OMBUDSMAN WILL SAY LIKE COMPUTER

Well I have made an official complaint now to the Legal Ombudsman about Patient Claim Line and there members of staff.

Oddly I had completely forgot, as is so often the case, to also mention I had previously contacted The Law Society about all this a few days back. No reply as yet, wow now there's a surprise!

Anyhoo just for sake of record and as always I am posting up the email I sent to the Legal Ombudsman.

Dear Sirs

Patient Claim Line/British Law/Legal System

I want to mainly complain about Patient Claim Line but the other listed above too.

I have been trying to get legal representation for several years now for medical negligence.

Now initially, as I was telling the truth, I thought this would be a simple act of acquiring a private medical report and then taking the NHS to court, but no. Everyone I contacted said I had less than a 50% chance.

Now with my many areas of pain I also suffer from memory lapses in a bad way.

So what I did was start out on a lengthy course of action to prove what I had wrong with me, acquire Doctors lying and to render this incontrovertible I had to not do this once, as it may well not have been enough judging from the initial response, but several times.

·         Prove my SEVERAL conditions

·         Prove they were lying SEVERAL TIMES

·         Re-approach organisations that talk themselves up like they can sue anyone

I did all of the above and then some.

Except Patient Claim Line were first both rude and patronizing and then when I pointed out a few things they insinuated I was lying and stupid.

However the one funny thing is I have a blog and on that I have maintained for 3.5 years that I was suspect that despite the adverts on radio, TV and newspapers no one has ever any intention of doing anything and that the whole British legal system is a farce and nothing but lies.

It is absolutely shocking that no matter how long I am at this, how much I acquire as evidence on the NHS, and I have many other public services besides and am well known even with MP’s one of which used my data to attack Iain Duncan-Smith in January 2013, no one seems to appreciate the gravity of this and the highly serious nature of the crimes, almost like they are both known and accepted.

How can you wriggle out of acting after everything I have done? This makes most organisations, I am still looking, look like a front to make the British public believe that there are still avenues to take that do not actually exist!

Now I am going to copy and paste their last email to me, when I give them a breakdown of the times and dates.

I also need you to ask me that ...

Why is it then when I have explained to ombudsman, GMC, NHS England and organisations such as these that I have all this proved several times over and have all these recordings that highly suspiciously no one has EVER asked me for them.

So decisions made, like the recent I have less than a 50% chance, are done without viewing any documents at all or listening to a shred of my recordings and that when I challenge them on this they get even more rude and snooty than they did previously and move the goal posts for Statute of Limitation to 2 years instead of 3.

Three years is hardly fair when it applies to the public and not organisations and when there is no legal aid and no organisations to truly help you or even understand that after spending several years I am disappointed and angry that with all my efforts and helping other for nearly four years, no one wants to get off their arses and help in any way at all?!

THE SNOOTY GET SNOTTY

Well I have had a snotty email response.

I got a ticking off, would you believe, because they did not state that I had not got a greater then 51% chance of winning a court case ...

Umm ... except that is the second time I have been told exactly that and the fact that they said 'NO' to help in the same letter, well ... in my book that basically is stating that you did not get far enough over half a chance of winning a court case, lol.

Then there was a sarcastic comment about going through hours and hours of blog posts ... umm except for the fact it works the same a a Google search.

In other words this organisation meant to help the public just did not bother to look.

They must be helping so, so many people to not be able to spend a couple of hours doing some searching and listening to some tapes? LOL.

Also they do not seem to know anything about the fact a Doctor, or DOCTORS and a Specialist, falsified an ultrasound test result for a condition that is actually a killer?

My word, my Fibrofog from my Fibromyalgia must really be getting bad if I emailed  an organisation and did not actually state what I was emailing them about?!

LMAO!

ANYHOO ...

Here is the email response from AvMA, or confusingly called Action Against Medical Accidents, and my reply to them. I point out the sarcasm but I DO NOT bother to be sarcastic about her not telling me she was not prepared to search through my blog. I am stern about being spoken to like I posses an IQ below the score of 10.

Hmm, I hope they have not changed the name officially to Action Variable Against Medical Accidents, lmao, to cover themselves if they never do anything by stating that they clearly do not 'promise' anything. Cynical, much? Lol.

Or as it more likely sounds like ... making an excuse for why they did not look for it when I had actually asked them why they had not even bothered to ask me for it?

Thank you for your email.

I am afraid that AvMA has only limited resources in terms of staff and I am afraid that it is simply not feasible for us to read or listen to web-based information which can take several hours to look through and to listen to and it is for this reason that I was not able to do more than briefly look over your blog pages. If you are able to provide a concise, chronological, written account of your concerns about health care we would be able to look over this if you want specific advice on a  potential clinical negligence case but with the greatest respect your letter to us did not highlight that this was advice you were seeking. I also must say that I did not make an assessment that your case had a less than 51% chance of success, I simply told you that given that most cases now have to be undertaken by solicitors on a no win no fee basis, this is the benchmark chance of success that solicitors are looking for:-

I am afraid that changes in funding for claims means that increasingly solicitors are only able to take on cases where on initial assessment the chances of success are over 51% and there are no additional litigation risk factors such as the claim is well within the three year time limit for making a claim.

If you are able to submit further  information  in the format I have proposed we are happy to see if there is anything further  we can do.

Dear Tracy Minns

First off it does not take several hours and I( do not appreciate your sarcasm.

I said ‘audio recordings’ and any other details you asked for, like name of the Doctor on the audio recording can be searched on the blog via the search function, you know it is like using Google search, it sis the same principal really.

Second of all ‘you did state as much’ to what your now denying.

The fact that you stated what you did about the 51% implies that I was under that for chances of success.

Your asking concise information of someone who is disabled and one condition affects memory. I am afraid that the recording of ...

Darren Francis admitting on tape he falsified the test result for an area of inguinal hernia repair as well as the new inguinal hernia I had, dictated a new letter to my GP at the time stating that I DID have an inguinal hernia and then did NOT send the letter he dictated in front of me.

I diagnosed myself with Fibromyalgia. Just prior to this I had been put on Gabapentin for a couple of years. I then asked to be put on Pregabalin, which is the same family as Gabapentin, but was refused and put on Amitriptyline, a totally different class of drug. I was then accused of first being ‘mad’ and then accused of being violent when I told them I had a recording of a Doctor from Chase Farm Hospital admitting he was lying.

Then I was lied to by my next GP, being told there were no NHS Fibromyalgia specialists/Doctors in the whole of the UK and also lied to me about there being no drugs for overs-weating. I then found out about Guy’s Hospital and had to force them to refer me where after 13 years I had my Fibromyalgia finally confirmed.

Referring back to the second paragraph in bold, I then read in Black’s Medical Dictionary in around 2014 that Fibromyalgia only had two drugs that had any effect, the two totally unrelated drugs of Gabapentin and Amitriptyline which I was given consecutively, despite wanting Pregabalin. I was also told by the Pain Consultant that the Gabapentin being prescribed would NOT work on my back.

Odd as despite asking for several years my back has NEVER been diagnosed while they have x-rayed and scanned the WRONG part of my back several times.

I am currently going through this with my back all over again and now they have quite deliberately x-rayed me several times but in the completely wrong way so that my real diagnosis does not show and have had this confirmed by a Osteopath in Potters Bar my current GP promised to refer me to 6 months ago but keeps making excuses why he has not, along with excuses as to why he has not looked at the private x-ray I gave him showing the two back problems 6 months ago too.

That above in bold is only a small fraction. I have recordings in the absolute dozens and many of the most shocking ones, probably a dozen or two, have been posted on my blog over the past 3.5 years.

As to the length and amounts to anything ... I am sorry but it is not I that is responsible for the amount of corruption and the number of organisations ... ‘at it’.

Also if my knowledge of law was ‘that good’ I would not need a solicitor and would represent myself in court, which is why people go to advice organisations in the first place.

I am an expert on herpetology, batrachology, ichthyology, astronomy and astrophysics, orchidaceae, have knowledge of quantum mechanics and a single honours degree in applied computing and am a kung fu expert among several other skills.

Despite all that I cannot be expected to also know the intricacies of legal areas and know hat is relevant to a solicitor and what is not ... oh ... and I was a Personal Assistant to a solicitor right here in Enfield. Not in this area, before you ask. Conveyancing mostly with Wills & Probate.

So to summarise ...

·         Fibromyalgia I have had 14 years plus, discovered about three years ago and then when I finally got diagnosed, 2 years ago, I started to realise certain things but was already long since recording

·         I was lied to 3 years ago but I have spent the last two years being messed around by NHS England and the PHSO, the latter I have half a dozen to a dozen letters and compliments slips from them and now they say that they have never heard of a member of staff called Jonathan White, I still hold the emails for (digitally) and no record of my case.

·         So therefore sounds like a deliberate time waste by a government organisation so I go beyond a Statute Of Limitation, yes I know what they are called, which is totally unfair as it applies to people that have no expertise in such areas and with not a single organisation, please do not mention CAB, to go to, to actually get any genuine help at all.

·         In fact over 300,000 people that will soon be in the millions on my blog, all agree or have now realised this is the case and why the blogs exist

·         There is far, far more than one blog, fifteen to be precise and my YouTube channel backs them all up with 0ver 1,500 videos and around 160,000 views of my videos and rising

If I did not explain this clearly previous, I thought I had, then I apologise for that.

But you have to understand that it is bloody annoying when I have spent several years at my own expense collecting all this data and evidence while helping closing on on half a million people for no money whatsoever while having a several disabilities and pain and an organisation that actually receives money to help us says ‘oh we have no money and they are cutting this, that and the other’.

Help is help. Words mean something. Start changing this and you change the meaning to one that is misleading.

As for me ... I got on with the job at hand. It matters not to me that I do not get paid. I research, work things out, plan, by the tools, approach and capture and then spend years telling others so that they can help themselves.

MY MATE, THE SOD

Yup, so much is he that they named a law after him!

I am a little fed up as he is always hanging around and driving me nuts. He only ever strikes just when I am about to do something else.

I was planning on a new camera in a few months time, which did not work out, when my one took a bloody tumble and I am still, trying to get it replaced. Of course I need that for all of my blogs and my YouTube channel I have now spent 3.5 years working on.

Of course I am still missing several items and the necessary space to all that I want and am capable of doing.

I left the house today forgetting something else, as I more often than not do. My Fiio hi-res music player and RHA headphones. So back to the house yet again and annoyingly when I thought it was about 10am was actually midday! Grrr.

Rummage around and no music player. Must of left it upstairs then? Umm ... no!

Oh, it is in my backpack? No. Inside pockets? No! I used a different bag? No! I have put it down somewhere and placed something on top of it? NO!

Crap!

Last time I remember seeing it, ... I THINK, was the morning before yesterday when I was picked up by my brother to go birdwatching. He called me 'Go, Go Gadget' and 'Inspector Gadget' because of all my devices and wires. I told him there were still half a dozen or more gadgets I did not bring out, like my audio recorder, radio scanner ... umm other Windows phone and probably others?

Where does 'sod' come into all this?

Well I was hoping to get an Astell & Kern AK Jr at some point which I would be doing about now if it were not for the fact that I desperately need a camera and the camera unfortunately takes precedence.

Yeesh!

How I do not know but it always, and I do mean always, happens like this. I start planning something, start working towards something and then something else comes along and goes wrong just about the time when it is about to go right!

ALWAYS!

Like some bloody court papers I was meant to get a hold most of last Summer and then should have done in November only for that to go south for the winter and not even knowing why that is.

I listen to music most of the time when I am out to take my mind of the 100 things that often go through it. Half a dozen or more of these are pains, either dealing with them or constantly worried they are going to flare up. Or the half a dozen symptoms that are 'hope a crack in the floor opens and you fall into a bottomless pit' embarrassing!

Jesus! I am going top miss having that player.

The only upside is ... or bloody well should be, is the fact it is Spring and the warmer weather means I should be out on my bike with my ... faulty camera most days. Except it is not good weather and we have only had a couple of full days and a few half days of decent weather.

Rain, rain, nothing but rain is all we get lately and even several of the sunny days have had rain at some bloody point! Should be good for the wild British Orchids but I am betting it will rain right through the periods when they are in flower and I wont get up there?! Lol.

Damn this Fibrofog and Fibromyalgia, it really is the bane of my life in so many ways I lose count! If someone was to ask me in how many ways I get driven nuts by my health I would say ... well four, except one of them has so many bloody ways on its own that I cannot even give you a number!

Over a dozen that bog me down I would say. Both feet, right calf, shoulder, memory, vomiting, skin conditions, umm two others, oh yeah ... and that one lol (not telling on those three), high blood pressure, postural hypotension, light sensitivity, sleep problems and umm am I forgetting anything? Memory, lmao!

Several back problems, lumbar, thoracic region (middle) and neck.

Physical problem with right knee.

Severe heartburn.

These are the main ones that are in the forefront of my mind.

Jesus, why is it so effing hard?

JESUS, why is there no EFFING HELP?!

I keep asking but I never get an answer, from anyone else, nit only Jesus.

Steps to getting help ...

1. Find organisation that claims to be advice/action in your field, ask for help ...
2. Get told they do not actually do that
3. Ask them why
4. Get lies or crap in answers
5. Ask them about deliberate mistakes I lead them to make
6. Get told to ask 'x' organisation
7. Go back to '1'
8. Repeat
9. Repeat Steps 1 to 8 a dozen times before you realise ...
10. None do anything, they all lie and their names are intentionally misleading
11. LAUGH YOUR ARSE OFF
12. LMAO!
13. Then realise you gotta just keep doing this crap even though it hurts in more ways than one!
14. Feel like sticking your head in a mincer

THE DO NOTHING BRIGADE

Before I started blogging I wanted to prove what had become obvious to me.

That there are a lot of ... illusions out there. Illusions most definitely set up by the powers that be, the government, the Illuminati pr whatever takes your preference, to fool us. Fool us that there are avenues out there we can take. Fool us that the laws actually matter and protect us. Fool us into thinking that we are fooled into thinking that we actually matter.

But I could not come on a blog and just state this.

So for a couple of years before I started blogging I started recording. Once I got up enough stuff and for another reason the London Olympics had finished I started to post to blogs.

I said from the very start that I had tens of Gigabytes of data and that as I went along I would continue to approach organisations and in each case it only worked if I had a genuine reason to do so.

I also stated that as I blogged my approaches for year after year that I would get nowhere.

The difference was that as I re-approached organisations that had given me the brush off previously I would do so with a very big difference. Over fifty gigabytes of data/proof and growing.

Of course to anyone with more than two brain cells working as a team you would be forgiven for thinking that I would win and get somewhere. Well yes OK I sort of did on occasions but the £4,500 I got from the DWP, for instance, was supposed to be £45,000 and that does not include the 8 years of being without a Freedom Pass, free travel on buses and trains.

Now think about it ... I had 50GB of proof that has grown to over 100GB of proof and yet I was sure enough of myself and them to state that despite me gradually getting all this proof I would still get nowhere?

How could I be sure of that?

I would imagine that many visitors thought 'no effing way!' I mean ... if I could do all that I could, get all that I could and post and publish in very public places how could I lose?

Because there are not as bright as they like to think they are and did not have a contingency plan for someone like me. Unfortunately for them.

Yesterday I got a letter from another organisation as part of the 'Wading Through The Sea Of Help' posts I did recently. Though this one was a bit different ...

I approached Patient Claim Line about taking the NHS to court. So I told them what had happened and I told them I had proof. Out of the 100GB plus of proof I told them about a select few, one Doctor admitting that he falsified an ultrasound scan and told me that I did not have an inguinal hernia when I did. That condition is a killer, or can cause gangrene and result in having your entire groin removed to save your life. Nice, I know. Now THAT is not what I had the scan for ... it was because I was feeling pain in an area where I had an inguinal hernia repaired on the OTHER SIDE. Now there they found an elongated and jagged black lump that was causing the pain.

What was it, I hear you ask?

They did not know!

Except when I got to the Doctor for the result, just as the Inguinal Hernia did, the black lump magically vanished from existence.

So not just a simple falsification we are talking about here.

So my plan was to go back to these people one at a time once I had enough evidence and better still, I had enough people visiting my blogs.

They cannot possibly so no, right? Wrong!

The Patient Claim Line actually told me that according to their solicitors, who must be, let's be honest here, fucking incompetent, I do not have a chance greater than 51%?!

Huh?!

But wait a moment ... they did not listen to a single scrap of my recordings or look at any of my reports, letters or anything else?! HUH?!

I got a reply back from someone, could have been the Patient Claim Line or the Disability Law Service ... who incidentally have not been a law service for over 5 years now ... but STILL have the name and still operating and getting funds from somewhere. One of them told me about ...

AvMA or Action Against Medical Accidents

Except all the things that happened to me were not accidents but deliberate which is far more serious than an accident.

Plus I do not have one but four cases and in each case there are half a dozen to over a dozen incidents of lying, proof and all that jazz. My God, it is over 6 GP Surgeries, little clue there.

After acquiring 100GB of data over several years, if I cannot get legal representation from somewhere then who the hell can?!

Well yup. I got a letter from AvMA and I have posted it below. Remember this is yet another organisation supposedly to help one or other sector of society and all the time I keep finding new ones.

The UK. The country were everyone works for a help or advice organisation despite the fact they do not do anything.

Well, other that is than making British taxpayers even poorer than they are!

Now I have told three people thus far, who were non believers just as many naive people that came on here likely were in the early days. Except now they were aghast that now I have proved what I said for years, oh yeah and I have fucking witnesses too!

They complained about the amount of tax they paid and asked if this is what all their taxes were going to? Dozens upon dozens of organisations that somehow came into existence over the last couple of decades that do not do anything?

I said, yep!

Or worse still getting donations off of naive bleeding hearts!

Rather bizarrely AvMA said the exact same thing that Patient Claim Line did without listening nor looking at a single kilobyte of my 100 gigabytes of evidence.

Just as before they did not even ASK FOR IT!

Remember they are called Action Against Medical Accidents so the name is misleading to likely defraud money and ... well you do not see a lot of 'action'. Lol.

SNIFFING OUT THE BEAGLES

I am not going to state too much ..

But I have had a response from the first wave off letters and in the form of no less than FIVE text messages from a legal firm asking me names and addresses of all my General Practitioners as well as the Doctors and Hospitals that have all lied.

This is the first time I am attempting any of these things on a serious basis since I started blogging and of course since I started blogging I have acquired a great deal more DATA and recordings!

Now we shall see how this all pans out?

Remember .. this what I have done is unique and mountainous and along with the fact I have so, so many recordings there is this blog to consider.

This blog and the fact that well over 300,000 have visited my sites and the number that will eventually visit my blog over the next year. Even two years is not that far away, not when it comes down to the question of repercussion.

A friend asked me why I was doing this and I said I cannot lose. He looked puzzled and said "How do you work that out?"

I reminded him that all these people are out there that claim to perform a service and help, poor, disabled it matters not.

With me doing a good 8 years work at this and with all that I possess and all that I have done on-line then I should be a very easy person to apply and get help.

If I cannot then people will ask under what circumstances exactly dod these people really help and what are they doing for their money. If it strongly appears they do nothing than there will be a viral outbreak and then an uproar!

If however it turns out that one or two of the three dozen I have contacted then that works in my favour too, does it not?

He burst out laughing!

THE MEANINGS WITH A SOCIETY

EDIT: I just noticed that yet again a number of posts have not bloody POSTED and added to this my keywords have all gone missing too!! Google at its most incompetent best or a didgy tablet PC?!

Well as you can see things seem to be increasing in frequency.

I also have a whole list of legal emails to post up.

I still have the Freedom of Information spreadsheets to finish.

But as you can see and as I stated from day zero I have endeavoured to do a great many things, I have cause to do a great many things, I have acquired evidence to do a great many things and there a vast number of people obtaining monies from the British taxpayer to do a great many things!!

Eighteen months and we are still awaiting for any one of the goals to be completed. Nobody understands plain English. Nobody answers you straight. Nobody sound like they give a rats arse.

But there are hordes of totally amoral unfeeling people that want to make a bunch out of misery without giving a shit!!

So you have whole volumes upon volumes of law books that are not worth the paper they are written on?! Then because it is such a bloody joke and a bloody mess you have those going round giving false impressions they are solicitors of sorts and they can help you legally but cannot and likely many know it too beforehand?!

Hmm vultures without hearts prey on misery of others? I like that! Lol! But then I am shattered, Lol! Not thinking straight but then I rarely do.

You must be completely devoid of intelligence not to realise that these attitudes have destroyed this country and keeping it down and will continue to do so?

You must also be completely devoid of compassion not to give a rats arse about what is happening you this country?!

You must be really, REALLY thick to not realise all these little cheats and tricks all add up to become destructive to all around you.

I have starred it over and over again. I have done and still do what I can. I endeavour to reach out and she the truth to all. Because only be doing this can it reach enough people for it to make a difference.

For a couple of decades now Britain had built itself a house of paper. The industries it's destroyed for those quick money making ones was self destructive and were never going to be sustainable in the long term. I knew this for over ten years sand I tried to tell people in the hope it would spread but fell upon deaf ears.

I have lost count of the number of people who thought themselves smarter than me. I think it's because devious people think that to be honest is weak and you cannot get by. You simply must and have to be devious to survive?!

Well I need to differ and there are a great many industries where this is not true. Some of these industries are rich and powerful. Some not so rich and despite having their heart in the right place bang on the wrong drums wasting all their time and energy going on what they FEEL instead of the facts.

During all this time the amount if time, money, research and forward progression for the human race that had been wasted is... Nothing short of astronomical in size and absolutely not overstating it here.

What matters is not what we have done but what we do from here on in! Factions of people need to stop banging on about the past and think about the future and how best we move forwards?

Those I insinuate to above do you honestly believe and can you honestly say that you can watch your innocent children playing with the children up the road but when they are adults it is best to act by lying, tricking, stealing and preying on other?!

Can you? Can you REALLY?!

If you can then you ate missing the point of being parents and more like that a leader of a platoon in an army expecting the underlings to do as commanded.

Those of you that have read enough and hard enough you will know that there is absolutely no way I would teach my own daughter to be this way.

Life is so much more than surviving and surviving is so much more than how much cash you can cheat out of any one person or a group of people.

Being alone and striving without anyone for support or a partner with you, no not another liar or amoral person, is not very nice. I know this from experience and have had to do this for over ten years now!

How many people can say that?

Consider the following...

1) Disabled

2) Honest

3) Educated

4) Super Smart, will get to that in March lmao

5) Desire being in pain have attempted to help as many as I can for free, still do.

6) Alone for longer than I can remember

7) Somehow managed to get screwed by just about everyone I have ever worked with our cone into contact with

8) Still here, still honest and I am still helping only with a much larger audience and in a very different way

9) Up against ask the big name public offices and services

10) Up against big retail names

So I think I have done OK thus far and still have many things to reveal and see through to the end. I often lose track but at least I get them off the ground. That way when they arrive back I think 'Christ I forgot all about that?!'

The  government have now starred lines about not helping people who are not a benefit to society?! Big problem there because that is now one label you could never possibly happen to me even right now at this moment. Good knows when they would ever be able to put that through parliament but I imagine it's many months away and maybe a year or more? Imagine how many people I would have reached and helped by then?!

I firmly believe that as long as I can show that I am honest, genuine and sincere and help on a larger scale the rewards will automatically follow?

Just a shame that the very tiny reward that Google stated I would get which would have helped a fair amount just did not happen.

Whether this is down to Google doing evil things, a really bad set of algorithms or the financial crisis I do not know. If I did I could have worked around it or with it but this was not my primary concern, building this blog up was.

I am registered with affiliates but I took all advertisements off about 5 or 6 months ago as I am bit sitting there being used yet again by more companies who fancy some free advertising and brand awareness.

But I am being approached now. One by one ever so often I am being approached for different things. Sadly it all involves adding for money!  Sad because no one comes up with good ideas only crap ones and then just want to rain down on people with emails and adverts everywhere you look?! So yesterday... so boring!!

Surely someone influential must be realising that things have gotten bad and everything is wrong?! Surely they know things have to change?! One thing I will not abide is people wanting to capitalise on saying the moral thing or line just to benefit oneself?!

These are the things I look out for when I work my way through the new reports. Despite celebrity names drawing in large volumes of people, half of which brain dead, I will not post about any of them just to draw in people. I prefer people to come here when they want to read about the subjects I speak about. There is a better chance they will come back and therefore help themselves in the process.

I could Banff in about giving away free stuff, like a free camera or free iPhone or a free tablet?! Won't give you this one as it's crap and I am going to return it on the 21st. I could then used combined keywords I just stated and you can Bert your bottom dollar there are kiss of people searching for those exact phrases hoping to get a freebie?! Or looking for competitions? 

Look down! Do you see these phrases used as keywords?! No. Only the keywords that are relevant because those are the people I wish to help and I hope find my posts helpful.

In doing this too I always hoped my daughter was visiting and reading this?! So despite wanting to yo up there and see her and my two grandchildren as I miss them a great deal I can at least put the effort on here in the hope to help her when I have been unable to for most of her life?!

My father died as a result of being set up by the BBC from a burst aneurysm some years ago at 56. My Uncle also died at a similar age.

I am the next one in line so I do not know how long I have left. Going by patterns alone I may have little more than ten years?! I might not make it to the end if the week?!

If the reports I read about Allison Laughton were true I might have people wanting to bunko me off, so to speak. But that will not happen without taking at least one with me!

So if anyone wants sincerity then this is here for my daughter to read for years to come and I hope I can be of hero whenever she needs it most. I wish I had much Niue time with her than I have and would do anything to change it but fate never smiled on me with very much and I know not having me around had broken her heart on many occasions.

So I have been kind of working on a legacy of sorts. In a way of thinking you could say it's a legacy. Also a kind of teachings.

Also as that is what I intended the while things a two too. I wanted to draw out organisations who has something to hide and a guilty conscience. But this was only ever going to have any chance of happening over they all knew of the existence of this blog.

A month ago I declared its existence to many. I am sure that any that I had forgotten will know of it by now anyway.

However my first ever contact was certainly not who I was expecting, I have to admit. An unexpected source for the jump on all the big names I was after. Had I bet I would have list a great deal of money and never thought I would get that email from her.

Oddly she had really not thought things through and it is of how the tables have now turned and it is she that was sending a barrage of emails and not me her only to be ignored as what happened 5 years ago. Or whatever it was.

What the truth really was about silk that it matters not! The outcome was still the same. The feelings were still the same and at the time they were ignored and yet I am expecting to make sacrifices and look like a rhino because they are upset.

Yes like you did with me you mean? Life had s funny way of coming around and biting you in the arse! Some call this Karma. Not me I am a scientist and do not but into any mumbo jumbo.

So there you have it another part meandering around mumblings, ramblings and musings, I wish Lol.

Just a way to reiterate what I am, what I do and what I intend. Just so there are NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

Those others that wish to now come forward need to think very long and hard. Look at what I do, have done, have achieved and have been through.

STREAMING EMAILS

Oh truth I think that inbox is going to fill up really quickly and I airway get 200 plus a week!!

There are two more emails which now makes 5 and I am too out of it to look at them.

I have a solicitor calling me tomorrow at 1pm and I am concentrating on that as of right now and too out of it at the moment and there is nothing that could possibly be in the email of interest.

So I Iggy just stash then away and wait for her legal representation to get in touch. I will find out more about this tomorrow over the phone but as the conversation will be over legal action against the NHS they may not be able to act on this instance as it could be an area of law not in their remit.

Right now then here is a secretly recorded conversation between myself and one of these go betweens for solicitors.

I have a number of others trying to call me but as they never get their facts straight and only ever end with telling me that I do not have aq case, despite the recordings and not getting their facts straight, their statements on law stright and without even loking at my blog?!

SO not only do they want a slam dunk, they cannot even be bothered to spend an hour reading and fact checking on my blog to find out.

I have believed for twenty years that the British Legal System was nothing more tjhan a joke and quite corrupt along with it. Like a Walt Disney cartoon where the bad guy sees dollar signs in their eyes while the victim only sees the words TILT!

THE 2014 ECONOMIC RECOVERY

Right will we will just make a little note about this statement about how it is all over and we have turned a corner as far as the economy is concerned.

I have heard this so many times in the last three years or so it's annoying.

But this particular one states that it is not just Britain but the entire world that had turned a corner?!

So as we are still in January 2014 and this states growth for this year I thought I would post it up.

To be honest it is hardly putting your neck in the line to say this about the UK as we have had growth figures despite the fact I do not see it and neither does anyone else and is so small it is laughable. It is not putting your neck out because even if the numbers remain the same this will still be classed as growth but still not feel like it.

To be honest if figures remained like this I seriously doubt I would notice an improvement until around the time I am due a pension or have about 5 years to go,  lol.

A sudden and fast growth meaning it would take only a couple of years to get seriously going again for people to notice and I would financially benefit from this, literally. Plus it would rise very fast too!

Several times I have considered placing a donation button on here and have mentioned this several times. I considered it then decided I would give it a month then out it up here and then changed my mind, lol.

I thought about putting one on this month and changed my mind...again. A change in the economic recovery for the better and at an increased speed means I would never ever consider that damned button ever again!

But as anyone that has followed and read enough of this blog already knows I just do not think that will happen. Not anyone soon and that is two years before the growth increases significantly enough to notice.

Of course there are several other possibilities of turning my 18 months of work and three written books into a good financial gain but...

1) There are financial difficulties with most people
2) Some staff of certain... Industries do not know as much as they think
3) Certain companies you should be making money from are con artists and sit on their arses making billions while you work for years for FREE!!
4) NO PRIZES FOR GUESSING WHO NUMBER 3 IS ABOUT! LOL!

There are also many other possibilities too but all the possibilities are just educated guesses and I really do not know how long each will take.

1) The entire blog is a giant CV you could say.
2) There are several things that could convince a solicitor to offer me their services.
3) It could also appeal to literary agents and publishers for two subjects I have written books on.
4) It could appeal to literary agents for half a dozen OTHER subjects I have YET to write books for.

Of course what you have to factor into all this,  which some jealous types and slow working types have not, is that the more people that visit and read the more visitors I get of each of the industries I will paint appeal to.

Obviously I know realise that they would have needed to have read enough as well as listened to enough to make then realize they had something her on their hands,  or right under their noses so too speak, lol.

They also would likely need to see this also of my dozen different blogs on different subjects, or even the four other subjects I might start blogs in this year?!

Of course this benefits me once there are two or more of each type and each one then wonders if any others in their field will beat them past the post?! Lol.

Of course there is the negative aspect or flaw of all my ideas asking these lines...that I only speak to moral and compassionate people and there are simply very few out there?! One in a thousand? One in a hundred thousand?! One in a million?! Lol.

For any others I likely just scare the living daylights out of them.

Still it is the very start of 2014 and I have attracted a little under 100,000 and rises by several thousand each week. In a few months time this week be rising by 10,000 per week and then after time 20,000 each week.

So I and my blogs are well on their way to teaching some very big numbers indeed. I do not know how big the numbers well be or even when. But there is a little under a year to go and of course there are dozens of possibilities in that time that can make things move along much faster...

1) More people realise the facts are actually that and it goes viral
2) My factual stories hit tabloids and/or TV news and it goes viral
3) The currently being covered FOI requests show the real facts and comparisons and it goes viral
4) Someone I have covered, have secret studio from our letter from hits the news and everyone ends up on my posts about them
5) Several Literary Agents take notice of the blog and I get an offer
6) Several solicitors take notice of the injustices along with the facts and I get an offer

Of course it is still pie in the sky... Except there is only one sky and a fair few pies! But then regulars do know I like to stack the cards in my favour,  so too speak lol.
