LOL!!

Well today I am taking back the Nikon Camera and this is going to cost me the last few days of photographing all insects but I am tired and past caring!!

NIKON FAILS FOR THE LAST TIME

Here is a video of the second Nikon Coolpix P520 from Argos failing.

I had hoped that the failure might have been down to the battery form the FIRST camera but alas, no.

I am not prepared to go through this for a FIFTH TIME in 6 months and want a full refund. I could not put a figure on how many photos I have missed out on but even in the time I have had these artistic shots have gone out the window as I did not setup the camera how I wanted it due to not wanting to waste my time with a camera that yet again turned out to be faulty.

Once Argos HQ realise that the last email I sent to them was about the LATEST camera and NOT THE previous camera and telling me they are glad I finally sorted out my problem I will have to decide what to do.

There is no local Jessops as they went bust and I do not know of any local camera stores. There is Park Cameras, I think they are called, in Bristol that advertise in photography magazines I might try them.

But after everything I have been through I really, REALLY do not want to buy ANYTHING electrical unless I see it FIRST!!

COLLECTING THE FOURTH FAULTY CAMERA FROM ARGOS

Well anyone who visits and have worked there way through the previous posts should have guessed that when I took the THIRD faulty camera back to ARGOS to exchange it for the exact same camera, but LESS FAULTY, that I would RECORD the visit.

A lady decided to deal with me and a chap that looked, dressed and acted like the manager suddenly went extremely tight lipped and did not utter a word?!

DO you think he may have been warned I had been recording my visits? LMAO!

Well he stayed tight lipped until I was leaving the store and he passed me and said 'thanks, bye' which you can probably pick up on the tape.

Oh please let this be the last time?!

After some heated moments I was first refused a exchange and then when everybody realised that a long term complaint if mine, bought about by TWITTER, had taken place in that no one out of half a dozen people had read the bloody email I ended up with this!

Only was not until I got home that I realised it had that dreaded VOID sticker on it that is NOT Nikon's and there were marks on the lens surface!

YES I KID YOU NOT!

You see I remark and report but all readers do is say to themselves 'oh that is shocking' and about as far as it gets, lol.

You need to be pro-active in some way. No it wont change if you sit there saying it wont change, lol.

They had just better hope this one lasts two years, I tell you that for free!

If you insist on selling REFURBISHED cameras then at least clean the effing lens! PROPERLY TOO!!!

LMAO!

No I still had to pay extra so will starve in ten days, lol.

I also had Nikon D3100 in my hands but thought I would have to buy two lenses and if this then DEVELOPS faults I will KILL someone, lol.

RETURN IF NIKON FIASCO

I think I forgot to post this and one other thing but I spoke to chap who bought the same Nikon L810 gadgets from the SAVE Argos store...

He thought I was wong, took the Piss and basically accused me if changing my camera as I wanted a better one than him?! Yes I know...boring!

Anyway I spoke to him recently and it turns out his one had taken done blurry pictures and he families at me while I tried to explain WHY MINE WAS refurbished when he turned around and said....

"no mine is OK it came factory sealed" and as I was still talking at the time this registered in my brain befit I stored in my tracks and said "ummm excuse me it came....WHAT?!" He repeated what he said and stated our came factory stealed and I said "oh will that proves it then they are well refurbished!" And he laughed and asked what?

I said that I had not one but TWO emails from Nikon HQ UK that clearly states in the first they are NOT SEALED AT ALL either by Nikon Japan or them and that the second email the fit stated he searches every box I the building and even the dearest models at several thousand pounds WITHOUT lenses included and not ONE box had a seal on it!

His face dropped and he squinted hard st me and said "WHAT?!"

I pointed out he was taking notice now! Lol.

Also that local Post Office that told me I had handed them ten pounds when it was twenty pounds?

I went back in there and the lady said that she CHECKED the takings that evening and it was ten pounds short?!

Go figure?!
