RETURNING FACES OF DAYS PAST

Hello Mrs Dubya!

Today I got a bit of a shock when I walked into a store and a very nice lady I know was standing there. I was taken aback I must say. Took me a few seconds to get over the shock.

I may well have mentioned Mrs Dubya before on here and I used to help her with some very unsual pets for a lady. Not too much information mind. In fact I would never quite get over the first time I was round there and was unknowingly and rather naively so being scrutinised up and down. To the point when someone was on speaker phone and demading to know my shoe and hat sizes! A mum and daughter looked at my blankly and there was a prgnant pause before all three of us laughed.

Mrs Dubya got to here my tales of woe over the nxt few times I visited to help her with various issues. In fact rather shockingly at one point I had to prevent the Mrs Dubya from offering to help with my situation on a scale that was wuite unsual and I have never forgotten. Of course and quite naturally I declined, despite horros awaiting me a fair distance away.

Well Mrs Dubya got to hear of the NHS, the PHSO along with various other things and of course this blog. She requested the address and I scribbled it down on a piece of paper with my phone number.

Not often you get to meet genuine people and indeed it is true that my endeavours are aimed at genuine people.

A brief idea of what I have and it is very extensive and I am still collecting it currently and will do for the foreseeable future. Even though it is very extensive on here I have not published everything as there simply is too much! PLus I cannot remember all the really good bits, hehe.

SOMEONE TO TURN TO

At bloody long last!

Yet another subject matter that are becoming more and more specific to my posts hits the headlines.

I had just been telling a friend that these organisations would have long done been trawling this blog. I would also be well aware that in fear of losing their jobs and to saver their own arses they would simply start repeating things I have said to make it appear that they stated it first.

Well that is of course stupid because the one thing my posts are, just like my recordings, is DATED!

I knew from day one that once I said things enough and using the right KEYWORDS these would be found by the evil organisations. I also knew they would act to cover their own backsides.

But them I also knew that the longer this continued the more visitors here would put two and two together and realise what was happening.

Too bloody late!

In fact knowing these organisations as I do it was a full gone conclusion they would do this and I simply had to just keep quiet and let them all do it, lol.

Hence forcing the changes for the better, lol.

Well I never!

CAB, are you serious?!

How many years into a recession?! How many people having financial difficulties? At the same time this was published another report stated last year there was a 92% increase in cases by the financial services ombudsman, yes good luck with ombudsman lol.

Three years or more into this shit, shops empty everywhere, one on five that are left to go by 2018 and you cone up with this NOW?!

What have you been doing the last 20 years these people have been around?! Hibernating? Are your all Hedgehogs?

How is it, CAB, that you only every day anything when there are hundreds of thousands complaining and by then its too late?!

Here its a tip for CAB, CLA, OMBUDSMAN AND GOVERNING BODIES... when its only an individual with claims you think you cannot handle, like mine, think of the consequences before you choose to ignore....ME.

THE SYSTEM IS ALL A CHARADE

I was thinking about that last post I typed out while staggered at how blooming hour it was today.

My tooth was playing up and I was chewing on a own like a baby teething with one of those rings to help them.

I was thinking about that last post and done if the comments made and thinking how do I stop people making errors before they make them?

So how about telling them that the while system us a charade?! Explain that everything they think that is in place that makes us able top claim to be a civilised society is NOT what they think it is. It our they do NOT do what they think they do.

There is previous little you can suggest that I have not been through and posted the outcome our recording and/our replies up on this blog. Our even on other blogs?! These are facts and almost everything is here to back it up.

Take that shortened....VERY SHORTENED version of my medical records. I have notes on it about mistakes and things missing, right? Well those documents are on here and I should be long past the stage whereby if I state something is not the case in my past the chances are that 9 times our of 10 it will be on here. If bout then I could probably post it on here.

That is why I did the blog because I'm pretty smart and yet I've found that the system is a minefield of a deliberate design and designed to fail. I am aware of the obvious and I have travelled that route and most of the time many, many times too!

I will even know a few types not known about, like the Disabled People Against Cuts or DPAC who often give statements to the used and lobby government jade never heard of ICE, our Independent Case Examiners who the DWP tell you to go to if you are not happy. In fact spook the people you are directed to go to are either their own people (ICE has a DWP server email address so hardly independent and cannot open attachments when everyone else in the same server can open attachments).

This means they were either ruse or completely incompetent. Well they have taken over a year and have done nothing at all and they say I will hear from them in two months or three months but I NEVER DO until I email then and rock then off for doing bugger all.

Yet no one asks why that departments gets oasis our how much our points the finger and accuses them if bring spongers on society?! Its you're taxes paying for this office after all!

Now consider all the options of someone like me who are taking you're taxes. What do they do for these vast salaries? Nothing is what they do.

Done make noises now and then that somehow makes it into the BBC News which is feck all if I am honest. Done lobbying goes on so they can say they are doing their jobs and the government fools people into thinking their us a check our watch in everything but there is not.

A case in point?! Well allrighty then...

Done years back the CAB people lobbied government that different ailments of one person was treated sad if each ailment was a sole ailment and each time a new individual...stupid...incompetent and the work of tricksters. The Conservatives and namely David Cameron stated that this was wrong morally and he would out a stop to it?! This was not only my main obstacle with many civil servants but also the fact that they were trying their utmost to deny that my long list could new linked you each other and I was told not possible many times.

Each time this was a lie.

Everyone thought the Conservatives were humane and that CAB was doing something useful and everyone was happy...except that lobby and promise came to nothing. NOTHING!

The subject had bit been mentioned by government ever again, CAB have not turned to the media and said that David Cameron us a lying cheating bastard and NOR have the media ever touched on the subject ever again?!

This begs the question what is the point and told if the media?

They would come down on anyone like a tonne of bricks if a celebrity lied too them about anything. But despicable behaviour towards disabled people with terrible lives?

Don't care or bought off our even bribed.

There are you're three only possibilities!

But I love the way that on their websites they do live to talk up about how much help and good they have done.

Oddly and not just in my experience but I know not if a single good or positive thing that has come from anyone of recent times and only church leaders words have actually impressed me lately.

If you had told me that a few years back I would have burst out laughing, lol.

EMAILS TO CITIZEN'S ADVICE

First sent on 19th April and then one today, 22nd April, and will have too see this through this time!

This one is to Citizen's Advice and hoping they respond today, lol.

I have emailed them again today, Food Bank too, in case they needed proof so now they have attachments of BOTH cancellation letters as well as this blog address.

Sent same thing to Food Bank too so they MAY be able to contact CAB about having one ready?!*SIGH*

I have emailed them again today in case they needed proof so now they have attachments of BOTH cancellation letters as well as this blog address.

Sent same thing to Citizen's Advice too as you can get the food vouchers from them?! Grooooaaaannnn, how embarrassing?!

HELP ORGANISATIONS PART ONE (of 2)

Now the FIRST of the last FOUR areas I have to cover...

Another reason for doing things the way that I did is the lack of help I could find in different avenues supposedly, but not, available.

One branch of this, the other discussed in two parts like this at a later date, is that of help or Advice organisations of which there are many.

Thrighout the years I have approached several of all the big names as well as all the smaller and local ones too. The end result of all this? Nothing, nada & ZILCH!!

Of these I have approached the Citizen's Advice Bureau, DIAP (Disability Information Advice Project and part of EDA (Enfield Disability Advice) and I approached them twice.

Sorry to say but I have absoultely no idea of the maning of their existence other than to help people fill in forms who cannot rad nor write and some of those are people of non native speaking languages and an element of those probably should not be here anyway.

If this was not bad enough, and like but not as bad as the Community Legal Advice or CLA, they fail to even know what they can and cannot do and have an inability to answer the simplest questions. One of these they took THREE MONTHS to answer and the did this TWICE exactly one year apart! To make matters worse the second time they OFFERED their help and I did not ask for it and it was because I emailed them to state that I proved my point about my ailments which led to them not helping me a year earlier.

I was told by a representative that Atos do NOT MAKE HOME VISITS, despite the fact I had told them in our meeting and several times by email that I have no less than THREE documents here stating they was going to make a home visit?!

This is bloody arrogant and f*cking annoying when people make decisions that basically call you a liar and yu are standing there telling them you have the proof and they do NOT ASK for it.

As for the CLA they had a dozen different people tell me I had a case a few years back before a solicitor of theirs called Clair Prince stated it was perfectly OK for bailiffs to assault you and knock you to the ground, force their way into your home and then make a £3,500 profit from your goods from a £550 parking fine that I thought quashed?! F*cking incompetent is all I can say about the CLA from the emails I still possess.

That last statement was completely agreed with once they got over the shock by the CAB in Enfield. Indeed of the four organisations above they were the most competent, despite the fact that they started off my insulting me by suggesting I was crazy, but still have no TEETH.

What the CAB do not have, and I thought they had which is also the answer to the question I put to DIAP TWICE and waited three months on both ocassions for an answer is this:

Do you have in-house solicitors or an external law firm that once going over the details of my case that you can contact and refer my case too? Thus saving me the hassle of emailing solicitor after solicitor when 99.9% of them do not have the word 'courtesy' in their vocabulary nor the line 'sorry that is out of my league' instead giving you false satatements about your case and the law without even seeing anything?!

Yup all that cash they charge for their services and most want cases so easy a five year old child could win them blindfolded and when they are obviously very crap at being a solicitor will even mislead you rather than just admitting their lack of skills. Maybe this is just Legal Aid solicitors, who knows?

Now as you ca now see if you are familiar with the rest of my posts that the reasoning behind approaching BOTH Help Organisations AND Solcitors is thus...

Not only did I KNOW I was correct and had been constantly screwed time after time but just like with solicitors I was DESPERATE to have some of thee battle TAKEN OFF MY HANDS as it was getting to e at times as was my health conditions!!! BUT NO!?!

I would have given anything to have had someone SOMEWHERE fight my corner for me while I concaentrated on the others but no. Considering how many different areas and how many things as well as the large diversity of organisations I NEVER achieved that.

Well that is not until recently and this was in the fight to help fight for and save my daughter's life, in BOTH meanings of the word, and that of my grandchildren...

That now has a solicitor on it and is doing extremely well and can not, in my estimations, possible fail.
