Well what do we have hear?

Rather bizarrely I had been asking myself whether I should do an update to my situation but didn't want to delve into it.

For almost a year I've been battling the DWP and to be perfectly honest ... I'm doing somewhat better than someone else?

I have been battling the DWP on two fronts ... umm ... well ... it's actually ... three. Lol.

Yeah I've not really mentioned this third one on my blogs and it's kind of very tied in to something I have going on that is on this blog.

It's ... complicated.

This will ask make sense in a couple of months time and in fact for both things I can tell you they both bizarrely and by design both have periods of eight weeks.

Only one starts in a few days and I simply cannot find out when the other one ... started, or if it's started at all.

If for some massive mistake by yet another public service this other one had not stated and will in a matter of days then they will both run concurrently.

As I said, these are linked. If they end up running concurrently this could present me with a problem. Because I need these to finish in a certain order. Wrong order could be problematic.

So I'm not going to go into that, not even the DWP side of things. Not that particular issue at any rate.

But as for the previous two that's been going on since 2016 I can. Well partly. Well I say that as I'm not really sure on one of them. The one not being handled by me.

I have not been told the case is dropped though it had kind of become a moot point. Not entirely a moot point but looks very much like it will be.

The other issue I was refused help on and this was Personal Independent Payments.

Except I seem to have not only handled this in such a way that it would end when it suited me but may not be ending at all?!

Yeah ... it's strange and despite my doing things in a particular way that suited me it seems to have stopped altogether?

I'll get a letter now I've posted this contradicting what I've put? You watch?

Anyway it's gone just how I need it to at any rate and maybe a bit longer than I need it to?

Then, tonight I spotted that story below in the Independent tabloid ... hmm actually isn't the Independent online only now?

According to the Independent's news piece most of the Personal Independent Payment appeals have been won? I must say I'm surprised at this. The courts have held up people's appeals? Great news but then ... I have been sticking out to one area of the HMCTS and then some. Plus ... well they probably have realised something about me reading between the lines on what I've posted.

HMCTS? Sorry, you don't know the half of it, very much quite literally.

One point made by the news report I'm bloody relieved to finally fucking read is that they notice now the system is wrong and broken. Nahh ... I might be relieved to read that bit it's frustrating too as this is by design. It's very much deliberate and they have been inching towards this year on year since Tony Blair was Prime Minister.

What it actually is and should be very obvious and therefore reported on is a complete waste and rip-off of the taxpayers money.

Funny that no one, including their Mickey mouse judges, complain about them taxpayers money, but then everyone at HMCTS gets paid from that very pot like so many others.

Soooo doing well at cut backs and saving money then? Yeah, very much looks like it, not!

Sorry tried to make the headline sound like a line from a Dire Straits classic track, lol.

Maybe I should have added a 'BOINNNNNG!' like a string of en electric guitar being struck?

Every time I turn around it seems like another public office is being investigated.

I was at a friend's house and I noticed one of those workplace pension adds with monster in the technicolour dreamcoat fur and the voice stating that employers are ignoring it?

YAH THINK?!?!

How long since that ad first run? Still having issues?

Still having issues with the welfare system?

Everything has either had an issue, had several issues, has ongoing issues and you damn well know that over the next 6 months there will likely be half a dozen more areas having issues?

This was there idea of doing the right thing, the right way and us all being in it together? funny how they always get their pay-offs, pensions and book deals and published?

Funny how I can't?

They have proved their incompetence over and over again while I get the predictions right 98% of the time and they will get published while I continue to wait to do so?

Someone said to me recently that the world was upside down, though he meant the UK really ... oh and now that I think of it he meant the USA too. Well there are plenty of examples and here is one too.

They will get their books published and there will be a queue of morons lining up to buy them and the real idiots will want signed books by them?! Yeesh!

If I get bad news from neurology next month I might never get to publish my books?! LMAO! Or they make me homeless and I never get them published which is probably why they are doing just that?

Now I had already heard that the UN ... or EU, I cannot recall, were investigating the DWP over the way they treat disabled people ... something one naive moron seem to be completely unaware of and who thought that the DWP sympathise with disabled people and I should go to an assessment I had already missed. Ahem.

Anyway the Disability Rights people emailed me back and gave me some interesting information and a link to one of their pages showing that the PIPs department were being investigated! By an Independent Review team or something or other, lol.

Well hang on a minute ... what about the Independent Case Examiners, or ICE, I have contacted numerous times that always come out with either some lame excuse or just bullshit and lies not to do anything? If this Independent Review finds the DWP to be at fault the ICE team should be disbanded forthwith.

Ooh I now have noted that the email to the 'Independent Review' is like ICE and going through the DWP servers?! Doesn't .. sound .. so ... independent.

We shall see.

I am hoping it is just not another misuse and waste of tax payers money to make the tax payers think they are checking everything is OK when they damn well know it is not?!

I have emailed that ... Independent Review team and I have given them my blog details and told them a few things about PIP, DLA (cancelled for 7 years) and ESA.

I even told them I knew that Doctors, GPs and hospitals were lying and falsifying test results to help the DWP. I have the concrete proof they lied several times and have a tape of a specialist at a hospital admitting he falsified an ultrasound test result I had.

Going from tat proof to 'they do it for the DWP' goes from a big stretch to a pigeon step with my proof. I got one half of the evidence I predicted ... do I really need to jump through hoops to get the other half? Would be something of a very tall task, would you not think?

Maybe someone ... else is in a better position to find this out? Would you not say?

With no money, help or support and now them trying to make me homeless again ... do you not think that with over 100GB of evidence and rising I have done enough?

Bored, now unfortunately got back into smoking ... another thing the DWP caused along with the loss of the use of my legs.

Hmm ... if you did not know from earlier ... I got an anxiety attack thaht was so strong my thigh muscles simply shut down and refused to respond. I did not know this at the time, of course, and for several hours I wondered what in the world was happening to me and this made the anxiety worse which made the legs worse

I then found out that Fibromyalgia can casue anxiety so bad it causes first tingling and the legs going and can actually turn out to be permanent. Marvellous.

The emergency paramedic that shot to my house in a flash did not know this and nor did my GP and once again it was I that discovered the root cause.

I just hope ... well sort of hope that next month I am wrong about the brain tumour. Unfortunately my track record is getting things right a hell of a lot so does not look good. I am pretty positive I am not epileptic do the seizures, blackouts and other symptoms point towards something more ... final.

And if I am going down ... they are coming with me!

THE LIARS DELUSION OF GRANDEUR .. ALWAYS

I have had a reply, a little snooty if you ask me, after sending them letters, reports and x-rays that none of this stuff is enough.

So there Doctors, which are either not/nurses/de-registered GP's, cannot find out from the data I supplied whether it will be both painful and dangerous to have me travelling around? Or that I am capable or not?

Not very good at health issues are they so how can they assess you by meeting you?

Also note that they failed to comment on the United Nations investigations and nor did they answer as to why they are assessing me for a benefit I have NEVER RECEIVED?!

They think they are so bloody clever this people and yet time after time they prove that the opposite in fact the truth!

I will add here that I bumped into that couple that see me fall and have a seizure. Apparently I was out/down for ten minutes. I told you they were up there a great deal. They just walk a circuit and I had already seen them several times when they see me pass out and do the Shakin' Stevens.

As usual I have gotten annoyed with the so-called ... (looking at letter) ...Centre for Health and Disability Assessments. Because of the time it has taken and the number of correspondences just to get my ailments across and an answer to why I am being assessed for a benefit I have not only never received but also is not even supposed to exist any longer and being phased out at some point any way?

If anything I should be being requested for an assessment of either Universal Credit, if disabled people get that, or Personal Independent Payments, which I do get.

I feel for those that pay a lot of taxes. I was talking to a guy today who I would estimate is now worth a couple of million and drives an Overfinch Range Rover Sport, the latest one. He was telling me how fed up he is with the amount, 40%, on taxes and I was explaining how it was spent and he said he was even more fed up now. Well I would be after hearing what I had to say and provided I was unaware of it beforehand.

EDIT: Hmm when I heard the name Capita to begin with as performing a sentence I thought it was odd because I heard of another name I thought started with the letter 'M'. I had and it is called Maximus?!

Four groups of staff being paid up to £900 per day, the assessors that is, what do the company executives get?!

This is their idea of saving your taxes? Pay scores of people £900 to stop paying out a few hundred extra quid each month? Yeah, that is the worst example of economising I think I have now ever come across? Feel for the taxpayer, really I do.

If you wish to be assessed at your home for your work capability assessment, the onus is on you to provide a letter from your GP explaining the reasons for the request.

Please be aware that if your GP charges you for providing the letter, we are not in a position to refund you for the cost of this.

I BELIEVE your request stated SOMETHING from my Doctor stating why I cannot attend/travel to your assessment.

I BELIEVE I provided the evidence to my REASONS in my last email.

I BELIEVE it is not very difficult to fax through a request to a number I provided OR make a phone-call.

I BELIEVE I have made this clear to everyone on the blog I provided.

I BELIEVE that you are now showing your true colours in that you and the DWP are looking for any excuse to kick people off benefits, if they do not attend they no longer need benefits and if they DO attend then they are fit enough for work.

I BELIEVE I was awarded my PIPs TWICE now and THEREFORE have ALREADY proved I am eligible for this plenty of times ALREADY and now provided you with FURTHER evidence. Which can be easily followed up by you sending me a letter to contact my GP if you want hard copies or make a phone-call with this verified.

I BELIEVE I have asked you already, and the last time you did this several years ago, why your are assessing me for a benefit I do NOT get and I BELIEVE I made comments about the fact ALREAY that you are NOT explaining yourselves.

I BELIEEVE I have already told you that I have an appointment next Tuesday 31^st May 2016 so that anything that can be got will be got then. But then are you likely to ask for something else? THEN you will want to contact the GP directly?

I BELIEVE that if you have Doctors you have no need to have a letter from my GP to see that travelling for me will be both painful, embarrassing and possibly fatal and I simply cannot do it!!

I BELIEVE therefore that if you cannot ascertain from the information I provided that I dO require a HOME VISIT then you and your organisation are NOT fit for purpose. Hilarious that your claim is to see whether members of the public are not FIT or not when it is you that are not fit, nor is Atos and from what I understand neither is Capita.

Freedom of Information Request ... DO you get paid up to £900 a day to assess people like Atos and Capita are paying?

THE CONTRADICTORY COURTS

To date and as far as I am aware my own court case, directly involved but through someone else, has been heard for three years and has been twenty years in the making and been heard at a Magistrates Court, Family Court, Crown Court and now a High Court with heavy involvement from the Supreme Court of England and Wales, or the United Kingdom and not sure which name is correct.

A little before this started I started this blog. I piled on a hell of a lot of evidence in the form of recorded audio (meetings, appointments, phone conversations), photos, screen-shots, emails, documents and reports. Not all of it not by a long shot and there is over 100GB of data on my own estimations.

The one thing I stated early on is that there is corruption, cheating and lies everywhere I had looked before and I had predicted that this would follow as I carried in becoming embroiled in different things.

Though I did not know how bad and nor did I know just how much more I would get and from where!

I also stated early on that the one industry that I have no evidence or indeed any awareness of corruption therein are the courts and their judges.

So you can imagine I am rather keen for our case to be over and see what occurs.

I know what I know should take place.

The entire legal firm know what should take place.

Six weeks ago we kept being told it is at an end and from then on in it kept being extended by a week, then another week, then two weeks and the latest is two months. Though it is entirely possible that the last two month prediction might have just been an estimation at the very longest it would take?

Anyway, I saw this BBC News report about two people who took the DWP to court because their PIP application took 8 months.

My first thought was "Bah! Mine took 14 months and was illegally and immorally stopped 5 years ago!"

But then I read on and something very, very bizarre and quite literally this judge made a statement that could have only come from bizarro world?

She ruled that the application taking 8 months was unlawful but that the two disabled people's human rights were not breached?!

Umm....WHAT?!

Did anyone do a blood test on her leaving court to see if she was high?!

So what has just happened is that this judge has given the DWP and the government carte-blanche to not pay disabled people anything at all!

Think about it...they can get away with saving money and just how they did with me. Five years of missing DLA and they then award PIP, effectively admitting they were WRONG to cancel it anyway and only helped by the NHS lying about tests and diagnosis anyway.

Now you can expect things with the DWP and its PIP department to now get a whole lot worse for people because the DWP will think 'Oh well, all anyone can do is take us to court but we will not be forced to pay anything even if we are beaten! WOOHOO!'

THE DEPARTMENT OF WE HAVE NO WORK AND NO PENSIONS

I have held something back from this blog.

Well mostly I just kept forgetting as I am busy with camera duties while on my bike and I have some blood tests I need to get around to doing...

...ooh yes and I forgot to mention my GP has added yet another pill to my roster! Quinine ... errr ... sulfate? Quinine! These are for the leg cramps that hurt like nothing you could ever imagine. You quite simply cannot talk and lose the ability to speak. I mean this literally too and even uttering a single word takes ten seconds of focusing and trying to block out the pain.

Not easy.

I am not sure if he realised something with the bad cramps but suddenly I was hit with a barrage of blood tests. Yes a bloody gain! OH CRAP!

Forgot to ask them for copy of the ltter they sent to my GP and what he sent back...lol well I am wagering on the fact that they never contacted my GP and once again another lie, cheat and rip off of the DWP?!

Once again and is always the case with me you have to read between the lines...the evidence is there and always is that I am not doing this for the reasons it first appears that I am.

Despite this not being clear, as it also is with some of the things I rant of about deliberately in the news, this all will become clear now in the next few months.

Well this is an ongoing battle against a large number of things, organisations that are destroying Britain, involved in the worst kinds of crimes, corruption, conspiracies even and cover ups you can imagine.

I cannot, I repeat I simply CANNOT make things too obvious to my enemies.

This is because along with certain upcoming finalities not too far away I can then reveal something rather ... amazing about my endeavours going back bloody years that will blow holes the size of Elephants into the only accusation that could possibly made against me by my enemies that would ... well ... sully my name.

Believe me when I state that I was well aware of this possible accusation by both my enemies in one group and doubters, naive people and even amoral people that come on here. Oddly I was expecting this accusation to pop up in comments quite a few times in my blogs but I feel proud of the fact that it never has.

Only I want those enemies mine to make the accusations. Ooh it's a trap! Lol!

Yes indeed yet another of my invisible traps I never mentioned.

The best part is that the 'trap' could be a double bluff?! But those wanting to make a move need to be absolutely certain that it is, and ... well they cannot be! Lol.

I am not going to thank you for the latest letter refusing my appeal over motobility.

Instead I am going to tell you of something that has happened that is quite weird, but bad for the DWP, nearly all councils and the NHS along with others I have battled over corruption and it is not going to be good I assure you of that.

Now first off I have a big case that I expected to break in the Autumn of 2015.

I expected my battle with you to come to a head around the same time along with several others.

The breaking and posting of the details of this big case I have is going to cause something of a Tsunami online.

It is a legal case that I am heavily linked to, in fact I was the architect of the whole thing, but not named in. YET!

A few weeks ago someone drove, excited and pumped up, for a fair few hours just to spend two hours in my living room before jumping back in their car and driving a fair few hours to get home again?! I tried to stop it.

It turns out that our case has come to an end and the deed is done, carved in stone and the outcome is inevitable now.

A Crown Court Judge has accused four organisations of the most serious of a list of crimes and a cover up to hide something big and by this you need to think of what happebed to Rotherham Council recently.

The individual in the case stated that I was correct from day one and that the legal team has stated that ... well that I am a genius and that everything I did was the absolute greatest of plans they have ever known and want to meet me. A compensation clerk has also requested a meeting! Oh dear!

I am afraid it gets better as I am now telling you, as your a public service, of those organisations who are about to be found guilty ...

I also discovered that this was ending not in Autumn as I predicted it would along with you and the NHS but instead in just a few days time!!

The fines to each of the above have been stated by the Crown Court Judge to each of the above are going to be seriously high due to their conspiring to deceive and the constant uncooperative nature along with failure for evidence and documentation to be presented despite each one being ordered by the court more than six times to produce them. An obvious delay tactic of one was to keep sending a new front line staff member who turned up with nothing and not knowing what they had to bring.

This resulted in no less than two court sessions on separate occasions where a representative of the council was shouted at by the Judge and ordered to leave the court and return in three hours with the documentation they have failed repeatedly to provide.

I can also tell you that a second ... family, which were behind the Passport Service grinding to a sudden halt and not the official reasons given out, were being defended by the council and against us have now been told that they are going to have their children removed from them!

The final dates of the court hearing whereby judgement and compensation is awarded start from the 21st April, yes that soon, and the 27th April 2015.

Despite the fact that I had stated that compensation would be given and that they would want to speak to me at some point neither of these were mentioned in three years!

They have now!

Along with the compensation clerk speaking to the defendant and completely blowing their mind they have stated that they want to meet me.

Now I know the legal team have always wanted to meet me, kind of goes without saying. But this feels more like the Crown Court Judge, as it would be obvious I am involved because I was the grand architect of the whole event and am named several times in a 1,500 page file at least. Well that is an understatement I know as its likely to be in the hundreds of mentions.

Now the best part is that this is now mere days away from starting and another week from finishing.

I am sure you can believe me when I state that in each case singly of the four named and standing accused that each one is worthy of a front page of the national tabloids and I know the legal team want to go this route. 

So I am certain you will realise quite quickly that collectively this is going to go way beyond boiling point and the 210,000 visitors in total and the 15,000 to 20,000 visitors I get each month is going to go ... well a bit viral at some point with just this alone?

Only in the coming weeks this case will not be the only one getting published on my blog as I have contacted HMRC about PC World not only selling refurbished goods as new but have now discovered they have been altering their sales receipts to pay less VAT!

OOPS!

I have also contacted and investigatory media group about this and provided them with the evidence! Double oops!

Plus another council needs to respond to my accusations and better than they did and so do the NHS over the same thing who have denied I made any official complaints towards them so I am going to direct them to the posts on my blog where I published proof that I have contacted them more than a half a dozen times.

Trust me on this as I have won four out of four battles and have won one with excuses like the NHS's previously ... IN COURT ... EXCEPT I WON THAT WITHOUT EVEN ATTENDING THE COURT!!

I am extremely good at what I do!

I am getting asked more and more and more often just how I managed to battle and win each and every organisation out there, though it appears this way there are many I have not battled. Well I cant do everyone and I think three dozen or so is more than enough to contend with.

That leads me to the other remark I get sometimes. 'No one has ever done what you have done before!'

I reply "Well that is just one reason why I did it"

THE JOINING OF DOTS

I recently posted up a load of links to recorded audio of a GP along with a Doctor at Guy's Hospital and the letter from Guy's along with a recording of a Doctor at Chase Farm Hospital lying about an ultrasound test. Oh and trust me on the latter when he lies I pull him about it and he admits to the test not being "completely clear" as he puts it and then dictates a new letter to my GP he then does not send!

Well I posted that all up in a single post for a reason. So that I could send off a link to that page to several people, or groups, that have been ignoring me. NHS England there is absolutely no point or benefit to sending that link off to because the NHS are corrupt all the way up.

There never was any point in contacting them but I did it because all you get told to do is go through the correct, err corrupt, channels!

No so what I have done is sent this off to Enfield Council, the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and PALS, Patient Liaison Service. Oooh I forgot one ...two ... Atos and Personal Independent Payments or PIPS, i.e. the DWP!

Anyway they have now had their fourth, fifth or maybe sixth (I lost count) email about this and this latest one is the most clearly laid out email and some of the incontrovertible stuff in one place.

Dear Sirs                               

Here are a couple of email I sent to the Local Council and to Atos.

Now I have already explained the situation and you cannot win by acting dumb, as I will just use the factyy your incompetent to have swaithes of people FIRED and oinly your bosses that planned all this and the UK government will get away with it, but nor for very long I assure you!

You might want to take note of the link I have provided below within one of the emails?! It is a letter from Guy's Hospital which is proof of an interception at some point to commit libel and label me as a liar. The recorded audio of the appointment is included along with the diagnosis of my Fibromyalgia and him spotting a separate knee condition he then puts to the test and has me scream in pain, resulting in me not hearing what he said and I have still to listen to the tape to see what he said, probably a torn meniscus?

Also of interest is that he prescribes Pregabalin and then there is a pregnant pause while everyone waits to see if I post the recording up on my blog and then when they feel safe to do so they alter the letter. Then along with the help of my GP, and after he then demands i turn off all recordings, I get railroaded as everyone feels safe that they were in the clear!

Yes well that is what they thought but it is not how it turned out!

Foolish, foolish people! I warned you all that I would win in the end and that I would divulge the corruption!

I am not saying who but rest assured I have just had to major media outlets get in contact with me and one is linking up with me and I am waiting to see what the other decides to do?! I should know this coming week and ...

... well I keep giving out this warning but the longer this gets prolonged the worse the outcome will be for those that are corrupt!!

Try to imagine how the British Public will react when they have seen the government pointing their fingers at the jobless and disabled which use up a tiny fraction of cash and then find out that all the public services and all the associated ombudsman, yes I did them too including your so called ICE outfit, have wasted billions upon billions for the last decade and have continued to do so all through the financial crisis?!

I can also prove that Britain has done far worse than they are claiming due to the scandalous behaviour of Argos, PC World, B&Q and Shop Direct (Littlewoods, Very Isme) all allowed to sell second hand and refurbished goods as new?! Meaning that a customers money, or the POUND, is not even worth half of what they think it is?!

You know the one thing I relied on was idiots in public services thinking themselves so big and their plan so complex that no one would ever find out about it.

Oh and I do not really care how many TV News groups and tabloids they have tied up! It wont stop the public finding out the truth!

Now if you can stop the fecking around as it really would beneficial to me for the games to stop. If they do not, they do not but every so often I like to offer up incontrovertible evidence and then wait yet again.

I have now contacted all of you countless times and the response, or indeed lack of one,  only goes to show the public the truth about whether or not they are dealt with fairly or are lied ato and manipulated so that a bunch of people who are not deserving of it in anyway can keep sticking their sticky little fingers into the public purse!

You have NOT got back to me about your corrupt attempt to have me fail to turn up at a bunch of idiots who are mostly not Doctors and not very good ones when they are who are only acting out orders to trick people anyway?!

So because people like to play dumb, which I will use to have swathes of people FIRED before long anyway, I am going to paste out a letter where I have put just a bit of the lying all in one place! Oh and you just might want to check out my Google Plus profile as I had a shocked daughter inform me that I had received half a million visitors, which rather bizarrely does not add up with other numbers I receive, oh dear!

It would never have mattered anyway.

Everyone seems to have gone quiet and must be thinking that by ignoring my emails they will avoid both trouble and having to do their jobs?

So I have created a little post on my blog and I have put together the recorded audio about being lied to by the GP and Guy's Hospital, though in the letter form which is on the link.

Added to this is another recording of a Doctor that not only lies but which I pull him on and he admits to doing and then dictates a new letter to a GP that kicked me off their register under false allegations! This was an ultrasound test for an inguinal hernia and he stated there was nothing at all on the ultrasound and was completely clear, but there was a large black lump that causes me pain on the right side where I had a hernia repair and I was shocked to both be first told and then for myself that there was a hernia now in my left side.

These are by no means the only recordings I have ... oooh no, not by a long shot.

These have long since been posted and I simply put these all together in one place. Make it easier ... think of it as joining the dots up for anyone who thinks they can play dumb and still get paid?

THE COMPLETE ATOSSERS

Now I got up and I have to attend a GP Surgery again with some photo ID, my NHS card not enough apparently nor the fact the receptionist worked at a previous GP where I was registered and famously got along with the Doctor and the receptionists?

I have found my passport and I have found the photo-card from my Drivers Licence but as I do not want to be sent away yet again I am trying to find the paper form of my Driver License. Added to this I have just remembered I need to pay Eon Energy, along with sending them yet another stinging email as they like to play dunce and stupid just like someone else I am about to cover! Ooh now I have also just remembered I need to do a CD copy of both the Guy's Hospital appointment and also the last GP's last appointment and droop this into Enfield Council.

I am sure I have been on a convey belt of a plan that involves me being without a GP so that broadsides can be fired at will at me with no defense?

Unfortunately for these people they are extremely slow as well as extremely dunce! In fact dunce is an absolute understatement and that is not taking into consideration that they behave like they are of some supreme higher intelligence or order!

Now my planned routine has been disrupted and my computer switched on when the plan was not to do that because of a letter I just knew I was going to get. In fact this letter is the very reason I sent so many emails off recently to the DWP and ATOS HEALTHCARE, someone really needs to make the uses of words on a companies name as illegal!

Or maybe I should set up a big webpage and advertise myself as a private Doctor? I could just call myself healthcare services? Well Atos are ignored over it! Atos Healthcare impliers that they are medical professionals when I have more intelligence and knowledge in my pinky finger than they have in their entire organisation?!

Well I have a letter fro Atos and take a wild guess at what they have asked me to do?

Now here is the letter and now please excuse me while I go and send off some emails containing swear words before I log off to go off and deal with more medical bollocks!

Of all the places they have arranged for me to go you could not find a spot that is harder to get to from MY LOCATION IN ENFIELD THAN ILFORD?!

Now the only way that organisations carry on this way is when they know, or rather are assured, that our voices have been stifled, make no mistake.

Think about it for a moment ... if asked to lie and cheat disabled people would you do it knowing that the news coverage would be severe? Would you? I would not but if I WAS that way inclined and someone told me that there was no chance of this stuff being reported in the media I might scratch my chin and go 'hmmmmm...'.

But then I would realise that there was no way on Earth you could contain this and only prolong it at best!

Maybe that is how they get away with it and that the News Media is covered, they only prolong it so the media gets the story out late, as they so fashionably do so very often, and then no one looks or can be claimed to be corrupt?

Remember they have already stated to others who have not even had their condition confirmed that they do not need to be assessed and their money paid out?!

So what do you think it is that makes them try so hard with me?

Could it be the fact that I have attended Doctors and Hospitals for 15 years or more with symptoms to this condition and that they think that the payout will be huge and be severe and damaging?!

Or do you think that maybe they think that my family may all realise they have it and claim too?! Therefore by putting me off giving others the idea that it is that hard so should not bother?!

Well you should know by now what I would say about that ... NO! These people are frauds and criminals and they are being paid far more than you should be getting by several factors and paid to lie, cheat and do nothing!

I say no, don't you dare think that! YOu just hand it all to these immoral criminal fraudsters on a silver platter! Lol!

I will tell them they obviously want to die screaming in pain rather than peacefully? Lol.

I had a letter from Atos, which was very weird and now includes the DWP logo?!

Hmm did not look at the date but it came today, 17th July 2014, and yet again does not answer either of my two questions and refuses to hand over any NHS stuff held on me?! Ooh now THERE IS A SURPRISE!

Oddly I have sent the exact same things to the DWP and their PIPS department and got the exact same thing, so now I have asked for the FIFTH TIME!!

I have also called their bluff and first up are two images of the letter Atos sent me and then the emails I sent them ...

Not typing it out again, you and the DWP have had exactly the same emails at exactly the same time all along ...

So here is one I just sent to PIPS regarding your inability to understand and process simple English, also the fact that you refuse to and over what is rightly mine and how you just lie all the time and evade, evade and evade things that I could get a few young Chimpanzees to do in a shorter amount of time than you have!

Why have I just had a letter from Atos full of bull?

Do neither you nor Atos understand simple English?! After the letter I have just had I have to state no and in all honesty if such a conspiracy was going to be set up involving the evil trinity of you councils and the NHS you could have at least done a better job of things and they could have employed people of intelligence to lie?!

For the fourth time they have failed to comment on the following and I am still awaiting answers from you ... it is not hard and is not rocket science, there is a file ... you LOOK in it ... and you PROVIDE THE INFORMATION REQUESTED!

Just to go over once again and add some new ones ...

1 Why have I not been provided with the information I requested pertaining on what is held on me, its legal that you provide this (some call them screenshots) and exactly WHY have Atos refused to to do this when the information is MINE?!?!

2 Exactly WHY have they not only repeated once again that I am waiting for an assessment, are they all frogs?, when I am not and have told them that at NO POINT was ai EVER AWAITING an ASSESSMENT and this only occurred when I applied pressure and there is no doubt in my mind now as I stated before that you are all feverishly looking for a way to beat both me and the blog and that you have realised, or your Puppeteers, that it is less than a year to the next General Election and that their is a good chance that everyone will be out of jobs as well as labeled with some pretty awful names.

3 Why are the talking of an assessment when they have ALREADY ACCEPTED four times in the past that I cannot travel and home visits were arranged that they then lied about which are so easily proved are lies and no way on PLANET EARTH you can claim them to be true!

4 Why am I expected to attend an assessment when a local woman was told that she did not need to attend one by both Atos and yourselves and received her money, despite this being only a suspected diagnosis and not a confirmed diagnosis like I received from both Guy's Hospital and my latest GP who kicked me off his register?!

5 I should now add that I am currently heaving many people refusing to speak to me, including the NHS which only makes them look guilty and the time taken shows them up to be scheming, and that I am currently refused a Doctor?! Now think about this for a moment and how bad this looks on my blog and then factor in I have been really, REALLY ill and in a fair amount of pain too as a factor of this refusal! I am not a murderer or a rapist who would not be refused treatment I simply tell the truth and expose corruption and lies and so the NHS look like they will happily treat lower life forms but refuse to treat people now seen by some as a hero?!

Now once again!!!

Please stop the crap, you wont win and you only succeed in making yourselves look ever more guilty and many members of the public who became estranged because of both you and the NHS have yet to hear that it is not obvious that you are going to refuse yet again, and I told them you would, despite them being aware of my condition! NOT GOOD!

Also it may interest you and the NHS to know that I am now being contacted by people who have been put through the exact same thing I have! The refusal of the NHS to diagnose conditions, refer people off and even being alienated from their family over it for a decade!

These people could not be further afield in the UK if you tried and without getting very wet and no doubt very cold! Since having a conversation they realised that I knew more about the condition of Fibromyalgia than even the guys at ... err well Guy's Hospital! Unless they are willing to admit they were lying to me and therefore admitting they were trying to set me up at someone else's request that is?!

I was even requested to right a short summary, bloody impossible with this condition, of what Fibromyalgia is and how it works as well as how it comes about!

Now do you think it very wise after what I recently did to the NHS to continue to find a way to do battle with me? REALLY?!

Of course I know why the stubborn attitude remains, well it is not just about awarding PIPS from new is it? Oh no, no, no its about me being right for over then years and the fact that my story remained the same as did you refusals, even at the biased Tribunal, that you now look like you were lying to your so-called customers you even lie and say you care about all along?!

Oh, no it is the repercussions from this you are trying so hard and badly to prevent, but you cannot. You have failed to see that the only thing you can do is stop what your doing because your only making it worse! 

Or to put it another way your insistence of continuing the conveyor belt of lies and trickery in the desperate attempt to find one single solitary mistake or chink in my armour to put me down?!

The trouble is if you were ever fortunate to find one ... are you so sure it would put me down?!

I know the answer, the question is are you prepared to take the risk because that repercussion you fear so much only builds up in pressure before the top finally blows.

PIP ALL CONFUSED & AT THE POST

Educating the people that are either dunces and cannot handle files and properly operate computers, or liars because they are acting dumb and no one has told the poor saps WHO I am or about this blog, lol.

This is the DWP, Atos and PIPs we are taling about and a department that I was told while I was recording them and posted on here does not have an email address now has an email address?!

Here is an email from the PIPs department because that quite detailed email I sent to Atos I was informed passed onto them?

Only it does not sound like it, or certainly they have not read it, I am NOT awaiting a assessment, do not require an assessment, they have nobody AT ALL capable of performing an assessment on anyone and certainly not my condition! Which I have proved.

When you have memory issues and you forget it makes you angry. Ask anyone with any of their FAMOUS conditions? You knot the famous so they get sympathy and help conditions but no one else does because the public are too blind, stupid or self centred to care so that these corrupt arseholes can then take your money and keep it for themselves?

Now I am sure that they must have sent you my correspondence? Maybe you are still in the delusional stage byt trust me when I state that the NHS are most definitely not and have not been for a couple of months now.

1 Only a third of Atos are Doctors, I AM THE ONE that has been causing the NHS, Government, Police, Local Councils many others nightmares for the past few years, for the love of god woman wake up and smell the bloody coffee!

2 Those that are GPs are just that 'GENERAL'

3 You have already held your hands up to the Fibromyalgia Association UK and stated that it is a debilitating condition and worthy of DLA, not to mention PIPS.

4 All that I have told you in a decade has been the exact same and do not worry if you have somehow lost the file because I have it for you!

5 You have paid someone locally and Atos have told her she needs not be assessed and she along with half a million others and rising follow me on the Internet ...

6 Dossier of UK Corruption Blog is all mine as are all the secretly recorded audio with two Police Forces, no less than FOUR Local Councils, Atos, three dozen GPs and fiove hospitals, there really is no getting away from it, dont think this and dont think that .... ITS DONE, DEAL WITH IT!!

7 I was NOT awaiting an appointment and the LETTER sent clearly states that a letter was sent to my GP!!

8 I sent the Guy's Hospital Letter to Atos customer relations, not ESA Customer Relations as nothing to do with Atos unless they are located in your building like your ICE are and YES I do know about them and they are for the chop in 2015 too.

9 Stop bloody lying!!

10 Do not give me the I did not know speech or this is nothing to do with you as once again you must be in the wrong career so get me someone that does not and bloody well put them on the line!!

11 I placed a claim for a decade of backpay for DLA which was KNOWINGLY DENIED ME and knowingly got the help from the NHS, also worked out well for Local Councils .... STOP! JUST DONT! I know what your thinking right now and just DONT! I knew this was going on 8 years ago and no idiot front line staff would not be privy or it would not have been gotten away with.

12 Below is my blog, I have 100GB of data evidence and this does not include the 2,500 posts , give or take 400 posts, that I have on my blog!! So just ...DONT! Not one out of half a million people disagree with me or not believe me. Now go put that to a psychologist and a mathematician before you land yourself in any more hot water

13 If your going to conspire and lie at least do it well and make it a challenge, the only challenge there has been thus far is the inordinate amount of time it took me to get all the data I required, ask yourself why I have not received a single legal letter of threats with all those I expose on the blog?!

14 Once again there is a letter from Guy's Hospital from Doctor Kirkham of which the letter states I have Fibromyalgia but not the knee thing, likely torn Meniscus I do not know because I have not listened to thew tape...the tape which is on that optical disk in the other picture which also contains the test on the knee which has me scream and has him state it, dont care what it is I only wanted them to lie on the tape. Also on that disk is a row with yet another GP, a PROPER GP, that backed up the omission of my knee condition as well as the prescription for Pregabalin! I was grinned at as they were sure I had not recorded the appointment as Guy's Hospital but that was because that THIS is precisely what I wanted them to think, which is how and WHY that disc exists.

15 Now do not be even more incompentent! This was lying around so I photocopied it! I would not bother putting all I have on DVDs because ate over 100GB would require too many, this email would go on for a long time explaining all the others, like a Doctor at Chase Farm Hospital who I pulled to account while recording him that he and the hospital had falsified an ultrasound test regarind a hernia that is a killer. He not only admits this on tape but dictates a new letter to my GP stating that there was a hernia on the ultrasound! I did not tell him I was recording and do you know what happened next?!

16 He then did not send the new dictation off and sent the original one stating it was clear, then when they realised I had recorded it an attempt to state I was insane was made. That followed an earlier attempt to state I was violent. I was then kicked off the GP practise stating I was violent. Now what they did not know is that I had also been recording them?! Wow, for people that think so highly off themselves because they are Doctors they sure are bloody DUMB!!!

17 Another GP later and it finally dawned on the NHS I had been recording them and I was asked to turn off two devices, they did not see the third and what they said on that tape was HOOK, LINE AND SINKER!!

Now try again!

Do not like the tone? TOUGH! I have been lied to for over 15 years and if you do not get that then find another career as your in the wrong one! Now see the letters AFTER my name? Work out what they mean and then take note I turned down a PhD in my subject in association with medicine and keyhole surgery in particular.

Stop talking to me like I am a bloody dick-head as this will just piss me off!

FIFTEEN YEARS!! As if I need to repeat ot yet again but many mere mortals are unable to process or hold onto data for very long and tend to leak it, and I get quite angry with repeating myself because IDIOTS or LIARS, delete where necessary, simply cannot figure out that I know they are either playing dumb, ergo liars, or have absolutely no idea how to handle either files and paperwork or computers, ergo incompetent.

THE CHERRY ON THE BAKEWELL

Well this is weird!

As I likely mentioned I had the Personal Independent Payments form through the post Saturday morning.

Now this was already weird because I got a letter from Atos a couple of days before hand. That form stated ESA on it which is Employment Support Allowance which is firstly nothing to do with Personal Independent Payments and not even supposed to EXIST anymore?!

Of course I am now going for their jugulars because of the following facts...

1) The lie and cheat and have evidence of this here with HELP from the NHS up and down the country

2) I now know what my condition is finally after actually having it over fifteen years and very possibly close to twenty!

3) They are set up to state the EXACT OPPOSITE that Local Government does about care SDI that no one gets any.... or most are refused at any rate.

4) With only Universal Credit and Personal Independent Payments an idiot our a GROUP of idiots failed to realise at any point in time that they had no grey areas left!

5) This blog contains enough data to give many that know they cheated sleepless nights and others completely naive concern that they will take the blame for all that had been going on while the puppet masters make good their escape!

So I filled in one form and put some scans up on here and I have now filled in ANOTHER form which is twice the footprint and had three times as many pages.

Once done I had to print out the letter I posted up that is to go with one then realised I had better print another one to go with the other form?!

This is because one is going to Atos, which I believe has their head office in London, and the other to the new PIPS department. The Disability and Careers Department was in Swansea in Wales.

So imagine my surprise when I have both enemies, meant envelopes but thought enemies was funny so leaving it, ready to go when I suddenly spot something...

BOTH LETTERS AND FORMS ARE GOING TO THE EXACT SAME PLACE IN THE SAME BUILDING IN WOLVERHAMPTON?!

LMAO!!!!!

My word is that not SUPER convenient?!?!

Dies this mean then that Atos ree secretly running the PIPS department?! Because if they ARE they are not very good at lying and hiding the fact!!

Now there IS a surprise! Them not very good at something!! Lol!

These are posted tomorrow and then on Wednesday I will post two more and will post about those AFTER I have posted them, lol!

THE SCATTER PIGEONS

Well how about that then?

After absolutely tongue lashing several public organisations I get a rather large envelop through my door this morning and I thought in all honesty it was from NHS England. But not it is from another organisation I gave a tongue lashing to and oddly enough about that form I just posted.

I alo remember this actually happening before and likely posted about it. I appplied for DLA and I got an ESA form through the post. This time I apply for PIPS and though I do not remember the form it has ESA on the bottom!

This morning I received the PIPS FORM!!

The last time they they did this, which was awhile ago now, I immediately thought this was some attempt at intimidation? At the time some friends actually defended those in the loftier positions by stating that it is just because the bottom level staff are all stupid and incompetent. I stated well if your correct why is it that these bottom level staff are all stupid and incompetent? They must have been put their deliberately for all of them to be that stupid?

The only other possibility is that they know full well what has been going on for sometime and only interested in their own survival.

So I was glad I sent what I did and WHEN I did to Atos, I do often trust me instincts as you will no doubt see if you read enough of this blog. Afrer all many things that I stated would make me look very silly indeed unless I was pretty sure that 90% of the time it would come out in the media.

Remembering that and then pointing iut there are over 1,600 posts on here that is confidence for you, lol.
