THE UNRELENTING HEAT

I am definitely having a hot day today.

Recently I thought I was doing well but I am not so this morning. My typing is all over the place too and with this playing up I get from this crap keyboard sold to me by PC World it is already a pain after just two sentences and a little YouTube searching.

I feel like I am almost burning.

I am going to do a quick search, never thought it would quite get like this especially as it is supposed to be cooler, going to check the temperatures too. Nope, 23 celsius so I should not be feeling this bad, it feels more like it is 40 Celsius or more and there has not even been any sun that I have seen!

Aha … hmm my system is refusing to copy an paste! I thought it did this previously but thought it was me forgetting to select 'copy'. May be I am not going mad?

Hmm going to close this and start it up again.

Aha!

There is a page of Fibromyalgia sufferers speaking about heat … going to see if there is anything I can buy or get from my GP for this … it is very, very uncomfortable today.

I like this line …

Typically, a person with fibromyalgia may see more than 10 healthcare providers, including multiple specialists, before being properly diagnosed,”Argoff told Healthline. “Who wouldn't be frustrated under those circumstances?”

Every year I feel like I can pull through and normally it is just feeling hot while sweating an incredible amount. But I feel like I have been sunburnt today, God damn it!

Ooh I have a sofa pillow with a different material, ribbed, and I have just used that behind my back as the sofa feels as it it has central heating going on inside it. Yeah the material of my sofa prbably not the best with my condition, like the rest of my house.

I have been diagnosed with Fibro for at least 15 years I would say the devil caused it if anyone”

That above is another good quote by a lady in Tennessee, Texas, USA. If, of course, you ignore all the religious crap where they argue which God created Fibromyalgia and whether there is a God or not, lol.

Hours of discomfort and tingling arms feeling as if they were burning but it has finally died down … probably because I moved my ig velocity fan around to blast at me. I still feel heated in places.

Nope … getting hot again. Does not seem to be an easy fix for this and though beta-blockers were suggested in the past the ones I am taking, Propranalol, are not doing anything. Funny that these things are happening after what the DWP did?

I have not posted this and now it is the next morning.

I was looking up to see who is out there to help people wit disabilities and in my experience thus far there seems to be a hell of a lot but none of which actually do anything. I try to feel confident that I have the advice of the Citizen's Advice but every time you ever mention them to anyone you only ever get one single response from people They are useless, all they do is advise” and to be honest this was all that I had form them in the past … only they did not even give advice on the trouble I found myself in. They told me they knew nothing about bailiff law, even though it consists of a couple of A5 pages, as it turned out.

I find it funny when you go t sites for help and all they seem to do is list everyone else, including several you have just been to or told they do not help other than to give advice. How many organisations giving advice do you bloody need?

Even after finding out that Mind have their own advocacy and legal people they have since written to me and told me that they do not.

As I was looking around I saw this page whereby a similar thing that happened to me between the Citizen's Advice and Jobcentre Plus. The CAB tell me to go to the Jobcentre Plus to do something and the Jobcentre Plus tell me I can't, or they can't, do it! I am even more confused because it states on the web-page that the Jobcentre Plus have disability advisors and I am wondering why this is the first time I have heard about this. Though quite bizarrely according to a Jobcentre member of staff the disability advisors only apply to disabled people that are working?!

The other funny thing is the remark about finding someone that knows what they are doing and I think this shows up the British public's naivety at large. I get the same thing from people but no one seems to realise two things …
  • No one seems to know what they are doing so you wasting your time
  • The fact that no one seems to know what they are doing means they are up to something and damn well know it
How nice it would be if you could have just one advice organisation and if you went there and you needed help they would put you onto the only help organisation. I mean, how hard is that?

To me there are a lot of cheats out there taking donations for faux jobs and careers doing basically nothing.

I just added someone called Masis and the Disability Living Foundation to my lists of people I have contacted that claim to help those with disabilities. That takes the total up a few to around two dozen I think it is?

Oops, add someone called SEAP to that list.

If I am to become homeless once again and with a bonafide disability diagnosis after 14 years of asking and twenty years of having it I am going to make sure that everyone that is useless and a waste of tax or donation money is seen as just that.

Lol.

MY MATE, THE SOD

Yup, so much is he that they named a law after him!

I am a little fed up as he is always hanging around and driving me nuts. He only ever strikes just when I am about to do something else.

I was planning on a new camera in a few months time, which did not work out, when my one took a bloody tumble and I am still, trying to get it replaced. Of course I need that for all of my blogs and my YouTube channel I have now spent 3.5 years working on.

Of course I am still missing several items and the necessary space to all that I want and am capable of doing.

I left the house today forgetting something else, as I more often than not do. My Fiio hi-res music player and RHA headphones. So back to the house yet again and annoyingly when I thought it was about 10am was actually midday! Grrr.

Rummage around and no music player. Must of left it upstairs then? Umm ... no!

Oh, it is in my backpack? No. Inside pockets? No! I used a different bag? No! I have put it down somewhere and placed something on top of it? NO!

Crap!

Last time I remember seeing it, ... I THINK, was the morning before yesterday when I was picked up by my brother to go birdwatching. He called me 'Go, Go Gadget' and 'Inspector Gadget' because of all my devices and wires. I told him there were still half a dozen or more gadgets I did not bring out, like my audio recorder, radio scanner ... umm other Windows phone and probably others?

Where does 'sod' come into all this?

Well I was hoping to get an Astell & Kern AK Jr at some point which I would be doing about now if it were not for the fact that I desperately need a camera and the camera unfortunately takes precedence.

Yeesh!

How I do not know but it always, and I do mean always, happens like this. I start planning something, start working towards something and then something else comes along and goes wrong just about the time when it is about to go right!

ALWAYS!

Like some bloody court papers I was meant to get a hold most of last Summer and then should have done in November only for that to go south for the winter and not even knowing why that is.

I listen to music most of the time when I am out to take my mind of the 100 things that often go through it. Half a dozen or more of these are pains, either dealing with them or constantly worried they are going to flare up. Or the half a dozen symptoms that are 'hope a crack in the floor opens and you fall into a bottomless pit' embarrassing!

Jesus! I am going top miss having that player.

The only upside is ... or bloody well should be, is the fact it is Spring and the warmer weather means I should be out on my bike with my ... faulty camera most days. Except it is not good weather and we have only had a couple of full days and a few half days of decent weather.

Rain, rain, nothing but rain is all we get lately and even several of the sunny days have had rain at some bloody point! Should be good for the wild British Orchids but I am betting it will rain right through the periods when they are in flower and I wont get up there?! Lol.

Damn this Fibrofog and Fibromyalgia, it really is the bane of my life in so many ways I lose count! If someone was to ask me in how many ways I get driven nuts by my health I would say ... well four, except one of them has so many bloody ways on its own that I cannot even give you a number!

Over a dozen that bog me down I would say. Both feet, right calf, shoulder, memory, vomiting, skin conditions, umm two others, oh yeah ... and that one lol (not telling on those three), high blood pressure, postural hypotension, light sensitivity, sleep problems and umm am I forgetting anything? Memory, lmao!

Several back problems, lumbar, thoracic region (middle) and neck.

Physical problem with right knee.

Severe heartburn.

These are the main ones that are in the forefront of my mind.

Jesus, why is it so effing hard?

JESUS, why is there no EFFING HELP?!

I keep asking but I never get an answer, from anyone else, nit only Jesus.

Steps to getting help ...

  1. Find organisation that claims to be advice/action in your field, ask for help ...
  2. Get told they do not actually do that
  3. Ask them why
  4. Get lies or crap in answers
  5. Ask them about deliberate mistakes I lead them to make
  6. Get told to ask 'x' organisation
  7. Go back to '1'
  8. Repeat
  9. Repeat Steps 1 to 8 a dozen times before you realise ...
  10. None do anything, they all lie and their names are intentionally misleading
  11. LAUGH YOUR ARSE OFF
  12. LMAO!
  13. Then realise you gotta just keep doing this crap even though it hurts in more ways than one!
  14. Feel like sticking your head in a mincer

HELP ORGANISATIONS PART ONE (of 2)

Now the FIRST of the last FOUR areas I have to cover...

Another reason for doing things the way that I did is the lack of help I could find in different avenues supposedly, but not, available.

One branch of this, the other discussed in two parts like this at a later date, is that of help or Advice organisations of which there are many.

Thrighout the years I have approached several of all the big names as well as all the smaller and local ones too. The end result of all this? Nothing, nada & ZILCH!!

Of these I have approached the Citizen's Advice Bureau, DIAP (Disability Information Advice Project and part of EDA (Enfield Disability Advice) and I approached them twice.

Sorry to say but I have absoultely no idea of the maning of their existence other than to help people fill in forms who cannot rad nor write and some of those are people of non native speaking languages and an element of those probably should not be here anyway.

If this was not bad enough, and like but not as bad as the Community Legal Advice or CLA, they fail to even know what they can and cannot do and have an inability to answer the simplest questions. One of these they took THREE MONTHS to answer and the did this TWICE exactly one year apart! To make matters worse the second time they OFFERED their help and I did not ask for it and it was because I emailed them to state that I proved my point about my ailments which led to them not helping me a year earlier.

I was told by a representative that Atos do NOT MAKE HOME VISITS, despite the fact I had told them in our meeting and several times by email that I have no less than THREE documents here stating they was going to make a home visit?!

This is bloody arrogant and f*cking annoying when people make decisions that basically call you a liar and yu are standing there telling them you have the proof and they do NOT ASK for it.

As for the CLA they had a dozen different people tell me I had a case a few years back before a solicitor of theirs called Clair Prince stated it was perfectly OK for bailiffs to assault you and knock you to the ground, force their way into your home and then make a £3,500 profit from your goods from a £550 parking fine that I thought quashed?! F*cking incompetent is all I can say about the CLA from the emails I still possess.

That last statement was completely agreed with once they got over the shock by the CAB in Enfield. Indeed of the four organisations above they were the most competent, despite the fact that they started off my insulting me by suggesting I was crazy, but still have no TEETH.

What the CAB do not have, and I thought they had which is also the answer to the question I put to DIAP TWICE and waited three months on both ocassions for an answer is this:

Do you have in-house solicitors or an external law firm that once going over the details of my case that you can contact and refer my case too? Thus saving me the hassle of emailing solicitor after solicitor when 99.9% of them do not have the word 'courtesy' in their vocabulary nor the line 'sorry that is out of my league' instead giving you false satatements about your case and the law without even seeing anything?!

Yup all that cash they charge for their services and most want cases so easy a five year old child could win them blindfolded and when they are obviously very crap at being a solicitor will even mislead you rather than just admitting their lack of skills. Maybe this is just Legal Aid solicitors, who knows?

Now as you ca now see if you are familiar with the rest of my posts that the reasoning behind approaching BOTH Help Organisations AND Solcitors is thus...

Not only did I KNOW I was correct and had been constantly screwed time after time but just like with solicitors I was DESPERATE to have some of thee battle TAKEN OFF MY HANDS as it was getting to e at times as was my health conditions!!! BUT NO!?!

I would have given anything to have had someone SOMEWHERE fight my corner for me while I concaentrated on the others but no. Considering how many different areas and how many things as well as the large diversity of organisations I NEVER achieved that.

Well that is not until recently and this was in the fight to help fight for and save my daughter's life, in BOTH meanings of the word, and that of my grandchildren...

That now has a solicitor on it and is doing extremely well and can not, in my estimations, possible fail.
