THE LIARS DELUSION OF GRANDEUR .. ALWAYS

I have had a reply, a little snooty if you ask me, after sending them letters, reports and x-rays that none of this stuff is enough.

So there Doctors, which are either not/nurses/de-registered GP's, cannot find out from the data I supplied whether it will be both painful and dangerous to have me travelling around? Or that I am capable or not?

Not very good at health issues are they so how can they assess you by meeting you?

Also note that they failed to comment on the United Nations investigations and nor did they answer as to why they are assessing me for a benefit I have NEVER RECEIVED?!

They think they are so bloody clever this people and yet time after time they prove that the opposite in fact the truth!

I will add here that I bumped into that couple that see me fall and have a seizure. Apparently I was out/down for ten minutes. I told you they were up there a great deal. They just walk a circuit and I had already seen them several times when they see me pass out and do the Shakin' Stevens.

As usual I have gotten annoyed with the so-called ... (looking at letter) ...Centre for Health and Disability Assessments. Because of the time it has taken and the number of correspondences just to get my ailments across and an answer to why I am being assessed for a benefit I have not only never received but also is not even supposed to exist any longer and being phased out at some point any way?

If anything I should be being requested for an assessment of either Universal Credit, if disabled people get that, or Personal Independent Payments, which I do get.

I feel for those that pay a lot of taxes. I was talking to a guy today who I would estimate is now worth a couple of million and drives an Overfinch Range Rover Sport, the latest one. He was telling me how fed up he is with the amount, 40%, on taxes and I was explaining how it was spent and he said he was even more fed up now. Well I would be after hearing what I had to say and provided I was unaware of it beforehand.

EDIT: Hmm when I heard the name Capita to begin with as performing a sentence I thought it was odd because I heard of another name I thought started with the letter 'M'. I had and it is called Maximus?!

So that is now FOUR organisations being paid to kick people off benefits!

Four groups of staff being paid up to £900 per day, the assessors that is, what do the company executives get?!

This is their idea of saving your taxes? Pay scores of people £900 to stop paying out a few hundred extra quid each month? Yeah, that is the worst example of economising I think I have now ever come across? Feel for the taxpayer, really I do.

Dear Mr Haswell

If you wish to be assessed at your home for your work capability assessment, the onus is on you to provide a letter from your GP explaining the reasons for the request.

Please be aware that if your GP charges you for providing the letter, we are not in a position to refund you for the cost of this.

I BELIEVE your request stated SOMETHING from my Doctor stating why I cannot attend/travel to your assessment.

I BELIEVE I provided the evidence to my REASONS in my last email.

I BELIEVE it is not very difficult to fax through a request to a number I provided OR make a phone-call.

I BELIEVE I have made this clear to everyone on the blog I provided.

I BELIEVE that you are now showing your true colours in that you and the DWP are looking for any excuse to kick people off benefits, if they do not attend they no longer need benefits and if they DO attend then they are fit enough for work.

I BELIEVE I was awarded my PIPs TWICE now and THEREFORE have ALREADY proved I am eligible for this plenty of times ALREADY and now provided you with FURTHER evidence. Which can be easily followed up by you sending me a letter to contact my GP if you want hard copies or make a phone-call with this verified.

I BELIEVE I have asked you already, and the last time you did this several years ago, why your are assessing me for a benefit I do NOT get and I BELIEVE I made comments about the fact ALREAY that you are NOT explaining yourselves.

I BELIEEVE I have already told you that I have an appointment next Tuesday 31^st May 2016 so that anything that can be got will be got then. But then are you likely to ask for something else? THEN you will want to contact the GP directly?

I BELIEVE that if you have Doctors you have no need to have a letter from my GP to see that travelling for me will be both painful, embarrassing and possibly fatal and I simply cannot do it!!

I BELIEVE therefore that if you cannot ascertain from the information I provided that I dO require a HOME VISIT then you and your organisation are NOT fit for purpose. Hilarious that your claim is to see whether members of the public are not FIT or not when it is you that are not fit, nor is Atos and from what I understand neither is Capita.

Freedom of Information Request ... DO you get paid up to £900 a day to assess people like Atos and Capita are paying?

PLEASE do not contact me and speak in a patronizing way and please note the letters after my name, I am not 12 years old and you have no right to speak to people like that because you are too lazy ... oh I am sorry set up so that any excuse you can find to take disability support away from disabled people.

SNIFFING OUT THE BEAGLES

I am not going to state too much ..

But I have had a response from the first wave off letters and in the form of no less than FIVE text messages from a legal firm asking me names and addresses of all my General Practitioners as well as the Doctors and Hospitals that have all lied.

This is the first time I am attempting any of these things on a serious basis since I started blogging and of course since I started blogging I have acquired a great deal more DATA and recordings!

Now we shall see how this all pans out?

Remember .. this what I have done is unique and mountainous and along with the fact I have so, so many recordings there is this blog to consider.

This blog and the fact that well over 300,000 have visited my sites and the number that will eventually visit my blog over the next year. Even two years is not that far away, not when it comes down to the question of repercussion.

A friend asked me why I was doing this and I said I cannot lose. He looked puzzled and said "How do you work that out?"

I reminded him that all these people are out there that claim to perform a service and help, poor, disabled it matters not.

With me doing a good 8 years work at this and with all that I possess and all that I have done on-line then I should be a very easy person to apply and get help.

If I cannot then people will ask under what circumstances exactly dod these people really help and what are they doing for their money. If it strongly appears they do nothing than there will be a viral outbreak and then an uproar!

If however it turns out that one or two of the three dozen I have contacted then that works in my favour too, does it not?

CAP IN HAND TO HELPERS

OK then I will put up this one for now and to show what I am doing right now.

As plans 'A' and 'B' have not worked out yet, due to time for the former and God knows what to the latter, I am trying something else.

I suppose in a way it kind of works out this way as I have referenced these kinds of people previously and on several occasions.

There are many out there, organisations that is, that offer to help and claim to help people in tricky situations and plenty of them claiming to help disabled people.

Although in my experience, the same with charities, I have always ended up being ASKED FOR A DONATION than being offered help.

Also it is high time, now that I have gathered mountains of evidence, to approach for legal representation. If your the enemy I want to sue ... NO I HAVE NOT APPROACHED BEFORE! Well that is not since I started blogging.

There is this unfair 'Statute Of Limitations' to get around and they will no doubt ask me why I had not approached a legal firm before ... except for that I did!

As everyone seemed to both be lazy and not realise that if they had bothered to spend one hour with me they would realise it was an open and shut case, as I would not prove to be found dishonest in court, I did not get anywhere at all.

So I set out to get a whole raft of evidence as I did not want to get to a meeting the next time only to fail at that hurdle. I wanted to leap all hurdles laid out before me and so I continued on until I got between 6 and 12 from each and every one of them.

I far surpassed these figures with many of those that have failed to do as they are paid to do by the British taxpayer. Because this flawed attempt to save money has only cost the taxpayer ten times more over time at a minimum.

Do not pay to fix people now and you will pay to keep people for year after year until financial ruin is upon you.

So I am approaching legal firms, charities and literary agents but the last one has not gotten very far and also another industry full of not very bright people. Quite naive, in fact, in many cases and really need to go back to school to learn mathematics.

As they all seemed to be obsessed with money and things that cannot lose they should therefore be bloody good with their mathematics.

If they were then maybe they would stop wasting their time looking for the next JK Rowling and Harry Potter type series that will no doubt be a copy and would not make a single percentage point of what JK Rowling has achieved.

I have also had to apologise for my videos as my SIXTH camera took a tumble and I thought it was OK but pictures are fuzzy and when shooting video the lens vibrates.

Yes, yes I should have replaced this last year but I was helping someone else out. I did think I would get some funds back from the endeavour to get a replacement but it has not happened. Now is the time this becomes important as the Spring is finally here and Summer not far behind!

I should get something about two weeks from today but I am at a loss to pay more and go skint, and I have to already to replace this damned thing, or pay less and get other things I need too?!

I used a Sony with a 50x zoom lens and do I pay under £300 for one of two cameras in the region of 65x zoom or closer to £450 for an 83x zoom?

I need this to continue getting films for my YouTube channel and pictures for my blogs and as many of these are animals, especially birds, the bigger zoom is vastly more appealing! I am sure people taking pictures and films of birds and avid bird watchers would fully understand. In fact ANY animal expert would totally understand my predicament.

So things are moving, the weather is turning milder and I am becoming more animated, at long last, and after hobbling to the nearest ATM on the FIFTH day of back pain with my walking stick being the only thing that got me there, the pain finally subsided.

Mind you, it did get too much and I piled on 150mg of Tramadol on top of the 100mg I left the house on! Well it was either that or phone for an ambulance while out but it makes no difference because in the eyes of health professionals your wrong whichever of these you decide to do. The exact same applies to the government and they have been trying extremely hard to get that into the mindset of the British people.

This is what Iain Duncan-Smith was getting at by stating you risk splitting the nation down the middle. Except they have already been doing that which, provided your not a complete moron, most people noticed by the choices made in the last general election?

By this I mean Scotland and England. The Scots looked like they wanted out and the English in turn voted for that which Scotland hates. AT least that is they way it appeared to me as even I did not see the Tories getting in the way they did. In fact I did not see them getting in at all.

See? I do not always get it right! But it does turn out to be a rare thing, me being wrong and I do not like being wrong while at the same time have no fear in holding my hands up and admitting when I am wrong. But then did I not just do that?

WHO WATCHES THE WATCHERS

Right now then ...

A couple weeks back I discovered a letter I had received from the Disability Law Service, I probably posted up a copy on a much earlier post. I placed it to one side with a view to contacting them once again as at the time they had been inundated and unable to take on any new cases. 

The letter is dated the 18th February 2011. Although for me this date is not that long ago and I have been at this with all these people for a lot longer it at least goes to show you, the readers, how long this has been going on.

Well these guys say they are a charity, yeah yet another one, and so in light of what the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman just did, by now stating that there is yet another organisation added to the list of two that you already had to apply to, I thought I would try them yet again?

So what I have been showing here is the number of hoops you have to leap through and how no one reacts at all when you show that a breach of oaths and the law has been broken and it gets passed along because each one is itself guilty of breaking the law, or at the very least using some loophole in the law or convenient with the facts or figures to extract large sums of money from the taxpayers purse!

Now when anyone takes any of these options and actively wants to take action you expect one of two things ... one being the obvious which is action and at the very least you expect a plausible explanation?!

When you get neither of these two things and after many months of waiting and repeatedly asking then surely to God even the most dimwitted will realise that there is only one reason why this is?

I will not state that reason, I will just leave people to come to their own conclusion.

Dear Sirs

PUBLIC SERVICE TREATMENT OF DISABLED

I wrote to you previously but it was some time ago now and you likely would not recall, or even have it on your system.

In a nutshell I would have told you at the time that I suffer from a disability or several disabilities and like so many others you likely informed me that you could not help without knowing what disability I suffered from.

I likely tired to explain that I suspected that the NHS were corrupt and deliberately working against me and do everything in their power not to diagnose me?

Due to the lack of help and the disgusting way in which there is no rights for anyone that does not have a pot of gold in the UK I decided to act alone and I did this for a very long time.

Trust me when I say that my endeavours have been productive in ways that many can only imagine, including the best journalists, indeed I have an email from backbench MP Michael Meacher requesting if he can use my data against Iain Duncan Smith MP in the House of Commons over Atos along with the requested permission to send data to the media.

That was January 2013 and even since then I have gathered a great deal more than anyone could imagine.

My pursuit to prove that corruption was rife went on to include all public services and this includes four local councils and two Police Forces. It also includes agencies that would have anyone raise an eyebrow.

Now to make matters brief I managed to first diagnose myself and then corner a GP into refering me off to Guy's Hospital. Now I have a blog which they were now aware of and I was well aware they were watching my every move! I also deliberately gave them the impression that everything I acquired was posted immediately and I deliberately held back on the … secret recording I did of the appointment at Guy's Hospital!

As predicted a second attempt was made to falsely label me, mad and violent had been tried with the GP previous before kicking me off the surgery for no good reason. Unfortunately for the previous surgery they were also kept in the dark that I had recorded all meetings.

Now I will break it down simply that I believed that the NHS was corrupted so that not only would the NHS save money but the knock on effect would also save money for the councils and the DWP.

I also suspected and managed to prove as much with all Ombudsman too!

Now here is a simple breakdown …

1. At Guys I was diagnosed with what I had previously already diagnosed of Fibromyalgia Syndrome
2. Dr Kirkham also spotted something with my right knee with his naked eye, held my leg above my thigh, asked me to tense my leg and I screamed in agony before he then stated that I had a separate issue with the right knee, was in too much pain to hear him.
3. He promised Pregabalin
4. At GP Surgery the now EX GP requested I turn off recording equipment, I turned off two.
5. He then got cocky over a letter I had already seen and stated that he had already infromed me that unless the Doctor prescribes it I will not be given it.
6. After a long and deliberately drawn out row with him I presented him with a CD and when asked what that was with a worried look I said that it was the recording of the Doctor at Guy's and that he states in his own words and far better than a piece of paper that I can have Pregabalin!
7. He refuses and after some more rowing he then kicks me off the surgery a few days later when he realises that I taped the conversation anyway and posted it on my blog!

Now this conversation is on my blog and in a post of which the address I am going to give you and it also contains both the GP and Guys conversation along with the letter from Guy's and also the following …

1. A taped conversation with a specialist at Chase Farm Hospital who lies about the results of an Ultrasound test where they found a large black lump in my hernia repair area and added to this a new hernia on the opposing side. In the tape you hear me pull him about lying and he admits it and dictates a NEW letter to my then GP he then decides NOT to send!!
2. This GP and is the one previous to the last I mentioned calls me mad and then refuses to listen to the conversation I taped at the hospital and neither of these so called General Practitioners show any concern for any misleading information they may have iven to previous patients!

Now I contacted the PHSO regarding this early on with the latter GP I mention and thet become sarcastic and informed me that they had told me previously that I had to complain to the GP surgery and NHS England before they could take on my complaint.

I did this and they took it on and I was asked the peculiar question of 'How much money do you want?'?!

No less than seven months later and taking the so long that the all the events of the FORMER situation was taking place they just recently told me that I had to complain to some trust or other?!

They also gave me VoiceAbility's details which is a bit bizarre as they have responded without even looking and I know they have not listened to the recordings I provided them with and sound as if they want to act as a go between.

Yeeah well some very serious laws as well as oaths have been breached and I am afraid merely offering to act as a go between seems to suggest they are OK with the fact that Doctors are falsifying evidence and … well I just do not know it just seems that they will be allowed to get away with it?

I also have the following of a great deal of people and have acquired no less than 140,000 visitors plus and my Google Plus profile, which anyone can check, I have had over half a million visitors.

Now as your the Disability Law Service and did not have enough to go on previously when I approached you I hope you see that I have now done a great many things and my blog exists to help advise as well as show others what really goes on with the bureaucracy within public services like the NHS and how they are and have been for God knows how many decades haemorrhaging the taxpayers money while doing as little for it as they possible can.

I do hope that now you will be able to help me where all else have, quite deliberately, failed and taken their sweet time to do so too?

As far as my blog is concerned anything else you wish to view or listen to that may help others that approach you be my guest. I have been blogging for two years, had acquired a vast quantity of data long before I started to blog and have continued to do so ever since.

I had my disability money unfairly stopped 5 years ago.

I have applied for it twice since only for it to go nowhere and not even a decision made regarding my application.

I have now applied for Personal Independent Payments and a Freedom Pass and Atos are trying to get me to travel yet again after they had previously failed a home visit several times and lied about it and then the application just vanished into thin air as I mentioned above.

My ailments are Fibromyalgia Syndrome (120 symptoms including Plantar fasciitis like pains to feet with sharp pains to arches, toes ball of left foot, therefore buggered before you factor in hips, two thirds of back and frozen right shoulder pain), Right Knee (Torn Meniscus?), Hiatus Hernia (Severe Heartburn), Oesophagitis (Involuntary Vomiting), Groin Pain from Inguinal Hernia Repair.
