Thought of something while I was writing this ..

On this very blog and going back years I have stated many, many times that the likes of Facebook, Google and Twitter with a few others are trying to control the Internet and therefore the world. At least the western world.

They ended up doing exactly that in a way I did not foresee and using some very underhanded tricks and reasons they should be locked up for ten years at least for. In some countries they may even be shot for!

Right OK then .. a little social media overview about how they have not only cost people money but how they have had a negative and drastic effect on their lives.

Now remember if you have any kind of webpage you need to direct traffic to it .. some way and somehow. You do this via two ways ..

• Tags
  • Hashtags/Metatags/Labels
  • Depending on who your using tags have different names ..
  • Twitter is hashtags, webpages are Metatags and Google is labels
• Social Media
  • Go around social media .. build up a following and garner interest in your blog or website

So I have covered Google before but I will just run through it gain to that the .. gravity .. of the situation they have created .. all of them ..

• Google
• Limited Tags
• Losing Tags for scores of posts
• Numbers being messed with
• Numbers Not behaving as they should
• Numbers being reset to zero
• Chrome not displaying ads in 'design'
• Revenue Frozen for 23 months

• Facebook
  • Fucking Useless
  • Over a umber of years turned to absolute shit
  • Full of so-called Help Groups run by idiot Leftists
  • Facebook the worst as they actually are kick-happy
    • At kicking people off based on their political views
    • Basically anything from the centre to the right
• Most Useless piece of crap in the Internet today
• Run by an idiot and a thief with a God-Complex

So then .. these are the main ones .. I have been on GAB for awhile which is almost exactly like Twitter but it is slow to build of any followers. Not quite so intuitive either and despite everything that Twitter does it is way harder to build up the same numbers.

This is fucking annoying because just like morons that behave like moronic robots that just keep voting for the Conservative Party, Labour Party or Liberal Democrats they keep sticking to Twitter.

At east with those that have accounts in both they are trying .. but many do not .. just like not retweeting my evidence they bitch and moan about Twitter and yet remain on it.

So what have I put into my blogs and online business?

Well ..

• Over six years of work on a dozen blogs
• No less then eight cameras
  • One expensive professional one
• Desktop PC
• Two Laptops
• Land Rover Discovery
• Various recording devices
• Various Android Phones

So imagine how it feels when after four years you start to feel like your being fucked with and like everything else I stated on my blog .. people think your fucking mad. Despite the fact you have a mathematical degree based in computing?!

Imagine how you feel when two years on you actually go and prove that you have been fucked over and no one told you they were doing it or why?

Imagine you then go on to another social media site, Twitter, and spend 7 days a week from 9am until 1am working your fucking arse off and then discover that your being fucked over on that as well?! Over and over and over again?

• Did I incite violence towards anyone? No!
• Did I threaten violence towards anyone? No!

So why did they do it?

Well first off and in my case we have no idea who 'they' actually are.

Secondly the reason is that I told the truth and I fecking kid you not!

Here is the real fucking kick in the groin that I would happily get violent over ..

.. had I been told that my money was frozen, despite the fucking lame and pathetic excuses form a bunch of totally evil devil worshipping and hypocritical arseholes, I could have done something else part time to bring in an income. Instead of putting 7 days a God damn fucking week into it!

Yeah when you consider what it is I was telling the truth over and that this involves my own daughter being a child rape victim tat ended up with cancer over it .. yeah I have had people ask me how I have not left a trail of dead bodies and burning buildings in my wake?!

I kid you not .. been asked that twice on Twitter alone!

I'm afraid that in Twitter's case it gets a whole lot worse as ..

• Could link up with a solicitors
• Could link up with someone who can help my daughter ..
• Could find someone genuinely wanting to help ..
  • Might set up a crowd funding for her
• Could link up with journalists who would pay my daughter for an interview
• Could link up with someone that might commission a book from my daughter
• Could link up with literary agents that might want to publish
  • Any one of the three books I wrote?
• Could link up with someone that would want to hire me
  • As an adviser
  • As public relations
  • To do what I am doing and promote them on social media

After six years of working, collecting evidence on grooming gangs, helping other people, trying and failing to start several business because of the government and lack of any fucking help and going into business with morons ..

The Conservative Party and DWP, who fucked up one business just before Google secretly pulled the plug, want to whinge and bitch and moan that I do not have a job?!

ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS?!

I would not even be able to get a fucking job nearby because they are all Muslims .. the very people I have been telling the truth about who repeatedly raped my daughter and gave her two children by the time she was 16.

Yup .. this is going on because I am not allowed to upset anyone over my daughter having a life of hell .. forced to have five children and being given cancer over it all.

THE TWO REVERENDS

It's funny really.

I've said it on here over and over again and I've started this to friends and family members over and over again. You have to think of some things as more than just numbers.

When my blogs and YouTube channel started attracting numbers in the hundreds and early thousands I asked myself an interesting question ..

What do these people do for a living?

As a result of this I thought that on time I'd get my first interesting contact ..

• Journalists
• Literary Agents
• Solicitors not happy with the UK, like John Cleese.
• Others like me.

Now to be fair and just in the first year or two I had a literary agent, who then didn't contact me about publishing anything. I also had like a ghost writer. Or someone that writes books about it people with unusual lives. They also didn't get in contact about doing anything.

But these were the early days. It felt good that as the numbers went up and within a year or two this appeared to be inevitable.

But three years on and I never got any more literary agents interested it following me. I never got any more ghost writers, if that's what they are called? I never got journalists or solicitors at all.

Of course I had no idea at the time how corrupted and biased mainstream media was back then. I knew there was something wrong .. just not how bad.

If I published a list of those I contacted it would literally look like everyone. They all got a set of four DVDs too. National and local, tabloid and TV. Nothing.

After the complete lack of response I realised two things ..

As well as being far more corrupted than even I realised they were akin to the old comedy about a news room, Drop The Dead Donkey. They didn't actually give a shit about people's suffering and dying.

I also realised it was totally pointless sending them anything else as I carried on gathering evidence.

The funny thing is though out of all those that have read my blog .. one is listed as a reverend and I might be about to gain a second?

For all I know there might be others?

I don't know the professions, jobs and careers of everyone that's ever visited my blogs.

In fact it's a tiny, tiny, tiny fraction. Something like 0.00001% at a guess?

I've seen a few of what people do who have followed me. On one blog.

It's also weird that something might be about to happen, though both my daughter and me have been here before. Many times. Hard to get excited or even feel calm and normal about anything at all, to be honest. Not any more.

It's also odd that it could be right now because I feel like I'm at the end, though the end of likely to be a month away, maybe two?

Well .. that is of course unless the heart plays up and does me in? Cardiac Arrest, Heart Attack, Sudden Death Syndrome and the extreme anxiety among many others make life unbearable on their own.

But I feel trapped. In more ways than one.

Trapped in this physical world and trapped in the hell I'm living in.

When Brian Harvey said he was basically trapped in his house I knew exactly how he felt.

I don't even have a house to be trapped in.

I have a 5ft8 by 8.5ft room. In other words, tiny. I also have someone close by that's difficult and compounds my issues no end. I normally ignore them but that's impossible to do all the time. I also get visits into my room.

I literally start having heart issues as soon as they are keeping on. You certainly cannot talk to them about this shit. Health or the politics it always goes one of two ways ..

Either disagree or turns out around to make everything about them. Yup .. even with everything I've talked about you would be forgiven for wondering what the hell they have to talk about over my shit. Feck all to be honest and explaining it would be embarrassing.

Light dizzy spells I've never witnessed and .. umm .. flu? Lol. Narcissism is out in orbit with this one, let me tell you.

So will anything occur? I don't know too be honest. If it does will it help my daughter and/or me? Much as I would like it to I doubt it very much.

But I'm always told to keep strong and keep in fighting. Like Brian Harvey I've been in this battle for twenty years. I just didn't realise it in the beginning when the first alarm bells started going off.

I've also always stated that to treat people this way and just leave them could not be more evil.

It would be far more humane to issue people with some sort of suicide pill or make voluntary euthanasia legal.

Because his it is right now is your ordered to remain while your also persecuted while they make everyone prejudiced against you. While, of course, they stand behind you with a metaphorical whip. Telling you what you can and cannot do, legally and physically. While they break all the rules, get paid for sitting on their arses while destroying people's lives. Some or many committing heinous crimes while they are at it.

I often think how today we are reaching a point where there is plenty of reason for a group to rise up in a revolution. I often think that upon hearing that starting might actually provide me with my only source of hope? Can't see it coming from anywhere else to be honest.

It's been an ingenious plan all this. A shame they wasn't so smart when it comes to saving the country?!

Maybe the ingenious plan to save the country and its people and children will come from somewhere unexpected?

Time will tell and I hope I'm around to witness that. Put a smile on my face to know those responsible for these terrible times and crimes works be ousted.

Personally if I am going to die I would rather die fighting for something I believe in than just lying down and giving in. Does not appear to be another way out at any rate.

The difficulty is no doubt they would label any rising as terrorists but that does not work any longer if enough people realise the truth.

They do not even need to know the whole truth .. just that is is going on everywhere and right across the UK. Once they know this I am sure things will be very different, one way or another?

It is literally the way I now see this going in the next few years. I cannot really see how it could lead anywhere else?

At first I was sceptical about this ever happening .. I thought it would have all turned around long before now? But it has not and it has gotten worse.

More and more things are leaking all the time, despite Sadiq Khan's policing of the Internet and Londoners complaining about the amount of street crimes ignored by the Police and how no one feels safe. That was some chat thing with James O'Brien on LBC Radio.

As for the normally biased mainstream media and how the further left they are the worse they are, except when it is them of course ..

The Guardian did a strike on Bearing again .. as he does not sing to their narrative and he calls them out for BS .. is there not one tabloid or TV news out there that does not twist, omit things or completely ignore serious stories altogether?

It is truly a mad world we now find ourselves in and I still cannot shake that feeling that we are being quite deliberately distracted .. from something ..

Another rude and patronizing email and my reply regarding Patient Claim Line.

Notice how they have now managed to move the goal posts and stating that with Statute of Limitation it is now 2 years and not 3? They act as a go between but completely failed to take into account that I had to decide WHEN I had enough proof, as they said no previously, how LONG it took to get all the proof and if they had bothered to look up Fibromyalgia, plus I FUCKING WELL TOLD THEM, I have memory issues that is well catalogued on my blog.

But no, according to them the best evidence in the world and all those reasons are not worth a Rat's arse!

Now remember these are Doctors I am going up against, normally the ones you trust to give evidence in court cases? I am also up against the entire NHS too.

But without money, as I would not be fucking approaching these incompetent idiots, I am supposed to gather and acquire all the evidence with a year?! Are they fucking joking?!

LMFAO!!

They really need to stop speaking in a patronizing manner as normally to have the right to do that you first need to be intelligent! Lol.

Your recent email dated 20th April 2016 timed 18:12 has been passed to myself to review.

Following your approach, and wish to become a client, a full assessment of all of the information that you provided to us was completed.  As per your email dated 25th March 2016 timed 17:52 you advised that you had 'provided (us) with all the details' of the intended case. 

The decision was made, based upon this information supplied, that you had knowledge of any potential negligence in excess of 2 years prior to your approach to us.  When reviewing cases we usually need a minimum of 1 year until limitation expires to allow at least basic investigations to be made.  In one of your contacts with us you suggest that you have been asking about the condition for 13 years.  In another contact you suggest that you have been blogging for 3.5 years to help other perceived victims.  You also suggest that you have been recording consultations for the last 6 to 8 years.  This would suggest that any date of knowledge, from which limitation of 3 years would run, is more than 2 years ago; and in fact I believe much more than 3 years ago. 

As a result of this your case does not fulfil our criteria in respect of an approach that we would accept.

As suggested previously, you are entitled to a second opinion, and as such I would suggest that you contact another firm of solicitors who may be able to assist.

They are now all there with the dates. I did state that I have Fibromyalgia and that with that comes memory problems as well as all the pain? Did you miss that part? Not a valid reason, a medical fact, for the amount of time it took for me to gather all the evidence because organisations were too stupid, lazy or had no intention of acting on anyone’s behalf the first time around?

I know how the readers well see it.

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in April, 2014. The argument and refusal of the drug I attended Guy’s Hospital for was weeks later, so two years but now your moving the goal posts.

Secondly I could not approach solicitors again until I had enough proof. I happen to know this because I tried before.

Knowing in my head and having the actual proof are not one and the same thing.

Also your now moving the goal posts...now it is two years because you need a year, well that is convenient, is it not?

Lastly a blog is an online diary. Something that many, especially patronizing ones, seem to miss. SO guess what is getting posted on the blog within seconds of reading this? Obviously you failed to pick up on my stating that my recent posting on my blog with the recorded evidence is going to hurt a lot of people.

Like I said .... my statement and my entire blog is based on the premise that no matter what you have ... no one does or indeed has any intention of doing anything for anyone.

THE MEANINGS WITH A SOCIETY

EDIT: I just noticed that yet again a number of posts have not bloody POSTED and added to this my keywords have all gone missing too!! Google at its most incompetent best or a didgy tablet PC?!

Well as you can see things seem to be increasing in frequency.

I also have a whole list of legal emails to post up.

I still have the Freedom of Information spreadsheets to finish.

But as you can see and as I stated from day zero I have endeavoured to do a great many things, I have cause to do a great many things, I have acquired evidence to do a great many things and there a vast number of people obtaining monies from the British taxpayer to do a great many things!!

Eighteen months and we are still awaiting for any one of the goals to be completed. Nobody understands plain English. Nobody answers you straight. Nobody sound like they give a rats arse.

But there are hordes of totally amoral unfeeling people that want to make a bunch out of misery without giving a shit!!

So you have whole volumes upon volumes of law books that are not worth the paper they are written on?! Then because it is such a bloody joke and a bloody mess you have those going round giving false impressions they are solicitors of sorts and they can help you legally but cannot and likely many know it too beforehand?!

Hmm vultures without hearts prey on misery of others? I like that! Lol! But then I am shattered, Lol! Not thinking straight but then I rarely do.

You must be completely devoid of intelligence not to realise that these attitudes have destroyed this country and keeping it down and will continue to do so?

I have starred it over and over again. I have done and still do what I can. I endeavour to reach out and she the truth to all. Because only be doing this can it reach enough people for it to make a difference.

For a couple of decades now Britain had built itself a house of paper. The industries it's destroyed for those quick money making ones was self destructive and were never going to be sustainable in the long term. I knew this for over ten years sand I tried to tell people in the hope it would spread but fell upon deaf ears.

I have lost count of the number of people who thought themselves smarter than me. I think it's because devious people think that to be honest is weak and you cannot get by. You simply must and have to be devious to survive?!

Well I need to differ and there are a great many industries where this is not true. Some of these industries are rich and powerful. Some not so rich and despite having their heart in the right place bang on the wrong drums wasting all their time and energy going on what they FEEL instead of the facts.

During all this time the amount if time, money, research and forward progression for the human race that had been wasted is... Nothing short of astronomical in size and absolutely not overstating it here.

What matters is not what we have done but what we do from here on in! Factions of people need to stop banging on about the past and think about the future and how best we move forwards?

Those I insinuate to above do you honestly believe and can you honestly say that you can watch your innocent children playing with the children up the road but when they are adults it is best to act by lying, tricking, stealing and preying on other?!

Can you? Can you REALLY?!

If you can then you ate missing the point of being parents and more like that a leader of a platoon in an army expecting the underlings to do as commanded.

Those of you that have read enough and hard enough you will know that there is absolutely no way I would teach my own daughter to be this way.

Life is so much more than surviving and surviving is so much more than how much cash you can cheat out of any one person or a group of people.

Being alone and striving without anyone for support or a partner with you, no not another liar or amoral person, is not very nice. I know this from experience and have had to do this for over ten years now!

How many people can say that?

Consider the following...

1) Disabled

2) Honest

3) Educated

4) Super Smart, will get to that in March lmao

5) Desire being in pain have attempted to help as many as I can for free, still do.

6) Alone for longer than I can remember

7) Somehow managed to get screwed by just about everyone I have ever worked with our cone into contact with

8) Still here, still honest and I am still helping only with a much larger audience and in a very different way

9) Up against ask the big name public offices and services

10) Up against big retail names

So I think I have done OK thus far and still have many things to reveal and see through to the end. I often lose track but at least I get them off the ground. That way when they arrive back I think 'Christ I forgot all about that?!'

The  government have now starred lines about not helping people who are not a benefit to society?! Big problem there because that is now one label you could never possibly happen to me even right now at this moment. Good knows when they would ever be able to put that through parliament but I imagine it's many months away and maybe a year or more? Imagine how many people I would have reached and helped by then?!

I firmly believe that as long as I can show that I am honest, genuine and sincere and help on a larger scale the rewards will automatically follow?

Just a shame that the very tiny reward that Google stated I would get which would have helped a fair amount just did not happen.

Whether this is down to Google doing evil things, a really bad set of algorithms or the financial crisis I do not know. If I did I could have worked around it or with it but this was not my primary concern, building this blog up was.

I am registered with affiliates but I took all advertisements off about 5 or 6 months ago as I am bit sitting there being used yet again by more companies who fancy some free advertising and brand awareness.

But I am being approached now. One by one ever so often I am being approached for different things. Sadly it all involves adding for money!  Sad because no one comes up with good ideas only crap ones and then just want to rain down on people with emails and adverts everywhere you look?! So yesterday... so boring!!

Surely someone influential must be realising that things have gotten bad and everything is wrong?! Surely they know things have to change?! One thing I will not abide is people wanting to capitalise on saying the moral thing or line just to benefit oneself?!

These are the things I look out for when I work my way through the new reports. Despite celebrity names drawing in large volumes of people, half of which brain dead, I will not post about any of them just to draw in people. I prefer people to come here when they want to read about the subjects I speak about. There is a better chance they will come back and therefore help themselves in the process.

I could Banff in about giving away free stuff, like a free camera or free iPhone or a free tablet?! Won't give you this one as it's crap and I am going to return it on the 21st. I could then used combined keywords I just stated and you can Bert your bottom dollar there are kiss of people searching for those exact phrases hoping to get a freebie?! Or looking for competitions? 

Look down! Do you see these phrases used as keywords?! No. Only the keywords that are relevant because those are the people I wish to help and I hope find my posts helpful.

In doing this too I always hoped my daughter was visiting and reading this?! So despite wanting to yo up there and see her and my two grandchildren as I miss them a great deal I can at least put the effort on here in the hope to help her when I have been unable to for most of her life?!

My father died as a result of being set up by the BBC from a burst aneurysm some years ago at 56. My Uncle also died at a similar age.

I am the next one in line so I do not know how long I have left. Going by patterns alone I may have little more than ten years?! I might not make it to the end if the week?!

If the reports I read about Allison Laughton were true I might have people wanting to bunko me off, so to speak. But that will not happen without taking at least one with me!

So if the whole blog appeared rushed I am sorry Iw making up for list time, trying to tell anyone who was interested absolutely everything I could!

So if anyone wants sincerity then this is here for my daughter to read for years to come and I hope I can be of hero whenever she needs it most. I wish I had much Niue time with her than I have and would do anything to change it but fate never smiled on me with very much and I know not having me around had broken her heart on many occasions.

So I have been kind of working on a legacy of sorts. In a way of thinking you could say it's a legacy. Also a kind of teachings.

Also as that is what I intended the while things a two too. I wanted to draw out organisations who has something to hide and a guilty conscience. But this was only ever going to have any chance of happening over they all knew of the existence of this blog.

A month ago I declared its existence to many. I am sure that any that I had forgotten will know of it by now anyway.

However my first ever contact was certainly not who I was expecting, I have to admit. An unexpected source for the jump on all the big names I was after. Had I bet I would have list a great deal of money and never thought I would get that email from her.

Oddly she had really not thought things through and it is of how the tables have now turned and it is she that was sending a barrage of emails and not me her only to be ignored as what happened 5 years ago. Or whatever it was.

What the truth really was about silk that it matters not! The outcome was still the same. The feelings were still the same and at the time they were ignored and yet I am expecting to make sacrifices and look like a rhino because they are upset.

Yes like you did with me you mean? Life had s funny way of coming around and biting you in the arse! Some call this Karma. Not me I am a scientist and do not but into any mumbo jumbo.

So there you have it another part meandering around mumblings, ramblings and musings, I wish Lol.

Just a way to reiterate what I am, what I do and what I intend. Just so there are NO MISUNDERSTANDINGS.

CORRESPONDING WITH THE LEGAL AID BOARD

Or whatever they call themselves these days...No Legal Aid Left Board?! LMFAO!!

Right then?!

After ticking off The Law Society but getting emails back from the Solicitors Regulatory Authority I then realised that the Legal Aid people had a website and it was there at the end of a very long email telling me a load of stuff I was already aware of?!

Umm yeah it does tend to be in the title and a bit of a giveaway, you know?!

You would think that a regulatory body for law would therefore now about legal aid, but never mind!

I have now contacted Legal AId and filled in a form online but  see the words Community Legal Advice and I contacted them some time ago...

1) First off I have over 6 emails from several people telling me I had a good case against the bailiffs and being defrauded and attacked...
2) I then had a solicitor come along, called Claire Prince, who then lied to me by stating that it was perefectly OK for bailiffs to assault me as it is deemed reasonable force?!

So I am not holding out much hope what with them possibly being associated and if they are rrun by government....well NO WONDER THEY LIE?!

LMAO!!

I really, REALLY hate people that lie especially when it is down to people's health and livelihoods. Livelihoods based on trcikery, lies, preying on disabled or poor people do not count and should bring back burning at the stake for?! LMAO!

Anyway here is a rundown of what I stated to Legal Aid and you will now get to see that in motion all for the benefot of the British Public to see what is BROKEN and WHERE in British Society as that is the only way that ou ever fix things!!

And I think all would be in agreement that this country is most definately in need of fixing and having laws bemt backwards so a long list of inhumane and selfish people who are too self absorbed and think themselves of a higher authority or have some God given right to their advantage is now the rot of the problem in this country.

LEGAL AID REQUEST NUMBER ONE...

1 - Someone threatening Legal Action for libel due to telling thr truth in my blog where I help and advise people for free. The accusations are false and from a woman who contacted me claiming to take bailiffs to court for me for ABH and THEFT. Then she got my witness details and they both vanished and I also found out she was associated with JBW Group and looked very much like you worked for them and stole my witness.

My blog explains preceisly what happened 5 years ago and has all documentation and I state what I BELIEVE to be the case.

Despite having the diability Fibromyalgia which the NHS refused to diagnose for years (see part two) I was attacked and defruaded out of £4,000 for a parking ticket and no solicitor nor Police were interested.

LEGAL AID REQUEST NUMBER ONE...

2- Have proof that my condition of Fibromyalgia has been deliberately kept from me for 13 years and lied to about drugs, test results and condition.

I have Doctors, GPs, Heads of Staff on TAPE lying, misleading and falsifying test results and/or admitting that they did.

These are public services in posotions paid for by the taxpayer and I did for myself and because the public had a right to know. All this was only done because I tried a few years ago to get legal representation but there seem to be no rights anymore for anyone with little money or the low paid while rich and powerful can take you to court for the most insignificant things.

I want to change the legal system and how people that is is both wrong and inhumane. Now I am being told that I cannot use the tapes of them lying as this is illegal and I do not see how that can be. I did not lead them I simply RECORDED every meeting I had for three years until there were times when I could prove that they lied. Not coeherced into lying JUST BARE FACED LIED!

I would like confirmation on there bing no legal aid for Clinical negligence and the reasons why and asking if this now daft county learnt nothing from the Harold Shipman case or Jimmy Savile?!


WHO I CONTACTED...

No win no fee agents, not solicitors, telling me I cannot use the tapes and I do not stand a chance.

Brian Barr Solicitors who failed to tell me the cost though I asked him TWICE and told me that there is no legal aid for clinical negligence.

ANother diagremment with another who said that I needed a diagnosis and I said that well therin lies the problem because thoise giving diagnosis are lying?! ERGO WHY I RECORDED THEM FOR SO LONG TO PROVE I WAS HONEST AND TELLING THE TRUTH, except now no one is interested in the truth any longer in the UK!

THE PERFECT TIMINGS OF THE FMA UK

Well after those emails and phonecalls while I was out I got home and there was a chunky envelope on my door mat?! I immediately though 'Oh this will be from Sheilas solicitor as she said she contacted them weeks ago!'?

But almost as if by DESIGN it was a pack from Fibromyalgia UK who have read my emails, checked out my BLOG and contacted me stating they were very sorry to hear what I had been put through?!?!

Now this is why I get aggravated by so called professionals who are in effect so self absorbed they do not want to lift a finger and then get other people to do for them who do not check th3eir facts nor are made sure by those they work for that they have them!

I have Fibromyalgia and therefore I have Fibrofog!!!

I give as much detail as I can and I hand over the blog which has all necassary data and evidence. That was partly why the blog bloody started in the first bloody place. But when people are phoning me up without even making sure their own facts are spot on or quoting stupid laws instead of thinking of another way to prove it and expect me to remember everything and yet again do their work for them it drives me up the wall!

Maybe I should just take out a loan, pay them the deposit and then when they bioll me at the end bill them for doing the same work they do and deucting by the same amount they charge?!

What would happen is that in each case they would end up owing ME money?!?! LMAO!

Amyway here are a couple of scans I did of the Fibromyalgia Association UK pack they sent me I was not expecting. Yup that is the best bit....I WAS NOT EXPECTING IT!! LMAO!!

The pack looks good and informative but it does seem to be trying to sell me goods and getting me to donate?! Wait a minute I am the one with the Fibromyalgia I was womdering if you can aid me, not the other way around?!

LOL! Still someone might get in contact with me as they did forward my email on to FMA UK. I never thought of bringing up the fact that I contacted a couple of Associations for Fibromyalgia on speaking with these legal beagle go betweenies?! I am a numb-nuts with my fog and...STUFF! Lol!

THE TONGUE OF HOMO SUPERIOR

You might note that two posts back I stated that The Law Society emailed me back and stated that yes I can get representation and suggested I look at there find a solicitor feature for my area?

I did ASK about Legal Aid and the sole reason I emailed them as otherwise there would be absolutely no point in contacting them as I could find one inside of thirty minutes.

I emailed them back asking for clarification that they were indeed telling me that I can be awarded Legal Aid for defending myself against legal action, I will have to defend myself if needs be.

My correspondences are staright forward enough and I know not why an industry that seems to profess to know how to correspond constantly gets thoings wrong? Lmao!

Now about two hours AFTER I got that email from The Law Society and just prior to the phone recording I linked in the last post of the company 'Your Legal Friend' I received the following email listed below.

Note how he clearly states that there is NO LEGAL AID AVAILABLE to me and also note how he commands a £3,500 deposit, which is sod all to me and I think quite low, and yet he commands a £400 per hour salary?!

BUT IF The Law Society do email me and state that I CAN be awarded Legal Aid to DEFEND MYSELF then this solicitor was wrong. A lie is a lie, it is a lie and that is it and you cannot then say well you did not know?! Your charging £400 per bloody hour for God's sake?! LMAO!

Would you be happy to pay £400 per hour only to find they got something wrong that was simple and this ended up costing you?! I know that I would not!

But it is just like I stated in the phone call I posted up in the last post...I said to the lady that it seems to me that anyone can do as they wish today and charge whatever stupid amount of money they want and there are no comebacks?! None of the Ombudsman do much and you cannot even get proof on your own as thay it now deemed as illegal?!

I am sorry to say that if I have not proved in just two posts what an absolute joke the legal system and human rights are in the country then I do not know what can?!

Also the one thng that I do adore though is that I always send many emails off, which some of them find out about and do not like well tough shit, but you need to prove how good you are. The lady on the recording says they only take on no win and no fees if the chances of winning are a lot greater than 50%!

Using my blog in accompaniment with my recordings and the paperwork mine is a slam dunk, but hugue hourly charges and they still have no confidence in their own abilities but do come across all high and mighty. Obviously they cannot be Homo sapiens and must belong to the higher order of Homo superior?

Thank you for your email below.

I am afraid that Legal Aid is not available for libel cases and it is probably not cost effective for you to instruct us in relation to this matter. We require an on account payment of £3,500 plus VAT before we can commence work on a case and you are then charged for the time we spend working on your matter. My time is charged out at £400 an hour plus VAT. We do, on a limited number of occasions, offer Conditional Fee Agreements, however we would not be able to do so in relation to this matter (CFAs, in libel cases, are generally only available for Claimants pursuing cases against national or international media organisations.)

In the circumstances, I suggest you contact the Law Society to see if they can recommend a libel solicitor who may be able to assist.

RECORDED PHONE CALL - MY LEGAL MATE

I had a phone call today while I was helping someone out.

It was the wrong moment really and I was just finding out from a friend of mine we had some pains in common and he showed me the Oxycodone tablets he is on, which infuriated me, and then he showed me his Tramadol!

Now the fact that he is prescribed Oxycodone when I have been repeatedly refused it was bad enough, he sais they do not work that well too, he then tells me he takes 8 of the Tramdol pills each day. I had previously thought that 200mg a day which I am on is the maximum so I thought he must be getting pills with a dosage of 25mg in each? But when I look at the packet they are 50mg pills?!

I ask him if he is sure he takes 8 of these a day and he says, YES!

I then tell him about what has happened to me and he is acts like Napolean.....BLOWN APART!

Sorry bad gag, lol.

SOme of the things I tell him I got them doing and he shakes his head and says 'I knew they was messing people around!!' Then starts to tell me something about a family member or friend when my phone rings.

I had forgotten that someone was calling me today and it turned out to be NOT the phonecall from a solicitor I was expecting and instead was another go between for a company called 'Your Legal Friend' or something like that.

Now I already tell her facts about the case and I have obviously already told them about the blog and what I have, except while talking it does not sound like she has checked much at all. I did not record from the beginning and was about ten minutes in when I finally got my very slow device recording but the first thing you HEAR ME SAY, and already stated in an email, is how I was givcen two drugs consecutively just 5 months ago whoch both worked for the first time ever and when I suspect Fibromyalgia and check on it the two drugs are two of only three that I have found out to date that are effective on Fibromyalgia.

I eaplin that there is no definitive test. No piece of paper with bar graphs on it stating how it is there, yet they seem to be stating that there is. I also stated that all that can be provided and that I do know my stuff is a specialist at Guy's Hospital stating that in his/her opinion that I DO have it.

We disagreed about them lying about it as the whole point I contacted them was about Doctors lying! I have posted the emails on here and stated enough times how I work.

She also would not accpet that me recording them was legal and that I had to onform them, I said something like rubbush they are in public service jobs and this only applies to private individuals. She disagrees but like the last one does not seem entirely confident.

I also stated that this was an asbolutely stupid law anyway because no one is going to lie on tape. Also I stated that my paperwork shows symptoms to Fibromyalgia going back further then 15 years and all dated and all posts time and sate stamped as to when I posted them. This makes no difference to her?

Talk about ludicrous solicitors are devoid of intelligence if they cannot see that the very blog is proof! Obviously still clueless about IT stuff?!

You will also hear me tell her about Harold Shipman and that there is NO policing of Doctors presently and that this is what I want to show on my blog.

STREAMING EMAILS

Oh truth I think that inbox is going to fill up really quickly and I airway get 200 plus a week!!

There are two more emails which now makes 5 and I am too out of it to look at them.

I have a solicitor calling me tomorrow at 1pm and I am concentrating on that as of right now and too out of it at the moment and there is nothing that could possibly be in the email of interest.

So I Iggy just stash then away and wait for her legal representation to get in touch. I will find out more about this tomorrow over the phone but as the conversation will be over legal action against the NHS they may not be able to act on this instance as it could be an area of law not in their remit.

Right now then here is a secretly recorded conversation between myself and one of these go betweens for solicitors.

I have a number of others trying to call me but as they never get their facts straight and only ever end with telling me that I do not have aq case, despite the recordings and not getting their facts straight, their statements on law stright and without even loking at my blog?!

THE VOICES OF VOICEABILITY

I have heard this morning that the NHS has a new man to run things who was previously running Marks & Spencer I think they said.

Well that is strange is it not? My insistence and persistence to chip away at these organisations and there always seems to be announcements by the organisations this blog focuses on at the time?!

Well either that or that they are all just so bloody bad that they are constantly in the news so just send that way?! Lol!

I recently contacted an organisation called POhWER who I was given the details of but have heard of. I am damn sure that I contacted them a few years back?

Anyway I sent them an email with a breakdown of the evidence. They replied by starting that they do not handle NHS issues in my area and provided me with an email to Voiceability who do.

So after editing some of the email I have now contacted them.

I continue to find a way to report what is a genuine issue/fault/crime in the hot that it is accepted and things change for the better. But as you can see I have continued to do this for many years now while evey now and then coming up with a new way of acquiring the proof.

In essence that is all that I have attempted to do for the life of this blog and around 4 years before it started.

What I have tried to convey the whole time to others is that there ARE NO RULES. It looks like three are lots and lots of rules and a great deal of money is spent to employ people to make it look like there are. But the is not.

Now here is an email to the latest organisation that may be able to help...

Dear Sirs

I was kindly given your details by Pohwer and I have been trying to get help on this for some years, ever note and then I find breakthroughs myself!!

Back when I started I believed that a whole list of conditions I had were one and the same thing and the NHS via dozens of staff stated this was not possible.

As I am an honest and professional person I was under the impression back then that a solicitor would believe me, hire the people necessary to diagnose me and sure the NHS for two decades of hell?! To my surprise this was not to be! I can easily prove this with my blog which is also designed to help people and I explain more later on in this email.

I spent several years exploring every avenue including governing bodies and ombudsman and I trellised that despite the huge salaries no one was willing to do anything?!

So I set about doing the only thing I could and for two years I pressurised a series of GPs into sending me of to different departments if the NHS. I was given false information, was recognised my Doctors I had never met before despite the NHS never having taken a photo of me and discovered my medical records had been adhered and caught a Doctor falsifying the result of an ultrasound!

In this time one GP closed her practice immediately while the flowing kicked me of their books for a flare claim that I was going to be violent towards them. I also attended different departments in Chase Farm Hospital as well as going to Royal Free, St Michael's and Barnet Hospitals.

There was on official and I received two reports of lies and fabrication from my GP Surgery and NHS England. The PHSO are now involved as was the GMC who did something rather stood to protect the lying Doctors?!

Now I have been trying to get legacy representation and yet even Brian Barr dies not quite get it and in all honesty I thought my case was now a slam dunk due to what I had achieved?!

Now I paste an evidence report on the end of this email because I keri spreading to people who simply do not get it. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and discovered this MYSELF only raised in November 2014 and yet to be diagnosed but being referred to Guy's Hospital for this courtesy of my fourth and much  better GP thus far.

Why do I believe it is a slam dunk?!

Because for 18 months I have published everything I have done via a blog.

I also published something else on the blog which I had kept quiet for over two years until recently and that is that I recorded every single meeting, appointment, hospital, GP, and test that I had in that time!! All posted publicly on my blogs that has now attracted 100,000 visitors and rises by several thousand a week.

Yes recorded, everyone and just as well as only now I am heading the travesty that is that there is no Legal Aid due clinical negligence?!

Now I will sign off by asking if you have any advice or pointers before then providing my blog, hosted by Google, and a paste of the EVIDENCE REPORT I knocked together.

EVIDENCE REPORT

1) Secretly recorded conversations over two years of NHS Departments, Back Specialist Physio, Neurology, Physiotherapist, three GPs and it SHOULD be noted that these are taxpayer positions! Ergo and a good solicitor should see that without a governing body that this is the only way to get justice as Legal Aid no longer exists for Clinical Negligence which is a travesty.

2) NHS letters and paperwork going back over ten years and referring to  Fibromyalgia symptoms of pains in both feet, calf, both knees, hips, back, shoulders, skin problems, anxiety, depression, insomnia and others.

3) Odd videos of some symptoms like when I suddenly vomit without warning. The videos are on my YouTube account and ask twelve of my blogs link to the videos. The recordings are held hidden in a dozen cloud storage services. A few are used to link to my blogs so that the recordings are freely available to all.

4) Recordings, research, letters and many others have been ousted publicly in my Google blog and this is time and date stamped. Shows how I lead myself to Fibromyalgia, via Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, and proves very early that I both have it and that many Doctors lied to me, one admits it. SDI the blog is itself PROOF!

5) Witnesses of both family and friends going back a decade!

6) Statute of Limitations are not applicable in this case because I not discovered I suffered with Fibromyalgia around November 2014 and am awaiting an appointment with Guy's Hospital for because I am eager to soak to the best there is on my condition. Ergo I have YET to be diagnosed BUT my blog cannot be argued against nor can the date of the posts!

7) I seem to have to explain IT stuff as some industries just do not get it...

a) They have been going 18 months (the first one) and I have attracted 100,000 visitors which now numbers 2,000 each week. As soon as the weather warms up this weekly figure will itself grown meaning that given the right variables the growth had the potential to be exponential.

b) This part I like as the blogs have quite deliberately NOT been designed to bring in the most amount of money that they can. I have my reasons for this. Despite this I should have been receiving a small monthly figure from Google and have now written to their UK headquarters because I know there is something not right. I suspect their algorithms may not cater for a series of blogs or I have set then up wrong?

c) If the exponential growth has not been realised upon then with a bit of luck I might have attracted one million visitors by the end of 2014 or at least made it look obvious that I will reach that figure before very long?!

I have now explained the evidence as regards it's format whether this be letters out emails going back many years of that I posted them online to show what dates I had the evidence.

Instead of getting middle men for lawyers calling me up without checking out their legal facts first then umm'ing and ahh'ing because it is not an open and shut case therefore a big earner they can read this and cut down the amount of time of mine they waste on the phone as they seem to think only a solicitors time should not be wasted?! Phoning me up for an hour while not knowing your legal stuff seems to be perfectly OK?

SOLICITING FOR THEIR PREY

I decided to send Irwin Mitchell Solicitors an update as they told me that if things changed and I had a diagnosis I might bet legal representaion.

This is the second time now I have done this with the same solicitors and if anyone heard the first one you might note how careful the lady was that I spoke to to NOT tell me that I do not have a case and that I should tey other solicitors. I did not bother at the time as with all these people you just end up in a bloody mess and not keeping on top of everything.

So along with all the other things I have already left on the backburner for a very long time now I decided to just leave this.

But what with the discovery of my condition and the false allegations coming to my door in the form of two reports that have since been withdrawn I thought I would contact Irwin Mitchell again just as they asked me to.

This was partly because for the first time ever a leaflet for a solicitors practise not far from me dropped through my letterbox the other day?! I question this because I did start expecting solicitors practices to start struggling in all honesty but this one has been very late.

Well apart from Irwin Mitchell that is as just like you hear me tell the women in the recording I have provided below they seem to want such easy cases that a solicitor would therefore NOT be needed?!

LMAO!

I will try to contact solicitors at some point regarding the subjects of this blog but probably after I have been to Guy's Hospital and the Personal Independent Payments application has finished too. The same applies to other things to like literary agents but I do feel now that at 100,000 and climbing I have reduced the need to do this and I think it may be a close call between me phoning them and them fiding this blog and contacting me.

Although I will have to be very careful with this due to what happened when I was intercepted by someone who was linked to the bailiffs and then my witness vanished!

If I am solvent at any point in the next 12 months or so I would NEVER hire Irwin Mitchell Solicitors because they do not sound very caring and more importantly any good, lol.

She also suggestions The Law Society and Community Legal Advice too which I point out to her I did work for a solicitor and added to this the Community Legal Advice people lied to me and stated it was OK for bailiffs to assault people. Those two are both on this blog somewhere and those wanting more details can do a search for them using the search function or anyone else they happen to now be hoping that I have run into and given the same treatment, lol.

Here is the link and I hope it now shows more clearly the lack of both human rights as well as legal rights that English born people seem to have any longer. That which I have covered DURING the life of the blog is exactly more or les how it has gone for twenty years. Only in the last 7 years it has increased in intensity and frequency while I manage to acquire more and more truth facts and recordings. Something that Irwin Mitchell does not even want to look at?! Bit bizarre that one I find.
