THE CONTRADICTORY COURTS

To date and as far as I am aware my own court case, directly involved but through someone else, has been heard for three years and has been twenty years in the making and been heard at a Magistrates Court, Family Court, Crown Court and now a High Court with heavy involvement from the Supreme Court of England and Wales, or the United Kingdom and not sure which name is correct.

A little before this started I started this blog. I piled on a hell of a lot of evidence in the form of recorded audio (meetings, appointments, phone conversations), photos, screen-shots, emails, documents and reports. Not all of it not by a long shot and there is over 100GB of data on my own estimations.

The one thing I stated early on is that there is corruption, cheating and lies everywhere I had looked before and I had predicted that this would follow as I carried in becoming embroiled in different things.

Though I did not know how bad and nor did I know just how much more I would get and from where!

I also stated early on that the one industry that I have no evidence or indeed any awareness of corruption therein are the courts and their judges.

So you can imagine I am rather keen for our case to be over and see what occurs.

I know what I know should take place.

The entire legal firm know what should take place.

Six weeks ago we kept being told it is at an end and from then on in it kept being extended by a week, then another week, then two weeks and the latest is two months. Though it is entirely possible that the last two month prediction might have just been an estimation at the very longest it would take?

Anyway, I saw this BBC News report about two people who took the DWP to court because their PIP application took 8 months.

My first thought was "Bah! Mine took 14 months and was illegally and immorally stopped 5 years ago!"

But then I read on and something very, very bizarre and quite literally this judge made a statement that could have only come from bizarro world?

She ruled that the application taking 8 months was unlawful but that the two disabled people's human rights were not breached?!

Umm....WHAT?!

Did anyone do a blood test on her leaving court to see if she was high?!

So what has just happened is that this judge has given the DWP and the government carte-blanche to not pay disabled people anything at all!

Think about it...they can get away with saving money and just how they did with me. Five years of missing DLA and they then award PIP, effectively admitting they were WRONG to cancel it anyway and only helped by the NHS lying about tests and diagnosis anyway.

Now you can expect things with the DWP and its PIP department to now get a whole lot worse for people because the DWP will think 'Oh well, all anyone can do is take us to court but we will not be forced to pay anything even if we are beaten! WOOHOO!'

THE GROUP OF CLASS A TOSSERS

Well this I did not expect!

It seems that the DWP and their new PIPS Department along with Atos want to break from habit and actually outdo themselves?!

Now this is not going to be long winded for once, because I simply cannot be arsed with it and I do need to get out and get some shopping.

However I will now state that I cannot help but think that Atos actually want to be forced out of doing these things?! It was featured on the news that they announced they would be breaking the contract and getting out months ago. They are still around so one can only assume that the government and the DWP have forced them to carry on being the fall guy! Or paid a much big back hander out of the British taxes?! 'Assume'? Listen to me, no I KNOW they are being forced/paid too and its obvious.

I can also add finally before I add some scanned shots that when I stated what they had recently said in correspondence someone I know that has nothing to do with either the DWP or Atos recently stated, "No you cant be talking to Atos, they do not do the assessments anymore the government got rid of them!" to which I pointed out that they most certainly are still there and though it is no excuse it is the government and the DWP that have been shafting the British public.

Now first up is the letter and then a couple of scans of a little document that was left here... hmm a few nights back.

I will NOT say anything except other than to go back to a very recent post with an email from Atos, them denying they made an appointment for August, only the one in October and that they are not deliberately making appointments far away and early in the morning so that patients do not reach them.

Well they kind of got caught out in the assessments by many people, so was bound to try something new.

Make a note of the times and the locations of the previous two appointments whose letters are both on here along with the three letters of apologies from them for not turning up to Home Visits they claim I never asked for and they do not do.

Those original letters informing me of the appointment times and locations are also on here, as are all other correspondence provided I have not forgotten any. Hmm ooh I have just thought of at least one and it is an audio recording!

So much data, so little time!! LMAO!

A FORCED HAND

Oops.

Despite the fact I am extremely unlikely to leave the house, unless in an ambulance but not now as, I have now noticed that my Incapacity Benefit had not been paid into my account.

Now if I end up in hospital it will be much further away and could have been left with no money to get home!

So that's now my daughter, her three children (Freudian slip that is not) and now me they have ceased payments too?!

I told a friend the other day that I found the knives washed up and laid out dude by side on my draining board? I do not know how they ended up there and it would be unusual for me to wash up three knives, forks or spoons then yes. They were the only things in my house that did not need washing up, quite literally.

Like I said to my friend I must have done it and forgotten I did it as the alternative is someone had been in the house! Well someone did try a few months back. Someone my landlord stated knew about doors.

Only thought of that a few minutes after realising I had not been paid, I just hope my daughter is being paid now because of she asks... with my poisoning I do not know when I will get to suit this out?

I have sent off two emails to the DWP and ministers@dwp.gsi.gov.uk but in all honesty I have put emails I have sent to them in the post on here and I do not get replies.

I have just spent another night which had been several in a bout of illness that could be stomach cancer which I had a great grandfather die of, the other one died test piloting the Avon Manchester which then gained two engines and became the Lancaster.

I have argued with the NHS for a dozen years before realising I was being lied to and having test results falsified so that they do not diagnose my condition. I have spent four years secretly recording this to price my point and in the process correctly diagnosed my own condition that s then confirmed by Guy's Hospital though they omitted the fact they discovered I had a separate and physical issue with my right knee as well as my Fibromyalgia.

I have suffered with the hernias two of which cause me no end of trouble on to of the FMS and right knee issue.

I have also done this with several other public services including two Police forces.

I have been providing my own daughter who had 3 children despite being only 21 years old one again as a direct result of every more public services.

Would you believe that I recently was contacted by the Child Support Agency to set up another payment arrangement fire my 21 year old daughter?

Are you aware that to add insult to injury she had not been receiving any money from yourselves for several weeks despite the fact she had three children and the CSA  had the cheek to ask me for money?

Are you aware that I am well aware that Atos not only lie and chat but over the last 3 years I have applied for DLA and PIPS five times and catalogued and recorded it everyone while publishing in all online as and when it happened as I have done all the above? That they deliberately made appointments for early morning knowing I won't make it with my condition? That each time they made two appointments switching DLA and the last time PIPS over to ESA?

Hmm now I am sure I am missing something here, sorry Fibrofog.. ahh yes... No. Crap!

So could you please explain to me and my couple of hundred thousand visitors and growing why I have not received my Incapacity Benefit and what the hell you are paying it with the public's money? Ooh now I remember... Are you also aware that I am aware of Freedom of Information requests and that I had a phone call from you apologising as you went over time and the lady was not aware that I had been refused DLA/PIPS five times and yet not a single shred of documentation can be found regarding the information I sent you regarding NHS documentation despite you being sent severance dozen?!

Please also be advised as I have told you all so many times before, now being lied to again stating what I did was illegal by recording and publishing which is not and others telling me they refuse me permission to record secretly, that one being Atos, and me starting they can stick that because they cannot stop me?

Can you please explain where I am to find the money to transfer to my daughter when you get again fail to pay her?!

Oh and could you explain why I was told that after two weeks even if not a scrap of NHS documentation could be found that I wood get a letter and that itself had not arrived?

This will be published immediately on the blog, I am sure you are all well aware of the blog address by now? Even my last GP got a call from the NHS about it and he kicked me off the register, which was breaking the rules not to mention his hipocratic oath exactly as my previous GP had done fur two separate reasons non of which were true and desire the fact what we agreed about I have on take but failed to tell him that this had been online for several months?!

I am up to something, well aren't I always?

I am up to two things and that does not include the big reveal that will come around August, well one big one and one small one ... well more likely a series of both between now and then.

Right now I am looking for an address I need to go to in the next few days and I have to be ... prepared for it!

I am also going to need to send of two emails, oh yeah it is three things, I forgot about the things I have in motion designed to take way too long by knowing how they will behave so that they appear extremely guilty.

Time to draw that line in the sand!

I also have something else to do tomorrow ... oooh for the love o ... four bloody things! Good job when I plan these things and set them in motion many just move along at their own momentum. Some extremely slowly which is so predictable and exactly as I want them to do.

I cannot say what they are until they are done as the element of surprise is everything, especially as I now know they are all on here like hawks! BUGGER IT!!! .... FIVE THINGS! Thank ... you ... FIBROFOG!

Forgetting means nothing nor has any effect ... most of the time and in these cases does not in fact time is an important factor in my systematic destroying of said ... lets say organisations?!

However not only did I want to leave these brain twisters and set them aflight ... out into the ether I also wanted to explain something I forgot to and remembered today and was having conversations with two slightly shocked friends.

I mentioned recently that I spoke to someone on the phone ... no names as ever and no information either other than when they had a diagnosis ... err ... a possible diagnosis of one of two conditions with Fibromyalgia being one Atos got informed about it as did the DWP. What I was told next kind of shocked me ...

1 She was contacted by Atos and told she would not need assessing and that would never need to again

2 The DWP awarded here DLA, possibly PIPS, and that they backdated this for a year on top of this but would go back no further and she received £2,000.

I was quizzed by some that forget that I forget and I said no and then while talking about why I had not I did state that it did not matter as I had proved what was wrong and that I had already claimed for PIPS and for backdated DLA and that this was solely done at a time prior to the Guy's Hospital visit, which itself was a giant set up on my part, so that I would be refused to be awarded it right on top of having it diagnosed and with my medical records on the missing list.

Yeah I do like to act surprised but only when I am surprised, not that they did what they did you understand but that they acted just as I predicted. Unfortunately I am deliberately misleading by being ... selective with what I say to keep puzzle lovers on their toes and my enemies all at sea adrift without a paddle or a sail.

It seems my friends are more determined to just get me to finally put an and to it and get what I should have done all along. These were friends that told everyone I was not due any of these things and along with many others stated there was nothing wrong with me, themselves angry internally that because of the lack of action towards me by the NHS that they were made to look ... silly. Then what comes next is the asking if what happened to me can happen to them. This is easy for people to convince themselves no and that they know better or know their GP, despite me getting it wrong with the last two!

But then there is something that occurs to them later and makes them doubt their own ... opinions on what has gone on and start to genuinely ask questions of their own situation ...

Because they wonder if they would get lied to about their children, be they just toddlers or even teenagers! Then there is the elderly and frail grandmother or grandfather with his breathing issues and so on and so forth.

Like so many other things this was something I just had to let happen naturally over time. As well as those there are the ones that have lost those closest to them and for this my heart truly goes out to you all. If they had suspicions I may have provided them with the fuel to fan the flames of those suspicions? Or given them reasons and ways to find out if someone's death was indeed of a different reason to that told to them?

It is just a natural process that is painfully slow and I knew 7 years ago that if my suspicions were correct I had to wait for all the things that take inordinate amounts of time each to work their ... stuff!

Rather bizarrely many do not see these and just see this blog and think it is I that has the power to set things off and that after two years if I have not then I never will. With each month that goes by and no big milestones that they have expected to occur do not they become more negative about the outcome and ignore the ever bigger numbers growing faster all the while?!

Now I find these things bizarre and the reasons used to reach them ... fascinating!

I just simply do not work this way and this is why I find it fascinating and I wonder how their minds think? Is it down to boredom with hearing about the bad but never the good? I simply do not know but suspect it is something like that. As this negativity grows so do the numbers I reach, regardless of the percentage of a good way or bad way in which I reach them.

They come back around that mountain eventually one way or another.

As for my ... last hurrahs they were not expected but will be gratefully received and very gratefully so if they come loaded with ripe fruit! Would be a good thing to end certain ... things on that is for sure.

Tomorrow I am busy and will have to try very hard not to tie myself up in knots and am not even sure where I am going just yet!

I also had to admit to my friends that despite £2,000 being a mere tiny fraction compared to all the grief they have caused me for a dozen years is nothing. However, receiving a portion like that right now would not replace my stolen Litespeed but it could allow me to get a much needed new bike and a number of other things that would quite literally propel my YouTube account and my blogs into the stratosphere in as little as 6 months! Provided I get it ... before September that is otherwise it will take a little longer and maybe eight months?

Upon chatting about this it has stuck in my mind and I am thinking of the difference this would make more and more as this day went on. Maybe it is time that I am to put a stop to it all and the trap does not work anyway unless they provide me with paperwork or an email or two!

Now my theory is based on the fact that they have now realised this and that no matter what they decide to do every single move they make against me backfires on them ten fold?!

Solution? Only solution to his problem? Ignoring the enemy on the offensive with every move made. Simply do not answer his or her requests and never send a decision letter. It is not the first time that have done this and last time I let if fly. Because I was not in a good position, needed a better position, needed the factor of time to make them look guilty as charged and added to this ... can you guess? For them to now do this TWICE!

Think CHERRY and think BAKEWELL TART?! LMFAO!

So the answer has not come in what must be a minimum of five months, if February like they stated in letter, or seven months if I applied before Christmas like I thought I had?

But if an answer never comes all they are actually in effect doing is stringing it out as the stupid rule of only back-paying for three  months, though they paid this lady for a year, remains the same. It should not and here lies the exact reason why!

If this indeed is what they now think that this is what they are doing, with each week that passes while not responding it is another week chopped of the year back-pay they do not have to pay. So £200 per week by playing the dumb village idiots!

Now if this is the case they have simply not thought things through, yet again. Nor have they considered that if an argument exists that I have proved time and time again that I will know what this argument against this excuse is ... and I do!

It is date of application and this does not change, you keep putting it off and the only things that realistically happens is the figure handed out gets bigger. The back-pay of a year is only up until the point I applied and anything beyond that is just more gravy!

Or in other words is a back-pay for one year of Fibromyalgia is £2,000 then for 18 months it becomes £3,000 and this is what it is currently close to and maybe tipped beyond this point.

Of course we are all now patiently waiting, well I am, for the outcome of the claim made so many months ago that has no reason to take more than two weeks, states that it is supposed to be done within 6 weeks and currently has taken 6 months, give or take a month.

Of course this payment was made on a basis of an either/or diagnosis while neither Fibromyalgia nor Lupus had been confirmed yet. Which then may have you ask why how is it that they do this and yet have not with me several times? How is it that now a confirmed diagnosis has been made I have not been awarded anything?

So lets alter the playing field shall we?

AS IF BY DESIGN

Well I am feeling really ill and nauseous again. I am sure it's the weather, maybe missing prescription drugs and no desire my third email to NHS England and the PHSO and second from PALS I have not heard anything, lol.

So recently I just managed to get most things sorted out as well as with my rent and council tax and tonight I get a text message and for weeks and the days notice, or thereabouts, that my rent is going up?!

Now the really weird thing is that mid August I was going to change a number of things and right at this moment I am in the middle of a number of things. Due to things said a few months back I did not think that a rent rise was due for another 6 months in all honesty. A bit odd too as I admittedly do not know the reason but the private rent rising had been of unrealistic levels because house prices and mortgages went beyond ridiculous many years ago. Had they not they would never have bought this house in the first place.

But like I say I do not know the real reason but it is bad timing. In the seven years I have lived here the rent has only risen once before hand. When I first moved here the rent was fifty a month below the councils maximum and as I explained because I had never, EVER come across a maximum amount and the setting of a maximum in Enfield I'd ridiculous compared to prices closer to the city. Even in Hackney, where I grew up and the last place I would want to live today, the rent on a house like this, even though it is small, would be £1,000 to £1,200 per month, purely because it's closer to where the work is in the centre of London. To me it went beyond ridiculous a long time ago and despite the high rents the fact that a months rent only covers half the mortgage payments is even more absurd! My hard left wing mother would not accept that the rent could not pay the mortgage and said I was being ridiculous when I starred it only covered half!

But she forgets that my father's mortgage payments were £1,200 poet month on £127,000 so with my house being around £179,000 on purchase it is safe to assume that without a large sum put up front the mortgage is likely around £1,700 per month?! My rent was £750 and put up two years ago to £800 and now to £850, err I think it was £850?! Lol!

In the 7 years that I have lived here the maximum rent allowed, huh allowed like it's our fault the rents so high, had only risen twice. It was £699 when I moved in when all one bedroom flats or houses were £750 so do not know how they came up fifty short. Or my estimation on it is to put off as many as they can from renting by paying it short deliberately. It went up to £750 and they still refused to pay it all even when it matched my rent. Then about the time my rent was risen to £800 the rent was out up to. Now he says he has put it off fur add long as he can and I know I looked at rent prices for some friends about for months ago and it was still at £800 so the chances it has risen is slim, very slim!

Bizarrely councils will tell you, when pressurised, that they review the rent allowed every month and therefore do a fecking piss poor job at research.

It is a bit annoying to think that once again after I finally short out my rent I am going to have to put my hands in my own pockets yet again when the government had conned and defrauded me it of £130 per week for 4 or 5 years now. That is £25,000 that they could claim is down to the NHS, except I think they are all in it together and have starred this from day one. Which is why I set them all up at the same time, revealed blog to them all in metre days from each other and now they have all fallen silent together!

OOPS!!

How they choose to attribute blame is none of my concern, that is of they do decided that one of them is to blame.

The fact is that secretary things should have happened before now ...

1) I should have not only had disability money for the last five years but is an argument for it for the same period fit the period befit they awarded it to me last time.

2) The Disability should have started a year ago and PIPS should have started around Christmas time, so latter is 6 months late!

3) Should be offered recompense for never being provided a Freedom Pass.

4) The issue of damages remains fur no less than FIVE public services which knowingly failed to act and later covered things up ask of which covered on here.

5) Worked on the blog for free with no financial gain for two months short of two years now ... soo ...

I should not be worried and concerned about a measly fifty quid a month!

Well I will have to contact the council, hmm actually no I will go in and check as they have lied to me about things too, to see what the maximum rent is. If it still remains at £800 desire the fact that private rents have risen agonist every month for the past two years then it is time for me to move on.

This will be annoying as I will be forced to do this a few months early too!! Grrr!!!

How is it that these things never fail to pop up before me at the wrist possible times and with little warning?! Fiddle sticks!!

I AM TEARING YOUR PLAYHOUSES DOWN

I am sitting on my sofa in a whole new postion which I am realising is far too relaxing as I am fending off wanting to fall asleep while I await a delivery from Amazon that has already failed and re-ordered.

As I sit here clock watching and wanting to get out to get some bits from Sainsburys before it closes, 4pm on Sundays, I keep wondering about different things.

I find it truly amazing that people within the so called proffesion they call the NHS can actually make bold stetements and threats without any foundation or based on any factual evidence over then the fact the ego says ...

'Oh I am inmortant because I have a degree and I work for the NHS and I cannot go down without them going down so I am protected!'

However where this was really bad in the past and that is because the nevr bothered reading the medical records now they do it while no one even has a copy!

If I had known that the Doctor at Guy's Hospital was just going to waffle on about what I spent ages telling him I would have coloured it up a little and mentioned my cancers and leprosy?!

LOL!

None have known anything at all about my condition and that is a very key point going forwards with all this abd needs to be remembered by all. Also I think really I managed to do OK at that recording because I was expecting to go in and have a genuine conversation with him about the corruption within the NHS. I was expecting to give him the disc which had the blog address on it, this one, and discuss certain ... aspects of what is going on.

I did not really expect to happen what did, though I always suspected it would but taken so long I become blaise about it it must be said. So I was caught completely off guard by the situation if the truth be known. But I know that a few that would have listened to that recording alread would have noticed this and as time went on notice how I fought my way back to gain the upper hand.

Upper hands are not always immediately obvious and in this case is easily explained.

He agrees he thinks I have Fibromyalgia, yet I put him on the spot and he has read nothing about it whatsoever, oh and Manish? Like I told you on the day I did not post your appointments, or at least not most of them maybe the odd one, but do not worry as I do fail to disappoint on those expectations and you will clearly be heard stating that you know nothing of Fibromyalgia and never heard of Sodium oxybate, which neither did Doctor Kirkham, depist the fact it is prescibed under the NHS?!

So my row with the NHS was not even over the CORRECT DRUG FOR FINBROMYALGIA!

OOPS!!

Yes and about Fibromylagia it explains exactly why I have done all the things I have dojne, even if later I used these to attack back those that would lie and cheat me.

Or perhaps the powers that run the UK now expect us to all behave like sheep and are fully expected to believe the utter crap and drivel we are fed without question?

Not have minds of our own? Hmm not what does that remind me of?

I mean it already looks bad enough already but it will get worse as now I have managed to recreate something alomst to the letter that I not only went through once before and he was beaten in the argument too, oh yes by your own admission on the recording I might add and in your own words!

However I was removing the kid gloves when I registered with you but your father, also a DOctor Kumar obviously, lied to me on the first meeting and I told you this and told you again and is also on the recording. You said and I quote, do not worry as I do have the recording but did not post it ... err I think, "Oh that is an easy mistake to make" when I told you that he told me that a department for Fibromyalgia does not exist!

I can tell you now that is not what several societies stated to me! A very bad thing to say to someone that has educated in IT and you have a computer sitting in front of you. No one does a good lie anymore but so many have been fooled by bad lies I am astounded, lol.

Well I am hoping ... no I KNOW this blog will change that and I assure you that you have not read nearly enough of it to realise the scale of this blog. DO not read it all, I don't particularly care as that is what I have banked on all along! Not that it matters anymore now that 130,000 plus people have visited me.

Funny how it is just not realised by these so called intelligent people that they may be being forced o fall upon their own swords over these incidents?

Oddly enough I get no thanks for this as I clearly stated from day one I am not interested in monkeys and only the organ grinders! This is achieved by actually dropping a series of GP names in it which could only be achieved by pushing each GP until I was kicked off under some false allegation as there would be no other legal way of doing it.

You see Manish, I use not only the truth but real laws to do what I do and do no fabiricate or incorrectly quote laws because of too much American TV shows which are mostly fiction at any rate.

Illegal to record while doing their job when paid for by the taxpayer or answerable to the taxpayer because you are paid by them?!

If I have not at the very least shown an utter disprespect for the taxpayers money purely because they have been 'educated' but this is questionable, then I do not know what I have been doing all this time?!

You quite obviously do not rceall me telling you that I am not only educated too but was offered a PhD I stupidly turned down and that was to help code the software to teach keyhole surgeons how to perform operations, meaning I would have had a fair deal of medical knowledge once over.

But I do not go around thinking that I deserve a £200,000 salary in a job to lie and not do as you swore on oath to do just because I am edcuated!

In fact I would tell you that had I accepted the PhD and then discovered the corruption everyone would already be locjed up in jail cells or just booted out of their health positions never to hold one ever again already!

I am just going the long way around!

I will now explain one last thing and this one on its own will deliver reverbarations for some time to come ...

It has not gone unnoticed by me how absolutely everyone I have been involved with has gone extremely quiet and that was PRIOR to me giving the impression I had not recorded the appointment at Guy's so giving them the chance to lie and cheat me once again so that I could get what I FORGOT to do last time, get what I stated happened with the last GP on tape and that meant yet another GP refusing to even touch the CD I presented them with and catching that on tape too!

I would NEVER have agreed to an appointment without a recording device switched on as I just knew how it would go. I have several business owning friends and many others that will tell you that I knew long before I even walked into your clinic that I would not get Pregabalin but I was fully intending not to have gone through all that crap for nothing! So I did not.

I did not NEED to be told I had Fibromyalgia! You condescending and patronizing twats, I wanted the Pregabalin and that was all I was interested with. You screwed up and fell into my trap which was there in case everyone tried to squirm out of it. No drugs,lots of data while making them look foolish and guilty.

Not bad for someone with a condition that has affects on your memory?

ALso one that can make you suddenly nod off without warning which has been becoming far more frequent lately but we never got to talk about becsue you and your superiors were too busy squirming.

Do you even remember me telling you that they wanted to pibn the violence label on me?! Did it never occur to you that just maybe your were given enough information to huret your ego so that I thumped the living daylights out of you so they escaped 'jail'?

No I guess it did not, though I fully expected it if something was to happen.

No so everyone has gone quiet and now I will rund down a short list of the organisations I cannot get a peep out of despite laws stating that they have to answer and do as requested within certain time preiods ...

SO the list is pretty short these days as I have been through all the others and those above before and the end result is the exact same. Their reactions are the exact same across the board and their silence the exact same.

It is funny because it is almost like one small group runs it all but claims that several large groups do and claim the money for it?! Lol, no one could be that smart though!

So then what might we extract from this common behavioural patterning? Such a similarity of people who sit atop their high stools looking doan upon mere mortale uttering the same malign statements to one and all, what gives?

What gives is you have a huge bunch of fraudsters feeding of the British public like proverbial vampires and thinnking themselves untouchable via breeding or education or whaetever. Only now they have looked directly down benath them after hearing noises and murmurings only to realise that I have been standing at the foot of their high stools wiedling an axe and chopping away at their foundations!

Whoops!

So ths silence treatment then? What is that? Well there are but a few possibilitues here and that is that forst off they are all actually corresponding with each other to come up with a plan, an exit strategy and/or damage limitations?

Or they still do not talk to each other and are shitting bricks with fear hoping that I decide, or later the public decides, that someone else is more to blame?!

Do you know I suddenly realise why it is illegal to receieve stolen goods?! I never knew that previous and thought it weak, unil right at this very moment!! LMFAO!!

I am stabbing way at the keys awaiting a knock on my door and it still refuses to come.

No one does a decent job in the UK anymore, there is no respect, pofessionalism anymore and no regard for human life or pain anymore within this country I once called home.

Now I find myself pining for far away lands to call my home?!

PRE-CRACKING THAT WHIP

Here is a scanned image of the letter I received from the Disability and Carers Department I think they call it, or the section that handles the DLA. Or at least, DID and now it is PIP.

As you can see the letter is dated by them on the 31st December 2013. I would have walked into the Job Centre within three or four days I think, cannot recall but it IS on here.

So that is a month almost since RECEVING the letter!

They could have quite easily NOTIFIED and sent an email to the new department?! I mean SURELY they must correspond with them?! One is taking over from the other after all so there must be liaising of some shape or form?!

But them of course they are all incompetent idiots that think highly of themselves and they have entirely screwed up the process costing millions of taxpayers money!

Funny how no one ever remarks about the wastage along these lines when theyare pointing the finger of some group or other for blame. Which I do find highhly amusing as that sector has continued for decades but now the powerful had major league screwed up the blaming finger comes out.

Oddly is that consider the example they have set us, well not mr you understand, lol. They have all these positions of power and all this education and could not get it all any more wrong than they did! The Conservaties moan now and David Cameron shoots a salvo at Ed Milliband about what Labour had done when they were in power but there are too major league missed key points from that and they are...

1) Well THEY were the shadow cabinet how come they did not fecking see it?! HINDSIGHT ANYONE!!

2) Well if I am NOT mistaken that Labour Party is unrecognisable from the last and...

3) That is all entriely for show fed to us by the media and the same old shit routine and bullshit spieling as smeone else runs the country, BADLY!! While WE pay for it!

Email to the Independent Case Examiners

Dear Sirs

NR746864D & FOI REQUEST

First off neither you not your annual report answers the three questions I recently out to you.

Could you please clarify as to why this is.

Also and out of curiosity concerning your reaction I would like to explain a couple of things as I have the opportunity.

1) I requested that you look at my case concerning the DLA. You performed abysmally and were biased...

Since this time I have correctly discovered my condition. Acquired proof that several Doctors were under instruction to consider against me and in each and every case I acquired proof of this.

An attempt was made to discredit me which I fully expected and which failed miserably. As a result of discovering how widespread the corruption is between the NHS and the DWP asking with Ombudsman I am now on my firth GP, stopped another attempt to discredit me and falsely claim I was crazy. Then another to state I was violent just when I declared I had several lots of recorded audio of several Doctors lying.

I raised the matter with the GMC who I knew would do nothing just as I knew you would. They broke a confidentiality clause by informing my last GP of a good reason to get rid of me by kicking me off the register. This backfired...

I caused a stir and raised the complaint further and NHS England took up the complaint before I could approach the PHSO, who I am also aware well do nothing. I received retorts from the owner of the GP Surgery, Tracey Jenkins and NHS England and they did what I wanted and out the lures down in black and white.

So I issued a nine page report and I handed this in to the GP Surgery and in it I explain that I had been recording various meetings and appointments with many different departments within the NHS, DWP, Local Councils and various Ombudsman among others. I explained which were lies, his they lied and what they lied about! I explained that not only did I have a Chase Farm Hospital Doctor admitting on tape that he lied about an ultrasound concerning a life threatening condition but that there were TWO CONDITIONS on the ultrasound that he claimed were CLEAR! He was extremely embarrassed.

Just today I received an odd phone call from NHS England claiming to be performing a survey on my concerning the complaints procedure. Except I failed to mention that surveys are done via text messages. When she realised I was completely unhappy about both the reports she then became animated and stated that the complaint would now be handed to a different department to be dealt with?!

A little odd when the report I have here clearly states that my option now is to go via the PHSO, which I already have done anyway.

What front line staff knew or not I did not care. What excuses they have for not knowing I do not care either. Years of injustice had been done to me and I am not going to stop and think about front line staff who are simply to think to take things on board and not listen, they had their chances note they have to decide if they can trust their bosses.

I have done and acquired a great many other things in the last few years...

In fact I have of late informed all now that I have been publishing all letters, emails, documents, scanned letters and recordings online and that I have 100,000 visitors and will likely hit a million during 2014 for certain. In fact I have handed a great many links to those I have set traps for to reveal the corruption, fraud and technically high treason being performed.

Yet I can airways rely on over confidence and arrogance of those I contact as they never ONCE so to think what else is on my blog and whether or not there is anything about them on there?!

In fact when I started the blog 18 months ago I stated that there was lots of things that had gone on for years before and showed paperwork going back to 2000 or before. I ALSO STATED that as the next two years would go on I would indeed come into contact with a great many public offices, private companies and almost all the Ombudsman.

I stated that not one public service nor ombudsman would do anything as they should and that includes having evidence on take and would not even be asked for this.

Thus was to show to the world that minutes are being defrauded from the taxpayer without ANY INTENTION of doing anything for it. Which is a cringe against the people and therefore the country.

In the process I had also for intended to goad many to take me to court. Shop Direct did this and lost! They own Very, Isme and Littlewoods Catalogues.

Enfield Council made steps towards it but suddenly gone quiet and not answering my requests and I have informed them that I will sue them very publicly this year for lack of help and greed.

The only other firm to do this thus far was Eon Energy but unfortunately they bottled it when they realised I could do then enormous amounts of damage and take away laws that favour them which should not.

I had planned for several others to take me to court within 2014 as this is just one of many possibilities where I can have my say and my day.

Indeed I did get to do that with Northampton County Court and they oddly apologised as did the debt company and starred they were launching an investigation now.

What did I do to achieve this?!

Well I simply pointed out one other little fact that many over confident and send obsessed people failed to realise along with everything else....

I have then the addresses to all my blogs and my YouTube account with probably around 3,000 and 1,000 posts respectively because...

Not only is everything that I have in their proof it is also so time stamped to when I posted it so it all acts as evidence. Like this letter right here which will be posted to and what will interest the growing number of angry members of the public is the following points..

I contacted and put in a claim for DLA last year and heard nothing. I told you that I heard nothing and then heard nothing from you.

Now I have been into a Job Centre and phoned up the Personal Independent Payments section, was asked some questions and told a form was on its way. That was awhile ago and I have not received anything as yet.

I have also contacted the Disability Living Allowance once again. I have pointed out that for several years now they wrongly refused me DLA and that I can prove what I have wrong which backs up everything I have starred, no matter how weird, for the last dozen years. Oops!

As I have contacted both these groups and have been ignored yet again for the fourth time for the DLA I am now emailing you once again to state that I am being ignored.

In case you were wondering then YES that was me that recently requested the information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding public funded organisations.

Don't worry you're in the company of a great many others. Though I am not sure exactly who will turn it to be the worst of the list.

So now you have another opportunity to do nothing, I mean something. Only this time your more than aware of what I am capable of and you should be because a great many others are including the Police, MI5 and GCHQ.

I do winner whether there will be a growing need for vindication on your part?

THE DECLARATION OF INTENT

Well I do like to keep things on here as close to when I do them as I possibly can though sometimes there may be as much as 48 hours difference.

I also like to give any visitors who have been victims of varies public services a bit of a laugh. Sometimes this larger can come by way of my correspondence with these inhuman twats but in a very serious, stern and matter of fact approach containing things that will first shock them cause laughter when realisation sets in that I am off course extremely serious.

On this occasion this one will appeal to anyone who does or has claimed benefits and realised what these people really are, no not reptiles Lol. This one will especially appeal to disabled people everywhere, except maybe done if this not running into trouble and keeping their heads down, lol.

My email to the Disability and Carers Department...

Further to my recent email, which you answered with a letter with the wrong phone number and as per usual the Jobcentre were also wrong too, I have yet to she you one more thing.

This is because I am owed 13 years of Disability Living Allowance and the PIP people told me you were a separate department. So would obviously be wrong to send this to a department whereby all the people are different and none familiar with what preceded between yourselves and I.

This is a very serious situation I have been working on for many years now. I shall now explain everything, well almost everything, in great detail. By the end it will be obvious which I know to be fact, what I note of the corruption between the NHS and yourselves and how I went about gathering evidence straight from the hides mouths you might say. Now I strongly suggest you pay close attention...

I am writing this email with the intent of sending it to an organisation that is paid a vast amount of taxpayers money to help and protect vulnerable people.

This had not been occurring for a very long time.

Several years ago I was aware I was being fobbed off, lied to and tricked to deliberately not tell me of a diagnosis I suspected was already well known. I was also suspect as regards to Ombudsman and governing bodies. I intended that I would put a so to this even if it took me several years. I had to have a plan.

In a short space if time and with a huge amount of effort along with some cunning, genus and clever on that spot thinking I used up every avenue and every resource known to British Citizens and thereafter putting the ENTIRE SYSTEM to the test.

I knew many were corrupt and I guessed by way of deduction that most others were also corrupt and liars and not only had thus continued so that vulnerable petiole were left in limbo with lives of pain and misery they received no help to achieve their own careers or dreams. What made this intolerable was the fact that staff members if these public services were highly rewarded via way of salaries and perks.

When I approached each public service authority or organisation in turn I also became very harsh when they inevitibly refused me but this was exactly what I expected. In all honesty it was exactly what I wanted if I was to prove my theory correct to the rest of the United Kingdom and even the wider world. I also planned to record every single visit, meeting, appointment and phone recording with every single person at every organisation I came into contact with. I also had one single intention in common with each and every one.

To do battle in court before judges, in fact many courts and many judges.

This was for the simple fact that these terrible crimes against the British people were somehow being allowed to be carried out that were far worse than the crimes the individuals were being punished for. Therefore this also appeared highly suspicious for yet another industry that I had no proof of whatsoever..,

.,, Judges and the Courts!

So in every case and every aspect I fully challenged and manipulated things do that I would be taken to court. So far one has and looks certain to have list and I have had a letter of apology. One is up in the air currently and looks as if they may pull out of legal action at the eleventh hour. Another had already pulled out if their threat if forced legal action aware that I will not only win against them but will and can now do this to a very wide audience.

As for this 'audience' thus had only been building for only 17 months and had attracted in the region of 100,000 visitors, without bothering to look, and rises by several thousand each week and this number itself rises over time. Before long this will tech over 10,000 per week. But as I am being blogged about more and mitre often I now see this being only a few months away.

Many public office far bigger than yours, including the Police, now of this public site among others and no one is able to do anything about it.

Now to the point.

I now KNOW what my disability is and thus was not diagnosed by any medical professional, but soon will be, but by me. In fact just as I suspected the dozens of Doctors and specialists I have seen have all been wring and I was proved correct!

Indeed my discoveries proved that many Doctors lied to me and I have this recorded on several occasions by different Doctors and specialists of very many different departments, GP Surgeries and across five hospitals and those included are just the one of the last couple of years. I suspected that someone had conspired to stop the NHS from doing many things and this was avoiding diagnosis at all costs. Only when I diagnosed myself wrongly, it turned out, with Charcot Marie Tooth Disease there was a sudden change in the various Doctors I met. Some very bizarre statements were made, tests were falsified, my medical records were altered and bare faced lies were told to me that I challenged the doctor in question about to the point that it was admitted. All this while I was secretly recording them.

It gets better still. A shift took place in the behaviour and attitude of Doctors and without them knowing I had stumbled across my REAL condition I started to get prescription drugs that for the first time in thirteen years actually worked?! Funny that.

I also am aware that despite me starting to request help thirteen years ago because it became too much to deal with I had been suffering from it a great deal longer and several symptoms of the condition I had previously approached GPs about long before thirteen years ago.

It gets better still as I was wrongly diagnosed with Plantar fasciitis which I told them from day ONE I did not have. I argued with Doctor after Doctor on this point. I was told that Plantar fasciitis can last 6 months to a few years but extremely rarely it has lasted ten years! I passed the ten year period three years ago and yet no one stopped to all why. I have a dozen areas of pain and was told it was not possible for these to be linked. Your own Doctors sitting on so called independent tribunals also lied.

However I was aware of one thing you were all not aware of though I did indeed warn you all. I knew I was right and eventually I would prove it. I also one that my discoveries would completely destroy the DWP'S very wrong and immoral attitude to desk with one thing at a time. I knew there was a conspiracy when Doctors starting saying the same lines as the DWP and so did Local Councils. I do not only have a dozen areas of pain.

I have in the region of 120, that is one hundred and twenty, and they are ALL attributed to one SINGLE SOLITARY CONDITION!!

A condition that is widely listed and accepted to be one of the worst disabilities in the world while still possessing all your limbs.

It is widely accepted that it is the most expensive condition for sufferers to deal with meaning sufferers need mitre than those suffering with nigh on most other conditions.

This condition is paid a regular payment for via health insurance companies, even in AMERICA!!

Despite some very serious other things that the public services of this country has let me down with nearly causing the death of four young kids, just my own life alone had been completely screwed up for the best part of twenty years and in the most horrific ways humanity possible.

This involved...

Being in terrible pain.

Breakdown of relationships due to people believing the authorities they thought could not possibly behave in this way.

Left homeless several times.

Had several nervous breakdowns attracted and bought about by my condition as a result of being fecked off by despicable public authorities.

So here we are. Over a dozen years I have approached you for help and got fecked over and left in a limbo of pain!

Well things will not continue on add they are and no amount of native morons in the news media, radio or TV will help those in the higher echelons above you will help either them or you.

If you want to go scurrying off looking at my lengthy file and everything I said previously then be my guest. If you have somehow lost this or it had been suppressed then have no fear. All my documents were kept and are available publicly as are all my recordings and videos and all online.

By the way an important thing if note. I have had a bad memory for years that had got progressively worse which I was told that was down to the pain, like the nausea I suffer with. Well no it turns out that so the Doctors that rolled their eyes because I had forgotten will east their words and look very stupid when they discover this is part if the condition and I am now well aware of this.

I have also been through for GPs since living near with some very interesting results. My previous GP kicked me off his register for language insinuating violent behaviour towards him. Thus was a lie but was caused by the General Medical Council who I had approached and if who had no idea I well aware they were corrupt too. They did just as I wanted and told the GP to use the fact I told them I would knock him out if he ever say there and some down to me as if he was the most intelligent man in the room and the most important. Because it is rude and neither is true. From that an official complaint was raised with NHS England I am still waiting on. When that come to naught I will then  approach the  Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman which I am also aware will come to naught. But as ever I will lean on them very hard while recording and monitoring them and just like everyone else before then they too will make mistakes.

As this all involved your department then I inform you in this very moment that I fully intended that during this year of 2014 to take a great many public services to court and do so to a very huge audience so that great British people see the truth behind the disco that is they way their country had been run as well as used and abused for the last ten to tent years.

So you are faced with a choice. Lose badly or lose extremely badly.

By now you should be realising this will never be over and I will never give up. You should also be realising, if not recalling what I warned you about previously, that the longer you pull your tricks the worse it will be in the end. This is because the linger that you take them the better it gets for me over time.

If you do find my blog and read all my posts and look at all the evidence I have provided you will see that this is true and inevitable.

You will also realise that all tricks used by way of the media to make claimants look like crooks will explode in your faces, of at least this of your bosses. Indeed this is why I kept what I was up to so very, very secret while arguing my point and harassing public office... sorry corrupt public offices do that I may gather together many letters and emails from them.

I will also tell you one other little detail. Some MPs are already aware of my blog and I was asked permission by a backbench MP of he could used elements of my data in the House of Commons and hand sections over to the new media. That was one year ago precisely. He and his Baroness with have used elements of it and I have seen many of my endeavours hit the headlines. Several in the same day on occasion.

So I am sending this to your department, Disability and Carers Department, which handled the Disability Living Allowance as you were the ones that made wrong decisions!

Please do not contract me using words like 'Statute' or 'Limitations' as I am a member of the public and not a Doctor and could not nor can not be expected to know way back then what I now do.

Also be advised that everything I ever told you previously can now be proved making every single action you too was NOT to help support me but to find an excuse to leave me for dead. Will I have danced around the edges of death and returned and now and in this year of 2014 I fully intent to carry out my previous promises.

This year and one way or another a series of court actions would have taken pace or they will at least be inevitable to absolutely everyone except the most mentally challenged of individuals.

FIBROMYALGIA & THE DWP

Here is an interesting webpage for anyone that DOES suffer from Fibromyalgia.

It suggests many people are unsure as to whether the condition is recognised by the DWP and it is but oddly states not enough and is inadequate. Would have liked them the expand on that.

Also of interest and absolutely TRUE of me going way back long before the financial crisis started is the following statement...

AN ORG LONG FORGOTTEN

I remembered an organisation today that I have contacted previously but not for a couple of years.

In fact the first time I contacted these people was actually quite some time ago when I first realized I was being screwed over by public offices and this was over 4 and maybe 5 years ago!

So as I recalled them today I thought it would be a good idea to send them an email and explain to them what I had managed to achieve in the time since I contacted them!

The first time they stated they had been inundated with people stating their money had ceased, I was expecting as much and remember this was 5 years ago now. The second time I cannot recall if they even answered me.

This time I have exhausted every avenue, as many of you are aware, and I have acquired a great deal of evidence.

So let us see what the Disability Law Service says this time around?

Do you know I actually forgot all about your organisation?!

Now I have recalled it I have a couple of groups of points I wanttomake to you...

GROUP A

1. I have contacted you previously and several times too
2. Secondly as no one seemed to believe me I have spent the last couple of years ACQUIRING MY OWN PROOF!
3. Thirdly what I have done is already helping many people and tens of thousands are already aware of my endeavours

I will now add at this juncture and all I will say for now because I cannot trust anyone and until I do better to be safe than sorry is that every single appointment I had with Doctors, Orthopaedics, Neurologists, Physiotherapists, Pain Management Consultants, Pain Support Groups (which were really recruitment drives to get people to work for Chase Farm Hospital for free), Biomechanics, Podiatrists and even including my GP were RECORDED.

This was purely because I have been refused diagnosis, MRI scans, help, support, the drugs I needed and many other things for over 12 years. I also have every letter going back to 2003 including some prior to this! I suspected I was being fobbed off and possibly even lied to, so in a short a space of time as I could I recorded every department I was referred to and then some! What I can show to the world is that the NHS: Lie, Cheat, alter test results, contradict each other, keep giving a string of different diagnosis and stating the previous peron was wrong.

I did not only do this with Medical Professionals but also included 90% of public offices as well as some private companies too. All I will state right now is that I have a BLOG and it has been going for a year. I am heading towards 100,000 visitors, not looked since it hit 55,000 a few weeks previous. Also my victims include most QUANGOS you can imagine and a vast majority of Ombudsman.

I will also add that you many note that in recent times many of what I have talked about has been in the News Media? Well back in January a backbench Labour MP of a household name was told of my blog and emailed me asking if he can use my data against Iain Duncan-Smith in the House of Commons as well as handing it to the media. Of course I keep all correspondences if linked to any of my endeavours.

I can tell you now that my entire data collection of evidence alone will be over 50GB most likely and certainly over 40GB.

GROUP B

1. I have been falsely accused of using language that insinuates I will be violent towards a GP
2. The GMC and the PHSO are both aware of the above, as are sections of the NHS who now claim they will help me
3. I was lied to about an Ultrasound on both sides of my groin, being told it was totally clear when one side had a black hard patch that causes the pain I was THERE for and he unwittingly scanned the other side which revealed I had ANOTHER hernia
4. This is not the only thing they lied about and others include Neurologist, Back Specialists and other all of which I have proof of as I stated above.
5. ICE,the Independent Case Examiners of the DWP are nothing of the kind and as far as I can tell all complaints procedures will go nowhere and exist to waste time until the plaintiff becomes bored and gives up.
6. Also while their investigation was crawling along I also pointed out to them that I had a current claim that I had an initial letter about but suddenly nothing happened and I forgot all about it. They never asked the DWP WHY this current claim had NOT been dealt with.

The one thing I had forgotten about while explaining the truth about the UK is that I had forgotten all about you. When I contacted you previoulsy I did not have anything in the way of all this proof and it was down to losing my Disability Living Allowance. Well I went through all the procedures and now I can tell you something ELSE I have as proof.

1. Atos and the DWP agreed to perform a Home Visit.
2. Only they arranged this three times and each time came up with an excuse as to why they failed to turn up, two were LIES...
3. One time they said they knocked but I was not in and yet I was
4. Another time they stated that a big STEEL BIN was in front of my street door and they could not reach the door to KNOCK?!
5. This is also a lie and I do not have a street door as the street is fifity yards away down a very narrow alley. The steel bins are also communal and 50 yards from my house and do not FIT inside the alley-way! There are also three other paths that lead to my house and I have no bins outside.
6. I filmed myself walking from my street to my house and and walking inside and showed how small my house is plus how from my living room settee I can SEE my street doors!
7. When given all this ICE stated it was INCONCLUSIVE, after 20 months of investigating?! Nothing in the way of a visit, not even asking questions they should have done like what Is the widths of the bins and alley-way?!

So this is just a brief description of what I have collected. Believe me when I state BRIEF and I am quite literal when I speak or type.

Now as I remembered your organisation today I thought it a good idea to email you about everything I have beendoing and see what you have to say?

After all I have proved many things that can be highly beneficial to any organisation that exists to help people who have had injustices against them, including disabled people.

Also I would like to finally add something that I MAY have mentioned before...

It is my belief that a nasty little setup was created some years previous whereby if the NHS do not diagnose you this therefore prevents you from getting the necessary help and money from other so called public services like the DWP and Local Councils.

I had initially thought that GPs and Doctors where naïve to all this but it seems that in my endeavours to start conversations to get them to reveal bits of information it turns out that every one I met is not only well aware of it but aid it by lying.

FIGHTS ARE EASY TO FORGET

Hmm I made a comment about not thinking to ask or even wonder if David Cameron's mobile phone was being snooped upon by the NSA in a previous post. Truth is that just add this post it's keeping to another subject there are many, MANY more on this blog alone and then there are 12, yes twelve, other blogs.

Considering I have little to live on, trying to find a way to generate a small income, waiting for the outcome of my daughter's and my grandchildren's plight and added to this have a dozen or so stress of physical pain and therefore disabled then yeah I have a great deal on my plate. Then I have to deal with local people I know who like to stir things up, others who ate naive and jealous and done that like to stick me in the back with a, albeit blunt, knife.

So forgive me if I lose track of a corruption subject or even an entire blog?!

I am currently collecting up some tools which I will do a post about in the next few days. I have been planning this for weeks and have wanted to do this for bloody years! I have hinted at this before but will keep it under my hat fir a few days longer. After all people DO like to talk about whatever I am doing and whatever I am saying, lol.

Disability Living Allowance and Personal Independent Payments, DLA & PIPS, I have covered a great deal on here. They have taken a back seat due to the conspiring NHS lying cheating and falsely accusing me. I will quickly touch upon the fact I have now had two emails from two sections of the NHS now saying they will help one even used the word 'quickly'. There, I touched upon it and will cover that in a post in the next few days too.

But despite the fact I put in another claim for DLA ten months ago and received the first letter and nothing else after that nothing much had happened.

Now I had told the false organisation ICE that I had applied and they have failed to deal with it, along with the lying and cheating, but they never mentioned it.

So deciding to not chase that second application up because it had been too long and the fact that it was going to send in a few months I left it while dealing with other public and private organizations, as can clearly be seen on here. I thought that in a couple of months time the DLA will be replaced with PIPS and I will wait until then and reapply?! Only that was ten months ago or more, I simply cannot remember! In that time there had been no sign on the PIPS benefits and I have not even thought about it for five months or more!

However tonight I see this BBC article on the app I use on my smartphone and I see there will be an even longer wait?!

Hmm I wonder WHAT the hold up is?!

I have said from the beginning that the government was showing their incompetence and will cause a riot, or riots?!

I shall explain...AGAIN...

I have agreed that the DWP was in need of a shake up. It is inefficient and crap and a huge waste of money. It is also a Fecking pain in the arse to use but I won't needed to explain that to anyone who has had the misfortune of using them, lol. However even though this shake up was announced it was at a bad time and I could not believe that the government were doing this to IMPROVE THINGS as they claimed but instead had some sinister and hidden goals in mind!

Only they left themselves with a HUGE problem because they turned the benefits into BLACK AND WHITE! They did that by announcing getting rid of all current benefits and replacing them with just two; Universal Credit and PIPS. The former is the old Jobseekers Allowance and PIPS the new Disability Living Allowance, note the removal of the word 'DISABILITY'?!

The very first thing I thought was well they have been avoiding classifying me as DISABLED for bloody years, how are they going to avoid this now?! You should also be aware that I WAS CLASSIFIED AS DISABLED for a three year period. Despite my health problems gradually degenerating and with more areas of pain over the three years I was the de-classified as disabled. I then found out tens of thousands of others had been as well and even Doctors did not realize it was going on immediately. Not even close in fact.

That was four it five years ago now, difficult to remember exactly but think it was closer to five.

So naturally I kept applying because I know what I am and am not capable of while they all thought they knew better. This is without bothering to correctly diagnose me to save even more money.

If you are in charge of a country and want to screw even the most vulnerable people and get away with it, it's easy if you know how...

1) You put too many obstacles and pressure on hospitals, Doctors, Specialists and GO Surgeries to the point of collapse.

2) Order them NOT to perform any scans due to cost (an honest GO told me they DO THIS)

3) You get no diagnosis from anyone along with the cheapest crappier pills

4) No diagnosis means no proof and no idea about care meaning help from the DWP and Local Government is refused, to their glee.

So I have been waiting for PIPS to come into effect so I can apply under that benefit and see what happens, lol.

A clever and cunning plan if ever I saw one and almost perfect. Except I pieced it all together some time ago and just had to acquire proof and link it all together.

If course there could be many other dastardly plans too and not restricted to the welfare system either. They may exist and influence what happens with your job? Or be behind why you no longer have a job? The possibilities are endless but the truth week take some real good research.

Yes I have found things out I suspected of other things too and flicking through my posts may look as if I have covered them all? Maybe I have but somehow I seriously doubt it!

Now I will just wait for PIPS to arrive while beavering away on my blogs and attempt some manufacturing. This will be accompanied in the Spring of 2014 by breeding too! No and I don't mean me either!

A chance would be a fine thing, lol.

GOVERNMENT LIE ABOUT DISABILITY SUPPORT

I am sorry, WHAT?!

What an absolute load of tosh and outright bare faced lie!

Do idiots actually but into their crap? Or selfish and amoral people think it's still ok to lie to the people that bothered to go out and vote?

I am disabled. Only I am NOT registered disabled nor do I get any support at all! I did do for three years. Only my trouble started twelve or thirteen years ago and has gradually deteriorated over time and my freedom pass was stopped six years ago and my disability living allowance five years ago.

About the same time many others had their disability money STOPPED. Not cut down and nor even halved but STOPPED ALTOGETHER! I knew this happened to mental health sufferers, kidney failure sufferers needing dialysis and people with fused joints at least. In the past couple of years they have attached many other areas and even one woman I know who is registered BLIND was told she would lose ALL her support?!

Idiots that agreed with the cutbacks and attacks on people with heath problems...well I just hope that no one you loved was killed by anyone with mental health problems now deserted by the system so you can save a few quid?! Also there has been a fair few number declared in the media that have killed themselves over the stress of the benefit cuts and lack of support! They also think the figure is not the real total and that is actually much higher?! This will get worse too! No amount of talking up the economy because it has raised by 0.5% from the lowest levels in living history ate going to make a blind bit of difference either! Anyone that did or does agree with this, will have to live with this knowledge and the fact it will get worse still.

It is not just disabled children but disabled full stop that needs to be reversed! After all anyone who is affected, not just disabled people, by the cuts has knock on effects. We have become a country reluctant to help our own family members and in the last few years many can ill afford to. But they probably will when close ones are starving or freezing to death which then it's more pressure on a great many working people! Even more so if there has been a death to someone close and this affects them for the rest of their lives too!

So as they have removed disability money from just about everyone I know or knew but claim that they pay more than anyone in Europe has to be a lie it the S.S. has returned in Europe in force?!

I will be interested to see if anyone in Europe responds to this comment? I personally would be embarrassed and angry if someone who treated their people like crap claimed other European countries treat their people far worse!!

They are only FOUR YEARS TO LATE as ever!!

You can do a search through this blog and find a number of posts where I speak about a conversation with a local Psychiatrist, a Dr Cody, who tells me they did not even realise that the government was relieving people with mental illnesses of their DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE?!

That ACTUAL conversation, oh I was declared saner than SHE, took place around 5 years ago.

so in other words...

IT IS NOT FECKING NEWS BBC, NOT NEWS!!! It is FIVE YEARS OLD PEOPLE now get a grip have you been sucking on too many doughnuts?!?!

I think they are silently releasing this stuff because they fear that they have NOT reported on so many now that it may look too obvious to too many people?!

Sorry but you were late to the party on that one, I noted over 5 years ago....just that this one was for my money a new low for the news media. Since then there have been several more of these new lows, lol.

Has anyone stopped to consider that putting this pressure and tress on mentally impaired may cost them not only THEIR LIVES but also the lives of people that MAY END UP BEING THEIR VICTIMS?!

If people feel like there is no support there and no system then they abandon it and many will come up with their own ideas and their own justice and despite how crazy that may sound, written down on paper it may actually make more sense than the governments idea of JUSTICE?!

DAILY STAR - SOLDIER NOT DISABLED ENOUGH

Just as I had previously both reported and provided recordings of Enfield Council and a GP stating that if you cannot walk your not entitles to ANY HELP.

Well I say then that they are NOT entitled to their taxes!! SIMPLES!!

Though when I pulled BOTH the Council and GP about this by stating that IF I was a returning soldier with NO LEGS according to them I would get no help they categorically denied it.

If your arms and hands work and you have ONE FINGER you are not entitles to benefits. No matter how much pain you suffer from?!

Yeah RIGHT!!

I have emailed them again today, Food Bank too, in case they needed proof so now they have attachments of BOTH cancellation letters as well as this blog address.

Sent same thing to Food Bank too so they MAY be able to contact CAB about having one ready?!*SIGH*

ONLINE BENEFITS ADVISOR OF THE DWP

Well I was looking on the DWP site and wondering what I could do?!

Was hoping that I could put in a claim for Employment Support Allowance but it is a print out only form and my printer has decided not to print out blacnd and white due to the CYAN and MAGENTA cartridges running out which is a bit odd as I bought a printer that has FOUR separate cartridges so that this did not happen?!

There is a computer chip on th cartridge, does not need to be as everyone knows, and it refuses to print out anything now though my black ink cartridge was only rcenetrly replaced?!

No matter WHAT manufacturer I go with I always seem to get this problem?!

So printing is offline until further notice.

Anyway I found this benefits advisor tool and though I would ran thorugh it and screenshot as I went and the results were...CONFUSING?!

I was expecting it to say Emplyment Support Allowance or Universal Credit but it did not..
