Right then?!

It is about a week late but here is something that is the end result of something I put in the pipeline from about a year ago now, or a couple of months less than that. Put simply I cannot remember when I did it!

But I did mention on here recently that I had a phonecall from the DWP apologising for not answering a Freedom Of Information request within the given time allowed by law and that they could not find that which I requested?!

Beauty!! Splendid!!

Well I recorded the conversation, that one still yet to be sorted oiut and uploaded, and was told that she would contact me within two weeks if she found the relevant information or not. You can check on here but once again they went over the given time period by quite some time. Bailiffs and debt companies are quite good at breaking this particular law too, along with many others like fraud and burglary. Strange that, akin to being OK to mudering someone for pissing on your Roses!

Anyhoo...cast your mind back to a documentary on Channel 4 and which I covered the last ten minutes of on here. It was a Job Centre, well all Job Centres, being accused of lying to the public and stopping their benefits because they have not applied for jobs, claimed there are loads of jobs out there and that they themselves had hundreds?

The man carrying out the investigation had already been told by ex staff members that there were no jobs and it was all a very deliberate lie.

He then pulled out an iPad and asked the red haired manageress to show him the jobs on their website and she surfed around for ten minutes and unable to find them but insisted they were there. He stated that even if they were how would the people seeing work be able to find them on their site if she, the manageress, could not even find a single one?! He still wanted evidence that these jobs were available currently. She then went off to get evidence and left him and his cameraman in this room for a fair old while. Eventually the building cl;osed for the day and everyone went home and they wondered whether they had been locked in for the night. Eventually the manageress returned with a large pile of printouts that surprised the investigator and seemed lost for words for a few minutes. Well that is until he then spotted that the jobs were way over a year old and therefore they had just lied to him yet again on a national TV documentary for Channel 4?!

You goot be fecking confident to do that and been given some pretty impressive promises to be able to do that and this means of course that you are KNOWINGLY doing it. That is you are knowingly lying to the British public on national TV for whatever it is they promised you.

I would not do that.

Well.....they have now used that trick once again on me of all people! Only this time its far, far worse than that they did on Channel 4! I gave them two Freedom Of Information requests concerning their entire expenditure, which I do not even know if they answered this one and need to check, and one requesting all medical documentation on me.

So just to be clear I want copies of all the NHS letters whether GP or Hospital written along with the forms and applications that either I filled in or that of my GP's?

Now as you know I have changed GP's a fair few times in the last 7 years? Hopefully your keeping track, well one of the reasons I did this along with testing the GP Surgery for honesty and professionalism was that the DWP and Atos would be caught out. By doing this I would know for sure that each time I applied for either DLA, DIsability Living Allowance, or its replacement PIPs, Personal Independent Payments, that they would contact many different GPs. This way one of two things would arise. First off that the GP's written to would inform me, of which only one ever did and she told me that the DWP lied about her filling it in or at least the way that she did it. The other thing is that the GPs would be contacted at times shortly after I moved GP practices so that the application forms would then have to be handled one of two ways. Firstly they would be sent of via the NHS and then end up in my medical records with the current GP to be filled in or they would be forwarded on to me.

Like the GP they lied about sdhe told me that in any event that a GP makes a mistake on the forms the DWP automatically send it back out to the GP in question pointing out their mistakes and request that they fill it out again. They did not do this and did not inform me either and as the GP in question fully informed me at the time "Your right Martin, they are corrupt. They tie our hands behind our backs (NHS Doctors) and we have to lie to our patients and take the flack from the public for it. I have been a Doctor for nearly 40 years and I know how to fill in their forms, they are lying"

A few weeks later she put 5 stunned staff on the dole queue by stating she had, had enough of the NHS and everything with it and was retiring effective immediately.

Now by a strange turn of fate one of her staff members went to work at the very surgery I am now with, remember I have had two GPs since she announced hger immediate retirement.

Well a rather large and heavy package came through the door and I actually thought it was the legal documentation I asked my daughter for a couple of months ago? No, it was the answer to my request to my medical evidence. All 60 pages of it with two thirds of these double sided so 100 pages.

Only there was not a single thing I requested within the package and nor did they even reference this fact in the letter?!

'Eh?!' I hear your mind now asking, 'well what did they send him?!'

Most of it, leaving aside some crap with a few lines printed out in landscape mode for some unfathomable reason, are all the emails we ever sent each other!!!

Yes they sent me print outs of all the emails I ever sent them. That's it and that's all!!

Yes that means all the ones I ever posted on here and still have!!

No I dont know why.....

Well yes of course I do, plausible deniability....

...except the fecking idiots sent this to me of all people!!

This is one of those interceptions by complete douche-bag morons I often refer to. One you can see in action just like the ones that intercepted the letter from Guy's Hospital. Though I could be wrong and they may have just asked the Doctor I saw at Guy's Hospital to lie on the letter and he willingly did it. Which would mean of course that Dr Kirkham is the lying douche-bag?! Lol!

This lady that I spoke to on the phone was completely shocked and perplexed that she could not find anything I requested. Well of course not I was hoping that I had caused enough trouble that they had binned it all and I then requested it before they could even realised they had been duped into binning it so I could catch them in the act?!

Oooh there are those facets at work that I kept warning them about! The ones I carried on warning about in here! The plans I state that I lay out and that there are always several in motion at any one time with any one public service.

So in total a fecking lot then?! YUP!

I said it would take a long time did I not? Yes sirree, Bob!

I have a pile of all my emails to the DWP & Atos I not only already possess within one of dozens of email folders...ooooooooh yeahhhhh emails and folders....dumb-arses.....that are actually all on here anyway! I even told the lasy this in the phone conversation I had I also recorded.

Oooh yeaaaaahhhh the recording of me teling her this? Yeeeeeahh you see no one in their right mind would send me 80 pages of crap that I told them I not only had but published on my blog....but someone I had NOT told that too WOULD do a dumb-arse fecking things like that!

What does this mean?

Some complete brain-dead tosser stepped in and changed what was going to be sent out to me and very clearly believes that all benefit claimants and jobseekers and likely the entire working classes are all completely stupid brain-dead morons that could never possibly catch them out?!

Well I am, I do, I did and to cap it all I cam make them look like the completely brain-dead incompoetent morons that they are!!

Because I have stated many times on here quite deliberately that I know they have done this many times so that when my long term plan to catch them in the act comes to fruition I can then reference the fact that thios has been repeated many times in the public domain and that tens of thousand of people have likely repeated it to others around the web meaning that it could well be hundreds of thousands of people....and they...missed it.

Well I have yet to email a few people and they are going to get a particular link, one that should have them running for the exit door on the way to the legal department as they now realise they cannot delay things any longer and that they will have to take me to court toi shut me down!

On the way they will be pissing their pants wondering what other things are in motion if I have spent a year waiting for this one to come to fruition?

Anyhoo I took a picture of the pile of crap they sent me, ahh well saves me having to ever print it out to the news media if and when they come! Just bought a new pack of printert paper too and four black ink cartridges. Well best to be prepared for the oncoming storm! Lol...

Of course I have more and I will got around tot hat in a moment. But before I do I wish to just recap...

I knew their file would be nothing short of a joke and most definitely a damning one for all involved and so by asking for it they had three choices...

1 Send me it as I requested and then damning themselves to hell as it would give them away to screwing the public, therefore showing that all public services are doing it too ...

That was extremely unlikely so...

2 They could have sent me the files so that it looked like the GP's and Health Professionals, or so called, they asked to lie for them look like it was THEIR fault ...

Likely there was an agreement covering the arses of the health professionals and so....

3 Not having a file at all, which is the one I expected to get which also allows them a fighting chance to still not pay me the money they illegally took away from me over five years ago now.

I knew I would get this last one if I got an answer at all and I had been posting everything I had and evereything I did in all that time. I had also been telling every now and then little anecdotes about what transpired previously for up to 13 years prior to the date of the blog.

Ask yourself a question now and I did kind of want to leave this one to one of those things I had hoped to occur to people without help only to bring it up months later around the time of the general election?

Except there will be plenty of other things and so ask yourself this ... I asked for ALL the medical evidence held upon me and have repeatedly stated that I was in receipt of it previously?

So where is the NHS evidence that in the past got my Disability Living Allowance approved?

Now, do you see that window and that bath hurtling towards the street below? Look in the bath and tell me, do you see the baby?!

Now I did say right after the picture that this is not all that I have done?! My God, no, no, no not anywhere near it but in respect of this blog not it is not all and here is something else ...

I can also describe in detail both what I have done, what I have asked for and what I have been sent while pointing out what I have now been doing for two and a half years nearly, only online mind you, and thereby drawing a great deal of attention from YouTube viewers to my YouTube account and then this blog! OOPS!!

Dear Sirs

FOI - MEDICAL EVIDENCE

I was going to just write 'umm latter dated [blah,blah]' and then be sarcastic about it because it is not what I asked for.

However it is what I wanted and what I expected.

Mind you your going to have to go to the incompetent idiot and moron that sanctioned this letter probably by way of interception. Because I had already had a conversation with someone on the phone and already pointed out several...aspects of what I did and what I do.

I requested all medical evidence held upon me be sent to me.

This is not what I receieved.

You sent me my own emails to you and Atos and nothing else.

But they are my emails and hence I already posses both them and the replies.

I stated in the phone conversation that I not only had all these but have published them on my blog and so so as and when i get them!

So why would anyone in their right mind gather up all the emails I sent and them print them out and send them to me when my Freedom Of Information request specifically asked for medical EVIDENCE held on me?!

Also the deliberate mistake of the fact I was previously in receipt of Disability Living Allowance? Did you throw that out along with the rest of the self-damning evidence I requested just as I hoped you would do?!

So yes, thank you for your pointless package of crap, it is just what I wanted and have been waiting for since I put the request in.

You can tell those that think themelves intelligent that I know who they are and that they are not intelligent and I just shgowed them ho bloody dunce they truly are. The ones really costing Britain stack loads of cash and think themselves some birthroight to being paid vast salaries while being as fit as a fiddle, despite being half-witted, and yet think people with dreaful afflictions have no rights for money to just fecking survive?!

Thank you for giving me this finaql nail. Well that is not strictly true as there are a great many in motion, most like this one I have forgotten about...ahhh yes, forgotten. That is something else I wanted to explain now we are in the subject of dying a screaming death, forgotten. Yes, I do that a lot. But then the bosses at the DWP and at Atos know this just like they also know that Fibromyalgia is linked to a sleeping disorder and we have a p[roblem with mobility...

Which is also why along with losing all the medical evidence conveniently which is not because you threw out all the releveant stuff you did have which now provers to the British public that you did indeed throw it all out ti get rid of said evidence....oooh I digress, where was I?

Oooh yeah your so called assessments, arranged by YOU and not Atos, though they are as guilty as you are, were deliberately arranged for 9AM or similar in the morning while getting futher and further way from Enfield in North London the last one being Lambeth in South London!!

I simplay cannot believe that both the DWP and Atos were so easily manipulated and beaten time after time after time?! Amazing, truly amazing which begs the question how you got away with it for so long and how no one caught you?! Yes I know how long you have been lying to the British public.

So is your excuse going to be that you used to give out disability like confetti? Or maybe that I made out I was a foreigner and not born here and that you ususally just hand out everything they ask for to them and not British people? If so I would like to know the reason why?

Soi then this will be interesting as I am dying to know how you and Atos now attempt to get out of this corner while continuing to screw me and the British Public over a barrel?!

To state once again...

My Freedom Of Information request was for medical evidence you have on me for thirteen years.

I have a letter here from yousrelves stating that you turned me down on one application for Disabiklity Living Allowance because, and I QUOTE, "Your GP filled in the form wrong." which was Dr Huq at Dr Rooban's Surgery who stated that you were liars and that she had and that even had she not its standard procedure and has been for over three decades that forms filled in wrong by GP's are automatically sent back to the surgery and requested this is corrected.

So tell the person who intercepted that letter I recieved or indeed the one that requested you send me that pointless crap and tell them that I now have them by the balls and there is no no way to escape it from here on in.

Oh I am so looking forward to see what you say next?!

This email will be going off to all the others departments that get paid for screwing the British public and disabkled people over while comitting fraud by receving taxpayers money for services they have no intention to performing.

Excuses and quoting scripture will be pointless and if your the so called Independent Case Examiners....don't. I will use foul language and call you a bunch of degrading names albeit quite accurate ones.

THE PATIENCE THAT REQUIRES SAINTHOOD

Well it takes me awhile to get around to remembering things in the correct order, all gets a bit...backwards sometimes you know? Well no you probably don't actually but you get my point. Hopefully, lol.

Anyway it suddenly occured to me that of course I need to contact the Independent Case Examiners that nobody seems to have heard of, at least none of the disabled and non-disabled people I know both online and off have heard of them.

You know them?! The ombudsman (hmm was they ombudsman?!) to the Department of Work and Pensions who are 'Independent' yet have all their email addresses on the Department of Work and Pensions website?! For example 'ice@dwp.gsi.gov.uk'.

You know them?! The ones I gave told and proved that I had both Atos and the DWP lying nad they said this was perfectly OK?! Or that my proof was not proof, or whatever bloody excuse thet gave?! I cannot be bothered to look, lol.

Odd how they managed to not find anything wrong but Atos onviously have as they are now trying to wriggle out the contract?! Obviously they do not want to take the entire blame from the British Public for simply  foloowing orders while those that give the orders get away with it?!

Well, I am guessing here. Well actually no I am not as I have endeavoured to put that into the conscious minds of all my enemies and especially that of the front line staff, lol.

WHOOPS!

Yeah well it was always going to need....a little...NUDGE! You know like 'well when it all goes south for the winter do you think your bosses will hold their hands up or do you think they will scarper while YOU take the blame after earning five times more than you have done for the last ten years?! I think NOT!!'

Plus several others similar things along those very lines and then some. Sort of! Well yes! A whole mountain of things thrown at them to get those juices flowing around their grey matter and to keep bombarding them with these things from all directions so that in the end and they did not know if they were coming or going and during all this I was losing my temper with their laziness and constant inactivity while taking the Britsh Publi's money by way of tax fraud?!?!

Or that sort of thing. Lol!

Yes so sometimes I tend to forget a little...or rather a lot sometimes...it turns out, to actually tie a few things up. Just a few loose ends.

To simply go to each and everyone annd disclose the fineal details and facts that have arisin and despite the all engulfing mire of whence I have plunged them that they might be offered the thnnest of branches in which to pull themselves free?!

Well I have kind of done that with the NHS and I suppose to umm the PHSO really. In all honesty I was a bit kind to the PHSO in actually telling them about the blog. Wellll I can be nice and it is that kind of time in the decade! Lol!

So here then is the olive branch I hold out to the Independent Case Examiners and also reminding them that not only did they ignore me last year when I wrongly self diagnosed Charcot Marie Tooth but now this year and with all that I have achieved with the NHS and hopefully with the PHSO that their ne PIPS Department have now also ignored me, or taken an exyremely inordinate amount of time to decide what the FECK they want to do?! LMFAO!

DWP & ATOS CORRUPTION

Hi there, remember me?

Well I have been a little bit busy since I last contacted you, let me tell you! Well I will tell you later at the end and I suggest you play close attention to it.

Yes I got and I do remember your last correspondence, moaning and whining about what I had said and what I had done. It matters not to me not one iota. However I am here with genuine reason to do the things I do and I do it for the British Public and I have a genuine reason to approach everyone that I do.

Now then before I get on with re-requesting action from you before telling you how you got it all wrong I first of should say that from the moment I started my blog, I am assuming I did tell you about my blog, I seem to forget things, I stated to the British Public that I had a genuine cause to approach every public body and ombudsman that I have. I left out the fact I had created my blog to all those I chased down and recorded. Well you never get anything by telling anyone! I then declared that I had the blog and yet even though I did I was aware of the following...

1 That people that work for QUANGOS are so over-confident in their importance and status that I can rely on them not to bother reading it all, or scientifically known as being lazy!

If they had then they would have read from the very beginning way over 18 months ago that I would approach all these public bodies and that the viewers will see that even with my evidence they will not do anything and think they a law unto themselves, I bet you still do and yet this is the one thing I have used to my advantage. Let me tell you though creating the emails on the same server as the DWP was...well very dumb and I really mean that.

Now as I told you that I have a blog, wellllllll that was not entirely true, you see even if I stated that I have several blogs that would be understating it by a fair old margin.

I do like to tell those I am in battle with bits and pieces in anger and let them go away thinking they know everything that I am doing! I prefer to deliberately do these pregnant pauses while other plans of mine fall into place.

Now I request of you that you look at my case again.

Please remember that you have already stated that it is OK for people that are being paid for by the taxpayer to lie and cheat members of the public and namely disabled people.

So that us what I am currently requesting of you and now I will tell you what I have been doing as well as what I have achieved since you last heard from me. I am afraid it is not going to make good reading for you, Atos (they are already aware as they are now trying to get out of their contract!) and the DWP (theirs will happen later this years I can assure you).

1 I was kicked off my GP Surgery list under a false accusation of violent conduct, that was kinda changed to threatening behaviour which was aid in confidence to the GMC as to how angry I was with the GP. Oops for the GMC but they kind if fell into my trap their.

2 Just prior to be being kicked off my surgery while the letter was in the post I was in his surgery and had just come of Gabapentin (which was working but made me ill when I reached 900mg) and asked for Pregabalin. I was refused this and was given Amitriptyline. Although the GP and the GMC, as I am sure you would dearly love to do, their joint statement about my violence was set aflame before it even arrived as I was recording that GP appointment. I decided NOT to argue with the Doctor over the Amitriptyline.

3 After I realised I was kicked of the surgery, literally the letter arrived the following day, which mattered not as I was going to leave anyway, I strangely stumbled across a condition similar to Charcot Marie Tooth Disease but instead had a lot more symptoms in its list a vast majority I had, all 120 of them, that reads one hundred and TWENTY just so there is no confusion.

4 A few days later and to my absolute shock the Amitriptyline had worked, especially as the Doctor had lied to me and on tape about Amitriptyline being a similar drug to Gabapentin and “they are all just painkillers”?! Oops! NUH-UH! I am pretty good on my medications and I told him that Gabapentin is a neurological drug and that Amitriptyline is an antidepressant, though at the time and on the tape you clearly hear me tell him that I was familiar with Amitriptyline and that it is NOT the same kind of drug at all and I was sure used for something else entirely but cannot remember.

5 I entered the Town Library in Enfield Town about two weeks after this to look in a medical dictionary about the new condition I was sure I was afflicted with and I also raised an official complaint about the GP and Surgery via NHS England, which has ruffled quite a few feathers and I am not done yet!! I read my condition and right at the end it stated, in Black's Medical Dictionary, that only two drugs ever worked on this condition...

….I WILL GIVE YOU JUST TWO GUESSES WHAT THESE ARE?!

Yes, Gabapentin and Amitriptyline!!!

For the first time and in all the pills I had been given over the last 13 years I had finally been given to drugs in succession and they turned out to be not only the first but the ONLY TWO DRUGS to ever have a positive and noticeable effect!!

Now you should have worked out what this ultimately means but I find that many people in public offices do not seem to be too bright, or certainly act like it....

...the NHS KNEW for quite sometime that I had this condition and when I self diagnosed Charcot Marie Tooth Disease they realised I was one step away from the real condition!

OOPS!!

6 The NHS sent me two reports, one from them about my complaint and one from the GP and there knew not about my blogs and they lied on the reports completely contradicting in several areas what I had recorded on tape and posted on the Internet! Oops! I had already been in contact with the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and had already given them a ticking of for being patronizing towards me and I declared the existence of my blogs, sent them exact addresses to the relevant letters and recordings and the two reports.

Do you know what they did? They sent me a form asking me....'How much money do you want?'

Just prior to getting to this stage with the PHSO I also had acquired a new GP and one that was not an arrogant idiot like the last one. We get on. In fact I told him what had gone before and he said “Thank you for letting me know WHERE I stand?” After several meetings he concurs with my findings and my self diagnosis of...

FIBROMYALGIA...

...and I am to attend the hospital with the countries leading department for the condition and that is already now booked at Guy's Hospital!

So now that you will look at it again you now know that what I have stated all along is TRUE and on top of that please bear in mind I do have the proof and it is making a difference even if you are all too thick skinned to notice but the British Public are.

As for my blogs..

1 I can tell you I passed 100,000 sometime ago

2 I was threatened with legal action by one of my enemies over the blog but who then thought better of it

3 I am being thanked by many, being hailed as a hero by some and it grows ever faster now

4 Someone was going around the Internet PRETENDING to be ME and claim that they were the author of my blogs and I can only guess to win friends are get BROWNIE POINTS for what I did?! Or it was a crap attempt by one of my enemies to try and dirty my name either way it would never work. Hmm was it you?

5 During the previous list of events the NHS called me after finding out about my blog and stated that they would look at my complaint again and would email after getting off the phone telling me what they will do. That email never came and when I spoke to someone at NHS England two weeks later the guy I previously dealt with stated that I must be mistaken as no one from NHS England had contacted me and it must be the PHSO and I told him that the lady stated she was with the NHS. That they would deal with it AGAIN via a different department and that I had not sent the reports to the PHSO yet so could not have rung me about them! Then I thought maybe I had made a mistake so contacted the PHSO and they confirmed it was not them.

But SOMEONE contacted me stating they were looking at the complaint...AGAIN, in fact when they first phoned the she stated she was doing a survey about the complaints procedure! So when I told her that 'of course I am not happy with the reports, they are a bunch of cover up lies and that is clear to everyone that visits my blog' she then stated she would get ANOTHER department to look at it?!

DOUBLE WHOOPS!

So just to recap, I think it is safe to say that as far as my word goes my readers now take it as if it is made from pure titanium as far as the truth goes! As I have gone on anyone can see that I have beavered away, requested help from those that claim they are supposed to help and take their taxes for their salaries who then do everything they can NOT to help. I stated this from the beginning and by each and everyone stating no, bugger off, lying is perfectly OK even for a Doctor that the game really now is up bar the shouting.

Of course anyone of them could have done as that which they are paid to do and I made it clear to all that if any particular body cannot do it even though I have provided the facts then it is obvious that no one can, unless they already have a diagnosis of course or someone ends up in the tabloids because their partner died of cancer and was treated as a lower life form that that of a dog in the year prior to his death,

I know this because one of my very best friends died of cancer and I watched him slowly die while only me and a mate of mine looked out for him before he did. No one else did! But then if anyone I battled with had any brains whatsoever they would have scrutinised every inch of my blog and discovered that.

I fact that is one of the beauties of the blog and one that the British Public find the most interesting is that I can still run rings around those I correspond with because I know they are too over confident, self obsessed and lazy to check through everything.

SO what happens at the end of it all they end up being shown up for not only defrauding the taxpayer but labelled as utter incompetent with it.

In fact really my blogs were never about me, they was about how badly this country has been run and is being run. It is about where the real waste of the taxpayers money really lies and to show beyond a shadow of a doubt of where this all lies. So when it is known about widely enough the house of cards all falls down.

So yes, at anyone one point any one of the bodies I approached could have genuinely seen that I am honest and someone in need of help and that I had been kicked in the teeth, not for the last couple of years and for twenty years?! Yeah I left that bit out! When the PHSO asked me how much money I wanted I was dumbfounded and was not expecting it. I fact I never gave them an answer, well not DIRECTLY! I simply said that 'I have had this complaint, symptoms of it, going back on my records for twenty years and been asking directly about it for thirteen years. I have had relationship breakdowns over it even within my family and do not even get me started on my daughter?! SO why don't you tell me?!' Or something to that effect!

Now then, once again now I am asking you to look at my complaint again?

You see I do like to allow everyone a sporting chance! Would not really be fair otherwise, would it?! After all there are now a whole heap of new facts and I love it when public offices I have a go at at times think they have gotten away with it and that I have gotten bored and gone away?! Lol!

Many have learned that when the sudden angry responses have evaporated away that it only means that I have many other things happening elsewhere.

Also...you jussssst miiiigght want to go and check out all 120 symptoms of Fibromyalgia, now the NHS already realise that now I know that I can claim that they abused their position and used the symptoms of Fibromyalgia against me! In fact some symptoms I approached Doctors about they said was, and I QUOTE “down to how much pain you have to deal with” and other symptoms actually laughed off as if I was 13 years of age and asking about growing pains?!

Oh yeah and currently the blog is actually heading for a whole new series, I love doing them I have realised that the have become so popular as my last one got more visitors that others around a similar time, to do with a wall of shame type thing, where I go through each industry in turn and list all names in full of everyone I ever met with or encountered who got it wrong.

The NHS will likely be first as I am now almost done with them, unless they go and try something really stupid which with everything I have will only serve to self-destruct on them. Though I gather from the things being said and the reaction of anyone within the NHS I deal with now I very much doubt this and they certainly do seem to be speaking to me with a level of respect now and knowing full well what both I and my blogs are able to do.

You see you cannot destroy the blogs, you simply cannot just get rid of the blogs. They are indeed indestructible and even a single attempt to take them down will only cause a furore and the numbers of visitors will rise exponentially and quite literally over night!

You see from day one I am showing what I could have done years ago.

I show everyone proof of every single field I am an expert on and there are many and there are , at least, a dozen blogs and yet there are other five subjects I am knowledgeable on that do not have their own blogs...YET!

That does not include the ability to write!

I state that from day one I will spend the next couple years doing a load of stuff and that visitors will watch as all these people take taxpayers money and do everything they can not to do anything but that I will also show people doing stuff, albeit BADLY, to make it look to the public like they do.

I also devised it all in such a way that the more I lose the more I WIN!! Because the more everyone does just as I stated that they will the more people are attracted to my words I post within the pages of my blog.

I also help people to see that they are not alone, that no matter how far down this country and public offices has trod over your lives that there is someone that came through it all more or less unscathed and that they are fighting for them. To change society one step at a time for the better! I stated it would not be easy and that I would have to be brutal many of the times to get to the truth and show the truth. I would have to rattle many cages but that in the long run everyone will see and when everyone sees whatever evil has gone on cannot therefore trick the foolish any more. Because the naive have been given new eyes. These eyes can see through the mire. Those that once thought they were alone will realise that they are not. Those that thought life was not worth living because of the uncaring, amoral evil that has become rife in the UK has been seen, spotted and recorded by one simple disabled guy with nothing more than a laptop and a smart-phone!

The only thing that has ever been raised against me was the threat of violence but while they were concocting that I had spent over eighteen months showing that in reality I needed the patience of a SAINT not to have struck anyone in public office before now and of course here we are talking of Fibromyalgia for way over 15 years and being left homeless five times with the condition by many a local council while they have all the money and homes to all the wrong people.

TREBLE WHOOPS!

So I am giving you this fighting chance. In fact I have and will give ALL a fighting chance but I am afraid there are no more excuses after this. In a mere matter of months I would have achieved what I have set out to do and I have spoken to friends and family and stated quite clearly that this year of 2014 is the year when a great many things start to happen. Indeed some even already have and I am being contacted by many companies enquiring as to the size of the number of visitors I have had on my blogs, someone seems to think 100,000 is a lot and I suppose it is bot not for what I want to do.

One million is want I want to achieve! I can also tell you this, that in 18 months I went from getting a couple of visitors a week to over 100,000 and that achieving a million will come up a lot quicker than many realise!

Now that the warmer months are here I can acquire a great deal more content and this will raise the number of weekly visitors and continue to raise then ever faster. To get a head start I uploaded 45 videos in just one upload to YouTube.

Also more and more of my post subject matters have been appearing in the media and I am sure that many have noticed this now. Well lets say that I cover a great deal of news with my own take on news reports and I have achieved 500 likes and this is on just a single blog as well as one of the youngest blogs out there! Even I was surprised with that.

I will now sign off and I will send this email on a weekly basis until someone actually acknowledges receipt of it, and I do not mean your automated messages either. I want confirmation by email that it has been read.

Oh yes I almost forgot the point of asking you to look again at the complaint...

Now you are supposed to make sure they at the DWP are doing their jobs properly?

Well as well as that initial refusal you were supposed to deal with but did not I then applied for DLA yet again just over a year ago as I thought I had Charcot Marie Tooth and I sent off a form stating as much! I was completely ignored on that one.

That is one but I can also now tell you that I have applied again, I went into the local Job Centre, so have witnesses, to phone up as it had told me to do in the letter for Personal Independent Payments but had a guy kept insisting I had to do it online three times, until I showed him the letter I was already brandishing in my hand! So they got that WRONG! I was then given a phone and rang the number on the letter that I was sent, well waddya know it turns out to be WRONG AGAIN and I get given a number but had no pen!! Then the automated answering device hung up on me so I had to go and retrieve a pen from staff, oddly they were gossiping in the corner and I realise my reputation precedes me these days?! I then speak to someone from PIPS who tells me it is a completely different department and completely different people and yet despite public organisation now going completely from paper to digital like the idiots they are that they have no computers nor emails yet. After a series of questions he states he will send off a form to me.

Now BIZARRELY this takes forever and when it finally arrives I am filling it in but have already realised it is NOT A PIPS FORM but instead a ESA form?! SO I email the DWP and I gave them a severe ticking of for incompetence as well as Atos. The latter now seem to speak as if they are humbled and tell me they were 'only doing what they were told!'?!

I fill it in and send it off anyway and two days later and lo and behold the PIPS form finally arrives and must have taken four bloody weeks to arrive?!

I sent this off what must be four weeks ago now, oh I dunno you have the blog address about time you actually did look at it properly instead of thinking you have this all tied up like so many others have done! It is asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.com

Email to the Independent Case Examiners

Dear Sirs

NR746864D & FOI REQUEST

First off neither you not your annual report answers the three questions I recently out to you.

Could you please clarify as to why this is.

Also and out of curiosity concerning your reaction I would like to explain a couple of things as I have the opportunity.

1) I requested that you look at my case concerning the DLA. You performed abysmally and were biased...

Since this time I have correctly discovered my condition. Acquired proof that several Doctors were under instruction to consider against me and in each and every case I acquired proof of this.

An attempt was made to discredit me which I fully expected and which failed miserably. As a result of discovering how widespread the corruption is between the NHS and the DWP asking with Ombudsman I am now on my firth GP, stopped another attempt to discredit me and falsely claim I was crazy. Then another to state I was violent just when I declared I had several lots of recorded audio of several Doctors lying.

I raised the matter with the GMC who I knew would do nothing just as I knew you would. They broke a confidentiality clause by informing my last GP of a good reason to get rid of me by kicking me off the register. This backfired...

I caused a stir and raised the complaint further and NHS England took up the complaint before I could approach the PHSO, who I am also aware well do nothing. I received retorts from the owner of the GP Surgery, Tracey Jenkins and NHS England and they did what I wanted and out the lures down in black and white.

So I issued a nine page report and I handed this in to the GP Surgery and in it I explain that I had been recording various meetings and appointments with many different departments within the NHS, DWP, Local Councils and various Ombudsman among others. I explained which were lies, his they lied and what they lied about! I explained that not only did I have a Chase Farm Hospital Doctor admitting on tape that he lied about an ultrasound concerning a life threatening condition but that there were TWO CONDITIONS on the ultrasound that he claimed were CLEAR! He was extremely embarrassed.

Just today I received an odd phone call from NHS England claiming to be performing a survey on my concerning the complaints procedure. Except I failed to mention that surveys are done via text messages. When she realised I was completely unhappy about both the reports she then became animated and stated that the complaint would now be handed to a different department to be dealt with?!

A little odd when the report I have here clearly states that my option now is to go via the PHSO, which I already have done anyway.

What front line staff knew or not I did not care. What excuses they have for not knowing I do not care either. Years of injustice had been done to me and I am not going to stop and think about front line staff who are simply to think to take things on board and not listen, they had their chances note they have to decide if they can trust their bosses.

I have done and acquired a great many other things in the last few years...

In fact I have of late informed all now that I have been publishing all letters, emails, documents, scanned letters and recordings online and that I have 100,000 visitors and will likely hit a million during 2014 for certain. In fact I have handed a great many links to those I have set traps for to reveal the corruption, fraud and technically high treason being performed.

Yet I can airways rely on over confidence and arrogance of those I contact as they never ONCE so to think what else is on my blog and whether or not there is anything about them on there?!

In fact when I started the blog 18 months ago I stated that there was lots of things that had gone on for years before and showed paperwork going back to 2000 or before. I ALSO STATED that as the next two years would go on I would indeed come into contact with a great many public offices, private companies and almost all the Ombudsman.

I stated that not one public service nor ombudsman would do anything as they should and that includes having evidence on take and would not even be asked for this.

Thus was to show to the world that minutes are being defrauded from the taxpayer without ANY INTENTION of doing anything for it. Which is a cringe against the people and therefore the country.

In the process I had also for intended to goad many to take me to court. Shop Direct did this and lost! They own Very, Isme and Littlewoods Catalogues.

Enfield Council made steps towards it but suddenly gone quiet and not answering my requests and I have informed them that I will sue them very publicly this year for lack of help and greed.

The only other firm to do this thus far was Eon Energy but unfortunately they bottled it when they realised I could do then enormous amounts of damage and take away laws that favour them which should not.

I had planned for several others to take me to court within 2014 as this is just one of many possibilities where I can have my say and my day.

Indeed I did get to do that with Northampton County Court and they oddly apologised as did the debt company and starred they were launching an investigation now.

What did I do to achieve this?!

Well I simply pointed out one other little fact that many over confident and send obsessed people failed to realise along with everything else....

I have then the addresses to all my blogs and my YouTube account with probably around 3,000 and 1,000 posts respectively because...

Not only is everything that I have in their proof it is also so time stamped to when I posted it so it all acts as evidence. Like this letter right here which will be posted to and what will interest the growing number of angry members of the public is the following points..

I contacted and put in a claim for DLA last year and heard nothing. I told you that I heard nothing and then heard nothing from you.

Now I have been into a Job Centre and phoned up the Personal Independent Payments section, was asked some questions and told a form was on its way. That was awhile ago and I have not received anything as yet.

I have also contacted the Disability Living Allowance once again. I have pointed out that for several years now they wrongly refused me DLA and that I can prove what I have wrong which backs up everything I have starred, no matter how weird, for the last dozen years. Oops!

As I have contacted both these groups and have been ignored yet again for the fourth time for the DLA I am now emailing you once again to state that I am being ignored.

In case you were wondering then YES that was me that recently requested the information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding public funded organisations.

Don't worry you're in the company of a great many others. Though I am not sure exactly who will turn it to be the worst of the list.

So now you have another opportunity to do nothing, I mean something. Only this time your more than aware of what I am capable of and you should be because a great many others are including the Police, MI5 and GCHQ.

I do winner whether there will be a growing need for vindication on your part?

AS COLD AS ICE

AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO A TERRIBLE ICE LETTER ....

Dear Sirs

Do you have difficulty reading?

There is no way that you can state that the evidence I provided you with is inconclusive!

Now either your all totally incompetent or your just a front to waste time for the DWP and its immoral actions. The video alone I provided you goes from the ROAD which is 100 yards away, past the COMMUNITY BINS which are 75 yards away, long a path which is 50 yards long and extremely narrow, through my gate up my path and to my street door.

I then walk into my house and show you that you can see my street door from my living room!

I bloody visit here would easily show you that not only are the bins nowhere near my house, let alone street door, but that the path is TOO narrow to get the steel bins down. It is also NOT the only path to my house and is TECHNICALLY one of THREE!!

It is without a shadow of a doubt and any judge that is NOT corrupt would rule that your conclusion, or lack thereof, of it being inconclusive is a total avoidance to do take any action or decision in my favour because you had no intention of doing so from day one! Which is what I expected anyway and I just wanted to expose yet another department that is stealing money from the taxpayers.

The whole time we have been in contact and the inordinate amount of time it has taken for you to reach this conclusion, itself with no excuses, has been posted online and I did so because I knew from day one that this would be the conclusion.

In fact, and believe me not only I but every single person who is or has read about my case with you, thinks it is totally ludicrous that you can reach this in-conclusion with the lengths that I have gone to and the evidence I provided. I mean laughable.

In fact the response I get one hundred percent of the time is "Well what the **** do you have to do for these people to do anything?! You are right they are just stealing the taxpayers money!!"

Your explanation of this decision is far more inconclusive than the evidence I provided and you failed to also provide a reasonable breakdown of how you came to that conclusion with the video I provided.

Baring in mind that the letters I gave you CLEARLY STATE that MY DOOR WAS BLOCKED BY A BIN!! It may have been stated STEEL BIN?! But it matters not! I will remind you once again that the ONLY BINS in my ONE HUNDRED YARD LONG ROAD are extremely large steel bins and that is IT!!

Also it should have been bloody well obvious from the video that there was no way on Earth that you could get just one of these bins anywhere NEAR my house. ERGO THEY ARE LYING!

What is laughable about all this is that they do this more than once and yet you cannot fathom out that they have lied on every occasion and therefore not doing as they should have done!!

But now all that you have said and done has provided me with far more evidence of corruption for my blog and now am heading for 100,000 visitors which is all I expected to get out of this anyway. Oh yes I also wrote TWO BOOKS about it too which are now garnering a great deal of interest and I am being urged to publish them, which THUS FAR I have not attempted to do so since I started my blogs over a year ago.

So at the end of the day and at some point early in 2014 your going to have to answer to reporters or the British Public. Whichever one it will be I will have no say in. But I set out to prove the government liars when they want to point the finger of blame to where the problems lie in the UK and when they did this to benefit claimants and then disabled people I decided enough was enough!!

You are just one department in TWO DOZEN that I covered in the space of just two years and like so many others before you and since you, you have managed to achieve absolutely nothing while portraying yourselves to be there as a public service to the people.

If you have not figured it out already I also do not stop until it is well and truly over and every single individual in the UK, as well as the rest of the world, are fully aware of both the truth and the lies.

I am afraid that the letter you sent in response to my last email does NOT do you any favours with the public perception, after all it has been online since the day I received it as has all my correspondence from public offices. You rare public servants, or supposed to be, and therefore answerable to the public. AS your service is not only ABYSMAL but also hidden and largely unknown to the wider public I will endeavor to do my utmost to draw attention to you.

If of course I am 100% wrong, and that is a rare thing believe me, then your organisation has NOTHING to worry about.

Thank you for your report it has been most helpful, though I am rather surprised that you not only sent it but actually put your name to it?!

I knew from day one what you were and so never expected for one second that you would actually win my case but what I did hope to get is a report so full of lies and incompetence that when I posted it online everyone case see very clearly that the taxpayers money is indeed being wasted on a grand scale that involves FRAUD due to services not performed.

You actually sent me a report stating answer from the DCS and DWP that I had ALREADY provided you with and you stated to them "OH ALLRIGHTY THEN"?! Did you actually expect me to believe this report, that because they LIED to you all is OK and that you could not work out for one moment that I am not naive or a big enough idiot to believe this?! It truly IS the biggest insult to my intelligence I have ever experienced!

Also your report is full of contradictions as well as lies....

You use the excuse that they tried to ring me but did not have the correct number which is odd because they have both used this number as have you!

You even STATED the number within the letter right at the beginning!

Added to this you persisted in giving me that extremely lame reason about them not being able to knock on the door with the bin in the way?! Are you actually SERIOUSLY putting your name to THIS REPORT?! I must say I would not be putting my name to anything so utterrly terrible and with Elephant size holes all through it.

Also you have managed to then back them up and blame the GP but have done absolutely NOTHING about approaching her and allowing her to defend herself. I can assure you that in any upcoming court case and media event our versions of what actually happened will be IDENTICAL, yours, the DCS', Atos and the DWP will not and trust me when I tell you I have a high amount of experience of this!

You have spent 21 months of the taxpayers money asking them and they have lied to you and that is IT?! LMAO!!

I cannot tell you just how hilariously funny that is, lol.

I knew there was also corruption whereby the DCS controlled the NHS and its Doctors bue this was the most trickiest to get proof of! Well turns out not so as since you last heard from me I have been busy amassing my blogs with more evidence and I have no less than TWO Doctors LYING about several test results and have them on tape!!

The really funny thing is that one was an ultrasound scan and all I have to do is have a private scan and it is done!

But it seems I do not need to as the NHS have also been trying to secretly recruit p[atients in pain to work full time for £3 food vouchers per day and I also recorded this to! Only at the second meeting and after I had posted it online a reporter was there and from The Guardian if memory serves me correctly, lol.

But of course this has nothing to do with your office, until some point in the future when investigative journalists finish their investigation and print a story with all the facts! Lol.

Again thanks for the Report, as you will NOTE from the above blog it arrived just a few days after a letter from the General Medical Council whereby the lame excuses and lies are EXACTLY the same as they are for all other governing bodies and Ombudsman I have approached in the last few years.

As for pointing out your mistakes and appealing....do you think it is at all worth it? As I stated in my blog there is no escaping it either your corrupt and attempting, albeit badly, to cover up for the DCS and the DWP or your totally incompetent and not fit for purpose.

If you do not 'quite get it' then I strongly suggest that both you, your colleagues and your BOSSES have a good long look at the blog I have provided...

...IT IS BUT ONE YEAR OLD!!!

Oh yes and I have passed the 50,000 people mark! How many agree with you and all the other public offices? NONE!

How many have defended you, the government, the NHS, the DWP, the Police, HMRC and all the others? NONE!

So a survey of 50,000 people, not a thousand but FIFTY THOUSAND, and you have all yet to get a single person defending you and the funny part of it is that there are many ORGANISATIONS that re-post my blog so 50,000 viewers is not even CLOSE!

So unless you can come up with some brilliant excuse and reasons of how and both WHY you are going to do better then I think that this avenue is pretty much a dead end!

After all you handed to me on a plate EXACTLY what I wanted and could not have done this at a better time, lol.

Oh yes and umm, just for the record....

Atos and the DWP had ALREADY ASCERTAINED that I needed a home visit! You cannot then change the goal posts without looking like liars or idiots.

THE THIN ICE OF LIES & INCOMPETENCE

Well I have long since maintained many things on this post and from the beginning too.

Those of you more curious and, I hate to say it, smarter will now that I state that I spotted patterns in government departments? I also spotted the same tricks, lies and excuses and this goes for all right across Ombudsman, Governing Bodies and Public Offices so much so it is as if there is a handbook written by one individual that they ALL possess and follow to the letter?!

Well it just so happens that in the wake of the letter from The General Medical Council something arrives through my door while the GMC letter is STILL a fresh post.

Now you will note that the GMC have basically told me that they are going to ask Dr Gubbay and Mr Francis if they LIED to me or not and when they LIE and say 'NO', which of course they WILL, the GMC are going to say 'WELL ALLRIGHTY THEN!!!"

Now take a look at the surprising report than come through regarding ICE (independent Case Examiners) and their report and conclusion of the DWP and the DCS... LOL ... get the laughing gear at the ready!!

Remember if you WORK THIS IS WHAT IS COSTING YOU MONEY!!! LMAO...

A WHISKEY ON THE ROCKS

I forgot about this one.

For those that have paid attention ICE are the Independent Case Examiners who curiously have their email address under the Department of Work and Pensions server?!

I have not come across any diabled people nor groups that have EVER HEARD of them and I did pretty much know this would be the case the moment I hard from them.

So I decided to go through them who are just a front the government can use in the House of Commons or somewhere else to state that there is a body does watch the DWP, but does fuck all, to make sure they are doing the correct things and following their own rules, which they most definitely do NOT. LOL.

What more can I say?

Oh yeah OK then I can say plenty...

I started this procedure in January 2012 and no that is NOT a typo I said January 2012!! They claim to keep in contact every three months but do not. They only say this when I tear several sttrips form their hides only for me to then realize that they contact me every FIVE MONTHS. This time they have taken five months they have actually acknowledged the fact and apologized, well I did not give them much of a chance now did I?! LMAO!!

They said it would take 18 months at the beginning and yet as you can see from the letter sent to me exactly 17 months after it started they have ONLY NOW asked the Disability Carers Service a series of questions?!

Chances of them coming to any conclusions 24 months after approaching them?! ZERO!!

LMAO

I tried to tell a great many people, who simply WOULD NOT have it, that the problem is NOT Atos they are only the hired help and acting under instruction, though still guilty of fraud and deception.

I think I can now safely rest that case and this one, lol.

HEAVY ON THE ICE BABY

As I was looking for a receipt for another failed electrical item bought as new I found an old letter. In fact it was older than I expected it to be when I found it?!

Now I have covered these people from time to time and I have also stated that these people are yet ANOTHER body, though NOT an Ombudsman, that exists to do feck all but look like they are doing something.

I have banged on and on about this since this blog STARTED back in August 2012. I had also failed to realise that I could have used this blogs age as a yardstick as while I was typing I realised that I first APPROACHED these people before I started my blog?!

Now let me just CHECK something...

Right now this letter is dated 24th September 2012 and I had contacted them a couple months beforehand. They state a date of February in the letter and maybe that is when I contacted them but if it turns out that .... no, no, no I remember now, lol.

This was for Atos' so called Doctor failing to arrive at my house for the third time in 12 months?! That was February and I was NOT AWARE of this department at the time and while was looking for another Ombudsman to expose I found these people.

You see where most peoples attitude would be 'I am not going to bother complaining because nothing ever happens', in fact that is a quote my sister has used to me a dozen times in the last 5 years, I ask WHY does nothing ever happen and realise they must be crooks because they are basically defrauding the public purse claiming they are doing stuff they do not do?!

They receive monies for this they do not do and that is FRAUD! Simple as and end of story it is FRAUD!! What makes it worse is there are dozens of organisations doing it all with a dozen people or more. All have totally missed criminal activity going on and when I joined up the dots for them and provided them all with evidence they did nothing. Of course all my stuff went to the tabloids and now you hear in the news about Ombudsman do nothing and the IPCC have no teeth, etcetera, etcetera?!

Now this is ICE we are talking about today! ICE of the DWP which stands for Independent Case Examiners (ICE). Well they must be fecking frozen solid because they have not done jack fecking shit in 18 months nearly?!?

Hmm 18 months? That length of time seems somewhat familiar to me?! Ooh yes after my third time of complaining of never hearing from them they wrote to me and stated that the whole process takes ....EIGHTEEN MONTHS?!

Contacted them about March 2012 so iy has been 16 months.

Last time I sent a letter in tearing shreds off of them for not contacting me and accusing them of just being window dressing and defrauding the public they then stated that they contact people thay are acting on behalf of every three months?!

Now first off I was pretty sure at the time that it had been a great deal longer than three months since I heard from them last?!?!

I also know at that EXACT day I received that letter that in EXACTLY THREE MONTHS time from day of receipt of the letter stating they would contact me in three months was that my daughter's court case was held at that exact time?!

Date of court case? Ooh well that would be the 26th June 2013!

Did I hear from ICE like they said they would?! No I fecking have not and forgot all about it. I am also NOT going to contact them to see how long it now goes before they DO contact me again?!

I will tell you something else I had forgotten about too!

I applied for DLA again and have heard NOTHING?! I am sure t hat was three or four months ago now?! I will have to look back in the postings but I did get the initial letter to say they received my application for it but since then I have heard nothing at all!

But I do have this odd meeting with the NHS this week?! In fact I have TWO would you believe?!

Ooooh no my mistake, I have THREE meetings with the NHS this week?!

Hmm are they trying to get me to miss one so they can start attaching labels of unreliability I wonder?! LOL, never going to happen I program all dates into my phone now, lol.

Going back to the DWP for a moment there is also the question of the changeover of the benefits I receive and as I have been apologised to and told that my Incapacity Benefit will NEVER be stopped there is still the question of whether they will put me on the PIPS, Personal Independent Payments, or the Universal Credit.

I will soon know if I start getting letters for me to be assessed in Land's End or John O'Groats?! LMAO!

INDEPENDENT CASE EXAMINERS LATEST

I do not recall, well without looking back through posts or reams of paperwork, when this started. But was a fair while back.

In fact shortly after I was refused my DLA claim, I have since started yet another and this time I have informed them I am well aware that my medical records have been altered, I found these people and applied to them.

Now I am pretty sure it was over a year ago now.

Anyway they are supposed to write to me every so often, as they have noted in this letter, but I only ever get a replies to my complaining and accusations, lol.

Anyhoo... in this letter I note that they state they will contact me by the 27th June 2013. How bizarre is that?! Slap bang between the TWO DATES of the court case for my daughter that should come to a conclusion.

This is either the 26th or 28th June.

Now I have not been back over my correspondences with these people and their letters to me to see IF they broke their promises of contacting me or how many times. Those of you that are more inquisitive may already know the answers to this.

But I can assure you that going right into mid July at the EARLIEST I will not be thinking about contacting the Independent Case Examiners.

Bare in mind they are being paid their salaries and it has taken them over a year to read all the letters and study all the applications?! What a couple dozen pieces of paper?!

Salary over £30,000 of the public's taxes? LMAO!
