THE EMERGENCY EXITS ARE HERE, HERE & THERE

Well it is a very strange kind of limbo I am currently in. Like an alternate phase between two different realities, or different dimensions you could say.

Now some things really do pop in out of the blue unexpectedly and as some seem to think they come in threes so they have for me of late.

First off a ... tool, literally, that I had wanted to acquire that would help with what I do and add a completely new and much need dimension to things all to do with corruption is within my hands.

Yesterday I attended my GP surgery and due to my condition flaring up I managed to get there twenty minutes late at 4.40pm and yes that time is afternoon and I assure you its infuriating. This had me apologising profusely and though he did not mind, I did. This apologising also reminded me of something I have been forgetting to tell him for several months in that I seem to lose time. Quite literally so and the sorts of times you hear about with ... err alien abductions, lol. Hours...as opposed to minutes.

Now it also turned out he is also concerened about my 'new' condition that seems to be quite stubborn. I had another bout of it but pain only around level 5 and a brief belching of an aroma that had my alarm bells going off like Big Ben. Oh dear. I explained that there were to factors to consider I had taken note of during all these bouts and they are onions being involved in each occurence and lactobacilis being involved in all remissions.

He said he wanted a series of blood tests performed, oddly some like a blood count I had done not long ago, which was normal at the time.

I was rather surprised when I pulled them out of my bag earlier today at a friends shop to find there were four sheets of paper. 'Crikey' I thought, 'another four tests' when I then noticed that one sheet appeared to have 7 tests alone on it, meaning a possible ten all told? Shivver me timbers!

Then this morning I had to letters through the door and from two different departments of the Department of Work and Pensions?! Two, I hear you say?

Yes, one stated that they had passed my request on, so who the feck called me I dunno. They had also stated that a form asking me what I want had been sent to me and I had claimed I had not received anything?! Err first off I fecking told them a dozen times already and SECONDLY they sent me prinouts of all the emails I sent them?!

So are they now stating they did not know what I wanted and just sent me my own fecking documents along with a form requesting what I wanted that never turned up for documentation I have now been asking them repeatedly for for a whole fecking year?!

Ask yourself how much of YOUR taxes have gone to how many people working on this for a whole fecking year?!

LMAO!

It gets better as you will see from the scans of these documents and the Phlaebotomy, blood test forms, I provide below that they sent me a copy of my own email stating clearly send all documentation you have on me?!

Now admittedly I forgot to state that this was regarding NHS documentation within that single line and maybe not put in that line bout would have been mentioned within the email and in all previous emails I sent to them!

They are all on here anyway and there really is no getting around this fact. But I will play the game and I have a form they sent me, which despite what they say they did not do so previously, and I will put this in the POST as well as in email and I will post up on this blog evidence that I have done this as and when I do it in the coming days.

Right first up are the Phlaebotomy Request Forms (Blood Tests)...

Now this is nothing to do with either my Fibromyalgia (FACT), Right Knee Issue (speaks for itself) but maybe my Oesophagitis but then again maybe not, i.e. could be Crohn's Disease, Coeliac Disease or something else or could be an inbalance of bacteria within the gut that can take 6 months of Lactobacilis casei (think Yakult) to regain equilibrium? Possibly, I am guessing, bought about via food poisoning or bad hygiene I have trouble keeping on top of here at home?

A reminder of the only 60 page plus package they sent that consisted only of email printouts to and from them?!

Also I may remind you that the sole intention of contacting them in the first place was to acquire the NHS documentation and that is it and that is all!

This was because I knew the documentation was based on falsified information either by them or because that they had requested it of several GPs and that upon requesting them they would then vanish because not only could I take legal action against them, which they would wrongly not see as a threat, but that the GPs they requested to lie about me upon the forms and documentation would take legal action against them.

That was the sole theory that existed for me and nice as it would have been to actually have been sent the offending documentaion it was not feasable that this would be the case and was highly likely the documentation I can prove over and over they possessed would mysteriously disappear.

TO THOSE THAT GIVE ATOS

Right, pay attention class!

Just recently I had a row with both Atos and the DWP, no answer from ICE yet and I guess they feel that correspondence with light sarcasm they are allowed to be rude and unprofessional over? Must be in a rule book somewhere under their desks?

First I had an appointment with Atos that I did not attend. I was then asked by the DWP why I had not attended, despite the fact that this has happened dozens of times previously and 6 in the last two years...or was it 5? Anyway! They then made a second appointment for a benefit I never claimed for and totally denied having made the previous date. Then they claimed that in our history I had never requested a Home Visit, despite the fact I have three letters on here apologising for not arriving to arranged Home Visits to the very property I now sit in.

Sheesh! Then they made a THIRD appointment in Lambeth in South London when I am in Enfield which is very technically OUTSIDE of North London, as it does not have a London postcode but does called London Borough of Enfield.If they went much further they would have ended up is Surrey before very long, if your NOT familiar with the geography of London, lol. I find it both disgusting and oddly amusing that the taxpayers are paying this one of many incompetently run organisations and yet no one does anything. Please note I say 'does' and not 'says' because talk is cheap and thats all anyone ever does. I can talk and hold a conversation but in times of things going wrong or indeed peril even there is no time for talk when it costs money no one has and I get down and get the job done.

Look at the archives of this blog. I have got the job 'DONE' hudreds of times since I started it 2.5 years back and was trying to get the 'job done' for many years before I even started to blog.

One person alone cannot do this and they know this. They know it because they think people are both naive and fickle and will just trust anything they are fed, especially if it is via the media.

But there comes a time when you have to face facts presented and start to ask yourself questions. How can it possibly be that this one man have done all this for this amount of time and so many times over and yet all these organisations we pay to protect us have not only failed to discover it all but walked away from doing anything when presented with incontrivertible evidence?

That is the part that one man alone cannot achieve. Quite unfortunately questions such as these need a very large number to ask simultaneously.

This is also where others can possibly get into the limelight themselves for also being a highly moral do-gooder?

Anyhoo I recently sent off 6 emails each to the DWP and Atos and different sections within each, hmm I thought it was 18 but I think its more 24 or 30 even, explaining that I cannot and will not attend the third appointment in Lambeth. Kind of did that to just make them look pathetic as I believe this is a bit of fun, helps expose them to more visitors on here and ... gets under their skin. Well unless they are not completely thick?! I mean you would have to be would you not? 

Well either that or they are of the strong belief that the British People are made up of entriely amoral and self cantred people or entirely naive and thick people or both. Because these are the only reasons that you would not be concerned about recordings and documents becoming public knowledge, especially when I have something around 200,000 people have visited my pages thus far and obviously this large number is just going into orbit within 2015?

I have no idea which of these it is or whether it is both. There are some things that no matter how clever my plans or ideas are I could never find out. Well that is without coming into contact face to face with those that plan these things. This would mean not the naive front line people, or is that amoral front line people, but the puppet masters themslves.

Situations like that may somehow present themselves at some point during 2015 but I have no theories on how this would happen. Sometimes there are occurences that are totally unexpected so I could never rule out everything but it is hard to envisage. I more see this as being .... several other people's or groups of people's claim to fame. At several points in quarters 2 to 4 of 2015 and throughout 2016. I tend to think that Ed Milliband now will not win the General Election, to my utter surprise, due to the smear campaign that is going on in the media. So the Conservative's will likely get in again and I do not think that is going to go down well with a large number of people. Especially when a journalist from a newspaper who sounded like a Tory supporter herself moaned about people in the UK complaining about austerity and stated that it has not even started yet, austerity is yet to come and will get a lot worse?! Well hang on a fecking minute here my dear, your precious Tories have been telling us how well they have been doing?! Now you sit there flapping your lips like the British public should have known for the last 5 years it was bullshit so serves the poor right while the Conservative's get back in again and then go to town on everyone?!


I could say I would feel sorry in the not too distant future at the idiotic and naively stupid things some journlists have said, or indeed not said, in their respective tabloids. In fact its for one very reason that should be now pointed out to help set this blon in cast iron ...

I would not do anything to make myself look completely blind, incompetent or even just plain emoral at some leter date! No matter HOW MUCH later that date is!

Well lets hope they all do not turn out to be a list of Jimmy Saviles?! Were they get found out after they are dead?!

The best form of deterrent, for most, is looking embarrassingly stupid to all and never being able to work in that field again. This only occurs if there is still breath left in your body.

That reminds me I am...working on something along these lines right now. Oddly it inolves a public service I need to...still do a post of all their recordings and documentation on in my series ' A Series of...'... no wait, what did I call them?!

Anyway, whatever I called the series I need to publish one regarding the Police. I have ... much stuff on the Police that has never been posted on here. Some not yet and some will not be due to the amount of time constraints. However...as I said I am kinda working on something that will involve recordings and it will involve...recordings. I have no idea when this will happen or indeed when I will post it. But its a pretty safe bet that it will and I WILL POST IT. This will be separately from the other collated evidence post in that series...I cannot remember the name of!

Anyway I had a text to my phone this morning from Atos, thats a first....err I think, reminding me of the bloody appointment in Lambeth where they just simply give you any old pathetic excuse as to why they will say no, despite the fact that they also cannot class me or indeed many others as FIT for work. Legally they cannot its as simple as that. You cannot say that any individual can perform something that they cannot no more than you can say black is white even if you think that if you say it enough times people will thinks black is actually called white. Lol, I say that because sometimes this is how it comes across to me. It is why I always refer to them as incompetent!

Hmm unless of course they are right in their estimations? Even so they would still be liars and cheats...not forgetting fraudsters even if their evaluation of the British Public is correct.

I do not believe this for if I had I would not have wasted the last 7 years of my life working towards the creation of this blog! LOL!

I kinda like that reference! I particularly hate long references, by which I men more than a dozen alphanumericals, but I thought this one might give a few of my readers...hundreds of my readers...thousands of my readers a bit of a laugh?

I am getting sick and tired of rerpeating myself to you liying idiots and absolutely and utterly mesmerized at your level of stupidity in your attempts to be disghonest and corrupt in that I do not know quite how you think that the British Public on the whole will now not see you for the fraudsters that you are?!

I have sent three departments 6 emails each stating that I cannot and WILL NOT attend the latest assessment, which in all honesty I thought was yesterday.

These 18 emails do not include the emails I have sent you all regarding each and every appointment you ever made, a vital clue to your incompetence in how you have repeatedly played into my hands dozens of times is also quite obviously repeatedly lost on you too! Adding to the pile of evidence of your incompetence and corruption in a rather large way.

I have only revealed my ... 'BLOG' in recent times to you and everyone elase I published evidence on. However it has not occurred to anyone that considering that I kept my 'BLOG' under wraps for over two years that there is therefore a very strong possibility that I have not divulged...EVERYTHING?!

Your ... 'Puppetmasters' are so terribly stupid and so easily manipulated that I am constantly being surprised at just how easy it was and still is to carry on doing what I am doing. There is also a long list of things that are very much key to what goes on and every few days or weeks has something else occur that if I divulged would be akin to the calamit that would ensue had a ... fox gotten into a hen house.

But these and those yet to occur are all surprises intended for a later date.

I am also seeing evidence of my ... 'handy work' a lot more often in the most obvious places that are obviously for my benefit, again and despite not being you a lavel of incompetence that is absolutely stunning for people running, or supposed to be, large corporations at someone else's expense and I mean that in every sense including literally.

So would you please take note yet again ...

I CANNOT AND WOULD NOT ANYWAY ATTEND YOUR UMPTEENTH APPOINTMENT ON THE 12th NOVEMBER, or whatever date it was!!

Yeesh!

I was pottering about today and was planning to see a friend this afternoon. But due to a favour I was doing and then a little...accident I am confined to the house untilfar too late.

In fact I only have 21 minutes at the time of typing so not going to happen.

So while so stuff was downloading I was playing some music and getting some things done that have needed my attention for months. Kitchen, tidying up, silcone sealing some corners of an aquarium to use as a housing for my Yellow Bellied Toads, Bombina kolombatovicii. The usual, lol.

Crap! Just remembered I was changing my passowrd to an account when I found the email I am pasting below. Just the usual bullshit stuff, (squeaky girly voice) .. "ooh were so sorry, thats a different department to us bullshite, its your fault you have had to ask the same thing over and over again because we have different departments and unable to press buttons, even though there is a video of US oin YouTube telling a person with one finger they can still work because they can press a button, even though we have eight fingers and too incompetent to press just one, ITS ALL YOUR FAULT!"

LMAO!

Remember this is for an application for Personal Independent Payments, so what disabled people apply for as this is the new Disability Living Allowance. SO this is what everyone goes through! Well also please note that if I remember correctly it was sometime before Christmas, yes LAST CHRISTMAS, when I applied for this. So a year then give or take a month or two.

I still have not had the letter stating yay or nay on the health documentation from them and as everything else its all on here when I applied. Hmm I am sure I applied literally a week or two before my last GP, which was definately before Christmas. I was with them for 7 months and been with the current one around 4 or 5. There was a period of a month or two between the last two and two or three between the previous and the GP before that one. I think. Lol.

Well it is all on here so the dates of how bloody long they have taken can be all ckecked, lol. So yeah it is about a year, unless they want to go for a FOURTH appointment whereby I have to then tewll them yet again for the umpttenth time, welll I lost count, that I cannot make it?! If so its a fair bet that it might be in Birmingham next time around? If you have not been on here much then I am NOT from Birmingham, nor do I live in Birmingham.

You will get the point eventually, lol.

I shall do as you request. I shall break down a few pointers too that are going to land some organisations in some very hot water as for as the public are concerned.

I say that because I am well aware and have been for sometime now that there is no one that any member of the public can threaten you with, because all involved are as bad as each other..

Unfortunately for all the public services, their governing bodies and ombudsman I knew this from day one. Quite bizarrely when I did make my blog and the publications common knowledge to these public services, been common knowledge among the British public for sometime now and this rises by over 10,000 per month and rising, they only checked about themselves on the blog.

However I clearly stated two and a half years ago when I started that I will...

1 Show the public all documentation that went previously

2 Provide Recordings I had been making for two years and ...

3 Would watch me repeatedly ask for help and make applications and to wathe how the same lies and excuses come over and over again...

4 That threatening with ombudsman want put so much as an eyelash out of place...

5 Because they are just as corrupt and to consider...

6 How many public services and ombudsman here are, how much of the public taxes they take and what they do each time I approach them?!

I think its safe to say that I am sure you can imagine it does not make great reading?

If I missed anyone believe me when I say its in a very small percentage.

What public services should have done is once I made my blog known to them they should have then checked up on everyone they are themselves connected with indirectly or otherwise and did a search of them on my blog.

They should have also performed a search for secretly recorded audio. OOPS!

I know and have for sometime that the NHS have been sodding me around at your request. Now stop for a moment. Think about this. I so often hand details on a plate that are completely failed to be picked up on by every single person an taxpayers wages I have ever contacted bar NONE! Repeatedly. As is the only way.

This serves to not only make the public services look guilty it is to show the British public that complete morons are employed at their expense by other complete morons!

The beauty of it all was that in each and every case I had a genuine concern even to the heights of being extremely serious and very, very potentially fatal to dozens if not hundreds of people. Who knows maybe even thousands?

So I have repeated this over and over with each and every single public service and their associated partners. 

The best part is that those that would be considered the most dangerous to take on would not be worth mentioning here as you would just think I am nuts anyway. However....the details and the evidence to back up everything I say is all on my blog.

Now back to the hint, I know that the NHS and a great many GP Surgeries and Hospitals have been lying to patients and even falsifying test results. I have not one lot of evidence but dozens collected over a 6 year period but with documentation going back fifteen to twenty years.

I knew I would get turned down in each and every approach I made. In fact it was what I was banking on all along. Little did I know just how many great details wopuld come my way?! I placed a Freedom of Information Request with you several months ago and I totally forgot all about it....get it?! (Whoa way over your head!) Tsk-tsk! You people need to return to school because your severaly lacking in the puzzle element department!

I shall continue...I had a phone-call from the DWP from a lady apologising for the reply to the FOI being very late as well as informing me that not a single piece of medical evidence by way of dozens of letters, emails and recorded audio I sent in can be found! I was told that I would be contacted in two weeks time by letter whether they found any documentation or not!

Oddly the NHS also seemed to mislay my records for nigh on 2 years! Only now have they turned up and the last GP, who kicked me off his register because the NHS called him to tell him I had been recording him which is not illgegal and therefore not a good enough reason to kick me off. I digress. The last GP I was registered with for 7 months before they booted me and would you believe that they never even received my medical records in that time?! Good job I was not dangerously injured, eh?!

If your organisation now states that it would be just easy to deny the fact that someone called me and stated my health evidence was missing and that therefore I did not request to know why then I had been refused DLA FIVE times and PIPS I am about to be refused for the first time, though it has taken you a WHOLE FECKING YEAR to process your bullcrap, I seriously urge you to reconsider!

Trust me it would not be a....WISE decision. If you have doubts I suggest you read through this email again. If you still have doubts then I suggest you read it again and so on and so forth until the penny....DROPS!

PLAY THE LEAD TO A MERRY DANCE

Right now first off I will inform you there is a NHS post coming with some surprising findings. It will show that one of two things are currently going on both of which are damning to a certain ... surgery. This is because they can only have one excuse...one answer to something I spotted and it simply wont wash because they simply did not need it.

The other possibility will raise an eyebrow! I told a mate today about it in person and it took a few seconds to take it on board. He simply said "Hang on? Thats TWO now this has happened to?!" before I said that it might not be the case and could be something else. However I then explained in detail, explain in the upcoming post, that this meant that a large sum of money was being spent when it did not need it. It was clear to me that the surgery in question was only surpassed by my current one out of 6 locally, SIX!

Once again I will leave it to others to come to their own conclusions.

Now I have had another response from Atos and its better than 'The computer says no' as apparently despite having computers they are fully unable to communicate with each other, have different departments for assessing (I refer you to the first point) and the computers are unable to provide their operators with the relebvent information so they do not lie to their 'customers' as they call them and like to state how important we are to them.

Also remember that these excuses are coming from the...ooh wait a minute...yes, Senior Complaints Manager.

I have forgotten what I posted and what I have not and so am just posting the complete email correspondence below. Also note that I have emailed several others, to which I point out to the Senior Complaints Manager and have not had a reply.

It is funny how much you can insinuate to the point of almost drawing a diagram that certain inactions will only make them look not only guilty but do not care and it completely passes them by!

Oh and remember, these people are being paid out of British taxes and it seems there are different assessment departments for different benefits?! WHAT?!

There are still many things staring them in the face that I have dropped plenty of hints at and yet none of them have picked up on it. Trust me I would know if they had because they would react!

I am now able to respond to your email of 2 nd October 2014.

Further medical evidence was requested but this was insufficient to recommend that you meet the Support Group (SG) or that a home visit was necessary, which is why you were asked to attend an assessment.

We appreciate you have provided copious amounts of information; however, we are unable to advise that you meet SG criteria.

We have previously explained why a home visit was not authorised and I have nothing further to add to what has already been stated.

For your information, customers who are in receipt of a benefit are periodically referred to Atos Healthcare for advice and the majority of those are required to attend an assessment at some point. It is noted you have not been seen since 200 8 when you claimed Incapacity Benefit and it would have been helpful to be able to provide the DWP with an up to date picture of how your condition currently affects you. It may be useful to explain that ESA is different to IB and the criteria to reach benefit threshold is different. You can find out about ESA and the WCA on the DWP website, in particular, the ESA214 will be of particular interest regarding the criteria that needs to be met in order to meet benefit threshold.

We do offer home visits; however, as previously explained, we do require supporting medical evidence to show why a home visit is required. We have not received sufficient medical information in yo ur case to warrant offering a home visit. There is no record of you being offered a home visit due to an IB or ESA referral s. Whilst it is possible y ou may have been offered a home visit in relation to a previous DLA claim; the criteria for this is v ery different to ESA.

As you failed to attend the appointment booked for the 2 nd October, your ESA referral has been closed and returned to the DWP office dealing with your claim. Form BF223 h as been sent to you for you to complete and return to the Decision Maker explaining why you did not attend the appointment.

I have been advised that you currently have a live Personal Independent Payment (PIP) referral. Any concerns about this should be directed to the PIP Customer Service Team at

I have been lied to get again by Atos and my questions/complaint has not been dealt with, well there is a surprise. 

First off no documentation regarding my health exists with you or the DWP and I have had a phone call from the dwp stating this and apologising for it. Ooh did I forget to mention that recording?! Yes that was awhile ago now. 

So your statement that you requested medical evidence and s bit sufficient is built crap too. You have not contacted my gps as I asked them. Oh yes and I do mean gps,  PLURAL, because I have caught two GPs in a row lying about conditions, drugs, dosages and the existence of NHS Departments. I also have two Doctors falsifying ultrasound tests and in the last four years I have recorded every meeting I ever had with anyone. 

Unfortunately the GPs kicked me off there register after I told them I knew what was going on. They attempted to falsely label me as first mad, second violent and when this failed accused me of breaking the law by secretly recording public services for four years! 

Oops, so you have not contacted my latest GP, as you would not know who they were, and nor the last, unless of course your willing to tell me that my previous GP did get contacted from you, put in the letter what he was told to and lied to me about it?! 

That really WOULD make my year! 

You might find that a bit of a problem proving the contents of the letter he may have been instructed to write. Let me just say that there is an easily proceed lack of professionalism which is very easily proved, ergo I possess proof, and leave it at that. 

Hmm now what's next? Oh yeah.. 

1 Your the complaints department, another blatant rip off of British taxes, and yet you have made no comment at all about the lies about Home Visits bit being made! 

2 The fact that I have had Home Visits before therefore means that I qualify,  Fibromyalgia is a progressive condition and once again you expose your own lack of knowledge in the world of medicine. 

3 You have made no remark I came across about the fact I was told that you claimed you did not make an appointment in August?! But you seem to be admitting I have a pending claim for PIPs soon...  are you saying I am right or something else? 

4 So your insisting on sticking with the line 'well you qualified for a Home Visit severance times in the past but despite the fact we are claiming to have letters staying your Fibromyalgia (the dozens of symptoms I have told you and the DWP of for a decade, which you did not have for ALL PREVIOUSLY AGREED HOME VISITS), Oesophagitis Grade C (sudden vomiting without warning), Hiatus Hernia (severe heartburn), painful groin from your inguinal hernia repair and the knee problem which I have a letter about from 3 years ago or more and have a confirmed diagnosis of on tape diagnosed by Dr Kirkham at Guy's Hospital the same time he diagnosed the Fibromyalgia, but later incompetent omitted to former from the letter as per instructed? 

Are you serious? Really?! Please remember while I laugh and smile that this would have been on my blog for 12 hours or more by the time you read it!

It seems you have had something further to add to what has already been stated?!

Well what do you know? After denying making arrangements to come to my home on threee seperate occasions and recently denying you made an appointment for me in August 2015 after asking you why you made the second one in October 2015 it now turns out you have written to me with a third appointment?!

Is your corrupt organisation going after a record breaker?

I laughingly showed the letter to several people that had no idea a year ago how corrupt you and the DWP are along with the government. They were first speechles over the location in Lambeth, South London I mean could you GET any further away from Enfield while still being in London?! Then when they saw the time of 9am after they were shown your email about how you do not deliberately do that to people they just laughed before then getting annoyed.

You really could not have exposed yourself any more if you had tried!

Now I then posted it immediately on my blog so that everyone can now see that only one of two possibilitites exists...

1 Your definately corrupt or...

2 Your definately incompetent

Or both of course?!

I also explained another possibility and that is that your organisation has not been able to get out of the contract becase you have been threatened by the British government with having all the blame at your door?

As stated this has been explained on the blog @ asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.co.uk and nothing on this blog can be undone.

I would also like to explain once again my reasons for not turning up are the exact same as they were the last 6 times I did not turn up and added to this my health has taken a dramatic downturn. But then if you kept abreast of the blog, only complete and utter morons would not be perusing it regularly, you would know this.

I could not even tell you what is up but I assure you that death was an inviting proposition! I had an emergency response unit come to my home late one night and only found out he was an emergency response guy when I was in Barnet Hospital having a barrage of tests primarily looking for stomach or colon cancer!

I have had diarrhea for 9 weeks now and this has been joined with severe abdominal and back pain with severe vomiting and emmiting sulphur like aromas from everywhere. Oh yes and blood.

What you also have failed to realise is that in all your decisions of the last two years I now know that you have no medical evidence of mine at all, at least that is whjat was stated in a telephone call to me apologising from the DWP?!

Now as I stated to the lady on the phone, who was not part of PIPS/DLA/ESA/ATOS and is responsible for their extremely late Freedom Of Information request, which I have also made to you with no response, how have you refused me my applications for DLA five times in the last two years?! She did not know! I also informed her that there was an application going on right now and in the process of being refused for the sixth time and she was completely confused and did not know what to say.

So once again...

2 I REQUEST a HOME VISIT for the FIFTH...oh I have lost count!!

3 I have Fibromyalgia that causes a dozen areas of pain one being heels which is why I dont do public transport, MEMORY LOSS, other symptoms that make it terrifying to travel and an aversion to it! Oh yes and best of all is the sleep depravation which happens most of the time!!! In other words its common for me to not get to sleep until 3am to 8am and not wake up until midday, rather bloody annoyingly.

Now please NOTE:

You do not have one excuse in my case, you have way over a dozen! All clearly linked to Fibromyalgia and not including a real physical problem now diagnosed in my right knee. I have still not PLAYED THE RECORDING AT GUY'S HOSPITAL BACK AGAIN to find out what this was. I was too busy screaming in pain and it was conveniently left out of the letter to my last GP. Oh and I should now mention that I passed by it yesterday and is now the second GP practise I have been registered with to close in as many years!!

That is another point you have failed to pick up on. I was already told by a GP you were lying and so were the DWP and that you lied about a previous GP of mine regarding the forms being filled in. Oddly enough she was the one that first spotted my knee and I know that the hospital rerferrals had the hospitals go out of their way NOT to diagnose it. One referal even shifting focus from my knee entriely to my feet, then did x-rays I knew where just to fob me off and I was already well aware X-Rays do nothing and they knew it.

You see thats been going on for a very long time and quite unfortunately for eveyone, you and the DWP included, I knew this and recorded every meeting I had for several years. This spans 5 GP Surgeries and God knows how many Doctors along with no less than FIVE hospitals consisting of...

1 Chase Farm Hospital

2 St Michaels Hospital

3 Royal Free Hospital

4 Barnet Hospital

5 Cannot remember fifth

This also includes documentation from other hospitals going back TWENTY years including...

North Middlesex Hospital

Whipps Cross Hospital

Probably others I have forgotten?

I then spent two whole years publishing what I had on my blog and predicted what you would all do over the next three years and carried on recording and publishing as I went.

A brother of mine who now want to find legal representation to take a public service to court for malpractise involving manslaughter was shocked to hear I had collected around 100GB of data.

So I am giving you fair warning once again to all this and I have also made something very cclear to you that when bought up in court will have any accusations about me redundant and will be thrown out. It is quite obviously in your face and down to you to work out asndf not for me to tell you. That is how it works and how I cover myself while making you all look bad.

In other words I am giving you opportunities over and over again to do the right thing and stop the lies and corruption. If you fail to over and over again you simply just carry on proving me correct, its hardly rocket science.

Oh so you have a computer but am unable to look up the fact that you have been constantly sending me out letters fort appointments all over the shop?!

Hmm convenient you might think but I am afraid as one of my skills is as an IT professional that the reason given is lame at best.

My word your organisation must have been receiving a ridiculous amount of money if your departments are so far apart that you are completely unable to correspond!

As you have used this as an excuse, the different departments and the ESA/PIPS things I should point out too and return the favour by stating that I never made a claim for ESA, EVER so your argument falls through a giant hole in the floor. So how is it that you send out letters to make appointments you have received no paperwork on?

Its completely dunce. How could you perfrom an assessment on someone without knowing what their conditions are and if you were genuinely trying to catch out fraudulent people as both yourselves and the DWP, government love to do how can you catch them out without the relevant information in front of you?

Bearing in mind it is clear to one and all that you can lose dozens of files and several departments within the DWP and yourselves completely fail to notice, despite making these ... appointments. Are we there yet?

I HAVE INFORMED YOU OF THIS MANY TIMES AND IS CLEARLY POSTED SUCH ON MY BLOG THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER MADE A CLAIM FOR ESA.

If your sole purpose is to assess someones mobility, which your clearly not very good at which I and many others have proved and you should try searching yourselves on YouTube, then WHY do you have different departments? One for feet, one for legs, one for arms and hands?

How is it that you use computers but are unable to forward emails?

Oh and I already did email the PIPS email address as well as the ministers@dwp.gov.uk and the DWP including the DLA department in Wales, as this still very much concerns them going back many years. As it now turns out!

The funny thing is that I was aware that you cleared someone for PIPS who has Fibromyalgia and I mentioned this previously. You did this without even assessing her and yet I have now met her, trust me she is only a friend (loosely) of a friend and I can assure you that, like I told my friend, she does not have Fibromyalgia and lied to my friend stating they tested her and it was positive for Fibromyalgia. She moved onto Fibro after telling everyone, and me when I forst spoke to her, that she had Lupus. My friend had lent her money and she stated that my spotting she was lying, took mere minutes, made sense because she saw her a week before somewhere and she was "as fit as a fiddle". She realised I was smart and I would figure her out and seeing my posts get posted about on Facebook deleted me from her friends list only a couple of weeks after she put me on it at her request.

Oops! Had your organisation EVER turned up to ANY of the three Home Visits you claimed never occurred, once again COIMPUTERS and I do not want to here excuses because logistically as a company you should have failed years ago with oversights like that, then you would know that I really am not one to play games with.

I am afraid that this is where all your arguments all fall down. I am a stickler on many things and I do not like cheats, frauds and thieves and after all that is why my most popular blog by a ten mile stretch exists, the one on corruption that your company is heavily featured on. This is all plain to see on my blog, as well as my other blogs and has been for two and a half years. Also backed up by the fact that all my application forms were consistent for over ten years, oh but you lost them all didn't you?

So how about forwarding emails on before the damage I cause gets blamed upon you for not forwarding on and therefore the right people not spotting the shipwreck/mistakes/oversights coming their way that could prove...fatal to your company?

After all the very first question that the next inquiry into running of the DWP and its links to you will ask is ...

Why have we handed these responsibilities to an organisation that as a company is extremely badly run and made catastrophic errors that BUSINESS 101 school would teach you not to make?

Yeah I am afraid to inform you that computing degrees also include business modules on how large corporations are run and how they use IT, ergo computers. Not how you run a cornber shop somewhere.

THE FINAL WORD

I have an email from Atos that has made it clear that as expected is the last email from them.

For the fourth time she has made no comments to either the complaints I put to them highlighted in bold font and not has she made any remarks to the deliberate mistakes I pointed out in the last email I received from her.

Forgetting the fact that I am not travelling in pain with a risk of several embarrassing things taking place or the risk of me thumping someone selfish and rude, as there are a great many out there, there remains the problem that...

For each and every time I have contacted them over the last ten years I have consistently told them I have insomnia. Which now tallies up, as do the other dozen symptoms I told Atos/DWP about, with the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia but they have consistently made appointments for around 9am?!

This was a deliberate move on my part as I knew they were doing this quite deliberately. From the moment I told them about the Insomnia they knew that making appointments for the morning and several bus rides away was never going to happen.

Well it was never going to happen anyway but they did not know that. They never knew this at ask in the last five years since they unfairly cancelled my Disability Living Allowance even though the number of symptoms had increased a considerable amount since I was first awarded DLA around 2006. In fact it's a great deal worse than you might think because in 2006 they disregarded all my ailments and awarded it on just one. This was a symptom of Fibromyalgia but this was only discovered, by my own research and manipulation of NHS staff obviously keeping the diagnosis from me, 7.5 years later. Then confirmed a few months later at Guy's Hospital along with the shocking/painful revelation that my right knee was a separate and physical defect. Still not listened to the tape to find out what that Doctor stated my knee condition is.

As due my right knee my money is still on Torn Meniscus because three GPs back both my GP at the time and her locum both diagnosed this without knowing the other had also done so. So it's not my diagnosis but two that were made four years ago. I have a GP letter from four years ago stating I have a right knee problem!

There are a couple of things I have quite deliberately left out. I can now tell you what one is but the other had gone... ooooh!

Right OK back to the ooh on the following point but just to nail it home once and for all as far as the Department of Work and Pensions and Atos Healthcare are concerned and their deliberate lying and/or incompetence is concerned..

The GP that diagnosed the Torn Meniscus and was concerned about ask my other symptoms, including vomiting and about of time my Oesophagitis had persisted? Well this was the GP that did tell Atos and the DWP about my conditions and filled in and sent in a form.

You know? This is just two documents of a pile of them that have now gone missing at both the DWP and Atos and is yet another fact put to that Atos woman she failed to comment on!

On this blog is a DWP letter to me which I showed to the GP at the time, he went mad and called them liars, when it stated that I was turned down for my DLA fire like the third time since listing it because "the GP filled in the form wrong"! When she explained this was a pack of lies she stated that in the event that a form is filled out wrong it has been standard practice for years that the DWP/DLA send the form straight back to the GP Surgery. In fact she raised an eyebrow to this being an excuse to turn me down. I smiled and reassured her that I was well aware it was lies and that I fully expected this, it was what I had previously had, lies, and that I was going to get this several more times over the next couple of years, cataloguing everything as I went.

Oh dear! Should try reading more sid they not and getting this to carry out the corruption with some intelligence? But then if they employed anyone too intelligent, despite the patronising tone, they would have realised they were being used as morons to take the fall for the corruption. Hmm I think I have a theory and a simple one to stop this from ever happening in the future?

I warn you there is nothing contained within it. Expecting some sort of remark about the points I raised? Uh-uh!

But before I do paste it I will tell you this...

Now remember I am also accusing the NHS and just about every level of it being corrupt and helping the DWP? Well I have been contacted by Which? Magazine again and the first time was about Unmuting complaints about the UK's public services. Only I contacted them and have them the heads up about how it all works and the address of my blog. Now they have a campaign going on to do primarily with the NHS this time about things they have been hearing have been going on and that no complaints procedure exists and what does is... well crap!

Sound familiar? This that have visited this blog long enough will probably be aware that I contacted the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman two years ago and they have been giving me the run around every since and every time I go though one procedure they tell me to they then suddenly discover another path I need to take before they deal with my complaint! I contacted the PHSO prior to being lied to by a GP who then proceeded to show his incompetence by working his way through a list of possible false allegations. That was two years ago and I had contacted the PHSO long before this too regarding being fobbed off by the Orthopaedics Department using a lie once again. I did so precis to that over something I have now forgotten.

Well you see regardless of who I contact, like Which Magazine or campaign groups, or what the subject is on they will then come on here and see all the other things I have done. They may come on for the nhs but then realise that there are between two, half a dozen of two dozen of the Police, Local Councils, the DWP/DLA/PIPS/ESA, Atos Healthcare, HMRC, CSA along with almost all the Ombudsman and a few other organisations.

There is nothing better than eye widening perspective backed up by a mountain of documents, recorded audio/video, emails and screen shots.

Oh I digress. I was meant to move into another little detail I deliberately held back? Yes well now ask yourself if I have the right to be angry when i'm refused help when liars are paid several times what I am refused?

Remember I am being lied to and know it while they lie to the rest of the British Public about everyone being in it together and equally? Well his they work that out when people are not exactly rolling in it beige hand and then lost 60 to 70 percent of their financial support. So did everyone with mental health issues. At the bottom end of the pay scale this is. Now show me where those at the top have been cut back by the same amount?! You can't and in fact it had been bought up several times about then getting a pay rise of more than that they took away from disabled people!

FACT!

I digress again. I keep forgetting. That's my trouble I just keep forgetting! Many things I do and many arguments I make had reasons staring then in the face. Something I have done for years not realising is an actual symptom. I have the symptom previously but stated that this was down to the amount of pain I experienced because this is what a long list of bad Doctors told me and they were wrong!

I FORGET! OOPS!

Now even if I was in a position to be able to get to a job and that I would actually be better off, impossible without DLA, who is going to take on a 45 year old who can vomit without warning, come in his late most days, forget things up to a dozen times a day and not turn up for several days to several weeks every Spring, Autumn and during periods of very hot weather? Then punch someone's lights out due to the stress of the pain and unpredictable embarrassing moments!

Yes that's gonna work out just fine for everyone! Oh yes but you have to do what they all do in the public services... lie... until you vomit all over your bosses lunch time fish and chips and have some explaining to do or misplaced a large about of money, car or something else important or expensive?

Then while I am doing all this who gets my shopping because I would not be able to bring back anything?!

This is why it is called a fecking disability you pathetic excuses for human beings! Sorry I mean politicians along with those ultimately responsible for this inhuman way of life just to make money on other people's misery, pain or misfortune. No wonder they do not like Obamacare! Have to come here to a country where that money making model just does not work.

So have you decided whether they are lying and taking your taxes as large salaries or just plain incompetent and taking your taxes... fraudulently? Lol.

Oh dear. Hmm now I know I must have forgotten several other points...

EDIT: Oops I forgot to paste that email in! Go figure! It also seems my reputation precedes me locally. Just had a knock at the door from Enfield Council about not being on the electoral register.
