THE N.H. MESS

Well I touched upon the N.H.S with the last post and this one going a bit further with them and they are now the focus of this post.

So Jeremy Hunt, another without his own mind .. I am sure they are a hive mind in the Conservative Party, was planning to set up these health group .. things, called ACOs or something?

But a bunch of people, Stephen Hawking included, decided that these were so plan to stealthily privatise the N.H.S at a later date by encouraging private companies to bid for the ability to provide services.

I did not look into deeply but then they decided to take Jeremy Hunt and NHS England to court so would I really need to?! It is Stephen, bloody, Hawking for the love of God?!

So we have the Tory government's current state of a complete mess that is the DWP not only listed as inadequate, by their own admission recently too, and referred to as a 'Human Catastrophe' by the EU?!

A shame that the EU did not step into the frame earlier? Maybe the vote might have gone differently? Oh well.

Now you have the NHS which has endured many shocking revelations in the media and its worst yet to come now being taken to court?!

If that is a not a mess that is only destined to get worse then I am afraid that I simply do not know what could be listed as a mess?

My last of my three main targets have not escaped of late either and there have been several reports regarding local councils getting up to shady things too.

This is not only a damned script that seems to be going to keep on writing itself throughout the entirety of 2018 after the last few revelations but I know of several confirmed inbound revelations too that themselves will play out between this coming month, tomorrow, of February and will continue to do so into next year of 2019.

I have stated previously that I would not like to be Theresa May right now and for that matter, no one anywhere near her, but .. yeah there was a reason and in all honesty I would not want to be Theresa May throughout the rest of 2018 and throughout 2019.

I feel pretty confident right now that this will be something talked about in the history books of the future.

Well I think it is safe to say that around a year from now we can start saving some real taxpayers money and start to wave bye-bye to the real vampires of British Society that take a lot of money while doing very little and they intend to do very little too..

THE AVERTED EYES

So then it has long become apparent to may and slowly becoming apparent to many more is that the public services are rotten.

Over the years I have been posting on this blog I have explained how I have ran into a fair number of local authorities. Five or six in fact.

As with most others, except the Police, I discovered very late in the day that there was an ombudsman for local government called the Local Government Ombudsman, or LGO.

I approached the LGO and genuinely believed what they told me.

I was to end up regretting this and my own daughter would be placed in danger several times in the process.

Once again this concerned Wirral Council but also involved Merseyside Police, who also repeatedly lied, and their associated ombudsman, the Independent Police Complaints Commissions. Guess what the latter did? Fuck all.

That is five or six local councils and with two of them I am still involved in and the LGO which covers all councils. All lie and all cheat. Oddly that is what they try to imply that 99.9% of the public does.

99.9% of the public in the Wirral

99.9% of the public in Enfield

99.9% of the public in Waltham Forest

99.9% of the public in Epping

99.9% of the public in Hackney

Of course this includes the LGO

So then .. safe to say that this applies across the board? Yup.

Your taxes pay for all of the above.

So then .. anyone else reporting what I have been saying for well over five years? Yup ..

With less than 2% of submitted complaints declared by the LGO as maladministration, there is a certain weight to the claims that the tax-funded service is not wholly committed to securing justice for the public.

Currently the DWP have gotten some well overdue attention over this. Though nowhere near enough, only a vote that is not constitutionally binding and even then it was only for a fucking pause. Cannot help but think that was all how for our benefit, or at least the more naïve of us?

The DWP are going to get more attention and once I get the ball rolling on that one and wont take place for another four days at least. Once a little meeting has taken place between an organisation and myself. Maybe it will be after a second meeting?

On a quick note I just recalled .. did you see the recent mainstream news report about how they found a drone that was getting items like mobile phones into a prison in Liverpool?

Did you think that they had caught them and now that is not happening any longer? Yeeeaah .. no.

Tonight we received a phone-call from a prison inmate of that exact same prison and oddly enough .. the person on the phone was full of his usual shit and lied .. badly.

Yeah .. prisons have now added themselves onto my list of .. adversaries. A shame .. for them.

So then .. been discovering or simply suspecting stuff?

Did you think things were just isolated to the ones mentioned? Umm .. no.

I stated that I would predict accurately that with each public service I would deal with in turn that .. they would turn out to be liars and cheats .. not fit for purpose but would quickly go on TV or to the tabloids to complain they do not get paid enough.

So it is 95% of the public services at best and 100% at worst.

It has been 100% for me but that does not equate to 100% of all public services as I simply cannot cover them or gather evidence on them all.

Still .. you can wait around and do nothing for another year only to finally discover I was right and maybe .. then you can do something? Except .. it will be far too late for many.

A HELL-O TO THE PHSO

Well it has been a long, long time since I first contacted the PHSO.

That is the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman who you pay for the running of, building, rents, council taxes and all the admin, salaries and no doubt a fleet of cars too?

I have left it an inordinate amount of time, quite deliberately so, knowing I would hear nothing from them despite me poking them with sticks to wake them up every two or three months previously.

They have taken absolutely no action or even investigate anything whatsoever.

Here is me now poking them with a stick with some very, very harsh words and accusations ...

Here is a screenshot from March 2015 and it all started before then and I am given them some documents of reports I typed put detailing my recorded audio and telling them, even then, that I expect them to do nothing and they have acted, or rather inaction, exactly as I predicted they would.

So I actually warn them I am watching them, fully convinced of their corrupt ways too and that I will publish them whatever they do or indeed do not do!

They still have the confidence to do nothing and not be concerned with any comebacks ... because their aren't any.

But you will still pay their bills and salaries for them! LMAO!

Such a joke these clowns and so, so easy to expose them in a way they completely fail to understand or even realise the implications of that come along down the road ... email after screenshots ...

EDIT: Found email FROM him/them stating they are out of the office until the 14th November 2014 which would have been a reply to an email I sent them over a letter I sent in the post, so likely started several months earlier than the time they emailed me. So somewhat prior to early November 2014.

MY COMPLAINT AGAINST NHS

Well if there was ever the evidence that ombudsman, no matte WHO they are and WHAT they cover, not only do nothing but never have any attention of doing anything I think you have one of the best ones there is.

Or should I say that it is 'I' that have one of the best ones there are.

I set out on a five year plan to blog about not just the corrupt, wrong, incompetent and badly run public services in the UK but to highlight the complete waste and disregard of the British public's taxes.

I have had to literally POKE you with a stick to get any responses out of you and added to that the last time, as I explained on my blog, I decided to leave the PHSO alone for over 6 months. I predicted that in this far lengthier period of time you would not contact me and therefore do absolutely nothing. This despite the fact that I have way over half a dozen of a mixture of emails, compliment slips and various other things from you.

While I left you to walk right into one of my traps so I could highlight your failures and prove my prediction that you would not do anything, not even come to a conclusion that they were not to blame, because you cannot, I concentrated on the DWP and have continued upon my path with the corruption within the NHS.

This therefore means I have had a great deal more data since I very first approached you.

I have had many members of the public express utter shock at what I have told them as well as friends, family and all my visitors to my blogs and YouTube channel who are now starting to see. This also includes men of the cloth one of which left a comment of thanks as he realised his family had been lied to and cheated along with other health professionals.

In fact one private osteopath burst out laughing at hearing how I was x-rayed, refused x-rays and had x-rays cancelled before then expressing her concern at how bad the NHS is.

I have also been chasing after the government and you may note that as far as running the DWP is concerned and Iain Duncan-Smith, who I gave a very hard time for three years, along with Michael Meacher using my blog to attack him in the House of Commons back in 2013 and Nick DeBois being corrected by me when he said that the Tory Party found out what Atos was up to and they got rid if them and he got a shock when I informed him he was looking at the man that highlighted their lying ways and tricks and that it was I.

The last time I checked my overall figures of visitors some months ago it had tipped over 300,000 and it is now raising each month faster than ever.

Over the next 7 months or so it will continue to increase its monthly figures and will not be long before it tips over a million visitors.

I can assure you that in those 7 months there is the possibility of several things occurring that will see that rise increase in an exponetial fashion.

I also posted that I found it quite hilarious that the news media, stealing ideas that I informed them about over four years ago, reporting on deaths within the NHS that NHS England are investigating to be quite hilarious.

The NHS is just one in a list of organisations, mostly public funded, that I claimed would be costing lives with very specific details as to why and how they are costing lives.

This includes Police Forces, the DWP, Local Councils and even energy companies.

I assure you that the list goes on and my data and my posts have continued to grow ever higher. This results in anyone I approach having absolutely nowhere to run or hide.

If you do not do what your paid for by the taxpayer for the taxpayer the proverbial is going to hit the fan before very long and some of them already are.

So what is your explanation this time for doing nothing and not contacting me in a period longer than 6 months?!

I just found a screen shot regarding my contact with you from March 2015, so that is a year we have been at this with no information, action or even some lame conclusion blaming me or calling me a liar?

PLAYING THE PIED PIPER

Oooh well will you look at this?!

I have just gone into my gmail account using my desktop computer and yet again I have another email that did not go through to my phone?! Hmm.

I do not know whether it was the PHSO last time this happened but it is them this time around?!

Now it is extremely hilarious while being extremely shocking as well as extremely iritating at the same time.

In fact what I have decided to do is once again contact Which? Magazine and provide them with the emails. Its madness! It is so obvious that they are just avoiding doing anything providing the lamest of excuses possible time and time again that I cannot fathom why my mobile phone is not constantly ringing from all thge journalists and tabloids over this?!

Oooh, yeahhhhh, riiiiiight!

Anyway its got such a BS excuse its not true. They got my letter but did not understand it?! What suddenly I am a non english speaking person?! How utterly insulting!

They have not receieved a formal complaint?! I just told them that tests are being falsified to do with fatal conditions?! What the feck?! Do they want it by carrier Pigeon?!

They have written to me, umm come to think of it why did they write to me....anyway they have not and reading this email, probably way late too is the very first I have heard of this!

Umm I post everything! Dopes anyone see a letter on here and me ripping the crap out of it and its contents?! Especially the bit how I am unable to type in English and how they managed to miss what the main complaint was about while completely missing once again, as the PHSO have done once again the other dozen or so complaints IO keep telling them they fail to mention time after time?!

Dear Sirs

Here is an email and its reply to the PHSO to do with a very serious NHS complaint falsifying test results. I contacted you previously so I presume you know all about me and my blog? If not I have 100GB of data on corruption ion almosty all public services...

I noted your campaigns and would like you to know before you read the emails below that despite contacting the PHSO a dozen times they still do not know my name! Also I am afraid its all BS and they told mer previously that I had to go through the Surgery Practise Management first to which I said why would I complain to aq bunch of liars? I already did this. Then they stated that I had to complain to NHS England and then they would investigate my complaint. I said the same thing I did about conmtacting the surgery but did what they wanted just the same.

What none of them knew is that I had been secretly recording them for several years and keeping quite about the fact. After I went through the NHS England BS I then contacted the PHSO once again to which I was then told, sometimes sarcastically, that I had to contact the Trust at the Royal Free Hospital before they could take uyp my complaint?!

Well I did and now they state that I am no good with my own native language and that I did not formally complain and stated that they wrote to me, err they did not and it would be on my blog if they had!

Thank you for your email of 1 October 2014. 

I have contacted the Trust to find out the status of your complaint about the ultrasound scan.  They told me that they have not received a formal complaint from you about this matter.  They further told me that they received a letter from you in August 2014 which you sent to the Royal Free Hospital but the content of your letter was not clear.  I understand that they asked you for further details of your concerns but have no record of receiving a response from you.

In view of this, in order to pursue your complaint further, you should first send further details of your complaint about the ultrasound scan to the Trust so that they can consider and respond to the issues you raise.  Once you have their final response, and if you remain unhappy, you can then return to us with your concerns. As I advised in my email of 1 August 2014, if you need any help with making a complaint to the Trust, you can send your letter of complaint to me and I will forward it to the Trust on your behalf.

Jesus Christ, this is getting beyond ridiculous!

Then again I do not know why I am so suprised because I have know for the longest time what goes on and I have noted that my endeavours have finally hitting the headlines soon because a rather big publisher has noticed things.

I do not know if you are aware and I am not stating any names here. But one of the biggest household names there are got in contact with me regarding things going on. I then gave them my blog and this was several months ago now. I recently had another email from them and they are somewhat enraged by a certain state of affairs in this country and have decided to act against it. I am afraid the one they chose from my blog includes you!

Yeah well sorry about that but I gave everyone ample chances to do something about it and they did exactly I I expected them to, a bit like what has happened here. Except for your email!

You see what I am shocked about is not that it has fallen over yet again, its that you have emailed me and used someone elses inactions to excuse your own but I am afraid they do not!

I shall explain in simpler ways so that you may understand. BULLSHIT that my letter was not clear because it was. They are supposed to be professional and intelligent people so how is it that 200,000 people on my blog know what I am speaking about? Secondly, and my readers and that big publishing name are going to lobe this bit, I have not, I repeat 'NOT', been contacted by the Royal Free Hospital at all!

I have not submitted a, wait let me check once again how you described it, oh yes a 'formal complaint'?! Well I do not know how many times I have written off about this as well as emailed but its in the dozens and that household name will be extremely interested to know how many times I have contacted various organisations about an extremely serious issue that they are paid by the taxpayer to deal with who are quite obvious shifting their arses in there seats and feeling quite uncomfortable trying NOT to take any action while praying that an excuse comes along that will let them off the hook?!

I am afraid that ship sailed a long time ago and its now high time you actually pulled your thumbs out of your proverbials and actually did something?!

To think that the media likes to have a pop at the jobless, poor and disabled for being scroungers when hundreds os salaries are being paid out to people that do nothing at all?! It is both utterly disgusting and sums up the complete shite hole that Britain has become.

I strongly urge, Johnathan White, that you do something and do it soon. My blog was always designed to do a great deal of damage but I knew I had to keep on gathering facts and evidence until my numbers tipped over the million mark with tens of thousands a month visiting...

Yeah well at a underestimate I would wager its now at 200,000 and rising at 15,000 to 20,000 a month. Next year is going to become PRETTY UNCOMFORTABLE for a great deal of people!

THE PALS OF THE PHSO & NHS

Right now then?!

A little bit of deductive detective work to come to a conclusion.

I have just emailed both PALS and the PHSO, or Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and more or less asked them why they handed over my blog address to my GP?!

Remember these two are also paid for by the British taxpayer in more ways than one and sit there like, blue bloods on occasion, like they have some acutomated right to be paid for doing nought?! At ten times that which those on benefits get!

Now I am not going to post up the PALS email and nor am I going to go ranting about the one time I did meet with them, probably did previously anyway, but I am the PHSO one.

Because the PHSO were quite deliberately the only ones that could have had access to both pieces of infromation and these would be my blog address, long since proved on here and my medical records which are not at Guy's and not with my current GP, who thinks 7 months for medical records and Doctor lying to patients is perfectly acceptible but the other way around they are within their rights to get out of their pramsover, but fine details of my medical hisotory have, cropped up on the letter.

Funny really I really thought that Dr Kumar Junior would decide wisely on this but no and the odd thing is that he failed to realise and likely still does that because he decided unwisely this therefore meanty I chose ...WISELY. He also never stopped to consider why the NHS never told him any of this was going on. I really expected time after time I had to go there that something would be said. But then I expected that time after time with the last GP and look how that one went?!

LMAO!

Choosing unwisely is not the only issue as I pointed out to him that he was doing so on very little information which meant he did not care.

Now let us say for argument sake I had a health condition that makes me behave in this way? Then they are not very good at dealing with it and just kicking patients they deem awkward? Oddly enough I got a phonecall tonight of another friend I have not seen or spoke to in awhile and she tells me that she was in hospital and that four Doctors diagnosed her as having appendicitis, yes and maybe the NHS do not but everyone knows why then then said they were hgoing to operate?

Because having appendicitis is that one single solitary thing that is a complete comntrast to what I have.

Or if they MISS appendicitis it can kill you and there are lots of cases of health professionals being sued for the deaths.

On the other hand Fibromyalgia is a nightmarish condition to suffer from and the closest you get to death is when you have had enough at its worse times and want to throw yourself off a cliff! LMAO!

So there is an example of one that they cnnot fobb off so snything even remotely like appendicitis then be oin the safe side and spend the money to save being sued. Fibromyalhia? Yeah mate, good luck getting anywhere with that as its a little known thing, far more little known than I I imagined it seemed, and nmo tests for it and despiute it making your life an absolute misery and nightware we cannot get sued, we simply CANNOT be forced to pay out money for this no matter what!

Well unells that is a patient forces an issue into where it he HE that gets taken to court?

AS I just stated to PALS with the same question I am going to put to you and only you and them need be asked this, it is extraordinary how organisations who are supposed to be there for the individual against these public services but which are not simply do not see the pitfalls and dangers of conintuing in this foolish pursuit while suffering delusions of grandeur.

Now as I exaplined to PALS I had an arguemtn today with my currebt GP who basically threatened me at one point, yes the Police did that but aint worth jack, and kept barking on about my breaching the trust.

However I then later presented him with a recording of the Guy's Hospital appointyment and just like the last GP he flatly refused to listen to it! "Well.." I sternly said back "..that trust works both ways!!" to no avail meaning that there is a seriously bad case of double standards now.

I also fdo not like being threatened and when epople want to harp on like they are still untouchable and say many things that will only go against them then who am I to stop them?

I have made this perfectly clear now on my last two posts and I think its safe now to rest my case.

However there is just that one question to ask you, please bare in mind that you have been suspiciously quiet since my last to emails, why did you help the GP to deal with me when your supposed to be on my side?

Two problems are no faced and I waited until the very last moment before I shot them out of both barrells.

Guy's hospital have some very detailed knowledge of my missing records that my GP not only has not received after 7 months but tries to tell me this in entrirely normal?!

Does everyone really think that patients everywhere are really that stupid and naive?! SEVEN MONTHS IS NORMAL!! I am afraid that the NHS are going to wind up in a very tiny minority of NHS member and not all of them either!

Did they really think I was going to just POST UP that recoreded audio done at Guy's Hospital straight away without giving everyone enough rope to hang themselves?

It is quite funny really because I really did not need anymore than I got but I never complain about getting more. Because the longer it goes on the more people get to read about it at once and the more people they tell and the more I get brand new visitors.

Now I am going to ask you quite HOW my GP found out that I was recrording him?

I only told two organisations about the blogs address, you and PALS!

Now I hope you realise how serious this looks as long before I have eben had anything ssaid to me about the investigation my GP gets the heads up and then asks me to turn off all recording equipment while claiming he had nothing to hide while it was on and then become all one way street guilty of double standards once he thought the recording devices were all off?

So quite HOW did he know the address because I never told him and I have proved that much already. I told him that I 'had a blog' but not what was on it nor what it was about. No Doctor would go looking for a blog based on that and neither did Dr Kumar, a shame as I did like him but then I have been here before enough times to know how it works.

Quite interested to know how Dr Kirkham ,amaged to put so much detail about my medical histoy into a letter when neither he nor my current GP had a copy?!?!

That leaves only one organisation that could possibly have access to both my medical records and my blog address, YOU!

Just a matter of pure deduction really based on the finer little details uttered by those that suffer from the delusions of grandeur suddenly placed in a crisis.

The beauty of it is that every single one has had the opportunity to do the right thing and put an end to all this, but they chose...most unwisely.

I now look forward with immense interest to what you are going to say about this?!

NHS setting you up, no doubt?! Lol!

I wonder if the Ombudsman Watchmen are watching and keeping tabs on this? But then I do not know whos who anymore and the genuine and the amoral and immoral outfits are beginning to get blurred and grey. 

Still I wont have to worry about this as there is little more I can do. You see I am now bailing out of recording NHS stuff as I no longer need to.

Except I will be bailing out of the GP Surgery too. Because in that appointment he failed to see who was on trial at the time, amazingly so if I am honest. No doubt that they all think that the large curtain that is the NHS will protect them for the dark deeds they do. Because I am sorry but despite what he claims about being in the dark over this stuff the recation, facial features and body language tell a great story.

Not e very good one either!
