So naive people think the system is fairer?

Others, like one idiot I know, thinks that old people and disabled should be left to die to help the country out? Well how about we let anything go if your going to pick and chose what makes a civilised society and me the battle of the fittest .. robbery and burglary become legal and we go around to the houses of these amoral twats and take everything they have? I know Wing Chun Kung Fu so wont that be the battle of the fittest?!

How about the most intellectual? Oh I have letters after my name, turned down a Doctorate, was asked to attend an interview with GCHQ too.

My friend's argument was not a well thought out one.

None of what he said would raise his regular Saturday takings up from the abysmal £56 average either, down from a previous £1,000 plus prior to the financial crisis. Nor would he get the house back he owned outright and lost by constantly remortgaging it to plough the money into his failing business. Nope .. on an intellectual level .. not a chance.

To this day I have absolutely no idea what possessed him to say that.

But he was the only one who ever said something like that to me.

Oddly he also thought the Earth was flat .. among other mad sounding things. Go figure!

Also lying seems to go for him as well as the government .. when it actually comes down to morals it seems that the less they have the more they think they have more rights and feelings of self-entitlements.

I expected money to help me with my life as someone living with several really hard disabilities.

If I was afflicted with self-entitlement I would demand any one of the scores of amoral liars in politics and these public services be fired and their position given to me as I could do it standing on my head while blindfolded with a Pit Viper down my pants!

But the biggest takers from the public purse are also the most amoral and biggest liars out there who do very little indeed.

Apparently the DWP is a hostile environment too according to a report by The Canary? Telling too many lies a little too much for some of them? Ahh diddums!

Well in the link below it will also list a number of horror stories of things being taken away from people who wanted to work but have not been able to.

I know this more than anyone because currently guess what I get and have been getting for about a month? Nothing at all!

Guess what else I no longer have that drives me to suicidal thoughts and has caused me to lose three stone in weight that keeps going over the past few months? A home.

So that previous comment about be being a freeloader? Hooo boy he had better not recreate that fake account and come back and if he does I hope he or she sticks around long enough to read my hostile response?!

Here is a better idea to help the country .. how about we have this grand purge of all the selfish people, amoral people and especially those that fake it and all the largest paid people in public services? Probably save four times as much money as having no welfare state at all?!

• Entire Welfare System and changes .. PIP and UC
• BREXIT

Crap I got my phone-call .. or at least part of it as all I could hear is two Autistic children screaming, another that has one volume level of foghorn and after thirty seconds she had to get off the phone.

It is like that all the time.

I am not going to get into the long gory details on that one, suffice it t say that it is all on here .. could go onto the front pages of the tabloids for weeks on end. Has been intentionally ignored by them. Had to tokenism parts published in Take A Break and Love It recently and promised loads of other things which then goes quiet. No explanation, promises all broken and we have no idea why.

Several times in the last six months we were told and thought our living and continuous nightware was over. I had everything I had cancelled twice, third time in 8 years and then my business support pulled six months after they agreed to it and one week after going self-employed.

Yeah that is how much this government and the DWP and Job Centre are trying to help you.

There is a whole list of people that now know about be who are popular people and with some big followings and if they .. EVER figure out out story from the posts in this blog there will be a meltdown!

I have always remained quiet .. prepared to do this a different way, word of mouth alone. But after a step up in attacks against us I decided to to things that up until recently I had never .. EVER .. done before.

I decided to become a bit more .. noticeable, you could say?

I have always had these other options open to me and I perhaps should have done this two years ago but I never dreamed that they would sink so low as to do to the two of us and four vulnerable children that which they have done in the last year.

In fact it has gotten so bad that my daughter actually told e today she was going to move to London from Merseyside and I never .. EVER thought I would ever hear her say that?!

If she ever does then this opens a door to me. I can expose someone and the local council that has protected them for so very long and allowed them to get away with all kinds of heinous and terrible crimes. All so that the local council would not be shown up for the incompetent twats they have been for well over twenty years that a court backed up.

OOPS!

If your thinking 'Hornet's Nest' then you are simply not thinking big enough here. Think a nest of the dragons that Harry Potter had to face and you would be somewhat closer to reality.

FINALLY THE 20 METRE RULE!

It's only been around for fucking years and years and I've blogged about it for years and years, six to be precise.

In case you missed me harping on about it out you don't know .. according to the DWP and fit a very long time if you can get twenty metres your fit enough to work.

Yeah .. I got to a bus, got on a bus and bailed off the bus in three stops then thought I was having a heart attack after 100 metres.

The irony of that story is I was trying to get to a GP that was too far away and that was only to register!!

Now I was going there about this inability I have to do anything or go anywhere. The chest pain, heart palpitations, lack of energy, irritations with skin touching things, anxiety and bunch of other stuff down to the fact I'm having difficulty with magnesium uptake.

I need to do stuff.

I need to work!

When I first was told about this rule years ago I thought it was some kind of sick joke. I told them that they must be wrong. I did that there is no reality where getting twenty metres means you go do hundreds in the course of a five day working week. I also pointed out exactly what they said in the Metro, again looking like it was pulled from here, in that bus stops are more than twenty metres from most people's houses.

Fuck me if your high up in a tower block it might be more than twenty metres to the bloody ground?!

It, of course, made me realise that they could not be trusted with people with disabilities.

I tried to reason with the fact that maybe the rule existed for conditions that had not been diagnosed yet? Or obscure conditions? It was still an unfair rule though.

But this report states that the rule is unfair for sufferers of Multiple Sclerosis?! Jesus! This is a terrible condition and one that I would not want and a friend of an old friend died from this eventually. Irish woman called .. hmm what was her name?!

All this is like one big hate crime towards people with disabilities .. it really is .. if you think about it ..

Someone coming along and taking something from someone disabled and then kicking them while they are down? Getting others to label them freeloaders, others beating them to death .. I even saw a report about one guy who was prosecuted for urinating on a homeless man! Can we expect stories  that next? All because most of the country is really shit at basic maths and do not realise that a hundred times the money spent on disabled people is wasted by the government every year? People being paid for positions where they are then told to do nothing or as little as they can to save money? Salaries of hundreds of thousands every years, cars, perks and God knows what else?

Oh I guess Doctors are OK in case you need them to save your life? Does not matter if the lives before you died, eh? As long as they save yours when it comes around to you?

And when all other lures, traps and tricks fail you always have this 20 meter rule to fall back on and the HMCTS to sit their and say that is is OK for the government and DWP to treat disabled people in an inhumane manner because that is the law now? Lol.

They just be falling back on this very old rule to refuse disabled people help?

Funny as this is reported now, probably will get blamed on the Tories by the usual suspects but I'm afraid this existed while Tony Blair was Prime Minister.

In fact it might have existed since the seventies for all I know?

I would be willing to bet that Serco bought this in as a trick to save money from day one?

I also see Serco finally get mentioned in a video by Brian Gerrish which I posted in a recent blog post.

Good God I hate this country.

I do sometimes wonder if we have just become blind to it and that immigrants that come here think the UK is wonderful. Eventually realise that we have become blind to? Realising that this in power are evil lying bastards and that when they are being nice it is just a pandering tactic to fool people?

Then get angry and want to make to their own rules and blow shit up?!

Well maybe not all of them but they do get radicalised here as children.

When you have a lying and dishonest government behaving the way they do towards their own vulnerable people is it any wonder?!

You know I often put terms in my tagging like 'DWP failures' and I hate using the latter word because that suggests it is an honest mistake.

The problem is I have known all along that these are all deliberate intentions. The lies come and tricks come about because they fear a backlash from people with some compassion. They also do not want to look like the evil bastards that they all are .. not to the country or the rest of the world and so they start with a lie, then there is another and then another after that and so it goes on.

Yeah well I think now after a only two or three decades that the lying does not work .. does it now?!

NOT THAT IT MATTERS

Well how about that?

I knew that fucking attending Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service was a fucking waste of time and considering how much pain it caused .. a painful fucking waste of time too.

I'm now expecting .. difficulties in around a months time but ..

Please note how it states that they accept I have physical problems and mental problems from my medical records, which are incomplete and fucked but ..

I score ZERO and umm ZERO?! Lol!

How can you admit to someone having physical problems and mental health problems and then score them zero on both counts? LMAO!

Bizarre then that the solicitor stated that I should get higher rates on both counts.

Also it proves that someone my daughter knows is either lying or that Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunal Service is inconsistent and probably more corrupt than I thought.

I also thought that my attending would not make a blind bit of difference anyway and the score they provide only proves this..

What possible difference could my attending have made to these scores of zero and zero despite admitting I have mental health issues and physical problems based on a set of medical records that not only ignored my condition for fifteen years but continued to get it wrong, as I have discovered in the last week!

Funny as I was losing weight from not eating anyway so .. at least I have a head start?!

WHEN THE CAPS DON'T FIT

Oh my word?!

I seriously don't believe this story below but I'm happy someone .. somewhere .. has said .. something.

Bishops, no less, have urged ministers to scrap the two child benefit cap?!

Now .. interestingly this effects my own daughter but I don't know how the fuck they managed to do that? Because my grandchildren were all born prior to the two child cap coming into play.

When I pointed out to my daughter, who had absolutely no say in having children due to her .. husband (loosely), she said they found a way around it.

Bizarrely enough this was going to be one of the prime things, though somewhat .. down the list, that was going to be released .. publicly at some point in the near future.

So the timing of this is like everything else I've exposed, proved, predicted and theorised about..

Looks suspicious!

The likelihood of this happening was always high and had I thought about the possibility of the timing I would have realised why..

Because when the series of things, events and lack of help along with the hounding and harassment are released .. everyone is going to look bad. Everyone!

In fact if I think about it .. I can't think of anyone who won't look extremely bad. Oh-oh the fire service I suppose? No involvement with them, thank God!

Each thing will look very bad. Some things will look extremely bad. Others will come as a shock to those that discover things from the .. reveals and they will just keep on coming.

However .. when you combine all of these things together .. you simply will not think it possible for any human being to have gone through what they have. You then won't be able to accept that they were left for dead, tossed to one side and refused any help at all. You just won't. And .. it will get worse.

There was even talk of a series .. though I still have my suspicions that .. someone is either .. quelling this or .. will do.

It's absolutely certain that a .. specialist in this sort of thing, who is involved, went over the top crazy in the beginning but then went quiet. This was after the period of time when he said that certain people won't ever worry about money ever again. He also stated that a certain someone would .. 'live wherever they wanted'.

As life altering as that may sound .. it doesn't solve all the issues and one very major and very shocking one .. remains. One that no amount of money can buy you out of.

But if this set of catastrophes can happen to one person close to me then they must have happened to others. What worries me is that it could be many, many others.

Sure .. the list of catastrophes in our case numbers well over a dozen .. maybe closer to two dozen?! Any one of these can easily shock ..

Except .. there are the dozen or so things that have happened and some still happening to me?!

Hers are mine and mine are hers.

In our individual cases .. that makes two to three dozen each. This only includes the major ones.

Someone just enduring one or two of these things could and probably will seem impossible to many. Combined though?! It .. will take some .. believing.

I've had that battle for a long time now and have used this blog to get things across. In the hope of helping others avoid traps that you .. really, really don't want to find yourself in.

I believe .. though it's been downgraded, once again, back into hope, that this year of 2018 will be the last.

I believe that six months from now I won't have to do any more .. convincing?

Fingers crossed.

But now someone has said something about the benefits cap that affects children. I hope they realise there are several .. invisible caps for children?

The truth is that despite my frustrations about my blogs going viral .. or just reached ten times more than they have over nearly six years ..

.. the fact is .. that everything I've worked towards on my blogs have gradually come out in the media .. not all but a great many.

So .. to me the more I do and the longer I'm at this .. the more they seems to come out so stopping seems pretty stupid.

Between my posting and things being exposed literally ranges from a little under two days, to many weeks, months and very often .. years.

A couple of days is great.

A few weeks is OK by me.

Many months is acceptable to me.

Years? This is .. disappointing but .. of that's what it takes then that's what it takes ..

I was telling people a decade ago .. discovered a lot more over five years .. then started blogging and continued to discover as the time passed me by .. all five and a half years of it. Well .. more than that as I hit six years in late August. I think it was the 22nd?

Six years .. blogging to help and inform others.

I think it's well over 3,500 posts and I believe over 3,600 to be more precise?

So there's finally some signs that signal a possible ending in a few different ways?

JUSTICE IS SERVED .. MOSTLY

Well I simply do not believe it.

A number of newspaper reports by The Independent have shown that the DWP and government have to pay back 70,000 disabled people for not paying them benefits?! Jesus .. some good news finally but I will believe it when it happens!

Apparently the reported figure they will have to pay is £340 Million. Yup .. for those that are amoral and do not like the welfare state .. sowwy! Well you have been an idiot and I always said that this was a futile exercise and a complete waste of your tax money, so I have been arguing your .. umm .. arguments. Or points. Well you did not moan about the fact that the government pays tens on millions of pounds each to at least three and maybe four organisations to cheat people. The keyword here that everyone missed that would have made them put s stop to wasting the public's taxes in the first instance is .. cheat. It is also a massive exercise in ignoring the laws as well as any morals .. but I guess that is all OK as long as you are getting what you want? Well do away with laws completely if that was your attitude?! Either have laws or do not have laws, you pays your money you takes your choice!

I am afraid it gets better .. as many might actually get a higher payment than they did previously because I for one got less money than a diabetic friend of mine who admitted that I had more difficulty than him. More frequent then he and whereas he can .. take preventative measures anyone with Fibromyalgia can not. Mostly they can just be careful which does not always work and damn difficult to judge.

I am afraid it gets better still as it also turns out that the government has been found to be discriminatory towards people with mental health problems?!

There is a fucking God!

Ooh the thought of amoral people crying into their cornflakes fills me with joy right now! Well as much joy as I can possibly muster given the circumstances I am faced with.

Now I thought I see a line somewhere that said that the government had put money aside for this? Oh? When did that occur? When they started in case it all went wrong? Or was this a secret plan to cover their arses over their "we are all in it together" crap to state that they always intended to pay us back after we paid for their mistakes?! But I am not sure .. I might be remembering the line wrong?

Now there is just the question of Universal Credit .. I mean .. they now admit that they have been discriminatory towards disabled people so what do they think the Universal Credit has been designed for?! To be FAIR?! I do not fucking think so! Single mothers and unemployed expected to work for 12 pence per hour?! Hmm they might have upped it to 13 pence I am not sure?

Oh and then there is the question of homelessness and the ever inflating rent prices, especially in areas people know and call home .. like my home of London.

I previously stated that a diabetic friend said that I am worse than he and should get the same higher rate that he gets? After seeing several things but nowhere near everything I have to go through and that was prior to the high blood pressure issues that are not resolved and the heart palpitation issues.

THE LIES IN ACTION

This is just a little post to show proof positive that the DWP and their so called Doctors not only lie but were caught with their pants down lying and admitting it.

Well .. kind of in the process of lying in a rather pathetic and incompetent way which begs the question ..

How the fuck have they gotten way with this for so long?!

Ooh you want to know what happened?

Hatti Broxton got a visit from a DWP Doctor who had come to assess her mother's fitness for work and Hatti then left him to go and obtain the proof that her mother could not work ..

The Doctor was presented with an urn containing the ashes of Hatti Broxton's deceased mother who had died much earlier.

She also told him that she herself had informed the DWP at the time and that if they had bothered to read her medical report that they would have noted that she had indeed passed away.

They apologised and admitted they had not read the medical report.

Why did they not read the medical report? Was the medical report by real Doctors not good enough for the DWP?! Or maybe they have no intention of seeing whether someone is really disabled or not?!

Well .. I have been told that an earlier approach that the Tories made to a court to take away the human rights of disabled people was really a thing and that the Tories had won?!

What? Wait a minute? Let me just summarise this ..

• Laws exist to protect people
• But the Tories can just remove human rights to whomever they chose?
• The COURTS are complicit in this? The ones that uphold the LAW which is there to protect people from both physical and mental harm?! 
• Is it the new approach of the courts to only protect money from now on?!
• Where was the EU during all this?!

Yeah .. I will get back to that court hearing in a post or twos time.

Being paid to kick vulnerable people in the teeth and taking the taxpayers money to do this is perfectly OK?! Riiiight!

THE HANDS FINALLY GET DIRTY

Well what do you know?

I have been meaning to post this for several days but I have been preoccupied with .. a barrage of symptoms and kept forgetting to do it.

In the distant past, well it has now been going on for a decade, many online like DPAC and its members constantly blamed organisations like Atos for the bad treatment of disabled people. I was constantly telling them that it was not Atos on their own. They believed that if the Department of Work and Pensions knew of their activities they would get rid of them. I stated as a matter of fact that Atos were merely doing what they were told to do.

Many would not accept these facts.

They know it now.

I got into trouble once online for stating that it was planned by the government to have their new disability living allowance, suspiciously named Personal Independence Payments, was to disappear by 2020 and become part of Universal Credit. Boy that one set of a fire too! People were demanding that I get my post kicked off along with myself?! It took me by surprise, the reaction.

I often wonder how different things might have been even for my daughter, my grandchildren and myself had people listened to me way back when?

What the DWP were not willing to do is get their own hands dirty .. and the governments plan went just as intended. Everyone aiming their ire at the hired thugs when it was the DWP and the government all along.

Several years have gone by of screwing people's lives over for money.

But finally the DWP are up to the tricks and been caught at it that they have previously hired others to do .. and this one is a bit of a doozey ..

They have been asking leisure centres for video footage of anyone with a disability so that they can then take their money away. Their disability. Except it is not that simple ..

When I consider myself .. I can never see myself ever attending a leisure centre and if I did it would only ever be for swimming. But my physical ability is only half of my issue and with the physical issues alone there are several. But it seems when I try to ignore the pain and try to do that which I want to do .. I suffer. But I suffer both physically and mentally and it is not just overdoing it and getting tired that triggers my mental health issues. Pressure and stress along with worry also do the exact same.

In other words .. there are disabilities that you cannot see on a video of someone. Hidden disabilities that I am all too familiar with. So degrading is it that you get to low points where you either do not want to wake up in the morning or pray for something terminal, like cancer. But even so I have been hearing that they even treat people with cancer like absolute shite!

ASTRONOMICAL LINKS

This is weird.

Over the years, leaving aside my test pilot great grandfather who died testing the precursor to the Avro Lancaster, I have discovered links.

These links have been my surname and to each of a science I am well versed in our have a degree in.

The first of these was a frog in Australia. The second was when Intel named a previous CPU under the code-name of Haswell. Now a third as an astronomer at the Open University, not sure which one or of there is more than one, is called Professor Carole Haswell?!

It would be less weird were my surname a more common one, like Smith or Jones, alas.

But my name is not one you come across much .. at least not this particular surname within my family which has Williams, among others. But as my surname is what it is and the fact that it has turned up on these three areas, oooh in healthcare too in the Wirral a long time ago with a staff member called Julia if I recall correctly, it seems a bit .. well, weird.

I wonder if it will surface in time in other areas I am knowledgeable in?

The power of three! Lol.

On another note and before I got a chance to post this little titbit .. I have a court date for my PIP appeal and .. I was OK at first but then I started to get a little bit of anxiety over it.

The fact is that despite it being not too far away, 3rd April I think it is, but it was the time of the day .. bearing in mind I am technically homeless .. or i have a home but am 242 miles away from it. Hmm maybe a little further than that? The time of the court appeal hearing for someone that basically has a sleep disorder is 10am. This is two bus journeys away from me! Also recall that I have short term memory loss and I already forgot about the protest that was supposed to take place o the 1st or 2nd March for PIP/UC by DPAC?! Oh fuck it! That was what I thought when I realised I had missed it but then maybe it did not go ahead due to the snow?

Also the little bit of anxiety was also down to the fact that a lot of riding on this and the outcome of the court hearing not only affects me but also affects my daughter and grandchildren! Who themselves have been waiting 6 months for help, had benefits slashed by 75% on one and capped on others and lied to by Wirral Council.

I have also had no response from Google and Adsense over my missing adverts! I have sent several feed-backs and literally about to do this again and one advert out of three DID appear but has since disappeared.

So with the blogs I am back to square one and even my daughter now tells me that she thinks I am right and that the government and deliberately sticking their oars into our business to stop us getting help or more importantly money.

This is because she has realised that everything I ever said is true, she has been lied to and fucked over with her own Fibromyalgia and two cases of Autism and not forgetting the domestic violence thing. She eve stated one day that she went mad at the council because they refused something they were supposed to help with ..

.. their reason was that they only give that help for people leaving prison?!

She went mad, told them she was a victim of domestic violence and this is why she moved and that she was being refused help that her partner would get whenever he leaves prison?! Nine years earlier than they stated he would leave prison, I might add.

I told her that you only get looked after or get any help if your evil and a liar and that we both knew someone who was/is an evil thief and a liar but who had gotten away with it for years. Still doing it it seems and despite investigations nothing came of it. Nothing. Twenty five fucking years they have gotten away with it and still are?!

So three people with disabilities, one technically homeless while the other two are a few months from proceedings starting to make them homeless. Even though one of those people with a disability is a child, which could very well include a second and four children all told.

Bit David Cameron and George Osborne went on Twitter to boast egotistically about their plans finally reaching their goals, several years and scores of dead mothers and disabled people later?!

Sorry you two tossers but everyone was supposed to be in this together but I do not recall a single story of someone who was affluent being found dead from starvation, freezing to death or suicide.

Sorry for the rest of the Tories but claims about a better future for everyone is also a bare faced lie because .. well see my last paragraph .. people have died and therefore the poor, jobless and disabled have paid the ultimate of prices on many occasions. Everyone is not valued the exact same. So 'everyone' is not 'everyone' and that a great many are therefore 'no-one' according to your rule book. Unless of course they are some downtrodden person from overseas where you can get a but of good public relations? Yeah they can be poor but if it is a person getting media attention because of some plight or struggle then you make it look like you care about people with no money. Well all except for your own people of course.

No my daughter sees this now and is fully aware that we are both being screwed over and lied to and she recently discovered this and in so doing realised that she had been lied to for six months. No excuses, no reasonable explanation .. she was lied to and the blog post can be found from several years ago where I already pointed out a trap set up by both the DWP and Local Councils that even a social worker I know personally realises was a trap set up by the government. Fuck .. that took several years to make him see this and I was shocked when he finally realised and stop doing his 'jobsworth' act recently. In fact he got the mistaken impression that Ofsted's involvement in a meeting taking place IN a school, had something to do with the school and just before he rang off told me if he was the teacher he would tell Ofsted to "fuck off". I thought "oh so now your picking and choosing what government funded bodies do their jobs properly? But the statement confused me before I realised later he had made the wrong assumption. INSIDE THE AGONIES

It is difficult o describe fully the situation I find myself in presently.

My second cold, after more than three months of Aussie flu, and stuck in between places .. even if one is death, also in a lot of pain .. due to the place I find myself trapped in.

My back is in absolute agony and I have been leaning with the small of my back pressed into some banisters while I press back hard trying to free something up. Desperately trying to free something up in the hope that it eases the pain.

I am in a 6ft x 9ft room and with nowhere for a seat and barely enough space to place my feet on the floor. It was not supposed to be this long. I should have really left here a couple of weeks ago. So I have to sit on a bed with no back rest. In my desperation I have been thinking of getting the bed out and placing a sofa in here as I would do anything to ease this pain. Trip to the chemist coming up if this does not improve in an hour or so!

I received a package from my solicitor, just some files attached they received from HMCTS?!

That was a bummer! I did not really expect it to be anything but after I opened it and after the disappointment that there was no court date supplied I then realised that this could have been a letter than answered my current prayers! It could have stated that the court had already decided to re-instate my PIP benefit, pending a court hearing. In my view any court hearing would only really serve the purpose to decide upon any damages. Any medical notes received would be sufficient enough and I find it strange that they would insist that disability people attend a court hearing. If they barely take notice of Doctor's letters, they did not previously, what possible input could the patient/claimant provide?

Yeah that has long since been one of the odd things about all of this. You provide letters and evidence that is then totally ignored but they insist on your presence?! Talk about adding insult to injury? Do they get some kick out of you being present while they then kick you in the nuts once more?

Bearing in mind that I had now had three meetings with HMCTS and not one of them has been successful but .. if I was trying it on the first time I would have to be completely stupid to then go back for two more bouts kicks to the gonads.

I currently feel like I am undergoing a period of torture that has changed from one lot of torture to a completely different set of torture.

This time the tool of effect being that of physical pain after a period of mental pain.

I really cannot seem to win, find a way of winning or even see an avenue towards a method of winning right now.

Oddly those that are tasked to help and those that have a go at others for taking too long themselves .. seem to take too long.

Go figure!

I do tend to be suffering mentally but more of the hair pulling variety and the odd thought of walking in front of a bus rather than physically harming myself, at least not lately.

So we have Ofsted in focus right now and HMCTS possibly positioning themselves in the area of focus?

How could you go to the courts and the law, meant to be there for everyone and how we can claim to be at all civilised as a society, and ask them to allow the Tories to discriminate against a group of people?! Also how can a political party in what is supposed to be a first world country, show their inhumanity in this way and get away with it without repercussions? It simply begs belief!

TRAPPED IN A CHAIR

The Armchair Activist on Facebook has published another post and this time it is about a 24 year old woman called Lorna Taylor .. who suffers with Multiple Sclerosis and has been refused Personal Independence Payments that proves once and for all everything I have stated for five and a half years ..

That the government was going to dump every single disability off the benefits system .. meaning that there first port of call was to take away any financial support so that every single person got the same on the welfare system. But it was never going to end there ..

.. eventually they would have gotten rid of the welfare system altogether down the line and one Tory MP even stated as much in a Russia Today interview that I linked on here and can be found on YouTube.

But this is something that would take years to do and as they like to feign their surprise over the financial crisis you wonder why they would make mention of an intention that they cannot possibly carry out for well beyond five years down the line?

So what else do they know that they are not telling us?!

Also anyone notice the announcements about council tax rises?!

It has already gone way beyond ridiculous and into the realms madness and the figures have long since not been able to add up and it just keeps on going.

According to the story in the link below our beloved Atos .. have been taken to court and found to be dishonest about someone's assessment and ordered to pay £5,000 in damages?!

That is no less than sweet music to my ears and .. ooh yes please, I will take that!

If this occurred with me right now it would completely turn around the absolute mess they turned my life into and I can go right back to where I was and with all the tools I planned to buy but did not acquire .. by doing the job of the public services for them.

There might even be a certain .. person at Arrowe Park Hospital I might visit and state .. "Oh I do not get my money back do I for doing the job the public services are paid to do? Well lookee here and see that? Read it and weep .. arsehole!"

I am amazed it has taken this long for something like this to happen while at the exact same time wondering how they did it?

Yes I do have m own solicitor and I feel fortunate to have one after the very long search to find a representative for my case.

I am also wondering whether or not there will be more and also whether Capita and Maxima will be found guilty in time?

The disabled victim of Atos, Vanessa Haley from Huddersfield, stated the following interesting statement ..

The people behind the website, the Disability News Service, also made the following interesting statement ..

I can assure you that more than 300 people have complained about this. You only need to fnd the news story, which I posted about and linked on here, to find that they are reviewing 1.6 million disability claims.

I would like to see the name PIP, or Personal Independence Payments, gone! I would like the 'Personal' word replaced with 'Disabled' so that it becomes clear what it is for and that they give a shit about people with disabilities.

There was an interesting statement about the victim which was too close to home for me and sent a shiver down my spine ..

She now experiences “constant paranoia” about being misdiagnosed by GPs and other healthcare professionals. She has also begun self-harming.

The victim also stated the following, which was also a bit too close for comfort ..

 “It is rarely absent from my thoughts, and as a result my anxiety is through the roof.”

Well I previously stated that I felt like we was at the beginning .. of the end? After seeing and reading this on Facebook where it was posted on DPAC's Facebook page I am feeling more confident than I have been in a long time.

THE LONG TIME COMING

I have .. stuck my foot out .. metaphorically speaking.

I am not sure what has happened but for the first time in over a week and to my shock I have had some anxiety this morning. Might be something to do with that metaphorical foot? But then that would then be down to someone who has been over the top negative to the point of showing they have an agenda?

But after I got fed up tossing and turning I opened my laptop and saw a tab open in my browser and remembered a news article on the Guardian newspaper's website. This was to do with the mess that is the PIP benefit and what they have been doing to disabled people.

It is not so much that they talk about what a mess it is or what they are doing to people. It is not so much that it refers to mobility cars being taken away from disabled people. No it is more to do with the date the article was published and a reminder that it often takes a fair old while before anything appears in the news media. Though the TV News is far worse than the tabloids in this respect.

The date is the 7th June 2016.

I cannot recall exactly when it was I lost my PIP but .. I think it was later than this? Was trying to recall this yesterday and thought it was later than this by several months but .. now that I think about it it might have been earlier?

I recall the month of October and I did think that was when I first went onto Universal Credit? But then I thought this morning that this was when I was kicked off Universal Credit? But I am also wondering if this was when I first went onto Jobseeker's Allowance?

All I know is that I was on JSA for awhile when I then took the plunge and went onto the New Enterprise Allowance scheme which was in January 2017. Which was all to do with my online blogging I had been building up and working towards for 4.5 years, at the time.

I have so many possibilities presently that any normal person would feel confident. Well .. I was feeling confident.

But you get these moments where you are reminded that barely anything ever goes right and even when it does it only seems to do this momentarily and then goes wrong.

Though I did state to someone recently that maybe this was .. meant to happen, what took place recently?

As always I am terrible at remembering the basic and the mundane and I have forgotten my pills for two days in a row. Whenever that happens I start to wonder if it is three days in a row? My thighs and calf muscles are aching this morning from around 6am which is an absolute definitive sign that I have gone two days at least without my pills. The first two things I will notice, not the more dangerous and unnoticeable ones like blood pressure, are muscle pains from both my legs and heartburn. You might think of it as a reminder but its a damned pain in the rear. I am wondering if the anxiety is now another one as this seems to have occurred before any sign of heartburn?

Forgetting the pains in my legs or the pains in my feet or ankles .. also forgetting the high blood pressure for a moment. The intense anxiety and what it is linked to with mental health is something that they seem to mention in the news reports about PIP returning to where it was previously. Though I am not entirely convinced it was ever on a good position to begin with? I mean, yes just like DLA I had previous to this, before that was taken away for 7 years, I got it and it was taken away. But with DLA it was easier to get awarded. PIP was refused twice some time apart and I had it awarded on an about face decision because I threatened to expose them. It is all on here .. somewhere.

I wonder if someone, somewhere at some .. point will do a break down of how much money these so-called bean-counters and business experts that call themselves the Conservative Party have actually cost this country and its taxpayers?

I never thought I would ever read that or that the government even had a quality control scheme?! I want to know where in the hell these quality control people have been for the last eight years and is it only because of Frank Field's valiant efforts and some crocodile tears that they have now come out and stated something?!

Atos and Capita have never even met their target once, according to the DWP’s current quality control scheme for Personal Independence Payments (PIP)

Bombshell new figures say neither Atos nor Capita – the outsourcing giants paid more than £500m to assess people for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) – are meeting the target of 97% of assessments conforming to standards.

Latest audits show 6.4% of PIP benefit assessments were deemed “unacceptable” in the three months to October 2017.

I would go as far as stating that they are well under for the figure of 6.4% in that last statement from the webpage below. Well, well, WELL below judging from what I have been hearing.

One Type 1 Diabetic I know constantly insisted that Type 1 Diabetics would not nor never be touched by the government and the DWP and insisted that DLA would not go.

Then one day a friend of his with the same condition has him got told he was being transferred over to PIP and had to re-apply all over again. That surprised him. That was around 6 to 8 months ago now.

A few weeks ago another friend of his with the exact same condition but actually missing a leg had his PIP stopped. He got it back on appeal but I could tell from his voice he was now getting a little worried.

A labour voter all his life and after listening to Katie Hopkins in a radio interview recently he stated to me on the phone "You were right. You were right about EVERYTHING!"

What did he do for a living?

Oh he was only a social worker for Camden Council for 25 years!

CALUM'S CALL

Well I have mentioned Calum's List several times over the last couple of years since I first was told about it.

It is a ever growing list of the number of dead people as a result of what the DWP have been doing since around 2011.

That is 2011 .. twenty, eleven.

The list was already damned long when I first saw it and God knows how long it is now.

Now personally I have been trying to get a solicitor via no-win-no-fee, through any one of a dozen advice agencies and rights groups or even pro-bono for several years. To no avail.

Upholding legal rights cost money, so it has appeared for over ten years now.

I am still trying and I have a number of people to contact.

Well I just discovered that he has a Facebook page and added to this they want to issue court action against the DWP.

They are asking for anyone who has lost a family member or friend that they deem is a direct result of the actions of the DWP.

I have now attempted to join the group and will be giving them details of what I have been through previously and what someone .. others and I are going through now and how they stabbed me in the back to boot.

I will also be making them .. privy .. to some exclusive other details.

Just remember this started when Tony Blair was in power and as guilty as Theresa May is .. she is not ultimately responsible and to sop this for good we need to find out exactly who is?

THE TIME THE NAZIS LOOKED BETTER

As strange and as mad as that might sound it is getting there.

The Conservative Party really are doing their utmost to make the Nazis look as good as they could possibly be.

I literally was just told something that I could not believe and I said “Fuck me .. things were better under the Nazis unless you were Jewish. Even then they killed you fairly quickly!” well .. when they got around to it and did not work you to the bone.

But that is also coming.

Someone with Multiple Sclerosis has been turned down for Personal Independent Payments.

So I was told about this Facebook page where this story about being refused PIP for Multiple Sclerosis.

Jesus Christ you wankers at the Conservative Party .. grow a fucking spine and at least offer people voluntary euthanasia. It is far more moral than slowly and quite deliberately killing people and then pretending your getting the jobless numbers down to win brownie points over the piles of bodies!

Apart from being worked until I am nothing but skin and bones I would much rather go straight to the Nazi's gas chambers than live the next few years within the UK.

That is coming from someone who has asked a couple of General Practitioner's years ago if I could have my feet removed and replaced with robotic ones. At least I could have gone back to work back then. But no .. they would rather refuse you every single thing that would help you stay I work or get work and then stand behind you with a proverbial whip and beat you when you slow down from your health problems.

I am getting to the stage where I would be more than happy than to shoot the people that have made these decisions without a single concern for anyone's state of mind, physical pain or just health in general.

I talked someone out of burning down a Job Centre several times, not a million miles away from where I now am in actual fact, but there is going to come a time where they are indeed burned down and it would not surprise me if this was quickly followed by others and spread around the country.

Well I say 'spread around the country' but I am sure that areas that are predominantly made up of people of a certain .. faith these will not get burned because these people are not subjected to the same torture tactics as those that predominantly have their own people. I am just going to give a educated guess with that one. Call it a prediction?

Oops .. it seems I got into a conversation with the lady refused PIP and have been giving advice .. also got into a conversation with someone else who was very happy to hear about this blog, that I was and have been recording stuff for a long time and .. that I am still doing this and in the North West.

The page is on Facebook and is called 'Universal Credit Survival' but it does appear to be a closed group.

Within its page I spotted something that I clicked on that remarks about that with I have constantly harped on about for years before I even started this blog nearly five and a half years ago.

In this instance they are talking about the fact that no one is talking about the link between rent arrears, homelessness and Universal Credit. Though I am sure they have just started to talk about .. well .. Universal Credit and the six week wait. Nothing about missing a whole week. Nothing about the fact that tens of thousands are going to have the worst Christmas ever after thinking the last few cannot possibly get any worse. Well it is just about to get a lot worse for a whole bunch of unfortunate victims who did not see this coming and who I feel extremely sorry for.

So then .. will the powder keg go ahead with its creation and will the names of those responsible for the worst crimes against humanity in peace time be etched into the annals of history for the next several hundred years?

I fear that the first one will be the case and that the second one? Well for those that are involved and directly responsible it is far too late. Except maybe for some damage limitation.

As far as I can tell my personal and new Job Centre seems to be leaking staff like there is no tomorrow and my personal Job Coach, while it lasts, seems to be OK presently. But time will tell ad even if it is all smoke and mirrors I do not think he will get the chance now to show his true colours, that is indeed if there is a more sinister side to him.

I say that because other than one person I called 'The Canary' from another Job Centre I have not met anyone quite this understanding previously.

Ooh yeah .. for those that wondered about my little bird at a previous Job Centre I called 'The Canary'? I previously said that despite the obvious there was a reason that I called her 'The Canary' and that if I ever divulged this it would make some people laugh?

I really couldn't think of a decent title and it's very late, or early depending on your point of view.

I put 'backwards compatible', provided I haven't thought of a better title before I finish, because of you wanted something 'backwards' the UK governments are 'compatible'! Lol.

Yeah it seems my old friends Atos and Capita who I have dearly wanted to meet for many years are back in the news.

It also turns out they were getting a couple hundred million more than some were expecting. I'll say that again, a couple of hundred million more, British pounds, than some were expecting.

This payment is for one some thing ... deceit.

These people are neither qualified in well over two thirds of their tasks nor honest.

They are encouraged to trick disabled people, who I might add is all that they see .. well the genuine ones at any rate. They assess disabled people.

Some I know want to lay blame for these greedy leeches of society and morons on the Tories. I do get annoyed when I hear that and make it very clear these people were already there doing this shit when Tony Blair was in power.

Which begs the $64 Million question...

Was it that Tony Blair was really a Conservative man at heart?

Or is it like many now suspect and that those we vote into power don't actually win the country and someone else does?

I will never forget running into a well spoken lady, could pass for middle-class and a fellow wildlife enthusiast and her exact words to me we "It's like there is a secret government within government?!" I always simply put it that someone other than the government we elect run the country, 'run' being arguable, and probably always have? One can only think of the monarchy after statements like that but there are other possibilities.

WHOOPS-A-DAISY

Well what do we have hear?

Rather bizarrely I had been asking myself whether I should do an update to my situation but didn't want to delve into it.

For almost a year I've been battling the DWP and to be perfectly honest ... I'm doing somewhat better than someone else?

I have been battling the DWP on two fronts ... umm ... well ... it's actually ... three. Lol.

Yeah I've not really mentioned this third one on my blogs and it's kind of very tied in to something I have going on that is on this blog.

It's ... complicated.

This will ask make sense in a couple of months time and in fact for both things I can tell you they both bizarrely and by design both have periods of eight weeks.

Only one starts in a few days and I simply cannot find out when the other one ... started, or if it's started at all.

If for some massive mistake by yet another public service this other one had not stated and will in a matter of days then they will both run concurrently.

As I said, these are linked. If they end up running concurrently this could present me with a problem. Because I need these to finish in a certain order. Wrong order could be problematic.

So I'm not going to go into that, not even the DWP side of things. Not that particular issue at any rate.

But as for the previous two that's been going on since 2016 I can. Well partly. Well I say that as I'm not really sure on one of them. The one not being handled by me.

I have not been told the case is dropped though it had kind of become a moot point. Not entirely a moot point but looks very much like it will be.

The other issue I was refused help on and this was Personal Independent Payments.

Except I seem to have not only handled this in such a way that it would end when it suited me but may not be ending at all?!

Yeah ... it's strange and despite my doing things in a particular way that suited me it seems to have stopped altogether?

I'll get a letter now I've posted this contradicting what I've put? You watch?

Anyway it's gone just how I need it to at any rate and maybe a bit longer than I need it to?

Then, tonight I spotted that story below in the Independent tabloid ... hmm actually isn't the Independent online only now?

According to the Independent's news piece most of the Personal Independent Payment appeals have been won? I must say I'm surprised at this. The courts have held up people's appeals? Great news but then ... I have been sticking out to one area of the HMCTS and then some. Plus ... well they probably have realised something about me reading between the lines on what I've posted.

HMCTS? Sorry, you don't know the half of it, very much quite literally.

One point made by the news report I'm bloody relieved to finally fucking read is that they notice now the system is wrong and broken. Nahh ... I might be relieved to read that bit it's frustrating too as this is by design. It's very much deliberate and they have been inching towards this year on year since Tony Blair was Prime Minister.

What it actually is and should be very obvious and therefore reported on is a complete waste and rip-off of the taxpayers money.

Funny that no one, including their Mickey mouse judges, complain about them taxpayers money, but then everyone at HMCTS gets paid from that very pot like so many others.

Soooo doing well at cut backs and saving money then? Yeah, very much looks like it, not!

Well odd that I saw this get posted just after Theresa May was talking about how wonderful her and her party is towards people.

In what has come as a surprise to me, due to the fact that the DWP and/or government has been revealed to have a series of documents pertaining to how they control the UK news media, something is being published about people coming forward about the DWP's and therefore government's attitude towards human life and suffering.

Also remember when you read this that it is towards disabled people, because they can, and those with debilitating illnesses.

Mind you I say that about controlling the news media but this has come via a site called The Canary.

This means that it will still not widely be seen, unlike say BBC or Sky News where your likely to get millions and not a few tens of thousands.

This is how and why they can, do and have gotten away with it.

Because the majority of people still trust the news and I even have it with friends. They will say one minute that everything is corrupt and there is stuff they are not letting us know. The next minute they would state that if it was this bad why have we not seen it on the TV news?

So even when they kind of know they still raise doubts.

Now this is the clever part of the DWP and British government and has been for some time. No one really believes, or more importantly wants to believe, that a country they live in could possibly treat them like this if they fell on bad times.

Or in other words pretend that these things are not happening. "Clerical errors by idiots" is the common statement I hear from people I know. Just how I refrain from doing an over exaggerated facepalm motion when I hear statements like this ... I do not know.

What I find both hilarious and extremely worrying is that at the moment many believe you only get by if your a liar and corrupt and so these are the ones not being affected. Those that are honest and decent are the ones being wiped out, in favour of dishonesty, the corrupt and amoral. Well, evil basically.

Not a good message to send out to foreign nations, is it not?
