I can confirm that you may search for solicitors in your area who may assist you by accessing the “Find a Solicitor” service through the Law Society website onwww.lawsociety.org.uk/find-a-solicitor. Alternatively you may wish to contact the Law Society on 0207 320 5650 so that they may search for you.

To conduct a search yourself, please enter the postcode/location that you wish to base your search around and also select the appropriate area of law from the drop down menu. There is also the option to select a different country from a drop down menu if required.

If you wish to tailor your search further, by clicking on "more search options" to the right of the drop down menus, you will be able to select one or more of the following:

• a 2nd area of law
• an accreditation scheme - this will allow you to search for firms with solicitors who are accreditation scheme members (this means that a solicitor has demonstrated special competence in a particular area of law).
• a language - this will allow you to search for firms with solicitors that are able to speak the language that you require.
• wheelchair access - this will allow you to search for firms with wheelchair access.
• training contracts - this will allow you to search for firms that have authorisation to take on trainee solicitors.

The search will display 50 firms in the order of distance from your chosen postcode/location.  However we cannot guarantee that there will be firms in your chosen location that meet all of your specific requirements.

Information is also available in the following publications: The Solicitors Regulation Authority's National Directory, Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession and the Legal 500 published by Legalease. Copies are normally held in the reference sections of local libraries and by some Citizens Advice Bureau.

We cannot confirm whether or not firms offer free consultations, no win no fee advice or Legal Aid. Further guidance on the Legal Aid Scheme can be obtained from Civil Legal Advice on 0845 345 4345. Alternatively their website address is www.gov.uk/civil-legal-advice.

RECORDED PHONE CALL - MY LEGAL MATE

I had a phone call today while I was helping someone out.

It was the wrong moment really and I was just finding out from a friend of mine we had some pains in common and he showed me the Oxycodone tablets he is on, which infuriated me, and then he showed me his Tramadol!

Now the fact that he is prescribed Oxycodone when I have been repeatedly refused it was bad enough, he sais they do not work that well too, he then tells me he takes 8 of the Tramdol pills each day. I had previously thought that 200mg a day which I am on is the maximum so I thought he must be getting pills with a dosage of 25mg in each? But when I look at the packet they are 50mg pills?!

I ask him if he is sure he takes 8 of these a day and he says, YES!

I then tell him about what has happened to me and he is acts like Napolean.....BLOWN APART!

Sorry bad gag, lol.

SOme of the things I tell him I got them doing and he shakes his head and says 'I knew they was messing people around!!' Then starts to tell me something about a family member or friend when my phone rings.

I had forgotten that someone was calling me today and it turned out to be NOT the phonecall from a solicitor I was expecting and instead was another go between for a company called 'Your Legal Friend' or something like that.

Now I already tell her facts about the case and I have obviously already told them about the blog and what I have, except while talking it does not sound like she has checked much at all. I did not record from the beginning and was about ten minutes in when I finally got my very slow device recording but the first thing you HEAR ME SAY, and already stated in an email, is how I was givcen two drugs consecutively just 5 months ago whoch both worked for the first time ever and when I suspect Fibromyalgia and check on it the two drugs are two of only three that I have found out to date that are effective on Fibromyalgia.

I eaplin that there is no definitive test. No piece of paper with bar graphs on it stating how it is there, yet they seem to be stating that there is. I also stated that all that can be provided and that I do know my stuff is a specialist at Guy's Hospital stating that in his/her opinion that I DO have it.

We disagreed about them lying about it as the whole point I contacted them was about Doctors lying! I have posted the emails on here and stated enough times how I work.

She also would not accpet that me recording them was legal and that I had to onform them, I said something like rubbush they are in public service jobs and this only applies to private individuals. She disagrees but like the last one does not seem entirely confident.

I also stated that this was an asbolutely stupid law anyway because no one is going to lie on tape. Also I stated that my paperwork shows symptoms to Fibromyalgia going back further then 15 years and all dated and all posts time and sate stamped as to when I posted them. This makes no difference to her?

Talk about ludicrous solicitors are devoid of intelligence if they cannot see that the very blog is proof! Obviously still clueless about IT stuff?!

You will also hear me tell her about Harold Shipman and that there is NO policing of Doctors presently and that this is what I want to show on my blog.

SEEKING OUT THE BEAGLES

After receiving a rather disappointing email reply from Brian Barr I then decided to do something a little different and earlier than I initially planned.

As part of the long drawn out process of finding and proving corruption, negligence, bone-idle ness and anything else I came across. It was natural if you assumed I would approach solicitors in getting justice or even simply highlighting problems within industries to various Ombudsman that I soul approach solicitors in larger numbers.

The guy I found earlier today was merely stumbled upon. So I went looking for more. I have a recording to in which I am told different things to the last one and I will post up tomorrow.

So after some thought I did a specific search to see if I could find more on solicitors of this kind familiar with Fibromyalgia.

I contacted a fair few and I contacted a Human Rights Group and I contacted The Law Society Gazette! I did not even know they had a gazette?!

There might be something else in there I cannot remember but there should be a fair few things to pay up over the next week or two?

Of course my predictions will be that nothing will come off it, nothing will be done about it, they won't even look on here let alone look at the evidence yadda yadda yadda...

Hmm Legal Aid?

Would not know about that but maybe would if I could have found a solicitor in the last 3 years...

I do detest how they have managed to destroy it and take away people's rights, do they ever look around themselves to see what they have done? I would imagine the answer is no?!

Well one that has courtesy to answer, if only to say no...

One that does not say one thing and then something else...

One that does not misquote the law (a la CLA)

One that does not promise you the world and then disappear in fear of the garganutan size of the cases involved?!

Maybe one day but at least my daughter has one and the Preliminary hearing already been and gone, main hearing in November 2012.

Also this solicitor realises what I was once told by the solicitor that changed his mind, this IS a 'Cause Celebre'?!

Well should know within the next 12 weeks!
