I noticed in a previous post about the Department of Work and Pensions that I forgot to put the letter I sent them, ripping crap out of them once again of course, in the post.

After some deliberation ... and realising I simply do not trust them as far as I could throw them and this would be wise each and every single time ...

I decided to send the documents off once again and send them by either first class post and even recorded post!

I have also kind of now spelled it out how I have caught them in a round about way, but will put out that which I laid out as briefly and best I could, in a follow up post immediately to this one.

So the first letter has gone in their second class post envelope while giving me four days and the wettest bloody June days in years to actually get the reply to them. This is a very clever use of dates that they all uses, including bailiffs and debt collectors, local councils and all manner of other public services.

I would ram it home to you time after time after time that if you think your being played, lied to and cheated by public services that now think they are the Gestapo and edging towards mimicing them as closely as they could ... check the damned dates on the letters to the dates of receiving it. I guarantee a great many of you will notice a huge disparity.

It is how the rush through litigation orders so that the bailiffs can then start checking your cars outside to work out how much money you have and are worth physically assaulting.

I had an Alfa Romeo GTV 3.0 V6 at the time so I got hammered. They took a custom built one of a kind mountain bike based around a Litespeed Ocoee worth £4,400, sold it for £2,800 and told me they sold it for £400.

Sound bad?

The next thing on the list was an Omega Seamaster watch and they pulled the same stunt with that, as they did a brand new Samsung TV I just paid £1,250 cash for, lol. Another time....another time. It is actually already all on here ... and umm ... several forums too and has been for a few years, lol.

Anyway right now the letters I have and am about to send to the DWP and post following explaining how I a got some of the data, evidence about the NHS being corrupted to help the DWP.

Do you know that after I last sent an email to a fourth organisation you have now have employed to rip off the most vulnerable in British society I had actually thought I had made a mistake?

For a few days I actually thought, when I remembered that is, that maybe, just maybe that this time there has been a genuine mistake?

Maybe, just maybe that this time they are not trying to trip people up, work of falsified letters and any other means to illegally and immorally kick disabled people off benefits?

Maybe, just maybe this time it is a genuine mistake?

You have quite obviously forgotten, or even not been told, who I am and the correspondence that went on and what I not only discovered but proved the last time we did battle?

I will get to that before long.

Now then … as to your letter? Why I did not turn up?

I GAVE my reasons.

Except your organisations and likely under orders from you have decided to ignore what I gave them and instead asked for … wait … for … it … a letter?!

Now I am going to go out on a limb here, well in reality I rarely miss anything, but instead think that something has been planned for many months? Yeeeahh … about that? Let me know how that works out for you? If you thought, or those above you that were planning this, for one second I was not aware and ill prepared for this? That is not going to work out for you. Or anyone else, despite any perks they have received in the meantime. This will become clear as I never, ever stopped doing what I do. Oops!!

You see I work on the basis that not only is almost everyone corrupt but that everyone can be corruptible. It has stood me in very good stead up until now and will never stop.

Now then … the reasons …

First off I do not travel. I do not do it and can not do it without putting myself in danger even for my family, so I am NOT going to do this with you and nor should you be asking me.

Secondly … I gave my reasons to that organisation that DEMANDED that I be assessed …

They do not tell the underlings of their real plans but you can tell them this … if they have planned what I have suspected for many months … it is going to blow up in your faces in such a way that their parents wont recognise them when they get home that night!

I knew I had to wait for a very long time for everyone to get comfortable before they tried to come after me once again. I was not only prepared to wait for this but in the meantime was working on building my blog so that the monthly figures were not in the hundreds … or thousands … but tens of thousands.

Did they tell you about my blog? Nooo? Ooh I wonder why? Ever heard the expression; 'Do not be left holding the baby'?

Added to this is that two other things would take place and that the first of these is that I would start attracting the attention of specific types and groups of people that worked outside of all that that can be reached and therefore corrupted.

Secondly that I would … discover and contact things of my own.

Let us do a little test to see how much they tell you?

Was you aware that your under investigation by several parties? One of these being none other than the United Nations themselves? Nooo? Tut-tut!

• Scan of my head as I have been having seizures and collapsing … some days A LOT

OOPS!

Now onto the nitty gritty …

I know what you do. I know every single thing that you do.

Fraudulent Doctor's letters and hospital letters. You hold these so that you can show them to courts whenever you need to do something that is immoral or illegal. You, the DWP, are not the only ones either!

We went through this 14 months or so ago, odd figure of time to come at me again don't you think?

Not to me, though I more than expected this to be more like two years but there you go. Some people that tried to think that you were acting innocently said … 'Maybe they check you yearly?' to which I said 'But it has been fourteen months and a condition that does not get better and cannot be cured!' to which they then looked, or sounded, resigned. Almost all people just believe me know, there used to be 100% of people that were a doubting Thomas and these days they mostly believe every word I say.

The other thing I should mention at this point is the one very stupid and overly confident public office has demanded that I take down correspondences between us from my blog or else they will not investigate for me.

An investigation they have dragged their feet over for more than two years, then lost all my files, folders and evidence as well as then claiming that they have no record of me or the member of their staff that was dealing with my investigation?!

A shame then that I still not only have his contact details but his SPECIFIC contact details proving that he DID exist and worked for them. Oh … dear. Never mind, eh?

You also hold these falsified documents until either the claimant or a legal team ask for them and then they are burned. You would have to have this prearranged otherwise no medical professional with half a brain would even entertain you.

I asked for mine.

It subsequently disappeared.

I told them what they did with medical evidence in a letter.

They phoned me at 9am one morning.

A week later £4,500 of the £45,000 I was owed was paid into my account.

Comprendez?

Or do you think that they pay out £4,500 to anyone that contacts them with a mad conspiracy theory like story?

Also … well, laughing out loud now, I would have thought you would have picked up on the deliberate mistake here?

You paid me £4,500 without a shred of medical evidence!

OOPS! Did you miss that part?

Guess how that looked to the, in excess of, quarter of a million people that have visited my blogs?

Take a guess at how it will look to the quarter of a million that will visit my blogs over the next year to eighteen months?

Guess how it looks when you consider that I publish every single correspondence and so this means that your organisation completely ignored GP letters and Hospital letters and getting on for a dozen confirmed diagnosis but instead wanted … ummm … a letter?! A letter?!

Are you for effing real? After burning the last lot of letters which were false your now going to ignore all the letters of confirmed diagnosis to shaft me up the back-end over money?

I wonder if my readers will wonder that if you can do this to disabled people then what would you therefore do to them?

I wonder if I type things in so that readers read them and ask themselves that very question? Or indeed, questions?

Oh and you might be asking yourself who it was that demanded that I take of the correspondence between us as I have made them look just as corrupt as you, the NHS, two Police Forces, no less than four local councils and all the associated ombudsman and several retail chains?

Why as if like a gift from God and entirely connected to this correspondence …

The Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman!

Yeah unfortunately for them I knew they were corrupt when I contacted them because every one else is and has been that I contacted. I knew they would carry on dragging their feet, week after week and month after month.

And yes just like as I stated and after two years they then say 'Who are you?' claim to have had no contact with me, none of my evidence and added to that never heard of the member of their own staff that was handling my investigation!

Oh my … that was suuuuuuch a shock. After dozens of corrupt public offices and retail chains it was suuuuch a shock to see that they were corrupt to! If only I have not stopped gathering up all my evidence and collecting it every step of the way in case I was ever lied to again as …. no, wait a minute?!

OOPS!

I would hazard a pretty accurate guess that the PHSO never thought for a moment to wonder what there demanding of the removal of correspondence from my blog would look like?

Oh just for your information … I actually went on a trip recently and out of desperation and need I actually left Enfield for the first time ever, while not in a car. DO you know what happened?

As I told my GP when he decided to refer me to hospital over it, I collapsed and had several seizures, my heart was racing like that of a race horse and my blood pressure was through the roof. I know as I have my own blood pressure monitor! OOPS!

There I was in this train station … heart pounding through my chest, clutching hold of a rail and blacking out and collapsing and I really thought that this indeed was it!

I am not scared of dying but do you know what it was that I was most worried about?

That I would die right there on the stairs before I managed to successfully expose each and every last one of you for the corrupt, cheating, false organisations that you are and the true leeches of society that costs us tens of billions of pounds every year and completing my goal of destroying every last one of you!

You see to you this is purely about pointing the finger, calling people lazy and not wanting to work.

For me it is about not leaving this life not achieving anything and not contributing to society or any of the five areas of science I am knowledgable in, in any way shape or form.

When I die, which may only be a couple of years from family history, I wanted to be remembered as doing something positive and for the benefit of mankind.

THAT is the person you are trying to destroy and take away with little he has remaining.

You are soooo understanding and considerate!I received your letter this morning, Saturday 11^th June 2015. That leaves me Monday the 13^th to Wednesday 15^th to get this letter in the post with any hope it will reach you by Thursday 17^th June.

Oh-oh-oh and I nearly forgot … you were kind enough to provide me with an envelope that is only Second Class Post?! How considerate of you!

Now I did state to the organisation that I needed a HOME VISIT that Fibromyalgia Syndrome not only screws with your memory that it does so me a dozen times each day?!

Oh and I was attending a Fibromyalgia Association UK support group by my memory, called FIBROFOG, keeps causing me to forget. This group is largely made up of women sufferers of FMS and some are teachers, local council workers and God knows what other careers. Now I can tell you that they all seem to be under the impression that Fibromyalgia Syndrome is a bonafide disability. I am sure that the FAUK and its members will be interested in our latest lot of correspondences.

Did you or did you not claim to them not that long ago and reassure then that Fibromyalgia was listed as a legitimate disability?

As I was the only one out of two dozen people that was wielding a walking stick I am sure they will be all ears at the next meeting I remember to go to?!

Oh yes and despite asking three times I was not provided an answer as to why I was asked to be assessed for a benefit I do not get?!

So which benefit is it EXACTLY I was demanded to be assessed for?! As I am not nor have I ever received Employment Support Allowance?

Oh and you do have a building in Enfield you like to use so stop it with the long trips to Holloway, Ilford in Essex, Euston and even Chelmsford!

My god, if your going to be corrupt an cheat the hell out of the British public at least do it with some intelligence!!

I quite simply do not trust you.

It is not bad enough that you are leeches upon society and the public taxes and are paid 5 to 1o fold that which disabled people get to mug us but you lie and cheat to.

I cannot believe that your all that stupid or naïve enough to not know what is really going on.

Which makes you liars, cheats, thugs and more or less corrupt in every way imaginable.

I have also proved that you have lied over and over again and have done so to an ever growing audience that has risen from a few and now heading for half a million visitors with over twelve thousand every month.

But use swear words against you in anger, or faked anger, and you react as if you had just met someone who was a mass murderer. Your words in these situations do actually show that you believe swear words to be the greatest crime committed despite the severe and immoral actions you have been undertaking towards the most vulnerable in society for a fair few years now.

You would also be the same idiotic morons who would actually like to claim to the rest of humanity that the UK is a civilised nation? In which case I would suggest you all buy yourselves dictionaries.

So I am sending you these documents and my Doctors contact details and fax number along with postal address again and use the word 'onus' on me one more time and I will very literally rip you a new one. There, no swear words but a language fitting for life forms that are on the level of those that live under rocks, consist of slime and no higher than that of an amoeba.

Actually that is not true, Amoebas are unable to come uyp with cunning plans to be paid £50,000 to £500,000 each year to rip the lives of the most vulnerable apart.

It is also hilarious that not one moron involved in working at your organisation and runninng your organisation stops to think how history will look back on these times. None of you will ever have anything good to say about you. It will all be bad and be listed as a lesson in not how to run a fragile society and have the gall to claim it civilised.

Really I do not know why your superiors in government even bother with laws and prisons. You cannot enforce the law any longer 75% of thee time so save money by getting rid of prisons, courts, judges and lawyers. It will only be a couple of levels lower than it is right now, just that most people in the UK do not realise how underhanded you all are and how inhuman and amoral you all are.

As an intelligent scientist in several fields and with an interest in human psychology I do find most terrible things I have come across and proved to be quite fascinating.

It seems that despite our outward appearance and claims many seem to claim to be nothing like what they really are and many just do not want to face up to the reality.

I have been changing that over the last 3.5 years and only 18 months from now this will change in most unimaginable ways.

I have hit a level now where I am being contacted to become party to other groups against corruption around the world and am bombarded with requests to sign petitions on Change.org, from Nicola Sturgeon very recently.

Asked to become involved in accusing Turkey of attempted genocide against Christian Armenians, I was unaware of I admit, and in Canada against corruption and now in Russia too.

No one I argued or did battle with, such as you, also did not have the first clue about the modern age and Information Technology and quite specifically the Internet.

Your still trying to shroud amoral and immoral behaviour when with the age of the Internet and everyone having smartphones you simply cannot go without getting caught by everyone!

Now onto yet another lie and a rather pathetic trick … umm sorry, excuse used by one of your four hired goon squads....

I will give you two very simple things, despite the fact that everything I have included amounts to a lot and is not all …

Fibromyalgia Syndrome is progressive … which means it slowly gets worse arseholes. It is also incurable. It does NOT go away … but then you would know that if you did indeed have anyone working in any of your goon squads that knew a damn thing about medicine.

If you do not then you have absolutely no right no experienced enough to assess me nor anyone else, certainly with Fibromyalgia Syndrome.

Secondly there are two other ailments I have I have provided proof of which are incurable without severe risks. My right knee, diagnosed by Guy's Hospital. My back, collapsed discs of 4 to 5 vertebrae I have x-rays for.

BOOM! YOUR DEAD IN THE WATER.

I have over 120 symptoms … but then you would know that if you paid any attention to the forms and had not burned all the medical documents you got. You had a false one from a GP, maybe more and I gave you the correct one. Because a Doctor will not and can not lie on a document that their patient asks for. OOPS!

It gets better still.

Not only did I send no less than TWELVE, count them 12, documents to your goons with a confusing name but one that stated very clearly that I am 'severely affected by my ailments each day and every day' but that same document had the contact details of my GP on them.

It was Dr Dharman but he left, oh and I think I know why, and I my GP ius now his brother who barely knows me, but I was assured that both her and his father, Dr Thievandra, had my scary set of complications explained to them before he left.

This was very recently confirmed by Dr Alex. I think you need some bog roll? Your getting a lot of whoopsies!

It gets even better still.

I am awaiting a letter any day to ring for an appointment for the one appointment I had hoped and prayed my entire life I would not have. And I am not even talking about the head scan for a possible tumour. Whoops, that is the other one.

Nope, a colonoscopy! Oh yeah I forgot … you have no one with medical background working for you … that would be where they shove a camera up into your nether regions which in my case is and will be quite painful. That is for suspect Diverticulitis which I am now told can kill you. Great!

The other one I already mentioned is a head scan. I have been suspicious of lumps in the area of my right ear, right eye socket and throat. If these turn out to be connected … it will not be good.

I liked my last GP, despite the many previous ones, and I gave him one single line as something to help protect himself in the future. I simply said …

Do not let the NHS through evil people 'leave you holding the baby'. He actually asked me what that meant.

You see I have been suspecting an early death for me for sometime now. My father and my Uncle never made it past their mid fifties and my symptoms are far worse than they ever showed. They died not knowing what they had.

I do not expect to make it to their ages.

I have not for awhile.

Once again if you had checked my blog, and this goes for all of you ombudsman too, for things other than yourselves in a desperate attempt of self protection you would now this.

Had you known this then you would also know that my whole endeavour is to die while this is going on and while posting to my blog about being neglected, knowingly cheated and lied to by the NHS, Local Councils and DWP.

Now my current total visitors is somewhere closer to 400,000 in total than it is to 300,000 with a rise of 12,000 to 13,000 each month and rising. So take a wild guess at the following …

If I died in just a few years time my visitor numbers would have reached the millions. Then when it turns out that I died about something I had complained about for many years it gets announced on my blog and YouTube channel. Everyone realising I was totally ignored over, not even being given head scans or whatever was needed, despite my naming the suspect ailment.

Those millions of people will react in shock and horror and each of those will tell anywhere from between two and two dozen people.

Their is an uproar of unprecedented levels.

The public starts to point fingers.

Someone is going to have to take the blame and some will have to go to prison.

Who will that be?

I have Doctors read my blog posts. I also have political people, anti-corruption groups, men of the cloth (thanked by one!), nurses, potential whistle-blowers. Right across a broad spectrum.

Those that lie for other for money gradually read my blog and realise that if the crap hits the proverbial fan all the wages they earned would be for naught, because they would go to prison for it.

If I was the one conducting the cheating and deception I would myself be quite worried about that last little detail.

Of course I will be teaching people and have been for over three years now that it is not just about me and this could happen to someone they cared about. Someone they cared about deeply once but sent to Coventry (means not spoken to) and cut off because they thought they were lying. Because you, the NHS and Local Councils had things run in such a way that it looked like these people were dishonest.

You might think your in the clear when these people you treat as slaves and numbers and completely inhumane towards are dead?

But wwhat if the ones they left behind broken hearted suddenly realise that not only had they themselves been duped, so that George Osborne can show that he did actually save money but fail to mention it was kicking disabled people and vulnerable people to do so!

No they will realise that along with the missed years with the people they loved more than anything in the world that they has indeed had lives lived in absolute misery and considerable pain and this was knowingly done to them?

Yeah … I would not want to be in any of your shoes for all the tea in China when that kicks off! I would not care how much you get paid!

I have also heard that you spoke to a Member of Parliament in such a way that you have spoken to me in the past, apart from the fact that you never win with me. Claimed she was unprofessional in your attempt to kick a disabled person where it hurts, no doubt, because she put an 'x' on the end of a letter?!

I can tell you now that every single person I showed that story to roared with laughter at your attitude. The delusions of grandeur when you did that were soooo … well, grand it was astonishing to say the least!

Like you and the NHS trying to make the word 'anger' to actually mean … well, 'violence'?!

I have so many examples of you three, I call the evil trinity, of yourselves the NHS and Local Government, politically correct morons devoid of intelligence, attempting this it simply is not true.

I might even have two Police Forces doing this too? I doubt it and do not recall.

Oooh I almost forgot?!

Memory issues! I get memory blanks and forget to do things for days on end every single week that goes by. So thank you so very much for your second class paid for envelope and the four postal days you gave me to get a response back to you!

You know it is quite funny. I thought I would never get the chance to go over a number of battles with your organisation ever again once you realised I knew what you were doing and paid me £4,500 in a years back payment. Despite the fact that you told me you had no medical records on me because I knew you would burn them if I asked for them.

Oh yeah and if you think you have done something … or wangled something? Think again and go back to the drawing board.

Blithering idiots and I did not know there was a push to have village idiots be of a higher level of society?

THE DO NOTHING BRIGADE

Before I started blogging I wanted to prove what had become obvious to me.

That there are a lot of ... illusions out there. Illusions most definitely set up by the powers that be, the government, the Illuminati pr whatever takes your preference, to fool us. Fool us that there are avenues out there we can take. Fool us that the laws actually matter and protect us. Fool us into thinking that we are fooled into thinking that we actually matter.

But I could not come on a blog and just state this.

So for a couple of years before I started blogging I started recording. Once I got up enough stuff and for another reason the London Olympics had finished I started to post to blogs.

I said from the very start that I had tens of Gigabytes of data and that as I went along I would continue to approach organisations and in each case it only worked if I had a genuine reason to do so.

I also stated that as I blogged my approaches for year after year that I would get nowhere.

The difference was that as I re-approached organisations that had given me the brush off previously I would do so with a very big difference. Over fifty gigabytes of data/proof and growing.

Of course to anyone with more than two brain cells working as a team you would be forgiven for thinking that I would win and get somewhere. Well yes OK I sort of did on occasions but the £4,500 I got from the DWP, for instance, was supposed to be £45,000 and that does not include the 8 years of being without a Freedom Pass, free travel on buses and trains.

Now think about it ... I had 50GB of proof that has grown to over 100GB of proof and yet I was sure enough of myself and them to state that despite me gradually getting all this proof I would still get nowhere?

How could I be sure of that?

I would imagine that many visitors thought 'no effing way!' I mean ... if I could do all that I could, get all that I could and post and publish in very public places how could I lose?

Because there are not as bright as they like to think they are and did not have a contingency plan for someone like me. Unfortunately for them.

Yesterday I got a letter from another organisation as part of the 'Wading Through The Sea Of Help' posts I did recently. Though this one was a bit different ...

I approached Patient Claim Line about taking the NHS to court. So I told them what had happened and I told them I had proof. Out of the 100GB plus of proof I told them about a select few, one Doctor admitting that he falsified an ultrasound scan and told me that I did not have an inguinal hernia when I did. That condition is a killer, or can cause gangrene and result in having your entire groin removed to save your life. Nice, I know. Now THAT is not what I had the scan for ... it was because I was feeling pain in an area where I had an inguinal hernia repaired on the OTHER SIDE. Now there they found an elongated and jagged black lump that was causing the pain.

What was it, I hear you ask?

They did not know!

Except when I got to the Doctor for the result, just as the Inguinal Hernia did, the black lump magically vanished from existence.

So not just a simple falsification we are talking about here.

So my plan was to go back to these people one at a time once I had enough evidence and better still, I had enough people visiting my blogs.

They cannot possibly so no, right? Wrong!

The Patient Claim Line actually told me that according to their solicitors, who must be, let's be honest here, fucking incompetent, I do not have a chance greater than 51%?!

Huh?!

But wait a moment ... they did not listen to a single scrap of my recordings or look at any of my reports, letters or anything else?! HUH?!

I got a reply back from someone, could have been the Patient Claim Line or the Disability Law Service ... who incidentally have not been a law service for over 5 years now ... but STILL have the name and still operating and getting funds from somewhere. One of them told me about ...

AvMA or Action Against Medical Accidents

Except all the things that happened to me were not accidents but deliberate which is far more serious than an accident.

Plus I do not have one but four cases and in each case there are half a dozen to over a dozen incidents of lying, proof and all that jazz. My God, it is over 6 GP Surgeries, little clue there.

After acquiring 100GB of data over several years, if I cannot get legal representation from somewhere then who the hell can?!

Well yup. I got a letter from AvMA and I have posted it below. Remember this is yet another organisation supposedly to help one or other sector of society and all the time I keep finding new ones.

The UK. The country were everyone works for a help or advice organisation despite the fact they do not do anything.

Well, other that is than making British taxpayers even poorer than they are!

Now I have told three people thus far, who were non believers just as many naive people that came on here likely were in the early days. Except now they were aghast that now I have proved what I said for years, oh yeah and I have fucking witnesses too!

They complained about the amount of tax they paid and asked if this is what all their taxes were going to? Dozens upon dozens of organisations that somehow came into existence over the last couple of decades that do not do anything?

I said, yep!

Or worse still getting donations off of naive bleeding hearts!

Rather bizarrely AvMA said the exact same thing that Patient Claim Line did without listening nor looking at a single kilobyte of my 100 gigabytes of evidence.

Just as before they did not even ASK FOR IT!

Remember they are called Action Against Medical Accidents so the name is misleading to likely defraud money and ... well you do not see a lot of 'action'. Lol.

THE POETRY INTO MOTIONS

Yes I admit there are times when I should have been more obvious and others when more time was needed before stabbing out at the keys laid out before me.

Though as I always said I prefer to 'shoot from the hip' sort of thing to givew some sense of being genuine, if a little cringe worthy at times. I do not blame you if you do, I would cringe if I had to re-read much of my...musings.

For what seems like an eternity, well it so appears to me, I have shown many different truths, tricks, tribulations and much more besides.

I apologise if some did not seem quite so obviously immediate. And I am about to do that once again but not nearly as bad.

Every now and then I prefer to show a little more of what I do and how I do it, or at least expose a bit more of the overall puzzle. It serves many purposes by doing things this way.

I said in a recent post...possibly my last post that I was going to do a number of things this year and to watch out for a video I post on my YouTube account the link I will include here?

This video is done. Well it was 'already' done but I wanted to do something rather different his time and with the use of a new...ish gadget which is a Zoom H2n Professional Condensor Microphone.

I stated months ago that there was going to be a change and as ever it has been delayed as is always the case with me and the things I want to do.

There is...however one thing that if you have not been on here enough you must get to know about me very quickly...I do not give in and always carry out that which I state I will.

Promises are not necessary.

The big change I referred to is that I want to do ... PODCASTING! There I finally said it?! Or did I already? Lol!

As well as podcasting I also wanted to start narrating on some of my videos using the professional microphone. I still have bits to acquire for this like a shock mount and holder, though I am not sure if this microphone will fit into them just yet.

So onto the video then...

I filmed a 4 minute long video sequence of me merely flicking through a pile of envelopes. All addressed and shown in turn to see the intended recipients. I did not want to edit the narration onto the video until all of them had been stamped and posted. Which they now all have.

A RETURN TO THE BLUE

It would seem that I have to have another run in with the Police?!

Oh I am just so looking forward to that one!

It appears there might be some bad cheating going on a little closer to home than I would actually like?!

I have kind of expected it though I have to admit but did not think it would be so serious?! Did not think I would need the Police to be involved?!

Still that remains to be seen right now and just like always it revolves around money!

So there is yet another chapter to view unfold ... possibly but it is one I referred to previously and states not wanting involvement. However due to what had been going on I am fully willing to get involved and put a stop to it even if imprisonment is the result.

I still have the other issue to ... divulge on here but until I know for absolute certain that revealing it will have no negative effects I simply cannot do it. It just would not be safe to do so right now ... hmm and the Police are involved in that one too!

THE LOST CHRISTIAN VALUES

I have been somewhat ... preoccupied of late with some upsetting news and some rallying around.

I failed to hear this report about David Cameron stating this is a Christian country and that some have backed him and others expressed concerns?

Before I get to my main point in all this and the point that caused me to post a blog I first want to state that the only people I know who are religious knock on my door and are Jehovah's Witnesses!

If this is a Christian country still then there must be either a fair few two faced people or many that do so many immoral things they feel they have to pray for forgiveness ... just in case he exists?!

THE NEW DICTATORSHIP IN BRITAIN

Ooh I did not like reading this!

Due to my own campaigns as such and endeavours to show the utter corruption and disregard for members of the public they are not only supposed to serve but pay their fucking wages I get sent many of these!

I have no doubt that the number of these emails I get sent is going to increase somewhat exponentially over the next six months despite the governments attempts to get a hold of my creakingly bad equipment, which won't work anyway?!

I am always in favour of a good cause and only wish I in the position of donating money when asked? Not to the fecking Labour and Conservative Parties as you would have to be a demented brain dead..... Plonk to actually donate to any party at all!

Anyway this was was surprisingly about a 'GAGGING ORDER' I knew nothing about! I will have to check out some more details on this as if I stated a find this deeply disturbing I would be understating it by a fair way!

Hmm actually maybe I did hear something about this and maybe it was to do with bloggers and wondered whether or not it was primarily to do with me?! Someone must have realised very early on that I was going to be a huge headache at eventually? Maybe it was someone that wanted me to be so kept quiet?

I have verb tools many a time that I am unique, that I have the necessary personality and skill set to achieve what others could not and even the odd religious person thinking me sent by God as one of his warriors?! Before you think the obvious I said, ' yeah right! I doubt he would puck me as I am an atheist and scientist!' and one said that this would not stop him as he would choose carefully?! My... WORD!! LOL!

Whatever the case maybe it would have been body nice if he has sorted it himself! Or maybe he just waits to work out who the evil incarnate ones are and the good ones? Lol! I would still have preferred it, as I also told a load of dazzled Jehovah's Witnesses, if I had not spent bloody years suffering so I can do good job for him?! But wire than that is me going through hell is one thing and I can deal with it but my daughter going through hell is not on and for me contemptible and certainly unforgivable!

Anyone I am in a battle with and in each case it will be both mentally and physically as well be down before to long now, would do well to understand this and what happened to my daughter! It is all in here as was her wishes and I still shudder at the thought of her ever needing my help again! I cannot pull rabbits out of my hat all the time, eventually there won't be any rabbits left in the hat!

It is ultimately my daughters childhood horror story all set up by her local council which included lies, corruption, cover ups and even the Police up there starting to lie probably at their request?! However I was prepared for that which is why I have a long list of recordings of then lying and a mountain of paperwork and pointers proving it!

Even the HMRC failed to act on the provision of evidence on fraud, then being defrauded that is, which was one of two occasions failed to act!! Thy other one wide because debt companies, bailiffs and Local Councils manufacture and send out fraudulent invoices with sums of money on them only 10% of the REAL AMOUNT! When you consider that the top three companies out of God knows how many of them they were making over £10 Million, yes ten million, each every year and that was before the recession started which itself would price quite lucrative for them!

I am taking, of course, of debt companies, bailiffs and local councils and all the necessary documentation to prove this is RIGHT HERE ON THIS VERY BLOG!!

Now let me see if I can get you visitors to focus now very clearly?

If in my case the amounts given were around ten percent of the real figure then do you think it is reasonable to assume that there profits are ten times what was quoted? So instead of £10 Million the real figure could well be £100 Million?! But wait not only do you have to digest the fact that taxes on £90 Million have not been paid it's worse as that figure was years before the recession started!!

THE KINGS OF THE HILLS

Today was a day of revelations for Microsoft.

First off I had a friend visit in the morning who has previous problems with his PS3 whereby an update from Sony contained an algorithm to first detect whether the player had been hacked/rooted/jailbroken or whatever they call it on this console.

I covered this previously and stated my friend bought it used and no one jailbroke the set. I could tell very easily what shenanigans Sony were yo to and I emailed them about it and ticked them if in the process. I then find it had happened to a great number of people out there. Then I got that call from Sony denying it all and I called her bluff by simply asking her, after she insisted she knew for sure, what a particular update was for. She did not know and I starred that she therefore cannot state anything about updates with any certainty. Oops!

My friends PS3 is still get awaiting a new drive but it won't work as they will just rig the next one on an update. Today he told me that he was speaking to someone who works in a retail store and he asked about the new XBox One, though he called it a PlayStation One! One he realised his error he then said that he had been told to stay away from them. He then twisted what he had been told and that he had been hearing many things about the machines having a great deal of issues and that many were going back to the stores?!

I know there are always trying problems with new things but the amount of machines having issues surprised me. I am not sure if the new Sony is having any issues but this was a  surprising thing to hear. I did stare that sometimes people hear of a few stories and then fear the worst, that all machines must be affected?

Then later in the day I saw a friend of mine who has a Nokia 720 Lumia. From the moment he got it he was having issues downloading anything. People were sending him things via all manner of ways and nothing!! I set up another cloud account specifically for music that I could upload and then download to me tablet PC if I ever needed to use it for listening to music, day if the battery on my Walkman gave out while I was out? I used Pocket Cloud but was disappointed in it, took ages to setup, was not obvious what to do or which apps did what and when I did work it out to took longer to work out how to upload. The GUI was rubbish and it was slow to boot. Having used a date few before hand it was a bit disappointing but I set it up and it gave me the option of sending emails straight from each file to someone as a link.

So around my friends place I showed him the list and sent him in email to the sing to test it out. But just like all other attempts it failed. It refused to download and just came up with yet another error page. I started to think that Microsoft were just up to there old shit again and starred to him that I had thought about changing from Android to Windows but his phone had changed my mind again! I said the problem with Windows is you actually pay out a lot for it and then it refuses to play with others, nit realising just how precise I was.

The last time we had this issue with things I told him that I was using the Opera Browser and that he should use that. But we could never find it in the Microsoft store. Today I stated I would have a look online which I pretty much reckon he thought would not happen. To be fair he would think this and he would be correct because I did state many times I writing check out these issues but kept forgetting!

Tonight I looked. It turns out that Internet Explorer on Windows Mobile will not download things like music?! This is absolutely crazy and it gets worse!! Microsoft do not like playing with others and although there is an alternative browser you cannot, repeat CANNOT, make this alternative browser your default browser?!

Now quite how nothing had happened as regards a fine for this practice is completely being me and the laws are just so fecked up on everything it is not true! They were fined many years ago for including Internet Explorer in Windows, despite Windows NOT preventing the installation of Netscape or Firefox?! They were fixed to put in an option for the alternatives. Despite my dislike of Microsoft I found this stupid. But now they have been CODING Windows so that it does not play with others and even lies to you as to the reasons why.

So now I have to tell me friend all this and then state that I am staggered that Microsoft sell any phones at all, though admittedly he is the only person I know with one. I am a bit of a Billy No Mates these days. The last person I knew to use a phone with Windows were the first ones ever and after my XDA phone my sister got the XDA II. LOL!

It is amazing just how naive and stubborn these companies are and their blindness for how quickly they can destroy a huge company it is not true.

I think I will call this the Rome effect? No sound rubbish... how about the Impenetrable Rome attitude. What happens then is that when it's sliding downhill fast they start scrambling around clutching at straws going to stop the rot while living out employees by the dozens or hundreds.

I do not know if these idiot attitudes are down to a single individual or there are just too many blind naive and get morons that are on the board of directors. But whatever it is the end result what's ends up the same. Too many people to please who do not know what they are doing but like to tell people that they do because they have lots of money, yes because that is how you measure intellect of course.

Time and time again they come, rule for while and then start to fade.

As ever the laws are also contradictory and often self serving and us mere mortals just become confused with the mixed signals coming out of all this!

Which oddly is the EXACT OPPOSITE to the very intentions laws were created in the first place and this is the issue I have with laws today.

They are there for the highest bidder and no longer set examples for people to follow and abide by. They also teach that when you get fame, money and power that the laws no longer apply to you. The reaction that some celebrities have had by the insinuations of crimes performed in times gone by has nothing in the way of humbling attached to them. Except when they are on the verge of being found guilty that is, if it gets that far and they ARE guilty of course.

Through the life of this blog I have tried very hard to show the wider public this very thing.

I have also tried to show that the money being wasted by many public services which is the taxpayers money is far worse than the welfare system and that the later is made to look bad because of the tiny 1 or 2% fraction of wasters within said welfare system.

I have also tried to show that if the taxpayer is paying all this money out for services which are then using lies and cheating to not performing the services they are paid to do then this is fraud.

FRAUD ON A GRAND SCALE!

Because they are in powerful high paid positions for a reason, not because they think themselves so important and high and mighty that they should be paid these salaries for sitting on their arses!

Indeed this was why I used the Freedom of Information Act, which I have yet to finish but rest assured I WILL, to tally up the costs of these organisations, services, ombudsman and anything else that is paid for by the taxpayer!

Worst of all is not the lies and the cheating, though it should be, it is the attitude they have. Like they are looking down upon the public and forgotten that they are employed as servants to the public. Or at least this was the reason for their creation.

As far as I am concerned they ceased to be public services some time ago you could measure in many years. Also I have happened to witness in this time and see first hand how some of this money has been spent that is WITHIN my area of expertise and that is wildlife management. I covered this several times last year, an understatement, and will do from about March to October in this year of 2014 and I will acquire a great many films and audio recordings on that.

I also think I know why I have not been threatened with court action regarding this blog?

Fur the life of this blog, which is two weeks away from being eighteen months, I have shown you not only what I did but how I did it, I also suggested that you do the same! Yesterday I caught the tail end of a news report that stated that someone had done the same thing I had been doing and recorded someone. In the new studio someone stated that this was entrapment and many have starred this is what I am doing and that I should tell them first?! I starred first of that I did not care and telling them would be pointless because you would never find out anything! In other words they would get away with it because I for one cannot hire a decent lawyer and to date no lawyer had been interested in enforcing the law because they cannot see a way of getting enough cash out of the task?! Well it turned out that this entrapment law only applies to an individual and that if you are recording someone who represent a company or public service because you suspect shenanigans then you are within your right to do it.

Due to the fact I have laid my cards, or most if them but not all, on the table I may now actually get what I have expected since I was live for a few weeks? A threatening letter from a solicitor who is quite willing to act for a corrupt outfit because they pay well than actually take up the cause if someone who is trying to get justice and make an example if then in such a way that life for many in Britain would actually improve as a result?!

But then like everything else I knew this to be true too! But it still sends my temperature  skyrocketing to discover it is just as messed up and conflicting as I knew deep down that it was.

Indeed this is the site reason now for laying out the cards and increasing the frequency and there are THREE correspondences still to do which I will do tomorrow and will reveal on here when they are done.

My pigeons have all been cooing close together but in separate groups. As those the have read my last few posts know it is my intention now to shake my bag of mad giant cats to the point of fixing ire and then their each one among each group of pigeons.

There are three groups whereby I do not see how I would do this or would there be any benefit to me personally. These would be the HMRC, Police, MI5 and GCHQ and see no point nor way of monitoring their reactions. Possibly the Police I might do, the Merseyside Police that is. But I think sine things would be better served by someone else mounting up a portfolio on these people and using my data to add to their own?!

Indeed this is true and can be used of all my data and likely already has! Indeed this person who I heard recorded someone I could not remember fur the life of me, when my friends asked, what it was about, who was recorded and where?! I simply have no recall to any details so it could turn out to be someone that took their ideas from here or maybe the report was about me? I simply do not know and for all I know it may have been someone overseas? Thigh they still could have gotten the idea from here though?! I have been unable to locate this report on my BBC News app. Thigh it could have been a Sky News report berates I do listen to Planet Rock Radio and their news is Sky News.

But I will hammer away for the next 7 days and I am currently frustrated with myself over one thing! When I had gotten two dates mixed up over an appointment with a Nurse I forgot to ask the receptionist if my medical records had turned up as after about 8 weeks they had not?!

As stated I got a call from NHS England retracting two reports when they got informed by the GP Surgery that kicked me off just how diligent I had been, what I had recorded and just how long I had been doing it! There is nothing really they can do and I have managed to manipulate them into a position where it is they that are stuck between a rock and a hard place. This is where I will manipulate all of them now and after the following few correspondences I will then climb atop these rocks and start to rich then back and forth.

My God! It seems like I have been heading to this point in my life like... FOREVER?! Even with the 18 months of this blog that was only a tiny fraction of time that I have been working towards it. I had to be certain I already had enough crap on each of them before even going live online with it, regardless of what format I was to choose.

Still that light I see in the distance is getting bigger now and by April it should be double the size?!

I receieved your letter and was very curious about it, sorry no pun intended.

You contradict yourself a little I am afraid as you first state that Very, or rather Shop Direct, did not make you aware of the issues I had with them or the contact and yet you go straight into this abysmal attempt to intimidate monies not due. After all if they lied why would you then be stupid enough to then believe them a second time when they state that I only contacted them once over a repair?!

Secondly I am also well aware that Debt Collectors are crooks because I have already been physically assaulted and defrauded out of £4,500 by JBW Group and Bailiff Jason Reeves which will be attended to this year and all the law breaking will stop. All of it.

Thirdly how is it that I provide the Judge and the Court with enough proof, yet you make it sound like it is not enough proof.

But I gave the court direct links to things posted on the Inetrnet of several of the phone performing its faults, prrof that the ohone was sourced from America, how I spotted that it was used and from America and I even had Motorola send me an email?!

These and all my correspondences with Very Catalogue AND Shop Direct, who ignored around 45 emails thinking that they have eberything tied up via corrption in the UK via minions like youselves, the bailiffs and the courts. If not you would never have stated the things you do in the letter that you sent to me.

BECAUSE, and here is the very key point in all this. If I was a GENUINE and honest bbusiness man or woman I would be furious with Shop Direct for witholding infromation.

Now I believe I have made my point here.

BUT...it is NOT over becase, you see, I have still come out worse off here!! I am not going to let that lie I am afraid.

Because I now only do I have a disability but I have very wrongly and illegally, if not it SHOULD BE, had my credit rating affected.

I have had this shite phone for two years and it has been frustrating and worst of all it has cost me money and added to all that is that is that I thought I had someone who coupld supply me with goods, albeit criminally expensive and more so with interest, and it turns out the are just sellling the British public shoddy goods.

What I also find odd is that I have provided you with both a blog address and some YouTube emails, but WHY?!

I already told Shop Direct all this and now you know what I gave the courts so WHY am I having to tell you?!

Also I will point out what so many large companies and organisations missed and also what I told the courts....

The blog is not just about Very and Shop Direct, oh no not by a long shot! It is about corruption in some very major public offices and services and the data I present on my blog has been used by an MP in the House of Commons. The blog is also plastered all around the Internet and in comparison to the others I am battlin as well as beating you and Shop Direct are small fry.

My biggest battle has the NHS, and I mean their HG at NHS England not a nurse in a clinic, running around like headless chickens and has very recently withdrawn to complaints reports of an official complaint. Why?

Because fot the last three years I have been recording severy single convesation, neeting, appointment and test I ever had and not just the NHS either. The Police, all Ombudsman, Local Councils (four to be precise), HMRC, GCHQ and MI5 and a number of organisations supposed to advise the public.

DO you know what they all have in common?

1) They run their businesses BADLY

2) They lie and cheat

3) Ergo they do not perform the jobs to which they are paid and when this is public taxes this is bad.

Do you know how long I have been going with the blog and how many VISITORS I have?

I have barely been going 18 months with it and have attraacted 100,000 visitors and by my calculations that by the end of 2014 this should be around 1 Million, or near as damn it.

Do you know how I managed to do all that I did?

Because when a ship is sinking the humans try to help each other while the rats will scramble over the heads of others to survive therefore turning on each other!

The difference between a rock and a hard place is that the rck is steadfast, while the hard place is just an unpleasant place to be.

I intend and it now cannot be stopped for not only every member of the British Public to know the truth behind every closed door in this country but what is best of all and the government organisations are only just now figuring out is that, the Internet os GLOBAL and not just nationwide.

So yes, tell all this to Shop Direct, why don't you and in the meantime try and figure out how you, the court and Shop Direct are going to stop from being hated by a vast majority of the British public?! As I stated to the courts, EVERYONE is being scrutinised by me and it is my strong belief, and certainly seems that way from what I am hearing, that many courts and Judges may be corrupt too and allowing the physical violence wo go on?!

I also know all the tricks to, the manipulation of the dates to get liability orders?! Ooohhh I must admit that WAS a good one, very somple and effective. Oh except I cottoned onto that one and explain to people on my blog on how to look for the corruption and put a stop to whatever they are going through.

I do it all for free by the way and have already had eome nice things said about me and I seem to get a follower a day currently?! In fact sometimes I get two and before long that will be the norm and then three and four each day. But I keep telling people you cannot go by folloowers and I vidit places regularly but I do not follow many. Too many notificiations going through to my phone and too many emails.

Oh yes and I also help advise a number of campaign groups now.

YOu will be hearing of me again durjing this year no doubt, as someone told me my blogs pop up everywhere. But then I have been focusing on the media right now as most others are dead and buried it is simply and merely a matter of time.
