THE FIRST SIGN

Could it possibly be?

I was sent a link to an article in the Manchester Evening News and the headline said it all for me.
That in Salford they are going to build council houses for the first time in three decades.

Three decades?

So it really has been everywhere they have refused to build social housing?! I don't know why I was surprised.

Could it be that this might turn out to be the start of something? Could this start to occur in other areas? Maybe even London?! If only.

It's all good having plans but the inevitable fact to point out of that this has come too late and probably will be too little, for scores of people already. Because of those that have suffered and those that have died.

Also it seems to have been noted by the sender of the latest link that the new properties being built both Manchester and Liverpool, likely other places too, are too expensive to be for the poor and homeless. Forcing him to ask the question of where in the world they think they are getting the workers from?

Of course of the rich and powerful are anything like I think they are the answer is simple.

I think that they still think like that which they did in ancient Egypt. Rulers and their slaves.

The idea in modern times is that we have become civilised and the slaves become willing workers. We are led to believe that the attitudes of the rulers and slave drivers are modern. But they are not.
I was told by someone in a Job Centre that Iain Duncan-Smith sees the working class as a form of slaves. He treats them as slaves and doesn't like them very much. It was not long after this and my original rant about Universal Credit that he ended up resigning. I actually thought the man possessed some .. humanity. Until I was told that story and then it all changed.

When your told an unusual story the only clues your given is the look of the one telling the tale. You merely have the look on their face to judge whether they are confident in the story they are telling you and whether there is any doubts in the person that told the story to them. Sometimes there is just this look. A look of no doubts and that there is no mistake. That is the look I got that day and I was wide eyed with the message he was conveying.

So? Social housing?

Surely there is some mistake?

ZOMBIELAND

Ooof.

What a day I am having.

I feel like I have been on cruise control while my brain has been in some nether region of my mind I am not familiar with. Even my pharmacist commented on my … vacant … look.

Going to the Citizen's Advice was a complete waste of time, apart from the fact … hmm … I am having trouble pressing the keys down on my keyboard? They feel … tougher.

Yeah they would not let me in, despite the fact I have a case, and told me they wont deal with me on the phone? I have to take a ticket at 9.30am and I guess hang around they way it was working twenty years ago?!

Except I was asked to go back to let them know how it went on or if anything changed? Weird. They expect people to take tickets and hang around doing nothing just to let them know how things went for their statistics? Weird.

There was even a row on the return bus between the driver and an African woman, driver claiming she had nothing on her Oyster Card while to passenger claiming that she had already swiped her Oyster Card and had a go and stated she was going to report the driver.

I spent the day daydreaming about what options I have left to me. That was all I wanted to hear from the Citizen's Advice but after two meetings and a couple of attempts to see someone I still do not know what they are.

I am not going to Brentwood. I cannot go to Upper Holloway from Enfield and I am going to court over that and they know it, so why suddenly ask me to go five times the distance? Something would certainly go horribly wrong for me if I attempted that journey and I would certainly suffer badly. So it is going to go the way it always goes and I ask for a Home Visit that they either say yes to and then do not turn up, three times in a row, or they will just refuse or mention a taxi. To which no one on benefits can afford and God only knows how much the fee would be to go from Enfield to Brentwood. Hmm let us see?

It is 21.2 miles if you went by car and around the M25 motorway. Of course no one on benefits, save those that get cars under mobility allowances, which I do not and only have a Freedom Pass, can go by car or even own a bloody car.

You would have to travel right into London to a mainline station I imagine and then a long journey out to Brentwood. God only knows how far the building is from the station. I know people that were asked to go to Colchester, might have been Chelmsford, from Hackney which is central London more or less. I told them not to bother, they will only refuse them Personal Independent Payments anyway. These things are rigged and only exist to make the British public think they are doing things properly and fairly. Even then they argue that if you got there you can do a full time job, though where the logic is in this escapes me and always has. If you do not go they refuse you too and once again only God would know what logic they use for that excuse?

I feel like I am in a daze, have done all day. You do all the things you are able to, contact the people you are able to, go through these horrible limbo periods of not knowing and at the end you end up five steps further back than when you first asked for help!

I spent a lot of the time wondering how I might get by with a part time job and where on Earth I would find one or if I was capable of doing something part time?

I spent much time picturing myself sleeping on park benches and trying to picture a place I could sleep, where I would go during the day and where people that are made homeless actually go? At least here in Enfield?

What I also thought about which always infuriates me is how this is all been happening for years because they wont give me the proper drug of Sodium Oxybate for my condition. They will not even allow me to try the next two drugs on the list that are a best fit for my condition, Milnacipran and Pregabalin. Even today I picked up my repeat prescription and once again there was no Methocarbamol on either of them. Despite asking for it and despite coming off Tramadol at the request of the neurology specialist at Chase Farm Hospital.

God I suddenly feel tired and I am also getting that sleepy feeling that is so hard to fight off. How I wish my body would just completely shut down completely and put an end to the nightmare.

Oops, I fell asleep.

Now I have to bloody well go out and get stuff!

Just a question of time now before my Fibromyalgia Syndrome's anxiety attacks overwhelm the medication I am currently taking to control it.

Yeesh! I will be done a that point and I wonder if the rubber legs symptom will strike again and become bloody permanent?!

AS IF BY DESIGN

Well I am feeling really ill and nauseous again. I am sure it's the weather, maybe missing prescription drugs and no desire my third email to NHS England and the PHSO and second from PALS I have not heard anything, lol.

So recently I just managed to get most things sorted out as well as with my rent and council tax and tonight I get a text message and for weeks and the days notice, or thereabouts, that my rent is going up?!

Now the really weird thing is that mid August I was going to change a number of things and right at this moment I am in the middle of a number of things. Due to things said a few months back I did not think that a rent rise was due for another 6 months in all honesty. A bit odd too as I admittedly do not know the reason but the private rent rising had been of unrealistic levels because house prices and mortgages went beyond ridiculous many years ago. Had they not they would never have bought this house in the first place.

But like I say I do not know the real reason but it is bad timing. In the seven years I have lived here the rent has only risen once before hand. When I first moved here the rent was fifty a month below the councils maximum and as I explained because I had never, EVER come across a maximum amount and the setting of a maximum in Enfield I'd ridiculous compared to prices closer to the city. Even in Hackney, where I grew up and the last place I would want to live today, the rent on a house like this, even though it is small, would be £1,000 to £1,200 per month, purely because it's closer to where the work is in the centre of London. To me it went beyond ridiculous a long time ago and despite the high rents the fact that a months rent only covers half the mortgage payments is even more absurd! My hard left wing mother would not accept that the rent could not pay the mortgage and said I was being ridiculous when I starred it only covered half!

But she forgets that my father's mortgage payments were £1,200 poet month on £127,000 so with my house being around £179,000 on purchase it is safe to assume that without a large sum put up front the mortgage is likely around £1,700 per month?! My rent was £750 and put up two years ago to £800 and now to £850, err I think it was £850?! Lol!

In the 7 years that I have lived here the maximum rent allowed, huh allowed like it's our fault the rents so high, had only risen twice. It was £699 when I moved in when all one bedroom flats or houses were £750 so do not know how they came up fifty short. Or my estimation on it is to put off as many as they can from renting by paying it short deliberately. It went up to £750 and they still refused to pay it all even when it matched my rent. Then about the time my rent was risen to £800 the rent was out up to. Now he says he has put it off fur add long as he can and I know I looked at rent prices for some friends about for months ago and it was still at £800 so the chances it has risen is slim, very slim!

Bizarrely councils will tell you, when pressurised, that they review the rent allowed every month and therefore do a fecking piss poor job at research.

It is a bit annoying to think that once again after I finally short out my rent I am going to have to put my hands in my own pockets yet again when the government had conned and defrauded me it of £130 per week for 4 or 5 years now. That is £25,000 that they could claim is down to the NHS, except I think they are all in it together and have starred this from day one. Which is why I set them all up at the same time, revealed blog to them all in metre days from each other and now they have all fallen silent together!

OOPS!!

How they choose to attribute blame is none of my concern, that is of they do decided that one of them is to blame.

The fact is that secretary things should have happened before now ...

1) I should have not only had disability money for the last five years but is an argument for it for the same period fit the period befit they awarded it to me last time.

2) The Disability should have started a year ago and PIPS should have started around Christmas time, so latter is 6 months late!

3) Should be offered recompense for never being provided a Freedom Pass.

4) The issue of damages remains fur no less than FIVE public services which knowingly failed to act and later covered things up ask of which covered on here.

5) Worked on the blog for free with no financial gain for two months short of two years now ... soo ...

I should not be worried and concerned about a measly fifty quid a month!

Well I will have to contact the council, hmm actually no I will go in and check as they have lied to me about things too, to see what the maximum rent is. If it still remains at £800 desire the fact that private rents have risen agonist every month for the past two years then it is time for me to move on.

This will be annoying as I will be forced to do this a few months early too!! Grrr!!!

How is it that these things never fail to pop up before me at the wrist possible times and with little warning?! Fiddle sticks!!

THE HORSE AND THE SAUCE

Unfortunately here is something that had lacked for decades that had been a factor in my miserable existence and no doubt others too?!

However this was the very, very first time I realised that government and public services were naive. Yes I do mean long before I realised they were also corrupt I thought then naive!

They cut down the building of social housing and they did this without dealing with other factors first?!

Think 'closing the stable door after the house has bolted'? But this does not do the situation true justice! So how about ...

'Closing the stable door when the horse has been on a beach in Australia for a week sipping Pina Coladas!'

Lmao!

They did nothing regarding the increase in population and not did they do anything about the huge influx of asylum seekers!

Added to this in a desperate attempt to look politically correct they went over the top, for reasons I admit I do not know for sure, and refused to help those born in the UK and only helped those coming from far away lands.

This was a very shown manufacture of an extremely large Molotov Cocktail just waiting for a sniff of a spark!

I personally do not think they can ever regain what they lost! The funny thing is they start worrying about drops in numbers about babies being born and yet they have hampered many peoples chances of having a home and a family!

That will not go down very well after a few years of desperately wanting a family! Being politically correct won't stop you being railroaded when nature is being forced to be hemmed in for too long?!

When nature calls we are in essence still at her mercy and she will not be forgiving in the end.

Also you have not acted as civilised human beings towards your own people so in the event that a reversal is not forthcoming you are hereby banned from using the words 'civilised' and 'uncivilised' labels to anyone during any unrest that may occur!

Lol!
