Oh .. my .. God!

I simply cannot believe how things go sometimes and how little disregard others can have, LOL.

In between days of doing a series of chores for someone else I should be doing that I want and need to be doing but no.

I have been out on my bike twice. The first time to get my rent, get a large envelope and some tobacco and return home to package some stuff up into the large envelope and mete my landlord to pay him.

I was supposed to be visited by my mother this afternoon too and then my brother, or one of them, texts me and asks if we can go over to try on some black suits we are having made for an upcoming wedding. Of course as is usual for me I forgot when we were having the measurements taken that this wedding is in August. Good chance of it being very warm and very humid, which I do not do well in. I am always in a vest and shorts in the warmer months.

Of course there are the blackouts, the recent seizure and the shutting down of my thigh muscles as well as the anxiety attacks. Oh did I mention about looking after animals every other day for five weeks?

Oh and the neurology appointment.

I forgot to get some other shopping while out. Was not sure I had enough money as I ended up with two packages to be sent via recorded delivery … to a court … in Bradford!

Out I go again on my bike after having the landlord get his rent, to an ATM before zooming back to a Post Office to send off my packages. Text asking me if picking me up is still OK and I say that I think it is but do not know where our mother has got to, typical.

Cycling down to the ATM I am checking the cars going towards my house, get to the ATM no calls to phone asking where I am, back to Post Office and then back home. No mother here waiting.

So then?

While I am waiting.

This is the post I would not type out until I had sent off the packages. The packages contained copies of evidence, Doctor's letters, hospital letters along with a run down about what has happened to me recently health wise. A report about the blatant disregard of the public services about how miserable and painful they make peoples lives. All the reports including the NHS lying and to cap it all off a DVD.

I also explain what has happened with my help.

You see this is about the Citizen's Advice Bureau and what happened when I attended my meting with them. To cut a meeting over an hour long to a brief minimum they filled in the form for me and compiled an appeals letter to the court, HMCTS (Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service) SSCS, do not know what the latter acronym stands for.

While there a guy who was Lithuanian helped me and I said “Privet” to him and he looked surprised and said “Oh so you speak Russian?” to which I told him no but that I had a friend years ago from St Petersburg, his name was Edvard and I attended university with him.

We touched on a couple of things and he showed he was not naïve by saying “yes-yes-yes” a couple of times in the hour when I corrected him and said that the DWP lie.

He was surprised at how I had been treated, that I was receiving Incapacity Benefit and that they had just cancelled it like that. I also showed him something … on the latest letter I received from the DWP they stated that I had been asked four previous times to attend an assessment. I told him this was a lie and that they were supposed to come to my home for a Home Visit four times but failed to show up each time. I told him I had the letters and he was shocked.

It turned out some things about me I never thought about were relevant with the argument and which I did not think about when the DWP called me, a person with serious memory problems.

Well they will find out now.

The court service will also find out a few more things from me and that is a breakdown of the fact I have been lied to by the NHS for a decade. Not all the time and most of them probably did not realise the extent to which they were being used and why. One did. When she did with my help she walked in one morning announced to five stunned staff she had, had enough of the NHS, was retiring effective immediately, turned around and walked back out the door. The NHS were forced to put stand ins in place until they could unload the patients registered to other clinics.

I did not rust them and decided to pick my own. I chose … unwisely.

But then I do not think it would make much difference as the lies and cheating go on everywhere and they wont accept they are being used because after all they are Doctors. The most intelligent beings on Earth. No one could possibly manipulate and fool them? They certainly cannot take it when a lowly put of work patient manages to put all the pieces together and the hows and whys. Oh no-no-no.

Sorry but being unemployed does not mean your brain-dead or in any way unintelligent and nor does it mean that your life is worth less than others. That is the lesson I have been slowly teaching and telling everyone.

That is when I have the time, manage to get something to tell, manage to remember and all hell is not breaking loose while the wolves growl with bared teeth at my door.

Oh I got a call from my mother who was clearly at home and after 4pm when I am being picked up to try a suit on at 6pm. That ain't happening, lol.

Could have been a bit tricky there as she had come across an old post of mine posting about when I was homeless back when I was fifteen. Ooh. Lol. That was a bloody old post.

I had fallen out with my father .. well had a fight in reality and for some time wanted to live with my mother but that the guy she was involved with was none too keen. Not sure he would have been any keener if it were has own actual children. Probably why they have never spoken to him most of their lives. I was a teenager the last time I saw any of them and I am 47 now.

So I get to continue on umm typing? Well I can do something .. if I can think of it.

Yes so I have been helped by the Citizen's Advice and am going back to the court tribunal I loathed the last time around. Did not ask me the right questions and asked a very odd one. Like everyone else missed that I had Fibromyalgia and asked me if I could get to the Morrisons across the road?! I said “Well I got here didn't I? Considerably further than across the road, but in pain.

You see before you start it is set up as a cheat.

Something that idiot for that organisation that emailed recently clearly misses altogether by suggesting that the DWP can be sympathetic? LOLOLOLOLOL! Bloody .. hilarious! I simply could not believe my eyes when I read that email from that 'Peter' fellow. I thought he was joking and it was not done very well? Lol. The DWP? Sympathetic?

Ooh I never thought, maybe he is not British and like the Lithuanian came here from a country where the welfare system actually gives a crap about human lives? Possible I s'pose?

I shall have to try and remember to phone up and ask for a barrister on the day of the tribunal! Must do that immediately when the letter arrives with the court date.

Hmm in my complaining about the waste of taxpayers money and the way that the new welfare system was not being improved but instead royally fucked up I repeatedly said that they stated in the beginning that there would only be two benefits. I explained this to a friend recently who knew someone who was only getting one and thought that you could only get one. Uh-uh.

Suddenly this new one I never heard of, now attacking me, pops up out of nowhere. They spoke recently … sorry, stated a lie recently that they had asked me five times for an assessment but that I refused and yet I have asked them a dozen times or more over five years why they keep writing to me.

Answering why I cannot travel as I suffer from a disability is a damn site easier than asking why they keep contacting me. Yet I have told them about my disabilities very, very literally dozens of times, so that means they are deaf, dumb and blind and clearly proved over and over again they know nothing at all about file management. Or even computer systems or the way they store files … hey? I could teach them for a fee? Their doomed souls! Lol.

So then their seems to be some respite? The guy at the Citizen's Advice told me that the local council will continue to pay my rent so no homelessness for at least a couple more months.

Hmm I just thought of a new question … what happens in the case where people appeal and they get nothing at all? Surely they cannot refuse all money? He said that there are two rates of Employments Support Allowance, one is the work relayed one I had read about which is around £70 per week. One is the … umm incapacitated one which is around £100 per week.

Funny that as exactly a decade apart and forgetting the seven years they unfairly took disability away from me with the NHS' quite deliberate help …

I have gone from getting £130 per week to about £80 per week on disability.

I will go from £120 per week on IB to either £100 or £70 per week on ESA.

Forget any stupid, nonsensical and biased unworkable amoral feelings a visitor might have for a moment and think about it? What are the percentages in each case? £50 from £130 is a bloody massive percentage. £120 to £100 might well be smaller but that is still added on to that already lost on the other. So you would have lost £70 per week. £100 per week if you are put on the lower rate. Off the top of my head 30 to 40 percent?

Then remember how this is breadline money we are talking about here, not disposable income per se and then remember what we were all told. 'We are all in it together' even though the poorer, more vulnerable and disabled were not responsible for the risks being taken with other people's money. Christ almighty none of us really even knew it was going on. But where they did it and his it now it is a bunch of people on the breadline that is being forced to pay it.

Life is good at the top and in Politics and Banking is it not?

Ooh unless your one of those bank staff that has ended up being laid off, fired or made redundant because of the risks being taken.

Even my local bank is like a ghost town and the statement of a 'skeleton crew' does not even do it proper justice. A branch that could house over a dozen staff has about three or four most days. Large empty spaces in the branch every time I go in there.

There must be a hell of a lot of very, very bitter ex-banking staff out there in the wilds? I wonder if they have been feeling the cold touch of the DWP during that time and found out what it is like?

Hmmm I never though of that before. There must have been a lot of people lost their jobs and even more again changed their jobs after a brief period on being jobless? That must have continued on over the last 5 years and must continue on for at least another 5 years?

There is going to be a hell of a lot of people see the dark underbelly of the political spectrum after being shown how worthless your made to feel when unlucky enough to be without work?

Anyhoo I thought it would be a good idea to get the paperowrk from the Citizen's Advice up here and I have sent a lot to the Court regarding exactly what I have been up to for many years .. and that if anyone thinks I have been lax the last few years … they will be proved very, very .. wrong.

Hmm if they are a genuine court I wonder if they will do a reverse of what they did last time and make the DWP pay me the £40,000 I have been missing and the loss of £4,400 I got from being defrauded and beaten by bailiffs because of it? They made me pay back £750 when they ruled me as being wrong!

I have, of course, pointed this out to them, lol.

THE RETURN ATTACK REPORT

This is one of two reports, yes two and unrelated, I made out a couple of days back.

I had to try to remember to go back and alter figures and numbers. For what should become obvious reasons.

There is another report I am intending to publish that is very much like this one, but on a totally different subject of embezzling I am kind of involved in. This will show an even longer list of organisations than this one.

The list will be mostly public services but with a few private companies thrown in there for good measure.

Just like this one this is till ongoing and likely will do for a couple of weeks, when it will then be safe to publish, to many months before finally being over.

Also I say 'this one' above but this one is more like 'these four'? Because there is the payments, the possibility of being made homeless, the possible neurological problem that could be and does have symptoms of a brain tumour along with the possible diverticulitis? So kind of four things.

Well this is kind of what I do, try to answer your questions and at the same time show you the truth behind what is going on and where all the public's money is being wasted.

To do this and get the best picture across I have to publish everything I do, everything I send though not always and everything I get.

Due to my memory being extremely bad, and part of why I did it, I have noe made out a Neurology Report based on what I have found out myself, does not look or sound good.

I have also made out an embezzling report too to do with something else I am involved in too.

There is also and obviously the other .. thing which is firmly in limbo now and has been for around six months or more ... I simply do not think about it but get asked around once a month by two or three people.

The Attitudes

In the world of some it is still 1980 and nobody has memory problems and everyone has a phone, bit weird for a homeless charity, don't you think?

Land lines need homes and due to mobiles very few public land-line phones .. soo who you gonna call .. and how you gonna call?

I contacted all of the above 6 or 7 years back. This was because I had, and stated, a disability but that I believed it was being ignored by the NHS so it can be ignored by the DWP and local councils. I had lost my DLA and had been trying to get my disability diagnosed to extreme resistance … later just repeatedly lied.

None helped and many just existed to help non-English speaking people to fill in forms and answer questions.

Summing Up Help & Advice Agencies

Now I actually have my diagnosis, have had a situation arise I have made openly known on here and have had my disability flare up and threaten to put me in a wheelchair temporarily and for good. Caused by the very people, through actions or inactions, that are actually tasked to help, respect and support me.

In other words each and every one of them failed and I assured them all that I was telling the truth and that by helping me see a private Doctor would easily prove I was right about my health and therefore right about the NHS & the DWP.

Each and every one receives public money and portray themselves as organisations that help with a section of society, broad, or specific groups of society, those with certain ailments.

I wondered if any of them actually did anything and in all cases I was in a building I only ever saw people waiting of ethnic origins for all of them. This was odd because I was often told my English people of the difficulties they had had and was always hearing how those of ethnic origins were getting help, either from them themselves or people that had neighbours or friends from an ethnic background. A lot of people working and getting paid via the public purse or donations that were only filling in forms.

I said that this was wrong. I said why it was wrong and I have said for well over four years where it would lead to.

Conclusion

The result of the European Union Referendum finally proved my point. Over twelve million people stated they were pissed. You can bet your bottom dollar that half the eleven million that voted to stay were pissed too but too scared to vote leave, so 17 million.

I think you can take it for granted a sizeable percentage that voted to remain were of ethnic minorities that wanted to get friends and family into the UK or even just getting their own people over here for a fee?

That means that around 75%, at an estimate, of the UK are pissed with the way things are and most of them seem to be quoting the influx of foreigners and the sudden waves of migrants.

• How long does it take the organisations that only help ethnics to realise everyone is pissed about it that pays their wages?
• How long does it then take them to change, or do they just ignore what everyone know thinks because they see themselves as either superior or more intelligent?

CAPITA'S CAPITAL

Oh dear lord!

I get nothing but absolute crap from Google crappy software, namely Blogger!

Years of updating and yet it is still losing the labels and still screwing up the formatting and now it decides to freeze when I ask it to save a length post I typed out.

I forced a reboot of my really, really crap tablet PC, will NEVER buy another tablet, and would you believe it's still frozen on saving the post?!

Which means it's a problem at Google's end. Oh I'll just email them ... no, wait? They are aloof and Good like beings, like most companies and public services, oh and this Word app has now decided not to put on spaces automatically ... AGAIN!

Weird as it was working ... oh it just did as I forgot to hit ‘space' but it put it in, then it stopped and I had forgotten that it did this which is why I was not typing the posts out in MS Word before copying and pasting them!

God damn it!

No I found an article on The Mirror tabloids website about a Despatches programme on Channel 4 where they secretly filmed Capita!

News to me but Capita have been carrying out the assessments of disabled people for Personal Independent Payments.

This was Atos, except I, three attempts at typing ‘gave' feck me, gave them, the government and the DWP a bloody hard time for years.

Right now trying to remember the points in the webpage ...

First off after Atos there was someone else. Probably heard about me or the blog and thought better of it? Lol!

Secondly they stated that get £20,000 per month, not sure if that's each.

Thirdly they stated exactly that I've told thousands of people, several organisations including CAB, DPAC and many others including Scope that they don't make the rules and decide, the DWP do, which they have refuted of course.

So lastly it seems that once again someone has gone after two of my enemies, new connection of the two, for something I did years ago on here and prior to blogs beginnings. They have also proved what I've told thousand of people, posted on here for nearly four years. I had to drill into some groups of disabled people who were convinced that Atos were the one and only enemy. Atos did this job previously, until they got hit by several salvos from me and this blog got going. It's the DWP behind the illegal, amoral and inhumane actions.

Got them!! Lol!

Also Capita are one of the top three debt collector companies with a bad name and using physical abuse and fraud to acquire money from the public. The crimes they commit are worse than the crimes committed by their victims by a greater factor than ten!

I was involved with, attacked by and defrauded out of £4,000 + by JBW Group, number one on the corrupt debt collectors list.

I have a report from them that admits violence, invoice stating one item sold for £400 when I have emails from the builders of this only one in the world custom made item for £2,800.

That was one item out of five.

That was a parking ticket, lol.

I was disabled and the people that sent the bailiffs knew it.

So why is a debt collector assessing disabled people?!

For a plan that is itself corrupt, invented by the DWP. Just as I have always claimed.

Oh yeah, I forgot...another prediction proved correct!

Do you know what I thought would be interesting? If someone researched how many of my endeavours have been mirrored/copied in the media with dates for both me and them. Lol.

HEY DOC, IS IT ME?!

Well if I stated I had one hell of a day and one hell of a fecking strange one at that uit would be the biggest understatement of all time and then some.

Now I must point out that I have been out of it all bloody day because I have not slept, I do not know why I just have not.

No this is so mental that I will have to split this into two posts. These are BOTH to do with the NHS and some bloody glaring lies and now fucking cheek of a GP I will now never EVER see again?! I cannot believe the gall of the man I really cannot and I should have trusted my initial instinct about him!

Right first up I had that Pain Support Group thing to attend except it was not called what it was on the letter and was called the Tranquil Support Group. When I first got there they mentioned that we would have to sign a waiver to say that they cannot speak of anything that goes on in the room outside of the room to anyone else. My brother, my mate Steve and I thought that this was because members of the group will tell the group about themselves and that you could cause damage and embarrassment by revealing their personal stuff to those on the 'outside'? Only immediately after being told we have to sign a waiver they then said that we were not to reveal anything about ourselves to anyone else?!Some people did some talks and a representative from CAB came there and told everyone how great CAB is and I nearly burst out laughing.

Some others did a talk about CBT, YAWN, ooh my god how bloody rubbish is that but if it helps someone then hey great. Did not and never will work on me and that is NOT because I said it wont, arrogant twats, I can say it will twenty times and it STILL wont work on me, sorry but that is just the way it is. Because the methods and jobs they use are far too trivial and it treats everybody like they are the same and all cry over spilled milk and this is not always the case.

After that I heard some other stuff, while one chap kept asking obvious questions which felt extreme staged to the point it was really making my cringe in my seat.

Then a 'VOLUNTEER' got up and I thought he was a volunteer for the group sessions and tried to work out who exactly he was and how he was a volunteer and volunteering to do what?! They asked him to do a speech about what he does to the group which he had pre-written on a piece of paper.

That was a mistake as I was in the room!!

While sitting there and being after an hour and wondering what in the hell this thing was all about as it was a load of stuff I had already been through this guy blurts out that he 'volunteers at Chase Farm Hospital for £3 per day and 35p a mile for wherever he has to drive?!'

It was a recruitment stunt to hire slave labour?

Because, and I knew it was coming, they sad that according to CBT we will all be cured of our mental illness?! I was beginning to feel like the elephant on the room at that point and thought that everyone else there may just have had mental health problems. So according to them to be cured we have to work for free for Chase Farm Hospital?! FUCK OFF!!

Oh and then they hit me with their coup de grais?!

Apparently anyone who suffers and deal with pain gets other things too on the mental side and that is why we are there because and I QUOTE 'PAIN is physical as well as emotional' and you cannot have one without the other.

Odd as I have had pain for over 12 years and I did have a few problems a while back which turned out to be an anxiety disorder that I myself managed to get over. No help from anyone else as normally and no help from the NHS or CBT.

Sounding crazy?! Well it bloody gets better....

THE GET EVIDENCE AND THRASH THEM GUIDE

Well there are several things about doing and achieving what I do first of you need the tools and these can be listed as three separate things...

1) Have the hardware

2) Have the software

3) Keep calm, be smarter than them.

Then there is the approach to them which works in three steps

1) After above has been in play for awhile keep telling them you have bigger balls or CAHOONAS then they do and this makes them smile and laugh.

2) After the first three steps are way down the road...SHOW THEN YOUR CAHOONAS! This then makes them cry.

Other things you can do is what I was planning to at some point but then did not have to ang get a look at your medical notes and see if they tally up?!

Mine were way, WAY off the mark! Dates on two things switched, four epxert opinions omitted and pain in my groin not mentioned at all while another pain in my chest from few years back they staed they did not know was actually listed with its scientific name?!

They are just the major ones I can recall, probably a couple of other things too, hmm like no mention of hip pains or Achilles tendinitis. Hmm or vomiting, lol.

Well I never!

CAB, are you serious?!

How many years into a recession?! How many people having financial difficulties? At the same time this was published another report stated last year there was a 92% increase in cases by the financial services ombudsman, yes good luck with ombudsman lol.

Three years or more into this shit, shops empty everywhere, one on five that are left to go by 2018 and you cone up with this NOW?!

What have you been doing the last 20 years these people have been around?! Hibernating? Are your all Hedgehogs?

How is it, CAB, that you only every day anything when there are hundreds of thousands complaining and by then its too late?!

Here its a tip for CAB, CLA, OMBUDSMAN AND GOVERNING BODIES... when its only an individual with claims you think you cannot handle, like mine, think of the consequences before you choose to ignore....ME.

EMAILS TO FOOD BANK

First sent on 19th April and then one today, 22nd April, and will have too se this through this time!

Mind you last time I needed a voucher from a Priest in a church which was weird.

I have emailed them again today in case they needed proof so now they have attachments of BOTH cancellation letters as well as this blog address.

Sent same thing to Citizen's Advice too as you can get the food vouchers from them?! Grooooaaaannnn, how embarrassing?!

HELP ORGANISATIONS PART ONE (of 2)

Now the FIRST of the last FOUR areas I have to cover...

Another reason for doing things the way that I did is the lack of help I could find in different avenues supposedly, but not, available.

One branch of this, the other discussed in two parts like this at a later date, is that of help or Advice organisations of which there are many.

Thrighout the years I have approached several of all the big names as well as all the smaller and local ones too. The end result of all this? Nothing, nada & ZILCH!!

Of these I have approached the Citizen's Advice Bureau, DIAP (Disability Information Advice Project and part of EDA (Enfield Disability Advice) and I approached them twice.

Sorry to say but I have absoultely no idea of the maning of their existence other than to help people fill in forms who cannot rad nor write and some of those are people of non native speaking languages and an element of those probably should not be here anyway.

If this was not bad enough, and like but not as bad as the Community Legal Advice or CLA, they fail to even know what they can and cannot do and have an inability to answer the simplest questions. One of these they took THREE MONTHS to answer and the did this TWICE exactly one year apart! To make matters worse the second time they OFFERED their help and I did not ask for it and it was because I emailed them to state that I proved my point about my ailments which led to them not helping me a year earlier.

I was told by a representative that Atos do NOT MAKE HOME VISITS, despite the fact I had told them in our meeting and several times by email that I have no less than THREE documents here stating they was going to make a home visit?!

This is bloody arrogant and f*cking annoying when people make decisions that basically call you a liar and yu are standing there telling them you have the proof and they do NOT ASK for it.

As for the CLA they had a dozen different people tell me I had a case a few years back before a solicitor of theirs called Clair Prince stated it was perfectly OK for bailiffs to assault you and knock you to the ground, force their way into your home and then make a £3,500 profit from your goods from a £550 parking fine that I thought quashed?! F*cking incompetent is all I can say about the CLA from the emails I still possess.

That last statement was completely agreed with once they got over the shock by the CAB in Enfield. Indeed of the four organisations above they were the most competent, despite the fact that they started off my insulting me by suggesting I was crazy, but still have no TEETH.

What the CAB do not have, and I thought they had which is also the answer to the question I put to DIAP TWICE and waited three months on both ocassions for an answer is this:

Do you have in-house solicitors or an external law firm that once going over the details of my case that you can contact and refer my case too? Thus saving me the hassle of emailing solicitor after solicitor when 99.9% of them do not have the word 'courtesy' in their vocabulary nor the line 'sorry that is out of my league' instead giving you false satatements about your case and the law without even seeing anything?!

Yup all that cash they charge for their services and most want cases so easy a five year old child could win them blindfolded and when they are obviously very crap at being a solicitor will even mislead you rather than just admitting their lack of skills. Maybe this is just Legal Aid solicitors, who knows?

Now as you ca now see if you are familiar with the rest of my posts that the reasoning behind approaching BOTH Help Organisations AND Solcitors is thus...

Not only did I KNOW I was correct and had been constantly screwed time after time but just like with solicitors I was DESPERATE to have some of thee battle TAKEN OFF MY HANDS as it was getting to e at times as was my health conditions!!! BUT NO!?!

I would have given anything to have had someone SOMEWHERE fight my corner for me while I concaentrated on the others but no. Considering how many different areas and how many things as well as the large diversity of organisations I NEVER achieved that.

Well that is not until recently and this was in the fight to help fight for and save my daughter's life, in BOTH meanings of the word, and that of my grandchildren...

That now has a solicitor on it and is doing extremely well and can not, in my estimations, possible fail.
