Well they seem to be suggesting they have to do it ..

Cannot go to previous GP in question because he is no longer there and they do not have my medical records and were only doing what they were told to do by the NHS anyway.

Soo .. NHS England gets an official notification along with an attempt to rattle their cage ..

Dear Sirs

COMPLAINT REAGRDING HYPOMAGNESEMIA

I have a series of complaints I want to make but I will keep it to this one ..

Four years ago I attended my GP with intense pains in my thighs that had gone from once in a while and mild to intense and most days.

I was told at the time that he suspected I was suffering from low magnesium and told me to go to Holland & Barrett and purchase Vit ABC+.

I thought he was wrong but I did it anyway. As it turned out he was right and we had a discussion regarding this.

I had many symptoms prior to this and I had many symptoms appear previous to this.

This Hypomagnesemia, see if you can guess where I am now going as I know the correct term, was not checked on in any way shape or form, just as my Hypertension Stage 2 and Hypertensive Crisis was not either much to the shock of friends and family, one a social worker.

Now I am going to provide some symptoms that occurred post this Hypomagnesemia ..

• Osteopenia
• Heart Palpitations
• Chest Pain, Tightness, Breathlessness
• Sinus Tachycardia

None of which were followed up ..

Now here are a few things that I had long prior to the Hypomagnesemia diagnosis ..

• Vomiting
• Stomach Pains akin to Diverticultis
• Tooth Decay and Tooth Ache (have right now)
• Previous dentist wondered enough about to ask for my medical records

• Back Pain
• Yeah this might bite you in the arse ..
• Was X-Rayed and told I had collapsing discs
• But you X-Rayed me while in a foetal position and stated nothing was wrong
• Now wondering if this is linked to the Osteopenia and Hypomagnesemia?

I then had to move north to help a daughter who had curiously had the same crap from you and your staff.

I have had a previous GP admit to me the things that you get up to .. just prior to quitting being a GP, stating that she had, had enough of you. Yeah .. you might want to look through my records to see who that was.

• Don’t send patients for expensive tests
• Don’t send patients for expensive diagnosis
• Don’t send patients for expensive scans
• Don’t give patients expensive drugs

All that said to me prior to the financial crisis before you started to double down on GPs.

As you should be able to find out .. I have had a long history of symptoms and despite an extreme resistance from you and every GP Surgery I was under I self-diagnosed Fibromyalgia and after being lied to by a previous and different GP I had this confirmed at Guy's Hospital.

So imagine my shock when I accidentally stumble across another diagnosis around the same time I realise the actual affects of Hypomagnesemia a few weeks ago that make me realise why I have Fibromyalgia and why I have had my entire life and career destroyed?

Why?

For money!

Though I am at a loss to understand how saving a few thousand is cost effective to someone who is capable, or at least was, paying a higher rate of tax in a high paid job?

Yeah I will tell you what I told GPs to get them to talk ..

• Acquired BSc Applied Computing from Middlesex University
• Was offered a Doctorate by Peter Pasmore working on the simulation software to teach keyhole surgeons on how to operate
• Governments mistakes .. in underestimating me
• Yeah I am an ichthyologist, batrachologist, herpetologist, orchid expert, interests in seismology, volcanology, astrophysics and quantum mechanics among others

The lying I previously stated regarding my Fibromyalgia?

Yeah that was Willow House Surgery and I know they got a call from you and told him I was secretly recording him. Yeah .. I had been doing that for years and I knew I was being lied to.

Also .. I currently have a GP so far away it is going to kill me and I have informed every one I know. 

So that in the event of my death there is a particular journalist that would need to be contacted.

As for my daughter .. while I was trying to help her recover from a domestic abuser who was locked up .. we then found out that you have and still continue to fuck up her life too .. starting with cervical cancer.

She also had many of my symptoms and I was pressurising her to get diagnosed and taught her as much as I could about how to spot lies and being fobbed off and in time .. she spotted it too.

A local pharmacist also knew what you was doing .. yeah did you not notice when they started to throw away thousands of pounds of drugs because they were gathering dust and going pas their sell-by dates? Good God you cannot even do a decent conspiracy without incompetence.

He told me that you was creating a ticking time-bomb by ignoring these conditions and that they would come back to bite you in the arse. I said you would use it as an excuse to privatise whatever was left of the NHS. Yeah I believe they have been selling it all off without the British publics knowledge for a very long time.

Little did I know that it would be both my daughter and I that would become the time-bombs?!

So ..

Daughter had cervical cancer that was missed and had an IDIOT GP recently tell her she cannot possibly have that, despite being DIAGNOSED WITH IT, because she is too young.

Given the same antibiotic .. umm TWICE?!

Let me think? Ooh yeah how about blood clots that were ignored?

Anxiety she was given the same shitty drug I was?

This lack of diagnosis was compounded when she was bullied and threatened with legal action by her local social services.

So she had nothing diagnosed despite asking but with a little help and encouragement over her symptoms and from me ..

• Hypomagnesemia
• Behcet's Disease
• First was definitely was not Herpes
• Then it was DEFINITELY Herpes
• Then it was DEFINITELY NOT Herpes?!
• Oh yeah that is about right
• Gave her two lots of the same antibiotic too .. how intelligent?!
• 'S' Protein Deficiency
• Ooh so the blood clots are not nothing like that idiot Doctor insisted?!
• Cervical Cancer
• CIN Stage 2
• Except why have four biopsies been performed?!

So then .. I want to complain because I have begged several GP Surgeries to look into these symptoms and there are eight GP Surgeries in total.

I am now not with my daughter any longer because of my illness and it not been monitored, diagnosed or anything done at all and even being warned about the OTHER effects of Hypomagnesemia or Behcet's Disease spotted.

I have also been through hell and back and think I am literally going to die some time soon.

I have also lost around £10,000 in inheritance because of all this lying.

Now I am only writing to you to give you an chance to explain and in all honesty and for bizarre reasons I cannot fathom, and have asked for an explanation, I have to send you this.

I cannot say anything else regarding another interested party but I can assure you that this will be the third part of this and not the first. In fact I am certain that parts four to six will all be about this crap .. as the other parts are involving other areas all linked to yourselves. Might not you .. directly per se.

Oh and if your reading this and are in disbelief .. well them maybe you should stop watching mainstream news as I have know for ten years it is corrupt and not reporting on certain stories and lying about others. Try checking the Internet and the comments sections of very popular YouTubers from around the world. Check the videos too.

Everything in the UK when it comes to public services and what we are hearing in the tabloids and the TV news media is false and even I am shocked at just how many people are aware of it today. A humongous and ever growing number of people that now appears to be growing exponentially.

Please do not respond with a far left crap attitude either where you switch around very serious crimes with what are essentially bugger all, misdemeanours if you prefer. Things that are nothing you make into a big deal while things that are a big deal you have been dumbing down for years.

On my blog I name you as part of what I call 'the evil trinity' where you lie to save money and that in turn allows the DWP and local councils to save money.

Please do not insult me or bother with excuses regarding this because I have proved it over and over again and if you really believe I am wrong .. fair enough. Go and believe whatever you want but I can tell you that I alone have convinced several hundred thousand people. Others are doing the exact same.

DISBELIEF OF THE PHSO

Well it should be no surprise to know that for a fair old while I have been ... well, leading up to something.

This morning my mobile phone rang with a number I did not recognise.

Would you believe that after 18 months or more it was the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman? Lmao! I kid you not.

Nor am I kidding when she, Yvonne, stated that the 'incident' took place in September 2015 and I replied " .. err, no. More like 2013!" she insisted that I had put 2015, like it was my fault, and that in s slightly patronising way stated that they could not do anything without the names and addresses of those involved final decision letter?!

Yeah, I know. Lol.

Getting on for three years ago this all took place and I have published every single correspondence I had, had from and to the PHSO and they hit me with that

1. I told her that I had already given them the names, addresses and the final decision letter
2. I also had to go through NHS England last time too, I wonder if they will try that one again?
3. I told her that she, or rather they, should be more worried about the fact I had recorded evidence, by which I mean them caught lying and in the act dozens of times and ... admitting falsifying test results
4. She failed to bat an eyelid, did not ask for me to send in the recordings and repeated what she said about decision letters and names and addresses
5. She had never heard of Jonathan White
6. No apologies provided whatsoever even when she seemed to explain that

I then decided to REPEAT what I said, as Goldfishes have memory spans these guys would be PROUD OF!

I told her I had already sent all this in two years or more beforehand along with the decision letters.

I also told her that I would 'poke them with a stick' every three months and I would get sent a compliments slip and now had a collection ...

Once again, did not bat an eyelid, let alone bloody apologise!

Why would you not bat an eyelid?

When it is common and standard procedure to ... DO FUCK ALL!

SNIFFING OUT THE BEAGLES

I am not going to state too much ..

But I have had a response from the first wave off letters and in the form of no less than FIVE text messages from a legal firm asking me names and addresses of all my General Practitioners as well as the Doctors and Hospitals that have all lied.

This is the first time I am attempting any of these things on a serious basis since I started blogging and of course since I started blogging I have acquired a great deal more DATA and recordings!

Now we shall see how this all pans out?

Remember .. this what I have done is unique and mountainous and along with the fact I have so, so many recordings there is this blog to consider.

This blog and the fact that well over 300,000 have visited my sites and the number that will eventually visit my blog over the next year. Even two years is not that far away, not when it comes down to the question of repercussion.

A friend asked me why I was doing this and I said I cannot lose. He looked puzzled and said "How do you work that out?"

I reminded him that all these people are out there that claim to perform a service and help, poor, disabled it matters not.

With me doing a good 8 years work at this and with all that I possess and all that I have done on-line then I should be a very easy person to apply and get help.

If I cannot then people will ask under what circumstances exactly dod these people really help and what are they doing for their money. If it strongly appears they do nothing than there will be a viral outbreak and then an uproar!

If however it turns out that one or two of the three dozen I have contacted then that works in my favour too, does it not?

He burst out laughing!

ONCE MORE UNTO THE PHSO & THE NHS

Well now here we are again.

I have now approached them very differently to last time!

I am at the stage now where I can count down the days ... as opposed to months or weeks. So the long awaited D-DAY is almost here, compared to the length of time I have worked towards this day it looks like we are at the threshold!

So with D-DAY fast approaching now and myself in preparation for this for several weeks now and counting it is time for this blog to spring into life for about a week to ten days.

I still have an outstanding and serious complaint and whole long and frightening list of accusations regarding the NHS! I complained to both them in three different departments as well as the PHSO.

I remind you here and now that this is the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman.

I got their response some time ago now to my poking a hot iron up there arse about my previous half a dozen correspondences!

Guess what they said ...

"We need to speak to you" if I never published the letter they sent, I am sure I did but then I do suffer with Fibrofog!

Instead of starting a new page when I used Open Office to type a letter do you know what I do? I open up a previous file of a letter I typed out to that same recipient.

Guess what was at the top of the letter ...

My address, well obviously as they wrote to me, lol

My email.

My mobile phone number!

Umm which other way would they like to speak to me? They did not mention about meeting face to face!

I do not care, lol.

They have been sleep walking into a trap that is about to be sprung. Another grand plan that has been in the works for a very, very long time.

As I have stated on here I am waiting on the Supreme Court. Not a Micky Mouse court but a Supreme Court! A ban, or BAR, gets lifted when I get a phone-call.

On here I will post something to do with dates, as anyone who has paid attention and correctly realised or decided I have not only been honest throughout but am going to crate damage to a long list of industries.

So I will post something in about a week I am guessing about two dates. Within a month of the second date there will be ripples way beyond this blog and not eminating from it it any way, shape or form.

I will of course will be posting about these ripples.

Believe me when I state that there a are a great many people I actually know that are all waiting for these dates. In fact I would go as far as stating hat there are thousands waiting for these dates to pass and to see the ripples. Or indeed more correctly praying that there are no ripples or even that the ripples are nothing to do with them.

Bah-humbug!

Throughout this entire blog, places in groups on Facebook and even on Twitter I have long stated many times my plans and what I intend to do.

I stated many times that it will take time but I WILL do this.

Oddly the readers and visitors of this blog could have done this, out of around 100,000 or just under but that became obvious was not going to happen. It mattered not but could have simply made life easier for me as it is not easy ... I will get to that part around the end of the month. Lack of support and all that jazz, lol.

This also mattered not because it simply had to be done.

God, now I am am thinking about that mystery religious man who said I had been chosen as a warrior to God. Tried to tell him that both he, and his boss, were barking up the wrong tree with that one as I am atheist.

"That is not how it works. He chooses those he see as capable."

Trying to humour him I told him I hope his boss had made the right choice but I sometimes wondered.

It does look like he made the right choice. Though it is still in the air but is losing a fight against gravity now. It cannot hold out much longer, things have to have decisions.

So as this was almost imminent I thought I would get the ball rolling, so to speak, on a couple of things ...

Just to drag some old and very important and mostly KEY battles into the ... SPOTLIGHT.

There are revelations to come of the most unbelievable kind and then some. These I drag into the spotlight are very key to the atrocities that have occurred and very responsible, along with the ones they were LYING for, for what transpired.

Your getting nothing short of a H-BOMB!

So now it is time to chase up the PHSO regarding my complaint about the NHS and the lies and falsification of test results, that I still possess and many, all the important ones anyway, are on here.

I still have dozens of recordings I have not gone through. In fact I am understating it just a tad as hundreds is probably closer to the figure in question.

THE NHS INTENTIONALLY FAILED ...

THESE HAVE CONSEQUENCES FOR BOTH THEM, THE PEOPLE THEY LIED FOR AND THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN TELLING THEM TO LIE TO PATIENTS ...

Why, NHS, you did not think I had gone away did you?

You did not think this was over did you?

Did you believe I had not a chance in hell? Against you? Did all the others think this too?

The truth of the matter ... remained hidden ... in plain sight, I might add?

There is a reason I am vague at times, I reason why I allude and appear to tease.

May I ask what you have done about the above complaint?

Nothing I would wager? In fact I was relying upon!

Your getting a letter now along with several others including other ombudsman, because it is a very good time for me for you to do so! For me, that is. Despite this being a very relevant and serious complaint … no SET of complaints.

Ooh wait, darn this Fibrofog and Fibromyalgia, I remember you stating that you need to speak to me?!

Hmm what was wrong with using the post?

Hmm I wonder what was also wrong about you using email?

Hmm I also wonder what was wrong to you using the phone number I provided you with?

Hmm and while we are at it where was your follow up letter to remind me to … umm … well, speak to you? The complaints were that serious you should have done!

Never mind, let us move on.

I am going to run through the complaints quickly before I copy and paste a section from another letter I sent, I strongly advise you read it. I am advising because this is the correct and honourable thing to do. If you don't it goes in my favour to a degree you would not believe … oh but will no later than October 2015 and likely earlier.

• Why are Doctors allowed to lie on letters and falsify health test results to which I have and have told you I have proof?
• Why has my condition been kept from me by several Doctors that is very easily proved and that once again I have evidence of?
• Why is it that every Doctor that I inform what I have to has never heard of the only drug in the world that works on Fibromyalgia, Sodium oxybate?
• Why have I not been prescribed this drug since my Fibromyalgia was confirmed?
• Why have I also been refused the next best drug for Fibromyalgia, Pregalin, since my diagnosis was confirmed?
• Why did a back specialist confirm two back conditions, which were already on a set of X-Rays and confirmed by a Chiropractor, then later state there was none after an MRI?
• Why is an MRI or X-Ray on back conditions always done lying down on the NHS? I am very eager to hear what paltry excuse is given for this one!
• Why did the Guy's Hospital Doctor confirm a physical problem with my right knee and then later omit this from the letter of confirmed diagnosis on my Fibromyalgia?
• Why did a specialist on groin pain confirm he lied about my test results, dictate a new letter tp the GP stating I had an inguinal hernia, my second, then later send the original stating the groin test was completely clear, despite not only the confirmed hernia but also a black lump causing pain which was the only reason IU asked for the referral in the first place?!
• What is going to be done about the amount of damages to both my life and a family member because I got no proper support nor the financial help to stop a set of inhuman horrors most would not believe took place? (see below pasted section for the details that will now scare the hell out of everyone I have ever battled with, including YOU!)

Now then. Here comes the really sticky, gooey and tricky bit that I have had lying in wait and have been working on for 20 years involving now a legal firm that has been working on it out of their own pockets because it is the biggest case they have ever heard?

This would be the one so large it hopped through Family, Civil, Magistrates, Crown, High and now Supreme Courts. A case so big that at least five judges have said they have never seen anything like it!

A case that I could have helped avoid and that I was prevented from doing so by the people in court, no less than four public services including a local council and Police Force, and also by the NHS and DWP from my end.

Trust me when I tell you that first off …

• We one couple months back
• Damages will be in excess of £1 Million, now think about that …
• That the national media have been taking notes on for many months but there is a media ban on the case.
• We are literally days away from getting called in to receive damages and having the media ban lifted and the law firm contacting, if they have not already, national tabloids, radio and TV about exclusive interviews and the story from the horses mouths, so to speak.
• Local Councils will have to be de-constructed, for want of a better term and nationwide, and that the Rotherham Council case is linked to our. Ours is finishing as there is just starting and there is a great deal more horrors to reveal regarding ours that will stun the nation
• I gave them every opportunity to reverse the damage they did and warned them of what would happen if they took me on. They lost … in a way that will reverberate for years if not decades
• During this whole case I have been beavering away on corruption, lies and deliberately misleading information and planned to expose in a big way where the real tax money is being wasted and how much each one is far, far bigger than that used in the welfare system. OOPS!!
• I have secretly recorded for year after year and despite the crazy accusations I led everyone into making, like violence and I am crazy, before the end came and I showed that despite my being … well mad and crazy in my arguments these were lies because I simply was not crazy or angry enough to point out on each occasion that I had been secretly recording them for many years. DOUBLE WHOOPS!!
• Nor did I mention starting one of my many, many blogs (because I am an expert on many, many things including several sciences and the letters BSc after my name) and started secretly publishing this evidence and the details over three years now. TREBLE WHOOPS!
• Even when I started to divulge the blogs I knew that many would be too stupid to pick up on things. Like governing bodies, help and advice agencies and of course ombudsman would no stop for one moment to ask themselves if I had suspected them and had been both recording and publishing them too.
• You had all better grab a shovel because there are a hell of a lot of whoopsies here and I am only divulging a few things at the surface and just your industry of medicine!
• Oh dear it is not looking good, is it?
• I can also guarantee that there has been several groups I have been involved in that have tried to find a way to stop me and none have succeeded! Not even so much as a threatening legal letter in three years. Had some threatening letters from my enemies directly, one even in medicine I had long since provided you with, whoops!
• Stopping me now? Impossible! Unless someone has a very good friend, or dirty evidence on, a Supreme Court judge?!

The end result I have spent two decades working towards will be only one thing and inevitable and this I have planned for a very long time.

The case was so massive, intricate and so serious in nature that the quote from the compensations clerk of 'We will need to speak before long!' was made well over two months ago now.

We were then told a week and then sent to meet with a barrister of a High Court, not near me, trust me on that, stated about a week.

Then we was given a specific date of two months time. Trust me when I state that even at the time of typing that this date is not far away and I can finally count it down by days! Instead of weeks I mean and not months.

From day one the legal team has never met me in person nor even spoke on the phone or via email, though I have not checked my emails for days now.

I can tell you that from day one I have been talked about by the legal team and the person directly involved in said case tells me they hear my name mentioned from time to time. I also get told that the legal firm states that I am a genius and they get told 'yeah, Police detectives, MI5 and many people he meets tell him that too along with a few friends!'. They have also stated the need to meet me at some point which as I told the person involved in said case, “After this case is finally over”.

That day is now mere days away and I will be in the … neighbourhood to where all this has been taking place I imagine for at least two months.

How long and what will happen? A LOT! But as I state to my 'partner in crime' that despite a whole raft of things that will certainly happen how big and what will come from each of these I cannot say for certain.

The legal team know nothing about my broad spectrum of both knowledge and skills and there are little … things they do not know about. Well about the blogs for a start nor the fact that I have completed to lengthy books about how I did all this along with the last one still in my head.

So by all means go ahead and ignore me again and all that I have told you. Go ahead and make lame excuses about having to talk to me despite possessing all the necessary means to do so short of face to face. A meeting I could very easily arrange had you stated this is what you wanted in the letters!

No ignoring me is going to go against me and do me no end of untold damage.

The really hilarious part about all this is my use of time. Time is not just my friend in all this but but absolute best ally!

During the times I have contacted all on my blog they have all thought that the passing time went ion their favour and that allowed them to get ever more confident about who I am, what I do, what I am able and skilled to do and the threat and amount of damage I can cause. The summing of that is that everyone thought that a single person like me, with no money and no support, could possibly do anything to them and they would win. In the end.

What they did not know is that this is exactly what I wanted them to think.

I wanted the time to drag on.

Well I will tell you what my 'partner in crime' blurted out alarmingly on the phone a month ago …

“****! I don't believe it, you were right. I never believed you about the money but four years ago you said to me one night that 'if you listen to me I will get you that [story to come why I stated it] £1.2 Million!!”

A year before the case was even accepted by anyone.

I do and see through to the end all that I claim I will do, that includes everything I state on my blog!

But by all means ignore it. I will really be screwed!

In the meantime I will have to look through my letters to see if there is anyone else I complained to that I could drag back into the light over the next week?

There were a lot, this is for sure. But I am not sure if too much time has passed for some of them or whether they are important enough?

I have exposed all as wriggling like worms so many times to not act that it becomes plainly obvious to one and all. In the case of the PHSO and the NHS this has gone on for well over a year now. Well over a year and of course there is the reply I will get from the PHSO in a week or twos time?

Only this time I have brought back one of my oldest tricks I have not used for a couple of years ...

VIOLENTLY RATTLING CAGES!

I did get one who was commented on my approach and complained about it ... little did they know that you get nothing any other way because each and every one of them is corrupt.

My own daughter was alienated by my statements. You can both ask her and hear this yourself in time.

By then you would have been given a great deal of facts and heard things quite unbelievable, be of no doubt on this.

This Volcano has been building in pressure for some time now and it is not far off its breaking point ... not far off at all.

Also remember ...

With whatever happens and whatever destruction occurs that you do not like ... it was they which brought it about and I gave them every opportunity both in the last 3 years of this blog, 7 years I was recording and pleading with them and going back 20 years.

In fact no one has a single clue of the connection, or key links I will make. No one. Nor do they know that I have now a witness, a more credible one than anyone can imagine. Then there are my own key points and they will be linked to the huge case that will be published, posted, read and heard about in the coming months.

Despite NOT being on the list of answering across 6 courts of justice they will be dragged kicking and screaming into the spotlight.

Trust me when I state that I will take no prisoners.

I can also assure you that by the end of 2015 there will be no one with any doubts as to why I did this and continued to do this and without any shade of mercy at all.

To teach sometimes you have to be tough. I did not make things this way but these are the way things are today. Though chances are they will not remain this way much longer. NONE OF THEM!

I would have to be a complete idiot, not crazy as I did provide the evidence ... listen before judging is always the wisest advice, to state this if it did not come to light exactly how I say.

Though I am estimating here on something that could be wide ranging. Call them variations on a theme?

Though there may well be some things stated on here that include extremely familiar names and they might just come in a quick-fire succession?

Hmm and while we are at it where was your follow up letter to remind me to … umm … well, speak to you? The complaints were that serious you should have done!

Never mind, let us move on.

I am going to run through the complaints quickly before I copy and paste a section from another letter I sent, I strongly advise you read it. I am advising because this is the correct and honourable thing to do. If you don't it goes in my favour to a degree you would not believe … oh but will no later than October 2015 and likely earlier.

• Why are Doctors allowed to lie on letters and falsify health test results to which I have and have told you I have proof?
• Why has my condition been kept from me by several Doctors that is very easily proved and that once again I have evidence of?
• Why is it that every Doctor that I inform what I have to has never heard of the only drug in the world that works on Fibromyalgia, Sodium oxybate?
• Why have I not been prescribed this drug since my Fibromyalgia was confirmed?
• Why have I also been refused the next best drug for Fibromyalgia, Pregalin, since my diagnosis was confirmed?
• Why did a back specialist confirm two back conditions, which were already on a set of X-Rays and confirmed by a Chiropractor, then later state there was none after an MRI?
• Why is an MRI or X-Ray on back conditions always done lying down on the NHS? I am very eager to hear what paltry excuse is given for this one!
• Why did the Guy's Hospital Doctor confirm a physical problem with my right knee and then later omit this from the letter of confirmed diagnosis on my Fibromyalgia?
• Why did a specialist on groin pain confirm he lied about my test results, dictate a new letter tp the GP stating I had an inguinal hernia, my second, then later send the original stating the groin test was completely clear, despite not only the confirmed hernia but also a black lump causing pain which was the only reason IU asked for the referral in the first place?!
• What is going to be done about the amount of damages to both my life and a family member because I got no proper support nor the financial help to stop a set of inhuman horrors most would not believe took place? (see below pasted section for the details that will now scare the hell out of everyone I have ever battled with, including YOU!)

Now then. Here comes the really sticky, gooey and tricky bit that I have had lying in wait and have been working on for 20 years involving now a legal firm that has been working on it out of their own pockets because it is the biggest case they have ever heard?

This would be the one so large it hopped through Family, Civil, Magistrates, Crown, High and now Supreme Courts. A case so big that at least five judges have said they have never seen anything like it!

A case that I could have helped avoid and that I was prevented from doing so by the people in court, no less than four public services including a local council and Police Force, and also by the NHS and DWP from my end.

Trust me when I tell you that first off …

• We one couple months back
• Damages will be in excess of £1 Million, now think about that …
• That the national media have been taking notes on for many months but there is a media ban on the case.
• We are literally days away from getting called in to receive damages and having the media ban lifted and the law firm contacting, if they have not already, national tabloids, radio and TV about exclusive interviews and the story from the horses mouths, so to speak.
• Local Councils will have to be de-constructed, for want of a better term and nationwide, and that the Rotherham Council case is linked to our. Ours is finishing as there is just starting and there is a great deal more horrors to reveal regarding ours that will stun the nation
• I gave them every opportunity to reverse the damage they did and warned them of what would happen if they took me on. They lost … in a way that will reverberate for years if not decades
• During this whole case I have been beavering away on corruption, lies and deliberately misleading information and planned to expose in a big way where the real tax money is being wasted and how much each one is far, far bigger than that used in the welfare system. OOPS!!
• I have secretly recorded for year after year and despite the crazy accusations I led everyone into making, like violence and I am crazy, before the end came and I showed that despite my being … well mad and crazy in my arguments these were lies because I simply was not crazy or angry enough to point out on each occasion that I had been secretly recording them for many years. DOUBLE WHOOPS!!
• Nor did I mention starting one of my many, many blogs (because I am an expert on many, many things including several sciences and the letters BSc after my name) and started secretly publishing this evidence and the details over three years now. TREBLE WHOOPS!
• Even when I started to divulge the blogs I knew that many would be too stupid to pick up on things. Like governing bodies, help and advice agencies and of course ombudsman would no stop for one moment to ask themselves if I had suspected them and had been both recording and publishing them too.
• You had all better grab a shovel because there are a hell of a lot of whoopsies here and I am only divulging a few things at the surface and just your industry of medicine!
• Oh dear it is not looking good, is it?
• I can also guarantee that there has been several groups I have been involved in that have tried to find a way to stop me and none have succeeded! Not even so much as a threatening legal letter in three years. Had some threatening letters from my enemies directly, one even in medicine I had long since provided you with, whoops!
• Stopping me now? Impossible! Unless someone has a very good friend, or dirty evidence on, a Supreme Court judge?!

The end result I have spent two decades working towards will be only one thing and inevitable and this I have planned for a very long time.

The case was so massive, intricate and so serious in nature that the quote from the compensations clerk of 'We will need to speak before long!' was made well over two months ago now.

We were then told a week and then sent to meet with a barrister of a High Court, not near me, trust me on that, stated about a week.

Then we was given a specific date of two months time. Trust me when I state that even at the time of typing that this date is not far away and I can finally count it down by days! Instead of weeks I mean and not months.

From day one the legal team has never met me in person nor even spoke on the phone or via email, though I have not checked my emails for days now.

I can tell you that from day one I have been talked about by the legal team and the person directly involved in said case tells me they hear my name mentioned from time to time. I also get told that the legal firm states that I am a genius and they get told 'yeah, Police detectives, MI5 and many people he meets tell him that too along with a few friends!'. They have also stated the need to meet me at some point which as I told the person involved in said case, “After this case is finally over”.

That day is now mere days away and I will be in the … neighbourhood to where all this has been taking place I imagine for at least two months.

How long and what will happen? A LOT! But as I state to my 'partner in crime' that despite a whole raft of things that will certainly happen how big and what will come from each of these I cannot say for certain.

The legal team know nothing about my broad spectrum of both knowledge and skills and there are little … things they do not know about. Well about the blogs for a start nor the fact that I have completed to lengthy books about how I did all this along with the last one still in my head.

So by all means go ahead and ignore me again and all that I have told you. Go ahead and make lame excuses about having to talk to me despite possessing all the necessary means to do so short of face to face. A meeting I could very easily arrange had you stated this is what you wanted in the letters!

No ignoring me is going to go against me and do me no end of untold damage.

The really hilarious part about all this is my use of time. Time is not just my friend in all this but but absolute best ally!

During the times I have contacted all on my blog they have all thought that the passing time went ion their favour and that allowed them to get ever more confident about who I am, what I do, what I am able and skilled to do and the threat and amount of damage I can cause. The summing of that is that everyone thought that a single person like me, with no money and no support, could possibly do anything to them and they would win. In the end.

What they did not know is that this is exactly what I wanted them to think.

I wanted the time to drag on.

Well I will tell you what my 'partner in crime' blurted out alarmingly on the phone a month ago …

“****! I don't believe it, you were right. I never believed you about the money but four years ago you said to me one night that 'if you listen to me I will get you that [story to come why I stated it] £1.2 Million!!”

A year before the case was even accepted by anyone.

I do and see through to the end all that I claim I will do, that includes everything I state on my blog!

EMAIL TO NHS ENGLAND ... AGAIN

I have now emailed NHS England ... AGAIN, to request another GP only this time things are going to be very different, of this I can assure you!

I never thought I would be doing this in all honesty despite being told at my first appointment that a Fibromyalgia Department does not exist within the NHS. Maybe they thought they had better try that one as they know what happaned when they told my that they did have a Podiatry Department but did not see anyone between the ages of 16 and 65?! Whiy of course that makes FECKING sense!

Dear Sirs

I am assuming you got my last email?

I am in need of another GP but then you should already know this, right?

I have now been recording and have all my meeting and all my appointments at both GP Surgeries and all the hospitals I also attended and along with the contradictory letters have published them on my blog. I am sure you have all been scrutinising it of late. I also now hope it has hit home very hard with those within the NHS that thought they could outwit me and out think me and now realise that they have very seriously underestimated me in a way that will reverberate for a very, very long time to come?

I have now been kicked off the surgery which is the second time and refused my repeat prescription drugs, once again for the second time in a row purely because I do not like being manipulated and lied to.

This is not looking good for the NHS on my blog and if I suffer now as a result of withdrawal symptoms from the drugs I will make sure that every single symptom, nausea and pain felt will be completely described on my blog as and when it happens.

I need a GP that has not been corrupted or that lies to patients about certain conditions, drugs and existence, or indeed non-existence, of NHS departments and drugs. The only way I can get a GP that I can trust and that is something you all seriously over looked because as I told Dr Manish Kumar the one person that any one individual needs to rely on is there DOCTOR!

THE FIRE AND THE FORGET

Hmm yes well I was cleaning my living room today and I came across a complimentary slip from the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman.

It seems they did actually acknowledge me and once I read it stating they had recieved my letter I remembered receiving it!

So need need now to wonder as to what their response will be because I know, lol!

Well it is times like this as you can imagine and understand now that I just have trouble comprehending how I can forget certain things. It is madness it really is.

At least I did not goet too fiery with the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman! Lol, though I do not doubt that nothing is likely to happen and I will get fiery with them at some point.

As much as I know and have stated on here for many moons now it is still nevertheless frustrating that they receive the budgets that they all do while doing nothing for it as I prove over and over again.

As stated this will not always be the case because some things are simply unavoidable and there is no getting around it.

The only thing I now have in my favour is that I know what my condition is and have since had it confirmed by a specialist in this field at the top department for Fibromyalgia in the UK. At least within the realms of the NHS that is, lol.

It is a bank holiday too and I already did do a major part in the kithcen previously, just need to clean up from doing the Thai Green Curry. I have also purchased a load of Thair Red Curry too and only need to fill up my freezer with cheap chicken from Sainsburys I can defrost bit by bit. Also some eggs and vegetables do do the Egg Fried Rice with it.

I have a few other bits and will add a few bits to the freezer that are inexpensive and this should do me while I am attempting do do something else which will be a big help to me, my blogs (another one in particular) and my YouTbube account. I am 6 weeks into this with a little help from nailing the council to the wall a couple of months early, and am around three weeks away from completion! With a couple of days added just to sort everything out and do the filming! PROPERLY!!

Once completed this realisation of what I can do and that the time is not as long as it seems will allow me to change yet another of my expensive but old and knackered tools for aq far better model allowing me to do even more!

Start of the fairly good times! Lol.

Just call me superstitious, lol. Yes I know I just said superstitious, lol, but when I tend to talk up something I am going to achieve it always seems to go south for the winter! I would rather call it a bock!

Three weeks and it will all start getting posted and that should be the very latest?

As far as the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman goes they must be searching very jard for whatever it is they are looking for?! Who said 'excuses'?! Stop that! Lol!

Bloody Post Office no wonder they are have been going down the pan? Takes several weeks to deliver letters these days!! Lol!

THE SHEEPISH NHS

I refer to this bring a disease because it spreads like an airborne and virulent virus!

The fact that this is regarding the NHS yet again and the term 'disease' seemed quite apt. Especially add they have no capability of controlling certain diseases! Lol!

Here is a Labour MP who complained about her husband treatment by hospital staff in Wales! Yup you could say it has died like a virus.

What was of not to me is how this turning your back on people from public services right up into government, all the way to the PM himself, was always going to affect people higher up until someone code or linked to the government would be affected. This was likely always what it was going to take to make the blind open their eyes. I would say that an MP is pretty close!

I do not know why this attitude exists, really I don't. I could their a few theories around, like maybe after years of striking to get higher wages now they are being run on a skeleton crew and are all cheesed off? That is one! Or maybe the ones gotten rid of were the honest ones and they did not fit in the governments plan because they need amoral people willing to lie and cheat?! That is another! This would then leave the majority of staff being those that should never be allowed in medicine!

Odd is it not that you have all these organizations out there paid vast sums in salaries to watch over things like this? What the blue blazes have they been doing?! What are they doing?

Oh yeah I forgot! I put them all to the test and still am, they do nothing for as long as they think they can get away with it. Well that is until someone far more intelligent and cunning comes along and decides to pull them to rank while gathering up a huge amount of evidence that certainly a large majority of them are refusing to treat or incapable or testing patients. Pulling them to rank is somewhat of an understatement really.

Quite unfortunately for them this all came together for me when they have had issues and been under the microscope, so to speak, where the media is concerned!

But was it?

You see I gave them media a fair bit of evidence to go on what must be the years ago!

I was under no illusion that what with the amount I provided that this would take a long time to ... 'sink in'. I knew it would take many months to Wade through everything and the same or longer to chase up stories for themselves. Indeed I stated quite clearly to them that they would not have to travel far from their offices to find some disturbing things going on! After all I had experienced the difficulties, refusals of help/referrals/pills and lies for years and 100% of the time. So I was not going out on a limb when I stated this.

Whether this is all done kind of plot to provide the health service, as someone I know quite madly accused the Tories of doing, can only be true if the previous Labour Party in power had already planned this out! Someone certainly planned this out a long time ago! Make no mistake on that because I cannot believe that this many people are quite that stupid and naive! Saints preserve us!

But then it would explain how I have done so much and to state that suffer with delusions of grandeur where intelligence was concerned would be a grandeur understatement!

I have been asked of late if I have heard anything and the answer is no and I think this is taken as a bad sign by this that ask, I do not. The longer it takes means that they have decided that I am quite correct, like I need to know that, and there is no getting out of it. So there must be some investigation going on even if it's because they are having trouble finding a plausible excuse for all this knowing dam well now that I have an impressive sized audience growing at an even more impressive rate?!

So if dunces and suffering delusions then it could well be that the penny has dropped? Then, of course, the bad penny needs to be passed around so that everyone is aware of what will occur?!

I date say there are a few Doctors and specialists from my medical history being informed and wondering if I will name them?

You bet your area I will name them! I did state this awhile ago now and I keep forgetting to do it! Lol! They have all bend written down bar a few I need to go through my paperwork for.

Normally when large organizations are up to no good and the so called watchdogs are only watching for those they are supposed to be watching they normally have a set of excuses and lines to give out to fob people off. I have recordings of many of these lines. Just the other day I was explaining how a Sargent Kate Roberts of Merseyside Police called me as she was handling a complaint, as was the IPCC. I explained that she stared she would call me back in two weeks time as that is how long it takes to investigate. I told this person that 5 weeks went by so I wrote to her asking why I had not heard from her!

I then explained the best but that she rang me and started going through things like it was the first time we had spoken and was starting it from scratch?! It got worse when she literally quoted word for word what she stated over 5 weeks earlier and I realised it was a script and that they were not only lying but had now done this twice!

If you can go back and find the nine page report from them you will not that they claimed to have acted correctly despite the fact they could not locate either of the two policeman that were involved in one complaint! Nor could they find any trace of the two blond police, plain clothes, who visited my daughter's property very late one night to ask questions!! Mind you I believe that these were agents for the security services so therefore the Police would have no clue about them anyway. Just to be completely fair! Lol!

If you wondering what I am on about then you need to go back in my posts for all the details regarding that! Far too long for me to type it all out again and I write online so I only need to do it once! True to do it in sequence so my dazed memory banks don't go over it again.

Now it just remains to be seen what will unfold? Of course there are certain things in progress at the same time which will actually criss cross! I was asked about this recently and had to explain. I started one thing off so that when one other thing was in progress the first would do their thing, meaning lie, cheat, forget, lose and ask the other things they do to not hero people. This would get a blank yet again for the umpteenth time and yet just as it does the other thing then gets finished up so that there is still the for week period to ... appeal! Of course there is a factor, or person, that links these two together and if my timing is right their while setup collapsed in on itself purely because they did it poorly and do not keep all those within ... the circle in the loop, so to speak.

So an immediate and complete contradiction, oh OK LIE, is exposed they cannot get out of! Once this happens and it's announced then the blame game starts as no one will want to get the Axe over it! Or indeed there could be another set of things to publish entirely?! Always have a back up plan and try not to forget, if your condition causes you memory issues of course?!

There was a question in the firm you have me that I will be honest kind of took me by surprise, I had never really thought about as I never expected to be asked at all and am kind of annoyed I was asked it in the first place.

Still even so I could not answer it because there is a great deal to consider.

You also have to best in mind and I am sorry but Dr John Gubbay and Darren Francis were merely pawns. They just did mitre than I could ever have expected.

I am no idiot and I knew my enemies were not the GPs who say before my but we're much higher up in the NHS hierarchy. I knew that orders were coming down to order people to lie to me and despite the fact the GPs were completely wrong and immoral I was far more interested in working my way up that hierarchy to find out who was ultimately responsible. You have no idea how hard it was knowing I was being lured to add I was being lied to and buying my lip?!

Now to give you an idea of what I refer to in a short version, as this lying goes back thirteen years, I have written a very shabby report but a report nevertheless about this!

What might be of interest to you is the fact I was used to teach a series of medical students numbering about fifty I imagine and that it is obvious that these were all given the wrong training! I did this on a regular basis and yet it was I that discovered I had Fibromyalgia ten years later!!

NOW KNOWN...

1 Fibromyalgia now known to go back beyond 13 years since feet became affected, hips, back, skin, anxiety disorder, depression and right hand. Possibly others.

2 Doctors knew of the Fibromyalgia before I did! I diagnosed the condition after three dozen so called health professionals did.

3 I know I2 deliberately jerked around for years in an effort not to diagnose me!

4 It is common knowledge that Doctors and Nurses through the entire UK were asked by the DWP & ATOS to lie about disabled people.

5 In a tribunal the GP on the panel acted in defence of the DWP and was in no way impartial! As was the nurse who assessed me over a freedom pass! This is very easy to prove if your as smart as I am! It was not what they said, it was what they didn't say!! Or did not ask!

6 Prescription Drugs for many conditions were given in too low a dose and when I starred they did not work I was moved on to the next crap drug and it's lowest dose which also did not work!

7 NHS and Government see human beings that are not in work at the time as not worthy of having their pain relieved by drugs or to have money spent in operations or even scans! Easily proved by refusal of medication, avoiding referral and lying about test results!

8 After taking overdose mix of stilnoct and... some painkillers I regretted this and rang for a Doctor to visit, from Tenniswood Road, Carlton House Surgery in Enfield. I awoke several hours later on for of living room. No Doctor had come but I had a missed call. When I phoned the surgery and asked why the Doctor had not arrived a women said "the Doctor had something at home he wanted to do, so rang me and as I did not answer they went home"?! I told her why I did not answer and that I had told them I had taken an overdose and the woman was extremely embarrassed!

9 As a favour to my old surgery and the NHS I used to attend a conference room on a regular basis for a Q&A session with medical students for a Doctor Rahman. Those medical students I now realise were mislead, ill-informed and so given the WRONG TRAINING. I imagine there were about fifty students in all! I particularly like this one!

10 Eaten foods that I should not that have caused me unimaginable pain. Factual that this was unimaginable pain and easily proved when I explain that pressure on the vagus nerve caused a cold weird sweating that made me steep of all my clothes before sudden surge of pain caused me to pass out! That was just one, then there is all the severe heartburn from Oesophagitis, foods that aggravate the Fibromyalgia too and the Costochondrytis! That was nasty add you feel like your difficult because you cannot breathe in more than 25% air without increasing pain. This went on for weeks.

11 One Doctor closed her practise when she looked at my X-Rays and I never got them back but of course had copies later the x-rays were confirmed to show problems but was later retracted, yeah like I would no fecking notice what was going on?! I had known for years and just let them all just do it while I recorded!!

12 Was discharged at an incredibly rapid rate on every occasion. But then not much point in having their time wasted when it is already known what my condition was, just I was not allowed to know!

13 Or in other words all the fecking pain and east of time sending me all over the place when they knew damn well what I had. Dominick Mort saw me in Chase Farm Hospital main hall and recognised my face despite not meeting me before of the NHS having a picture of me?! I BLOODY LOVE THIS ONE!

14 All the while and for thirteen years I had to bit me lip and put up with the fact I being fobbed off! Of course this was incredibly hard the last 7 years and become harder and harder and then the GMC acted with a GP Surgery, Abernethy House, to have me kicked off the register because I said I wanted to hit him, not that I was going to but was a possibility!! BLOODY GREAT THIS ONE!!!  Unfortunately for all involved I fully expected this one. The blog will prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt! Lol! They just needed a little... HELP! If anyone sat there and got rid they was mad and then pint blank refused to listen to a recording that proves you are taking the truth there IS NOT A PERSON IN EARTH THAT WOULD WALK AWAY FROM A PRATT LIKE THAT NOT WANTING TO BREAK HIS JAW!!! NO ONE!

I AM PARTICULARLY PROUD OF THAT ONE!!

ONGOING NEGATIVE EFFECTS...

1 Now unable to house myself nor anyone else house me or even do housework.

2 The anxiety and depression over the fact that the rest of my life had been screwed up skiing with the last twenty years!! The endeavours I do today I should have been doing, and had the proper help with ten years ago!!! Today I would not be constantly living in fear of being made homeless again!!! Or those hired, law breaking, fraudsters who are also physically abusing thugs they have the gall to call Bailiffs and the very sad pathetic creatures that are normally living under rocks that work with them, help them and worst of all give them the powers to do what they do!! Or as I like to call them... JUDGES & LOCAL COUNCILS!

3 All the while STILL NO HELP AND STILL NO SUPPORT from anyone and no idea if this will change and what life I will have when I retire?!

4 Ability to see and visit my daughter and grandchildren whose life was also wrecked by the public services who are money as more important and valuable than human life. So each time I see any of them on TV stating how awful it is and how dreadful they feel about the plight of the oppressed in some far away country I absolutely cringe at the bare faced lying going on because a camera or microphone is in close proximity and could be on!!!

I did not know what to put as an answer because it is thirteen years of my life down the drain for starters.

Secondly it was my endeavour to simply run around, metaphorically speaking of course, and record, document, gather and photo my way to acquire as much evidence on corruption I could find in the United Kingdom for whichever public or private organisation I had cause to become involved with.

Unfortunately those that thought themselves as doing the misleading and manipulated were actually being manipulated themselves and it was my full intention to publish all that I acquired on a blog for all to see which is not just the British Public but also the world. It is amazing just how many people simply fail to take on board that the Internet is a window to the world, not just the country?

So my focus was on all that and from day one I stated that not only would all these organisations fail to do what they exist for but that all the ombudsman I approached afterwards about said inaction would also fail to act.

I also knew that even when I declared the existence of my blog I knew that each and every person I spoke to would be so arrogant and over confident that they would not even bother checking the entire blog to see how serious I have made things. I guess when they realised there was 2,000 it could be that they just might have been to lazy!

Either way it did not matter because all I was doing what acquiring, typing and posting. Each and every single one failed to act and despite knowing this I would also become extremely irate at this for various reasons and I would vent my anger. If I get patronised or spoken down to I will vent my anger. Because by doing this I could quite often get some very good replies that would be posted.

So I am trying to explain that everything is on the blog. What I refer to, allude to and much more besides as well as documents and letters going back ten years are all in the blog. Well NOT all of them add there is to much but enough.

There is a search field where you can type in keywords, just as you would doing a Google search. In fact it is actually a Google Blog as are my others. I choose my  own keywords, design and many other aspects of the blogs. So the keywords are chosen wisely, very wisely so the obvious keywords should be used. Like 'NHS', 'audio' and others. As I stated before the NHS was merely a small part of it and were not even the biggest and must challenging organisation, not even close. The Police, MI5 and GCHQ are all on there for a start and oddly another thing that John Gubbay caused me mental over but the proof was long since posted on there! However I did not want him to know about the blog because he lied to me and was sarcastic on only my second visit so knew I cannot trust him and would get quite a few more recordings to go on my blog.

Now I hope that I have made it abundantly clear as I do like to show how much information as well as directions I provide to each organisation that does nothing. Because if they do nothing despite my intelligence and the amount of proof I provide then the simple question that will be asked is... Well who can?
