THE LIES ARE EVERYWHERE

What has become very popular and a bit of a shock on Twitter, great many people and rising going to my blog, is the grooming gang business, my daughter .. the way we have been treated and the lies and being ignored my mainstream news media. Or Fake News as they call them.

Not sure if I mentioned it previously but there has been something going on for a few weeks now and we have spoken to people. I cannot say any more than that and I just hope, like my daughter stated, that this is just another one of those times where they promise things and then back away at the eleventh hour? I have now had three conversations and I have been told a lot more about it all and it does sound .. promising?

Due to these conversations I had to try and get my wifi printer/scanner linked up as I would probably have to prove a few things about my medical history. Possibly?

After a false start or three and having to dive into the Wifi settings using a command prompt, shell, I linked them together .. finally!

So I stared to flick through my medical records which, for some reason known only to them, they only sent me the last two years?

I believe this is because they know they LIED on my medical records and that at this stage the NHS knew that I would spot it. They already pick up the phone and warn GP Surgeries about me and I have not been able to get either treatment or my prescription medication for months and that is on the things thy HAVE diagnosed!

Heart issues as I stated and chest pain and this lack of energy thing.

I also believe now they deliberately omitted from my records the Hypomagnesemia .. something they can do to all patients and probably do .. if they asked to you to privately to buy anything. Vitamins, in my case, or pain killers. Not prescribed and they do not have to record it do they and you would be hard pressed later, or if you died and family members tried to, prove it.

Yeah so I was flicking .. scanning .. flicking .. scanning and then all of a sudden .. BOOM!

I saw a letter that came from a hospital while in Birkenhead when I was having something of a breakdown and when I read the reasons I simply could not believe this! It was a bunch of outright lies and the odd thing was NOT about me?!

Think about that for a moment .. how can lies on someone's medical records not be about the person names on the file?

In Josephs had already told me not to trust the NHS and your GP and I wrote on here that the second GP I saw at Devaney Medical Centre in Balls Road Birkenhead was very .. silent. Barely uttered a word.

NHS bosses had already long since picked up the phone to previous GP's about me and I have recordings to this effect. Sorry NHS but you lie you get caught.

What the NHS lied about was what I actually said about my daughter! She is gonna flip when I tell her what it states about her in my medical records.

• According to my records I told them that my daughter was in a domestic abuse refuge?
  • Yeah .. umm no she was not and I would not have said that because she was not!
• I then paid for her to go into private accommodation?
  • Umm NO! She already WAS in private accommodation but I did help her get into very unsuitable social housing!
• My daughter took advantage of my memory problems to get money out of me?
  • NOOOO .. I spent my money because the authorities did not do a fucking thing to help her at all ..

Now here is just one other thing and why I was doing the scanning ..

• Diagnosed in 2014-15 with Hypomagnesemia
  • Told to buy Vit ABC+ which I did for next four years
  • But think it is missing from medical records
    • Handy as now I can say to patients .. if they asked you to buy stuff privately they can leave it off your records
    • They did exact same thing with my daughter
  • Test for Magnesium was normal .. except it was NOT
    • Missed I was taking pills
    • Missed that I had Hypomagnesemia
    • Failed to link other symptoms to the condition
    • Did not tell me about all these other .. effects
    • Nor did they tell me about the dangers
    • Also failed to link Osteopenic bones in my neck to this condition?!

Right now still looking for the part that mentioned my knee pain ..

  • Back Pain and a few others

• Postural Hypertension .. I grey out and pass out sometimes

Cannot find the letter that states the right knee pain .. which is odd as I was so sure I had seen it in that segment of the medical records .. but .. I then realised that the letter I was looking for I think is from somewhere around 2012-13?

This is because the GP that did the letter was Dr Huq of Dr Rooban's Surgery of Carterhatch Lane in Enfield and the date will be easy to check .. beccause the ONLY reason I left that surgery is because she told me and staff that she had, had enough of the NHS and the lies and announced retirement affective immediately.

After that I was registered with Abernethy House Surgery in Enfield who lied to me and lied about me and falsified documents .. so I left. Have recordings too .. shame .. shame then that I could not get anyone interested I these either .. along with the grooming gang evidence. Was under them around 18 months.

I left there and I registered with Dr Kumar of Willow House Surgery and I was there about 6 months and guess what they did and guess what happened and take a guess at what I have from that too?

From there I ended up registering with Dr Andrew Thievendra at The Town Surgery in Enfield and I got in with him. He was there for two years before he left and his brother, who had just got his Doctorate, took over from him. It was Alex, the brother who took over, who told me that it is not the place for a GP any longer to state whether people were fit enough to work and was that of the DWP and Atos?! Think I was under Alex around 6 months or more?

So over a year ago I was under The Town Surgery and three years before that Willow House for aroud 7 months .. Abernethy House before that at around 18 months and Dr Rooban's Surgery before that for a couple of years.

So at a wild estimation here the knee pain letter was around 5 years or more ago? At a wild guess .. I will know if I decide to switch the desktop on and dig it out?

Was warned by Ian Josephs not to trust social workers, local councils, local solicitors (legal aid ones) and your local GPs as they all work together. Posted copy of the email in a previous post .. think it was titled 'The Frightening Truth'?

I stated this for years and always called the Local Council along with the NHS and the DWP as 'The Evil Trinity' and there is some pretty dark things going on within all three.

ONE MILLION VICTIMS

Well blow me down and tell me how to cure this shiver down my spine.

My daughter is going to flip later.

She's currently in a meeting with a school and a social worker she's never met before. The usual social worker I now believe is not a social worker and the manager, Chipo and Eve, are apparently both on leave. A seriously understaffed social services in a case they insist is vitally important, bullying my daughter and trying to get her to sign forms because the risk to the children don't turn up yet again.

Except they are NOT on leave and both were seen entering their offices. She then going in to speak to them the enquirer was told that they were both in leave.

Oops!

Either this is intended to wind my daughter up or they lie later on over something I don't know.

But there's been a switch in solicitors and they have vanished since this to place.

Seems like the previous solicitor not only had links to the council but rang the new solicitor and tried get them to drop their new client by lying. Was told that my daughter had been around to five different solicitors?!

That's how sinister things are in the UK.

I'm warned by someone in the know, Ian Josephs (link below) who has fought in court against them defending others, that your can't trust your GP either.

But this was just confirming what I already knew and I've stated this corruption crap week after week in six years since I started blogging and for many years previous.

Twelve years I've known many, many things and going back further than that for many.

Now I have to tell her that a Mirror newspaper report has estimated that the underage girl victims to be a million?!

Now remember and my daughter will explain this to anyone that cares to ask about her story, that I stated ten years ago I wanted to get this out there in the public eye.

As it turned out and because, unlike what most socialists and leftists argue, a lot more of them see underage sex and rape as being OK then I realised.

Three different communities each having a lot of people and all were OK with it and I also learnt of the trick they used to not only rip us off for money but do it repeatedly. Sell everything off once all collected .. leave the country and come back as someone else and repeat.

What I stated to my daughter is that there must be a lot of victims out there and probably number in the thousands or even tens of thousands.

What I was not aware of back then is just how many communities there are out there! In all honesty this was Birkenhead and Liverpool and two cities it was going on in years ago that still have not appeared on any lists and I for one was surprised that there were communities there. There was a long gap but I was visiting and staying in the area frequently starting back around 1990-1.

I am born in Perivale near Greenford West London but grew up in East London and all my siblings were born here on the east side. So I am not from the north-west of England.

In recent times I have seen more and more places as having these Muslim communities and head about the sheer number of victims. AFter a few years when Rotherham broke I head there was a thousand victims. This now turns out to be more Fake News as I have heard that there were 14,000 victims in one area and might have been a single Mosque?!

I did a quick crunch of the numbers and realised what just going on the list or areas that was incomplete and the number of 14,000 that we were talking about a probably minimum of 400,000 victims that would likely be higher. 

Taking into account that the list of areas where grooming gags had been exposed being around the 30 mark and with two missing and with three in my head I expect to appear on it I thought that number might double or even treble?

Going on this I estimated that the final figure could be 500000, giving them the benefit of the doubt, be closer to one million if I was right and maybe even as high as 1.5 Million or more if they are actually all the same as I feared and stated.

So now we have a figure of one million published ..

By one of the newspapers that ignored evidence I sent them in 2012.

Mirror, Sun Independent, i, Observer, Telegraph, Daily Mail (shocked they did not respond), Guardian and all others even including the Morning Star. With the last one I thought they were supposed to be caring towards suffering while the Daily Mail would love to print something about Muslims. None responded.

Sky News, BBC News, Channel 5 News and Channel 4 News were also all contacted. Once again there was zero response and it has taken me six years to figure out why this was.

So I will not be told by a bunch of fucking mad leftists with zero experience, zero understanding and zero sympathy to tell me I am wrong!

Check the 3,700 plus posts of this blog going back to 2012, I held off starting the blog due to something serious I was involved in which saved many, many lives. As well achieving that and being told by the secret services and two Merseyside Detectives, latter a four hour recording exists, that I was a genius. Secret Services stated that and two Detectives, DC Simon Broadhurst being one, who came all the way down to London stated this to my face.

I have recently had the words 'gagging order' stated to me and told this was mentioned by Wirral Council in an email?!

Yeah .. might have something to do with the fact they gave a child born from my under aged daughter to the paedophile father who also had previous to going up to 12 year olds in local parks and showing them a picture of his penis on his phone. The was actually on record previous to him going to court.

Muslims must think that as a nation we are an absolute joke and walk over and I can fully see why now they all want to come here. Instead of being executed or imprisoned they get handed everything, while Brits, whites and even disabled ones, get everything taken way from them.

I also had big plans to expand on them all last year .. which went south for the winter after I spent £20,000 and then got stabbed in the back by the government one week after going self employed.

This is with various physical pains, heart and chest problems that are trying to kill me, risk of sudden death syndrome and memory problems. Not to mention the extreme anxiety problems and the huge weight loss I have had recently that still continues.

About to start making my first payments from ad revenue the money suddenly freezes and remains like this for over 18 months.

Numbers on all my accounts start behaving erratically and weird including even stopping completely with one account, followers on Twitter.

Photographs get curiously rejected on sites until I raise hell then start getting accepted every single time. One lot uploaded twice accidentally get rejected at one point and accepted at a later point. In other words highly suspicious.

With a daughter who has been a repeat victim of grooming gangs, an evil relative they have never caught, all my health problems, others and cancer. Also a recent victim of domestic violence and received threats from local council with court action.

Get contacted by a woman through a date site I get suspicious about .. catch her out and she admits being linked to GCHQ. Go figure .. the organisation I nearly worked for back in 2000.

This is only a small fraction you readers might understand if I say that I am very tired and weary today?

I repeat this is only s small reaction and there are close to 4,000 posts and yes that is four thousand posts.

Tried to help, tried to inform and tried to educate on the Internet and also tried to help my daughter and grandchildren .. because no one else will.

For my efforts my own country and even its clandestine organisations have worked against me to stop me. From doing what I do not know as I have only ever told the truth.

I am expecting a whole bevvy of new people and should have started several days back. Some might be getting around to visiting about now and maybe others in a few weeks.

Oddly the behaviour of the numbers visiting my posts is still odd. It is also not reflecting my recent activities, placing links on sites were I know they have gotten attention. Not reflected in the post numbers that have been odd for awhile now.

I guess they still insist that everyone is still stupid and blind and unable to sot unusual patterns or behaviours?

Yeah sorry to disappoint you but I was well known for spotting patterns and behaviours you would otherwise need mathematics or algebra to spot.

I did, after all, do a BSc Applied Computing degree and turned down a Doctorate too. Rather foolishly I must admit.

But maybe I was destined to do this? I just wish it was not quite so torturous, painful and so full of upheavals.

I am not religious but one man I et once that found out what I was doing called me a warrior of God and I replied he was barking up the wrong tree. I explained I was not a believer in God and that he would not pick me if he did exist. He simply replied 'God does not work like that'.

VINDICATION

I still don't trust the courts.

But as it turns out The Canary had published an article that seems to state that that a court had effectively given the middle finger against the DWP over their treatment of disabled people.

They even said they take no notice at all of anything Atoms says.

It gets even better when I believe it stated that neither the DWP or Autos turned up to defend themselves.

The author states at what a national and global disgrace it is that this had been going on with the abuse of human rights.

Which begs the question ..

Forgetting the fact that all this has somehow remained in place and fully operational despite all the reports and court cases but ..

Can we now expect these things to be dissolved and for people to go to jail for serious crimes that were performed effectively en masse?!

They do this with war criminals and they only killed people ..

.. this has very literally been a fate worse than death, still is, and I've not been eating because I have had enough and want to die ..

Though to be fair .. I've eaten because I've been forced out in pain because others only think of themselves. I get bad muscle pains, aches and severe spasms when I overdo it and I don't mind death but do mind pain and especially the severe types. What with low magnesium and all.

My thighs and calf muscles feel .. tight and that makes me .. apprehensive.

Despite these reports I cannot help thinking that the are just tokenism cases.

I still have no confidence in mine that it now looks like I won't make it to.

Very tired, severe pain, apprehension, sore throat and I'll have a nervous breakdown travelling there to something I'm going to get railroaded over for the fifth time.

Now I have this new information regarding Behcet's Disease which my daughter has been diagnosed with, is linked to Fibromyalgia and explains most, if not all, the symptoms that low magnesium uptake cannot.

I had been pressurising her for many months because it was clear they were already fobbing her off .. despite not knowing about several things she has experiencing .. then said they were going to refer and did not .. and has four children to deal with along with cervical cancer.

I had already warned her about low magnesium the very same day she had just been told she had low magnesium after a blood test result. I had been diagnosed with low magnesium something like four years ago and had obviously been going on a bloody lot longer than four years. Fifteen would be my estimation. Possibly more.

Ergo .. mine now might be quite serious as I am still having difficulties despite taking supplements and wondering if there is an issue of my body actually being able to absorb magnesium?

THE HANDS FINALLY GET DIRTY

Well what do you know?

I have been meaning to post this for several days but I have been preoccupied with .. a barrage of symptoms and kept forgetting to do it.

In the distant past, well it has now been going on for a decade, many online like DPAC and its members constantly blamed organisations like Atos for the bad treatment of disabled people. I was constantly telling them that it was not Atos on their own. They believed that if the Department of Work and Pensions knew of their activities they would get rid of them. I stated as a matter of fact that Atos were merely doing what they were told to do.

Many would not accept these facts.

They know it now.

I got into trouble once online for stating that it was planned by the government to have their new disability living allowance, suspiciously named Personal Independence Payments, was to disappear by 2020 and become part of Universal Credit. Boy that one set of a fire too! People were demanding that I get my post kicked off along with myself?! It took me by surprise, the reaction.

I often wonder how different things might have been even for my daughter, my grandchildren and myself had people listened to me way back when?

What the DWP were not willing to do is get their own hands dirty .. and the governments plan went just as intended. Everyone aiming their ire at the hired thugs when it was the DWP and the government all along.

Several years have gone by of screwing people's lives over for money.

But finally the DWP are up to the tricks and been caught at it that they have previously hired others to do .. and this one is a bit of a doozey ..

They have been asking leisure centres for video footage of anyone with a disability so that they can then take their money away. Their disability. Except it is not that simple ..

When I consider myself .. I can never see myself ever attending a leisure centre and if I did it would only ever be for swimming. But my physical ability is only half of my issue and with the physical issues alone there are several. But it seems when I try to ignore the pain and try to do that which I want to do .. I suffer. But I suffer both physically and mentally and it is not just overdoing it and getting tired that triggers my mental health issues. Pressure and stress along with worry also do the exact same.

In other words .. there are disabilities that you cannot see on a video of someone. Hidden disabilities that I am all too familiar with. So degrading is it that you get to low points where you either do not want to wake up in the morning or pray for something terminal, like cancer. But even so I have been hearing that they even treat people with cancer like absolute shite!

TRAPPED IN A CHAIR

The Armchair Activist on Facebook has published another post and this time it is about a 24 year old woman called Lorna Taylor .. who suffers with Multiple Sclerosis and has been refused Personal Independence Payments that proves once and for all everything I have stated for five and a half years ..

That the government was going to dump every single disability off the benefits system .. meaning that there first port of call was to take away any financial support so that every single person got the same on the welfare system. But it was never going to end there ..

.. eventually they would have gotten rid of the welfare system altogether down the line and one Tory MP even stated as much in a Russia Today interview that I linked on here and can be found on YouTube.

But this is something that would take years to do and as they like to feign their surprise over the financial crisis you wonder why they would make mention of an intention that they cannot possibly carry out for well beyond five years down the line?

So what else do they know that they are not telling us?!

Also anyone notice the announcements about council tax rises?!

It has already gone way beyond ridiculous and into the realms madness and the figures have long since not been able to add up and it just keeps on going.

They are creating large armies of people without considering the numbers of these armies on their own and certainly have not considered the numbers if these armies are combined!

What armies? The victims of the public services ..

Those that have been victims of the Police, Local Councils, the DWP and the NHS and there will no doubt be others I have not thought of. Pretty big and rapidly expanding, if currently segmented, army if you ask me.

THE FOLLOW ON

Well there is a report with a figure but it does not look right to me.

After the Disability Rights UK article in the last post suggesting that people were mostly happy with disability assessments a report was published with some number. That number is 4,000 or just so you do not think there is a typo, four thousand.

I had totally forgotten bout the Work & Pensions Select Committee of which I became involved letting them know of everything that went before and everything that was, or indeed was not, going on currently. After a cut down report they asked for more and stated they wanted to publish it. The late Michael Meacher MP also wanted to use my data in January 2013 and asked for permission to do so in the House of Commons to attack Iain Duncan-Smith. How long since IDS quit his job? This started long before I was asked by Michael Meacher if he could use my story. How long has this been going on then? How many times has the dishonesty of the DWP and their hetnchmen, like Atos and Capita, been reported? But they seem to be just catching them and reporting on them being dishonest now?! Do the court involved get there moment in the spotlight? After all you have to be incompetent to miss this for so long and if you did see it should have dished out some court orders to these people?

So .. most people were happy with PIP and ESA assessments were they? Four thousand complaints just in the weeks or two months at most after the Work & Pension Select Committee asked for them? This is not taking into account that most people would not have noticed the call for people to contact them, I nearly missed it myself. Nor does it take into account that these assessments have been complained about for several years beforehand.

Also and as someone pointed out on DPAC's Facebook page .. "Did anyone ask us?!" The answer is no .. they did not. Well done, Disability Rights UK for missing out that other disability chairities were not asked to ask their members. Where was the pinned request on DPAC's Facebook page, or Black Triangle's or Disability Rights UK for that matter?! I did not see one. In fact I cannot recall how I discovered it .. might have been messaged, notified or tagged by someone on Facebook? Might have stumbed across it on a webpage myself? Might have been emailed with the link from one disability group or another? I simply cannot recall.

So .. still being fecked over or not provided service and support by all the above. Just some little mention in some little article, all of which avoided like the plague by the TV News groups, that never gets followed up. Almost as if we were intentionally being mislead by those publishing some of these articles? You do have to ask yourself this question.

Oh and .. when your a disability assessor one question you can ask and get away with is this ..

"So when did you catch Down's Syndrome?"?!

Umm .. recall me banging on about how they are not qualified to assess disabilities and how they are not even general medical professionals not even to GP standard, let alone specialists?!

THE BOMB THAT HAS ALREADY TICKED

Well I have been missing the odd report.

I was kind of tied up, with pubic service failures and gathering evidence trust me, for four months and busy for six months before that. I still kinda am .. or at least have things to achieve but I am pacing myself. Due to memory and health issues.

So I recently posted articles about PIP being re-reviewed, Atos being found guilty of lying and a few others.

Oddly I came across a report on Disability Rights UK's website where it states that MP's 'find' claimants are 'mainly' satisfied with PIP & ESA assessments .. but there are problems.

Out of dozens of people I know only one has not complained but he is the only one that has not been assessed in recent times and therefore .. STILL on DLA so is ruled out. That means that 100% thus far disabled people have complained.

What I hate about the article is it seems to be portrayed as it is a fact. Like there is nothing wrong with assessments, or at least very little which can be expected of anything like this ..

Anyone that has been here regularly knows I have not trusted charities in a very, very long time.

Then I would like to point out a particular court appearance I experienced with a biased judge called Judge Mark of the HMCTS ..

• Explained ..
• I did not attend assessments as there were between five and forty miles away
• Later found out they had assessment centre two miles away
• I did not travel five to forty miles because everyone knows they lie and well documented and reported as such online
• Now being reported on widely and nationally so
• But three very lame and amateurish attempts to label me as a liar
• All failed, none mentioned in report all of which on here .. I think?

I have no issues posting and publishing things because I have nothing to hide and am honest about things that occur. No point in being dishonest and .. well you would soon get caught out and the HMCTS, DWP, Atos, Capita and Maximus all seem to have forgotten one simple rule followed by one fact ..

THAT DAY HAS COME

Well, well, well .. what do we have 'ere then?

According to the story in the link below our beloved Atos .. have been taken to court and found to be dishonest about someone's assessment and ordered to pay £5,000 in damages?!

That is no less than sweet music to my ears and .. ooh yes please, I will take that!

If this occurred with me right now it would completely turn around the absolute mess they turned my life into and I can go right back to where I was and with all the tools I planned to buy but did not acquire .. by doing the job of the public services for them.

There might even be a certain .. person at Arrowe Park Hospital I might visit and state .. "Oh I do not get my money back do I for doing the job the public services are paid to do? Well lookee here and see that? Read it and weep .. arsehole!"

I am amazed it has taken this long for something like this to happen while at the exact same time wondering how they did it?

Yes I do have m own solicitor and I feel fortunate to have one after the very long search to find a representative for my case.

I am also wondering whether or not there will be more and also whether Capita and Maxima will be found guilty in time?

The disabled victim of Atos, Vanessa Haley from Huddersfield, stated the following interesting statement ..

“We are constantly being lied about, repressed and vilified. Many disabled people have become even further isolated by this system and have lost much, if not all of their care.”

The people behind the website, the Disability News Service, also made the following interesting statement ..

Disability News Service has been investigating claims of dishonesty at the heart of the PIP assessment system for more than a year, and has heard from nearly 300 disabled people who have made such allegations.

I can assure you that more than 300 people have complained about this. You only need to fnd the news story, which I posted about and linked on here, to find that they are reviewing 1.6 million disability claims.

I would like to see the name PIP, or Personal Independence Payments, gone! I would like the 'Personal' word replaced with 'Disabled' so that it becomes clear what it is for and that they give a shit about people with disabilities.

There was an interesting statement about the victim which was too close to home for me and sent a shiver down my spine ..

She now experiences “constant paranoia” about being misdiagnosed by GPs and other healthcare professionals. She has also begun self-harming.

The victim also stated the following, which was also a bit too close for comfort ..

 “It is rarely absent from my thoughts, and as a result my anxiety is through the roof.”

Well I previously stated that I felt like we was at the beginning .. of the end? After seeing and reading this on Facebook where it was posted on DPAC's Facebook page I am feeling more confident than I have been in a long time.

Fingers crossed now for everyone out there that suffers from a disability and who has suffered at the hands of these evil doers.

PIPPED AT THE POST

I never thought I would see the day?!

I'd been hearing that something was supposed to change with PIP, or Personal Independent Payments. I was told something on the phone earlier today. I decided to look to see if there was anything reported by the BBC via their app and there is.

"The government was wrong to cut PIP benefits in the first place, wrong to bring in the PIP regulations last year and it was wrong to repeatedly ignore the views of the courts"

That was a quote I agreed with but I never thought I would see quoted and especially after the government, or at least someone, admitted they were wrong.

But what bought about this sudden change?

Have they saved enough money and decided to ease off the brakes?

Have they realised that it's not actually helping their cause?

Have they realised that they are not going to look good to anyone offer this and in fact look bad?

Have they realised that the history books of the future will reflect badly in them?

Have they realised that with the Internet in everyone's pocket now they can't hide what they truly are?

Did they read any of the above on this blog and shit their pants? Hard? Boom!! Lol.

I don't know what the truth is but I'm just relieved to hear this news. I'm pleased for so many people that are suffering, have been suffering but which might now come to an end?

I also can't help wondering if this is why both myself and my solicitor heard from the HMCTS out of the blue? This seems to suggest that I am likely to get my own PIP back but I'll believe it when I see it and .. it's a bit too late to prevent a whole load of damage done to me and others around me.

However .. this might be repairable. As and when the previous decision is reversed and I am paid.

It's a little .. annoying right now but I've got it in hand .. to a degree ..

I've got three possibilities right now .. well, no actually it's four possibilities.

As I'm constantly .. well around a third of my time thinking about someone, another third of the time thinking about someone else and the last third .. keeping busy, doing jobs, cycling too far and .. collapsing because of greying and blacking out. Good job this room is bloody narrow!

I was spotted going .. so to speak and I didn't realise until I heard someone say "What was that?" and it took a few seconds for me to wonder if they were talking to me. I turned around and they were indeed looking at me. I said "nothing". They then assumed it was the stuff on my room. I said "It's not that .. don't worry about it" but they don't worry anyway.

Someone else spotted .. something else and asked what it was and I replied "it's nothing, don't worry about it".

These people are not used to me .. not revealing things when asked. Not used to me not informing them of things either.

It seems no one had paid much attention in the last five years?! Lol.

Didn't expect things to get a bad as they did, in all honesty. But then I didn't expect the government and public services to do what they are doing to their very own people. Well they were already treating their own people badly and have been for a number of years. But not to the depths that they have the last year or two.

Hopefully this news report now signals that this is coming to an end and things will turn around for a lot of people? Hoping this occurs due a few I know as well as myself?

It's going to be an interesting couple of months, that is for certain.

A few weeks to a month for three things I have going on to pan out OK. One of these I've tried to pull off for five years now. No. Two of these I've tried to pull off for five years. One took a little longer than I thought. Another took a lot longer than I thought. The other .. has had a delay of a couple of weeks. But two have the potential to be productive in a few days to a couple of weeks. The other two have the potential to be productive in a couple of weeks to a couple of months.

In the meantime I have to sort out two things .. I'm holding off for one .. which I may be able to do in person .. and get done quicker, my passport. The other can be done later on .. maybe not even here?!

For now I only need one to get by and get things .. done.

Oh boy .. just one thing becoming productive would have me racing off with a smile.

Ooh boy .. two things would have me leaping with joy.

Oooh boy .. three things would have me pass out from shock.

Oooooh boy .. four things? Shit .. I only have my own blood pressure monitor .. I need my own defibrillator?!

We are talking one month here. Not two or three years as before for one single plan, no-no-no. I say again, just one month. At the outside. By then some things should be done and the others should have set dates or would be obvious what was going, or indeed 'not going', to happen. One month .. or less.

I keep imagining giving out that bloody big sigh of relief. That slowly escaping breath you get from some big relief, knowing that what had stressed you out for so long is finally over. For good.

Do you know the trouble I find with all advice centres and solicitors even?

Oh and you can add in ombudsman in all this, governing bodies and the political opposition parties that include Jeremy Corbyn ..

They do not read all your letters and all your emails reports.

Do you know what else they do not do?

Do any fucking research and after years and years of people being murdered they come up with just a few cases.

YouTube is a good place to research so I will do so once again what so many have not done for years before me to date.

Here is a long list of YouTube videos regarding the DWP, Atos and even one Atos staff member admitting that I tried to tell people over and over again that Atos only do what the DWP tell them to!

All I kept hearing was that if the DWP knew what Atos was doing they would get rid of them and it would be all over .. I said, "Like feck it would!"

Of the videos I have linked below I have seen .. ONE. I have not seen the others .. speakers do not work and .. well I do not need to listen to them. I know pretty much what they are going to say and it is damning.

Worst of all look at some of the dates .. note that I think most of these were about Atos, formerly Atos Healthcare and a French company based in Paris that was masquerading as a British company.

Now consider there are three others added to this list which was previously just one?! One that got caught out and the Tories said they was going to get rid of .. even Nick DeBois lied toi my face and told me they had discovered what they was doing and were getting rid of them .. ooh did I mentioned I have that on tape, figuratively speaking? Oh dear. But they went nowhere and another three organisations just like them added to them?!

Now you see the news media reports about children and people starving!

Yeah well sorry mainstream media like the BBC and ITV News but you are partly responsible and you have been paid millions upon millions while I have been trying to raise awareness of this for free and I have had no thanks at all.

I even tried to tell about this 6 years ago and you did not even flinch .. not so much as an acknowledgement. Now you look like the proverbial white knights .. now that it has all gone wrong like I predicted it would over 6 year beforehand. I started blogging in 2012 and I contacted all tabloids .. ALL tabloids and TV News Media groups back in 2011. Maybe even earlier actually? Yeah I still have the sent emails, LMAO!

Grand scale crimes against a large portion of the British public while stealing money of the rest of them to commit these crimes while the proverbial books are thrown at people breaking the law just to survive or feed their children.

Where does it stop and when does the British law stop being warped into something far more sinister and beyond recognisable as a joke any more?

Consider this is just a small percentage of videos. Consider that those that record their assessments, umm .. like I did, would only be a tiny percentage. I can assure you that if you look my number of just over a dozen could very well have a third figure to it. Consider too that those that had a similar experience but did not record their assessments could have yet another figure or two added to that.
So what are dozens could very well be hundreds of videos that could be thousands or tens of thousands of similar assessments.

Yet HMCTS were ot interested in this widely known fact .. now was they interested in the fact that theu tried to send me 40 miles away or further when they had a building a mile from my house tat had been there several years.

Yup Judge Miss Mark and the HMCTS are just as corrupt and selfish as the Tories, DWP & Atos and sit their like lords while they steal far more of your taxes than the accuse disabled people of doing.

THE GENTLEMAN'S EXCUSE ME

Well this was a close one.

Do not get man of these but the last time it was .. less then two days. A Telegraph report about something Theresa May stated that I had stated two days before had .. been broadcast. I am not entirely sure when she stated the fact that PIP and ESA was going and by 2020? But it was what I stated in the DPAC group 36 to 48 hours before that .. caused me a surprising amount of bother.

Being someone that likes to cut in and dance around the edge's with death I am kind of used to it.

But a number of people reacted .. some upset and others .. angrily and it was even put forward that I should be kicked form the group?!

I was not even in there when all this was being said .. then spotted it and tried to defend what I said. It was demanded of me that I reveal my source but this would have made absolutely no difference whatsoever. I refused. To me that was proof.

But to naive people that think themselves intelligent because they know a few big words .. it was not proof of my integrity. They wanted a name. A name they would not recognise ad would just get the guy fired. It was not going to happen.

That was how I met a number of people and one in particular was Gail Ward.

She private messaged me and I had just been kicked off a Fibromyalgia group for saying the same thing and the first thing I said was "Go on? I know how this is going to go I have just been kicked somewhere else" She explained that she was not going to do that and just assured me I could confide in her .. I trusted her so I did.

Several people then believed me .. some did not.

Two days later when word got around that it indeed was a statement of fact .. some apologised .. others did not. Big to open their mouths .. not so big to open their mouths when they have made mistakes and do not look quite so intelligent anymore.

Disabilities do not change human character. At least not to that extent.

Still .. I do it to help people .. if I am going to get a backlash over something .. so be it .. I at least tried and maybe, just maybe I might reach and help some people with open minds who know me well enough to listen.

My solicitor from Mary Ward Legal was not aware that the government had changed the law on sanctions, going from 'Illegal', yes they were and you better believe it, to 'Legal'. She was not aware and neither was she aware that in the sanctions they are not touching your rent payments. They told me that at my first visit to the Job Centre in Price Street Birkenhead where I now unfortunately reside. Only because things are worse here with the authorities than they were in the place I left.

Someone much ore selfish than me would see this as a field day .. a gift from God, if you prefer. But I was saddened by this, what I was hearing and what I was seeing.

So .. with one of the best stories around now becoming instantly twice as bad as it was before and right in the belly of the beast.

There was only a matter of time before they realised it. Upon realising this they might .. see a major problem .. or threat.

That is what I have trying to be for the last 8 years.

Unfortunately for them .. they thought I had only done this for a few weeks when they discovered my dastardly plans. To counter dastardly plans you have to have equally dastardly plans but doing these in both a genuine, legal as well as factual manner .. well that is not easy. Especially when you do not have the resources of a big news network like Rupert Murdoch. Ooh he has just sold Fox for $54 Billion plus .. maybe he is coming after me?!

Well I did get warned about this .. many, many times. The first few weeks in which I started .. to a few days ago 5.5 years after I started. Plus others in-between.

Now I thought I would succeed a lot quicker then this and thought it wold be all over in a year or two and .. well no. It just did not happen like that.

I had built up a lot of evidence before I even started blogging .. thought it as enough .. thought I would hit the ground running and in the first yer or two the stories would race around and people would slowly flock to read my blogs.

I said it before it is like an illusion conjured up my a Magician. You are 'wowed' by the illusion but as soon as you know how it is done the lustre wears off .. so to speak.

Oh .. Spire Healthcare are on the TV for lying and it turns out that my daughter worked for them and knew about the lying. Should have seen the loo on her face when I explained not only did I know who Spire Healthcare was and that I covered them four years or so ago when I thought I had Charcot Marie Tooth Disease before later realising it was Fibromyalgia.

The story involves a weird one when I was on my way to the appointment but in the main part of the building, which was the wrong one. A tall blond man was walking towards me while speaking to someone else and he glanced at me. He stopped mid sentence and did ore or less a double-take. Dominick Mort.

As I passed by I wondered why this man had done this .. realised. or came to the conclusion that this was the man I was about to see, in a completely different part of the building and that he recognised me. I asked myself ow in the feck he knew who I was because at no point in my medical history had anyone taken a picture of me. At least not while I was conscious.

Of course he later turned out to the man I was about to see and someone I was in contact with at the time checked him out and told me all about Spire Healthcare.

I digress. Well in my defence it was something on TV and something that I covered and told the news media about years ago.

So I was tagged in something tonight.

The Work & Pensions Select Committee was contacted by me over a week ago .. in fact I had a response at the end of last week. They wanted to use my case and I blogged about it. I told them I would send a way better and more detailed report that would likely contain three times the data that I had already sent them. After all .. I only complained about UC and NEA. I did not go into details about DLA, PIP, IB and JSA along with HMCTS.

I then blogged that I did that.

I am sure that the powers that be have been trying to find a way to stop me for a very, very long time and I have seen instances where websites have been closed down. Even the infamous Calum's List is now gone but can be found on Facebook. That is no safe refuge either and I spoke to someone a few years back that was closing his Facebook page down because of threats from solicitors.

In fact is it not funny that all solicitor tend to do now is evil deeds? In my mind around 90% of the protect those with large amounts of money that invariably got up to no good. Those that are innocent tend to be the poorest and .. there is no recourse to justice anymore because justice commands a huge fee.

Yeah there are these 'pro bono' solicitors but you would stand a better chance of finding rocking horse shit! Where are they?

Five and a half years of blogging my guts out, uploading videos and audio recordings at my own expense .. putting up with my various issues and continuing on almost unabated. Where are all the contacts? Where are the offers of help? Advice even?

You start asking yourself whether or not 80% or more of he British populace are just amoral and just hide it from the public eye?

It may be too early to come to those conclusions and/or that may be because something else may be at play? Maybe the majority of the population is not .. amoral and maybe something is preventing the 'word' from getting out? Who knows?

So Atos, Capita and Maximus are going are they and half of the staff and heads at the DWP going to prison for breaking the laws and then manipulating and changing the laws so they can keep on causing suffering and .. well breaking the laws .. just the previous laws?!

THE TRICKY PARTS

Yeah ..

There are times when it is not easy being here.

Others think they have the whole system worked out and want you to help in ways that .. you simply do not want to.

I just failed in doing that and this could have led to a disciplinary for job that has not even started yet.

This is a job I m not sure that is going to work anyway as according to what I have read you can only keep a piss-poor amount of money and yet it is being targetted because of a new house which is going to need carpeting for a start.

The due to the children involved it is going to need all manner of other things besieged and I even I can draw up a pretty decent list. Just from the little time I have spent here.

Oddly this attitude has changed from the one that thought that the authorities had made so many mistakes and that so many failed to turn up qt meetings that as an apology and to make up for their long list of consistent failures .. that this would all be provided for them, which in m mind they should be doing anyway. They, at least, used to! Even with just your average children they used to provide everything a mother needed.

So it is a little hard trying to keep track of everything.

I had been placed on the spot .. twice and I received a phone-call regarding me being put forward as a reference. But being placed on the spot I quickly answered accordingly. This was a professional reference and .. I this instance there was a conflict of interest which I was not even aware could be the case with a professional reference. Oh well .. you learn something new all the time.

The thing is I think I was expected to .. fib?

This is not nor never has been my policy and if I had it could have created complications for me, my endeavours, getting what I am owed, getting any compensation that may or may not be due and .. a certain Work & Pensions Select Committee?

For a job that is probably not needed, only out of desperation without checking the facts, tht I m not sure can be preformed at any rate.

To be fair .. the person in question was quickly asked on the spot .. and even asked if she could come back the same day .. like within the hour to do some training. At the same time they was asked for a professional reference and what with my degree and turning down a Doctorate at Middlesex University they just instinctively said my name.

Well that was that. Luckily I hve since had another conversation and it has not caused any tricky situations but .. I just do not lie and I thought this, at least, was understood. So even without my memory problems I m not used to coming up with some cock and bull story t the drop of the proverbial hat.

Wold not look good for me with my own endeavours or in the event that results from three certain tests mean I will have to .. do something I am not even sure I can do. Especially here. I do not know the area, the authorities any of the help and support available.

It is a terrifying prospect and that is provided that the .. ultimate consequence arrives and I manage to live through it. I honestly cannot see how I can and I have been through two that were heart-breaking.

Anyway .. that was that.

My other concern is that of the Work & Pensions Select Committee. Or more rather my report that I submitted. It is .. lot to report. It can be .. overwhelming but it is always vital to me that you include all information whether it is vital or not. Because I cannot decide if it is vital or not.

I worked in the legal industry and those I helped were friends for a long time beforehand and afterwards too.

So .. I know only too well that sometimes things that you think would be important re not and things that you think are not turn out to be important.

I have h to explain this to so many people over the years it simply not true. During long phone conversations lasting up to five hours I would be told that someone appealing state something in court and I would have to say “I know it sounds wrong and I agree that it is .. but they wont be interested in that or other things”. It is about the rights and wrongs, the facts and the lies.

However .. this is different. It is a process of telling horror stories regarding what the DWP have been up to and contradicting their base argument for their actions.

There is no one better than me for that .. very literally .. because ..

• I did the NEA course and because I invested £20,000 of my own money .. before being stabbed in the back .. showing that I was serious and that they told lies
• This wasted thousands more than I planned
• That I was awarded disability money TWICE, so had cause and reason to receive it but ..
• That I had disability stopped twice ..
• That I then moved 250 miles because I knew that the DWP along with a Local Council and the Police would let down my daughter .. victim of domestic violence and that ..
• Two grandchildren were reported to have Autism and I knew that the public services would let them down too .. and ..
• Tht my daughter showed signs of having my disability that I now discover is behind my new heart and chest symptoms as well as damaging my eyes and .. linked to cancer ..
• Which I found out because they a lump in my daughter's body, one being suspicious and needed a biopsy ..
• The found a second lump and then a third in three separate areas of her body

That is the extremely short version where the report I submitted goes into detail about what I was and was not told by the NHS, that the Probate Court did not investigate £35,000 of inheritance stolen from each of nine family members, no will.

The victimisation of me and my family looks fucking bad just looking at the last 10 month alone.

What the report contains is details of this going back for no less then fifteen years in some cases and twenty years in others.

That I have had several lines said to me that describes it all ..

• Person One: “Why does this keep happening to us?!”

• Person Two: “Nothing good ever happens to our family!”

But if there is one thing I am it is ..

DISRUPTIVE ..

Or t least I have the extreme potential to be disruptive and that .. tends to scare people.

But if this so-called parliamentary committee is entirely genuine at fixing what is right with this country and want to first identify the corruption, tricks and lies to the British public that have been ongoing for so long then ..

.. they would do well to heed my words.

Because all we have had up to now is my methods copied, lots of people having the finger pointed at them. Them in turn pointing the fingers at others. Public services being listed as 'inadequate' by various bodies while things continue on the exact same.

The one part in all this I find the most infuriating is that fact that all this has done nothing at all to the country's position, debt wise. Nothing.

The one thing that they do and have been claiming for a fair old while now is numbers of which absolutely no one, investigative journalists not excluded, has looked into in any great detail.

Jobless numbers have been going down but failing too mention the tens of thousands that have died by their actions alone.

Oh and of course there are the disabled people that, when last I looked, well over 120,000 people had died as a direct result of their actions that almost included me in that list.

I have all the links to all the necessary websites, documents, audio recordings, videos and blogs.

I have all the predictions that eventually turned out to be true.

I predicted the financial collapse long before it was even being whispered about.

A document by document, blow by blow, day by day, week by week, month by month and year by year account of all the highly suspect failings of absolutely everyone involved and then some.

Good God. The very thought that this all now might soon be over is kind of .. head spinning.

While at the very same time I cannot help thinking that this will just turn out to be another dead-end road?!
