THE PAINFUL REPEATS

Damn it.

It has happened yet again. After two days of overdoing it without intending to I am back to being .. in something of a .. well .. state.

I cannot explain what this is like other than it is extremely .. harrowing.

For twenty four hours I have been in a bad way as I was last time this happened and I feel dead tired and extremely depressed. I am ratty and completely fed up with my situation and where I am and in all honesty .. others are not making it easy.

For instance I left the house yesterday and hobbled up to a vape shop after deliberating for an hour or two about whether I would be able to do it and how painful it would be. I am vaping more than usual because I stopped smoking about five days or so ago .. something else I forced myself to do to stop me going .. well, insane. I have to build my money up for various reasons most of them obvious and am amazed with myself for quitting smoking, if I am honest. Though it has not been easy.

So yeah I left the house and managed to get up there and back again and then back into my room which is tiny ..

• 6ft x 9ft
• Contains a bed
• Contains a 29 inch wheeled bike
• Contains a TV
• Contains a PC
• Contains a Laptop
• Contains Two Cameras
• Contains a whole raft of lenses, camera accessories in a large security box
• Contains several camera bogs and a couple of rucksacks
• Contains a chest of drawers
• Contains a couple hundred blu-rays
• Contains various other things

Plus I have a storage area I pay for each month that contains stuff I simply cannot get into this room at all and there is far too much stuff.

Added to this ..

• TV signal is non existent half the time
• Wifi signal fecks up half the time, often half way through uploading my photos and videos
• Living room is out of bounds due to extreme narcissism of someone else affecting my sanity

I digress .. once again.

So I got back in the room, filled my vape tank with the Dinner Lady flavour of Lemon Tart and had barely vaped half of it when there was an ear piercing high pitched shrieking. It turned out to be the fire alarm outside of my room on the ceiling. I waited for someone to deal with it and then gave up, ventured into the hall and I guessed that I had to press the only button? No effect. So I pressed it harder and the noise stopped and the perforations of my eardrums could start to heal.

Suddenly the narcissist appeared at the bottom of the stairs "The fire alarm has gone off" they said before I answered "Yah think?". She then asked if anyone had anything producing smoke upstairs to which I said I had quite smoking five days earlier, not that anyone would notice .. because they don't .. ever. Notice anything. I said no before they then said that it must be my vaping, despite the fact that .. well .. they had just watched me walk in the house. I also pointed out that it can't. Then they disappeared before someone else appeared in the upstairs hallway saying "What is all that noise?" and do not seem to know a fire alarm when they hear one? I said it was the fire alarm and in an odd dig of a statement, I have had about a few things, they said it must be my vaping. "Oh .. don't you start!" I said before they said "well it must be, what else can it be?!" before I then said "I have been vaping for six weeks here and it has not happened before and I have also only been back in the house for five minutes!" to which they then walked downstairs.

So far I have been ribbed about my vaping, smoking, diet, drinking of soft drinks and even wanting to catch buses. Plus despite never being registered with a Doctor .. they are also medical experts and can tell you what they do not have.

Yeah .. you could be forgiven for forgetting, if indeed you had read it recently, that I came here with the only one registered with a disability .. suicidal, slashes on my arm after finding out that my daughter has cancer, my granddaughter is Autistic to dangerous levels, made myself homeless again trying to help them and live 250 miles away from home and .. my daughter and I have been lied to, not supported nor given any financial help at all, hence my loss savings, and left for dead by the public services that are paid a large portion of the taxpayers money to help people that are vulnerable.

Yeah .. you might think that people could be a little more accommodating and a little less .. 'diggy' towards me and even a little helpful? Yeeeeah .. no.

When I compare this to what I just did for four months and that I felt guilty for leaving when and the way I did, even though my daughter and I were victims of a bunch of evil lies and that is from my evil ex, it boggles my mind. Yeah .. they do not appreciate that either and yet I basically get called a selfish twat to my face and behind my back by the narcissistic one that thinks their mild epilepsy is worse then someone else's terminal cancer?! Yeah .. no kidding there and I so wish that I was.

Of course yesterday the digging was at a time when I was low and the worst part about it is they should not only know by now that I would be down, because of the two days, but one was told as much yesterday morning. Of course I then get a run down of the latest thing that she thinks that she has and I heard her talking to the waster or a partner the morning before as she was reading things out from a webpage from her phone and I heard "See? It causes diabetes .."

Yeah .. they do not have diabetes.

They have spent a few minutes hobbling around the house with a walking stick .. I mean who does that? I do not know nor have ever known anyone that uses a stick that actually uses it around their own house! Unless your particularly bad with some affliction. You certainly do not walk around with it one minute and then without it an hour later before then using it again a few hours later. Oddly the two times it was used was walking around the kitchen when she had just called us for dinner so knew we would be appearing. The ONLY times I have seen it in her hand. Also bizarrely it has also only appeared in the last two weeks out of six and since I had my first couple bad days and was limping around. It is a competition with her for sympathy .. except she does not get any and neither do I and nor do I want any. In fact even when I am bad and feeling ratty because no one down here has helped and, in fact, has been quite the opposite .. I get annoyed with myself because I cannot do everything  myself. I so hate being independent, or at least I was to some degree, while feeling like I am dependent, because I have trouble doing things on my own.

Right now I am supposed to be going to my storage facility which I still have not sorted out or moved into a smaller and therefore cheaper unit?! Yeah .. over six weeks.

My own daughter who grew up in a strange land does not understand how some people are with me down here. She does not understand the lack of help, lack of understanding and nor the digs I get about things. She certainly does not understand the narcissist at all.

In fact my daughter wants me back there and I would love to be back there .. helping her .. except ..

• I need money back behind me - court case over that in a couple weeks
• I still need to do my work - blogging and photography (see below)
• My equipment can not be kept at my daughter's house .. my Autistic granddaughter would destroy it
• I am missing a PC that can edit my photos and videos (spent allocated money helping MY family)
• It is a three bedroom house and .. there are five of them, I would make six
• Public services did not give a shit which was how the liar managed to twist things, lie and drive me away

Oh and two important things to note of late ..

• The media agent is being an incompetent twat and now very obviously dragging his feet after all his fucking promises have been broken and now looking to be lies .. or he has been paid off which even my daughter is now beginning to think ..
• A GP Surgery refused to register me and to everyone's shock down here .. umm .. knew my name?!
• To the last one my social worker friend went mad over this "How can they know your name?!"

To that last point I told my friend "exactly" but that I already knew and he said "Why didn't you ask them?" to which I replied "Oh yeah, like they are going to tell the truth and say 'Oh the NHS called around a load of Doctors in the area and warned us you might walk in'?!"

How can a surgery know someone's name before it is given to them and especially when my last GP is located 250 miles away in Birkenhead and I am in a surgery in Hackney in central London?!

Even my mother was in complete shock by that t the point where she did not try to take over the conversation and said "What? How could they know that?!" to which I replied ..

"I have told you and have tried to tell you repeatedly for a few years now .. I am public enemy one, two and three to the public services in this country"

ANOTHER HEALTH FAILURE

A bizarre story had appeared in the news I should not even be surprised about.

Well maybe it's a little more extreme than what I expected to hear. Well at least this one was. There have been others and I have absolutely no doubts there will be more. A lot more.

Still it's troubling enough to get a mention.

A man seems to have become so upset and frustrated with his GP Surgery and the NHS that he built some explosive devices and posted then through the GP Surgery's letter box!

Sound like someone with a mental health problem?! Well you would be correct and a perfect example of how the NHS is deliberately provoking bad treatment of failures towards patients by their GP's.

I stated long, long ago that these failures write manifest themselves in many different ways. I stated that in the case of those suffering with metal health problems this could be extreme? Well here is one and it's pure luck no one died or effect seriously injured.

In other extremes patients die.

But then the dead don't talk or fight back.

This is just one story that has managed to get through the filters and blocks and make it onto the news.

But I wonder whether they're are just so many out there, like on the internet, that the news media decided it better report on one to make it look good?

Convenient then that it is regarding someone with a mental health issue and they dint effect question what failings there were in the NHS or the GP to provoke this.

In fact they don't seem to raise any questions at all about the NHS? Funny considering how much the NHS had featured in the news.

AN UNFORESEEN REVELATION

I have a little something to tell today.

I was at my GP surgery today and bizarrely my head MRI results came through my door this morning and it was normal?!

Was really expecting to be told I had an Arachnoid Cyst.

It might interest people to know that after having two benefits stopped completely, having two (sort of 3) medical professionals state that I cannot work with my medical conditions and losing an court appeal with one crap GP letter and no GP present ....

So I asked my GP outright ... "In your opinion am I fit for work?"

He moved his chair back as if a little nervous and said ...

"It is not my place to say ... it is not my job any more, it is the job of the DWP"

I then told him that an A&E Doctor previously went mad when he heard what the DWP had done to my benefits. His eyes went wide, lol.

So anyone having issues with GP's or their letters may want to ask them directly.

A friend of mine told me he was sitting on the fence and I said that either your health is their job and priority or it isn't.

If you have an accident because you have been forced into work ... does that not then leave General Practitioners wide open for prosecution? Lol.

I was somewhat stunned.

My friend actually thought he would say that I am not fit for work. He was somewhat surprised when I told him what my GP had said.

So what is it? if my GP said that to me then it cannot be the job of any GP anymore, a professional, but the job of the DWP's assessment people, NOT professionals.

It might be why they were so quick to say they wont assess anyone any more, because they have kicked enough off ESA who wont be going back on because they are still insisting on assessing you when you try to. I know this because I got a letter from them stating as much.

For a benefit I have had for more than ten years. Which they only gave me in the beginning because they did not want me on DLA.

Funny as my medical records and my health conditions were bad enough for me to be awarded it twice ... but not now?

Also when we were on the subject of my MRI being normal I told him I was expecting them to find a lump because of my loss of hearing half the time when I talk. He had another look in my ears, ,yeah do not ask me why he had looked twice in as many months, said something was going on in my right ear.

I was then given a card to go and have my hearing checked at Specsavers but was not sure if I had to pay for it!

It is not hard ... I have told him twice it is like my head, or ears rather, are submerged in water. My hearing goes dull and I constantly feel like placing my finger in my ears and wiggling them in the hope of freeing up some pressure.

The MRI being clear was ... disappointing, would you believe?

The GP visit was also disappointing.

Still I have two other options available to me.

THE REVEALING OF CARDS

My last post was about the DWP, Department of Work and Pensions, and how they treat the most vulnerable in society and use dirty tricks to catch out innocent people. They are not only after the guilty ones like they portray themselves to be in the media and on baseless and false documentaries.

Even the devil would smile on camera!

So I said at the end of that one I would put up an extremely squeezed, cut down and chronological order of the absolutely best events that occurred across just two of five GP Surgeries. Remeber that is FIVE SURGERIES ... not five General Practitioners.

At my first one I reckon I saw no less than six GP's and can name them all.

First one in Enfield I saw at least three.

Second one in Enfield I saw three.

Third I saw three.

Fourth I saw two and fifth I have now seen three.

If your reading this from within an NHS building of any kind, or the DWp for that matter .... what? You did not think I had stopped, did you? Fools!

Did you not think for a second I might have ... noticed things?

Good God, they really are bloody incompetent and as easy to read as a Peter & Jane book!

Right then ... trying to simplify things.

Now what I have here is a squeezed down run down of the corruption in the NHS and how I proved some of it. Some ... of it. Not all of it.

As usual the details are all around on the blog lurking around in the archives along with the recordings ... hmm which I just remembered posting a few of not long ago.

The Big Cards

I already long knew after long suspecting that I was being lied to by GP after GP and Doctor after Doctor in GP Surgery after GP Surgery and hospital after hospital.

You see despite how intelligent they all think they are they say stupid statements that let the cat out of the bag. Sometimes, though rarely, this is deliberate with a knowing look and even a wink. Sometimes and most of the time they do not mean to.

Now the best points I have out of the dozens I have come down to the following …

THIRD OF FIVE ..GP Surgeries...

• Gabapentin (neurological) was prescribed around 2012, could be 2011
• Amitriptyline (anti-depressant) was given for the second time despite demanding Pregabalin (neurological) as a replacement for Gabapentin (neurological) because latter made me ill – in 2012
• Stated that they are all the same and all just pain killers and he meant all drugs (Dr Gubbay)
• These two totally unrelated drugs I LATER discovered, in 2014 when I self diagnosed Fibromyalgia, were the only two in Black's Medical Dictionary that had a positive affect on Fibromyalgia and they did not really know why this was!
• Around a very similar time I also caught them, confronted them and one of them admitting they falsified an ultrasound test – honestly? Really, really stupid thing to do, unnecessary!
• So they knew about Fibromyalgia Syndrome for at least two years and around the same time lied about an ultrasound test result and actually falsified it, one of the two guilty ailments of Inguinal Hernia, actually disappeared and re-appeared twice. Oops!
• This was just one example of no less than FIVE GP SURGERIES
• One example of no less than FIVE HOSPITALS
• TREBLE OOPS!

At the following GP from the above one …

FOURTH OF FIVE ..GP Surgeries...

• Was told no NHS Department for Fibromyalgia Syndrome, on tape and a lie, Dr Kumar Senior
• Told no medication for over-sweating, on tape and a lie, Dr Kumar Senior
• Was diagnosed with FMS, despite later letter stating I claimed it, and right knee diagnosed and promised Pregabalin at Guy's Hospital, Dr Kirkham, April 2014 (I think lol)
• Between the letter being sent out and it arriving someone high in the NHS discovered I was recording, did not do their homework and the Right Knee diagnosis and Lachman's Test, if that is the one Dr Kirkham performed, and the Pregabalin promise subsequently vanished
• So two more lies and falsifying test results!
• Row with Dr Kumar Jr, thought he had me, was cocky, lost argument that lasted an hour was taped anyway, despite the fact he thought he was in the clear, was published that night and I was kicked off … from lying Doctors? Oh I was really going to lose sleep by being kicked by overpaid liars and cheats!

That is two of five GP Surgeries that lied and cheated…

Quite how just one of these was not good enough to set the Internet on fire I simply do not know?!

Unless blogs and their mechanics do not work as they were explained and nor does the Internet as it would first appear?

Why they are as incompetent as I claim … or lied for fourteen years ...

• No one stops to think what would happen if someone would … DIE, unless they also falsify death certificates?!
• They have no understanding of even a nationally connected world let alone a global one
• Do not stop to think about family left behind starting their own investigations
• So called medical Professionals that break their Hippocratic oaths do not think for one second what the NHS, that tell them to lie, would do in the event that they get caught out
• They do not even realise that someone will get caught out … eventually
• They fail to realise form the above that this will launch thousands of legal investigations and that Doctors, Specialists and Nurses will be named in the public eye and probably news media for close to a decade or more
• Think that a medical degree or speciality makes them the smartest and, more hilariously, wisest person in the room at all times

• Tenosynovitis (Whipps Cross Hospital)
• Tarsal (& Carpal suspected too) Tunnel Syndrome (Was suspected then disproved in Buckhurst Hill)
• Plantar fasciitis (Whipps Cross Hospital, Wanstead Hospital, NHS Podiatry & Forest Road Medical Centre)
• Pes Cavus (Dr Ray (or Day) & Julian Livingstone @Barnet Hospital & NHS Podiatry)
• Weird (especially middle toe right foot), definitely not Pes Cavus (Raja @ St Michaels)
• Weird & Neurological (Mark @ St Michaels Hospital)
• I suspected …
• Charcot Marie Tooth (ENS @ Royal Free Hospital disproves) though not far off as …
• Fibromyalgia Syndrome that covered CMT symptoms along with others I had for years, including even my skin conditions self diagnosed around 2013 (@ Guy's Hospital 2014)
• Took me two guesses, though in 2001-2 I had wondered it it was Morton's Neuroma in feet as symptoms seemed familiar
• They insisted for over 8 years it was Plantar fasciitis and I always told them no way!
• ERGO INCOMPETENT AND LIARS
• I wont even get started on knee, hiatus hernia, inguinal hernia, double operations for same thing, different surgeons, wrong scans, wrong locations on body, drugs for 13 years that kill kidneys and still take for hernia I'm refused operation on for whole time and God knows how many things I am forgetting?! Oh left my unconscious while OD all day and night, large wart not removed for years … list just goes on and on

• To think the DWP go up in arms about 'X' or kisses on the end of letter being (from an MP) unprofessional?!
• REALLY?! I mean REALLY, DWP?! LMAO! That's your idea of being unprofessional?! It is somewhat like your grading of serious and bad behaviour
• Swear words and anger above …
• Lying
• Fraudulently taking of Tax Payers Money
• Cheating
• Losing whole folders of documents
• Losing entire folder of medical evidence
• Giving people Second Class envelope and four days for you to reply to them?!
• Same questions over and over again in your application forms
• Checking people's bank accounts without permission
• Passing information on to Local Councils without permission
• Passing your address on to other councils that send fraudulent bailiffs around who defraud you of over £4,00o for a £500 fine who attack you in the process and …
• ...oh sorry that is Local Councils … lol, well look at me? Getting carried away there?!
• Hehehe!!

THE DOCTORS ADVICE

A bit of a shocker this one.

I expected a great deal of things to emerge in the media regarding health professionals, though I use the latter term somewhat loosely. But with all the possible outcomes you could possibly imagine this is one that I never ... EVER thought I would hear about let alone read about.

"Go ahead and bloody well do it!" was the Doctors advice when a patient said they wanted to kill themselves?!

I want to now know more details about this Doctor like where he is from and how the hell he ever achieved a Doctorate?!

EDIT: Oh well will you look at that? The patient was a woman stressing about giving evidence in a easier case and used het phone to record the appointment and was used in his dismissal, therefore my last GP lied yet again, lmao!!

So for the record then it's not illegal and that's now official and I am sure many of you would feel better knowing that? I knew someone locally that well be interested to hear this when she herself was threatened and told the Police were going to be called. No one turned up of course.

A SERIES OF PECULIAR EVENTS (PART 1) AT THE NHS

OK then let me see … this is going to be a quick-fire method of amalgamating all key evidence into a short series of posts titled on the area of interest.

As the post title will suggest, when I think of something at least slightly snazzy while writing this in Open Office, this particular one and the very first one is on the NHS.

I will leave the other requested on until last.

I will feature the Ombudsman, all of them in one place, and the Bailiffs too in between the Police at the end. As I have the window, in time no doubt windows, to my cloud storages I may then spot others … oooh like Local Councils?! There and I have not even looked at the windows yet and currently only have one open!

LOL!

Ooh yes I might do just one post for the retail outlets, not really worthy of a post for each one in my opinion, though others might feel differently to me. Yes I agree it is bad and illegal what they are doing but in all honesty I was more interested in the corruption of the public services and government when I started all this several years ago. The retail stores were just more names that were swept up in the bow wave of me always carrying devices on me and recording, once I first realised I had been sold something used and faulty that is. Even so I still did not expect it from high street names like Argos, PC World and B&Q. I say that even though it was easy to prove that the catalogues of Very and Littlewoods were clearly up to it.

This reminds me to point out a deliberate mistake here too … and that is towards another post in the series I will do!

I have mentioned my used and faulty phone which was a Motorola Atrix 4G and sold to me by Very Catalogue. I contacted a couple of Ombudsman during the row over the phone and of them one in particular was the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). They first off said that what they had done was wrong and terrible, acted as if they were shocked. But then a few emails later they said that there was nothing wrong with it and could take no action! This become a template for every single Ombudsman I ever contacted and I expected just as much because if one was corrupt then they all were.

Now for the deliberate mistake … I eventually was taken to court over this and I won.

I won.

The Advertising Standards Agency were therefore WRONG!

The rest of the Ombudsman went the same way. Not one ever achieved anything despite the clear evidence on my blog and the recordings!

1 GP JOHN GUBBAY AT ABERNETHY HOUSE SURGEY ENFIELD

This chap lied to me about drugs, by stating “it does not matter what he gives me because they are all just painkillers” when asked to be swithced from Gabapentin to Pregabalin. When I informed him that Darren Francis at the Royal Oak section of Chase Farm Hospital had falsified my groin ultrasound scans he filed to bat an eyelid over this. He then tried to state I was crazy so I told him I would bring him the recording whereby he incompetently asked in a patronizing way “well why would I want that?!” to which I pointed out that other patients might have been lied to.

Later and without me having a clue I was kicked off the practise under a false allegation of violent conduct.

.. also I was given two results at Royal Free Hospital for Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Studies with one for Dominick Mort who I was told was the best in the country, currently looking for that recording, and he would find out what was wrong?! I never saw Dominick Mort again despite the fact that I was later, err much later, prescribed a Neurological drug, Gabapentin, which was the first drug in over a decade to ever have an affect on my conditions!

Was sent by the Pain Consultant to attend a Pain Management Group which was nothing of the kind!! It was a recruitment drive to get patients in pain, oddly being refused proper treatment, drugs and even possibly diagnosis like me, to work for Chase Farm Hospital for free!!

Hmm now there should be a third, possibly fourth, one and I was to attend every month but after the very last one I did not get the letters asking that I attend anymore .. this is how I know that the NHS were onto me!

Oooh I just remembered an important one with the heads of Departments at Barnet Hospital, a Catherine Johnson and a Mr White who lied to my face and stated they was not trying to say I was violent so they could refuse to see me, appointment immediately afterwards!

This showed a level of incompetence beyond belief because a letter was already in the post from them stating that if I failed to turn up for the meeting they were going to refuse to see me on grounds of violence!

Now then here is the recording of Dr Kirkham telling me I have Fibromyalgia, I can have Pregabalin and then testing my right knee to which I scream an pain and he tells me that my right knee is a completely separate issue to my Fibromyalgia and then somehow forgets the test, screaming, knee diagnosis and the Pregabalin when it comes to creating the letter?!

Yeah just to point out here that three out of four is bad for a Doctor so what do you say about one out of four?! LOL ..

ACCORDING TO ZEE AT THE BEE

Hmm tried to be a little funny and catchy with the title while hiding two identities, lol.

Today I went into a ... chemist to acquire my prescription pills, a little odd as this New Doctor wants me back on Sertraline at 50mg and then to up this next month to 100mg as he stated it can help with Fibromyalgia.

That IS encouraging as I have read this and not had a Doctor state this to me previously. I would wager that mine had no effect but I had noticed a great deal of aching muscles in my thighs and calf muscles but could bne just coincidence that an new and quite aggravating symptom starts to appear about the same time I run out of Sertraline?!

I also never started taking Sertraline for pain either!

Anyway I attended this chemist and someone actually came out and asked me if I had taken Sertraline, Amitriptyline and Lansoprazole together before and had the Doctor realized that they had prescribed all of them together?! Lets call this person ... ZEE, or just 'Z', lol.

I was taken aback!

No one had ever stated anything like this to me in a chemist beforehand!

I told them that not only had I done this but that next month I was going to be adding several others to the mix and that this would be a repeat prescription! They then pointed out that they did not give me these last time and I pointed out that last time they never game me any drugs at all! They raised an eyebrow so I told them that I was kicked off a GP surgery and that this was the second time in a row and that I was now on my fifth GP while living in Enfield.

Their eyebrow struggled to raise ever higher and they closed the distance between us in a very short time and they sat down next to me and asked me to explain more with an inquisitive look!

I explained what had happened and bout the lies, falsification of tests, medical records and even attempts to falsely label me and so knowing committing libel. I explained about this blog and that I had been recording them for several years while they did this without any of them knowing! I explained that even after leaving some surgeries or being fobbed off or lied to by Doctors and Hospitals that I kept the fact I was recording and blogging quiet.

I said that as one of my Doctors has kicked me off under a false accusation of violent conduct when all I was was extremely angry with him because he was a lying twat, that would be Dr John Gubbay at Abernethy House Surgery, that it would therefore be difficult to label me as that or indeed under the first attempt of being completely bonkers when I had this blog on the go for over a year!

After all if I was that angry to have been violent would I have not thrown it at him that I had been recording his lying arse?! No, I instead told him I had recorded the hospital Doctors lying to him and he thought himself sooo intelligent hat he failed to even consider that I had been recording him!

Now comes the surprise ...

Zee then tells me that they completely believe me and that all of the GP Surgeries they deal with on the phone are unbelievably arrogant and rude and that they had known for some time the whole thing was corrupt?!?!

They stated that all of them were like this that they had to deal with and this chemist was a very large one and very central so would deal with a large list of GP Surgeries! I did mention Abernethy House and Willow House Surgeries as I know there are some arrogant and blunt people at both these Surgeries to which I got a knowing raised eyebrow! Lol!

Completely impressed with this response in that I was now speaking with someone who was intelligent and not just dismissing my claims incompetently as so many have previously!

I think next time I go there I will have to give Zee my blog address?! LMAO!!

Now for the record that is the third person to do with health services or prescription drugs that has stated this, my naive dentist thinking it was mere incompetence alone.

Unfortunately, and just currently so could change and also is on here so take a look, I also have had someone that works on the front desks in my Local Council who agreed with me hat the government have corrupted the NHS so that the NHS save money as do the Councils and DWP and decided that she herself had fallen victim to this conspiring and she works for one of what I call the UNHOLY TRINITY ... oooh no wait thats EVIL TRINTY.

Ahhh yeah technically there are four though, lol.

Now I am sure you will appreciate that due to the very nature in which these evil three and all their staff work that its obvious that working out this was a bloody nightmare?!

Yes it is true that some in that long list of conspirators in the previous post were more difficult and others were impossible, well except for the fact that they claimed glory for what I did and I have all the paperwork so none too bright.

But consider then how big the names are and how many of them there are?

EMAIL TO NHS ENGLAND ... AGAIN

I have now emailed NHS England ... AGAIN, to request another GP only this time things are going to be very different, of this I can assure you!

I never thought I would be doing this in all honesty despite being told at my first appointment that a Fibromyalgia Department does not exist within the NHS. Maybe they thought they had better try that one as they know what happaned when they told my that they did have a Podiatry Department but did not see anyone between the ages of 16 and 65?! Whiy of course that makes FECKING sense!

Dear Sirs

I am assuming you got my last email?

I am in need of another GP but then you should already know this, right?

I have now been recording and have all my meeting and all my appointments at both GP Surgeries and all the hospitals I also attended and along with the contradictory letters have published them on my blog. I am sure you have all been scrutinising it of late. I also now hope it has hit home very hard with those within the NHS that thought they could outwit me and out think me and now realise that they have very seriously underestimated me in a way that will reverberate for a very, very long time to come?

I have now been kicked off the surgery which is the second time and refused my repeat prescription drugs, once again for the second time in a row purely because I do not like being manipulated and lied to.

This is not looking good for the NHS on my blog and if I suffer now as a result of withdrawal symptoms from the drugs I will make sure that every single symptom, nausea and pain felt will be completely described on my blog as and when it happens.

I need a GP that has not been corrupted or that lies to patients about certain conditions, drugs and existence, or indeed non-existence, of NHS departments and drugs. The only way I can get a GP that I can trust and that is something you all seriously over looked because as I told Dr Manish Kumar the one person that any one individual needs to rely on is there DOCTOR!

THE DAVID AND GOLIATH MOMENT

You know some people should keep in mind, or bother reading on occasion, that when one suffers from Fibromyalgia there is a great many symptoms that the sufferer has to contend with. Not least of all that of memory.

As stated previously I believe that this was previously known and taken advantage of and I have an example today as to why I do what I do, unfortianetly the pereson I explain this too does not seem to quite get it.

I attended my Doctors today and I already knew what I was going to get in the way of response and I already told you that.

However there was a wee bit more than that I predicted and it came as soon as I sat down when he asked me to switch of any recording equipment I have on me. I immediately realised that someone had contacted him and I asked him how he knew and he said I told him about the blog. Well yeah I did but I did not tell him the address and I also did not tell him what was on it.

Now there was a point when he made a remark about it and seemed to want give a little scoff, which I found amusing. Not content with me switching off my phone he then spots my Sony A Series Walkman, which is on here and does not record but wants me to unplug it anyway.

I start to smile because confidence is everything in situations like this.

He starts to tell me he was uffended that I had recorded them and posted it on the blog and I start to defend myself. Only even though I quite deliberately started with the small stuff he swats it to one side, so I go a little further. I then point out that he has not batted an eyelid about the fact I said I was lied to. He then repates many times about me re3cording and I am thinking, Jesus Christ is this all you got? I said at one point this was pointless as we wrere running around in circles.

I still had not played my Ace Card hiden up my proverbial sleeve! He continued on about a breach of trust so I then said, "OK then lkets get this over with?! You have the letter where is my Pregabalin?!" To which he sarcastically states like I am some idiot, but do suffer from Fibrofog so have a medical excuse, "Mr Haswell what did I tell you last time?!" to which I tell him to remind me and he looks at the screen and says that they did not deewm my condition worthy of Pregabalin or something to that affect and that they are not going to prescribe it. I smile again and I then reach into my back pack and pull out a CD and place it right on front of him on the table. I then satetd he was no in the same position as the last GP and that he chose badly. He said "Whats that?!" I said its the real conversation of what took place. He said "Whats on it?!" and I told him everything I told him at my last visit that took place. "I am happy to prescribe Pregabalin"!

Looking cofused he then backs away and says he cannot listen to it and I ask why and he states it could be illegal for him to do so. I then pointed out that this disk proves I am telling the truth and if no one is interested in listening to itthey they are not interested in me ergo their patients. Oh yes I forgot he told me my actions were illegal and I said "Ohh no they are not!!"

Then as we are arguing a little heatedly I then realise something has has said to me and I said "hang on! I have not posted anything about you on here?! Or at least I have recorded him in every meeting and if I did post one I do not remember and do not remember editing any. It might have been the case of the missing medical records.

Yes its entirely normal for medfical records to take seven months to arrive! I forgot ab out that and he sarcastically told me he told me this last time.

He still persisted in banging on about my breaching his trust and the fact that I have been lied to by dozens and pointing out he was being somewhat realistic meant nothing. So then I hit him with the best one of all ...

"well hang on, your refusing to listen to my recordings! I am afrid that the issue of trust you keep banging on about goes both ways!!"

However this did not matter, so it seems Doctors careers and their trust ismeans everything while  patients trust is nothing and we are expected to do this even though we know we are being lied to.

I then picked up the disk and said, now how do you expect patiernts to reacts when they are presented with this one way traffic?!" which is in essence the worst kind of double standards that I have ever seen from the mouth of anyone at all. Obvioulsy us mere mortals that are patients do not matter much because when I pointed out seveal times, because he kept repeating himself, that his employers, the NHS, have known since before Christmas that I have been recording them, wo whay er you not grilling them about not telling you?!

It seems were are nbut mere lambs and must go wherever the shephards herd us with no questions at all. In fact when you do ask questions they have no way of dealing with it.

Now this is only a brief descrip[tion of what was said and like I said he asked me to turn off all my recording equipment and I removed my phone and my Sont Walkman and turned them off. Oh yeah and when I asked him if he read much of the blog he replied "Well, No!"?!

HUH?!?!

Yes well I did turn off those devices. But I am afraid Doctor Kumar that your attitude was wrong as was your reaction to what I said and I am afraid to say I already know that your not going to listen to that disc as you were not even interested in me leaving it with you. So as you will probably read this keep the repeat prescriptions coming if you do not mind, there simply is no need for me to enter you or your fathers surgery anymore. Unfortunately despite you being a Doctor and like all previous GPs you have only proved that your not really inerested in patients as I genuinley thought you were.

Now as we left it I clearly told you to write to me asking for the disc and I would give it to you. You should be interested in hgow many pateients you have given false information about provided by the NHS and their hospitals as should the last GP. You did not so I have no compunction is saying the following...

Do not ssume that because you saw two devices switched off that they were all indeed switched off! It was insulting to my intelligence to think that I had not only expected this but prepared for it for the last 3 years!

Now the funny thing is I only provided this blog address to two organisations and you can make of this what you want and get no influence from me. Of course if it turns out ... oooh wait?! Did I tell NHS England? No, no I deliberately did not tell them but told the last GP. I never gave the NHS the blog address but did tell them what I was doing ...

So the only two organisations that actually were provided the exact blog address was the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and very recently the Patient and Liaison Service. Now it clearly appears to me that one of these is not acting in MY best interests now are they?!

So as you can see they clearly believe that you are not supposed to take steps to protect yourself and the despite being lied to 100% of the time over the last 8 years I was supposed to INSTANTLY know that he was going to be hoinest and upfront with me, except refused me the Pregabalin!

This drug is going to become famousbefore the year is out because as I told him that this was all stupid, if what he says is true. The NHS has gone through all this trouble, I clearly state, to not give me pills that I might stop taking in a few weeks anyway as they mayt make me ill like the Gabapentin that I can clearly be heard as saying to him that I do not want it! Why?

Now I do believe I did state that they made me ill and that I stopped taking them on my own?! Boy did that cause me some problems and I had to ease the dosages down gently.

This is the drug where he states they will start me on Gabapentin, well no you wont becuase I keep telling every that treats me like a lying twat that I have already been given them. Hm maybe they removed this from the medical records?!

I particulalry liked the way he was insistent that he had nothing to hide before I switched off the recording equpiment, lol.

Same old same old and you know if you think your going to hold someone to ransom? Yeah you had better make sure you have something to hold them to ransom over?! Manish Kumar I am afraid you really gave me diddley squat my friend and I am sorry but you were incredibly unrealistic to expect me to just take the word of someone of which a dozen of his predeccesors had lied. Oh and when I was called in I was the only one in the waiting room but as I walked along and turned the hallway Dr Kumar was utteriung again about being secretly recorded so I said out loud I do not like being lied to and why I have so may recordings of Doctors lying and as I turned the hallway there was a waiting room that had become a sea of shocked face all staring at me. I simply smiled at them and left.

I did state that I would get found out eventually, the fact it has taken the NHS a little under two years is astonishing. Oh and note how I ask if he is going to take up the fact that I was lied to he sauys no thats down to me? I said "So oh when it suits you all you want us to do the dirty work?! No I am not a Doctor, you are and your there to look after patients so technically and literally its YOUR JOB!"

But no if the tests and scans are falsified and lied about or they make promises they do not make good on its tough titties!! LMAO!

Well I am never one for forcing anyone, I have said here what I have said and I said to him on the tape everything that I needed to, but that he was more frustrated than me refusing to be stupid and unrealistic than he was about patients haveing test data falsified.

Go figure! I guess he thinks that a blog tyelling the truth is not going to be taken notice of by anyone, so I told him how many visitors I had, had and how many I get each month.

Oddly after telling him all this information and the little he gave me he actually told me to 'reflect on what I had done"?!

Well I must say that the plot ever thickens! I also believe the NHS are trying to call my bluff now but it's not going to work.

I won't make any moves, NHS, until you have made yours! You really do not think me that much of a fool and that naive? Lol!

That will have to be explained in a few weeks now but it seems that the NHS fiasco will continue on a little longer!

If for the reasons I suspect it will turn it to be sooo funny!

I also and quite honestly expect today's events would take place. I also honestly did not want them to and just rather be at an end.

My letter from Guys Hospital had not arrived after three weeks have now passed by?!

That is utterly and absolutely ludicrous. It is also highly suspicious too.

Suspicious because after way over 7 months or more, depending largely on whether it was the 4th December 2013 I registered at the GP surgery or a couple of weeks earlier, my medical records have still yet to arrive?!

Now does anyone see the problem here at all? I deliberately have not brought this to to show people that maybe doubting things out wondering about why I say some things what they miss when I spill the beans.

A member of your family ends up in an accident and rushed to hospital and needs a major operation do you think it might be a good idea if they had access to their medical records?

Like many I have meet being administered a drug your allergic to our indeed bit given a drug you rely on prior to an operation can be fatal or worse disabling via a forced amputation.

I have never known medical records to take longer than six weeks and I have known them to take as little as one week or thereabouts.

If I registered on the 4th December 2013, I was in there that day, it has been around 30 weeks and still no medical records?

Now let's see shall we? Now the method here is a cat and mouse waiting game to see who gives in first. Despite my desire to just get what I want, monetary value for losses and pain, I will instead sit and wait!
To this of you crowded around the paintwork your wasting your time and now making yourselves look far, far more guilty than I could ever make you look!
