC World now I know it's fault! I also need to tell them that the swipe keyboard is abysmal and decides to stop working half way through a word or add letters after it does so you never went anywhere bloody near on the keyboard! The main reason I bought the bloody Bluetooth keyboard.

GOBBY WITH GOOGLE

I am not sure if I posted about this and I apologise if I have.

I have just contacted The Big 'G', I think stands for Gods lol, and had a go at them. This is because I have contacted them more than half a dozen times and had no response. I contacted them because I suspected my issues may be down to them?! Now I know that they are!!

My Moto G is doing the exact same things that my nVIDIA TEGRA NOTE has been doing!

Now this could have been argued by Google that this was down to KitKat, or Android version 4.4.2, but despite both devices being KitKat the tablet did this on the versions of JellyBean! Or ICS and two versions of JellyBean.

Now the odd thing is that I read a great deal of magazines when I am about to make a purchase. Magazine are so expensive today and I remember when they reached £2.00 and I thought that was dear!! Today they are £6.00 a shot! But what do you get for the best part of £20.00 I spent?!

Well in all honesty I felt like I was lied to and in this instance it will be difficult for any of them to talk three way out of it!!

This is because I have TWO DEVICES one of which is Google's own Moto G and the issues seen to be mainly down to text based things! Or in other words the simplest and most basic things that even 8 bit oppressing systems had no trouble handling!!

But my devices are new. I am sure the phone is but the tablet has a question mark over it, down to the fourth one they handed me missing volume buttons?!

But both devices are doing the same things?!

Now here are a couple of things for many of you to think about...

1 How come that no magazines managed to have issues when claiming to fully test dozens of devices? (I have 100% fault rate and had a go at nVidia unnecessarily)

2 Considering how much noise I made on my blog about faulty used items sold as new for over inflated prices and all the bodies I contacted about it that a year later I still have another device on my home that was used and faulty?! Possibly two that were used.

3 I have had nine out of 12 items in 12 months that were purchased as NEW but were nothing of the kind. 

This does not include my tablet and another in the hands of the daughter of some friends.

I only ever count the things I am sure about and do not count the things I am not sure about.

ADVENT TEGRA NOTE & TECH ISSUES

EDIT: I just noticed that yet again a number of posts have not bloody POSTED and added to this my keywords have all gone missing too!! Google at its most incompetent best or a didgy tablet PC?!

DOUBLE EDIT: Since I typed this out last night I have started to doubt about exchanging my Tegra Note Tablet for something else as the only thing more powerful than this one, now I have tested, significantly enough to notice is that Octa-Core Samsung at around £550! Also of note is that AMazon is awash with Octa-Core tablets of different models but that we in the UK have...ONE?!

Thought I would have a look to see if others are having issues? I mean I have now had four out of four faulty ones and it remains to be seen if the fifth working one stays that way for at least two months?!

I myself cannot take the chances and will have to exchange this one. Due to the losing of documents and written texts and the primary reason for having this is to do what I am doing right now!!

The odd freeze up when playing a game is no big deal but still annoying but losing data I have written is simply not on! Had anyone in any review ever stated that certain devices could not be recommended for business users then I would have looked into why. I probably would have gone for a laptop, oops went a bit mad there for a minute! I inadvertently hit the palm detection button and it stated typing gibberish?! I thought I was back using the shite Motorola Atrix for a moment?! Lol! Seems you cannot use the swipe keyboard when the palm detection button is activated! Took me awhile to figure that one out I thought I had long pressed on a keyboard key and changed the input language?!

Anyway, I digress! Yes trouble with small laptops are two fold. First off it does not matter who the manufacturer is they are made like utter crap and look like they belong in Toys R Us?! Also and more often than not they use those totally atrocious Intel Atom processors which are totally inadequate and a complete rip off to consumers of one of the worst kinds in history!!

They deliberately made a slow and inadequate single core chip too sell, probably bribe, manufacturers into putting into portable laptops and were likely so expensive they had to use cheap nasty plastic to manufacture a portable PC!!

Now what I find a bit odd is I have seen smartphones and tablets advertised with Intel's Atom processor and yet there is no mention of them being slow?!

Of course this could be down to Microsoft and their bloated and badly coded Windows OS but nevertheless the were two technologies that should NEVER have paired up?!

When I see second hand laptops of this size I simply cannot bring myself to but one no matter how cheap. In fact I have spent the last two years trying to fix some owned by members of a mates family and still have one here! I keep telling him I do not have a magic wand. These things always seem to be OK when you first but them, though not to me they don't, but I'd you do not watch what you are doing and keep losing things on there it will call down regularly and become laboriously slow!! Dell make the laptops, might be a HP one, and they have been here over 6 times each laptop in the last 18 months!!

In fact that is why I went for a tablet PC!! I am more used to Windows but XP is too old and fisher pricey and Windows 8 is Windows H8 and crap no matter how many versions they do!! There also send to be the fact that they have neglected gaming with the DirectX probably trying to force people to purchase XBONES?! Sorry any of the X Boxes as since their launch the DirectX API has been neglected now that I think about it?!

Funny how all these companies perform these tricks until it blows up in their faces and they will then blame everyone else except themselves! They just cannot do it, it is so hilarious!! They completely forget those that out then where they are and start treating them as metre canon fodder?! Ask of them!!

Quite how it works that when they have a little bit of money and trying to build up there are all nice and all ears and giving you what you want and ask for.

But then they get to the top and have all the money and they turn into rabid animals in the fact that they behave the way an animal does when it is starving to death!!

It is the complete reverse of how it should go and there is only one factor that comes into play that makes any sense...

...a bunch of people who want to make money during on their arses on the basis of others who already have more cash than anyone could hope to spend, on anything actually tangible that is, who are so greedy they now want to increase the profit margins ten fold?! Because millions each year is not enough they want billions!!

Now I starred that those Atom processors were used in this houris little plastic laptops? A shockingly underpowered chip forced onto struggling manufacturers by Intel and how much are Intel worth?! Now how much do Intel make each year?!

If you do not know the answer to those last two questions then I strongly suggest you go and look it up! They got a shock recently when, guessing here but only out by a billion or two Lol, their $5 Billion each year became $3 Billion and laid off a load of staff?!

But on the Internet if you go to any tech forum and mention the letters AMD you will get shot down in flames by idiots that do not understand what they are taking about because being shown bigger numbers add the only visible difference makes son the difference?!

This is also true of several magazines that should know better too. One particular magazine is called Custom PC, which I bought from day one because it was about building PCs for gaming. I built an SLI PC as soon as the tech was available and with a RAIDED array of hard drives off the Western Digital Raptor variety, yes I know what I am doing desire what some day behind my back who have far too big EGOS, LOL!

Two months or more later Custom PC did an article on this and how tricky it was?! Was it? Hmm I did not think so, but still.

Now I won't buy one because now they talk utter drivel in it and are biased. They also seem to have forgotten what they started out as...

A new chip that contains a graphics chip within it veer similar to that in the PS4 and XBone has been launched and made by the same company as the console chips. After running down every single chip that AMD had manufactured for the past two years they kind of did the same again, though not as bad. I was waiting to see what their reaction was to this as I had stated for sometime that they should be smarter than they have been. The trouble with making obviously biased statements is many can normally figure out why you said them?! They gave scores of 82% for the faster chip, if I remember correctly, and a much lower score for the other. But then mention another in the article they seem to prefer but have no score for?! It is a having chip for a budget which you can make faster by pairing the chip up with a cheap graphics card. Except the magazine fails to explore this feature which is primarily for gaming. Everyone says how amazing the chip is and what it can do and that it can only get better. Well except Custom PC magazine who claimed it was all pie in the sky and likely would not materialise?! Except that all the consoles use similar chips?! Meaning it was highly likely these things would come out! Meaning they also do not understand the gaming industry! Because gaming coders are airways looking for more power and more graphics features because they like to push the envelope! Of we would all still be using PS Ones and not XBox Ones!!

They then put the cherry on the BAKEWELL tart when they said if you still want to do CPU intensive tasks, like encoding mp3s, you should use an Intel chip costing a lot more money with a far inferior graphics chip?! Yeah I do not think people are going to spend upwards of £600 on a PC so the latest music album they just bought down the high road encodes 6 seconds faster than it would have done with an AMD processor?!

Instead they should have starred how promising it looks and how good it would be of they could bring out a more powerful one or one with two more CPU cores in it making six cores with that GPU and this would truly be a very nice chip?!

No it was all misery and doom!

Well if I was not convinced that Intel were lining their pockets or sending them free CPUs before I certainly think like this now!! As many have found out the hard way, my opinion is my opinion.... until such a time I can set about proving I am right or someone else kindly does it for me?! Lmao!

I cannot remember a time I last bought that magazine. Since the magazine was bought out our taken over by someone called Bit-Tech is when it all started leading to one side, or listing.

Also and I am sorry but you are not tech heads if you become biased. That is as simple as that! In fact you have advertised yourselves as not being tech heads. Because you failed to see that someone attempted to produce a new technology and give credit where credit is due. There simply was not an incidence whereby AMD APUs or CPUs rendered games unplayable. But it was most certainly implied. At the same time there was NEVER a mention of the benefits that could come if games coders decided to capitalise on this new technology. But you stated to the contrary and decided to go with blue.

I would like to have been a fly on the wall when the news broke that the CPUs to be used in the next gen consoles were not going to be blue but instead the green of the AMD APUs?!

Ohh that must have hurt, unless you did not realise what was coming that is?! But surely you did after ask the being you did?! I mean you came across as the authoritative voice on gaming tech and then the the biggest names completely disagreed with you and went with those that you were bashing!!

Hmm that makes me think of a question?! I would genuinely like to know the answer to!

Does anyone know if Custom PC is still a games oriented magazine?! I mean they do a gaming section now that suggests that they do! They did not do this when the first went into publication and it was obvious then what the magazine was, gaming oriented. Just that whenever I do pouch it up for a giggle at the bashing, curious to whether you have stopped sucking in Intel's lollipop or just want to see if there is anything interesting to read I always get confused as to what it is you are these days?! Lol!

One day they might get back to that they were?!

Or maybe someone will go and do a new publication based on what they were in the beginning?!

In all honest my brother spent years buying HIFI magazines. He was right into his HIFIS and more often than not it was What Hifi Magazine. I myself featured skiing with my custom made mountain bike in What Mountain Bike Magazine.

I was into the Hifi stuff too but I remember one day after years there was a news report, cannot remember if it was a tabloid or TV, and it stated the magazines articles and reviews were all now in question as journalists had been taking sweeteners/money/gifts or whatever it was at the time to praise someone's product over another!

My brother was gutted and myself and a mutual friend stated how it was talking the absolute piss to charge the money they do for the magazines and then lie to you and take a cut off the money your about to spend under a completely false or biased review!!

This tablet I have here was either completely IGNORED, like on Channel 5's the gadget show giving the impression that only the three they covered were all that existed and WRONG, or was given absolutely glowing reviews.

But how have I managed to receive FOUR OUT OF FOUR FAULTY DEVICES and yet not a single one reviewed did the same thing?!

You just cannot trust anything anymore even opinions you pay money for and no one had an ounce of honour anymore or certainly agree bloody hard to find anyone with any honour or decency?!

HAVE A BREAK, HAVE A KITKAT

Well this is strange.

I have contacted everyone there is to contact over these Tegra Note Tablet PCs. Still waiting for some replies as in all honesty I will have to change it for another tablet which I wish I did not have to do.

Oddly I managed to pick the second one up from PC World today and they did have to fix it stating DC replaced on paperwork. Told the chap I have now had four of them and a 100% failure rate. He asked me if the others were the same and I told him that three are but that mine seems to have memory issues.

After I received the device I placed it back in the box and went and had a look at what other tablets were on offer. I told him that I cannot keep having these things happen. He shook his head and agreed with me. He asked if I had the other two and I told him I only had mine but that I need to get all my files of it before I hand it in so will have to come back.

Looking at what they had to offer though I'd the same bloody story, due to the greedy reasoning behind not putting an SD Card slot in the devices the choices were limited!

There were some nice Toshiba tablets though with one at 8 inch and another at 10 inch and at least one was a Tegra 4. They seem to have a nice aluminium casing but have since read that it is plastic, though hoping this is wrong!

I also looked at some Windows tablets but I just cannot bring myself to consider one. Though if it turns out that I can get the usual windows programs to run on it and not restricted to what they want you to use on it I may consider one.

However I did see something, well two things that were ideal but bigger and far too expensive for what you get. Both were laptops but one was made by Sony and has this clever feature where the screen flips over and it becomes a tablet?!

However where this was different to ones I refused to consider is this was brilliantly don't and very stylish!! Looked like a brushed aluminium Ultrabook and when the screen flipped over to laptop mode the rear side of the bottom of the screen suddenly pulled away from me and attached itself to the hinge?! It was magnetised and half of the back of the screen was in fact the hinge?!

It was very clever and was very, very cool. But it was also a cool £999.99 too as was the HP Spectre. The former screen diameter was 14 inch white the directs was 13.3 inch. So a wee bit bigger than my 7 inch tablet!! Won't be during in my new KATA bag!

Therein lies another problem! I IFT this Kata Sling Bag because this tablet pc simply would not fit in my Lowepro sling! I thought how bloody typical it would be that whatever I get does not fit?!

Still the Toshibas were 8 inch and that will probably be OK but the other is 10 inch and that will be a step to far!

The thing is the primary use of the tablet is to be able to type out documents and posts when I am in places where there will not be a power socket in sight. There would likely be times I would use it for photos and video but rarely as I will use the Sony Cybershot Bridge camera for that, unless I am out of power? But then I have a new backup up battery pack that can store enough to charge everything I carry with me! To give you an idea my current crappy phone is 1850 mah and the back up battery pack is 12,000mah!!

I also have a foldable solar panel pack though Amazon sent me an email to say that it had been left with a neighbour! Only the number they gave me had no one living their under that name and no bloody parcel!!

Oops, so in theory I have a foldable solar panel?! Which should also reduce me electricity bill further still?!

Then there is the fact my phone very seriously needs replacing?! The Moto G is the obvious choice and great value but the price keeps jumping all over the place?! Also it has no SD Card slot!! Again!! Moto X to expensive at over double the price but dies cone in 32 GB but not waterproof like the Moto G!

Arrrgg!!!! I'm sure they all do this to drive you body insane?!

Would you could get away with is possibly a Moto G 16GB and Nexus 7 32GB and a portable wireless hard drive?! Provided you could get a couple days juice out of all three at least then you have something.

But then your buying, charging and having to carry a third device because the greedy board members think themselves clever by holding out on an sd card skit thinking you WILL NEED, OR BE FORCED, to upgrade your phone.

Of course us lower life forms are far too stupid to see what they are up to and then hold off as long as we can before being forced to, say like by using a phone that has been faulty fur two years and a smashed screen fur the past couple months because he wants to give the greedy fecks as little as he can and make them wait as long as he can?!

Lmao!

Anyway, I digress.

I got home, tried to find number 51 only to find there is no Sarah and no parcel for me, I was also in pain from the past couple of days so thought I would have a lie down and rest my legs and feet? Really was rough being it and about today and just showed that I did very little for two days helping someone very close to my home and I am fecked!!

Then while laying on the bed I saw a message flash up with the capital letters OTA and realised it looked like an update?!

I checked and sure enough the fourth update is ready for this device and it is at long last... KITKAT 4.4.2!!

It has been downloading the whole time I have been writing this while I wait for someone to knock at my door with my parcel and it is now 97% done!

So I will sign off and pray the niggles with this thing are finally gone?!

EMAIL TO PC WORLD

I have been through four of these devices and all four have been faulty!!!

I exchanged one faulty one straight for another faulty one and now have to take one back while they still have the other!!!

On mine you have five buttons on the bottom of the page but the outside two have gone missing?!

These are the Direct Stylus buttons on lasso and palm detection.

Dear Sirs

Just prior to Christmas I purchased three Abbey Tegra Note 7s.

Two have become faulty one in a few days which was exchanged for another one and one has had to be sent off.

You are currently in possession of that one still but I am told today the one I exchanged is refusing to charge also, YET AGAIN! These were Christmas present for children based upon seeing my one that I purchased for them!

That is three faulty devices out of three!

That leaves mine. All three had an odd issue that when the battery was exhausted you would need to charge them for 30 minutes to stand any chance of getting them to turn on.

But mine, however, is behaving oddly in other ways too?! Despite having updated three times my lasso and palm detection buttons started to go missing and return at another point. Now, however, they have gone missing completely and yet this is why I purchased them in the first place!! Added to that I seem to lose text I have written out and as I primarily bought this device to be able to add content to my blogs this has become infuriating! Added to this both blog apps of Google's Blogger and WordPress keep freezing and losing texts. Sometimes they found post desire me only posting once?!

The mother I bought the other two devices for us furious! She bought one for her older daughter to take to New York and she left yesterday and had to leave the device behind!!

I will also tell you that I have emailed nVidia about this and I have also written to Google to about this and other issues concerning their products!

I would like an explanation... FORTHWITH!

NOT HAD A BREAK, STILL NOT HAD KITKAT

I am afraid it's likely that only older British and Irish possibly will get the title reference here, lol.

For those that do not know it comes from an old advert for the KitKat chocolate confectionary. Some guys or women would be working hard under stress. Then the coffee or tea break would come where they would get some respite. Then one would grab a KitKat and you would hear someone say 'Have a break...' then the chocolate fingers would be snapped in two and then you would hear '... have a Kitkat.'

I am not speaking of the chocolate confectionary of course! Well not the actual chocolate confectionary but the Google Android Operating System version that was named KitKat. Whether or not money was changed hands over this and whether this is right or wing is never here not there.

Another surprise is I have not used Kitkat and this is not a review of it, unfortunately. In fact this is why it states I have not had my KitKat. However I do need to explain why I have had no break!! Lol.

Before I do that I will describe briefly my last two Android devices. Both manufactured by Motorola one I loved and was indestructable, that was until I broke it, and another that was supposed to be the most powerful smartphone on Earth, but is faulty, slow, used, secondhand and I often want to hurl at a wall!

Lol.

Now there came with one or other particular version of Android. Now I do not recall the version on the first one, the Defy, updating at all. The second one, the Atrix, updated immediately and never updated again!

I am presently using, to type out this post and most others of late, an Advent Tegra Note 7 Tablet PC. Which I bought before Christmas. It is still January and yet this device, which stated off with Jellybean I think, has now updated the times?!

Now one of the reasons I opted for this device and Android to try and continue and expand my work online was due to a big hooha over Kitkat. The owners of Kitkat, Nestle I think, were even reported to have paid money to have their chocolate paired with it. They said it was more streamlined while better and faster in every way.

I am always of the belief then when technology journalists start to make big hoohas over something new it is either revolutionary or everything that went before was actually garbage?! Now as one of the magazines I bought to read about KitKat and brought my attention to it was Android Magazine and the entire cover artwork was in the theme of the Kitkat confectionary chocolate wrapper! So yes a hoohar indeed!

As some of you know very recently I have been livid with this device and it has crashed, several spoofs do not work properly and all force close. Quite bizarrely these are also been Google's too?!

So the device updated almost immediately, well after a few hours, and I thought 'bloody hell it updated to KitKat already?!' but no. It was just on top of Christmas when it updated again. I thought 'finally I have been updated to KitKat!!' ... but no! By this time I was using the device a great deal for typing. I was also having a lot of issues too. But I could not tell with absolute certainty that it was wise now than before it updated but I would put money on it that this was the case.

Tonight I switched the tablet on and I received a message to stare that there was yet ANOTHER update available! It stated that this one was to fix stability issues among other things. When I started it it then started optimising apps, which I had never seen an update do before. This took about ten minutes too and I was interested to see if the issues stopped? I had to ask myself...

Why in the hell have there been so many updates in such a short space if time?!

If the issues I had were down to that LST update, last and so with the fecking LST replacing the word 'last' issue and deck knows what LST is?! Oh yeah so why and how the hell did that last update get released?!

So I am finally on KitKat... well, NO. I might remind you that the title states I have still had no Kitkat?!

This device was advertised by all as receiving Kitkat.

In just over a month I have received three updates and still not on KitKat when my two previous devices received one between them over three years?!

An interesting comparison, don't you think? Note I have to wonder if oddities like this have ever been reported by these technology journalists that want you to now pay a bloody small fortune and every body month for their magazines?!

And if not, THEN WHY NOT?!

BLOGGERING ABOUT THE SUBJECT MATTERS

Well here is a little video I did the other night while doing other films showing how you can link various gadgets together, you can find all the other either on my CPUs and Computers Blog or on my YouTube account under The Trinity of Gadgets.

But what I did was to actually flick about in the app on my Advent Tegra Note Tablet which was linked to my 22 inch Samsung Monitor via a HDMI cable and through a HDMI Switch Box while the Tablet PC was linked via Wirless Tethering to my useless Motorola Atrix Smartphone.

In fact the phone has always worked best when it is doing something that DOES NOT involve bbeing touched!! LMAO!

Anyway and just for the record you can see the APP for Blogger, and only one of a myriad of apps, thay I use for blogging now on my 7 inch Tablet PC which is also linked to a Nyko Gamepad as well as a Perrix Periboard 806 Folding Keyboard for typing. Swype seems to have either become more crap over time, err do Google own it by any chance and ruined it like they did Quick Office?! Lol. Either that or I have just got too fast for Swype?

I do tend to do things very fast, rushed at times which I now know is down to my Fibromyalagia which either has me wired all the time and then switching to fecked and Donald Ducked?! Oh hence why I thought I might have been Bipolar a few years back and someone I knew tried to convince me that I was, lmao I kid you not! Oh and short term memory loss...hmm have I not stated that already Martin you half wit?! No good idea to keep saying that as I may repeat myself on here, I mean there must be 2,000 posts now for Christ' sake, lol.

Not that would be Fibromyalgia.

You will see each and every blog I have and all the subects I cover of Music, Films, Orchids, Astronomy, Amphibians, Reptiles, Fish, Wing Chun, British Wildlife, Computers, Computer Gaming, Japanese Maple Trees, Artistic Photography and others but due to my conditions, public offices and the weather they do tend to get neglected at times and apologies for that. Indeed if not for the NOT-SO public services these would have been started several years ago and be quite huge by now, lmao.

WHEN TOYS BECOME TOOLS

I am pleased to announce that I have managed to acquire one of the tools I recently mentioned in my shipping list.

This is a seven inch tablet which I am using right at this very moment to type out this very post. I have filmed a video of myself removing said tablet from its box and having a little play around with it. It uses the Swype keyboard and pleased to say that unlike that horrid, faulty and used Motorola Atrix I received from Very Catalogue this works brilliantly and straight out of the box!

There is an odd story behind this model tablet and how I found it. It is only available in one store in the UK and branded under the stores name. But they had no hand in its creation at all. It gets stranger that when I found it online I thought it was yet to go on sale and for two reasons. First it uses a nVidia Tegra 4 CPU which I was not even aware had been created, I had only known about the Tegra chips up until the third one. Second of all when I entered the store only having been there the day before and not seen one, they tell me they have six in stock?!

Along with the usual benefits with a tablet this one has a few surprises and one is the fact it comes with a stylus! The stylus also has a tapered and slanted tip so you can do very fine writing or simply switch to thicker by twisting the stylus?! Also the tablet is pressure sensor so you can alter these things further still. Even removing the stylus from its slot is sensed by the tablet and it presents you with a pop up of choices consisting of two apps that benefit from the stylus one for note taking and one for drawing and art. If you download other apps that can use the stylus you cab simply add them to this pop up menu.

It also had two front facing stereo speakers and looks like a 7 inch HTC ONE in black. You cab also have it in any colour you like... as long as it is black, lol.

So I can take notes that will help me as my memory is dreadful. It dies all the other things I need it to do too. This blog app has extra features I do not get on the phone and typing is way, WAY better too so will help me with my blogs. I can also do artwork and sketches and need to do some logos I've wanted to do fit some time now. It will also let me increase my input on all my blogs too and added to this will reduce my electricity bill. The hot lap warmer laptop will be turned on far less often than it has been. Meaning not only is this thing going to be far more helpful than anything else I own but will also pay for itself in just three to six months?!

It is still setting up and fielding files right now. The Android OS updated from whatever it was up to 4.2.2 which I believe is Jelly Bean? Oh it must have been Ice Cream Sandwich previously? They say it will update to KitKat which is supposed to be more streamlined and faster. But as this thing already possess five processors running at 1.8 and likely has another one as a GPU it is not going to fell out of date and slow for at least two years!

In the warmer weather of 2014 I can also do posts directly when I am in the field so to speak. Maybe even live streaming if a situation arises that calls for it?
