A HELL-O TO THE PHSO

Well it has been a long, long time since I first contacted the PHSO.

That is the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman who you pay for the running of, building, rents, council taxes and all the admin, salaries and no doubt a fleet of cars too?

I have left it an inordinate amount of time, quite deliberately so, knowing I would hear nothing from them despite me poking them with sticks to wake them up every two or three months previously.

They have taken absolutely no action or even investigate anything whatsoever.

Here is me now poking them with a stick with some very, very harsh words and accusations ...

Here is a screenshot from March 2015 and it all started before then and I am given them some documents of reports I typed put detailing my recorded audio and telling them, even then, that I expect them to do nothing and they have acted, or rather inaction, exactly as I predicted they would.

So I actually warn them I am watching them, fully convinced of their corrupt ways too and that I will publish them whatever they do or indeed do not do!

They still have the confidence to do nothing and not be concerned with any comebacks ... because their aren't any.

But you will still pay their bills and salaries for them! LMAO!

Such a joke these clowns and so, so easy to expose them in a way they completely fail to understand or even realise the implications of that come along down the road ... email after screenshots ...

EDIT: Found email FROM him/them stating they are out of the office until the 14th November 2014 which would have been a reply to an email I sent them over a letter I sent in the post, so likely started several months earlier than the time they emailed me. So somewhat prior to early November 2014.

MY COMPLAINT AGAINST NHS

Well if there was ever the evidence that ombudsman, no matte WHO they are and WHAT they cover, not only do nothing but never have any attention of doing anything I think you have one of the best ones there is.

Or should I say that it is 'I' that have one of the best ones there are.

I set out on a five year plan to blog about not just the corrupt, wrong, incompetent and badly run public services in the UK but to highlight the complete waste and disregard of the British public's taxes.

I have had to literally POKE you with a stick to get any responses out of you and added to that the last time, as I explained on my blog, I decided to leave the PHSO alone for over 6 months. I predicted that in this far lengthier period of time you would not contact me and therefore do absolutely nothing. This despite the fact that I have way over half a dozen of a mixture of emails, compliment slips and various other things from you.

While I left you to walk right into one of my traps so I could highlight your failures and prove my prediction that you would not do anything, not even come to a conclusion that they were not to blame, because you cannot, I concentrated on the DWP and have continued upon my path with the corruption within the NHS.

This therefore means I have had a great deal more data since I very first approached you.

I have had many members of the public express utter shock at what I have told them as well as friends, family and all my visitors to my blogs and YouTube channel who are now starting to see. This also includes men of the cloth one of which left a comment of thanks as he realised his family had been lied to and cheated along with other health professionals.

In fact one private osteopath burst out laughing at hearing how I was x-rayed, refused x-rays and had x-rays cancelled before then expressing her concern at how bad the NHS is.

I have also been chasing after the government and you may note that as far as running the DWP is concerned and Iain Duncan-Smith, who I gave a very hard time for three years, along with Michael Meacher using my blog to attack him in the House of Commons back in 2013 and Nick DeBois being corrected by me when he said that the Tory Party found out what Atos was up to and they got rid if them and he got a shock when I informed him he was looking at the man that highlighted their lying ways and tricks and that it was I.

The last time I checked my overall figures of visitors some months ago it had tipped over 300,000 and it is now raising each month faster than ever.

Over the next 7 months or so it will continue to increase its monthly figures and will not be long before it tips over a million visitors.

I can assure you that in those 7 months there is the possibility of several things occurring that will see that rise increase in an exponetial fashion.

I also posted that I found it quite hilarious that the news media, stealing ideas that I informed them about over four years ago, reporting on deaths within the NHS that NHS England are investigating to be quite hilarious.

The NHS is just one in a list of organisations, mostly public funded, that I claimed would be costing lives with very specific details as to why and how they are costing lives.

This includes Police Forces, the DWP, Local Councils and even energy companies.

I assure you that the list goes on and my data and my posts have continued to grow ever higher. This results in anyone I approach having absolutely nowhere to run or hide.

If you do not do what your paid for by the taxpayer for the taxpayer the proverbial is going to hit the fan before very long and some of them already are.

So what is your explanation this time for doing nothing and not contacting me in a period longer than 6 months?!

I just found a screen shot regarding my contact with you from March 2015, so that is a year we have been at this with no information, action or even some lame conclusion blaming me or calling me a liar?

WASHED DOWN THE WHIRLPOOL

I heard about a talk recently that took place on the BBC News 24 channel with Charlie Stayt and Naga Munchetty who spoke to a representative from the Retail Ombudsman regarding some trouble with Whirlpool washing machines.

I seem to have missed this one with the washing machines.

What I heard, though, was yet another thing I have been waiting for. That is to say yet another thing that I have long since stated on here and now comes to light.

Ombudsman do not do anything and as the two anchors on the news realised this they started to press the same question repeatedly to the ombudsman representative who kept dodging the question. He repeatedly failed to give a straight answer.

I am sure that the two anchors of the news along with the BBC News team feel they got quite a coup and will, like tens of thousands of previous times, lay claim to exclusively finding something out.

Ummm...weeeell, no.

You see this is something I find out about and along with everything else sent all the data off to all the major TV news groups and national tabloids 4 or more years previous.

OOPS!

It gets better.

If did not see it or get told about it you may well be wondering by now what the question was that was repeatedly asked that the ombudsman representative kept dodging? No? Well you should.

“Are not the retailers obligate to change a product they sold if returned and faulty?”

The straight answer was 'no'.

Unfortunately for them that had they remembered, bothered and done their jobs properly the anchors would have asked that how can it be that retailers are allowed, well only the largest names/chains, to sell you refurbished, faulty so obviously returned goods but obligated to give you what you paid for?

It is nothing short of a fucking joke taken out on the British public who have themselves done themselves no favours by continuously making like Ostriches and shoving their heads in the sands over all these things for a very long time.

Probably would sound like my mother if asked 'Oooh my jobs too stressful, I have too many things to think about an my kids are all a nightmare and I am always worried about them all the time'?

What instead they should be realising an therefore saying to themselves is..

'Wait a minute? I go through all this stress, head to work and back each day, get watched like a hawk going to work and back each day to see if I fall into traps to pay more money than the taxes they want us to pay andd I get fucking CRAP for the little money I get?!'

I wonder how long the Ostrich look will continue for at times.

The other thing that was not asked by the two anchors of the Retail Ombudsman representative was..

'So why the fuck do all you Ombudsman exist and why the FUCK are you getting our tax money to sit on your arses and not do anything while making excuses for these people and dodging direct questions?'

Just like what I went through I detailed on here with PC World, no not the damaged £150 Corsair PC Keyboard, and the Advent Vega PC Tablets they were only interested in repairing them.

If you did not read that, or the many other stories I have on here like it, I bought three PC Tablets and each and every one of them failed. As did their replacements … and THEIR replacements and in the case of two of them … THEIR replacements two over a period of fifteen months and then got refunded on all three.

Refunded on all three.

After fifteen months.

Hmm, I am just going to let that sink in for a moment...let the noggins do the math.

Ahh I now see that the Whirlpool products have been catching fire! Bejesus! Bloody hell.

I cannot believe how backwards this country of mine is. I grew up thinking all you needed to succeed and have a half decent life was a fairly good idea or be a good person and do good deeds. But no. Not so, it would seem time after bloody time.

I just hope and pray that there is not some sort of bitter twist of fate in all this and the person I helped acquire a lot of money did not buy a house and a new Whirlpool washing machine and the damned house did not burn down?!

The ticked list of my claims and theories that have appeared in the news, long after I put them on here I might add, is getting pretty damned long now. Well I say 'theories' but I forgot to add the long list of things I predicted and then acquired proof of in the way of secretly recorded conversations I had, letters, emails, recorded phone-calls and all manner of other evidence.

Yet despite doing all this, acquiring all this, proving all this, predicting all this and publishing and telling all this with little help or even belief from others and with no money or support it is others that will benefit from it.

Those that did not have a single hand in revealing all this.

Did I mention this country was all backwards?

LOL.

So these are the Quangos they debated about getting rid of bloody years ago on TV and now I see why. In that debate they must have known only too well that these quangos were nothing more than a black hole from hell where the taxpayers money is concerned. Funny how this was failed to be mentioned at the time as well as betting reported on correctly by the news media?

Do not worry as I spent the next six years or so gathering evidence and then post all that I had about it via this blog.

But people will see the evil BBC as the ones worthy of being attributed to exposing the manufacturers along with the ombudsman.

RIP OFF SERVICES

Let us forget for the moment, as I just had a call, that I am having some serious issues with Virgin Media like you would not believe.

Let us forget that I signed up to a service that is £28.99 a month and have had two bills of £88.93 and then £122 in the first two months.

Let us forget that they have actually already broken the contract as I was getting 34mb/s during the two weel cancellation period and this dropped to 6mb/s immediately afterwards and that they then lied by stating that 6mb/s is the normal speed for my area. Oh? Then how did I manage to get 34mb/s of my 50mb/s service? I then woke this morning to find my broadband had been restricted. So I cannot go on into my account because they tell me my password is wrong when it was right. That clicking on forget password they then tell me there is no account under my email but when I create a new account they then tell me that there is is an account with my email and I cannot access my digital banking to move money into accounts to pay them?!

No I phone up this morning to be told that the £122 bill was wrong and it is £32 odd so I pay that. I then get a letter in the door to tell me that I am being charged £10 for the late payment, can you believe this? Two fucking months!! I also get told that another bill is now almost due that is £65?!

To add insult to injury I was just called by them by their collection department about the outstanding bill of £32 which the lady states immediately that she can see that I have paid it?!

So why did you fucking ring me then?! Jesus H. Christ!

I then bring up these humungous bills for what is broadband only and the lack and sudden drop in speeds and that I have already mention this several times and not got an answer outside of bullshit and she says I cannot help you with that, you need to speak to another department?!

No let us forgot all of that.

Do NOT effing use it!

Instead see a video of my use of it, I did not sign up for it, and how they have harassed me and sent me threatening recorded messages about paying them and even called me last Saturday to tell me my daughter wanted to get in touch with me, accept the reverse charges at £1.50 a minute and when I spoke to my daughter she had not used the service for well over a week!!

Also note that I have complained to the company, right here in Finchley in London, already and received bullshit in the response, as is standard for all companies these days because the consecutive governments have given them carte-blanch on ripping people off with no possible comebacks, punishments, laws or fines and.

No this is about the fact that they rang me around 30 times in a couple of hours witnessed by four other family members that could not believe it and that even when I rejected the calls they immediately rang me back?!

Oh and I have now contacted Ofcome about this service for the second time and have not even had a response, suprise, surprise, to my first complaint from weeks ago! Sure I posted about it in here at the time or several days after I complained.

Heaven only knows why idiots wish to come and live in the UK?!

THE RAGE & THE FURY

Despite this being typed out on my tablet PC, which seriously needs replacing preferably with something far more stable, I am doing this using OfficeSuite Pro which had had done rather cool alterations and updates. Not that it was rubbish before!

Now I think I purchased this which was bloody annoying as I used QuickOffice Pro before which cost me £10 but then was subsequently purchased by Google who then ruined it. 

I am rather getting pissed off at everyone holding their grubby little hands out for cash and then selling their souls took the devil for a big pile of cash.

I think, as no one else can be arsed or have the brass balls to do so, I have no choice but to stay looking for prime examples of software developers that take advantage of those if us willing to pay for software and then take the piss?!

I am going to expose where I can any piss taking and then harp on about any sales of companies and champion that refunds should be offered to those that purchased the software previously only to have it crippled by a different, over confident but in fact, idiot company that thinks it can do what it wants and do no wrong.

I will tell a brief story about a chap who write into the letters section of Micro Mart magazine who bought audio software of a name I cannot recall but cost a tall order of £350.00, three hundred and fifty, but came with a dongle so that he could use the software anywhere. The dongle stored the security details like password.

He then said that a few months into using this product he had been happy with it all went south for the winter. He was presented with a message to state that the security software details were wrong?! He then tried the dongle in all USB ports but was greeted with the same message and the same thing happened with different devices!

He contacted the manufacturers who then told him that he would have to send the dongle to them in America, he is in the UK, but that he would have to pay the return postage of $50?!?! As he rightly pointed out a dongle is the size of your thumb and weighs very little, ten grams or so?

No I may be wrong but the was mention of another fee and I am not sure if this was instead of our in addition to and this was $60. When complaining of this they suggested he buy a new dongle which was only slightly different from the postage cost from America. A point that I found a little convenient as did he.

He was furious and rightly so and near the end of this letter he then remarked about the people that think all software should be free, 'for the masses' was one line I read recently. He explained that he was not in this camp and neither am I. But that he was insinuating, and I agree, that if you behave like greedy twats and then unhelpful twats then you can't really blame people for having been burned several times and then going the cracked route.

I totally agree.

I got into a conversation once regarding the software for the masses is idea and the guy I was chatting to was a Linux user also creating his own. Linux is a stable OS, with very few exceptions, that is similar to iOS at its core. When I talked abort the pros of using Windows he then made the statement about software being free and him always getting free software. Well this is a great idea in practise and you don't get nine of the shit, and I mean effing literally, you get with what is often way over priced software. Yes.. it... is! When I asked why he was so hell bent on free software he then said something totally daft and said "because you can spend more on more powerful hardware!"

To...do...what?!

Very few things would require serious amount of processing and graphics power these days and only things like video editing, large numbers of files being compressed and of course computer games. The first of these you would likely not want to do in Linux. The second possibly so but not that big a deal to warrant his statement. The third? Well no. Just no and even with the recent emergence of Steam for Linux the titles available are extremely tiny and Steam had only been announced as opposed to released at the time.

I then said that the very idea was daft because you would not expect hardware to be free and despite the cost of the buildings you can make the chips in a very short space of time. They can then be used to build cards or motherboards in another short space of time. I then did that you cannot do this with software. Even the most simple of programs could take weeks to complete and misty modern software can take one person a year to do and a team a dozen strong four years and sometimes longer when it comes to games. I then explained that it was madness you think this way and made no sense at all. You could not expect a team of people to work for four years for free!

I have often wondered about done of the mentality behind this and wonder if it's down to a tangible/tactile thing or something a bit more complex? If someone creates something they did not actually create it, it was there all along and they only discovered it. An example would be that the rennaisance artist Michaelangelo would have a huge block of marble to start with. At the end of his gradual chipping away he had the most beautiful of figures to present to the world, or those that commissioned his services. But that statue was the already... Michaelangelo simply had to discover it.

Software is just a series of code cobbled together to do a job.

Now in recent times things got a bit out of hand but allowed to do so because of... well fans really. In his day Michaelangelo would do his masterpiece and get his payment. You work too produce something and you get paid. Work... paid. The better you were the more you got paid. This was also true of all the famous composers, though Wolfang Amadeus Mozart had a fair share of ups and downs.

Now before I move on to where many of you already realise now that I am going with this I will state that we often realise that when we look back in history sooner this we did were wrong. Some of the attitudes to things were wrong. Over time we tend to change when w realise they were wrong. However some things are far more stubborn about change and this normally had to do with money. All note actually those with too much of if.

At some point in history things changed. This occurred with the invention of the grammaphone or the reproduced audio of the speaking voice. His Masters Voice. 

Suddenly you could create something and then sell it over and over again. As apes, humans as a species does not like monotony. There had been millions of examples that we don't and yet those with money enough to break out of their monotony still force it upon others. Liked they have some divine right to it based on machines and others do not. But it's the obvious fact that we are apes all that causes us to pull at from to much monotony and nothing will ever change that. Many have tried to alter large elements of the problem to try and stop it from having it's ultimate and inevitable effect. 

Of course I am referring to musicians creating music and then being able to copy it over and over and therefore getting paid over and over again for the same piece of work. I am sure owners of building firms wish they could do the same without all the hard work? But it simply became an accepted fact and before long musicians expected the ridiculous amounts of money most never reach but expected it year in, year out.

In one industry the exact opposite is true today and in complete contrast to the music industry is the art industry. Primarily antique art but applies to modern art too. In fact it's such a contrast that to do something similar carries a prison sentence!

Michaelangelo has been dead for hundreds of years but if you was to copy accurately one of his masterpieces you would likely get into deep water. Especially if you sold it and failed to mention that you created it... err recreated it.

Well you might think.. well of course you dummy?

But it's the art. The figure is the same thing in every way and every detail. But value is placed in a far greater amount of its the very thing created by the artist themselves. But it's the same thing? The beautiful piece of art is exact in every way. If the figure created by Michaelengelo was ugly and the same was true of the rest of his creations then antiques experts and dealers would say "Michael who?"

This same thing can be applied to movies of course.

However there is one musician today, or could be group of musicians, that kind of realised many things and did things somewhat... differently and to great effect which garnered a lot of publicity and was extremely fair. Maybe even over top too?

Radiohead.

However if I bought an album today of Pink Floyd, my favorite band, or Radiohead, my other favorite band, and I am sure everyone would agree that if the quality was shit it worse still had audio cut out momentarily half way through so much as a single track there would be an outcry. If they played some music on TV and you bought the album and the music you heard president that led you to the purchase once again the would be an outcry.

It would not be allowed and replacements or refunds would be given whether offered or forced to do by some body or other.

As for these bodies more and more were created over the years and these are known as QUANGOS, or Quasi Government Organisation or something, lol. However these are fur the most part not even quangos as you first have to actually do something.

Today to many rely on these old systems while the ability to do all the things mentioned within the confines of your own home! But they don't like this, not one bit. The are still masses of people that strive till be where the bands I mentioned are or queue sound even blocks to sing in some talent show. But the world and technology is changing. But they don't like it.

Move around the industries and back to software and all the rules are then out. For some unfathomable reason.

In Europe though have a banana with the wrong type of bend, they are a natural product you bloody half-wits, or own a device with a 3.5mm audio jack and they then hinder...no completely wreck the sound, quality and entertainment factor because we are all children and need to do as we are told. Patronizing, delusional morons and yet as I understand it they also cannot sort their own crap out and keep stealing billions of us in the UK because they believe the morons in government when they lie about how well we are doing. Well either that or they don't give a rats arse about us....no I will rephrase that they care less about the British public than our own government do?!

It is times like these that I wonder what would be sure to me by those that are my mirror image in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the USA and even China?! It would be very interesting to speak to anyone that was my foreign counterpart. A true counter part that is and they must exist out there somewhere?

This post will came about, or that first part of it, because the section I will now write about was already typed out. Only now I am going this in a word processor because Google are not very good at that it turns out.

THE SILENT STORM

Right then?!

It is about a week late but here is something that is the end result of something I put in the pipeline from about a year ago now, or a couple of months less than that. Put simply I cannot remember when I did it!

But I did mention on here recently that I had a phonecall from the DWP apologising for not answering a Freedom Of Information request within the given time allowed by law and that they could not find that which I requested?!

Beauty!! Splendid!!

Well I recorded the conversation, that one still yet to be sorted oiut and uploaded, and was told that she would contact me within two weeks if she found the relevant information or not. You can check on here but once again they went over the given time period by quite some time. Bailiffs and debt companies are quite good at breaking this particular law too, along with many others like fraud and burglary. Strange that, akin to being OK to mudering someone for pissing on your Roses!

Anyhoo...cast your mind back to a documentary on Channel 4 and which I covered the last ten minutes of on here. It was a Job Centre, well all Job Centres, being accused of lying to the public and stopping their benefits because they have not applied for jobs, claimed there are loads of jobs out there and that they themselves had hundreds?

The man carrying out the investigation had already been told by ex staff members that there were no jobs and it was all a very deliberate lie.

He then pulled out an iPad and asked the red haired manageress to show him the jobs on their website and she surfed around for ten minutes and unable to find them but insisted they were there. He stated that even if they were how would the people seeing work be able to find them on their site if she, the manageress, could not even find a single one?! He still wanted evidence that these jobs were available currently. She then went off to get evidence and left him and his cameraman in this room for a fair old while. Eventually the building cl;osed for the day and everyone went home and they wondered whether they had been locked in for the night. Eventually the manageress returned with a large pile of printouts that surprised the investigator and seemed lost for words for a few minutes. Well that is until he then spotted that the jobs were way over a year old and therefore they had just lied to him yet again on a national TV documentary for Channel 4?!

You goot be fecking confident to do that and been given some pretty impressive promises to be able to do that and this means of course that you are KNOWINGLY doing it. That is you are knowingly lying to the British public on national TV for whatever it is they promised you.

I would not do that.

Well.....they have now used that trick once again on me of all people! Only this time its far, far worse than that they did on Channel 4! I gave them two Freedom Of Information requests concerning their entire expenditure, which I do not even know if they answered this one and need to check, and one requesting all medical documentation on me.

So just to be clear I want copies of all the NHS letters whether GP or Hospital written along with the forms and applications that either I filled in or that of my GP's?

Now as you know I have changed GP's a fair few times in the last 7 years? Hopefully your keeping track, well one of the reasons I did this along with testing the GP Surgery for honesty and professionalism was that the DWP and Atos would be caught out. By doing this I would know for sure that each time I applied for either DLA, DIsability Living Allowance, or its replacement PIPs, Personal Independent Payments, that they would contact many different GPs. This way one of two things would arise. First off that the GP's written to would inform me, of which only one ever did and she told me that the DWP lied about her filling it in or at least the way that she did it. The other thing is that the GPs would be contacted at times shortly after I moved GP practices so that the application forms would then have to be handled one of two ways. Firstly they would be sent of via the NHS and then end up in my medical records with the current GP to be filled in or they would be forwarded on to me.

Like the GP they lied about sdhe told me that in any event that a GP makes a mistake on the forms the DWP automatically send it back out to the GP in question pointing out their mistakes and request that they fill it out again. They did not do this and did not inform me either and as the GP in question fully informed me at the time "Your right Martin, they are corrupt. They tie our hands behind our backs (NHS Doctors) and we have to lie to our patients and take the flack from the public for it. I have been a Doctor for nearly 40 years and I know how to fill in their forms, they are lying"

A few weeks later she put 5 stunned staff on the dole queue by stating she had, had enough of the NHS and everything with it and was retiring effective immediately.

Now by a strange turn of fate one of her staff members went to work at the very surgery I am now with, remember I have had two GPs since she announced hger immediate retirement.

Well a rather large and heavy package came through the door and I actually thought it was the legal documentation I asked my daughter for a couple of months ago? No, it was the answer to my request to my medical evidence. All 60 pages of it with two thirds of these double sided so 100 pages.

Only there was not a single thing I requested within the package and nor did they even reference this fact in the letter?!

'Eh?!' I hear your mind now asking, 'well what did they send him?!'

Most of it, leaving aside some crap with a few lines printed out in landscape mode for some unfathomable reason, are all the emails we ever sent each other!!!

Yes they sent me print outs of all the emails I ever sent them. That's it and that's all!!

Yes that means all the ones I ever posted on here and still have!!

This is one of those interceptions by complete douche-bag morons I often refer to. One you can see in action just like the ones that intercepted the letter from Guy's Hospital. Though I could be wrong and they may have just asked the Doctor I saw at Guy's Hospital to lie on the letter and he willingly did it. Which would mean of course that Dr Kirkham is the lying douche-bag?! Lol!

This lady that I spoke to on the phone was completely shocked and perplexed that she could not find anything I requested. Well of course not I was hoping that I had caused enough trouble that they had binned it all and I then requested it before they could even realised they had been duped into binning it so I could catch them in the act?!

Oooh there are those facets at work that I kept warning them about! The ones I carried on warning about in here! The plans I state that I lay out and that there are always several in motion at any one time with any one public service.

So in total a fecking lot then?! YUP!

I said it would take a long time did I not? Yes sirree, Bob!

I have a pile of all my emails to the DWP & Atos I not only already possess within one of dozens of email folders...ooooooooh yeahhhhh emails and folders....dumb-arses.....that are actually all on here anyway! I even told the lasy this in the phone conversation I had I also recorded.

What does this mean?

Some complete brain-dead tosser stepped in and changed what was going to be sent out to me and very clearly believes that all benefit claimants and jobseekers and likely the entire working classes are all completely stupid brain-dead morons that could never possibly catch them out?!

Well I am, I do, I did and to cap it all I cam make them look like the completely brain-dead incompoetent morons that they are!!

Because I have stated many times on here quite deliberately that I know they have done this many times so that when my long term plan to catch them in the act comes to fruition I can then reference the fact that thios has been repeated many times in the public domain and that tens of thousand of people have likely repeated it to others around the web meaning that it could well be hundreds of thousands of people....and they...missed it.

Anyhoo I took a picture of the pile of crap they sent me, ahh well saves me having to ever print it out to the news media if and when they come! Just bought a new pack of printert paper too and four black ink cartridges. Well best to be prepared for the oncoming storm! Lol...

Of course I have more and I will got around tot hat in a moment. But before I do I wish to just recap...

I knew their file would be nothing short of a joke and most definitely a damning one for all involved and so by asking for it they had three choices...

1 Send me it as I requested and then damning themselves to hell as it would give them away to screwing the public, therefore showing that all public services are doing it too ...

That was extremely unlikely so...

2 They could have sent me the files so that it looked like the GP's and Health Professionals, or so called, they asked to lie for them look like it was THEIR fault ...

Likely there was an agreement covering the arses of the health professionals and so....

3 Not having a file at all, which is the one I expected to get which also allows them a fighting chance to still not pay me the money they illegally took away from me over five years ago now.

I knew I would get this last one if I got an answer at all and I had been posting everything I had and evereything I did in all that time. I had also been telling every now and then little anecdotes about what transpired previously for up to 13 years prior to the date of the blog.

Ask yourself a question now and I did kind of want to leave this one to one of those things I had hoped to occur to people without help only to bring it up months later around the time of the general election?

Except there will be plenty of other things and so ask yourself this ... I asked for ALL the medical evidence held upon me and have repeatedly stated that I was in receipt of it previously?

So where is the NHS evidence that in the past got my Disability Living Allowance approved?

Now, do you see that window and that bath hurtling towards the street below? Look in the bath and tell me, do you see the baby?!

Now I did say right after the picture that this is not all that I have done?! My God, no, no, no not anywhere near it but in respect of this blog not it is not all and here is something else ...

I can also describe in detail both what I have done, what I have asked for and what I have been sent while pointing out what I have now been doing for two and a half years nearly, only online mind you, and thereby drawing a great deal of attention from YouTube viewers to my YouTube account and then this blog! OOPS!!

FOI - MEDICAL EVIDENCE

I was going to just write 'umm latter dated [blah,blah]' and then be sarcastic about it because it is not what I asked for.

However it is what I wanted and what I expected.

Mind you your going to have to go to the incompetent idiot and moron that sanctioned this letter probably by way of interception. Because I had already had a conversation with someone on the phone and already pointed out several...aspects of what I did and what I do.

I requested all medical evidence held upon me be sent to me.

This is not what I receieved.

You sent me my own emails to you and Atos and nothing else.

But they are my emails and hence I already posses both them and the replies.

I stated in the phone conversation that I not only had all these but have published them on my blog and so so as and when i get them!

So why would anyone in their right mind gather up all the emails I sent and them print them out and send them to me when my Freedom Of Information request specifically asked for medical EVIDENCE held on me?!

Also the deliberate mistake of the fact I was previously in receipt of Disability Living Allowance? Did you throw that out along with the rest of the self-damning evidence I requested just as I hoped you would do?!

So yes, thank you for your pointless package of crap, it is just what I wanted and have been waiting for since I put the request in.

You can tell those that think themelves intelligent that I know who they are and that they are not intelligent and I just shgowed them ho bloody dunce they truly are. The ones really costing Britain stack loads of cash and think themselves some birthroight to being paid vast salaries while being as fit as a fiddle, despite being half-witted, and yet think people with dreaful afflictions have no rights for money to just fecking survive?!

Thank you for giving me this finaql nail. Well that is not strictly true as there are a great many in motion, most like this one I have forgotten about...ahhh yes, forgotten. That is something else I wanted to explain now we are in the subject of dying a screaming death, forgotten. Yes, I do that a lot. But then the bosses at the DWP and at Atos know this just like they also know that Fibromyalgia is linked to a sleeping disorder and we have a p[roblem with mobility...

Which is also why along with losing all the medical evidence conveniently which is not because you threw out all the releveant stuff you did have which now provers to the British public that you did indeed throw it all out ti get rid of said evidence....oooh I digress, where was I?

Oooh yeah your so called assessments, arranged by YOU and not Atos, though they are as guilty as you are, were deliberately arranged for 9AM or similar in the morning while getting futher and further way from Enfield in North London the last one being Lambeth in South London!!

I simplay cannot believe that both the DWP and Atos were so easily manipulated and beaten time after time after time?! Amazing, truly amazing which begs the question how you got away with it for so long and how no one caught you?! Yes I know how long you have been lying to the British public.

So is your excuse going to be that you used to give out disability like confetti? Or maybe that I made out I was a foreigner and not born here and that you ususally just hand out everything they ask for to them and not British people? If so I would like to know the reason why?

Soi then this will be interesting as I am dying to know how you and Atos now attempt to get out of this corner while continuing to screw me and the British Public over a barrel?!

To state once again...

My Freedom Of Information request was for medical evidence you have on me for thirteen years.

I have a letter here from yousrelves stating that you turned me down on one application for Disabiklity Living Allowance because, and I QUOTE, "Your GP filled in the form wrong." which was Dr Huq at Dr Rooban's Surgery who stated that you were liars and that she had and that even had she not its standard procedure and has been for over three decades that forms filled in wrong by GP's are automatically sent back to the surgery and requested this is corrected.

So tell the person who intercepted that letter I recieved or indeed the one that requested you send me that pointless crap and tell them that I now have them by the balls and there is no no way to escape it from here on in.

Oh I am so looking forward to see what you say next?!

This email will be going off to all the others departments that get paid for screwing the British public and disabkled people over while comitting fraud by receving taxpayers money for services they have no intention to performing.

Excuses and quoting scripture will be pointless and if your the so called Independent Case Examiners....don't. I will use foul language and call you a bunch of degrading names albeit quite accurate ones.

A SERIES OF PECULIAR EVENTS (PART 4-A) WITH THE OMBUDSMEN

I should state to begin with that I now think that this will be in three sections, maybe two and maybe five but I think three. Just too much to put all in one place! Considering how much stuff I have included in each post and that in any single post it is not nearly all, likely only about 20 to 50%, you can imagine how placing everything thats catalogued correctly would be a logistical nightmare?

Errr IT IS a logistical nightmare!

Now let us take a break for a moment from the corporations and public services to deal with those others that exist in the dozens and dozens that many of you perceive are there to catch you when you fall?

Yes, well they do not. Sorry to have to inform you of this and remember now of how I go about getting evidence. I get it no matter what and even when found out and watched as I switch off several devices I STILL get that recording! Because that is always going to be a very good one to the absolute best one, because they then get too cocky and over confident.

Remember now that they Advertising Standards Authority stated I was wrong and yet a court stated I was right!

This is not the only time I have won despite going for help to the usual suspects. Nor will these two be the only times either!

I did say repeatedly that it was all set up for everyone to fail. This was mainly so that they could read my intentions and wonder to what I was referring to because I knew they were reading this post. In fact I have a letter here that arrived yesterday that proves what I say and I have shown it to one person and explained it to another who both laughed about the way it was worded right at the beginning!

I wont say who this is right now and nor will I post up the letter … but lets just say that … some of my enemies now refuses to believe that I am who I say I am, or rather that Martin and I are different people?!

They wont be getting my reply until the end of next week and I want to be sure they have it before I post up exactly who it is along with the letter along with the reply. I have tried to make the reply as humorous as I can because they gave me the opportunity to take the right royal … piss!
