THE GENTLEMAN'S EXCUSE ME

Well this was a close one.

Do not get man of these but the last time it was .. less then two days. A Telegraph report about something Theresa May stated that I had stated two days before had .. been broadcast. I am not entirely sure when she stated the fact that PIP and ESA was going and by 2020? But it was what I stated in the DPAC group 36 to 48 hours before that .. caused me a surprising amount of bother.

Being someone that likes to cut in and dance around the edge's with death I am kind of used to it.

But a number of people reacted .. some upset and others .. angrily and it was even put forward that I should be kicked form the group?!

I was not even in there when all this was being said .. then spotted it and tried to defend what I said. It was demanded of me that I reveal my source but this would have made absolutely no difference whatsoever. I refused. To me that was proof.

But to naive people that think themselves intelligent because they know a few big words .. it was not proof of my integrity. They wanted a name. A name they would not recognise ad would just get the guy fired. It was not going to happen.

That was how I met a number of people and one in particular was Gail Ward.

She private messaged me and I had just been kicked off a Fibromyalgia group for saying the same thing and the first thing I said was "Go on? I know how this is going to go I have just been kicked somewhere else" She explained that she was not going to do that and just assured me I could confide in her .. I trusted her so I did.

Several people then believed me .. some did not.

Two days later when word got around that it indeed was a statement of fact .. some apologised .. others did not. Big to open their mouths .. not so big to open their mouths when they have made mistakes and do not look quite so intelligent anymore.

Disabilities do not change human character. At least not to that extent.

Still .. I do it to help people .. if I am going to get a backlash over something .. so be it .. I at least tried and maybe, just maybe I might reach and help some people with open minds who know me well enough to listen.

My solicitor from Mary Ward Legal was not aware that the government had changed the law on sanctions, going from 'Illegal', yes they were and you better believe it, to 'Legal'. She was not aware and neither was she aware that in the sanctions they are not touching your rent payments. They told me that at my first visit to the Job Centre in Price Street Birkenhead where I now unfortunately reside. Only because things are worse here with the authorities than they were in the place I left.

Someone much ore selfish than me would see this as a field day .. a gift from God, if you prefer. But I was saddened by this, what I was hearing and what I was seeing.

So .. with one of the best stories around now becoming instantly twice as bad as it was before and right in the belly of the beast.

There was only a matter of time before they realised it. Upon realising this they might .. see a major problem .. or threat.

That is what I have trying to be for the last 8 years.

Unfortunately for them .. they thought I had only done this for a few weeks when they discovered my dastardly plans. To counter dastardly plans you have to have equally dastardly plans but doing these in both a genuine, legal as well as factual manner .. well that is not easy. Especially when you do not have the resources of a big news network like Rupert Murdoch. Ooh he has just sold Fox for $54 Billion plus .. maybe he is coming after me?!

Well I did get warned about this .. many, many times. The first few weeks in which I started .. to a few days ago 5.5 years after I started. Plus others in-between.

Now I thought I would succeed a lot quicker then this and thought it wold be all over in a year or two and .. well no. It just did not happen like that.

I had built up a lot of evidence before I even started blogging .. thought it as enough .. thought I would hit the ground running and in the first yer or two the stories would race around and people would slowly flock to read my blogs.

I said it before it is like an illusion conjured up my a Magician. You are 'wowed' by the illusion but as soon as you know how it is done the lustre wears off .. so to speak.

Oh .. Spire Healthcare are on the TV for lying and it turns out that my daughter worked for them and knew about the lying. Should have seen the loo on her face when I explained not only did I know who Spire Healthcare was and that I covered them four years or so ago when I thought I had Charcot Marie Tooth Disease before later realising it was Fibromyalgia.

The story involves a weird one when I was on my way to the appointment but in the main part of the building, which was the wrong one. A tall blond man was walking towards me while speaking to someone else and he glanced at me. He stopped mid sentence and did ore or less a double-take. Dominick Mort.

As I passed by I wondered why this man had done this .. realised. or came to the conclusion that this was the man I was about to see, in a completely different part of the building and that he recognised me. I asked myself ow in the feck he knew who I was because at no point in my medical history had anyone taken a picture of me. At least not while I was conscious.

Of course he later turned out to the man I was about to see and someone I was in contact with at the time checked him out and told me all about Spire Healthcare.

I digress. Well in my defence it was something on TV and something that I covered and told the news media about years ago.

So I was tagged in something tonight.

The Work & Pensions Select Committee was contacted by me over a week ago .. in fact I had a response at the end of last week. They wanted to use my case and I blogged about it. I told them I would send a way better and more detailed report that would likely contain three times the data that I had already sent them. After all .. I only complained about UC and NEA. I did not go into details about DLA, PIP, IB and JSA along with HMCTS.

I then blogged that I did that.

I am sure that the powers that be have been trying to find a way to stop me for a very, very long time and I have seen instances where websites have been closed down. Even the infamous Calum's List is now gone but can be found on Facebook. That is no safe refuge either and I spoke to someone a few years back that was closing his Facebook page down because of threats from solicitors.

In fact is it not funny that all solicitor tend to do now is evil deeds? In my mind around 90% of the protect those with large amounts of money that invariably got up to no good. Those that are innocent tend to be the poorest and .. there is no recourse to justice anymore because justice commands a huge fee.

Yeah there are these 'pro bono' solicitors but you would stand a better chance of finding rocking horse shit! Where are they?

Five and a half years of blogging my guts out, uploading videos and audio recordings at my own expense .. putting up with my various issues and continuing on almost unabated. Where are all the contacts? Where are the offers of help? Advice even?

You start asking yourself whether or not 80% or more of he British populace are just amoral and just hide it from the public eye?

It may be too early to come to those conclusions and/or that may be because something else may be at play? Maybe the majority of the population is not .. amoral and maybe something is preventing the 'word' from getting out? Who knows?

So Atos, Capita and Maximus are going are they and half of the staff and heads at the DWP going to prison for breaking the laws and then manipulating and changing the laws so they can keep on causing suffering and .. well breaking the laws .. just the previous laws?!

THE DIRTY TRUTH

There is something that I have forgotten to mention that I just got reminded by as I was telling a friend I have not spoken to in ages what has happened to me lately.

He was still reeling from the blackouts, full on seizure, cancelling my Incapacity Benefit, cancelling my housing payments, the neurology appointments, upcoming scan, looking after someone's animals for nearly six weeks, missing a wedding, colonoscopy coming up and whatever else things I have forgotten right now?

I then forgot to tell him about the anxiety attacks and that leading to the loss of the use of my legs!

What I have forgotten to mention on here is that a brother mentioned to me that he had heard of loads of people losing their benefits. But that I later realised he did not know anyone so I asked him about this.

As it turns out .... he said that at his Ford showroom and like many others they provide a lot of people with mobility cars. One day one person came in to warn them they would miss a payment because their money had been unfairly cancelled. He went on to state that after that first one they were then inundated with more people saying the exact same thing and had not seen anything like it.

He thought that this was just an inhumane and dirty trick for the government to make it look in the house of commons like they were getting the welfare bill down. Obviously must be having one coming up in the next three months?

When I text my mate he replied and said that he had heard of this happening to loads off people in Waltham Abbey, the Ford showroom is St Albans I believe so pretty much nation wide. He told me of a story of one lady who had, had hers taken away and she thought it was something to do with an ex-boyfriend. So she made a report about her ex's mother who then lost her car and the crap hit the fan.

He then text me a picture they took from a newspaper that had an article about assessments going on, on disabled people in Croydon where the assessments were on the first floor and wheelchair bound people were not allowed to use the lifts, quoting health and safety reasons.

Whenever you talk to these idiots that are actually very patronising and most of the time anyone would think they belong to some higher calling or more advanced life-form, David Icke cough-cough?

Do any of these idiots in the UK government and public services not understand how the Internet works? Still?!

Ahh apparently the newspaper is The Daily Star and titled "Wheely, Wheely Stupid"

He tells me a friend of his wife's who has Fibromyalgia and more or less bed bound was told by assessors that she could work and do a job of a Gym Instructor?! LMFAO?! This message came through via voice message and he was roaring with laughter as he explained it.

So yeah ... that was what I had forgotten.

Not only have the made the attack on disabled people so obvious by going for soo many at once but they have been coming up with the most ludicrous reasons and statements for this.

Well this little letter about disability assessment just gets stranger and stranger.

I had en email from Atos yesterday who were quick to tell me that they had already contacted the DWP with their report and gave the dates. I had assumed they had realised they had made a mistake and sent something back to the DWP. Until I looked at the dates they contacted the DWP which was over a year previous?!

HUH?!

In other words ... it was not them!

Do you know what this means?

It means that there are now, and I should state at this point 'minimum', of three, count them, three organisations assessing disabled people!

Now as a taxpayer ... just stop and think about that for a moment.

• Only a small percentage of the populace are disabled
• A large percentage of those are incurable and progressive
• Everyone has a Doctor I have proved a large percentage lie
• First port of call ... ask for a Doctors letter

So why are there no less than three organisations set up to assess disabled people when all you need is a Doctor? A genuine Doctor who is not a liar nor an idiot. Well that is if your an assessor organisation that is not asking Doctors to provide fake documents or having someone else get them to do this for you?

Also do not forget it was already reported in the news media what seems like a bloody long time ago that these assessors are getting paid £900 per day!

So on the letter it states the 'Centre For Health And Disability Assessments'.

Now I had one person try to make excuses for why this is happening like 'Oh maybe noww they have changed it they assess you once a year'? *GROAN*

People simply do not think before opening the flood gates.

• Incurable & Progressive condition
• It's not a YEAR, it is in fact around 16 months

Just two off the top of my head but here is another two ...

• Yet again why ask a disabled person to travel several miles and ...
• Why not ask your Doctor first or request a Doctors letter?!

If they suddenly out of the blue ask you to go a long way you know there are corrupt, dishonest and up to no good before the traps are even open. They asked someone I know to go to Chelmsford from Hackney! I told them not to bother but they were sure they would get it. They didn't.

The Russians are only one level below us in their remarks about disabled people.

I would rather have been gassed to death by the Nazis when my condition was first realised than go through all this shit, pain, nausea, passing out, sickness irritable symptoms lack of sleep and everything else that comes with the crap I have to live with every single day of the rest of my life.

Oh before I post the link to the contacts page for them here is an interesting letter whereby an investigation by the United Nations, no less, into the way that the disabled people are treated by the UK in The Guardian newspaper! Now recall I said recently I have had flashbacks to 1939? DO not ask me why, lol

Firstly who are you? 

I have rather surprisingly been sent an appointment letter for an assessment that is so obviously another ploy to cheat me and others out of help and support for disability, please do not insult my intelligence over this...

I have already contacted Capita and ripped them a new one, only they phoned me and told me the letter was nothing to do with them and I would have to contact Atos?!

Atos who I thought were gone, through my own endeavours no less, as they said in the media they had gone and Nick DeBois MP told me to my face that ‘they’, the Tory Party, found out what they were up to and ‘got rid of them’. Until I pointed out who I was, what I have done and what I was currently doing. That was around a year ago.

So you can imagine that the very idea of shaking up the welfare system to save money and be fairer is nothing of the kind as it is based on cheating, lies and on top of that I then find out that there are not one but TWO organisations paid for by the British taxpayer with many employees, not Doctors or struck off Doctors ergo NOT Doctors, being paid £900 per day, was a bloody shock!

But then I get an email from Atos stating “It was not use that sent you the letter”?

So now reeling from the possibility that there are now THREE organisations I have found your website and asking you.

When you find my details, as I am getting a little worried about sending my national insurance number out to a whole stream of untrustworthy organisations, please note that if you want to assess me you need to visit my home to do so.

Dear Sirs

I really am tired of writing this stuff over and over again. Now I am contacting you after reading about an investigation about the way that the UK is treating disabled people due to welfare cuts.

I am afraid to say I have already done this job for you.

It is also far worse than the title of your investigation suggests.

• The NHS get Doctors to lie on medical records
• The safety net is the letters are burned if asked for by victim or legal people
• This allows NHS, DWP and Local Councils to save money
• They falsify test results
• Falsify medical notes
• Know what you actually have wrong with you for at least two years without telling you!

Now I would suggest at this point you are looking at this in disbelief?

Probably thinking, if your actually an genuine organisation and not as corrupt as those I have dealt with, it cannot possibly be true?

That I am crazy or suffering with mental health issues, well not according to the NHS themselves but ...

Not only can I prove everything I say with 100GB plus of data, including many dozens of secretly recorded audio, but I have published enough of it on my blogs to make it not only incontrovertible but out of 330,000 visitors I have had in only 3.7 years I have not had one single comment about being wrong or being mad.

I have had many comments of thanks from many and even one from a man of the cloth!

I have two blogs, one backing up the other in case I got closed down by the British government ...

Also what is most troubling is the state of human rights in the UK and the British justice system.

From News networks to Ombudsman personal injury organisations and solicitors direct. Not one has been interested but fell prey to a little trick of mine because I 100% of those I have been in contact with have been corrupt.

They failed to do a single thing but most importantly I believe they are all faked to fool the public into thinking their is a safety net because ...

·         Not a single organisation anywhere has asked me to send them the EVIDENCE

·         I never told any of them about the blogs

Have I provided plenty of food for thought to keep you fed for the next 12 months or so before you get around to finish your investigations?

CAPITA'S CAPITAL

Oh dear lord!

I get nothing but absolute crap from Google crappy software, namely Blogger!

Years of updating and yet it is still losing the labels and still screwing up the formatting and now it decides to freeze when I ask it to save a length post I typed out.

I forced a reboot of my really, really crap tablet PC, will NEVER buy another tablet, and would you believe it's still frozen on saving the post?!

Which means it's a problem at Google's end. Oh I'll just email them ... no, wait? They are aloof and Good like beings, like most companies and public services, oh and this Word app has now decided not to put on spaces automatically ... AGAIN!

Weird as it was working ... oh it just did as I forgot to hit ‘space' but it put it in, then it stopped and I had forgotten that it did this which is why I was not typing the posts out in MS Word before copying and pasting them!

God damn it!

No I found an article on The Mirror tabloids website about a Despatches programme on Channel 4 where they secretly filmed Capita!

News to me but Capita have been carrying out the assessments of disabled people for Personal Independent Payments.

This was Atos, except I, three attempts at typing ‘gave' feck me, gave them, the government and the DWP a bloody hard time for years.

Right now trying to remember the points in the webpage ...

First off after Atos there was someone else. Probably heard about me or the blog and thought better of it? Lol!

Secondly they stated that get £20,000 per month, not sure if that's each.

Thirdly they stated exactly that I've told thousands of people, several organisations including CAB, DPAC and many others including Scope that they don't make the rules and decide, the DWP do, which they have refuted of course.

So lastly it seems that once again someone has gone after two of my enemies, new connection of the two, for something I did years ago on here and prior to blogs beginnings. They have also proved what I've told thousand of people, posted on here for nearly four years. I had to drill into some groups of disabled people who were convinced that Atos were the one and only enemy. Atos did this job previously, until they got hit by several salvos from me and this blog got going. It's the DWP behind the illegal, amoral and inhumane actions.

Got them!! Lol!

Another of my endeavours and enemies/targets being caught red handed using my methods and approach.

Also Capita are one of the top three debt collector companies with a bad name and using physical abuse and fraud to acquire money from the public. The crimes they commit are worse than the crimes committed by their victims by a greater factor than ten!

I was involved with, attacked by and defrauded out of £4,000 + by JBW Group, number one on the corrupt debt collectors list.

I have a report from them that admits violence, invoice stating one item sold for £400 when I have emails from the builders of this only one in the world custom made item for £2,800.

That was one item out of five.

That was a parking ticket, lol.

I was disabled and the people that sent the bailiffs knew it.

So why is a debt collector assessing disabled people?!

For a plan that is itself corrupt, invented by the DWP. Just as I have always claimed.

Oh yeah, I forgot...another prediction proved correct!

Do you know what I thought would be interesting? If someone researched how many of my endeavours have been mirrored/copied in the media with dates for both me and them. Lol.

Would be bloody impressive if someone was already keeping scores?!

TIT FOR TWATS TOO

I have had a reply from Atos. It is one again full of BS and one again avoid to answer my questions, actually starting that they airway did one of them.

Odd as I do not recall posting about it on here and ripping shit out of them for it?! Which you know I just so love to do right now! Until I get bored with it one day.

As well as claiming they answered the question that the have refused A Home Visit and already told me why I have requested to know, after accusing her off lying, why it was so very difficult to copy and paste the reasons from the correspondence they claim they already sent?!

I would wager I won't get a reply to my reply? Still it matters not.

The other day I was speaking to someone I know and told them about the NHS attempting to falsely label me as some violent idiot twice now. He said "but that should not come into it, even if you had a mental condition that makes you tend to be violent you still need A Doctor!" I simply answered "well exactly!" of course I never pointed this out. Start pointing things out to soon and my intention of them talking crap and dropping themselves in it while recording them would not have got very far.

The difference is whereas others would have narrow thinking and get one thing on tape and wave it about to get what they wanted, or deserved, I did not.

I always thought about the bigger picture. It says always about the bigger picture for me. Just catching out one or two people was too easy and not satisfying enough for my desires. Not a challenge.

But a dozen of each over even years and this was a challenge I would relish, oh yes. It was also the only viable way of exposing the find stench of rot in the UK to be able to then cut it away from society with a scalpel like precision.

I am still doing this and rather better than I thought.

Well your lying organisation seems to be requesting that I contact you because they simply cannot argue with me so start either lying, omitting or other such crap to avoid speaking or answering questions.

Do NOT play dumb! It will not be well received!

I am well aware that both my name and my blogs reputation is preceding me so I already know that your entire organisation knows what I have been doing for the last two years plus now.

I was told rather wrongly that 'secretly recording assessments at Atos is not allowed' but I don't really give Atos because it's not illegal and you cannot stop me.

Here is a line I sent to the Brain of Britain I prepositions contacted..

I have for a very long time been recording every meeting I ever had with anyone and as everyone now realises there is 100GB of data and a fair chunk is published online. I have been publishing this for over two years and continued to record to date. I stated a couple years before I started my blog.

I think I can let you work out the.. size of the problem.

However as I stated to that person in my last email the clue is in the statement. I find it utterly bizarre that public services have employed so many people that are...

1 Defrauding the British taxpayer knowingly...

2 That they think themselves, by talking this way, if thinking themselves of some higher order despite not having the intelligence as they quite obviously have no idea why I am upset or possess no empathy whatsoever and your supposed to all be health professionals?

With no ability to tell the truth now answer direct questions and quite obviously from the time the appointments are set have no understanding of my condition whatsoever!  Completely the opposite to what your organisation told the Fibromyalgia Association UK!

I paste an email I just sent to the lady who died not like being caught it lying or likes answering questions.  That is after I sign off.

Oh and I warn you now that my entire medical files at both the NHS, as I have a mountain of evidence on them too, and the DWP have subsequently vanished. Bad show and most definitely not wise.

But these are the kind of forced errors I have been making all along.

It was quite obvious to me a long time ago there was quite an elaborate and clever plan to misinform and manipulate the British Public. It was also going to take an even more elaborate, intricate at times and very clever plan to find out what is going on, how it works and who was in the chain to see the plan through.

I am not going to even bother proving the blog address.

Just two points to join up for you as you don't fully see the implications nor glaring holes within your own statements and emails..

1 So how is it that you have no requested it?

2 I have previously sent both you and the DWP evidence of all my 6 conditions providing both attachments in emails and the addresses on the internet to where they can be found.

3 You have NOT bloody well explained to me one at all why a home visit is not possible! If so they would be clear to see that I was lying to all the tests on my blog! Your a liar pure and simple but then I have come to exist this of you.

Are you now in denial about all the bad press your organisation has had?

I could also explain remarks made by my current GP regarding all this but I shall leave that did another time.

So if you could answer those two simple questions and the previous ones you have yet again failed to answer, answering by lying and claiming you already answered when in point of fact you did not is still avoidance.

After all why is it so difficult to do what I do week in and week out and copy and paste or resend the email? Did they only teach  you what the 'reply' button does and nothing else.

You also made no remark about the fact I have every single letter and email you ever sent me and that not only can I prove, and have done, over and over that your a lying and criminal organisation.

I was just explaining to a visitor today what your organisation stated about why you have failed to turn up for one of three, or was it four,  home visits to which they realised you cannot prove at all that your staff were honest.

So as I not only KNOW DAMN WELL that you do home visits that I have three letters from you with four lies about why you did not on each occasion.

So I ask once again...

Why are you now refusing to perform a Home Visit?!
