I have some issues right at this very moment.

Except I have no idea what they are!

What I can tell you if what happened with one and that there are ... recordings!

Yes after a long pause the old faithful of my bag of tricks makes a return.

I woke up to discover my Internet was down. I thought 'here we go again' because only a month ago I was overdue on a payment I had no idea about and no bill.

This will be a short version before I publish the full written version along with the recordings. But ...

I went to their store in Enfield Town and was told I owed no money, the next payment if due the 3rd August and the Internet was locked due to a security issue.

Back at home I call them and someone tells me out is due to an outstanding bill but there is also a security issue. If I pay the bill I get the Internet back in twenty four hours. I pay the bill.

I then get told that someone had tried to hack my account! I'm told they have to put me through their Fraud Department.

After 15 minutes or so of trying to sort this out and some long, long pauses I get cut off. Other person cleared, bullshit.

I then try again and get through to technical...asked security questions twice ... again! Moaned at being aged this as I need to be out through to Fraud, who will no doubt ask me a third time, and this was talking forever. Put me through ... got cut off ... again.

Phoned technical again ... different person, also not good with English, go through the while routine yet again. Hey cut off.

Phone someone else, very cut off. Phone billing instead to get someone who speaks English. Go through it all once again now mir than thirty minutes trying to sort this out ... she makes sure she gets then on phone first before putting me through. First few minutes she had trouble then said it's working now. Then tells me she is getting a message saying they closed 8 minutes earlier!

One thirty minute walk to the store, back home five phone calls over NIR than thirty minutes, cut off several times, answer the same security questions 8 or 10 times and then told that!

I also find out that I was lied to. It now turned out that the payment I made would not have my Internet switched back on?! So I've paid them for a service I'm no longer getting and have to call them tomorrow?!

I think not!

I then get stern, explain this problem is not my problem out fault. That they need to ring me and that they note have twenty four hours or they can stick their shit service where the sun don't shine!

I have, after all, only had this a few months.

Three or four and with both their landline, broadband and the fucking mobile phone I've paid out over £200 and yet spent most of the time without credit on mobile.

I've had the Internet deliberately locked twice. Not been sent most of the bills.

Was not told the first installation fee was only half of it.

Not told that the monthly fee didn't include tax.

Told I would get Internet back paying bill then told I would not. I didn't get this service for the phone. Was only interested in broadband landline! But punished and had broadband cut because of late payments.

I've had companies phone me when I'm ex directory and only my daughter had the phone number. Had twenty times as many cold call phone calls as I've had calls from my daughter. That means Virgin Media is handing out my ex-directory phone number!

Brilliant service!

Quite obviously the to brass on large companies as it as a privilege for us mere mortals to be signed up with their companies?

Late payment fees of £10 a time when they don't send you bills out?! Are you fucking kidding me?! I wonder if Which? Magazine knows about this? Ooh I'll send them an email! Lol!

Now they want me sitting around my house with my thumb up my arse while trying to get through their shite systems that lie before talking to idiots, asked same questions as there robots to get the service back I'm fucking paying them for they promised faithfully only a month ago they would not cut off?!

Yes of course I'm going to do that!

I also turned down an offer to go to the cinema in the morning so I could waste my time getting to their useless store!

I also have several videos and a dozen or so photos to upload to YouTube and blogs! So costing me money, well technically, too!

Obvious them making ... ooh, no bills/£10 late fee, conning money out of customers is the only priority in their eyes?!

Customers are way, way away from even being on the bottom rung of the ladder for importance.

Also and once again for the umpteenth time it's OK behaving like this, treating people like shit and conning people because they only have to say sorry?!

'Sorry' and 'We can learn from out mistakes' should have a law brought in where whoever states this in the media goes to prison. For a year!

Why? Because they do bad and even irreparable damage because they can always state one of those two lines to the media when caught out and the fucking media 'buys it' or completely misses the most important factors in all this.

No question about that.

Yet time after time they are allowed to get away with it with no penalties that could come close to being a threat and therefore punishment. Nice.

Now I think it's time to contact the NHS and the PHSO again ranting like a demented thing and pointing out their deliberate mistake in stating they needed to me.

Something wrong with their phones? They were given my contact details including my mobile number! Ooh...maybe...they are with... Virgin Media?! Lmao!

We are now in the latter half of July. It really is not a good time to be on my bad side and in my focus!

But, hey? They are big and powerful companies. What could I possibly do to them?!

At least... that is the mistake they are making! A mistake made by no less than 8 other organisations have made that have, and about to, backfire on them in the most catastrophic way.

Did I say '8'? Sorry...thinking of the four that did this previously and the four sinking with their ships right now.

The aftermath will have a fallout that will encompass a great many others over a 6 month period or more.

Or...in other words...a period of six to twelve months that will affect more organisations than the last three years combined!

The last three years means 8 organisations. So more than 8, probably a lot more, will feel the heat in the first six months after the end of August.

I'm guessing it's 'August' based on what a legal team stated. Could be a little later. Could be a little earlier.

That reminds me! A long since previous naysayer listened as I explained the immediate after effects of the imminent storm. As I explained that 'if' things happen as both I and the solicitors predicted then these things will happen.

The response? "Oh, of course!"

Like always with me it's never about just the one thing, just the one set of facts or just the one battle.

Multi-faceted. Remember? Lol?

Or as I like to and sometimes refer to them as ...

If you want to defeat one attacker you run him to ground. Wang to take on the lot and you have a difficult war on your hands.

It has, or should I say 'must', appear like this at times on here?

Well out kind of 'was'. I did indeed do that. But I was actually hacking away at the foundations of a huge tower block that housed them all. Those way above ground were fending off my periodic salvo onslaughts.

All of them oblivious to the fact I was chipping away at the very legs that the building was supported by.

Those ... 'legs' have been buckling under for weeks now and are closer to giving way than they are to beginning to buckle.

When this ... err metaphorically speaking, building goes it's going to slowly bring down all those above it after the base had been destroyed.

In a kind of slow motion effect.

That's been the plan anyway. The first ones above the foundations would be those that have had the most recent focus on here. Like one I'm posting about when the building crumbles and then working it's easy back to posts or more accurately subjects further back in time.

See?

Well that's been the plan all along, just like this legal case and the damages figure have been knocking around in the noggin for 6 years with one aspect of out and 20 years for the other.

Twenty years ... and according to what had been estimated by those in the know, no longer than five weeks remain.

THE FINAL WORD

I have an email from Atos that has made it clear that as expected is the last email from them.

For the fourth time she has made no comments to either the complaints I put to them highlighted in bold font and not has she made any remarks to the deliberate mistakes I pointed out in the last email I received from her.

Forgetting the fact that I am not travelling in pain with a risk of several embarrassing things taking place or the risk of me thumping someone selfish and rude, as there are a great many out there, there remains the problem that...

For each and every time I have contacted them over the last ten years I have consistently told them I have insomnia. Which now tallies up, as do the other dozen symptoms I told Atos/DWP about, with the diagnosis of Fibromyalgia but they have consistently made appointments for around 9am?!

This was a deliberate move on my part as I knew they were doing this quite deliberately. From the moment I told them about the Insomnia they knew that making appointments for the morning and several bus rides away was never going to happen.

Well it was never going to happen anyway but they did not know that. They never knew this at ask in the last five years since they unfairly cancelled my Disability Living Allowance even though the number of symptoms had increased a considerable amount since I was first awarded DLA around 2006. In fact it's a great deal worse than you might think because in 2006 they disregarded all my ailments and awarded it on just one. This was a symptom of Fibromyalgia but this was only discovered, by my own research and manipulation of NHS staff obviously keeping the diagnosis from me, 7.5 years later. Then confirmed a few months later at Guy's Hospital along with the shocking/painful revelation that my right knee was a separate and physical defect. Still not listened to the tape to find out what that Doctor stated my knee condition is.

As due my right knee my money is still on Torn Meniscus because three GPs back both my GP at the time and her locum both diagnosed this without knowing the other had also done so. So it's not my diagnosis but two that were made four years ago. I have a GP letter from four years ago stating I have a right knee problem!

There are a couple of things I have quite deliberately left out. I can now tell you what one is but the other had gone... ooooh!

Right OK back to the ooh on the following point but just to nail it home once and for all as far as the Department of Work and Pensions and Atos Healthcare are concerned and their deliberate lying and/or incompetence is concerned..

The GP that diagnosed the Torn Meniscus and was concerned about ask my other symptoms, including vomiting and about of time my Oesophagitis had persisted? Well this was the GP that did tell Atos and the DWP about my conditions and filled in and sent in a form.

You know? This is just two documents of a pile of them that have now gone missing at both the DWP and Atos and is yet another fact put to that Atos woman she failed to comment on!

On this blog is a DWP letter to me which I showed to the GP at the time, he went mad and called them liars, when it stated that I was turned down for my DLA fire like the third time since listing it because "the GP filled in the form wrong"! When she explained this was a pack of lies she stated that in the event that a form is filled out wrong it has been standard practice for years that the DWP/DLA send the form straight back to the GP Surgery. In fact she raised an eyebrow to this being an excuse to turn me down. I smiled and reassured her that I was well aware it was lies and that I fully expected this, it was what I had previously had, lies, and that I was going to get this several more times over the next couple of years, cataloguing everything as I went.

Oh dear! Should try reading more sid they not and getting this to carry out the corruption with some intelligence? But then if they employed anyone too intelligent, despite the patronising tone, they would have realised they were being used as morons to take the fall for the corruption. Hmm I think I have a theory and a simple one to stop this from ever happening in the future?

I warn you there is nothing contained within it. Expecting some sort of remark about the points I raised? Uh-uh!

But before I do paste it I will tell you this...

Now remember I am also accusing the NHS and just about every level of it being corrupt and helping the DWP? Well I have been contacted by Which? Magazine again and the first time was about Unmuting complaints about the UK's public services. Only I contacted them and have them the heads up about how it all works and the address of my blog. Now they have a campaign going on to do primarily with the NHS this time about things they have been hearing have been going on and that no complaints procedure exists and what does is... well crap!

Sound familiar? This that have visited this blog long enough will probably be aware that I contacted the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman two years ago and they have been giving me the run around every since and every time I go though one procedure they tell me to they then suddenly discover another path I need to take before they deal with my complaint! I contacted the PHSO prior to being lied to by a GP who then proceeded to show his incompetence by working his way through a list of possible false allegations. That was two years ago and I had contacted the PHSO long before this too regarding being fobbed off by the Orthopaedics Department using a lie once again. I did so precis to that over something I have now forgotten.

Well you see regardless of who I contact, like Which Magazine or campaign groups, or what the subject is on they will then come on here and see all the other things I have done. They may come on for the nhs but then realise that there are between two, half a dozen of two dozen of the Police, Local Councils, the DWP/DLA/PIPS/ESA, Atos Healthcare, HMRC, CSA along with almost all the Ombudsman and a few other organisations.

There is nothing better than eye widening perspective backed up by a mountain of documents, recorded audio/video, emails and screen shots.

Oh I digress. I was meant to move into another little detail I deliberately held back? Yes well now ask yourself if I have the right to be angry when i'm refused help when liars are paid several times what I am refused?

Remember I am being lied to and know it while they lie to the rest of the British Public about everyone being in it together and equally? Well his they work that out when people are not exactly rolling in it beige hand and then lost 60 to 70 percent of their financial support. So did everyone with mental health issues. At the bottom end of the pay scale this is. Now show me where those at the top have been cut back by the same amount?! You can't and in fact it had been bought up several times about then getting a pay rise of more than that they took away from disabled people!

FACT!

I digress again. I keep forgetting. That's my trouble I just keep forgetting! Many things I do and many arguments I make had reasons staring then in the face. Something I have done for years not realising is an actual symptom. I have the symptom previously but stated that this was down to the amount of pain I experienced because this is what a long list of bad Doctors told me and they were wrong!

I FORGET! OOPS!

Now even if I was in a position to be able to get to a job and that I would actually be better off, impossible without DLA, who is going to take on a 45 year old who can vomit without warning, come in his late most days, forget things up to a dozen times a day and not turn up for several days to several weeks every Spring, Autumn and during periods of very hot weather? Then punch someone's lights out due to the stress of the pain and unpredictable embarrassing moments!

Yes that's gonna work out just fine for everyone! Oh yes but you have to do what they all do in the public services... lie... until you vomit all over your bosses lunch time fish and chips and have some explaining to do or misplaced a large about of money, car or something else important or expensive?

Then while I am doing all this who gets my shopping because I would not be able to bring back anything?!

This is why it is called a fecking disability you pathetic excuses for human beings! Sorry I mean politicians along with those ultimately responsible for this inhuman way of life just to make money on other people's misery, pain or misfortune. No wonder they do not like Obamacare! Have to come here to a country where that money making model just does not work.

So have you decided whether they are lying and taking your taxes as large salaries or just plain incompetent and taking your taxes... fraudulently? Lol.

EDIT: Oops I forgot to paste that email in! Go figure! It also seems my reputation precedes me locally. Just had a knock at the door from Enfield Council about not being on the electoral register. I stated I was not going on it, as I have not been on it for 5 years now, and she said 'yeah I expected you would say that'.

WHICH? TO PETITION ABOUT THE NHS COMPLAINTS

Well now will you look at this?

I sent Which? Magazine all the details regarding this blog and my evidence and have started to get some interesting things coming through from them.

It would seem that others have realised that there is no complaints system with the NHS that does anything. Well they will realise before very long, if they have not done so already that is, that this is the case with all the public services!

Anyhoo I receieved an email from them to sign their petition and of course I simply had to help out and put the details and the webpage adress on here!

THE WHICH MAGAZINE UNMUTE CAMPAIGN

Well I had an email from Which? Magazine thanking me for my vote and stating they nearly have 50,000 votes.

But I think they are going to need a whole lot more than 50,000 to make a difference unfortunately?!

I hope they do but as I can attract that amount of people in 6 months, and have, I cannot see how a  vote that small will make a difference in all honesty.

But I will keep my fingers crossed!
