THE CAPITA SHIP SAILS AGAIN

The weather is crap ... raining like hell. So I have been stuck indoors.

As I mentioned previously I met a lady the other day while out on my bike filming wildlife, her name is Wyn.

Surprisingly she seemed familiar with Fibromyalgia and she said that it was 'a horrible condition' to which I agreed it was.

I never got to tell her about my buggered right knee and how they refused to diagnose that, or my fecked back and neck, nor this recurring thing I have the gives you the worst abdominal pains that last for 14 hours and you repeatedly just want to ... die.

Nor what happened to my daughter.

If you have looked at enough of my blog and decide not to bring a child into the world, no one would blame you.

It is the reason why I have never had another child nor even gone close to a relationship in well over ten years. About fourteen years at my reckoning.

You noted that for the first time in ages I published a post naming and shaming the DWP?

Also that I stated they paid me PIPs a little over a year ago at £50 less than the DLA they took away from me 8 years before? So theoretically owing me in the region of £45,000?

How are you with coincidences?

I know straight away what this is.

No questions ... just a demand for me to arrive!

They know my condition. I know what they did, how and why.

My condition does not get better, its incurable.

Since then my back has gotten worse, just as I have explained on here many times.

I also have the stomach cramping thing occurring semi-regularly now which may or my not, but likely to be, diverticulitis.

It is on file and I have told the DWP over and over and over again that I cannot travel, or very rarely do unless I am pilled up to the teeth.

As I did recently to get my camera and nearly called an ambulance ... except I was on the underground so would not be able to make a call anyway. That was going when I knew the buses and trains would be empty.

My mother lives just down the road from where they want me to attend in Holloway Road and there would be shops there I would love to see. Both cycle shops and cameras too. My mother always complaining I do not go there.

This is an attack on me as I just posted a load of things about them.

The funny thing was when I posted it I thought 'Martin, you ave not done this in awhile ... you know they are going to kick up a fuss over this?' Then I thought 'Nahhh, they wont!'.

They did, lmfao!

Well this is going to be ... FUN!

Now let us see if they can get o my house this time around? If they cannot let us see if they will lie about it once again just as Atos did before them.

Oh I KNOW this is not Atos ... they would not be stupid enough to send me this letter.

So now they have something in place whereby if they get a GP or other Doctor struck off for being caught lying, cheating and falsifying evidence they reassure them by saying 'look, the chances of being found out are extremely unlikely ... but if they do ... do not worry as WE will give you a job as a Doctor!' I think I am right in that the DWP use any info you give them as legally binding, hence if you give false info you can be prosecuted. So why do the same rules not apply to ATOS/CAPITA assessors? - Babyblu54 from the link above

This is EXACTLY what I have been saying for years! Long before I even started this blog nearly 4 years ago.

Same applies to legal rights and legal aid while your bombarded with adverts that make it look like you still have an avenue to take that I have just proven recently does not exist!

Did the DWP not tell you who I am?

Did they not inform you that I am the one that had Atos running to the hills?

Did they not warn you that I have a website where I have now attracted over 330,000 people and rising ever faster and published a load of recordings and lies told by both the DWP and your predecessors, Atos?

Oh dear.

They did not tell you of the secret recordings or that I have been in contact with disability groups, many that visit my website, and telling them that the DWP asked Atos to lie and cheat disabled people and that the next one that comes along will just continue where Atos left off?

Did they also not warn you that my disability was already cut for 8 years and that once I collected enough evidence, worked out how they got GP’s top lie, trust me its no longer a secret, and hospitals that they called me on the phone, reversed a decision of refusal without a single medical document and paid £4,500 into my bank account within a week?

Oh well ... I am always glad for more content for my blog and YouTube channel!

THE GROUP OF CLASS A TOSSERS

Well this I did not expect!

It seems that the DWP and their new PIPS Department along with Atos want to break from habit and actually outdo themselves?!

Now this is not going to be long winded for once, because I simply cannot be arsed with it and I do need to get out and get some shopping.

However I will now state that I cannot help but think that Atos actually want to be forced out of doing these things?! It was featured on the news that they announced they would be breaking the contract and getting out months ago. They are still around so one can only assume that the government and the DWP have forced them to carry on being the fall guy! Or paid a much big back hander out of the British taxes?! 'Assume'? Listen to me, no I KNOW they are being forced/paid too and its obvious.

I can also add finally before I add some scanned shots that when I stated what they had recently said in correspondence someone I know that has nothing to do with either the DWP or Atos recently stated, "No you cant be talking to Atos, they do not do the assessments anymore the government got rid of them!" to which I pointed out that they most certainly are still there and though it is no excuse it is the government and the DWP that have been shafting the British public.

Now first up is the letter and then a couple of scans of a little document that was left here... hmm a few nights back.

I will NOT say anything except other than to go back to a very recent post with an email from Atos, them denying they made an appointment for August, only the one in October and that they are not deliberately making appointments far away and early in the morning so that patients do not reach them.

Well they kind of got caught out in the assessments by many people, so was bound to try something new.

Make a note of the times and the locations of the previous two appointments whose letters are both on here along with the three letters of apologies from them for not turning up to Home Visits they claim I never asked for and they do not do.

Those original letters informing me of the appointment times and locations are also on here, as are all other correspondence provided I have not forgotten any. Hmm ooh I have just thought of at least one and it is an audio recording!

So much data, so little time!! LMAO!

A FORCED HAND

Oops.

Despite the fact I am extremely unlikely to leave the house, unless in an ambulance but not now as, I have now noticed that my Incapacity Benefit had not been paid into my account.

Now if I end up in hospital it will be much further away and could have been left with no money to get home!

So that's now my daughter, her three children (Freudian slip that is not) and now me they have ceased payments too?!

I told a friend the other day that I found the knives washed up and laid out dude by side on my draining board? I do not know how they ended up there and it would be unusual for me to wash up three knives, forks or spoons then yes. They were the only things in my house that did not need washing up, quite literally.

Like I said to my friend I must have done it and forgotten I did it as the alternative is someone had been in the house! Well someone did try a few months back. Someone my landlord stated knew about doors.

Only thought of that a few minutes after realising I had not been paid, I just hope my daughter is being paid now because of she asks... with my poisoning I do not know when I will get to suit this out?

I have sent off two emails to the DWP and ministers@dwp.gsi.gov.uk but in all honesty I have put emails I have sent to them in the post on here and I do not get replies.

I have just spent another night which had been several in a bout of illness that could be stomach cancer which I had a great grandfather die of, the other one died test piloting the Avon Manchester which then gained two engines and became the Lancaster.

I have argued with the NHS for a dozen years before realising I was being lied to and having test results falsified so that they do not diagnose my condition. I have spent four years secretly recording this to price my point and in the process correctly diagnosed my own condition that s then confirmed by Guy's Hospital though they omitted the fact they discovered I had a separate and physical issue with my right knee as well as my Fibromyalgia.

I have suffered with the hernias two of which cause me no end of trouble on to of the FMS and right knee issue.

I have also done this with several other public services including two Police forces.

I have been providing my own daughter who had 3 children despite being only 21 years old one again as a direct result of every more public services.

Would you believe that I recently was contacted by the Child Support Agency to set up another payment arrangement fire my 21 year old daughter?

Are you aware that to add insult to injury she had not been receiving any money from yourselves for several weeks despite the fact she had three children and the CSA  had the cheek to ask me for money?

Are you aware that I am well aware that Atos not only lie and chat but over the last 3 years I have applied for DLA and PIPS five times and catalogued and recorded it everyone while publishing in all online as and when it happened as I have done all the above? That they deliberately made appointments for early morning knowing I won't make it with my condition? That each time they made two appointments switching DLA and the last time PIPS over to ESA?

Hmm now I am sure I am missing something here, sorry Fibrofog.. ahh yes... No. Crap!

So could you please explain to me and my couple of hundred thousand visitors and growing why I have not received my Incapacity Benefit and what the hell you are paying it with the public's money? Ooh now I remember... Are you also aware that I am aware of Freedom of Information requests and that I had a phone call from you apologising as you went over time and the lady was not aware that I had been refused DLA/PIPS five times and yet not a single shred of documentation can be found regarding the information I sent you regarding NHS documentation despite you being sent severance dozen?!

Please also be advised as I have told you all so many times before, now being lied to again stating what I did was illegal by recording and publishing which is not and others telling me they refuse me permission to record secretly, that one being Atos, and me starting they can stick that because they cannot stop me?

Can you please explain where I am to find the money to transfer to my daughter when you get again fail to pay her?!

Oh and could you explain why I was told that after two weeks even if not a scrap of NHS documentation could be found that I wood get a letter and that itself had not arrived?

This will be published immediately on the blog, I am sure you are all well aware of the blog address by now? Even my last GP got a call from the NHS about it and he kicked me off the register, which was breaking the rules not to mention his hipocratic oath exactly as my previous GP had done fur two separate reasons non of which were true and desire the fact what we agreed about I have on take but failed to tell him that this had been online for several months?!

THE YACKETY YAK

I had an amusing letter from Atos this morning and it was ... hilarious immediately as they got my national insurance number wrong!

Yeah they will probably now apologise and state that this was a clerical error on their part?

Anyway they denied that they already sent me an earlier appointment, the August one. They also rambled on about how they are not corrupt and do have professional health staff, so I then asked them if they are professionals why do they keep making 9AM appointments for a Fibromyalgia sufferer whereby sleep is a majo, MAJOR issue?!

God, I really cannot get over how bloody incompetent they are at being corrupt!  Lol!

Anyway I am now posting up the letter I had today and the two appointment letters with Atos were up in very recent posts. Together I think in the same post as it then became important to post the August appointment letter, lol.

Oooh and I will tell you something else ...

I had an email reply from Voiceability, I had forgotten I contacted them. They apologised for the long delay in responding, I have no idea how long it was, and they stated that they too had been hearing some horrific things from people regarding ...

Thank you for your letter dated the 25th September 2014.

I would like to point out a few things to you, your organisation and the DWP.

1 Do not treat me like a fool

2 In your attempts to look professional while lying through your teeth at least get my National Insurance Number correct!!

3 As far as denying the previous appointment you made .. well please see the attached letter from yourselves

4 As far as the audio recordings you can stick your statements where the sun does not shine, it is NOT illegal to record anyone at all and denying permission is stupid as I will not take any notice of it and you would be unable to find any device, as a previous GP, note PREVIOUS, who tried to set me up thought he was in the clear when I switched off two devices!

5 As far as number 4 is concerned you now look guilty, I need no convincing but much of the more naive public do, as you show you have plenty to hide

6 Oh yeah and please ... do NOT treat me like a fool, I did not bother reading anymopre when you started rambling on about your so called health professionals ... YOU DO KNOW HOW THE INTERNET WORKS RIGHT??

7 Oh yes, you have no idea how much I have wanted to record a meeting with you! No idea at all, it would have been the cherry on the Bakewell Tart! However ... and just as I have always told you I cannot attend distant locations and you know this too well...

8 Well you claim to be all professionals so then you know about Fibromyalgia?! Therefore you know only too well that Fibromyalgia disrupts sleep every single night to varying degrees? Mostly very bad. So how is it that every single appointment your organisation has made for me has quite consistently been for 9AM?!?!

9 Well I knew that you were doing this deliberately and I know how it all works ... if you get there your fit if you dont you autopmatically get refused. It is a no win scenario that is pathetically obvious cooked up by morons with a low IQ!

10 A GP was struck off very recently in the Liverpool area. A woman who was to give evidence in a rape trial asked her Doctor for help as she was suicidal. He told her to go ahead and kill herself and she can look up how to do it on the Internet!! Would you like to know how he was struck off? Because the patient used her smartphone to record him.

11 I have been informing people for over two years now what to use, how to use it and even how to trick those you are recording so they would never know, even when they realise you have been doing it!

You can send me as many letters rambling on, lying and bleating as much as you want it will not make a blind bit of difference to me, your a illegal organisation paid and ordered to make innocent lives a misery to protect a sea of greedy and amoral, self centred and corrupt people. I have know this for a very long time.

In each case on my blog I had a genuine reason to approach each and every public service I recorded. The Fire Brigade and St Johns Ambulance were about the only ones I did not record and there would simply be no point. They are fine examples of what public service means and is. But many others are not.

I am afraid I have been working on you all for a very long time. You could say its been twenty years in the making as that is how old some of my documentation is. A shame that the NHS did not bother to check all the documentation on my blog before they conveniently lost my medical records?!

Oh and the DWP called me yesterday, prior to your letter, to apologise for taking so long to answer my Freedom of Information Request. I requested two things, how much their organisation costs to run and a break down of salaries, I now have to check that because I cannot remember if I received it, ooh yeahh sorry about that but Fibromyalgia causes memory loss, but then as professional health staff you would know this, right? No they did not apologise for that FOI but instead that they cannot find any health or NHS documentation on me at all?! Ooh dear, not looking good. They were also many weeks over the time the law states you have to provide the documentation.

Do you know what I asked the person who called me from the DWP apologising? Well after I explained that my DLA was illegally stopped and that I have now found out that the Child Support Agency has been taking money off me for a 21 year old daughter who I have given £150 to of late because the DWP have NOT given her any money for weeks?! Yeah after all that I then asked how it could possibly be that I was denied DLA and PIPS if they had no health documentation on me and why this was not pointed out in any of the refusal letters I have here over the last 6 years or more?!

Oooh deary, deary me! It really is not looking good for the two of you is it?

There is one last thing I should point out ...

12 From the very beginning of my blog I told my readers and have done so repeatedly that in all my endeavours that I will publish as I do them that I will NOT GET ANYTHING from any of them! Not at all, no matter how long and how many times I apply and on top of this they would see the tricks they pull, see attached docs as just oine single example, to make their innocent victims look guilty!

I do not really give a crap what you do about the contents of this email, I mostly write these things because many of my readers love to see me stick the proverbial boot in to corrupt organisations.

THE JOINING OF DOTS

I recently posted up a load of links to recorded audio of a GP along with a Doctor at Guy's Hospital and the letter from Guy's along with a recording of a Doctor at Chase Farm Hospital lying about an ultrasound test. Oh and trust me on the latter when he lies I pull him about it and he admits to the test not being "completely clear" as he puts it and then dictates a new letter to my GP he then does not send!

Well I posted that all up in a single post for a reason. So that I could send off a link to that page to several people, or groups, that have been ignoring me. NHS England there is absolutely no point or benefit to sending that link off to because the NHS are corrupt all the way up.

There never was any point in contacting them but I did it because all you get told to do is go through the correct, err corrupt, channels!

No so what I have done is sent this off to Enfield Council, the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and PALS, Patient Liaison Service. Oooh I forgot one ...two ... Atos and Personal Independent Payments or PIPS, i.e. the DWP!

Anyway they have now had their fourth, fifth or maybe sixth (I lost count) email about this and this latest one is the most clearly laid out email and some of the incontrovertible stuff in one place.

Here are a couple of email I sent to the Local Council and to Atos.

Now I have already explained the situation and you cannot win by acting dumb, as I will just use the factyy your incompetent to have swaithes of people FIRED and oinly your bosses that planned all this and the UK government will get away with it, but nor for very long I assure you!

You might want to take note of the link I have provided below within one of the emails?! It is a letter from Guy's Hospital which is proof of an interception at some point to commit libel and label me as a liar. The recorded audio of the appointment is included along with the diagnosis of my Fibromyalgia and him spotting a separate knee condition he then puts to the test and has me scream in pain, resulting in me not hearing what he said and I have still to listen to the tape to see what he said, probably a torn meniscus?

Also of interest is that he prescribes Pregabalin and then there is a pregnant pause while everyone waits to see if I post the recording up on my blog and then when they feel safe to do so they alter the letter. Then along with the help of my GP, and after he then demands i turn off all recordings, I get railroaded as everyone feels safe that they were in the clear!

Yes well that is what they thought but it is not how it turned out!

Foolish, foolish people! I warned you all that I would win in the end and that I would divulge the corruption!

I am not saying who but rest assured I have just had to major media outlets get in contact with me and one is linking up with me and I am waiting to see what the other decides to do?! I should know this coming week and ...

... well I keep giving out this warning but the longer this gets prolonged the worse the outcome will be for those that are corrupt!!

Try to imagine how the British Public will react when they have seen the government pointing their fingers at the jobless and disabled which use up a tiny fraction of cash and then find out that all the public services and all the associated ombudsman, yes I did them too including your so called ICE outfit, have wasted billions upon billions for the last decade and have continued to do so all through the financial crisis?!

I can also prove that Britain has done far worse than they are claiming due to the scandalous behaviour of Argos, PC World, B&Q and Shop Direct (Littlewoods, Very Isme) all allowed to sell second hand and refurbished goods as new?! Meaning that a customers money, or the POUND, is not even worth half of what they think it is?!

You know the one thing I relied on was idiots in public services thinking themselves so big and their plan so complex that no one would ever find out about it.

Oh and I do not really care how many TV News groups and tabloids they have tied up! It wont stop the public finding out the truth!

Now if you can stop the fecking around as it really would beneficial to me for the games to stop. If they do not, they do not but every so often I like to offer up incontrovertible evidence and then wait yet again.

I have now contacted all of you countless times and the response, or indeed lack of one,  only goes to show the public the truth about whether or not they are dealt with fairly or are lied ato and manipulated so that a bunch of people who are not deserving of it in anyway can keep sticking their sticky little fingers into the public purse!

Everyone seems to have gone quiet and must be thinking that by ignoring my emails they will avoid both trouble and having to do their jobs?

So I have created a little post on my blog and I have put together the recorded audio about being lied to by the GP and Guy's Hospital, though in the letter form which is on the link.

Added to this is another recording of a Doctor that not only lies but which I pull him on and he admits to doing and then dictates a new letter to a GP that kicked me off their register under false allegations! This was an ultrasound test for an inguinal hernia and he stated there was nothing at all on the ultrasound and was completely clear, but there was a large black lump that causes me pain on the right side where I had a hernia repair and I was shocked to both be first told and then for myself that there was a hernia now in my left side.

These are by no means the only recordings I have ... oooh no, not by a long shot.

These have long since been posted and I simply put these all together in one place. Make it easier ... think of it as joining the dots up for anyone who thinks they can play dumb and still get paid?

PIP ALL CONFUSED & AT THE POST

Educating the people that are either dunces and cannot handle files and properly operate computers, or liars because they are acting dumb and no one has told the poor saps WHO I am or about this blog, lol.

This is the DWP, Atos and PIPs we are taling about and a department that I was told while I was recording them and posted on here does not have an email address now has an email address?!

Here is an email from the PIPs department because that quite detailed email I sent to Atos I was informed passed onto them?

Only it does not sound like it, or certainly they have not read it, I am NOT awaiting a assessment, do not require an assessment, they have nobody AT ALL capable of performing an assessment on anyone and certainly not my condition! Which I have proved.

When you have memory issues and you forget it makes you angry. Ask anyone with any of their FAMOUS conditions? You knot the famous so they get sympathy and help conditions but no one else does because the public are too blind, stupid or self centred to care so that these corrupt arseholes can then take your money and keep it for themselves?

5 You have paid someone locally and Atos have told her she needs not be assessed and she along with half a million others and rising follow me on the Internet ...

6 Dossier of UK Corruption Blog is all mine as are all the secretly recorded audio with two Police Forces, no less than FOUR Local Councils, Atos, three dozen GPs and fiove hospitals, there really is no getting away from it, dont think this and dont think that .... ITS DONE, DEAL WITH IT!!

7 I was NOT awaiting an appointment and the LETTER sent clearly states that a letter was sent to my GP!!

8 I sent the Guy's Hospital Letter to Atos customer relations, not ESA Customer Relations as nothing to do with Atos unless they are located in your building like your ICE are and YES I do know about them and they are for the chop in 2015 too.

9 Stop bloody lying!!

10 Do not give me the I did not know speech or this is nothing to do with you as once again you must be in the wrong career so get me someone that does not and bloody well put them on the line!!

11 I placed a claim for a decade of backpay for DLA which was KNOWINGLY DENIED ME and knowingly got the help from the NHS, also worked out well for Local Councils .... STOP! JUST DONT! I know what your thinking right now and just DONT! I knew this was going on 8 years ago and no idiot front line staff would not be privy or it would not have been gotten away with.

12 Below is my blog, I have 100GB of data evidence and this does not include the 2,500 posts , give or take 400 posts, that I have on my blog!! So just ...DONT! 13 If your going to conspire and lie at least do it well and make it a challenge, the only challenge there has been thus far is the inordinate amount of time it took me to get all the data I required, ask yourself why I have not received a single legal letter of threats with all those I expose on the blog?!

14 Once again there is a letter from Guy's Hospital from Doctor Kirkham of which the letter states I have Fibromyalgia but not the knee thing, likely torn Meniscus I do not know because I have not listened to thew tape...the tape which is on that optical disk in the other picture which also contains the test on the knee which has me scream and has him state it, dont care what it is I only wanted them to lie on the tape. Also on that disk is a row with yet another GP, a PROPER GP, that backed up the omission of my knee condition as well as the prescription for Pregabalin! I was grinned at as they were sure I had not recorded the appointment as Guy's Hospital but that was because that THIS is precisely what I wanted them to think, which is how and WHY that disc exists.

15 Now do not be even more incompentent! This was lying around so I photocopied it! I would not bother putting all I have on DVDs because ate over 100GB would require too many, this email would go on for a long time explaining all the others, like a Doctor at Chase Farm Hospital who I pulled to account while recording him that he and the hospital had falsified an ultrasound test regarind a hernia that is a killer. He not only admits this on tape but dictates a new letter to my GP stating that there was a hernia on the ultrasound! I did not tell him I was recording and do you know what happened next?!

16 He then did not send the new dictation off and sent the original one stating it was clear, then when they realised I had recorded it an attempt to state I was insane was made. That followed an earlier attempt to state I was violent. I was then kicked off the GP practise stating I was violent. Now what they did not know is that I had also been recording them?! Wow, for people that think so highly off themselves because they are Doctors they sure are bloody DUMB!!!

17 Another GP later and it finally dawned on the NHS I had been recording them and I was asked to turn off two devices, they did not see the third and what they said on that tape was HOOK, LINE AND SINKER!!

Now try again!

Do not like the tone? TOUGH! I have been lied to for over 15 years and if you do not get that then find another career as your in the wrong one! Now see the letters AFTER my name? Work out what they mean and then take note I turned down a PhD in my subject in association with medicine and keyhole surgery in particular.

FIFTEEN YEARS!! As if I need to repeat ot yet again but many mere mortals are unable to process or hold onto data for very long and tend to leak it, and I get quite angry with repeating myself because IDIOTS or LIARS, delete where necessary, simply cannot figure out that I know they are either playing dumb, ergo liars, or have absolutely no idea how to handle either files and paperwork or computers, ergo incompetent.

I am up to something, well aren't I always?

I am up to two things and that does not include the big reveal that will come around August, well one big one and one small one ... well more likely a series of both between now and then.

Right now I am looking for an address I need to go to in the next few days and I have to be ... prepared for it!

I am also going to need to send of two emails, oh yeah it is three things, I forgot about the things I have in motion designed to take way too long by knowing how they will behave so that they appear extremely guilty.

Time to draw that line in the sand!

I also have something else to do tomorrow ... oooh for the love o ... four bloody things! Good job when I plan these things and set them in motion many just move along at their own momentum. Some extremely slowly which is so predictable and exactly as I want them to do.

I cannot say what they are until they are done as the element of surprise is everything, especially as I now know they are all on here like hawks! BUGGER IT!!! .... FIVE THINGS! Thank ... you ... FIBROFOG!

Forgetting means nothing nor has any effect ... most of the time and in these cases does not in fact time is an important factor in my systematic destroying of said ... lets say organisations?!

However not only did I want to leave these brain twisters and set them aflight ... out into the ether I also wanted to explain something I forgot to and remembered today and was having conversations with two slightly shocked friends.

I mentioned recently that I spoke to someone on the phone ... no names as ever and no information either other than when they had a diagnosis ... err ... a possible diagnosis of one of two conditions with Fibromyalgia being one Atos got informed about it as did the DWP. What I was told next kind of shocked me ...

1 She was contacted by Atos and told she would not need assessing and that would never need to again

2 The DWP awarded here DLA, possibly PIPS, and that they backdated this for a year on top of this but would go back no further and she received £2,000.

I was quizzed by some that forget that I forget and I said no and then while talking about why I had not I did state that it did not matter as I had proved what was wrong and that I had already claimed for PIPS and for backdated DLA and that this was solely done at a time prior to the Guy's Hospital visit, which itself was a giant set up on my part, so that I would be refused to be awarded it right on top of having it diagnosed and with my medical records on the missing list.

Yeah I do like to act surprised but only when I am surprised, not that they did what they did you understand but that they acted just as I predicted. Unfortunately I am deliberately misleading by being ... selective with what I say to keep puzzle lovers on their toes and my enemies all at sea adrift without a paddle or a sail.

It seems my friends are more determined to just get me to finally put an and to it and get what I should have done all along. These were friends that told everyone I was not due any of these things and along with many others stated there was nothing wrong with me, themselves angry internally that because of the lack of action towards me by the NHS that they were made to look ... silly. Then what comes next is the asking if what happened to me can happen to them. This is easy for people to convince themselves no and that they know better or know their GP, despite me getting it wrong with the last two!

But then there is something that occurs to them later and makes them doubt their own ... opinions on what has gone on and start to genuinely ask questions of their own situation ...

Because they wonder if they would get lied to about their children, be they just toddlers or even teenagers! Then there is the elderly and frail grandmother or grandfather with his breathing issues and so on and so forth.

Like so many other things this was something I just had to let happen naturally over time. As well as those there are the ones that have lost those closest to them and for this my heart truly goes out to you all. If they had suspicions I may have provided them with the fuel to fan the flames of those suspicions? Or given them reasons and ways to find out if someone's death was indeed of a different reason to that told to them?

It is just a natural process that is painfully slow and I knew 7 years ago that if my suspicions were correct I had to wait for all the things that take inordinate amounts of time each to work their ... stuff!

Rather bizarrely many do not see these and just see this blog and think it is I that has the power to set things off and that after two years if I have not then I never will. With each month that goes by and no big milestones that they have expected to occur do not they become more negative about the outcome and ignore the ever bigger numbers growing faster all the while?!

Now I find these things bizarre and the reasons used to reach them ... fascinating!

I just simply do not work this way and this is why I find it fascinating and I wonder how their minds think? Is it down to boredom with hearing about the bad but never the good? I simply do not know but suspect it is something like that. As this negativity grows so do the numbers I reach, regardless of the percentage of a good way or bad way in which I reach them.

They come back around that mountain eventually one way or another.

As for my ... last hurrahs they were not expected but will be gratefully received and very gratefully so if they come loaded with ripe fruit! Would be a good thing to end certain ... things on that is for sure.

Tomorrow I am busy and will have to try very hard not to tie myself up in knots and am not even sure where I am going just yet!

I also had to admit to my friends that despite £2,000 being a mere tiny fraction compared to all the grief they have caused me for a dozen years is nothing. However, receiving a portion like that right now would not replace my stolen Litespeed but it could allow me to get a much needed new bike and a number of other things that would quite literally propel my YouTube account and my blogs into the stratosphere in as little as 6 months! Provided I get it ... before September that is otherwise it will take a little longer and maybe eight months?

Upon chatting about this it has stuck in my mind and I am thinking of the difference this would make more and more as this day went on. Maybe it is time that I am to put a stop to it all and the trap does not work anyway unless they provide me with paperwork or an email or two!

Now my theory is based on the fact that they have now realised this and that no matter what they decide to do every single move they make against me backfires on them ten fold?!

Solution? Only solution to his problem? Ignoring the enemy on the offensive with every move made. Simply do not answer his or her requests and never send a decision letter. It is not the first time that have done this and last time I let if fly. Because I was not in a good position, needed a better position, needed the factor of time to make them look guilty as charged and added to this ... can you guess? For them to now do this TWICE!

Think CHERRY and think BAKEWELL TART?! LMFAO!

So the answer has not come in what must be a minimum of five months, if February like they stated in letter, or seven months if I applied before Christmas like I thought I had?

But if an answer never comes all they are actually in effect doing is stringing it out as the stupid rule of only back-paying for three  months, though they paid this lady for a year, remains the same. It should not and here lies the exact reason why!

If this indeed is what they now think that this is what they are doing, with each week that passes while not responding it is another week chopped of the year back-pay they do not have to pay. So £200 per week by playing the dumb village idiots!

Now if this is the case they have simply not thought things through, yet again. Nor have they considered that if an argument exists that I have proved time and time again that I will know what this argument against this excuse is ... and I do!

It is date of application and this does not change, you keep putting it off and the only things that realistically happens is the figure handed out gets bigger. The back-pay of a year is only up until the point I applied and anything beyond that is just more gravy!

Or in other words is a back-pay for one year of Fibromyalgia is £2,000 then for 18 months it becomes £3,000 and this is what it is currently close to and maybe tipped beyond this point.

Of course we are all now patiently waiting, well I am, for the outcome of the claim made so many months ago that has no reason to take more than two weeks, states that it is supposed to be done within 6 weeks and currently has taken 6 months, give or take a month.

Of course this payment was made on a basis of an either/or diagnosis while neither Fibromyalgia nor Lupus had been confirmed yet. Which then may have you ask why how is it that they do this and yet have not with me several times? How is it that now a confirmed diagnosis has been made I have not been awarded anything?

So lets alter the playing field shall we?

AS IF BY DESIGN

Well I am feeling really ill and nauseous again. I am sure it's the weather, maybe missing prescription drugs and no desire my third email to NHS England and the PHSO and second from PALS I have not heard anything, lol.

So recently I just managed to get most things sorted out as well as with my rent and council tax and tonight I get a text message and for weeks and the days notice, or thereabouts, that my rent is going up?!

Now the really weird thing is that mid August I was going to change a number of things and right at this moment I am in the middle of a number of things. Due to things said a few months back I did not think that a rent rise was due for another 6 months in all honesty. A bit odd too as I admittedly do not know the reason but the private rent rising had been of unrealistic levels because house prices and mortgages went beyond ridiculous many years ago. Had they not they would never have bought this house in the first place.

But like I say I do not know the real reason but it is bad timing. In the seven years I have lived here the rent has only risen once before hand. When I first moved here the rent was fifty a month below the councils maximum and as I explained because I had never, EVER come across a maximum amount and the setting of a maximum in Enfield I'd ridiculous compared to prices closer to the city. Even in Hackney, where I grew up and the last place I would want to live today, the rent on a house like this, even though it is small, would be £1,000 to £1,200 per month, purely because it's closer to where the work is in the centre of London. To me it went beyond ridiculous a long time ago and despite the high rents the fact that a months rent only covers half the mortgage payments is even more absurd! My hard left wing mother would not accept that the rent could not pay the mortgage and said I was being ridiculous when I starred it only covered half!

But she forgets that my father's mortgage payments were £1,200 poet month on £127,000 so with my house being around £179,000 on purchase it is safe to assume that without a large sum put up front the mortgage is likely around £1,700 per month?! My rent was £750 and put up two years ago to £800 and now to £850, err I think it was £850?! Lol!

In the 7 years that I have lived here the maximum rent allowed, huh allowed like it's our fault the rents so high, had only risen twice. It was £699 when I moved in when all one bedroom flats or houses were £750 so do not know how they came up fifty short. Or my estimation on it is to put off as many as they can from renting by paying it short deliberately. It went up to £750 and they still refused to pay it all even when it matched my rent. Then about the time my rent was risen to £800 the rent was out up to. Now he says he has put it off fur add long as he can and I know I looked at rent prices for some friends about for months ago and it was still at £800 so the chances it has risen is slim, very slim!

Bizarrely councils will tell you, when pressurised, that they review the rent allowed every month and therefore do a fecking piss poor job at research.

It is a bit annoying to think that once again after I finally short out my rent I am going to have to put my hands in my own pockets yet again when the government had conned and defrauded me it of £130 per week for 4 or 5 years now. That is £25,000 that they could claim is down to the NHS, except I think they are all in it together and have starred this from day one. Which is why I set them all up at the same time, revealed blog to them all in metre days from each other and now they have all fallen silent together!

OOPS!!

How they choose to attribute blame is none of my concern, that is of they do decided that one of them is to blame.

The fact is that secretary things should have happened before now ...

1) I should have not only had disability money for the last five years but is an argument for it for the same period fit the period befit they awarded it to me last time.

2) The Disability should have started a year ago and PIPS should have started around Christmas time, so latter is 6 months late!

3) Should be offered recompense for never being provided a Freedom Pass.

4) The issue of damages remains fur no less than FIVE public services which knowingly failed to act and later covered things up ask of which covered on here.

5) Worked on the blog for free with no financial gain for two months short of two years now ... soo ...

I should not be worried and concerned about a measly fifty quid a month!

Well I will have to contact the council, hmm actually no I will go in and check as they have lied to me about things too, to see what the maximum rent is. If it still remains at £800 desire the fact that private rents have risen agonist every month for the past two years then it is time for me to move on.

This will be annoying as I will be forced to do this a few months early too!! Grrr!!!

How is it that these things never fail to pop up before me at the wrist possible times and with little warning?! Fiddle sticks!!

WHAT IS IN A NAME

Well I can finally use my scanner and printer once again.

Just as i have had time to do it I have had a letter from the DWP though my door in an answer to my request for the GP letter regarding my Personal Independent Payments, or in actuality my disability.

Umm only they have now put in the letter about my Incapacity which ... was NOT what I asked for and I if any of my GP's gave any information regarding the Incapacity Benefit then it was based on wrong information as I have now proved.

So there obviously is data regarding my PIPS claim, remember PIPs only came in recently, but now they are trying to play the dumb card, no need everyone now knows the incompetence is a ruse for years of skull-duggery.

Now I only got the Deartment of Work and Pensions letter this morning and ... I tell you now I burst out laughing when I saw the name that signed the letter!! LMAO!

I am not going to say and instead will let you spot it, hehe.

EMAILING THE NHS PART THREE

I do not always reveal everything I do, either on here on to those I am at odds with. Now I am going to say that my methods are very plain to see on here. Very plain and I have not hidden that fact in fact I actually like the fact that ... some things are plain see.

I said a long time ago that I mentioned a great deal of things and then buried them with many posts but that they are here? 

A late friend of mine who died of kidney cancer and was appallingly treated prior to his death, leading me to wonder who does get treated well in the NHS, was the driving force behind me doing this and this started prior to his death. You can find me speaking about him on here and you can search 'Old Ken' though some referred to him as 'Red Ken' as he had very socialist views. We used to discuss the good things and bad things of being a socialist, as I am not one despite how it may sound on here at times. I hate people pigeon holing things which is why I dislike politics ... no HATE politics and politicians so much. 

As an example of this was the stupid statement in the media recently where they reported that Ed Milliband was stated by the public in a survey to not being Prime Minister material?!

What?!?! Are you serious?!?!

Sometimes I think that these statements are just attempts to stop someone getting in and see the public as just no more than sheep and think if we keep saying something long enough the public will think how we want them to?

Now first off I need not remind you that I hate politics as I just stated as much and I am no fan of anyone in particular though if pressed I would state Nigel Farage. Therefore I am not promoting Ed Milliband but I will however defend him in this instance with just a couple of lines ...

Oh so everyones choices in recent times have been spot on have they and everyone that has ever been voted for is perfect?! Well go on then ... name one?!

Even the Messiah that is Tony Blair has been shown to have been crap and I am sure this will only get worse over time and in all honesty the media need to stop making it look so bloody obvious that they act like those two in Wayne's World whenever they get him on a satellite link for his comments on the country.

Umm they do know that we have been heading for this crisis for years and that he was in power all that time so why the feck you would want to ask him is anyone's guess?! A man that ended up putting the country in debt while he himself now turns out to have an obsession with making money?!

I will tell you what my grandmother said about my grandfather in this respect ... "I do not know what he thinks happens when he dies? Maybe he thinks he will take his piles of cash with him and there will be a bookies in heaven?!" before rolling around on the sofa in fits of laughter.

I think I have made my point and now for an email I have just sent to two departments within the NHS as their ignoring me is getting more peculiar as the recorded delivery letter I received from my EX GP states that they have contacted NHS England and let them know?! That is more than the last one did who gave me a phone number and an organisation that did not seem to exist, at least the phone number did not and the name of the department was quite different. Took a fair while to find them.

Also as I stated beforehand I am way, way, WAY overdue an answer about my Personal Independence Claim and the last I heard was that they had written to my GP?! LOL.

Remember this GP Surgery never took receipt of my medical records and this is clearly spoken about on the recording. Like I said on the day Doc but will expand on it, the go-between bodies have been proved to be utterly bad at handling complaints like mine. Note the recent link I posted about NICE now recommending the drug I was refused and that I stated this refusing of drugs is a false economy. Ooh that is nice of them to say, is it not and with such great timing too!

You have seen my contact the General Medical Council and you have seen at just how good they are at handling complaints and there actions only benefited the GP, or so they thought at the time. You have seen me contact the PHSO several times and the comments they made and in March sign an authorisation letter to handle my complaint, yet I have heard no updates in nearly four months now other than the fact that my now EX GP got a hold of my blog address miraculously and then fibbed about it. You have also seen evidence of my contacting NICE (ooh the Internet and IT lesson again) and not getting much of anything in the way of a response.

Currently PALS are supposed to be involved yet again and I have already spoken to them about this kind of thing that went as far as the end of my garden. You end up thinking 'Oh why bother, next time I am just going to accept it!' and this I realised and why I kept on and on over this.

Cannot wait to see what Atos and the DWP now state as I have emailed them and I am going to switch my focus to them now and barrage them with emails and letters!!

Oh and what was with that member of the public saying how wonderful Universal Credit is?! Lol! Did he get paid? Locals should be on the lookout for a guy singing on while driving around in e bright red Ferrari 599 GTO! Lol.

Oops someone had a little moan about my smoking on the phone and said "I thought you said you would never smoke again?!" and I said "I know! (laughs) It is all this unexpected miscalculation or my fincances (but for a bloody good thing) and what happened with the latest GP, after all I did not really expect this once I was with them and went to Guy's Hospital."

I then explained about the wrong information given for the nicotine gum, which I had forgotten to tell him, in that I was told that it was NHS policy to not give them for more than three months. He was shocked to hear that and I think he realised just how stupid a rule that is. But was shocked further when I explained that I had told the Doctor this was odd as I had currently been on it for more than a year and that I was told you could have it as long as I needed it.

I then explained that since I registered I had asked for three drugs and had been refused all three. Funny that?! Lol!

Nicotine Gum - Not given for more than three months yet had not prescribed it at all.

Excessive Sweating - No such drug exists err I do not know what it is called I just know someone who is prescribed it?!

Pregabalin - Whereby a way over the top set of events occur to make me look like a liar and I am refused the drug with a cocky knowing look on my face. My poker face is a damned site better I can assure ... oh wait?! I proved that one did I not? LMAO!

Among others were there is no department within the NHS for Fibromyalgia, same chap, Dr Kumar senior, that stated there was no drug for excessive sweating.

Then of course there is the fact someone told him my blog address and it was not me, despite how the letter sounds like the wounded animal syndrome.

Then there is the odd turn around after insisting he would not refer me to Guy's Hospital until my medical records turned up in the next few weeks yet a sudden change and a phone-call to refer me off and I thought 'well that is odd?' Hmm odd indeed! Seven months later and no medical records and that is perfectly normal?! Jesus, they do have high opinions of themselves while having a low one for patients?! Especially when it comes to intellect! Lol!

Hmm let me fink! What else? Well there was a sudden Jekkyl and Hyde change in attitude of a couple of people and only just remembered that one! Damn this Fibromylagia! Lol! I am not going to go into that as it really is insignificant and I have just realised that with each surgery I have left I have been more pleased about leaving it than the last one. On this occasion I do now think that someone contacted the surgery some time ago now due to that sudden change in the temperament of these two. I mean this was not just a minor change this was a black to white change that took me aback. They went from being extremely friendly and nice to shirty and evasive from one meeting to the next. Yet I fully declared what had gone on previously as if to say 'if you do get a call please do not try anything and tell them where to go?!'

Maybe it was just a coincidence that two separate people went from hot to cold like that and it was not recent either. No this was around ... February! I registered in November I think and has an appointment on the 4th December and each time I sat in there I hoped to high heaven I would not get the same treatment as before!

The only option I have left to get a Doctor that is not like this is to be very ... up front, shall we say, about what will come next.

I alawys chuckle to myself though sometimes at the 'cat's got your tongue' of the 'rabbit in the headlights' reaction when they strike and I strike back?

This times the best one yet as the grapevine has gone silent! Hmm maybe I should try this with all those moronic outfits that send out that incessantly boring junk emails?!

Dear Sirs

I seem to have had the whole lot of the public services go completely silent at the same time.

Strange that it would coincide with everyone realising not only what I have been doing but how much I have done and how long for.

Now I am not sure if I am contacting the correct department here but ...

1 I have had yet another GP Surgery kick me off prematurely and right on top of being due a repeat prescription

2 I have had yet another GP tell me lies and on top of that state NHS rules that were not only not true but in complete contrast to prescriptions I was currently receiving

3 I am sorry that no one likes the fact I am smarter than they are and that I can spot dishonesty a mile off.

4 It really is strange that I was spoken to as if I should be appreciative I have a Doctor and given third rate drugs and cannot even acquire the second tier drugs for my condition of Fibromyalgia and that you specialists have strangely not heard of the single drug that works on the condition they specialise in.

5 I was refused ALL THREE DRUGS I requested under my present Doctor and a very lame attempt by the NHS to now make me look like a liar failed miserably because I not only fully expected you to do this but also gave you a false sense of security.

6 I need a GP that is not two faced and that place themselves and their egos in first, second, third and fourth places in their priorities list and have an ounce of common sense, which in all honesty I have yet to find at 45 years of age! I am not kidding here either!!

7 You, or some department within the NHS that is for certain, has been feverishly plotting against me to no avail and I hope that they now realise that this was folly and that any attempt to continue this will also fail.

8 So I now need YET ANOTHER GP and you had better pick up the phone and find me one that is decent, honest and professional and does not sit in their surgery as just a GENERAL practitioner and think that being a Medical Doctor trumps all else when it comes to intelligence?!

9 I do not care if I have to catch transport to get their as long as the Doctor has a good reputation and not like the last one trying to short change patients on medication so they cna have a fancier practice than the others around them, thereby leading them in under false pretences.

10 The attitude was that it was OK to call me a liar and yet calling them out as liars and with proof was like committing murder?! You have no idea the damage that has been done now to the health service and that which will continue to be done.

111 The levels of delusions among health staff regarding their grandiose self esteem and the absolutely terrible double standards is nothing short of astounding ... sooo ...

12 Let me tell you as an expert in MY FIELDS that this is really going to backfire on you! Now this is MY area and not YOUR AREA, which your not very good at in all honesty! Like the GP letting it slip that I did not see a specialist and then when I realise what he just said and repeated it he then said "No I did send you to see a specialist!" which was extremely odd and tied in with the weird fact that the Doctor I spoke to had rather CURIOUSLY not heard of Sodium oxybate?! Now how the hell than can be I do not know!

13 As an example of the above I shall explain that it takes months for a post on a blog, any blog, to 'sink in' with the public at large. I should also tell you at this point that I am followed by Doctors and authors all over the world. Some of that which I have only posted in recent months has not yet begun to boil with the visitors but will so over the next couple of months. As for that which I am posting right now that will be late Autumn onwards. I get people leaving comments only just reading something I posted 6 months to a whole year beforehand.

14 To sum it up entirely I challenged a number of GP's to do the right thing and that I would endeavour to reveal any corruption and misleading of patients that was going on. IN turn they did not deem this important enough to take up with those that pay them, i.e. YOU! I do not like being misled, lied to and not only having my diagnosis being avoided for thirteen years but now that they have been found out am STILL being refused a SECOND TIER drug in Pregabalin, first tier being Sodium oxybate. I thought mentioning that I was aware of Sodium oxybate may deter any further attempt to falsely label me but it turned out to be a waste of time.

If you have no idea what I am talking about then ... ohhh boy! You had better take a look but I warn you that any correspondence to lie about anything I know will receive a rude response from me as this wil be an insult to my intelligence. An example is that the last GP claimed that I gave him the blog address, umm well no I did not I only mentioned its existence and did not mention at all what was on it what the address was or what I was doing! SO someone WITHIN the NHS told him or the PHSO did or indeed PALS. No one else knew. Oh yes and here is one other thing that I quite deliberately did not mention to the GP on the day just like I failed to tell him about the second recording device, the second one he saw did not record ...

I had a CD on me with not only the recording but also with the address of the blog written on the disc, you might want to ask yourself why and how I was so well prepared for his onslaught of me over his bruised ego? You had better think mighty hard about that one as it is rather damning but I will not state in what respect it is.

I realised a long time ago that I was being lied to and it was not that hard because GP Surgeries contradicted each other but had adopted the extremely bad attitude that all surgeries had the same rules, when nothing could have been further from the truth. Questioning any rules was responded by quoting 'this is NHS policy' or rules or whatever crap they wanted to give out.

I also have around five hospitals with each Doctor contradicting the last and I have a letter here which is somewhat of a miracle and written with divine intervention because ...

1 It was vague about my Fibromyalgia diagnosis when on the day points about my anatomy where shown to a student

2 An extremely painful test was done on my right knee something he spotted by sight and he was not the first one to do so, Dr Saksena also spotted something and yet while the test caused me a great deal of pain it was omitted from the letter to my GP?! As was the fact he said he was happy, a little too happy in fact it now appears, to prescribe Pregabalin after I stated I did not want Gabapentin as it made me ill. Foolish to then offer a lower dose which would do nothing and my alarm bells rang like a madman, good job I was recording then, eh?

3 I have warned all public services about their conduct and lying when I have had dealings with them and I have also long since warned them about IT and the Internet which was all conveniently ignored. So I decided to not only catch you out for the lying misleading and heartless organisation you have become but I also gave you a bloody hard lesson about ignoring IT and the INternet at the same time along with shattering any delusions which seems to spread faster than Ebola?!

I look forward to being emailed another GP. Do not put me with another one like the last three dozen!

I had better not have a hard time with any withdrawal symptoms either as I might remind you that everything I do and everything I say and when I say it goes on the blog! So all those I thought in cohoots with each other that everyone thought crazy is now being proved right at this very moment because you have all gone deathly silent at the exact same time!

This was so easy it was child's play and to think for the last three years I thought that I would end up spotting someone following me in a car desperately trying to get videos of me walking normally? It was never going to be achieved but I thought I would at least catch you trying? Seems none of you had any idea of what I was up to. Or maybe my changing carousel kept you all thinking I was attacking someone else and so just naively kept your heads down thinking I would go away?! Well a blog never goes away I am afraid, its permanent as long as it gets a regular rise in visitors. As this rise has gone from a dozen each month to over 10,000 each month and continues to rise it will not be going anywhere fast.

Any lame legal attempt to attack the blog will also backfire and it might be better to realise that whatever can be thought up I have long since thought of myself and planned for.

Oh and want to hear something very weird as far as backfiring goes? Well the refusal of nicotine gum and the recent realisation that yet another GP cannot be trusted or the biggest name in Hospitals has stressed me out so much that I have started smoking again!!
