I never thought I would see the day?!

I'd been hearing that something was supposed to change with PIP, or Personal Independent Payments. I was told something on the phone earlier today. I decided to look to see if there was anything reported by the BBC via their app and there is.

"The government was wrong to cut PIP benefits in the first place, wrong to bring in the PIP regulations last year and it was wrong to repeatedly ignore the views of the courts"

That was a quote I agreed with but I never thought I would see quoted and especially after the government, or at least someone, admitted they were wrong.

But what bought about this sudden change?

Have they saved enough money and decided to ease off the brakes?

Have they realised that it's not actually helping their cause?

Have they realised that they are not going to look good to anyone offer this and in fact look bad?

Have they realised that the history books of the future will reflect badly in them?

Have they realised that with the Internet in everyone's pocket now they can't hide what they truly are?

Did they read any of the above on this blog and shit their pants? Hard? Boom!! Lol.

I don't know what the truth is but I'm just relieved to hear this news. I'm pleased for so many people that are suffering, have been suffering but which might now come to an end?

I also can't help wondering if this is why both myself and my solicitor heard from the HMCTS out of the blue? This seems to suggest that I am likely to get my own PIP back but I'll believe it when I see it and .. it's a bit too late to prevent a whole load of damage done to me and others around me.

However .. this might be repairable. As and when the previous decision is reversed and I am paid.

It's a little .. annoying right now but I've got it in hand .. to a degree ..

I've got three possibilities right now .. well, no actually it's four possibilities.

As I'm constantly .. well around a third of my time thinking about someone, another third of the time thinking about someone else and the last third .. keeping busy, doing jobs, cycling too far and .. collapsing because of greying and blacking out. Good job this room is bloody narrow!

I was spotted going .. so to speak and I didn't realise until I heard someone say "What was that?" and it took a few seconds for me to wonder if they were talking to me. I turned around and they were indeed looking at me. I said "nothing". They then assumed it was the stuff on my room. I said "It's not that .. don't worry about it" but they don't worry anyway.

Someone else spotted .. something else and asked what it was and I replied "it's nothing, don't worry about it".

These people are not used to me .. not revealing things when asked. Not used to me not informing them of things either.

It seems no one had paid much attention in the last five years?! Lol.

Didn't expect things to get a bad as they did, in all honesty. But then I didn't expect the government and public services to do what they are doing to their very own people. Well they were already treating their own people badly and have been for a number of years. But not to the depths that they have the last year or two.

Hopefully this news report now signals that this is coming to an end and things will turn around for a lot of people? Hoping this occurs due a few I know as well as myself?

It's going to be an interesting couple of months, that is for certain.

A few weeks to a month for three things I have going on to pan out OK. One of these I've tried to pull off for five years now. No. Two of these I've tried to pull off for five years. One took a little longer than I thought. Another took a lot longer than I thought. The other .. has had a delay of a couple of weeks. But two have the potential to be productive in a few days to a couple of weeks. The other two have the potential to be productive in a couple of weeks to a couple of months.

In the meantime I have to sort out two things .. I'm holding off for one .. which I may be able to do in person .. and get done quicker, my passport. The other can be done later on .. maybe not even here?!

For now I only need one to get by and get things .. done.

Oh boy .. just one thing becoming productive would have me racing off with a smile.

Ooh boy .. two things would have me leaping with joy.

Oooh boy .. three things would have me pass out from shock.

Oooooh boy .. four things? Shit .. I only have my own blood pressure monitor .. I need my own defibrillator?!

We are talking one month here. Not two or three years as before for one single plan, no-no-no. I say again, just one month. At the outside. By then some things should be done and the others should have set dates or would be obvious what was going, or indeed 'not going', to happen. One month .. or less.

I keep imagining giving out that bloody big sigh of relief. That slowly escaping breath you get from some big relief, knowing that what had stressed you out for so long is finally over. For good.

THE EVEN NASTIER PARTY

Well that was strange ..

I have a couple of links that have been posted up on the 'Stop Universal Credit' Facebook page ..

As you can see from the web address it was kind of intended for people on the Wirral but has been attracting people from other parts of the UK. There was someone from Mansfield I believe.

This was set up by the target of my two crowd funding accounts, two was not intended as I said .. just that one got suspended and asked me some bizarre questions, which was GoFundMe, while the other was set up, Just Giving and UK based, because I doubted they would allow the GoFundMe one. Though from some stories I read I cannot blame them for being a little .. edgy.

Also and because I have not done this before .. I assume that GoFundMe is based in America so that may have a detrimental effect on any crowd funding. I m not sure how people are but if it is all Americans that see the GoFundMe accounts may be they might be suspicious or less caring about some family from across the pond? I dunno .. but it did occur to me that it is a possibility.

So when I was looking at alternatives and see that JustGiving is based in a land I love, Cornwall, I thought 'hell, just set it up'!

Here is a bizarre comment previously made by the lady who is a Tory MP that cried over Frank Field's accounts of people on Universal Credit. This is Evolve Politics website once again ..

Also on the page it states about how many people had died just from the Tories and their austerity measures but as the infamous line from George Osborne states .. “We are all in this together” I would like to see the list of people who are rich or wealthy who have died because of austerity.

The number is quoted at 120,000 though I am sure it is higher than that.

With that in mind it is then even more confusing when you then read a story in The Mirror .. or on their webpage .. that the firms that run the Tory government's disability tests employ so few actual Doctors, a fact I have been reporting for several years, that you could fit them in a Mini?!

Bearing in mind it is not just Atos doing this any longer. As I stated previously .. they were not content with all the people that Atos helped kick off or killed .. they went and created/employed three more organisations. Maximus, Capita and another with a long winded name.

I have had several Doctors and specialists tell me that the DWP should not have come anywhere near me with my medical records. One A&E Doctor at North Middlesex Hospital answered when I asked him if he was sure he said “Mr Haswell .. I am looking at your medical records right now [gestured with his head towards his screen] and they should not have taken your disability away!” before the saying “I really do not know what is going on with this country and its public services!”

That was a Doctor Bolat.

That was also before all the chest/heart issues started playing up. Oddly I did used to wonder if this continuous stress would have a negative effect on me.

Odd too is that no one seems to mention that it is illegal to do things that cause your condition to worsen. But then maybe like the sanctions hey changed the law on that one too?

It is difficult to believe how things are and an old friend of mine who passed away from kidney cancer who see himself as a socialist would simply not believe what has been going on the last five years.

He knew I had a disability but it took me so long he never found out what it was called .. neither did my father .. or my grandmother .. or my Uncle who all died in the time I was trying to figure out what it was. Turned out two of the three in my family definitely had it. Unfortunately for me they were both terrified of Doctors and Hospitals and one was not even registered with one. In fact many that worked with one or just knew him thought he was a hypochondriac .. though he did not whine complain or admit himself to hospital as a hypochondriac would.

Now I know differently. But I had to discover it!

We thought just then we was about to get the tests of the biopsy as we had a missed call from the surgery but it turns out that it was just about the second scan for the second lump and to remind us it was next week.

So next week we have results to one biopsy which has had the health professionals looking quite concerned, had us in and out of Doctor surgeries five times and things being said that are worrying, like “There will be treatments available”. Then a scan on another lump that we will have to wit two weeks for and I am assured was spotted previously and subsequently ignored.

We are not sure at the present time what they intend to do about the third lump which is in their stomach.

This is without everything else that is going on right now .. it just simply an unbelievable situation and the treatment of us will likely not change whatever the results of the tests judging by everything I keep reading.

WHOOPS-A-DAISY

Well what do we have hear?

Rather bizarrely I had been asking myself whether I should do an update to my situation but didn't want to delve into it.

For almost a year I've been battling the DWP and to be perfectly honest ... I'm doing somewhat better than someone else?

I have been battling the DWP on two fronts ... umm ... well ... it's actually ... three. Lol.

Yeah I've not really mentioned this third one on my blogs and it's kind of very tied in to something I have going on that is on this blog.

It's ... complicated.

This will ask make sense in a couple of months time and in fact for both things I can tell you they both bizarrely and by design both have periods of eight weeks.

Only one starts in a few days and I simply cannot find out when the other one ... started, or if it's started at all.

If for some massive mistake by yet another public service this other one had not stated and will in a matter of days then they will both run concurrently.

As I said, these are linked. If they end up running concurrently this could present me with a problem. Because I need these to finish in a certain order. Wrong order could be problematic.

So I'm not going to go into that, not even the DWP side of things. Not that particular issue at any rate.

But as for the previous two that's been going on since 2016 I can. Well partly. Well I say that as I'm not really sure on one of them. The one not being handled by me.

I have not been told the case is dropped though it had kind of become a moot point. Not entirely a moot point but looks very much like it will be.

The other issue I was refused help on and this was Personal Independent Payments.

Except I seem to have not only handled this in such a way that it would end when it suited me but may not be ending at all?!

Yeah ... it's strange and despite my doing things in a particular way that suited me it seems to have stopped altogether?

I'll get a letter now I've posted this contradicting what I've put? You watch?

Anyway it's gone just how I need it to at any rate and maybe a bit longer than I need it to?

Then, tonight I spotted that story below in the Independent tabloid ... hmm actually isn't the Independent online only now?

According to the Independent's news piece most of the Personal Independent Payment appeals have been won? I must say I'm surprised at this. The courts have held up people's appeals? Great news but then ... I have been sticking out to one area of the HMCTS and then some. Plus ... well they probably have realised something about me reading between the lines on what I've posted.

HMCTS? Sorry, you don't know the half of it, very much quite literally.

One point made by the news report I'm bloody relieved to finally fucking read is that they notice now the system is wrong and broken. Nahh ... I might be relieved to read that bit it's frustrating too as this is by design. It's very much deliberate and they have been inching towards this year on year since Tony Blair was Prime Minister.

What it actually is and should be very obvious and therefore reported on is a complete waste and rip-off of the taxpayers money.

Funny that no one, including their Mickey mouse judges, complain about them taxpayers money, but then everyone at HMCTS gets paid from that very pot like so many others.

Soooo doing well at cut backs and saving money then? Yeah, very much looks like it, not!

THE LIARS DELUSION OF GRANDEUR .. ALWAYS

I have had a reply, a little snooty if you ask me, after sending them letters, reports and x-rays that none of this stuff is enough.

So there Doctors, which are either not/nurses/de-registered GP's, cannot find out from the data I supplied whether it will be both painful and dangerous to have me travelling around? Or that I am capable or not?

Not very good at health issues are they so how can they assess you by meeting you?

Also note that they failed to comment on the United Nations investigations and nor did they answer as to why they are assessing me for a benefit I have NEVER RECEIVED?!

They think they are so bloody clever this people and yet time after time they prove that the opposite in fact the truth!

I will add here that I bumped into that couple that see me fall and have a seizure. Apparently I was out/down for ten minutes. I told you they were up there a great deal. They just walk a circuit and I had already seen them several times when they see me pass out and do the Shakin' Stevens.

As usual I have gotten annoyed with the so-called ... (looking at letter) ...Centre for Health and Disability Assessments. Because of the time it has taken and the number of correspondences just to get my ailments across and an answer to why I am being assessed for a benefit I have not only never received but also is not even supposed to exist any longer and being phased out at some point any way?

If anything I should be being requested for an assessment of either Universal Credit, if disabled people get that, or Personal Independent Payments, which I do get.

I feel for those that pay a lot of taxes. I was talking to a guy today who I would estimate is now worth a couple of million and drives an Overfinch Range Rover Sport, the latest one. He was telling me how fed up he is with the amount, 40%, on taxes and I was explaining how it was spent and he said he was even more fed up now. Well I would be after hearing what I had to say and provided I was unaware of it beforehand.

EDIT: Hmm when I heard the name Capita to begin with as performing a sentence I thought it was odd because I heard of another name I thought started with the letter 'M'. I had and it is called Maximus?!

So that is now FOUR organisations being paid to kick people off benefits!

Four groups of staff being paid up to £900 per day, the assessors that is, what do the company executives get?!

This is their idea of saving your taxes? Pay scores of people £900 to stop paying out a few hundred extra quid each month? Yeah, that is the worst example of economising I think I have now ever come across? Feel for the taxpayer, really I do.

If you wish to be assessed at your home for your work capability assessment, the onus is on you to provide a letter from your GP explaining the reasons for the request.

Please be aware that if your GP charges you for providing the letter, we are not in a position to refund you for the cost of this.

I BELIEVE your request stated SOMETHING from my Doctor stating why I cannot attend/travel to your assessment.

I BELIEVE I provided the evidence to my REASONS in my last email.

I BELIEVE it is not very difficult to fax through a request to a number I provided OR make a phone-call.

I BELIEVE I have made this clear to everyone on the blog I provided.

I BELIEVE that you are now showing your true colours in that you and the DWP are looking for any excuse to kick people off benefits, if they do not attend they no longer need benefits and if they DO attend then they are fit enough for work.

I BELIEVE I was awarded my PIPs TWICE now and THEREFORE have ALREADY proved I am eligible for this plenty of times ALREADY and now provided you with FURTHER evidence. Which can be easily followed up by you sending me a letter to contact my GP if you want hard copies or make a phone-call with this verified.

I BELIEVE I have asked you already, and the last time you did this several years ago, why your are assessing me for a benefit I do NOT get and I BELIEVE I made comments about the fact ALREAY that you are NOT explaining yourselves.

I BELIEEVE I have already told you that I have an appointment next Tuesday 31^st May 2016 so that anything that can be got will be got then. But then are you likely to ask for something else? THEN you will want to contact the GP directly?

I BELIEVE that if you have Doctors you have no need to have a letter from my GP to see that travelling for me will be both painful, embarrassing and possibly fatal and I simply cannot do it!!

I BELIEVE therefore that if you cannot ascertain from the information I provided that I dO require a HOME VISIT then you and your organisation are NOT fit for purpose. Hilarious that your claim is to see whether members of the public are not FIT or not when it is you that are not fit, nor is Atos and from what I understand neither is Capita.

THE LIARS LIE .. ALWAYS

See below ... 'if you do not feel ...' means 'ooh please give us an excuse to cancel your money?!'

This is a little set of correspondences I am having with the Department of Work and Pensions via their third hired gun, yup THIRD, to kick disabled people of DLA and PIPs.

Note that I was only awarded it fourteen months or so ago so it has neither been 3 years nor a single year for being asked to be assessed.

Also note how this time they wont Doctors letters to explain why you need to be assessed by their non-medical professional staff, on non-specialist staff, at home?!

That is two correspondences with Atos, one with Capita and now several with the Care and ... , care my arse, those people and all to get a message across that they have to do a Home Visit, like is on the file they have on me that I have requested a DOZEN times before!

HAve any of these people heard of 'Logistics'?! No, because they are not interested in doing their jobs properly ... they have a one sided agenda!

Its getting fucking ridiculous!

Note I have yet to mention NHS England, the PHSO and even the United Nations to them, well other than the fact that the United Nations are conducting an investigation?

Oh and please note that I have sent them a dozen letters and x-rays from Doctors, various and latest, and hospitals along with my x-rays. ;)

As it turns out my normal blacking out and passing out has just developed into a grand mal seizure and I scared the shit out of a couple who was walking towards me.

So despite the fact that the black-outs are on file I now have to speak to them about this as the Postural Hypotension looks to be completely wrong, surprise, surprise for the umpteenth time in the NHS’ history with just me alone. But then we both know why that is do we not?

You can fax over a request otherwise I am in the Doctors surgery next Tuesday. On Tuesday while at the Doctor’s I have to talk about diverticulitis and the possibility of having it. The appointment was made yesterday morning and the grand mal seizure occurred in the afternoon, go figure.

So your statement over me not needing to be seen you did see as an excuse to kick someone else off PIPs?! Nice people.

Was you aware that your under the investigation of the United Nations for the bad treatment of disabled people? Way to go to bring the British society crumbling down!

Jesus, when are the halfwits that work for public services going to realise the damage they have been causing as well as the lives you have ruined?

I do not get Employment and Support Allowance so I am not sure why you want to assess me.

Your answer sounds like your saying I do not need help any more and that you, or rather the DWP, will cancel my Personal Independent Payments?

You have not made it very clear what is going on, once again, and you have asked me about this in the past.

I am struggling to cope with things presently, see below, and my GP has been somewhat worried, more so than I, about my health and stated I have a lot of things wrong with me and going wrong with me all the time, see below!

I can, however, provide a list of what now sits on my medical records ...

I strongly urge you pass this on because changes in circumstances work both ways, not just when you or the DWP want to attack disabled people and mental heath sufferers and take support away from them.

I can tell you with absolute certainty that history will not remember these times and the culprits well!

I can also tell you with certainty that it is I that will be the main reason things are remembered in a factual way, not just he impressions given out by public services.

I have been telling the DWP for over ten years about all this and have now proved with absolute certainty that not only have I been telling the truth all this time but I am owed £45,000 in cancelled payments and not the £4,500 lump sum of one year I was paid back in January 2015!

Records are records and even my correspondences go on public record.

·         Fibromyalgia Syndrome excess of 100 symptoms (Guy’s Hospital) List of painful, embarrassing and irritating things

·         Right Knee defective (Guy’s Hospital)

·         Collapsed Discs in my back (X-Ray available)

·         High Blood Pressure, Hypertension Stage 2 and beyond even with 10mg Ramipril reads above 150 always, been above 180 and Systolic also always above normal

·         Postural Hypotension that with above to black out and fall

·         Oesophagitis Causes embarrassing sudden vomiting

·         Hiatus Hernia

·         Inguinal Hernia (left)

·         Inguinal Hernia repair (right) stinging and aching

·         Night cramps

·         GP Left family practice and told me he would talk to his brother, Dr Alex, and his father, Dr Thievendra, about me and that I should come in regularly as there is a lot wrong with me

Is this list enough for you? I can assure you it is far too much for me and I am convinced my life will not reach the age that my father died which is 56 meaning I have about 8 years.

OH, and since WHEN did I have to send a letter over to prove that I am not able to attend?!

I just realised!

You have my file ... or did you burn it when I asked for it?

I can send you something ... one second...there.

Let’s see now, x-rays of back and neck, mention of knee, feet, back (wrong area as usual), Inguinal hernia they tried to lie about for you, Fibromyalgia which means many pain and memory problems, hypercholesterolaemia, high blood pressure, ankles and the piles problem which is looking like diverticulitis.

You should have aske me! I have documents and recordings going back 7 years or more for the latter and 20 years plus for the former ... meaning I am owed as I have mentioned several times, in the region of £45,000 in wrongly ceased benefits.

These documents and a mountain more along with dozens, but no where near all, secretly recorded audio can be found on my blog with a day to day and week to week account of my ills and actions seen by over 300,000 people and rising.

The people that asked you to do this, and lie and cheat about it, know of the blog. After all someone phoned a previous GP from high up in the NHS and told them I was recorded them ... albeit 4 years or so too bloody late!

Also you claimed to have medical reports on me that ‘weren’t up to scratch’ over three separate applications for DLA and PIPs after you wrongly cancelled it for 8 years. Strange then, is it not, that when I requested these medical records your legal department called me up to apologise and tell me they had all disappeared and there was not a single shred of paper concerning my health to be found?!

Sad then that when you did I had already published letter from you to state that you DID have medical records on me and it was these that were not up to scratch?

Oh and if your bosses think they have worked out something to get me on some technicality ... think again, go ahead and let me know how that works out for yah!

THE DAY THE WALL CAME DOWN (Part One)

OK I apologise for those who ... umm ... may have been waiting? Lol!

The other night I had my landlord comeing round with a new washing machine as mine had packed up for daysd and I was buying, ooh little clue there, loads of new clothes to keep me from selling like a horses anus, lol. I had also ... umm mislaid the documents I had the night before and could not look for them when the landlord was here.

As for yesterday...I really do not remember. I have been busy on a shopping spree for days and getting a little...umm lost and confused at times as well as forgetting things.

In fact I have been thinking a great deal about my own psychology in all this as its all been a bit mad and topsy turvey but in a good way. However I did note that bloody news report about Amiptriptyline causing dementia?!

For those that have forgotten or do not know Amitriptyline is a drug that I did not want to take and instead wanted Pregabalin. I was refused Pregabalin by several Doctors, was promised it by Dr Kirkham who is a Fibromyalgia Syndrom specialist in the Orthoipaedic Department of Guy's Hospital but when the letter arrived at my...last GP neither the drug Pregabalin was mentioned and nor was the fact that he spotted something wrong with my right knee, put it to the test which had me surprisingly experience a sharp pain and shout out. Not as loud as I had previously thought but ... well the recording of that is on here. So is the letter ommitting mention of either the drug or the knee, good job the Fibromyalgia confirmation was on there as I would have become violent and knocked someone spark out.

I do not agree with violence or hitting any health staff, but when they lie and cheat about things and even those which can and will kill you then....they are not only NOT Doctors to me anymore they are not even human.

Several still practice within the NHS though!

Anyhoo...

I won. Well partially.

The DWP caved in and without any medical evidence whatsoever they agreed to pay me Personal Independent Payments and backdated it 7 months longer than several people insisted I would get. A year in other words!!

Umm I presume I mentioned in a post the phonecall I got from them two days after posting those letters I flicked through in a YouTube film? Told me it would be sorted in two weeks and I told my Doctor I do not know how they think they are going to get a form to him and him fill it and send it back in 14 days? Especially has he only has his clinic one day a week.

In fact I will tell you how good they are currently as after forgetting for 5 days I actually remembered to go in there and ask them for the Tramadol they forgot to give me. I left a little noted and as I walked out a kind lady came out calling my name and it turned out there was a prescription already there waiting for me?!

Now thats professionalism for you! That is what I would do...probably land on my face but it is what I would do, lol.

Now before I go ahead with putting the scanned documents in this post I want to explain that within this post is a detailed description of how councils use trickery for everything. Never paid my full rent, never warned me.

Told if I cancel and reapply they will pay full rent and I would lose a weeks money, I did and lost the weeks money and they still did not pay the full rent.

When I lost my DLA, Disability, they were wrongly informed, err Serco?, and put my rent payments down because I did not get DLA anymore.

I have a letter coming up that states once again they have been informed that I am now getting my Disability, or Personal Independent Payments which I warned you all was a trick, and guess what Enfield Council went and did?

Put my rent up...no wait? DOWN!!

Here is a BBC report about a man who is an amputee victim who was refused Personal Independent Payments and an interview because he had a wheelchair?!

They said, and I quote here, that "he should have rid then about access issues on going to an assessment" which is to assess his disability?! Well fuck me, first off the clue is on what the assessment is fecking for and secondly I would have thought a wheelchair would have been obvious from the fecking firm he filled in when he out in the claim, you effing wasters of taxpayers money!

Don't these wankers even care who knows that they are imbeciles, liars and the salaries paid to them out of the public purse?!

How do morons and idiots get jobs?! How do so many of them work as front line staff or higher for the public services?!

I will let you into a little secret...

I have for a very long time longed for a team of reporters or investigative journalists to work on this and create a documentary about it!

Right now first off I will inform you there is a NHS post coming with some surprising findings. It will show that one of two things are currently going on both of which are damning to a certain ... surgery. This is because they can only have one excuse...one answer to something I spotted and it simply wont wash because they simply did not need it.

The other possibility will raise an eyebrow! I told a mate today about it in person and it took a few seconds to take it on board. He simply said "Hang on? Thats TWO now this has happened to?!" before I said that it might not be the case and could be something else. However I then explained in detail, explain in the upcoming post, that this meant that a large sum of money was being spent when it did not need it. It was clear to me that the surgery in question was only surpassed by my current one out of 6 locally, SIX!

Once again I will leave it to others to come to their own conclusions.

Now I have had another response from Atos and its better than 'The computer says no' as apparently despite having computers they are fully unable to communicate with each other, have different departments for assessing (I refer you to the first point) and the computers are unable to provide their operators with the relebvent information so they do not lie to their 'customers' as they call them and like to state how important we are to them.

Also remember that these excuses are coming from the...ooh wait a minute...yes, Senior Complaints Manager.

I have forgotten what I posted and what I have not and so am just posting the complete email correspondence below. Also note that I have emailed several others, to which I point out to the Senior Complaints Manager and have not had a reply.

It is funny how much you can insinuate to the point of almost drawing a diagram that certain inactions will only make them look not only guilty but do not care and it completely passes them by!

Oh and remember, these people are being paid out of British taxes and it seems there are different assessment departments for different benefits?! WHAT?!

There are still many things staring them in the face that I have dropped plenty of hints at and yet none of them have picked up on it. Trust me I would know if they had because they would react!

Dear Mr Haswell

I am now able to respond to your email of 2 nd October 2014.

Further medical evidence was requested but this was insufficient to recommend that you meet the Support Group (SG) or that a home visit was necessary, which is why you were asked to attend an assessment.

We appreciate you have provided copious amounts of information; however, we are unable to advise that you meet SG criteria.

We have previously explained why a home visit was not authorised and I have nothing further to add to what has already been stated.

For your information, customers who are in receipt of a benefit are periodically referred to Atos Healthcare for advice and the majority of those are required to attend an assessment at some point. It is noted you have not been seen since 200 8 when you claimed Incapacity Benefit and it would have been helpful to be able to provide the DWP with an up to date picture of how your condition currently affects you. It may be useful to explain that ESA is different to IB and the criteria to reach benefit threshold is different. You can find out about ESA and the WCA on the DWP website, in particular, the ESA214 will be of particular interest regarding the criteria that needs to be met in order to meet benefit threshold.

We do offer home visits; however, as previously explained, we do require supporting medical evidence to show why a home visit is required. We have not received sufficient medical information in yo ur case to warrant offering a home visit. There is no record of you being offered a home visit due to an IB or ESA referral s. Whilst it is possible y ou may have been offered a home visit in relation to a previous DLA claim; the criteria for this is v ery different to ESA.

As you failed to attend the appointment booked for the 2 nd October, your ESA referral has been closed and returned to the DWP office dealing with your claim. Form BF223 h as been sent to you for you to complete and return to the Decision Maker explaining why you did not attend the appointment.

I have been advised that you currently have a live Personal Independent Payment (PIP) referral. Any concerns about this should be directed to the PIP Customer Service Team at

I have been lied to get again by Atos and my questions/complaint has not been dealt with, well there is a surprise. 

First off no documentation regarding my health exists with you or the DWP and I have had a phone call from the dwp stating this and apologising for it. Ooh did I forget to mention that recording?! Yes that was awhile ago now. 

So your statement that you requested medical evidence and s bit sufficient is built crap too. You have not contacted my gps as I asked them. Oh yes and I do mean gps,  PLURAL, because I have caught two GPs in a row lying about conditions, drugs, dosages and the existence of NHS Departments. I also have two Doctors falsifying ultrasound tests and in the last four years I have recorded every meeting I ever had with anyone. 

Unfortunately the GPs kicked me off there register after I told them I knew what was going on. They attempted to falsely label me as first mad, second violent and when this failed accused me of breaking the law by secretly recording public services for four years! 

Oops, so you have not contacted my latest GP, as you would not know who they were, and nor the last, unless of course your willing to tell me that my previous GP did get contacted from you, put in the letter what he was told to and lied to me about it?! 

That really WOULD make my year! 

You might find that a bit of a problem proving the contents of the letter he may have been instructed to write. Let me just say that there is an easily proceed lack of professionalism which is very easily proved, ergo I possess proof, and leave it at that. 

Hmm now what's next? Oh yeah.. 

1 Your the complaints department, another blatant rip off of British taxes, and yet you have made no comment at all about the lies about Home Visits bit being made! 

2 The fact that I have had Home Visits before therefore means that I qualify,  Fibromyalgia is a progressive condition and once again you expose your own lack of knowledge in the world of medicine. 

3 You have made no remark I came across about the fact I was told that you claimed you did not make an appointment in August?! But you seem to be admitting I have a pending claim for PIPs soon...  are you saying I am right or something else? 

4 So your insisting on sticking with the line 'well you qualified for a Home Visit severance times in the past but despite the fact we are claiming to have letters staying your Fibromyalgia (the dozens of symptoms I have told you and the DWP of for a decade, which you did not have for ALL PREVIOUSLY AGREED HOME VISITS), Oesophagitis Grade C (sudden vomiting without warning), Hiatus Hernia (severe heartburn), painful groin from your inguinal hernia repair and the knee problem which I have a letter about from 3 years ago or more and have a confirmed diagnosis of on tape diagnosed by Dr Kirkham at Guy's Hospital the same time he diagnosed the Fibromyalgia, but later incompetent omitted to former from the letter as per instructed? 

Are you serious? Really?! Please remember while I laugh and smile that this would have been on my blog for 12 hours or more by the time you read it!

Well what do you know? After denying making arrangements to come to my home on threee seperate occasions and recently denying you made an appointment for me in August 2015 after asking you why you made the second one in October 2015 it now turns out you have written to me with a third appointment?!

Is your corrupt organisation going after a record breaker?

I laughingly showed the letter to several people that had no idea a year ago how corrupt you and the DWP are along with the government. They were first speechles over the location in Lambeth, South London I mean could you GET any further away from Enfield while still being in London?! Then when they saw the time of 9am after they were shown your email about how you do not deliberately do that to people they just laughed before then getting annoyed.

You really could not have exposed yourself any more if you had tried!

Now I then posted it immediately on my blog so that everyone can now see that only one of two possibilitites exists...

1 Your definately corrupt or...

2 Your definately incompetent

Or both of course?!

I also explained another possibility and that is that your organisation has not been able to get out of the contract becase you have been threatened by the British government with having all the blame at your door?

As stated this has been explained on the blog @ asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.co.uk and nothing on this blog can be undone.

I would also like to explain once again my reasons for not turning up are the exact same as they were the last 6 times I did not turn up and added to this my health has taken a dramatic downturn. But then if you kept abreast of the blog, only complete and utter morons would not be perusing it regularly, you would know this.

I could not even tell you what is up but I assure you that death was an inviting proposition! I had an emergency response unit come to my home late one night and only found out he was an emergency response guy when I was in Barnet Hospital having a barrage of tests primarily looking for stomach or colon cancer!

I have had diarrhea for 9 weeks now and this has been joined with severe abdominal and back pain with severe vomiting and emmiting sulphur like aromas from everywhere. Oh yes and blood.

What you also have failed to realise is that in all your decisions of the last two years I now know that you have no medical evidence of mine at all, at least that is whjat was stated in a telephone call to me apologising from the DWP?!

Now as I stated to the lady on the phone, who was not part of PIPS/DLA/ESA/ATOS and is responsible for their extremely late Freedom Of Information request, which I have also made to you with no response, how have you refused me my applications for DLA five times in the last two years?! She did not know! I also informed her that there was an application going on right now and in the process of being refused for the sixth time and she was completely confused and did not know what to say.

So once again...

2 I REQUEST a HOME VISIT for the FIFTH...oh I have lost count!!

3 I have Fibromyalgia that causes a dozen areas of pain one being heels which is why I dont do public transport, MEMORY LOSS, other symptoms that make it terrifying to travel and an aversion to it! Oh yes and best of all is the sleep depravation which happens most of the time!!! In other words its common for me to not get to sleep until 3am to 8am and not wake up until midday, rather bloody annoyingly.

Now please NOTE:

You do not have one excuse in my case, you have way over a dozen! All clearly linked to Fibromyalgia and not including a real physical problem now diagnosed in my right knee. I have still not PLAYED THE RECORDING AT GUY'S HOSPITAL BACK AGAIN to find out what this was. I was too busy screaming in pain and it was conveniently left out of the letter to my last GP. Oh and I should now mention that I passed by it yesterday and is now the second GP practise I have been registered with to close in as many years!!

That is another point you have failed to pick up on. I was already told by a GP you were lying and so were the DWP and that you lied about a previous GP of mine regarding the forms being filled in. Oddly enough she was the one that first spotted my knee and I know that the hospital rerferrals had the hospitals go out of their way NOT to diagnose it. One referal even shifting focus from my knee entriely to my feet, then did x-rays I knew where just to fob me off and I was already well aware X-Rays do nothing and they knew it.

You see thats been going on for a very long time and quite unfortunately for eveyone, you and the DWP included, I knew this and recorded every meeting I had for several years. This spans 5 GP Surgeries and God knows how many Doctors along with no less than FIVE hospitals consisting of...

1 Chase Farm Hospital

2 St Michaels Hospital

3 Royal Free Hospital

4 Barnet Hospital

5 Cannot remember fifth

This also includes documentation from other hospitals going back TWENTY years including...

North Middlesex Hospital

Whipps Cross Hospital

Probably others I have forgotten?

I then spent two whole years publishing what I had on my blog and predicted what you would all do over the next three years and carried on recording and publishing as I went.

A brother of mine who now want to find legal representation to take a public service to court for malpractise involving manslaughter was shocked to hear I had collected around 100GB of data.

So I am giving you fair warning once again to all this and I have also made something very cclear to you that when bought up in court will have any accusations about me redundant and will be thrown out. It is quite obviously in your face and down to you to work out asndf not for me to tell you. That is how it works and how I cover myself while making you all look bad.

Oh so you have a computer but am unable to look up the fact that you have been constantly sending me out letters fort appointments all over the shop?!

Hmm convenient you might think but I am afraid as one of my skills is as an IT professional that the reason given is lame at best.

My word your organisation must have been receiving a ridiculous amount of money if your departments are so far apart that you are completely unable to correspond!

As you have used this as an excuse, the different departments and the ESA/PIPS things I should point out too and return the favour by stating that I never made a claim for ESA, EVER so your argument falls through a giant hole in the floor. So how is it that you send out letters to make appointments you have received no paperwork on?

Its completely dunce. How could you perfrom an assessment on someone without knowing what their conditions are and if you were genuinely trying to catch out fraudulent people as both yourselves and the DWP, government love to do how can you catch them out without the relevant information in front of you?

Bearing in mind it is clear to one and all that you can lose dozens of files and several departments within the DWP and yourselves completely fail to notice, despite making these ... appointments. Are we there yet?

I HAVE INFORMED YOU OF THIS MANY TIMES AND IS CLEARLY POSTED SUCH ON MY BLOG THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER MADE A CLAIM FOR ESA.

If your sole purpose is to assess someones mobility, which your clearly not very good at which I and many others have proved and you should try searching yourselves on YouTube, then WHY do you have different departments? One for feet, one for legs, one for arms and hands?

How is it that you use computers but are unable to forward emails?

Oh and I already did email the PIPS email address as well as the ministers@dwp.gov.uk and the DWP including the DLA department in Wales, as this still very much concerns them going back many years. As it now turns out!

The funny thing is that I was aware that you cleared someone for PIPS who has Fibromyalgia and I mentioned this previously. You did this without even assessing her and yet I have now met her, trust me she is only a friend (loosely) of a friend and I can assure you that, like I told my friend, she does not have Fibromyalgia and lied to my friend stating they tested her and it was positive for Fibromyalgia. She moved onto Fibro after telling everyone, and me when I forst spoke to her, that she had Lupus. My friend had lent her money and she stated that my spotting she was lying, took mere minutes, made sense because she saw her a week before somewhere and she was "as fit as a fiddle". She realised I was smart and I would figure her out and seeing my posts get posted about on Facebook deleted me from her friends list only a couple of weeks after she put me on it at her request.

Oops! Had your organisation EVER turned up to ANY of the three Home Visits you claimed never occurred, once again COIMPUTERS and I do not want to here excuses because logistically as a company you should have failed years ago with oversights like that, then you would know that I really am not one to play games with.

I am afraid that this is where all your arguments all fall down. I am a stickler on many things and I do not like cheats, frauds and thieves and after all that is why my most popular blog by a ten mile stretch exists, the one on corruption that your company is heavily featured on. This is all plain to see on my blog, as well as my other blogs and has been for two and a half years. Also backed up by the fact that all my application forms were consistent for over ten years, oh but you lost them all didn't you?

So how about forwarding emails on before the damage I cause gets blamed upon you for not forwarding on and therefore the right people not spotting the shipwreck/mistakes/oversights coming their way that could prove...fatal to your company?

After all the very first question that the next inquiry into running of the DWP and its links to you will ask is ...

Why have we handed these responsibilities to an organisation that as a company is extremely badly run and made catastrophic errors that BUSINESS 101 school would teach you not to make?

Yeah I am afraid to inform you that computing degrees also include business modules on how large corporations are run and how they use IT, ergo computers. Not how you run a cornber shop somewhere.
