VINDICATION

I still don't trust the courts.

But as it turns out The Canary had published an article that seems to state that that a court had effectively given the middle finger against the DWP over their treatment of disabled people.

They even said they take no notice at all of anything Atoms says.

It gets even better when I believe it stated that neither the DWP or Autos turned up to defend themselves.

The author states at what a national and global disgrace it is that this had been going on with the abuse of human rights.

Which begs the question ..

Forgetting the fact that all this has somehow remained in place and fully operational despite all the reports and court cases but ..

Can we now expect these things to be dissolved and for people to go to jail for serious crimes that were performed effectively en masse?!

They do this with war criminals and they only killed people ..

.. this has very literally been a fate worse than death, still is, and I've not been eating because I have had enough and want to die ..

Though to be fair .. I've eaten because I've been forced out in pain because others only think of themselves. I get bad muscle pains, aches and severe spasms when I overdo it and I don't mind death but do mind pain and especially the severe types. What with low magnesium and all.

My thighs and calf muscles feel .. tight and that makes me .. apprehensive.

Despite these reports I cannot help thinking that the are just tokenism cases.

I still have no confidence in mine that it now looks like I won't make it to.

Very tired, severe pain, apprehension, sore throat and I'll have a nervous breakdown travelling there to something I'm going to get railroaded over for the fifth time.

Now I have this new information regarding Behcet's Disease which my daughter has been diagnosed with, is linked to Fibromyalgia and explains most, if not all, the symptoms that low magnesium uptake cannot.

I had been pressurising her for many months because it was clear they were already fobbing her off .. despite not knowing about several things she has experiencing .. then said they were going to refer and did not .. and has four children to deal with along with cervical cancer.

I had already warned her about low magnesium the very same day she had just been told she had low magnesium after a blood test result. I had been diagnosed with low magnesium something like four years ago and had obviously been going on a bloody lot longer than four years. Fifteen would be my estimation. Possibly more.

Ergo .. mine now might be quite serious as I am still having difficulties despite taking supplements and wondering if there is an issue of my body actually being able to absorb magnesium?

THE HANDS FINALLY GET DIRTY

Well what do you know?

I have been meaning to post this for several days but I have been preoccupied with .. a barrage of symptoms and kept forgetting to do it.

In the distant past, well it has now been going on for a decade, many online like DPAC and its members constantly blamed organisations like Atos for the bad treatment of disabled people. I was constantly telling them that it was not Atos on their own. They believed that if the Department of Work and Pensions knew of their activities they would get rid of them. I stated as a matter of fact that Atos were merely doing what they were told to do.

Many would not accept these facts.

They know it now.

I got into trouble once online for stating that it was planned by the government to have their new disability living allowance, suspiciously named Personal Independence Payments, was to disappear by 2020 and become part of Universal Credit. Boy that one set of a fire too! People were demanding that I get my post kicked off along with myself?! It took me by surprise, the reaction.

I often wonder how different things might have been even for my daughter, my grandchildren and myself had people listened to me way back when?

What the DWP were not willing to do is get their own hands dirty .. and the governments plan went just as intended. Everyone aiming their ire at the hired thugs when it was the DWP and the government all along.

Several years have gone by of screwing people's lives over for money.

But finally the DWP are up to the tricks and been caught at it that they have previously hired others to do .. and this one is a bit of a doozey ..

They have been asking leisure centres for video footage of anyone with a disability so that they can then take their money away. Their disability. Except it is not that simple ..

When I consider myself .. I can never see myself ever attending a leisure centre and if I did it would only ever be for swimming. But my physical ability is only half of my issue and with the physical issues alone there are several. But it seems when I try to ignore the pain and try to do that which I want to do .. I suffer. But I suffer both physically and mentally and it is not just overdoing it and getting tired that triggers my mental health issues. Pressure and stress along with worry also do the exact same.

In other words .. there are disabilities that you cannot see on a video of someone. Hidden disabilities that I am all too familiar with. So degrading is it that you get to low points where you either do not want to wake up in the morning or pray for something terminal, like cancer. But even so I have been hearing that they even treat people with cancer like absolute shite!

THE BOMB THAT HAS ALREADY TICKED

Well I have been missing the odd report.

I was kind of tied up, with pubic service failures and gathering evidence trust me, for four months and busy for six months before that. I still kinda am .. or at least have things to achieve but I am pacing myself. Due to memory and health issues.

So I recently posted articles about PIP being re-reviewed, Atos being found guilty of lying and a few others.

Oddly I came across a report on Disability Rights UK's website where it states that MP's 'find' claimants are 'mainly' satisfied with PIP & ESA assessments .. but there are problems.

Out of dozens of people I know only one has not complained but he is the only one that has not been assessed in recent times and therefore .. STILL on DLA so is ruled out. That means that 100% thus far disabled people have complained.

What I hate about the article is it seems to be portrayed as it is a fact. Like there is nothing wrong with assessments, or at least very little which can be expected of anything like this ..

Then I would like to point out a particular court appearance I experienced with a biased judge called Judge Mark of the HMCTS ..

• Explained ..
• I did not attend assessments as there were between five and forty miles away
• Later found out they had assessment centre two miles away
• I did not travel five to forty miles because everyone knows they lie and well documented and reported as such online
• Now being reported on widely and nationally so
• But three very lame and amateurish attempts to label me as a liar
• All failed, none mentioned in report all of which on here .. I think?

I have no issues posting and publishing things because I have nothing to hide and am honest about things that occur. No point in being dishonest and .. well you would soon get caught out and the HMCTS, DWP, Atos, Capita and Maximus all seem to have forgotten one simple rule followed by one fact ..

YouTube is a good place to research so I will do so once again what so many have not done for years before me to date.

Worst of all look at some of the dates .. note that I think most of these were about Atos, formerly Atos Healthcare and a French company based in Paris that was masquerading as a British company.

Now consider there are three others added to this list which was previously just one?! One that got caught out and the Tories said they was going to get rid of .. even Nick DeBois lied toi my face and told me they had discovered what they was doing and were getting rid of them .. ooh did I mentioned I have that on tape, figuratively speaking? Oh dear. But they went nowhere and another three organisations just like them added to them?!

Now you see the news media reports about children and people starving!

Yeah well sorry mainstream media like the BBC and ITV News but you are partly responsible and you have been paid millions upon millions while I have been trying to raise awareness of this for free and I have had no thanks at all.

I even tried to tell about this 6 years ago and you did not even flinch .. not so much as an acknowledgement. Now you look like the proverbial white knights .. now that it has all gone wrong like I predicted it would over 6 year beforehand. I started blogging in 2012 and I contacted all tabloids .. ALL tabloids and TV News Media groups back in 2011. Maybe even earlier actually? Yeah I still have the sent emails, LMAO!

Grand scale crimes against a large portion of the British public while stealing money of the rest of them to commit these crimes while the proverbial books are thrown at people breaking the law just to survive or feed their children.

Where does it stop and when does the British law stop being warped into something far more sinister and beyond recognisable as a joke any more?

Consider this is just a small percentage of videos. Consider that those that record their assessments, umm .. like I did, would only be a tiny percentage. I can assure you that if you look my number of just over a dozen could very well have a third figure to it. Consider too that those that had a similar experience but did not record their assessments could have yet another figure or two added to that.
So what are dozens could very well be hundreds of videos that could be thousands or tens of thousands of similar assessments.

Yet HMCTS were ot interested in this widely known fact .. now was they interested in the fact that theu tried to send me 40 miles away or further when they had a building a mile from my house tat had been there several years.

Yup Judge Miss Mark and the HMCTS are just as corrupt and selfish as the Tories, DWP & Atos and sit their like lords while they steal far more of your taxes than the accuse disabled people of doing.

THE PROFIT FROM DEATH

Undertakers must be tossing in their sleep?

I thought I would add just one more post regarding the treatment of disabled people by the government and those who are effectively their .. henchmen.

Now what I am going to tell you I kind of knew previously .. except the figures, I believe currently any way, have gone up since then.

Now you have to consider what it is that they are doing to the most vulnerable in society, which are those with disabilities.

They have been trying to kick them off Disability Living Allowance and still doing this since they bought in what was originally intended as its replacement, Personal Independent Payments, which is not going to be around for very long anyway. Because it is to be 'absorbed' for want of a better word, into Universal Credit and this was by 2020. Whether this date means everywhere at once or the last of the places to lose PIP I do not know.

So what do you do when you want to stop supporting and paying people with life changing disabilities where getting to your local shop can be a challenge and causes you to stop and thinking your about to have a heart attack.

I know because that is me and that is just something that has bothered e the last year ro 18 months ad does not include everything else. Pain from walking, pain from standing still, different pain fro descending stairs, aches, pains, tiredness (well it is a kind of sleep disorder), insomnia, bad anxiety and short term memory loss among many other things. That is just mine. God know what others suffer with.

I have been on DLA .. had it cancelled .. appealed and lost and not knowing what it was that affected me at the time.

When I later found out and had it diagnosed I then reapplied for PIP, got turned down, told them I know that they lie and had recordings .. they rang me up reversing the decision and then .. 18 months later cancelled it again. For not turning up for an assessment I have NEVER turned up for. Because they deliberately made them far away up to 30 to 50 miles when they had one a mile away from my house they failed to mention. I lost the appeal for the argument for not travelling 50 miles, because I travelled 6 miles on empty buses to a hospital appointment for an ECG over black-outs and grey-outs. Had head MRI too but the judge, Miss Mark, did not give a flying fuck about that just as I did not give a flying fuck about her three failed attempts to call me a liar that then stayed of the decision paperwork.

Yeah so what do you do to make everyone's lives a misery so that you can save a bit of money?

What you do is you take two firms and you pay them half a billion pounds in a single year!

Except .. that figure was over £100 million some years ago and .. there are four today when years ago there was only one .. Atos .. who we were told I the news media they were getting rid of three or four years back. The news media has not, however, gone back to the government to ask why they are still there?!

Even Nick DeBois MP, Tory, for Enfield North told me to my face that the found out what Atos were up to and got rid of them. This was not true of course and I told him he was looking at one of the people responsible for getting rid of them due to the evidence I had published and the lies on their letters I had published with the video proof they had lied. I also told him that I was asked my Michael Meacher MP if he cold use my data in the House of Commons to attack Iain Duncan-Smith and send things to the news media.

Of course I had the odd story like mine appear in the news media but after Michael Meacher's email to me this increased .. a lot. I regularly had disbelieving friends and family mention that they had just seen or heard something in the news that was a carbon copy of something I had covered. Many times months or years beforehand.

Yeah .. I always suspected the news media to be honest.

In fact I had suspected many for well over ten years. I moved to Enfield in 2007 and had long since suspected most of them including the mainstream news media. Including those that are now trying to steal the phrase 'fake news' as their own. God how utterly slimey can you get?!

So .. half a billion pounds to just half of the companies in just a single year?!

What will the bill be next year?

What I find utterly funny is how they keep on employing these people, not just the usual thoughts of what kind of rock they lifted up to find people like this.

Well this is another black mark for the Tories and their evil plans and the stealth like schemes .. plus for their Puppeteers who must be uncovered at all costs.

Thousands of disability tests are branded as 'unacceptable' by the governments very own quality control scheme?

I never thought I would ever read that or that the government even had a quality control scheme?! I want to know where in the hell these quality control people have been for the last eight years and is it only because of Frank Field's valiant efforts and some crocodile tears that they have now come out and stated something?!

Who knows.

Atos and Capita have never even met their target once, according to the DWP’s current quality control scheme for Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

Bombshell new figures say neither Atos nor Capita – the outsourcing giants paid more than £500m to assess people for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) – are meeting the target of 97% of assessments conforming to standards.

Latest audits show 6.4% of PIP benefit assessments were deemed “unacceptable” in the three months to October 2017.

I would go as far as stating that they are well under for the figure of 6.4% in that last statement from the webpage below. Well, well, WELL below judging from what I have been hearing.

One Type 1 Diabetic I know constantly insisted that Type 1 Diabetics would not nor never be touched by the government and the DWP and insisted that DLA would not go.

Then one day a friend of his with the same condition has him got told he was being transferred over to PIP and had to re-apply all over again. That surprised him. That was around 6 to 8 months ago now.

A few weeks ago another friend of his with the exact same condition but actually missing a leg had his PIP stopped. He got it back on appeal but I could tell from his voice he was now getting a little worried.

A labour voter all his life and after listening to Katie Hopkins in a radio interview recently he stated to me on the phone "You were right. You were right about EVERYTHING!"

What did he do for a living?

Oh he was only a social worker for Camden Council for 25 years!

TOO MANY SHEEP

I'm having an odd 24 hours.

First up a second test for my Autistic grandchild once again went off the scale. This was a shame but from what I've been seeing not a complete surprise.

I was told that someone asked, I thought the council or school, if it could be down to the domestic abuse that recently took place. It was a resounding, no.

Oddly .. this question came from Victim Support and not from the school or local council, trying to not provide help and support, which was a surprise. Not a complete surprise as I have had dealings with Victim Support before and they were far too closely linked to the local council, both promised to relocate me and .. well .. nothing came of it.

It was a speech and language test and even the simplest questions with 'yes' or 'no' answers were only ever answered with 'what?', 'what?', 'what?' repeatedly.

The same test for my youngest granddaughter didn't take place because they were 'understaffed'. I can't recall if this was the same day that the children came home with permanent marker ink all over their school jumpers? Ruined, if you hadn't guessed.

So far since being here which is just a few weeks I've seen old mobile phones be bought home, candles that are dangerous (one nearly set the living room aflame) actually being made by children and now they let them play with permanent marker pens which ruined their jumpers.

God only knows what's going to occur over the next six months to a year.

I've also had my first ever Halloween party and even did pumpkin carving. Unfortunately most didn't go to plan, one adult threw a mood bringing part of the evening down who then set off a couple of hundred quid in fireworks. Upsetting one child. Oh and my .. um .. 'ex' was present. Nnyyeeah!

As a result of last minute shopping I still didn't get to do two last things I need to do. Bummer!

I've also still been helping out and present at the home more than I'd like to because it's .. exhausting. Hopefully that will change.

I did pick up, finally, a pump for my inflatable bed while picking up the fireworks!

So sleeping and pill taking has been bloody hard and still getting missed. Though I'm trying very hard to consciously think about this.

The trouble is that my memory screwed me throughout the day even when I lived on my own. Being around people brings with it distractions so it gets worse. Add four to six children to that with one being over active, another with serious Autism and another suspected of suffering with it (fingers crossed she isn't and it's mimicking).

Now I spot this BBC report regarding a study into lack of sleep, something I am sure  great many people are experiencing these days?

Someone called 'Trust Me I'm a Doctor' worked on a survey with University of Oxford regarding the effects on people deprived of sleep. In the only one out of four that stated they could detect no ill-effects it turned out that even they did indeed have them.

Just to be clear they let the .. guinea pigs .. or volunteers sleep for eight hours over three nights and then reduced this to four hours over three nights. Just three nights.

A professor at the university believes that the lack of sleep leads to repetitive negative thinking? Well I can vouch for that!

It also appears that the same organisation 'Trust Me I'm A Doctor' did a survey a few years back with Surrey University too?

Well .. that goes against what the government has done through the DWP when it comes to people unfortunate enough to suffer from Fibromyalgia and very likely other sleep deprivation ailments.

In Fibromyalgia, likely Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome to name but two others, the problem is in fact a sleep deprivation one.

Since I have been in my new location in a far away land it has been difficult and I have been certain that part of the problem is worse sleep than normal?

In case you was unaware, as Fibromyalgia is not a widely known ailment and that is what the government/NHS/DWP love, it is a sleep deprivation condition. And then some.

What you go without is the deepest form of sleep known as restorative sleep. In fact what we have is referred to as 'non-restorative sleep'.

The one and only drug known to correct this is also not available in the UK, or the whole of Europe for that matter, called Sodium Oxybate. Bizarrely it is available for sufferers of narcolepsy. It is also available in America for Fibromyalgia.

Forgetting every other of the dozens of symptoms people normally get from Fibromyalgia, from a possible 200 odd, how i the world is anyone supposed to hold down a job, let along a full time one! It is frustrating and that is an understatement.

This is bad even when you go to sleep and as you do not get this restorative sleep anyway after the nights where you sleep very little or not at all things are .. unbearable!

There was once a tie when going without sleep for a single night would just have me groggy in the morning until I had eaten breakfast and I would feel normal after awhile. That was a very long time ago.

There was a point when going without sleep became common and feeling like you were dying and dead tired along with being slow and that confused me. People used to joke it was because I was getting older, except one of these used to go without sleep with me at an older age than I was at when I was having trouble and he was just as I was. OK after breakfast.

Of course after being let down fir years and then lied to for several years and then discovering Fibromyalgia myself and reading a whole book about it absolutely everything made sense.

Not to mention that forcing people to drive to work with this condition on mornings were they might be really bad or slow without realising just how bad is also .. fucking dangerous. Just so they do not have to provide them with any support and force them into work to get more taxes paid and their figures down?

I cannot help but wonder how many accidents have taken place whereby this was the main cause and no one to this day realises it?

Well what do you know?

It is Atos again in a story that is told right here in the North West and in the Liverpool Echo.

Atos found that a councillor, or two, were standing outside their offices giving out advice and leaflets, I think, to disabled people going in to be assessed.

Now one of these people asked the unusual helper if they would accompany them to their assessment and that is when Atos .. well basically lost it and refused .. coming out with bullshit and lies in the process.

Huh? That is funny as they are normally quick to accuse others of that .. despite it being peanuts they receive when compared to the money that Atos and its staff receive.

I guess being a little dishonest when your poor or disabled is a capital crime but being totally full of shit dishonest while making people's lives a misery or abruptly ending their lives altogether is perfectly OK when your a company worth billions?

They had the fucking audacity to claim later on that they were investigating!

What is interesting about this particular news article is that it actually states that Atos was appointed under Labour. Or Tony Blair to be specific which is one of many reasons I went from really liking the man to utterly despising him.

So many people and victims seem to be under the impression that Atos is a Tory thing when this is simply not true as pointed out in this article.

I thought I had managed to get the kicked out of their contract, though to be perfectly honest I never expected anything to improve for anyone and that things would carry on as before but with a different name and a different company. Then Maxima .. Maximus .. Maxi Priest, or whatever it is called, popped up and then Capita started to do stuff along these lines too.

Yeah well when you want absolutely everyone off disability benefits and incapacity benefits of all kinds just one or two companies cheating and lying to get everyone they see off benefits is simply not enough.

I am interested to see what they say when someone puts it to them eventually that it is actually impossible to have nobody with disabilities, other than the plainly obvious, or nobody with incapacitating illnesses? Because mathematically it simply does not work.

But I am sure that the powers that be will come up with some bullshit .. obviously forgetting that they have that with the introduction of the Internet more and more people communicate with each other and immediately at times not just all around Liverpool, in this instance, but around the coutry and around the globe.

I bet they have not stopped to think about what lying, cheating, heartless dumb-fucks they actually look like to a great many people and that this number of people is increasing all the time.

Christ even TV celebrities are tarting to state that everyone is treated like shit and they do not just mean people out of work or on benefits but people working too.

What are the odds that another statement about getting rid of Atos will come out eventually and that nothing will ever come of it or people will realise it is not just Atos but is systemic to the entire system. Indeed to the entire government and on both sides.

Not got a chance to really talk about this as I do not have the time currently..

But as I normally end up forgetting to do 50% of my posts I did not really want to miss this one.

It is just one of many reasons I do not travel,, like I told the DWP and Atos who then twisted my words ... if I travel I will be in pain in several areas, sweat far too much and contend with embarrassing things that are permanent and spontaneous.

So I will be peeved all the time.

Throw in some idiot who is rude and it would be akin to lighting the touch-paper.

Also there was recently a programme on Channel 4 about the disability issues with the DWP I am always talking about. Did not see it, probably would have annoyed me anyway.

Just another thing in the news media that is short and sweet and designed to make the general public,, you know lie those arseholes on the train that only gave a shit about themselves, reason to carry on not taking any notice.

If they treat the sick, disabled and vulnerable like this then what chance do you have?

The only time your not affected and that is if you have large amounts of disposable income whereby hiring a solicitor at £220 to £400 per hour is nothing to you. If you cannot, there is no legal aid and you are just as fecked as the rest of us.

I wonder if anyone bought up the fact they have been not only breaking the law as well as being immoral but that there is an attempt to take a couple of ministers to court over all this? One of them being Iain Duncan-Smith.

So I got a call from a woman at Capita saying "THIS AINT US!!!" and told me it was Atos ... so your taxes are paying for not ONE but TWO organisations where staff can get paid £900 for each and every single day?!

So I typed out another email and sent it to the ever present and seemingly invincibly evil Atos.

I had a few stern words plus I have filled them in the the parts that they did not know!

When I was awarded this they claimed they had no medical records, which meant Atos did not either, despite turning me down several times over 8 years while I tried to get my DLA re-instated before I was forced to apply for PIPs.

Therefore I only told them that Fibromyalgia Syndrome had been diagnosed.

There is also the fact that ... CRAP! I forgot Osteopenia! As I was saying there is also the fact that several other things have emerged since then plus my Fibromyalgia has become worse.

I cannot think of a better way to highlight what lying corrupt creeps all of these people are, including everyone at the DWP?

Because I have the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia and it getting worse, the damaged right knee, the high blood pressure combined with vastly dropping blood pressure from Postural Hypertension and of course there is the back condition and the fact I have bled a lot and stomach cramps like you would not believe and for fourteen hours from what I think is Diverticulitis?

Have I forgotten anything?

Back, Neck, Knee, Fibro, Diverticulitis, High BP, Postural Hypotension oh and the Inguinal Hernia as ever present oesophagitis and hiatus hernia!

DAMN! Forgot the nausea thing!

Why have you sent me a letter for an arrangement to be assessed?

I was granted PIPs only a little over a year ago, it gets assessed every three years, or is this even more of the widening of goal posts?!

Also you know only too well that YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO VISIT ME!!

Just as you FAILED TO DO FOUR TIMES IN THE PAST!!

Or have you been lacking the ability to read your own files?!

Are you so intent on having your conveyer belt going of kicking everyone off disability, sorry PIPs, with a boot at the top kicking people in the nether regions that you ignore the nationwide panning you have been getting from the public?

Or do you not give a toss about the British public’s opinion even though they now know?

I say this because you just send out a letter to someone who now has a registered illness that gets progressively worse and did not even think to check that anything else had occurred in the meantime.

The last time I dealt with you and you lied through your teeth repeatedly with convenient memories things were a little ... different to how they are now! Or did the DWP forget to pint that out?

I know what is on GP letters and I know these get burned when someone asks for them.

Do you know how I know this? Because when IU called the DWP at doing this, they rang me the next morning and without any medial details on me at all paid me £4,500 exactly ten days later. Would you like to see the bank statement?!

Well ... things have changed, I bet they did not tell you that either?!

I self diagnosed myself quite successfully and then manipulated some GP’s and Doctors trying to prevent me from getting a diagnosis and I got not one but TWO diagnosis. Count them! To add to my others.

Since then I have had THREE MORE!!

So on medical record and have mountains of proof I will just go through the list with you ... just so you know ...

·         FIBROMYALGIA SYNDROME (over 100 symptoms)        @ Guy’s Hospital I have told DWP about for 14 years!!

·         COLLAPSED VERTBRAE NECK AND THORACIC          @ Chripractors have X-Rays

·         DAMAGED RIGHT KNEE                                                     @ Guy’s Hospital

·         DIVERTICULITIS (about to go to hospital for)                      Going to Chase Farm Hospital

·         HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE of over 170 & 180

·         POSTURAL HYPOTENSION                                             @ GP causes me to pass out while standing (with High BP BAD!)

·         OESOPHAGITIS (You already Knew)

·         HIATUS HERNIA (You already knew!)

·         INGUINAL HERNIA (have hospital lying and stating I did not have this on TAPE!!)

Or what, did no one tell you? The DWP fail to mention this did they? Just like they failed to mention they paid me £4,500?! A years back payment when they owed me more like 8 years back payment?!

I am REALLY looking forward to hearing from you again and as you can see I am overjoyed that I have?

Gives me more data for my blogs I guess ... or did they not tell you about my blogs either? Because I know that they know as when you get a GP ask you to turn off any recording devices, three years into it you idiot, then you know someone HIGH UP has picked up the phone!

I would like to add that this did not stop me and I did not turn off the recording device. He, however and to his loss, thought that I had, then got cocky and rabbited on arguing for an hour talking utter tripe while I recorded him.

He found out that I did and that I put in on my blog and they kicked me off their register. Second time I was kicked off as I found out that they knew damn well I had Fibromyalgia and that they had known for at least two years before I diagnosed it!

So dying to see what you have to say now! Come on then?

WORDS TO THE NONE THE WISER

I have had some emails from Atos sitting there in my inbox for several days now but only just got around to reading it.

Of course I knew that it would be a passing the buck email which I'd kind of what I hoped. Had it fit years of them but like everything the I am not using it against them and teaching them a lesson.

A lesson they have to quite learned but will learn it extremely heavily over the next three months. Lol.

Now in this instance it's a passing the buck email. How could I possibly turn ducky a shirt email around and have it go against them?

Easy.

They previously have claimed on here, via pasted emails, that they are Doctors and health experts and yet they are not concerned that they have made several mistakes that could be detrimental to a disabled persons health?! Oooh... that's gonna hurt in the morning son!

They also have no concerns about the facts I have them but that it's on my site. Obviously think the British public are either idiots ate just a large bunch of known twats that one show humanity when they are in the TV or radio? I think that might just backfire on them before very long?

Added to this, though it is mentioned below and I may have mentioned it already, but journalists have been to a friends home complete with camera men. I lost track because I've been feeling unwell and rushed off my feet and only had my blood taken today for those tests. That's two weeks today since I was asked to do them and I was bloody in agony and have very painful and stiff legs and feet.

In fact this pain and stiffness in my legs seems to be extremely common of late?! I keep forgetting to mention it but I get in knackered and sit down. If I sit for more than ten minutes I then experience a large amount of soreness in my legs and mostly in my muscles. It's bloody worrying as I am doing a daily impression of a ninety year old man!

Those words of Dr Kirkham ringing in my ears!

I am going to have to talk about Pregabalin when I return to my GP about test results in the weeks time?

This same person has now had a tabloid journalist visit her home with a camera man who have taken pictures and have taken records she did with housing first lying through their teeth and then threatening her with the Police and solicitors, falsely I might add, to shut her up.

So early next year I am going to make an example of pathetic jobsworths as my first victims are literally thrown into their own swords by their own bosses and more fool them for caring out underhanded things and being too bloody incompetent to know or care about what was going on.

This is exactly what I expected when I manipulated you all to bin ask the health evidence I have proof that you have had, even in your own words and that of the DWP.

It's now cherry on the bakewell tart of 'game over' and not only will 2015 prove to be EXTREMELY uncomfortable, hence why everyone is voting for UKIP, but I have seven simultaneous plans currently in effect to finish up around March 2015.

You could have all so easily avoided all this by doing what you are still supposed to do for the taxes you are paid but also that which you have constantly clarinet that you do.

If you really need me to join up the dots for you... you recently sent me a letter?In fact I had four letters in the days that followed a couple of letters from a couple of weeks ago and a stunned DWP stressed member dealing with legal requests lists for words out what had gone on, where my health evidence is and both how and why I was refused countless times for my applications over the last few years.

On my blog right now are those letters and forms along with, soon, this email. Everyone had also recently realised that it's NOT illegal to record anyone receiving public taxes or indeed retail outlets that lie. Now when I get a copy of the tabloid article and people felt hard done by n know they can record meeting and tests to garner attention from the tv news and tabloids... well, lol, ever heard of the term... 'floodgates are opening'?

The funny thing is I have never contacted the media about my issues or blog, well not since its inception are any rate. I knew that at just the right time they would approach me. Have a guess at when I think that will now happen?

By the way I'm no fool. I know the puppet masters peruse and you can tell them this...

What I did want, however, was to get enough of the ublic to know what your up to that would cause an event the likes of which wopuld make sure that this contempt shown towards human life and the British public would never, EVER happen again.

Do you remember that so called investigation you did as regards my case?

Well I have one more request of you and a whole bunch of letters I have had from the DWP not only stating in their own words that they have screwed up in a rather large way, unfortunately for both them and you I DO KNOW why, plus I have their own words that they not oinly did not process my claim correctly and in line with the law but have dropped both themselves and your right 'in it'!

These letters arrived within 48 hours of each other...

*  Did not provide me with the documentation I requested via a Subject Access Request instead sent me copies of my own emails to them?!

*  I trust you KNOW how a SAR works? No its not saracasm, well maybe a little...

*  Then claimed they did not send me what I requested because I did not state 'which benefits I was referring to

*  Silly me I had thought the line 'Please send me all correspondence and forms pertaining to evidence requested of the NHS' was pretty self explanatory?! I guess not.

*  They claimed to have sent me a SAR form, they did not, and then sent another one to files they cannot find?!

*  The last letter is the one stating they cannot find it and I have a recorded telepohoine call from several months ago stating they cannot find them

*  Oh and the letter states I requested them in June 2014? Lol, oooh no! I do not think so! I asked them this when I put in my claim for PIPs that I was just refused despite the fact that they have not contacted a GP regarding my health!! Oooh DEAR!

For your perusal I have included a series of blood tests I am about to have because my GP, unlike the last two that chose to lie and side with you and the DWP, is now somewhat concerned about my health. I have already had Emergency Response Teams sent to me and orderedf to hospital where they though I had either stomach or colon cancer and were shocked I knew what they were looking for.

Now picture a barrel floating on a creek without a paddle in sight and a rather amorous Pteradactyl is flying in at full pelt?

Now guess what you are all bent over?

I was never happy with just you showing that your not dfoing the jobs your paid a rather large sum of money for, hence my previous Freedom Of Information request.

I was never ever going to be happy with simply making a large number of highly paid careers by the British taxpayer purely unteneable either.

The years I spent plouging, pardon the pun, everything I could for evidence was to show the British public the truth and that there would be so much anger that eventually an event woukld take place that would never ever allow the same thing to happen again....EVER!

Thanks to the incompetence of everyone I have battled this has been made extremely easy apart from the inordinate amopunt of time it takes all you over paid people to do the simplest of things.

We do not have a current referral for you from the DWP in relation to a claim for Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and we have no record of corresponding with you regarding your ESA referral since 3 rd October 2014 when we sent you form BF223 to complete, explaining why you did not attend the appointment. On the 2 nd October. Your referral was closed and returned to the DWP office dealing with your ESA claim when you failed to attend the appointment and there is no record of any further contact with you regarding your ESA referral. The reason why a home visit had not been authorized for your ESA referral has already been explained and I can add nothing further to this.

ESA and PIP referrals are handled under different contracts and I am unable to assist you with any concerns you have about a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) referral or whether they have asked you to attend an appointment at a venue outside Enfield.  Please contact the PIP Customer Service Team at  PIP-customerservice@atos.net should you have any concerns about this.

Your Subject Access Request for copies of all documents we hold has been noted.  The Health Service Directorate are responsible for all data held by Atos Healthcare and as such, I have referred your request to them.

Well what do you know? After denying making arrangements to come to my home on threee seperate occasions and recently denying you made an appointment for me in August 2015 after asking you why you made the second one in October 2015 it now turns out you have written to me with a third appointment?!

Is your corrupt organisation going after a record breaker?

I laughingly showed the letter to several people that had no idea a year ago how corrupt you and the DWP are along with the government. They were first speechles over the location in Lambeth, South London I mean could you GET any further away from Enfield while still being in London?! Then when they saw the time of 9am after they were shown your email about how you do not deliberately do that to people they just laughed before then getting annoyed.

You really could not have exposed yourself any more if you had tried!

Now I then posted it immediately on my blog so that everyone can now see that only one of two possibilitites exists...

1 Your definately corrupt or...
2 Your definately incompetent

I also explained another possibility and that is that your organisation has not been able to get out of the contract becase you have been threatened by the British government with having all the blame at your door?

I would also like to explain once again my reasons for not turning up are the exact same as they were the last 6 times I did not turn up and added to this my health has taken a dramatic downturn. I could not even tell you what is up but I assure you that death was an inviting proposition! I had an emergency response unit come to my home late one night and only found out he was an emergency response guy when I was in Barnet Hospital having a barrage of tests primarily looking for stomach or colon cancer!

I have had diarrhea for 9 weeks now and this has been joined with severe abdominal and back pain with severe vomiting and emmiting sulphur like aromas from everywhere. Oh yes and blood.

What you also have failed to realise is that in all your decisions of the last two years I now know that you have no medical evidence of mine at all, at least that is whjat was stated in a telephone call to me apologising from the DWP?!

Now as I stated to the lady on the phone, who was not part of PIPS/DLA/ESA/ATOS and is responsible for their extremely late Freedom Of Information request, which I have also made to you with no response, how have you refused me my applications for DLA five times in the last two years?! She did not know! I also informed her that there was an application going on right now and in the process of being refused for the sixth time and she was completely confused and did not know what to say.

So once again...

1 Can you forward me all documents you possess on me please!!

1 I cannot travel beyond Enfield unless assisted
2 I REQUEST a HOME VISIT for the FIFTH...oh I have lost count!!
3 I have Fibromyalgia that causes a dozen areas of pain one being heels which is why I dont do public transport, MEMORY LOSS, other symptoms that make it terrifying to travel and an aversion to it! Oh yes and best of all is the sleep depravation which happens most of the time!!! In other words its common for me to not get to sleep until 3am to 8am and not wake up until midday, rather bloody annoyingly.

Now please NOTE:

You do not have one excuse in my case, you have way over a dozen! All clearly linked to Fibromyalgia and not including a real physical problem now diagnosed in my right knee. I have still not PLAYED THE RECORDING AT GUY'S HOSPITAL BACK AGAIN to find out what this was. I was too busy screaming in pain and it was conveniently left out of the letter to my last GP. Oh and I should now mention that I passed by it yesterday and is now the second GP practise I have been registered with to close in as many years!!

That is another point you have failed to pick up on. I was already told by a GP you were lying and so were the DWP and that you lied about a previous GP of mine regarding the forms being filled in. Oddly enough she was the one that first spotted my knee and I know that the hospital rerferrals had the hospitals go out of their way NOT to diagnose it. One referal even shifting focus from my knee entriely to my feet, then did x-rays I knew where just to fob me off and I was already well aware X-Rays do nothing and they knew it.

You see thats been going on for a very long time and quite unfortunately for eveyone, you and the DWP included, I knew this and recorded every meeting I had for several years. This spans 5 GP Surgeries and God knows how many Doctors along with no less than FIVE hospitals consisting of...

1 Chase Farm Hospital
2 St Michaels Hospital
3 Royal Free Hospital
4 Barnet Hospital
5 Cannot remember fifth

This also includes documentation from other hospitals going back TWENTY years including...

North Middlesex Hospital
Whipps Cross Hospital

Probably others I have forgotten?

I then spent two whole years publishing what I had on my blog and predicted what you would all do over the next three years and carried on recording and publishing as I went.

A brother of mine who now want to find legal representation to take a public service to court for malpractise involving manslaughter was shocked to hear I had collected around 100GB of data.

So I am giving you fair warning once again to all this and I have also made something very cclear to you that when bought up in court will have any accusations about me redundant and will be thrown out. It is quite obviously in your face and down to you to work out asndf not for me to tell you. That is how it works and how I cover myself while making you all look bad.

I have been lied to get again by Atos and my questions/complaint has not been dealt with, well there is a surprise.
First off no documentation regarding my health exists with you or the DWP and I have had a phone call from the dwp stating this and apologising for it. Ooh did I forget to mention that recording?! Yes that was awhile ago now.

So your statement that you requested medical evidence and s bit sufficient is built crap too. You have not contacted my gps as I asked them. Oh yes and I do mean gps,  PLURAL, because I have caught two GPs in a row lying about conditions, drugs, dosages and the existence of NHS Departments. I also have two Doctors falsifying ultrasound tests and in the last four years I have recorded every meeting I ever had with anyone.

Unfortunately the GPs kicked me off there register after I told them I knew what was going on. They attempted to falsely label me as first mad, second violent and when this failed accused me of breaking the law by secretly recording public services for four years!

Oops, so you have not contacted my latest GP, as you would not know who they were, and nor the last, unless of course your willing to tell me that my previous GP did get contacted from you, put in the letter what he was told to and lied to me about it?!

That really WOULD make my year!

You might find that a bit of a problem proving the contents of the letter he may have been instructed to write. Let me just say that there is an easily proceed lack of professionalism which is very easily proved, ergo I possess proof, and leave it at that.

Hmm now what's next? Oh yeah..

1 Your the complaints department, another blatant rip off of British taxes, and yet you have made no comment at all about the lies about Home Visits bit being made!

2 The fact that I have had Home Visits before therefore means that I qualify,  Fibromyalgia is a progressive condition and once again you expose your own lack of knowledge in the world of medicine.
3 You have made no remark I came across about the fact I was told that you claimed you did not make an appointment in August?! But you seem to be admitting I have a pending claim for PIPs soon...  are you saying I am right or something else?

4 So your insisting on sticking with the line 'well you qualified for a Home Visit severance times in the past but despite the fact we are claiming to have letters staying your Fibromyalgia (the dozens of symptoms I have told you and the DWP of for a decade, which you did not have for ALL PREVIOUSLY AGREED HOME VISITS), Oesophagitis Grade C (sudden vomiting without warning), Hiatus Hernia (severe heartburn), painful groin from your inguinal hernia repair and the knee problem which I have a letter about from 3 years ago or more and have a confirmed diagnosis of on tape diagnosed by Dr Kirkham at Guy's Hospital the same time he diagnosed the Fibromyalgia, but later incompetent omitted to former from the letter as per instructed?

Are you serious? Really?! Please remember while I laugh and smile that this would have been on my blog for 12 hours or more by the time you read it!

I am now able to respond to your email of 2 nd October 2014.
Further medical evidence was requested but this was insufficient to recommend that you meet the Support Group (SG) or that a home visit was necessary, which is why you were asked to attend an assessment.

We appreciate you have provided copious amounts of information; however, we are unable to advise that you meet SG criteria.
We have previously explained why a home visit was not authorised and I have nothing further to add to what has already been stated.
For your information, customers who are in receipt of a benefit are periodically referred to Atos Healthcare for advice and the majority of those are required to attend an assessment at some point. It is noted you have not been seen since 200 8 when you claimed Incapacity Benefit and it would have been helpful to be able to provide the DWP with an up to date picture of how your condition currently affects you. It may be useful to explain that ESA is different to IB and the criteria to reach benefit threshold is different. You can find out about ESA and the WCA on the DWP website, in particular, the ESA214 will be of particular interest regarding the criteria that needs to be met in order to meet benefit threshold.

We do offer home visits; however, as previously explained, we do require supporting medical evidence to show why a home visit is required. We have not received sufficient medical information in yo ur case to warrant offering a home visit. There is no record of you being offered a home visit due to an IB or ESA referral s. Whilst it is possible y ou may have been offered a home visit in relation to a previous DLA claim; the criteria for this is v ery different to ESA.

As you failed to attend the appointment booked for the 2 nd October, your ESA referral has been closed and returned to the DWP office dealing with your claim. Form BF223 h as been sent to you for you to complete and return to the Decision Maker explaining why you did not attend the appointment.

I have been advised that you currently have a live Personal Independent Payment (PIP) referral. Any concerns about this should be directed to the PIP Customer Service Team at

THE EMERGENCY EXITS ARE HERE, HERE & THERE

Well it is a very strange kind of limbo I am currently in. Like an alternate phase between two different realities, or different dimensions you could say.

Now some things really do pop in out of the blue unexpectedly and as some seem to think they come in threes so they have for me of late.

First off a ... tool, literally, that I had wanted to acquire that would help with what I do and add a completely new and much need dimension to things all to do with corruption is within my hands.

Yesterday I attended my GP surgery and due to my condition flaring up I managed to get there twenty minutes late at 4.40pm and yes that time is afternoon and I assure you its infuriating. This had me apologising profusely and though he did not mind, I did. This apologising also reminded me of something I have been forgetting to tell him for several months in that I seem to lose time. Quite literally so and the sorts of times you hear about with ... err alien abductions, lol. Hours...as opposed to minutes.

Now it also turned out he is also concerened about my 'new' condition that seems to be quite stubborn. I had another bout of it but pain only around level 5 and a brief belching of an aroma that had my alarm bells going off like Big Ben. Oh dear. I explained that there were to factors to consider I had taken note of during all these bouts and they are onions being involved in each occurence and lactobacilis being involved in all remissions.

He said he wanted a series of blood tests performed, oddly some like a blood count I had done not long ago, which was normal at the time.

I was rather surprised when I pulled them out of my bag earlier today at a friends shop to find there were four sheets of paper. 'Crikey' I thought, 'another four tests' when I then noticed that one sheet appeared to have 7 tests alone on it, meaning a possible ten all told? Shivver me timbers!

Then this morning I had to letters through the door and from two different departments of the Department of Work and Pensions?! Two, I hear you say?

Yes, one stated that they had passed my request on, so who the feck called me I dunno. They had also stated that a form asking me what I want had been sent to me and I had claimed I had not received anything?! Err first off I fecking told them a dozen times already and SECONDLY they sent me prinouts of all the emails I sent them?!

So are they now stating they did not know what I wanted and just sent me my own fecking documents along with a form requesting what I wanted that never turned up for documentation I have now been asking them repeatedly for for a whole fecking year?!

Ask yourself how much of YOUR taxes have gone to how many people working on this for a whole fecking year?!

LMAO!

It gets better as you will see from the scans of these documents and the Phlaebotomy, blood test forms, I provide below that they sent me a copy of my own email stating clearly send all documentation you have on me?!

Now admittedly I forgot to state that this was regarding NHS documentation within that single line and maybe not put in that line bout would have been mentioned within the email and in all previous emails I sent to them!

They are all on here anyway and there really is no getting around this fact. But I will play the game and I have a form they sent me, which despite what they say they did not do so previously, and I will put this in the POST as well as in email and I will post up on this blog evidence that I have done this as and when I do it in the coming days.

Right first up are the Phlaebotomy Request Forms (Blood Tests)...

Now this is nothing to do with either my Fibromyalgia (FACT), Right Knee Issue (speaks for itself) but maybe my Oesophagitis but then again maybe not, i.e. could be Crohn's Disease, Coeliac Disease or something else or could be an inbalance of bacteria within the gut that can take 6 months of Lactobacilis casei (think Yakult) to regain equilibrium? Possibly, I am guessing, bought about via food poisoning or bad hygiene I have trouble keeping on top of here at home?

A reminder of the only 60 page plus package they sent that consisted only of email printouts to and from them?!

Also I may remind you that the sole intention of contacting them in the first place was to acquire the NHS documentation and that is it and that is all!

This was because I knew the documentation was based on falsified information either by them or because that they had requested it of several GPs and that upon requesting them they would then vanish because not only could I take legal action against them, which they would wrongly not see as a threat, but that the GPs they requested to lie about me upon the forms and documentation would take legal action against them.

That was the sole theory that existed for me and nice as it would have been to actually have been sent the offending documentaion it was not feasable that this would be the case and was highly likely the documentation I can prove over and over they possessed would mysteriously disappear.
