CORRESPONDING WITH THE LEGAL AID BOARD

Or whatever they call themselves these days...No Legal Aid Left Board?! LMFAO!!

Right then?!

After ticking off The Law Society but getting emails back from the Solicitors Regulatory Authority I then realised that the Legal Aid people had a website and it was there at the end of a very long email telling me a load of stuff I was already aware of?!

Umm yeah it does tend to be in the title and a bit of a giveaway, you know?!

You would think that a regulatory body for law would therefore now about legal aid, but never mind!

I have now contacted Legal AId and filled in a form online but  see the words Community Legal Advice and I contacted them some time ago...

1) First off I have over 6 emails from several people telling me I had a good case against the bailiffs and being defrauded and attacked...
2) I then had a solicitor come along, called Claire Prince, who then lied to me by stating that it was perefectly OK for bailiffs to assault me as it is deemed reasonable force?!

So I am not holding out much hope what with them possibly being associated and if they are rrun by government....well NO WONDER THEY LIE?!

LMAO!!

I really, REALLY hate people that lie especially when it is down to people's health and livelihoods. Livelihoods based on trcikery, lies, preying on disabled or poor people do not count and should bring back burning at the stake for?! LMAO!

Anyway here is a rundown of what I stated to Legal Aid and you will now get to see that in motion all for the benefot of the British Public to see what is BROKEN and WHERE in British Society as that is the only way that ou ever fix things!!

And I think all would be in agreement that this country is most definately in need of fixing and having laws bemt backwards so a long list of inhumane and selfish people who are too self absorbed and think themselves of a higher authority or have some God given right to their advantage is now the rot of the problem in this country.

Things will now not change until THAT DOES!!

I see the Legal Aid link right at the foot of a very long email though quite why it was all the way down there I have no idea.

It would be the normal thing to just have given it at the beginning instead of running through what you do which I already KNEW!

Little did I kjnow that you do not know everything about the klegal system?

LEGAL AID REQUEST NUMBER ONE...

1 - Someone threatening Legal Action for libel due to telling thr truth in my blog where I help and advise people for free. The accusations are false and from a woman who contacted me claiming to take bailiffs to court for me for ABH and THEFT. Then she got my witness details and they both vanished and I also found out she was associated with JBW Group and looked very much like you worked for them and stole my witness.

My blog explains preceisly what happened 5 years ago and has all documentation and I state what I BELIEVE to be the case.

Despite having the diability Fibromyalgia which the NHS refused to diagnose for years (see part two) I was attacked and defruaded out of £4,000 for a parking ticket and no solicitor nor Police were interested.

LEGAL AID REQUEST NUMBER ONE...

2- Have proof that my condition of Fibromyalgia has been deliberately kept from me for 13 years and lied to about drugs, test results and condition.

I have Doctors, GPs, Heads of Staff on TAPE lying, misleading and falsifying test results and/or admitting that they did.

These are public services in posotions paid for by the taxpayer and I did for myself and because the public had a right to know. All this was only done because I tried a few years ago to get legal representation but there seem to be no rights anymore for anyone with little money or the low paid while rich and powerful can take you to court for the most insignificant things.

I want to change the legal system and how people that is is both wrong and inhumane. Now I am being told that I cannot use the tapes of them lying as this is illegal and I do not see how that can be. I did not lead them I simply RECORDED every meeting I had for three years until there were times when I could prove that they lied. Not coeherced into lying JUST BARE FACED LIED!

I would like confirmation on there bing no legal aid for Clinical negligence and the reasons why and asking if this now daft county learnt nothing from the Harold Shipman case or Jimmy Savile?!


WHO I CONTACTED...

No win no fee agents, not solicitors, telling me I cannot use the tapes and I do not stand a chance.

Brian Barr Solicitors who failed to tell me the cost though I asked him TWICE and told me that there is no legal aid for clinical negligence.

ANother diagremment with another who said that I needed a diagnosis and I said that well therin lies the problem because thoise giving diagnosis are lying?! ERGO WHY I RECORDED THEM FOR SO LONG TO PROVE I WAS HONEST AND TELLING THE TRUTH, except now no one is interested in the truth any longer in the UK!

SOLICITING FOR THEIR PREY

I decided to send Irwin Mitchell Solicitors an update as they told me that if things changed and I had a diagnosis I might bet legal representaion.

This is the second time now I have done this with the same solicitors and if anyone heard the first one you might note how careful the lady was that I spoke to to NOT tell me that I do not have a case and that I should tey other solicitors. I did not bother at the time as with all these people you just end up in a bloody mess and not keeping on top of everything.

So along with all the other things I have already left on the backburner for a very long time now I decided to just leave this.

But what with the discovery of my condition and the false allegations coming to my door in the form of two reports that have since been withdrawn I thought I would contact Irwin Mitchell again just as they asked me to.

This was partly because for the first time ever a leaflet for a solicitors practise not far from me dropped through my letterbox the other day?! I question this because I did start expecting solicitors practices to start struggling in all honesty but this one has been very late.

Well apart from Irwin Mitchell that is as just like you hear me tell the women in the recording I have provided below they seem to want such easy cases that a solicitor would therefore NOT be needed?!

LMAO!

I will try to contact solicitors at some point regarding the subjects of this blog but probably after I have been to Guy's Hospital and the Personal Independent Payments application has finished too. The same applies to other things to like literary agents but I do feel now that at 100,000 and climbing I have reduced the need to do this and I think it may be a close call between me phoning them and them fiding this blog and contacting me.

Although I will have to be very careful with this due to what happened when I was intercepted by someone who was linked to the bailiffs and then my witness vanished!

If I am solvent at any point in the next 12 months or so I would NEVER hire Irwin Mitchell Solicitors because they do not sound very caring and more importantly any good, lol.

She also suggestions The Law Society and Community Legal Advice too which I point out to her I did work for a solicitor and added to this the Community Legal Advice people lied to me and stated it was OK for bailiffs to assault people. Those two are both on this blog somewhere and those wanting more details can do a search for them using the search function or anyone else they happen to now be hoping that I have run into and given the same treatment, lol.

Here is the link and I hope it now shows more clearly the lack of both human rights as well as legal rights that English born people seem to have any longer. That which I have covered DURING the life of the blog is exactly more or les how it has gone for twenty years. Only in the last 7 years it has increased in intensity and frequency while I manage to acquire more and more truth facts and recordings. Something that Irwin Mitchell does not even want to look at?! Bit bizarre that one I find.

HELP ORGANISATIONS PART ONE (of 2)

Now the FIRST of the last FOUR areas I have to cover...

Another reason for doing things the way that I did is the lack of help I could find in different avenues supposedly, but not, available.

One branch of this, the other discussed in two parts like this at a later date, is that of help or Advice organisations of which there are many.

Thrighout the years I have approached several of all the big names as well as all the smaller and local ones too. The end result of all this? Nothing, nada & ZILCH!!

Of these I have approached the Citizen's Advice Bureau, DIAP (Disability Information Advice Project and part of EDA (Enfield Disability Advice) and I approached them twice.

Sorry to say but I have absoultely no idea of the maning of their existence other than to help people fill in forms who cannot rad nor write and some of those are people of non native speaking languages and an element of those probably should not be here anyway.

If this was not bad enough, and like but not as bad as the Community Legal Advice or CLA, they fail to even know what they can and cannot do and have an inability to answer the simplest questions. One of these they took THREE MONTHS to answer and the did this TWICE exactly one year apart! To make matters worse the second time they OFFERED their help and I did not ask for it and it was because I emailed them to state that I proved my point about my ailments which led to them not helping me a year earlier.

I was told by a representative that Atos do NOT MAKE HOME VISITS, despite the fact I had told them in our meeting and several times by email that I have no less than THREE documents here stating they was going to make a home visit?!

This is bloody arrogant and f*cking annoying when people make decisions that basically call you a liar and yu are standing there telling them you have the proof and they do NOT ASK for it.

As for the CLA they had a dozen different people tell me I had a case a few years back before a solicitor of theirs called Clair Prince stated it was perfectly OK for bailiffs to assault you and knock you to the ground, force their way into your home and then make a £3,500 profit from your goods from a £550 parking fine that I thought quashed?! F*cking incompetent is all I can say about the CLA from the emails I still possess.

That last statement was completely agreed with once they got over the shock by the CAB in Enfield. Indeed of the four organisations above they were the most competent, despite the fact that they started off my insulting me by suggesting I was crazy, but still have no TEETH.

What the CAB do not have, and I thought they had which is also the answer to the question I put to DIAP TWICE and waited three months on both ocassions for an answer is this:

Do you have in-house solicitors or an external law firm that once going over the details of my case that you can contact and refer my case too? Thus saving me the hassle of emailing solicitor after solicitor when 99.9% of them do not have the word 'courtesy' in their vocabulary nor the line 'sorry that is out of my league' instead giving you false satatements about your case and the law without even seeing anything?!

Yup all that cash they charge for their services and most want cases so easy a five year old child could win them blindfolded and when they are obviously very crap at being a solicitor will even mislead you rather than just admitting their lack of skills. Maybe this is just Legal Aid solicitors, who knows?

Now as you ca now see if you are familiar with the rest of my posts that the reasoning behind approaching BOTH Help Organisations AND Solcitors is thus...

Not only did I KNOW I was correct and had been constantly screwed time after time but just like with solicitors I was DESPERATE to have some of thee battle TAKEN OFF MY HANDS as it was getting to e at times as was my health conditions!!! BUT NO!?!

I would have given anything to have had someone SOMEWHERE fight my corner for me while I concaentrated on the others but no. Considering how many different areas and how many things as well as the large diversity of organisations I NEVER achieved that.

Well that is not until recently and this was in the fight to help fight for and save my daughter's life, in BOTH meanings of the word, and that of my grandchildren...

That now has a solicitor on it and is doing extremely well and can not, in my estimations, possible fail.
