So naive people think the system is fairer?

Others, like one idiot I know, thinks that old people and disabled should be left to die to help the country out? Well how about we let anything go if your going to pick and chose what makes a civilised society and me the battle of the fittest .. robbery and burglary become legal and we go around to the houses of these amoral twats and take everything they have? I know Wing Chun Kung Fu so wont that be the battle of the fittest?!

How about the most intellectual? Oh I have letters after my name, turned down a Doctorate, was asked to attend an interview with GCHQ too.

My friend's argument was not a well thought out one.

None of what he said would raise his regular Saturday takings up from the abysmal £56 average either, down from a previous £1,000 plus prior to the financial crisis. Nor would he get the house back he owned outright and lost by constantly remortgaging it to plough the money into his failing business. Nope .. on an intellectual level .. not a chance.

To this day I have absolutely no idea what possessed him to say that.

But he was the only one who ever said something like that to me.

Oddly he also thought the Earth was flat .. among other mad sounding things. Go figure!

Also lying seems to go for him as well as the government .. when it actually comes down to morals it seems that the less they have the more they think they have more rights and feelings of self-entitlements.

I expected money to help me with my life as someone living with several really hard disabilities.

If I was afflicted with self-entitlement I would demand any one of the scores of amoral liars in politics and these public services be fired and their position given to me as I could do it standing on my head while blindfolded with a Pit Viper down my pants!

But the biggest takers from the public purse are also the most amoral and biggest liars out there who do very little indeed.

Apparently the DWP is a hostile environment too according to a report by The Canary? Telling too many lies a little too much for some of them? Ahh diddums!

Well in the link below it will also list a number of horror stories of things being taken away from people who wanted to work but have not been able to.

I know this more than anyone because currently guess what I get and have been getting for about a month? Nothing at all!

Guess what else I no longer have that drives me to suicidal thoughts and has caused me to lose three stone in weight that keeps going over the past few months? A home.

So that previous comment about be being a freeloader? Hooo boy he had better not recreate that fake account and come back and if he does I hope he or she sticks around long enough to read my hostile response?!

Here is a better idea to help the country .. how about we have this grand purge of all the selfish people, amoral people and especially those that fake it and all the largest paid people in public services? Probably save four times as much money as having no welfare state at all?!

Two things the Conservative Party have touched since they was in power .. two things that I can think of ..

• Entire Welfare System and changes .. PIP and UC
• BREXIT

Crap I got my phone-call .. or at least part of it as all I could hear is two Autistic children screaming, another that has one volume level of foghorn and after thirty seconds she had to get off the phone.

It is like that all the time.

I am not going to get into the long gory details on that one, suffice it t say that it is all on here .. could go onto the front pages of the tabloids for weeks on end. Has been intentionally ignored by them. Had to tokenism parts published in Take A Break and Love It recently and promised loads of other things which then goes quiet. No explanation, promises all broken and we have no idea why.

Several times in the last six months we were told and thought our living and continuous nightware was over. I had everything I had cancelled twice, third time in 8 years and then my business support pulled six months after they agreed to it and one week after going self-employed.

Yeah that is how much this government and the DWP and Job Centre are trying to help you.

There is a whole list of people that now know about be who are popular people and with some big followings and if they .. EVER figure out out story from the posts in this blog there will be a meltdown!

I have always remained quiet .. prepared to do this a different way, word of mouth alone. But after a step up in attacks against us I decided to to things that up until recently I had never .. EVER .. done before.

I decided to become a bit more .. noticeable, you could say?

I have always had these other options open to me and I perhaps should have done this two years ago but I never dreamed that they would sink so low as to do to the two of us and four vulnerable children that which they have done in the last year.

In fact it has gotten so bad that my daughter actually told e today she was going to move to London from Merseyside and I never .. EVER thought I would ever hear her say that?!

If she ever does then this opens a door to me. I can expose someone and the local council that has protected them for so very long and allowed them to get away with all kinds of heinous and terrible crimes. All so that the local council would not be shown up for the incompetent twats they have been for well over twenty years that a court backed up.

OOPS!

If your thinking 'Hornet's Nest' then you are simply not thinking big enough here. Think a nest of the dragons that Harry Potter had to face and you would be somewhat closer to reality.

FINALLY THE 20 METRE RULE!

Jesus H. Christ?!

It's only been around for fucking years and years and I've blogged about it for years and years, six to be precise.

In case you missed me harping on about it out you don't know .. according to the DWP and fit a very long time if you can get twenty metres your fit enough to work.

Yeah .. I got to a bus, got on a bus and bailed off the bus in three stops then thought I was having a heart attack after 100 metres.

The irony of that story is I was trying to get to a GP that was too far away and that was only to register!!

Now I was going there about this inability I have to do anything or go anywhere. The chest pain, heart palpitations, lack of energy, irritations with skin touching things, anxiety and bunch of other stuff down to the fact I'm having difficulty with magnesium uptake.

I need to do stuff.

I need to work!

When I first was told about this rule years ago I thought it was some kind of sick joke. I told them that they must be wrong. I did that there is no reality where getting twenty metres means you go do hundreds in the course of a five day working week. I also pointed out exactly what they said in the Metro, again looking like it was pulled from here, in that bus stops are more than twenty metres from most people's houses.

Fuck me if your high up in a tower block it might be more than twenty metres to the bloody ground?!

It, of course, made me realise that they could not be trusted with people with disabilities.

I tried to reason with the fact that maybe the rule existed for conditions that had not been diagnosed yet? Or obscure conditions? It was still an unfair rule though.

But this report states that the rule is unfair for sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis?! Jesus! This is a terrible condition and one that I would not want and a friend of an old friend died from this eventually. Irish woman called .. hmm what was her name?!

All this is like one big hate crime towards people with disabilities .. it really is .. if you think about it ..

Someone coming along and taking something from someone disabled and then kicking them while they are down? Getting others to label them freeloaders, others beating them to death .. I even saw a report about one guy who was prosecuted for urinating on a homeless man! Can we expect stories  that next? All because most of the country is really shit at basic maths and do not realise that a hundred times the money spent on disabled people is wasted by the government every year? People being paid for positions where they are then told to do nothing or as little as they can to save money? Salaries of hundreds of thousands every years, cars, perks and God knows what else?

Oh I guess Doctors are OK in case you need them to save your life? Does not matter if the lives before you died, eh? As long as they save yours when it comes around to you?

And when all other lures, traps and tricks fail you always have this 20 meter rule to fall back on and the HMCTS to sit their and say that is is OK for the government and DWP to treat disabled people in an inhumane manner because that is the law now? Lol.

They just be falling back on this very old rule to refuse disabled people help?

Funny as this is reported now, probably will get blamed on the Tories by the usual suspects but I'm afraid this existed while Tony Blair was Prime Minister.

In fact it might have existed since the seventies for all I know?

I would be willing to bet that Serco bought this in as a trick to save money from day one?

I also see Serco finally get mentioned in a video by Brian Gerrish which I posted in a recent blog post.

Good God I hate this country.

I do sometimes wonder if we have just become blind to it and that immigrants that come here think the UK is wonderful. Eventually realise that we have become blind to? Realising that this in power are evil lying bastards and that when they are being nice it is just a pandering tactic to fool people?

Then get angry and want to make to their own rules and blow shit up?!

Well maybe not all of them but they do get radicalised here as children.

When you have a lying and dishonest government behaving the way they do towards their own vulnerable people is it any wonder?!

You know I often put terms in my tagging like 'DWP failures' and I hate using the latter word because that suggests it is an honest mistake.

The problem is I have known all along that these are all deliberate intentions. The lies come and tricks come about because they fear a backlash from people with some compassion. They also do not want to look like the evil bastards that they all are .. not to the country or the rest of the world and so they start with a lie, then there is another and then another after that and so it goes on.

Yeah well I think now after a only two or three decades that the lying does not work .. does it now?!

Time to stop new before it is too late.

VINDICATION

I still don't trust the courts.

But as it turns out The Canary had published an article that seems to state that that a court had effectively given the middle finger against the DWP over their treatment of disabled people.

They even said they take no notice at all of anything Atoms says.

It gets even better when I believe it stated that neither the DWP or Autos turned up to defend themselves.

The author states at what a national and global disgrace it is that this had been going on with the abuse of human rights.

Which begs the question ..

Forgetting the fact that all this has somehow remained in place and fully operational despite all the reports and court cases but ..

Can we now expect these things to be dissolved and for people to go to jail for serious crimes that were performed effectively en masse?!

They do this with war criminals and they only killed people ..

.. this has very literally been a fate worse than death, still is, and I've not been eating because I have had enough and want to die ..

Though to be fair .. I've eaten because I've been forced out in pain because others only think of themselves. I get bad muscle pains, aches and severe spasms when I overdo it and I don't mind death but do mind pain and especially the severe types. What with low magnesium and all.

My thighs and calf muscles feel .. tight and that makes me .. apprehensive.

Despite these reports I cannot help thinking that the are just tokenism cases.

I still have no confidence in mine that it now looks like I won't make it to.

Very tired, severe pain, apprehension, sore throat and I'll have a nervous breakdown travelling there to something I'm going to get railroaded over for the fifth time.

Now I have this new information regarding Behcet's Disease which my daughter has been diagnosed with, is linked to Fibromyalgia and explains most, if not all, the symptoms that low magnesium uptake cannot.

I had been pressurising her for many months because it was clear they were already fobbing her off .. despite not knowing about several things she has experiencing .. then said they were going to refer and did not .. and has four children to deal with along with cervical cancer.

I had already warned her about low magnesium the very same day she had just been told she had low magnesium after a blood test result. I had been diagnosed with low magnesium something like four years ago and had obviously been going on a bloody lot longer than four years. Fifteen would be my estimation. Possibly more.

Ergo .. mine now might be quite serious as I am still having difficulties despite taking supplements and wondering if there is an issue of my body actually being able to absorb magnesium?

THE LIES IN ACTION

This is just a little post to show proof positive that the DWP and their so called Doctors not only lie but were caught with their pants down lying and admitting it.

Well .. kind of in the process of lying in a rather pathetic and incompetent way which begs the question ..

How the fuck have they gotten way with this for so long?!

Ooh you want to know what happened?

Hatti Broxton got a visit from a DWP Doctor who had come to assess her mother's fitness for work and Hatti then left him to go and obtain the proof that her mother could not work ..

The Doctor was presented with an urn containing the ashes of Hatti Broxton's deceased mother who had died much earlier.

She also told him that she herself had informed the DWP at the time and that if they had bothered to read her medical report that they would have noted that she had indeed passed away.

They apologised and admitted they had not read the medical report.

Why did they not read the medical report? Was the medical report by real Doctors not good enough for the DWP?! Or maybe they have no intention of seeing whether someone is really disabled or not?!

Well .. I have been told that an earlier approach that the Tories made to a court to take away the human rights of disabled people was really a thing and that the Tories had won?!

What? Wait a minute? Let me just summarise this ..

• Laws exist to protect people
• But the Tories can just remove human rights to whomever they chose?
• The COURTS are complicit in this? The ones that uphold the LAW which is there to protect people from both physical and mental harm?! 
• Is it the new approach of the courts to only protect money from now on?!
• Where was the EU during all this?!

Yeah .. I will get back to that court hearing in a post or twos time.

Being paid to kick vulnerable people in the teeth and taking the taxpayers money to do this is perfectly OK?! Riiiight!

PIPPED AT THE POST

I never thought I would see the day?!

I'd been hearing that something was supposed to change with PIP, or Personal Independent Payments. I was told something on the phone earlier today. I decided to look to see if there was anything reported by the BBC via their app and there is.

"The government was wrong to cut PIP benefits in the first place, wrong to bring in the PIP regulations last year and it was wrong to repeatedly ignore the views of the courts"

That was a quote I agreed with but I never thought I would see quoted and especially after the government, or at least someone, admitted they were wrong.

But what bought about this sudden change?

Have they saved enough money and decided to ease off the brakes?

Have they realised that it's not actually helping their cause?

Have they realised that they are not going to look good to anyone offer this and in fact look bad?

Have they realised that the history books of the future will reflect badly in them?

Have they realised that with the Internet in everyone's pocket now they can't hide what they truly are?

Did they read any of the above on this blog and shit their pants? Hard? Boom!! Lol.

I don't know what the truth is but I'm just relieved to hear this news. I'm pleased for so many people that are suffering, have been suffering but which might now come to an end?

I also can't help wondering if this is why both myself and my solicitor heard from the HMCTS out of the blue? This seems to suggest that I am likely to get my own PIP back but I'll believe it when I see it and .. it's a bit too late to prevent a whole load of damage done to me and others around me.

However .. this might be repairable. As and when the previous decision is reversed and I am paid.

It's a little .. annoying right now but I've got it in hand .. to a degree ..

I've got three possibilities right now .. well, no actually it's four possibilities.

As I'm constantly .. well around a third of my time thinking about someone, another third of the time thinking about someone else and the last third .. keeping busy, doing jobs, cycling too far and .. collapsing because of greying and blacking out. Good job this room is bloody narrow!

I was spotted going .. so to speak and I didn't realise until I heard someone say "What was that?" and it took a few seconds for me to wonder if they were talking to me. I turned around and they were indeed looking at me. I said "nothing". They then assumed it was the stuff on my room. I said "It's not that .. don't worry about it" but they don't worry anyway.

Someone else spotted .. something else and asked what it was and I replied "it's nothing, don't worry about it".

These people are not used to me .. not revealing things when asked. Not used to me not informing them of things either.

It seems no one had paid much attention in the last five years?! Lol.

Didn't expect things to get a bad as they did, in all honesty. But then I didn't expect the government and public services to do what they are doing to their very own people. Well they were already treating their own people badly and have been for a number of years. But not to the depths that they have the last year or two.

Hopefully this news report now signals that this is coming to an end and things will turn around for a lot of people? Hoping this occurs due a few I know as well as myself?

It's going to be an interesting couple of months, that is for certain.

A few weeks to a month for three things I have going on to pan out OK. One of these I've tried to pull off for five years now. No. Two of these I've tried to pull off for five years. One took a little longer than I thought. Another took a lot longer than I thought. The other .. has had a delay of a couple of weeks. But two have the potential to be productive in a few days to a couple of weeks. The other two have the potential to be productive in a couple of weeks to a couple of months.

In the meantime I have to sort out two things .. I'm holding off for one .. which I may be able to do in person .. and get done quicker, my passport. The other can be done later on .. maybe not even here?!

For now I only need one to get by and get things .. done.

Oh boy .. just one thing becoming productive would have me racing off with a smile.

Ooh boy .. two things would have me leaping with joy.

Oooh boy .. three things would have me pass out from shock.

Oooooh boy .. four things? Shit .. I only have my own blood pressure monitor .. I need my own defibrillator?!

We are talking one month here. Not two or three years as before for one single plan, no-no-no. I say again, just one month. At the outside. By then some things should be done and the others should have set dates or would be obvious what was going, or indeed 'not going', to happen. One month .. or less.

I keep imagining giving out that bloody big sigh of relief. That slowly escaping breath you get from some big relief, knowing that what had stressed you out for so long is finally over. For good.

THE GENTLEMAN'S EXCUSE ME

Well this was a close one.

Do not get man of these but the last time it was .. less then two days. A Telegraph report about something Theresa May stated that I had stated two days before had .. been broadcast. I am not entirely sure when she stated the fact that PIP and ESA was going and by 2020? But it was what I stated in the DPAC group 36 to 48 hours before that .. caused me a surprising amount of bother.

Being someone that likes to cut in and dance around the edge's with death I am kind of used to it.

But a number of people reacted .. some upset and others .. angrily and it was even put forward that I should be kicked form the group?!

I was not even in there when all this was being said .. then spotted it and tried to defend what I said. It was demanded of me that I reveal my source but this would have made absolutely no difference whatsoever. I refused. To me that was proof.

But to naive people that think themselves intelligent because they know a few big words .. it was not proof of my integrity. They wanted a name. A name they would not recognise ad would just get the guy fired. It was not going to happen.

That was how I met a number of people and one in particular was Gail Ward.

She private messaged me and I had just been kicked off a Fibromyalgia group for saying the same thing and the first thing I said was "Go on? I know how this is going to go I have just been kicked somewhere else" She explained that she was not going to do that and just assured me I could confide in her .. I trusted her so I did.

Several people then believed me .. some did not.

Two days later when word got around that it indeed was a statement of fact .. some apologised .. others did not. Big to open their mouths .. not so big to open their mouths when they have made mistakes and do not look quite so intelligent anymore.

Disabilities do not change human character. At least not to that extent.

Still .. I do it to help people .. if I am going to get a backlash over something .. so be it .. I at least tried and maybe, just maybe I might reach and help some people with open minds who know me well enough to listen.

My solicitor from Mary Ward Legal was not aware that the government had changed the law on sanctions, going from 'Illegal', yes they were and you better believe it, to 'Legal'. She was not aware and neither was she aware that in the sanctions they are not touching your rent payments. They told me that at my first visit to the Job Centre in Price Street Birkenhead where I now unfortunately reside. Only because things are worse here with the authorities than they were in the place I left.

Someone much ore selfish than me would see this as a field day .. a gift from God, if you prefer. But I was saddened by this, what I was hearing and what I was seeing.

So .. with one of the best stories around now becoming instantly twice as bad as it was before and right in the belly of the beast.

There was only a matter of time before they realised it. Upon realising this they might .. see a major problem .. or threat.

That is what I have trying to be for the last 8 years.

Unfortunately for them .. they thought I had only done this for a few weeks when they discovered my dastardly plans. To counter dastardly plans you have to have equally dastardly plans but doing these in both a genuine, legal as well as factual manner .. well that is not easy. Especially when you do not have the resources of a big news network like Rupert Murdoch. Ooh he has just sold Fox for $54 Billion plus .. maybe he is coming after me?!

Well I did get warned about this .. many, many times. The first few weeks in which I started .. to a few days ago 5.5 years after I started. Plus others in-between.

Now I thought I would succeed a lot quicker then this and thought it wold be all over in a year or two and .. well no. It just did not happen like that.

I had built up a lot of evidence before I even started blogging .. thought it as enough .. thought I would hit the ground running and in the first yer or two the stories would race around and people would slowly flock to read my blogs.

I said it before it is like an illusion conjured up my a Magician. You are 'wowed' by the illusion but as soon as you know how it is done the lustre wears off .. so to speak.

Oh .. Spire Healthcare are on the TV for lying and it turns out that my daughter worked for them and knew about the lying. Should have seen the loo on her face when I explained not only did I know who Spire Healthcare was and that I covered them four years or so ago when I thought I had Charcot Marie Tooth Disease before later realising it was Fibromyalgia.

The story involves a weird one when I was on my way to the appointment but in the main part of the building, which was the wrong one. A tall blond man was walking towards me while speaking to someone else and he glanced at me. He stopped mid sentence and did ore or less a double-take. Dominick Mort.

As I passed by I wondered why this man had done this .. realised. or came to the conclusion that this was the man I was about to see, in a completely different part of the building and that he recognised me. I asked myself ow in the feck he knew who I was because at no point in my medical history had anyone taken a picture of me. At least not while I was conscious.

Of course he later turned out to the man I was about to see and someone I was in contact with at the time checked him out and told me all about Spire Healthcare.

I digress. Well in my defence it was something on TV and something that I covered and told the news media about years ago.

So I was tagged in something tonight.

The Work & Pensions Select Committee was contacted by me over a week ago .. in fact I had a response at the end of last week. They wanted to use my case and I blogged about it. I told them I would send a way better and more detailed report that would likely contain three times the data that I had already sent them. After all .. I only complained about UC and NEA. I did not go into details about DLA, PIP, IB and JSA along with HMCTS.

I then blogged that I did that.

I am sure that the powers that be have been trying to find a way to stop me for a very, very long time and I have seen instances where websites have been closed down. Even the infamous Calum's List is now gone but can be found on Facebook. That is no safe refuge either and I spoke to someone a few years back that was closing his Facebook page down because of threats from solicitors.

In fact is it not funny that all solicitor tend to do now is evil deeds? In my mind around 90% of the protect those with large amounts of money that invariably got up to no good. Those that are innocent tend to be the poorest and .. there is no recourse to justice anymore because justice commands a huge fee.

Yeah there are these 'pro bono' solicitors but you would stand a better chance of finding rocking horse shit! Where are they?

Five and a half years of blogging my guts out, uploading videos and audio recordings at my own expense .. putting up with my various issues and continuing on almost unabated. Where are all the contacts? Where are the offers of help? Advice even?

You start asking yourself whether or not 80% or more of he British populace are just amoral and just hide it from the public eye?

It may be too early to come to those conclusions and/or that may be because something else may be at play? Maybe the majority of the population is not .. amoral and maybe something is preventing the 'word' from getting out? Who knows?

THE WAR OF THE DISABLED

Well I've been saying it for an absolute age.

I've stated it on here for the last five years, almost.

I have also been stating it to friends and family for around three years before I started this blog and it could well have been four years?

However .. what I discovered along with the fact that the government, Labour then, was tricking disabled people out of money but that they were getting help from the DWP. This also benefited local councils which they were obviously in on.

I named this liaising of corruption 'the evil trinity'.

Without a diagnosis the NHS were saving money in the process by not prescribing correct medicine, there were no expensive scans and, of course, no operations.

A very clever and very sneaky move by the government of the time. Because as well as saving the NHS millions it also meant no support from the DWP as well as every local council.

Imagine how much money we saved from this clever little ploy.

I spoke frankly with medical experts who themselves realised the government and NHS was up to something.

Several admitted to me the tricks they knew about and that much of the changes went on without being informed beforehand.

The hilarious part of it all is many I knew, offline, didn't believe me. All but one believes me now and the last one? This person doggedly defends the NHS and the Doctors and quotes, basically, their Hippocratic oath without realising their exists a Hippocratic oath. Tiring.

They do this despite the number of bad news reports that have released one after the other for the last five years or more.

I call people like this 'Ostriches'. Because they like to bury their heads in the sand and pretend it doesn't go on.

Modern humans are funny creatures. We don't like facing up to the fact that the safety nets we have taken for granted are simply not there. Or that they would be left to suffer or even die to save money.

This is Great Britain, that has .. had a great history and won two world wars. We created many great institutions that are now as corrupt as hell and the laughing stock of the world.

Well I along with many other people, including world wide, know this. All except the idiots that cooked up the plan. They think that the British people are so stupid and naive that we would never work it out.

This is one of the biggest problems for the Labour Party as many people have realised that this was actually started by them when they was in power.

The Conservative Party took this idea and decided to run with it and commit ever greater inhumane crimes against both the disabled as well as the unemployed.

Many are still naive though I hate to admit and it sticks in my crew that people think these inhumane attitudes only started when the Conservatives got in. No! They only notched it up a few levels.

The point of this post is to show you a BBC report about a woman that had to go to court for her disability.

In this report the BBC, or their reporter, states that they got access to reports that state that the number of disabled going to court for their payments will rise higher this year!

It was already high and you only have to be a member of DPAC's (Disabled People Against Cuts) to know this number had been rising for a number of years. I've been a member there for a number of years. Many there know me. Many know about my blogs. The giveaway is on the name of the group after all. It's also not the only group in this particular area. There are at least three.

So you can imagine that for a number of years many disabled people have been affected?

Now do a Google search for 'Disabled groups UK' and see how many there are. Trying replacing 'groups' with 'charities' and see how many you can find?

These organisations do not run on hot air out love, it's just not possible.

So if the number of disabled people getting the proverbial knife in their backs where have all these groups been?

If they have been doing stuff why has it not been aired in the mainstream media?

Don't say they didn't know. Because even before starting this blog I sent them details, predictions, documents and recorded evidence.

You can imagine that after sending them proof regarding the NHS, DWP, Local Councils, two Police Forces, MI5 and GCHQ (was called a genius by those last three) other public services, all their ombudsman and six major retail outlets ..

You can imagine .. part of me expected to come home and find a dozen reporters and paparazzi camped out in my front garden.

But .. I was also around 80% convinced the mainstream news media was not only corrupt but being controlled.

So yeah .. when they got caught red handed several times manipulating their viewers, both here and in the USA, you can imagine my smile.

I did have contact with one single person who was using my blog and it's data. Attacking Iain Duncan-Smith in the House of Commons at one point. The one and only person I worked with in the hope of changing attitudes and he sadly died.

Of course I wondered whether we had another Dr Kelly, I think his name was, like death on our hands? I have been told by at least one person that they believe his death to be linked to me.

As for me? No idea. I can only state things I know to be true with either a plan in place to acquire evidence or already possess it.

It's funny it's almost like it's not British, or true Brits, running the UK any more?

It's like it's someone who hates the British people?

I have to wonder to rise with either the greatest influence in the UK and their history.

I couldn't imagine any government prior to around 1980 treating the British populace this way.

THE DAY OF THE TRIANGLES

Well that is weird.

For a long time now I have expected to come across others on my blog hat have been doing the exact same things that I have been doing, or at least something similar. They may have been recording, keeping documents and categorising everything and them publishing it?

They may have concentrated on one or two things or may have been as suspicious as me and suspected everyone and recorded absolutely everyone?

A little while ago I had one comment on one of my blogs and now I have had a second ... though I have wondered if it might turn out to be the same one but as it was on blogs of different hosts then I tend to think they are different people.

What I also found of interest is that in their comments they also stated that it was funny that certain ... let us say 'organisations' are not actively or doing more than they are to go after the DWP, Capita, Maximus, Atos and their staff for crimes committed?

As well as mentioning DPAC, who I am familiar with via Facebook, he also mentioned Black Triangle as yet another in a long list of organisations who are supposed to be looking out for disabled people, take donations and such and yet have done very little during all this crap for the past 7 years it has been going on.

Now you would have thought that all these organisations, DPAC, Black Triangle and even the Citizen's Advice Bureau would have realised there was some cheating going on when it started. As I stated that for me was 7 or 8 years ago.

You would have thought that when it started, which may have been further back than when I first noticed, that they would have gone to the media over all this? For me it is a full gone conclusion.

Now if they had done that then they must have surely kept going back to the media time after time after time?

I certainly have not heard very much other than the odd little report somewhere.

Now if they ha done this they must have also realised something else at some point .. that the mainstream news media is biased, paid off or at least avoiding these stories for one reason or another.

Only the fact is that all they talk about, and love to, in the news is how much debt the nation is in. But wait a minute ... included in the subject of what the DWP is doing is the fact that all these ombudsmen, governing, bodies, charities and watchdogs of which their are literally dozens and dozens ... are not doing anything?

These organisations do not run for free and nor do they run on fresh air!

What makes this worse by a factor of a hundred is that a large percentage of the British public probably think that the vulnerable sections of society are being cared for? Some might even think that these vulnerable sections of society actually have things quite good?

I certainly know that some thought that about me and since changed their minds, seeing what I have had to go through and having relatives being put through the same nightmare scenarios.

One wonders when this will all end and I have no doubts at all that many people have had horrendous lives for the past 7 years, I know I have.

I am also interested and worried now to see the figures for the number of suicides that have come about to save money. Everyone has always complained about money being more important that human lives, unless there is a chance labelled 'not politically correct' that is, and this seems like the absolutely best example there is.

One can only hope.

So now there are three of us with our own data and recordings?

Collectively we must have plenty of dynamite, especially as mine tipped over 100GB some time ago now and I just stopped counting.

A DIFFERENT BOW

In the past weeks I have experienced a lot. I have posted a lot. But not all...YET.

What started as a simple single salvo against me with the DWP going after an assessment of me that I cannot get to it got worse.

Let us not beat around the bush here and as I have now explained to several surprised Citizen's Advice advisors and several medical professionals that … well me and the DWP have a history and … well, they do not like me.

I told them I have absolutely no doubt that they have waited a long time to do this.

We have been through this together so often it is simply ludicrous and they have even admitted as much,, by trying to say that I failed to attend five assessments only recently. Three of those assessments were from about five years ago so … they fucking know only too well what the situation is. There were not five assessments recently and was only just one. One. That's it. But they are trying to twist it and it wont work, I am ahead of them on that.

So … they are making it damned obvious.

They also think that they will catch me out .. they wont.

I think they also made their minds up about my actions of the past couple years and I can tell you they convinced themselves of something that simply is not true. Bad call.

Then of course my rent payments got automatically cancelled and the council were vague and uninformative as well as 90% unresponsive to my attempts at correspondence. Three emails, five phone-calls within the buildings phone network cut off for being too busy, two phone-calls from my mobile and two visits into their offices. To say this was above and beyond the call of duty but four weeks into informing them I was not working they then tell me that they were missing my bank statements?!

I saw this as an attempt to miss a rent payment so that my landlord kicked me out. Even my landlord saw it as this, a few years back he would have said no, and blamed my blogging about them.

It gets better still when I get first a letter from the appeals court telling me about my appeal against my Incapacity Benefit being stopped and then another one telling me about my Personal Independent Payments being stopped … wait, what? No it's not. It was my Incapacity benefit and only that. Except I was very serious about this … faux pas. I told them I was suspicious too!

Four days later I get a letter from the DWP having not been content with my Incapacity Benefit and my Housing Benefit but asking me for an assessment for my Personal Independent Payments?!

Two problems with this … one is that they damn well know that I am already going to court against them for not travelling 7 miles and stopping my benefits.

Secondly … umm well how is it that the faux pas was made that looked like they were going after my remaining PIP benefit and then … they announced they were going after my PIP benefit?!

That not enough for you?! Alrighty then …

I am told to put in a claim for ESA in a new application and the local Jobcentre refuse to take it but Citizen's Advice assumed I had handed this in. When I explained to Cab what had happened they told me that the Jobcentre was WRONG and told me to post it, so I did. Via recorded delivery as I do not trust them. The scan of the receipt with their postcode on it is at the bottom.

I have a load of these recorded delivery receipts and even have one to MI5!

Today I attended my third meeting with a Citizen's Advice advisor and once again a different person and she looked up my file and asked what was happening with my ESA application. “I don't know” I said and she then looked confused. She then checked the dates on the screen before I told her that they initially refused to take it at the Jobcentre but I posted it when I had the second meeting.

“You should have heard something by now” she said and picked up the phone to ring them.

I had also told her about my short term memory condition and that all this is too much for me to keep on top of things. They know about my short term memory issues too, the DWP, and am sure they are playing towards that weakness of mine. They do love their deadlines.

She was shocked further when I told her I had experienced hundreds of blackouts and then a full on seizure just prior to the attempt on my Incapacity Benefit and that I had then been zoomed around in no time and had already had a Neurology appointment and was then rushed to a quick scan that I had had two days before, the results were being rushed and that I had a Royal free Hospital appointment the following Saturday and then another appointment in February that I … think … may be brought forwards?

I explained that epilepsy was ruled out as I had predicted and that left me with a brain tumour, narcolepsy or something else I had not managed to track down in my research.

I explained how the staff at Chase Farm Hospital know there is a picture of a new building being built but that they do not trust the NHS and keep looking over the fence at Chase Farm Hospital every now and then to see if they start looking like private flats they are going to sell off?!

I explained at how I had a meeting with a Doctor at North Middlesex Hospital who reacted with utter shock when I told him everything that the DWP had done in the space of just 6 weeks. I then explained that the Doctor was even more shocked when I told him about the MRI on my head and why I had, had it. I explained that the Doctor verbally said “What the hell are these public services doing?!” and that no Doctor in the land would refuse to back me up against the DWP, especially with my medical record.

I also explained the loss of my legs, a symptom I was not aware of that can be permanent and caused by the DWP which is supposed to be illegal. I also explained about the anxiety and the lengths that anxiety also very recently made me go to cope.

That is the loss of the use of my legs that can happen again and can become permanent putting me in a wheelchair for the rest of my life and that same anxiety causing fear so bad you cannot control that you want the strongest pills possible and start self harming to cope.

That is all in the space of about six weeks.

As the Doctor I spoke to said they are blanket bombing disabled people to see if something sticks and even if its only for a couple of months they are saving money.

This was a deliberate plan by George Osborne just ass I predicted and basically he just got called out on by Nick Clegg by stating that George Osborne sis not care about human life and saw the entire welfare state as a bottomless pit to pay they debts his fecking cronies made in the first instance.

I fecking called it on here and I am … almost ready to rest my case.

Except I have two court cases to work through first both involving the DWP.

That means I get not one but two chances to see if that one single industry is as corrupt as the rest of it and all paid off to ignore the law too, without a care for human suffering along with it?

Wow. Who would have thought? Two chances in quick succession?

I have waited a bloody long time and planned a bloody long time for this … I just did not expect a fecking return of the anxiety attacks, loss of feeling of legs with it, self harming and added to that an increase in blackouts and a full on seizure that would lead to some rushed appointments and scans?!

I do often feel like I was destined for this but if so they could have left out the effing anxiety!

I am almost like a crash test dummy and I bloody well hope that after all this it was actually all for something?!

For those that have been on here a long time and looked up the different public services I have posted about and got stuff on up until two years ago ...

Oh and if you think that it just so happens that all this stuff is just mistakes, even after Doctor and Nurses said what they did? Yeah, well really? All mistakes? Genuine mistakes?

Well then I suggest that you might want to ask as your paying for all these debacles with your taxes that where in the world do they employ all these people?

Hey, its your money. If you do not mind it all being wasted on idiots, mistakes, harassment of the disabled and two departments for every one benefit then who I am to explain anything to you?

THE DIRTY TRUTH

There is something that I have forgotten to mention that I just got reminded by as I was telling a friend I have not spoken to in ages what has happened to me lately.

He was still reeling from the blackouts, full on seizure, cancelling my Incapacity Benefit, cancelling my housing payments, the neurology appointments, upcoming scan, looking after someone's animals for nearly six weeks, missing a wedding, colonoscopy coming up and whatever else things I have forgotten right now?

I then forgot to tell him about the anxiety attacks and that leading to the loss of the use of my legs!

What I have forgotten to mention on here is that a brother mentioned to me that he had heard of loads of people losing their benefits. But that I later realised he did not know anyone so I asked him about this.

As it turns out .... he said that at his Ford showroom and like many others they provide a lot of people with mobility cars. One day one person came in to warn them they would miss a payment because their money had been unfairly cancelled. He went on to state that after that first one they were then inundated with more people saying the exact same thing and had not seen anything like it.

He thought that this was just an inhumane and dirty trick for the government to make it look in the house of commons like they were getting the welfare bill down. Obviously must be having one coming up in the next three months?

When I text my mate he replied and said that he had heard of this happening to loads off people in Waltham Abbey, the Ford showroom is St Albans I believe so pretty much nation wide. He told me of a story of one lady who had, had hers taken away and she thought it was something to do with an ex-boyfriend. So she made a report about her ex's mother who then lost her car and the crap hit the fan.

He then text me a picture they took from a newspaper that had an article about assessments going on, on disabled people in Croydon where the assessments were on the first floor and wheelchair bound people were not allowed to use the lifts, quoting health and safety reasons.

Whenever you talk to these idiots that are actually very patronising and most of the time anyone would think they belong to some higher calling or more advanced life-form, David Icke cough-cough?

Do any of these idiots in the UK government and public services not understand how the Internet works? Still?!

Ahh apparently the newspaper is The Daily Star and titled "Wheely, Wheely Stupid"

He tells me a friend of his wife's who has Fibromyalgia and more or less bed bound was told by assessors that she could work and do a job of a Gym Instructor?! LMFAO?! This message came through via voice message and he was roaring with laughter as he explained it.

So yeah ... that was what I had forgotten.

Not only have the made the attack on disabled people so obvious by going for soo many at once but they have been coming up with the most ludicrous reasons and statements for this.

I had a letter from Atos, which was very weird and now includes the DWP logo?!

Hmm did not look at the date but it came today, 17th July 2014, and yet again does not answer either of my two questions and refuses to hand over any NHS stuff held on me?! Ooh now THERE IS A SURPRISE!

Oddly I have sent the exact same things to the DWP and their PIPS department and got the exact same thing, so now I have asked for the FIFTH TIME!!

I have also called their bluff and first up are two images of the letter Atos sent me and then the emails I sent them ...

Why have I just had a letter from Atos full of bull?

Do neither you nor Atos understand simple English?! After the letter I have just had I have to state no and in all honesty if such a conspiracy was going to be set up involving the evil trinity of you councils and the NHS you could have at least done a better job of things and they could have employed people of intelligence to lie?!

For the fourth time they have failed to comment on the following and I am still awaiting answers from you ... it is not hard and is not rocket science, there is a file ... you LOOK in it ... and you PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED!

Just to go over once again and add some new ones ...

1 Why have I not been provided with the information I requested pertaining on what is held on me, its legal that you provide this (some call them screenshots) and exactly WHY have Atos refused to to do this when the information is MINE?!?!

2 Exactly WHY have they not only repeated once again that I am waiting for an assessment, are they all frogs?, when I am not and have told them that at NO POINT was ai EVER AWAITING an ASSESSMENT and this only occurred when I applied pressure and there is no doubt in my mind now as I stated before that you are all feverishly looking for a way to beat both me and the blog and that you have realised, or your Puppeteers, that it is less than a year to the next General Election and that their is a good chance that everyone will be out of jobs as well as labeled with some pretty awful names.

3 Why are the talking of an assessment when they have ALREADY ACCEPTED four times in the past that I cannot travel and home visits were arranged that they then lied about which are so easily proved are lies and no way on PLANET EARTH you can claim them to be true!

4 Why am I expected to attend an assessment when a local woman was told that she did not need to attend one by both Atos and yourselves and received her money, despite this being only a suspected diagnosis and not a confirmed diagnosis like I received from both Guy's Hospital and my latest GP who kicked me off his register?!

5 I should now add that I am currently heaving many people refusing to speak to me, including the NHS which only makes them look guilty and the time taken shows them up to be scheming, and that I am currently refused a Doctor?! Now think about this for a moment and how bad this looks on my blog and then factor in I have been really, REALLY ill and in a fair amount of pain too as a factor of this refusal! I am not a murderer or a rapist who would not be refused treatment I simply tell the truth and expose corruption and lies and so the NHS look like they will happily treat lower life forms but refuse to treat people now seen by some as a hero?!

Now once again!!!

Please stop the crap, you wont win and you only succeed in making yourselves look ever more guilty and many members of the public who became estranged because of both you and the NHS have yet to hear that it is not obvious that you are going to refuse yet again, and I told them you would, despite them being aware of my condition! NOT GOOD!

Also it may interest you and the NHS to know that I am now being contacted by people who have been put through the exact same thing I have! The refusal of the NHS to diagnose conditions, refer people off and even being alienated from their family over it for a decade!

These people could not be further afield in the UK if you tried and without getting very wet and no doubt very cold! Since having a conversation they realised that I knew more about the condition of Fibromyalgia than even the guys at ... err well Guy's Hospital! Unless they are willing to admit they were lying to me and therefore admitting they were trying to set me up at someone else's request that is?!

I was even requested to right a short summary, bloody impossible with this condition, of what Fibromyalgia is and how it works as well as how it comes about!

Now do you think it very wise after what I recently did to the NHS to continue to find a way to do battle with me? REALLY?!

Of course I know why the stubborn attitude remains, well it is not just about awarding PIPS from new is it? Oh no, no, no its about me being right for over then years and the fact that my story remained the same as did you refusals, even at the biased Tribunal, that you now look like you were lying to your so-called customers you even lie and say you care about all along?!

Oh, no it is the repercussions from this you are trying so hard and badly to prevent, but you cannot. You have failed to see that the only thing you can do is stop what your doing because your only making it worse! 

Or to put it another way your insistence of continuing the conveyor belt of lies and trickery in the desperate attempt to find one single solitary mistake or chink in my armour to put me down?!

The trouble is if you were ever fortunate to find one ... are you so sure it would put me down?!

I know the answer, the question is are you prepared to take the risk because that repercussion you fear so much only builds up in pressure before the top finally blows.
