OK then let me see … this is going to
be a quick-fire method of amalgamating all key evidence into a short
series of posts titled on the area of interest.
As the post title will suggest, when I
think of something at least slightly snazzy while writing this in
Open Office, this particular one and the very first one is on the
NHS.
I will leave the other requested on
until last.
I will feature the Ombudsman,
all of them in one place, and the Bailiffs too in between the
Police at the end. As I have the window, in time no doubt
windows, to my cloud storages I may then spot others … oooh like
Local Councils?! There and I have not even looked at the
windows yet and currently only have one open!
LOL!
Ooh yes I might do just one post for
the retail outlets, not really worthy of a post for each one in my
opinion, though others might feel differently to me. Yes I agree it
is bad and illegal what they are doing but in all honesty I was more
interested in the corruption of the public services and government
when I started all this several years ago. The retail stores were
just more names that were swept up in the bow wave of me always
carrying devices on me and recording, once I first realised I had
been sold something used and faulty that is. Even so I still did not
expect it from high street names like Argos, PC World and B&Q. I
say that even though it was easy to prove that the catalogues of Very
and Littlewoods were clearly up to it.
This reminds me to point out a
deliberate mistake here too … and that is towards another post in
the series I will do!
I have mentioned my used and faulty
phone which was a Motorola Atrix 4G and sold to me by Very Catalogue.
I contacted a couple of Ombudsman during the row over the phone and
of them one in particular was the Advertising Standards Authority
(ASA). They first off said that what they had done was wrong and
terrible, acted as if they were shocked. But then a few emails later
they said that there was nothing wrong with it and could take no
action! This become a template for every single Ombudsman I ever
contacted and I expected just as much because if one was corrupt then
they all were.
Now for the deliberate mistake … I
eventually was taken to court over this and I won.
I won.
The Advertising Standards Agency
were therefore WRONG!
The rest of the Ombudsman went the same
way. Not one ever achieved anything despite the clear evidence on my
blog and the recordings!

SURGEY ENFIELD
This chap lied to me about drugs, by
stating “it does not matter what he gives me because they are all
just painkillers” when asked to be swithced from Gabapentin to
Pregabalin. When I informed him that Darren Francis at the Royal Oak
section of Chase Farm Hospital had falsified my groin ultrasound
scans he filed to bat an eyelid over this. He then tried to state I
was crazy so I told him I would bring him the recording whereby he
incompetently asked in a patronizing way “well why would I want
that?!” to which I pointed out that other patients might have been
lied to.
Later and without me having a clue I
was kicked off the practise under a false allegation of violent
conduct.

so may be the one where is states that Pregabalin is a pain killer
just like Amitriptyline? I have Fibromyalgia and Fibrofog so its hard
to remember at times..
This one says refuse in the title so
may well be the one with the .. errr no I do not know. Refused
Pregabalin? Refused … to listen to the recording? Cannot think of
what I was refused while there!
Hmm there are more of these I cannot
seem to locate, but then as you will see from my comments in the post

2 PAIN CONSULTANT AT CARLTON HOUSE
SURGERY (was my first surgery in Enfield)
where I am told I am to get Gabapentin,
a neurological drug thats later overruled by Dr Gubbay for
Amitriptyline, and curiously told what the drug will work on and what
it wont! Hmm you cannot do that when everyone claims they have no
idea what is causing any of my problems! Unless of course you DO
KNOW!
3 PSYCHIC NEUROLOGIST AT CHASE FARM
HOSPITAL
Now a recordings of a Neurological
Appointment with Dominick Mort of Chase Farm Hospital who passed me
in the mian building and did a double take which I realised meant he
somehow recognised me and that the chap was the Doctor I was about to
see. This took place over 500 yards away in a different building …
.. also I was given two results at
Royal Free Hospital for Electromyography and Nerve Conduction Studies
with one for Dominick Mort who I was told was the best in the
country, currently looking for that recording, and he would find out
what was wrong?! I never saw Dominick Mort again despite the fact
that I was later, err much later, prescribed a Neurological drug,
Gabapentin, which was the first drug in over a decade to ever have an
affect on my conditions!

NERVE CONDUCTION STUDIES AT ROYAL
FREE HOSPITAL
Hmm I am not sure why there are three
files?! Maybe different formats and as one my be clearer than others
… not get at checking what I do I am afraid … I will post them
all up.
5 DARREN FRANCIS FALSIFYING
ULTRASOUND RESULT CHASE FARM HOSPITAL
Only two recordings and start with the
one where I pull him about lying about the ultrasound test, that
Abernethy House were not interested in nor my following Doctors, the
Kumars of Willow House, see below.
First Appointment …
6 NHS RECRUITMENT DISGUSIED AS PAIN
MANAGEMENT
Was sent by the Pain Consultant to
attend a Pain Management Group which was nothing of the kind!! It was
a recruitment drive to get patients in pain, oddly being refused
proper treatment, drugs and even possibly diagnosis like me, to work
for Chase Farm Hospital for free!!
YES I SAID FOR FREE!!
Hmm now there should be a third,
possibly fourth, one and I was to attend every month but after the
very last one I did not get the letters asking that I attend anymore
.. this is how I know that the NHS were onto me!
Unfortunately the so called Dr Manish
Kumar probably thought the NHS had just found out when they contacted
him … err no dumb-arse! I told you, you chose to ignore and I
warned you about ignoring. Decide to not side with someone telling
YOU the truth and I am afraid it always ends the same way.

previous Doctor Huq took with her when she announced immediate
retirement having had enough of the NHS to five shocked staff...
8 PHSIO AT CHASE FARM HOSPITAL?
Hmm one that says Physio … not sure
which one as I have had 5 I think and one I have seen twice and that
was before I moved to Enfield over 7 years ago!

9 Podiatry (I simply do not recall
this one!)
Oooh I just remembered an important one
with the heads of Departments at Barnet Hospital, a Catherine Johnson
and a Mr White who lied to my face and stated they was not trying to
say I was violent so they could refuse to see me, appointment
immediately afterwards!
This showed a level of incompetence
beyond belief because a letter was already in the post from them
stating that if I failed to turn up for the meeting they were going
to refuse to see me on grounds of violence!
LOL!
Ooh I better look for the letter too?!
10 KIDNEY ULTRASOUND CHASE FARM LEFT
WITH FULL BLADDER FOR AN HOUR!
Ooh wanted to check my Kidneys,
probably because of pumping all the wrong and cheap crap drugs into
me for 15 years that they are STILL DOING!! LMAO!
A lady that works for the NHS who
states that her GP told her that your only allowed three referals and
after that, despite drawing blanks, you cannot have any more!!
11 NHS STAFF LIED TO TOO COCKFOSTERS
Hmm I cannot seem to find that one with
heads of departments at Barnet so will do a quick search of the blog
posts … incidentally I am likely not even posting 25% of what I
have and forgotten to post a great many things?! I am very forgetful
which was why it was a good idea to start cataloguing all this in the
first place and the blog will date it as I put it up … if I am not
distracted by another disaster?!

12 NHS BARNET HOSPITAL HEADS OF
STAFF
Ahh here it is, forgot to rename it
thats how I end up losing track and then forget I have them
altogether! Probably have a ton of stuff in my memory banks I think I
have already posted and have not?! LOL …
Now remember this is the one that I
accuse on the tape of setting me up to try and make me look like some
violent nutter and the strongly deny this despite the fact they had
already posted a letter to me stating as much!! Oh crap now where is
that letter?! Lol ..
Right now there is a fair bit more that
is not uploaded and I have lost track of but these are the main ones
that I can recall …
… also there are always those
recordings that I disregarded but kept and may well have missed
something important while later forgetting the conversation and
missing out on something?
I would estimate that there is over
100GB, in total this is not solely on the NHS lol, in total and it
needs re-organising and then I can get the real data amount and
mention it when I do.

SCREMING KNEES
Ooooooh yes …
how could I forget this one until the end?!
Now then here is
the recording of Dr Kirkham telling me I have Fibromyalgia, I can
have Pregabalin and then testing my right knee to which I scream an
pain and he tells me that my right knee is a completely separate
issue to my Fibromyalgia and then somehow forgets the test,
screaming, knee diagnosis and the Pregabalin when it comes to
creating the letter?!
Yeah just to point
out here that three out of four is bad for a Doctor so
what do you say about one out of four?! LOL ..
NOTE: There may well be some additions if I come across them while searching for other things for the PECULIAR SERIES?!
