THE REPEATING NAUSEA

Well I have to about to have been affected yet again while I out today.

The odd thing is that though I was affected my breathing was fine, so while I suspected it could be this polluted air everyone is talking about I would have thought breathing issues would go with the nausea?

But no. So I am at a loss to know what it is and it happened yet again today and wise than the day before. I was in a friend's store and I had felt odd a few times while out and felt quite nauseous and had to leave.

Not wanting to return home without any shopping whatsoever I attempted Sainsburys but the nausea fit worse and I staggered and leave against a wall. I did so yet again at the magazine rack in Sainsburys.

It is 9.50pm and I still feel it right at this moment with a weird feeling in my head, like a warm fuzzy feeling similar to what you get when you drink warm Saki. If you have never had that in an Asian restaurant I was told to my amusement and complete disbelief that you would feel this warm feeling from your feet up! You did but as I was typing that I now remember it was like the feeling I had years ago before an odd seizure that I am still convinced today was a Grand Mal episode.

I have no idea what this is our what is causing it and I do often get light headed and black out but the feeling beforehand is slightly different to this.

I have also managed to figure out that my Advent Tegra Note Tablet has RAM problems as I have been unable to move or even delete files on the internal memory. I attempted thus several times on the device and had initially thought I had been sold a second suspicious SD Card via Amazon. But no as I connected the device to my laptop and attempted to do this in Windows 7. I managed to move some files but it did some of things while refusing to cut and paste some while others it pasted yet took several second or a refresh of the window before they appeared?!

Bizarre!

Then the remaining ones I could not get to copy over no matter what I then tried to delete from the internal memory and it refused to do even this! So with this I realised it was not the SD Card, Sandisk Ultra, and not was it Android either! The only possibility left was that the RAM was faulty!

Now first off I should explain that I have NEVER had faulty RAM, ever! I have also never had a faulty SD Card either. Oddly enough I had my first hard drive fail a couple of years back and that laptop was acquired from PC World just as the Advent tablet was. Also it is a surprise because this tablet was actually manufactured by a company called EVGA (VEGA name is anagram of it) who manufacturer very good graphics cards which obviously have RAM.

So yes I am somewhat surprised.

Now as one device I still need to return has obviously taken a knock I am wondering if they all did! Giving the benefit of the doubt here because straight away I think of the used and faulty items I was previously sold as new. As for those items one was the infamous American Motorola sold to me via lying and cheating Very Catalogue who previous lost a court case to force me to pay for the crap!

Another one that was even more disappointing was the Nikon P520 Camera that I had two of that has the exact same fault! What you might find interesting is that the videos I placed on YouTube get comments from others claiming they have the same issues with the exact same model! Ooh dear!

With so many faults to so many of the same model devices I am at a loss to understand how magazine reviewers not once cane across these issues?! Did they only switch them on and then of again and write a load of bullshit?! Lol! They write obviously could not have tested them for very long! Also the companies sending them devices to review must fully check the devices before sending them in to them?! How else would you explain that I have had 5 faulty tablets out of 5 yet I have read the same amount of reviews and yet not one hiccup?!

Or do the manufacturers or suppliers not give a flying duck about customers now and only interested in getting the cash from their wallets and worry about the rest later?

Oh wait a minute! Am I talking about electronic retailers or a Enfield Council?! Lol!

So I need to stay.... conscious, lol, and decide the best time to take this tablet back to PC World now I know it's fault! I also need to tell them that the swipe keyboard is abysmal and decides to stop working half way through a word or add letters after it does so you never went anywhere bloody near on the keyboard! The main reason I bought the bloody Bluetooth keyboard.

Dear Sirs

I have noted that you are blocking my emails and I have taken screen shots of that and posted all correspondence both coming and going, as you claim I am using bad language which IS HILARIOUS.

Especially as you have wasted 6 months of work and money and caused me a great deal of pain for nothing.

Tut-tut, anyway yes I am mad as hell and have every right to be but my outbursts are always controlled to illicit the correct RESPONSE.

ARGOS HQ been on the phone and they NOW CLAIM that the REFURBISHED CAMERAS come from YOU!! Oh and they claim that the stickers are NOT THEIRS meaning they are YOURS?!?!?!

I am including the blasted photos you ASKED me for and then BLOCKED ME FROM SENDING.

I can guarantee your not going to have a good Christmas anywhere in the world this year or the year after.

What with your reputation and name some form of RECOMPENSE and an APOLOGY should have been minimum, not lies, false accusations and blocking of emails?!

That is just evasive from a guilty consience and as for ARgos having someone cocky attempting to pull me to pieces I am afraid it ended up the other way araound, in fact I was in a friends store and after I came off the phone he burst out laughing at the way in which I dismembered the cocky so and so one digit and then one limb at a time!

Now as a test of intelligence there now are attached several images and some proof. You like talking down to me and making false accusations so here we go...

...within these photos is a very key point that gives the game away to who is doing what as far as refurbished equipment goes.

You did not read my first email by asking for the faulty images taken, anger management not needed. Then your claimed help and support service only gets worse from here on in. Try sounding caring, sorry and compassionate in future and you will get a lot less in the way of 'BAD LANGUAGE'.

Oh and I have emailed the President of Nikon UK and I will now NOT stop there either as you blocked my emails I will send out a whole barrage of emails now!

REFURBISHED NIKON COOLPIX L810 & P520

I have loved the Nikon name for over thirty years and I have now ashamed to say that this love has waned.

There is a rife attitude towards selling the British Public refurbished cameras which do not even work and I have bought TWO from the Argos store both of which have been faulty out of the box and the latest with both a dirty and damaged lens as well as electronic problems.

It has become obvious to me that there is something extremely criminal and illegal going on and it was easy to spot and the cameras appear to be coming directly from Nikon UK. Whoever was behind this was not very good at doing it and it was easy for me to photograph, document and publish my findings online by way of over a dozen blogs I am author to and a YouTube account.

I have been spoken to like I am an idiot by Ian McDermott who has also accused me of using bad language as well as having no compassion whatsover towards someone with disabilities and pain being ripped off in the Nikon name and are not concerned at all that Argos, a supposedly AUTHORIZED DEALER, is selling cameras that are refurbished and faulty and despite me first telling them of this 6 months ago.

This makes them look extremely guilty.

After asking for photos of proof and the seals on the boxes which Nikon do not nor never do they have now BLOCKED me email address?!

I am publishing online all correspondences online so that the wider GLOBAL public can make up their own minds as to whether I am to blame, a disabled man who has had 6 months of his most productive photographic period WASTED, or the people who stole his money and continued to supply shoddy, after shoddy refurbished and faulty goods?!

RETURN IF NIKON FIASCO

I think I forgot to post this and one other thing but I spoke to chap who bought the same Nikon L810 gadgets from the SAVE Argos store...

He thought I was wong, took the Piss and basically accused me if changing my camera as I wanted a better one than him?! Yes I know...boring!

Anyway I spoke to him recently and it turns out his one had taken done blurry pictures and he families at me while I tried to explain WHY MINE WAS refurbished when he turned around and said....

"no mine is OK it came factory sealed" and as I was still talking at the time this registered in my brain befit I stored in my tracks and said "ummm excuse me it came....WHAT?!" He repeated what he said and stated our came factory stealed and I said "oh will that proves it then they are well refurbished!" And he laughed and asked what?

I said that I had not one but TWO emails from Nikon HQ UK that clearly states in the first they are NOT SEALED AT ALL either by Nikon Japan or them and that the second email the fit stated he searches every box I the building and even the dearest models at several thousand pounds WITHOUT lenses included and not ONE box had a seal on it!

His face dropped and he squinted hard st me and said "WHAT?!"

I pointed out he was taking notice now! Lol.

Also that local Post Office that told me I had handed them ten pounds when it was twenty pounds?

I went back in there and the lady said that she CHECKED the takings that evening and it was ten pounds short?!

Go figure?!
