PAY FOR ALL

It's funny. Ever since I was first told about UBI or Universal Basic Income it keeps cropping up in the news.

When first rid about it by a supporter I thought it was some mad idea cooked up by some drug crazed conspiracy theorist?! But no.

The person explaining it to me was a big supporter of the idea but I thought it was totally fucking bonkers!

For example .. everyone gets £100 per week .. EVERYONE?!

First off .. that's utterly stupid and your wasting a large chunk giving out to people that are earning a high amount anyway so neither need it nor deserve it.

Of course you know that any system introduced like this will allow them to get rid of the welfare system fairly easily.

Umm .. rent? That's the biggest problem in the UK and especially in the south east is the criminally high rent prices.

Rent is one problem. Next up .. children?!

Now all this are the basic problems and you don't have the most immediate and painfully obvious problem ..

.. money?! Or how are you going to pay for this? Every person, there is 58 million or so, gets £100 or whatever it is?! That's one hundred times 50 million? Providing, that is, of its set at £100 per week?

Like I said .. sorry .. it's bonkers, pure and simple held onto by people so desperate for their lives to change from the living hell they are living in.

They can't see the wood for the trees I'm afraid.

It's also been rejected recently, or something very similar to this, in Switzerland. Theirs was a lot more than £100 per week and I think it was over £300 per week? Seem to recall it being over £1,500 per month but likely due to the high living costs in the country?

Imagine it being set at that amount in the UK?! LMAO, does not bear thinking about.

That's another problem you have with this nationwide flat amount .. regional variation.

Oddly enough the supporter of it failed to realise that it would actually bring about a mad sounding conspiracy theory he had. That they are planning to move all the poor people and shepherd them into built up places away from rich people. There was also some mad talk about a wall around London?

Yeah well .. if you pay a flat rate .. people are going to migrate away from the more expensive places all in their own. Not having hoods places over there heads, bundled into an unmarked van in London and dropped off somewhere. Somewhere rundown.

This BBC report below isn't this UBI thing .. or so it claims but it sounds a hell of a lot like it to me.

As for introducing something like this? Look how effing long it has taken them to bring in Universal Credit and what a major feck up that is?!

THE SICKEST STORY

Well I have done the saddest story recently .. though I have no doubts there will be more and a lot worse besides.

Now how about being tagged in something I have called 'The Sickest Story'? Hmm the more I think about that title the more I do not like it.

Now remember before I give the few brief details that I do .. and give my honest opinion as I always do .. remember that this is in a local paper for this area and I probably would not have heard about it unless I had moved here as I did.

First off .. we get a call from the Police. It seems some new accusations have been made from the man now frustrated that he does not talk to the wife and family he threatened any more. Well at least he hasn't much .. but a couple of phone-calls a few minutes ago with no one talking sounds like him.

He always insisted in speaking to me and I had to grit my teeth and by pleasant to him. Yet I got named in some accusation a few weeks ago. Do not remember what the accusation was because I do not really care.

So .. this sick story then?

The benefit cuts force an incontinent cancer patient to re-use baby nappies?!

The poor lad in question lives in the Wirral so right here in my .. borough, if you can call it that, and was too ashamed to ask a local charity for new ones.

THE ULTIMATE OF ACTIONS

The next morning several things have come to light in relation to what I've been posting about very recently ..

• The BBC did a piece on children with Autism including the lack of care, unacceptable waiting times and covered by the Care Quality Commission

• Chris Packham, normally associated with animal programs like Spring and Autumn Watch, said in interview that lack of care for sufferers with Autism was unacceptable

• I was also told that the NHS in Wirral was deemed as inadequate by the Care Quality Commission

At least two schools have been closed down, one or both in Wallasey, for being inadequate

But like I said to the person who informed me of this .. I get even suspicious at that last one because it might be what the government wanted ..

An excuse to close down more schools? To save money?

An excuse to get ahold of the land for building projects, to make money?

I have a friend who simply didn't understand how the hospital made a mistake .. I know from the tone he thinks I'm being lied to again.

No, no, no these organisations can't make these sorts of mistakes .. so I must be stupid and naive and being lied to.

At least I can message him now and inform him the the NHS for the whole borough had been deemed inadequate.

I did have a good meeting with a new GP, though not technically my GP. Since then things have gone a little awry.

I've tried to stress the situation I have now found myself in unexpectedly in the hope that I won't get messed around. Because it's not just me that will suffer now.

I'm here helping a very young mother with for children. Two as I've previously stated are autistic and all on the at risk register and still being pestered. Two adults have received well over 160 phone calls all through the night from the perpetrator of the domestic violence from with prison. That's over 160 to each person. So 320 plus across two phones.

This man still thinks he is a husband in the normal sense and even asks for money to be sent to him.

Trust me when I say this a deranged, troubled and dangerously obsessed person.

He thinks he is getting out and coming back home .. only, over my dead body.

Wanted to die anyway .. what better way to go than to do something good? A sad as that may sound.

When I had my only operation, that didn't go well afterwards and led to me being kept in hospital, I told the anaesthetist at Chase Farm Hospital "I don't mind if to you kill me, just don't cause me any unbearable pain". She replied "Awe .. don't say that".

I didn't come out of the general anesthetic very well and was sick as a parrot. I don't feel normal again until around midnight and then was stuck on hospital all night with no cigarettes. Well .. no tobacco to be precise. Well .. I had tobacco .. at at least I found it early the next morning and snuck out of a fire exit and had one. I remember that being pure bliss. It gets like that. I wish it didn't but it does.

The Citizen's Advice Bureau in Birkenhead we supposed to call me yesterday.

They called me the day before when if just found out there was supposed to be a full body MRI performed, except the appointment took place but the MRI didn't.

They actually asked me what I needed help with?!

You can't do that with me at the best of times .. but ..

• They were informed about the business start up with NEA where I was stabbed in the back ..

• Previous cancellation of PIP and that my chest problems have gone from monthly to daily ..

• That Universal Credit now seem to have halved the previously quoted payments .. meaning I'll not be able to pay my rent in and renew my tenancy here in Birkenhead in four months time ..

• That I have a disability anyway, my daughter had the same and that in here helping her and the fur grandchildren, two of which are seriously autistic..

• That my daughter also has a cancer scare.

But they need me to tell them what help I need?!

Then they don't call me back! Lol.

THE TIME OF STANDING

Well my daughter went and started something!

Then I ended up helping and now the two of us kind of run .. something.

A Facebook page and one to do with Universal Credit. It was only intended for the local area as I had two families panicking they will have no money over Christmas.

Turned out to be not .. quite .. all bad. Well not right now. One is not having their benefit touched at all, well once they called her in for a fraud interview today and she was told everything that had gone on, sat opened mouthed and then said "Don't worry. You have a lot going on and your benefits wont be touched until 2022"

Odd .. as not only did I understand that it was all going to be finished by 2020, only Universal Credit for everything, I recall reading or hearing recently that they sped up the .. transition from 5 areas a week to 50. Quite how they were planning to increase the frequency by a factor of ten is beyond me completely!

Anyway I have had long discussions with a lot of locals and several right across the north and there is even talk of a .. protest.

THE LEGACY OF THE I.D.S.

Well it just keeps on giving, does it not?

When the plans for this Universal Credit crap were first laid out I covered it in detail and have done ever since.

As I recall the claim was by David Cameron was that it would make things much fairer and ore efficient.

Now this is what I said at the time .. the idea was a good one .. provided .. he was telling the truth but that I was concerned that a sudden big plan to change things around was just an excuse to fuck over the jobless, working classes (as they would inevitable require benefits even for short periods) and disabled people.

If I also recall it was supposed to be all in place, completed by April? April around four years back was the original claim and I stated t the time that this would simply not be achievable.

Four years on and it has not been achieved just as I stated way back when.

In fact a Guardian Newspaper report linked below states that it was delivered ten years after it was promised?!

Could you imagine doing a job for someone, whatever it may be, and quoting them two years and it ends up being ten years?! You simply would not get away with it. Anyone in their right id would not pay them. You would take them to court!

Bloody good job they were not responsible for building the Olympic Park! We would still be waiting for the games to start! Not that I watch them Olympic Games .. because .. well, I don't.

If you was a small child and you made a mistake and a potentially dangerous one yu would get chastised in some way. Years ago it might have been a smack. These days they have something taken away. Like their Xboxes and PS4's. Chastising or punishing was seen as absolutely necessary to make them learn that something is wrong or even dangerous. The goal of said punishment was to stop them from ever doing it again. No punishment and they simply would not only do it again but continue to do it.

Where was the punishment in all this?

“Oh we are going to take that away from you and make you do this! Nahhh .. not really .. we jut wanted 95% of the public to make it look like we could do something if you ever do it again. But don't worry .. we wont .. even if you do it again. Golf at the weekend?”

Yeah that is about as far as it went in most people's eyes.

As if the cuts and the removal of council tax benefit was not enough .. they started to look at your bank accounts to check what you were buying and absolutely anything seen as a luxury item was deducted from any future benefits. I can almost guarantee this is what is about to happen to me .. despite me buying almost everything they not only put the 'OK' to but asked me to.

“Oh, come to us we will help you start your own business!”

Yeah .. they pretty much killed that too when they cancelled everything else I had at the thirteenth and NOT the eleventh hour.

I am in the middle of several family crises that are all very big and I have this mess to sort out as well.

That is their idea of helping!

Of course the wankers with way too high opinions of themselves still have not worked out that I was covering this all on this blog as it was going along.

But then maybe they figured that out at the last minute and thought that by pulling the rug from under me, though it was in a very public way, would force me to stop?

No you fecking morons .. you only stopped me from spending time out with a camera taking photographs of wildlife and landscapes as that was the main part of the plan and why I spent soo much money on camera equipment.

All the have done is forced me to spend that time otherwise filming and photographing into thinking of ways to rip them a new one or indeed, ripping them a new one!

Jesus .. please excuse me while I do a face-palm?

Also interesting on that Guardian webpage is a quote from a book called The Blunders of our Governments by Ivor Crewe and Tony King that basically says that if the machine (government) is not capable of grandiose projects they should give up and mend what they have done and walk away. But they just keep on going, don't they? Well I guess it should be expected as they did not get that proverbial beating as punishment for doing things wrong or lying to us all.

The very first comment has the words “The DWP do not care about the truth” included within it in its very first sentence!

The second comment and a reply to the first has something that goes a very long way to explain how I have found it so hard and why I constantly ask what percentage of the British pubic is now amoral ..

Hey-ho Iain Duncan-Smith who those that know him say he is a nice guy, err but he lies to the nation or if that OK with your idiot mates, is at it again.

Apparently and I do not need to read it all its that fucking obvious he is at it yet again by stating that Universal Credit is 600 million under budget?!

Fecking impossible calamity Jane!

The only way that you could possibly achieve this is by ripping off claimants! Because it had not done anything except arrive extremely late and had been added to the list of existing benefits and not replaced them.

Do ya know what this means Mr Abacus?! It means that as well as having all those benefits now and it being longer than the previous list it also means that even more friends and cronies are getting paid humongous salaries, compared to benefits, than there were before! Because your running the same departments as before but with a while two new departments that even after being introduced bloody late have still yet to replace the departments they were intended to four years into your current reign, feels like a reign, with just a few months to the election! *sharp intake of breath*

£600 Million under budget?! Borllacks! Same goes for the odd report about cannabis at err King's College? That's next to Guy's Hospital and like several other Josiah's they lied in a letter... by omission and yes I do have the recordings! Oops!

Now just for the record and yes it is on here and no I have not reminded readers for a very good reason, I was in favour of welfare reform! Yes you read that correctly as it was a body mess!

However! I did not and now do not agree to a bunch or morons with no common sense nor mathematical skills whatsoever to feck it up and use it as a tool to screw the poor and unfortunate out of money! This is what they have been doing.

Incompetent because they took away all of them to replace them with just two benefits. For a Tory government that left themselves with no grey area?! Yeah right!

The reason why their were so many departments was then coming off with excuses to pay someone less money. Don't want them in one benefit but can't put them on another and enter stage right a new benefit and new department.

They can now... sort of get away with two because the word disability had been removed from the names of benefits. This is so they can slowly remove it as an obligation to pay them any more money than anyone else. Nice.

The third thing they failed to do in all this is to think about how this week look to other countries around the world!

Nothing shocking for me to find that there had been sanctions put upon people over their benefits.

Still trying to fire the impossible on people instead of modernising the system I we?

They are still a bunch of pen pushing dickweeds who are receiving taxpayers money to do underhanded things! I know which people I would place the sanctions upon!

Talk about trying to explain to a baby about how square pegs do not for into round holes, it's utterly ridiculous!

Also what's all this about Employment Support Allowance all of a sudden? As far as I was aware and based in what the two main news groups were stating ... all benefits were going to be dissolved, including Disability Living Allowance just because they are getting rid of the word Disability so they can quash the support entirely, to be replaced with just two?!

Eventually there would be just Universal Credit for jobseekers and Personal Independent Payments for the Disabled ... until they phase that out at a later date stating it was never for disabled and only temporary?

I even posted several times when they announced this she got there was no grey area! I starred that I would like to see how they would class me and many others with one benefit for people completely fit, but still unfair on them, and one for those that were not capable of doing those things others take for granted?

So did all the media get it wrong or did they find my blog, soot the bit about no grey areas and decide to keep one benefit there for these other lot?

Or to put it simply Universal Credit for those that are fit, Personal Independent Payments for those without limbs and very obviously disabled and then Employment Support Allowance for those that look fit but have a diagnosis of something dreadful?!

Now if this is the case and there are now going to be three benefits then really nothing much has changed! Let me see you had Jobseekers Allowance which now Universal Credit. You have Disability Living Allowance which is now Personal Independent Payments. Incapacity Benefit which they have now raised they can't get people off and onto Universal Credit and instead have to place them on PIPS which is going to actually cost them more money and so bought in or decided to keep Employment Support Allowance? Then you have Income Support ... which ... ahh is gone.

So basically not so much an overhaul but instead a remaining while losing one benefit?

The original idea made sense if they were going to be both honest and genuine about modernising it and saving money? Except ... well they are politicians and government so any honesty was a laughable prospect even though I had good they would?

Also I am dying to see what is said next because Atos emailed me and said that they were looking at the best way of proceeding, when I blew a gasket over being asked yet again by a bunch of morons to do a journey I am neither prepared to do not able to do!

Most, if not all, people that are aged to do these journeys are always unsuccessful so why on Earth anyone would go is being me! I really do not like being fecked about like an idiot! It's obvious and widely assisted that they only exist to say no and I would wafer a substantial amount to state that if they say yes to anyone they have something damned obvious you cannot work around.

But someone who has a problem from lack of sleep most nights and with over a dozen areas of pain along with something ... umm ...

Well today I made an appointment with the Doctor and on the way home I passed near a Fish N Chip shop. This would bit be a problem except for the fact that someone standing in front of me at the traffic lights had a packet of chips and the aroma had me do an about face. Of I marched to the chip shop!

I was happily munching away on my Savaloy and Chips on the walk home and had almost finished when I ... felt something familiar that I bloody hate! I felt I was going to vomit! I panicked and looked ahead of me and spotted people walking towards me in both sides of the road!! 'FECKING TYPICAL' I thought to myself and prepared to die of embarrassment in broad daylight! Then I remembered I was near an entrance to a park and I held my back straight with one hand on my chest and the other on my mouth and I kept swallowing furiously while owing it would not happen. Just as I got into a corner a silver can pulled into the park which I have never had happen before and I thought someone from above has it in for me today? I walked down to where the dirt car park is and walked along a hedge towards a nearby fallen tree trunk and as I reached it I feel to my left and placed my arm onto the tree trunk and my walking stick out in front of me to stop me from falling before I erupted like a volcano!

Annoyingly there were also people walking towards me there too and I felt the urge to scream at them to feck off and and if they were out to fecking annoy me today?! Lol!

At the first hurl though the closest person to me changed direction rapidly doing a 90 degree charge with his dog in tow!

Another waste of money and a waste of food!

Hmm so they have one grey area now do they?! Well they failed miserably when they had two grey areas, possibly more, previously!

However back then I had no diagnosis and only my insistence that something was wrong because I suspected the NHS were doing everything to avoid diagnosing me. Also the only GP who actually backed me in my claim for ignored by Atos and the DWP and they lied about it and starred the GP filled in the form wrong! I showed her the letter and she starred that they lied and I assured her that I knew and I had disgusted it for sometime. This was also the day she asked me to acquire a copy of a private x-ray I had done a year before. Now what happened next I can only guess because I never saw that GP again!

I first thought there was something on the X-Ray that disgusted her as I had already has an MRI with the NHS. Now you have to understand that I had the X-Ray done privately because I was absolutely convinced of being shafted by the evil trinity of NHS, DWP and Local Councils working in trinity? Yes I saw the report about punishments for GPs and I can assure you that's complete borllacks! A back specialist at a hospital stated she saw something too but another MRI showed nothing?! Yup ... confusing and possibly I was being conned by the Chiropractors to pay the £1200 they asked for?

What I think how is that after calling my GP an incompetent idiot who cannot fill out a simple form she was then asked to lie about me? This is the lady they first insulted and then requested if her that she lies about her favourite patient?!

Taking those details into consideration ... now what do you think her reaction could have been?

Well I stated I never saw her again and that is because she announced immediate retirement, effective immediately leaving five members of staff completely shocked as she had only taken over the practise two years before and had no idea it was coming! She also took my x-ray with her when she retired?! God knows why?

Oh yes and the date I was supposed to be assessed by the infamous Atos had been and gone! Did I mention that? Lol!

Will they fall into my trap of turning down PIPS using the fact I did not turn up as an excuse when I still possess all the emails and letters both to them and from them about how I cannot and will not do these journeys and their ACCEPTANCE of these reasons?!

Ooh planning in action ... add always only now I think it hilarious that I actually explain these things before they then go and do what is so utterly predictable of them to do!

EMAILING THE NHS PART THREE

I do not always reveal everything I do, either on here on to those I am at odds with. Now I am going to say that my methods are very plain to see on here. Very plain and I have not hidden that fact in fact I actually like the fact that ... some things are plain see.

I said a long time ago that I mentioned a great deal of things and then buried them with many posts but that they are here? 

A late friend of mine who died of kidney cancer and was appallingly treated prior to his death, leading me to wonder who does get treated well in the NHS, was the driving force behind me doing this and this started prior to his death. You can find me speaking about him on here and you can search 'Old Ken' though some referred to him as 'Red Ken' as he had very socialist views. We used to discuss the good things and bad things of being a socialist, as I am not one despite how it may sound on here at times. I hate people pigeon holing things which is why I dislike politics ... no HATE politics and politicians so much. 

As an example of this was the stupid statement in the media recently where they reported that Ed Milliband was stated by the public in a survey to not being Prime Minister material?!

What?!?! Are you serious?!?!

Sometimes I think that these statements are just attempts to stop someone getting in and see the public as just no more than sheep and think if we keep saying something long enough the public will think how we want them to?

Now first off I need not remind you that I hate politics as I just stated as much and I am no fan of anyone in particular though if pressed I would state Nigel Farage. Therefore I am not promoting Ed Milliband but I will however defend him in this instance with just a couple of lines ...

Oh so everyones choices in recent times have been spot on have they and everyone that has ever been voted for is perfect?! Well go on then ... name one?!

Even the Messiah that is Tony Blair has been shown to have been crap and I am sure this will only get worse over time and in all honesty the media need to stop making it look so bloody obvious that they act like those two in Wayne's World whenever they get him on a satellite link for his comments on the country.

Umm they do know that we have been heading for this crisis for years and that he was in power all that time so why the feck you would want to ask him is anyone's guess?! A man that ended up putting the country in debt while he himself now turns out to have an obsession with making money?!

I will tell you what my grandmother said about my grandfather in this respect ... "I do not know what he thinks happens when he dies? Maybe he thinks he will take his piles of cash with him and there will be a bookies in heaven?!" before rolling around on the sofa in fits of laughter.

I think I have made my point and now for an email I have just sent to two departments within the NHS as their ignoring me is getting more peculiar as the recorded delivery letter I received from my EX GP states that they have contacted NHS England and let them know?! That is more than the last one did who gave me a phone number and an organisation that did not seem to exist, at least the phone number did not and the name of the department was quite different. Took a fair while to find them.

Also as I stated beforehand I am way, way, WAY overdue an answer about my Personal Independence Claim and the last I heard was that they had written to my GP?! LOL.

Remember this GP Surgery never took receipt of my medical records and this is clearly spoken about on the recording. Like I said on the day Doc but will expand on it, the go-between bodies have been proved to be utterly bad at handling complaints like mine. Note the recent link I posted about NICE now recommending the drug I was refused and that I stated this refusing of drugs is a false economy. Ooh that is nice of them to say, is it not and with such great timing too!

You have seen my contact the General Medical Council and you have seen at just how good they are at handling complaints and there actions only benefited the GP, or so they thought at the time. You have seen me contact the PHSO several times and the comments they made and in March sign an authorisation letter to handle my complaint, yet I have heard no updates in nearly four months now other than the fact that my now EX GP got a hold of my blog address miraculously and then fibbed about it. You have also seen evidence of my contacting NICE (ooh the Internet and IT lesson again) and not getting much of anything in the way of a response.

Currently PALS are supposed to be involved yet again and I have already spoken to them about this kind of thing that went as far as the end of my garden. You end up thinking 'Oh why bother, next time I am just going to accept it!' and this I realised and why I kept on and on over this.

Cannot wait to see what Atos and the DWP now state as I have emailed them and I am going to switch my focus to them now and barrage them with emails and letters!!

Oh and what was with that member of the public saying how wonderful Universal Credit is?! Lol! Did he get paid? Locals should be on the lookout for a guy singing on while driving around in e bright red Ferrari 599 GTO! Lol.

Oops someone had a little moan about my smoking on the phone and said "I thought you said you would never smoke again?!" and I said "I know! (laughs) It is all this unexpected miscalculation or my fincances (but for a bloody good thing) and what happened with the latest GP, after all I did not really expect this once I was with them and went to Guy's Hospital."

I then explained about the wrong information given for the nicotine gum, which I had forgotten to tell him, in that I was told that it was NHS policy to not give them for more than three months. He was shocked to hear that and I think he realised just how stupid a rule that is. But was shocked further when I explained that I had told the Doctor this was odd as I had currently been on it for more than a year and that I was told you could have it as long as I needed it.

I then explained that since I registered I had asked for three drugs and had been refused all three. Funny that?! Lol!

Nicotine Gum - Not given for more than three months yet had not prescribed it at all.

Excessive Sweating - No such drug exists err I do not know what it is called I just know someone who is prescribed it?!

Pregabalin - Whereby a way over the top set of events occur to make me look like a liar and I am refused the drug with a cocky knowing look on my face. My poker face is a damned site better I can assure ... oh wait?! I proved that one did I not? LMAO!

Among others were there is no department within the NHS for Fibromyalgia, same chap, Dr Kumar senior, that stated there was no drug for excessive sweating.

Then of course there is the fact someone told him my blog address and it was not me, despite how the letter sounds like the wounded animal syndrome.

Then there is the odd turn around after insisting he would not refer me to Guy's Hospital until my medical records turned up in the next few weeks yet a sudden change and a phone-call to refer me off and I thought 'well that is odd?' Hmm odd indeed! Seven months later and no medical records and that is perfectly normal?! Jesus, they do have high opinions of themselves while having a low one for patients?! Especially when it comes to intellect! Lol!

Hmm let me fink! What else? Well there was a sudden Jekkyl and Hyde change in attitude of a couple of people and only just remembered that one! Damn this Fibromylagia! Lol! I am not going to go into that as it really is insignificant and I have just realised that with each surgery I have left I have been more pleased about leaving it than the last one. On this occasion I do now think that someone contacted the surgery some time ago now due to that sudden change in the temperament of these two. I mean this was not just a minor change this was a black to white change that took me aback. They went from being extremely friendly and nice to shirty and evasive from one meeting to the next. Yet I fully declared what had gone on previously as if to say 'if you do get a call please do not try anything and tell them where to go?!'

Maybe it was just a coincidence that two separate people went from hot to cold like that and it was not recent either. No this was around ... February! I registered in November I think and has an appointment on the 4th December and each time I sat in there I hoped to high heaven I would not get the same treatment as before!

The only option I have left to get a Doctor that is not like this is to be very ... up front, shall we say, about what will come next.

I alawys chuckle to myself though sometimes at the 'cat's got your tongue' of the 'rabbit in the headlights' reaction when they strike and I strike back?

This times the best one yet as the grapevine has gone silent! Hmm maybe I should try this with all those moronic outfits that send out that incessantly boring junk emails?!

Dear Sirs

I seem to have had the whole lot of the public services go completely silent at the same time.

Strange that it would coincide with everyone realising not only what I have been doing but how much I have done and how long for.

Now I am not sure if I am contacting the correct department here but ...

1 I have had yet another GP Surgery kick me off prematurely and right on top of being due a repeat prescription

2 I have had yet another GP tell me lies and on top of that state NHS rules that were not only not true but in complete contrast to prescriptions I was currently receiving

3 I am sorry that no one likes the fact I am smarter than they are and that I can spot dishonesty a mile off.

4 It really is strange that I was spoken to as if I should be appreciative I have a Doctor and given third rate drugs and cannot even acquire the second tier drugs for my condition of Fibromyalgia and that you specialists have strangely not heard of the single drug that works on the condition they specialise in.

5 I was refused ALL THREE DRUGS I requested under my present Doctor and a very lame attempt by the NHS to now make me look like a liar failed miserably because I not only fully expected you to do this but also gave you a false sense of security.

6 I need a GP that is not two faced and that place themselves and their egos in first, second, third and fourth places in their priorities list and have an ounce of common sense, which in all honesty I have yet to find at 45 years of age! I am not kidding here either!!

7 You, or some department within the NHS that is for certain, has been feverishly plotting against me to no avail and I hope that they now realise that this was folly and that any attempt to continue this will also fail.

8 So I now need YET ANOTHER GP and you had better pick up the phone and find me one that is decent, honest and professional and does not sit in their surgery as just a GENERAL practitioner and think that being a Medical Doctor trumps all else when it comes to intelligence?!

9 I do not care if I have to catch transport to get their as long as the Doctor has a good reputation and not like the last one trying to short change patients on medication so they cna have a fancier practice than the others around them, thereby leading them in under false pretences.

10 The attitude was that it was OK to call me a liar and yet calling them out as liars and with proof was like committing murder?! You have no idea the damage that has been done now to the health service and that which will continue to be done.

111 The levels of delusions among health staff regarding their grandiose self esteem and the absolutely terrible double standards is nothing short of astounding ... sooo ...

12 Let me tell you as an expert in MY FIELDS that this is really going to backfire on you! Now this is MY area and not YOUR AREA, which your not very good at in all honesty! Like the GP letting it slip that I did not see a specialist and then when I realise what he just said and repeated it he then said "No I did send you to see a specialist!" which was extremely odd and tied in with the weird fact that the Doctor I spoke to had rather CURIOUSLY not heard of Sodium oxybate?! Now how the hell than can be I do not know!

13 As an example of the above I shall explain that it takes months for a post on a blog, any blog, to 'sink in' with the public at large. I should also tell you at this point that I am followed by Doctors and authors all over the world. Some of that which I have only posted in recent months has not yet begun to boil with the visitors but will so over the next couple of months. As for that which I am posting right now that will be late Autumn onwards. I get people leaving comments only just reading something I posted 6 months to a whole year beforehand.

14 To sum it up entirely I challenged a number of GP's to do the right thing and that I would endeavour to reveal any corruption and misleading of patients that was going on. IN turn they did not deem this important enough to take up with those that pay them, i.e. YOU! I do not like being misled, lied to and not only having my diagnosis being avoided for thirteen years but now that they have been found out am STILL being refused a SECOND TIER drug in Pregabalin, first tier being Sodium oxybate. I thought mentioning that I was aware of Sodium oxybate may deter any further attempt to falsely label me but it turned out to be a waste of time.

If you have no idea what I am talking about then ... ohhh boy! You had better take a look but I warn you that any correspondence to lie about anything I know will receive a rude response from me as this wil be an insult to my intelligence. An example is that the last GP claimed that I gave him the blog address, umm well no I did not I only mentioned its existence and did not mention at all what was on it what the address was or what I was doing! SO someone WITHIN the NHS told him or the PHSO did or indeed PALS. No one else knew. Oh yes and here is one other thing that I quite deliberately did not mention to the GP on the day just like I failed to tell him about the second recording device, the second one he saw did not record ...

I had a CD on me with not only the recording but also with the address of the blog written on the disc, you might want to ask yourself why and how I was so well prepared for his onslaught of me over his bruised ego? You had better think mighty hard about that one as it is rather damning but I will not state in what respect it is.

I realised a long time ago that I was being lied to and it was not that hard because GP Surgeries contradicted each other but had adopted the extremely bad attitude that all surgeries had the same rules, when nothing could have been further from the truth. Questioning any rules was responded by quoting 'this is NHS policy' or rules or whatever crap they wanted to give out.

I also have around five hospitals with each Doctor contradicting the last and I have a letter here which is somewhat of a miracle and written with divine intervention because ...

1 It was vague about my Fibromyalgia diagnosis when on the day points about my anatomy where shown to a student

2 An extremely painful test was done on my right knee something he spotted by sight and he was not the first one to do so, Dr Saksena also spotted something and yet while the test caused me a great deal of pain it was omitted from the letter to my GP?! As was the fact he said he was happy, a little too happy in fact it now appears, to prescribe Pregabalin after I stated I did not want Gabapentin as it made me ill. Foolish to then offer a lower dose which would do nothing and my alarm bells rang like a madman, good job I was recording then, eh?

3 I have warned all public services about their conduct and lying when I have had dealings with them and I have also long since warned them about IT and the Internet which was all conveniently ignored. So I decided to not only catch you out for the lying misleading and heartless organisation you have become but I also gave you a bloody hard lesson about ignoring IT and the INternet at the same time along with shattering any delusions which seems to spread faster than Ebola?!

I look forward to being emailed another GP. Do not put me with another one like the last three dozen!

I had better not have a hard time with any withdrawal symptoms either as I might remind you that everything I do and everything I say and when I say it goes on the blog! So all those I thought in cohoots with each other that everyone thought crazy is now being proved right at this very moment because you have all gone deathly silent at the exact same time!

This was so easy it was child's play and to think for the last three years I thought that I would end up spotting someone following me in a car desperately trying to get videos of me walking normally? It was never going to be achieved but I thought I would at least catch you trying? Seems none of you had any idea of what I was up to. Or maybe my changing carousel kept you all thinking I was attacking someone else and so just naively kept your heads down thinking I would go away?! Well a blog never goes away I am afraid, its permanent as long as it gets a regular rise in visitors. As this rise has gone from a dozen each month to over 10,000 each month and continues to rise it will not be going anywhere fast.

Any lame legal attempt to attack the blog will also backfire and it might be better to realise that whatever can be thought up I have long since thought of myself and planned for.

Oh and want to hear something very weird as far as backfiring goes? Well the refusal of nicotine gum and the recent realisation that yet another GP cannot be trusted or the biggest name in Hospitals has stressed me out so much that I have started smoking again!!

Iain Duncan-Smith has made an announcement I believe that says something along the lines of...

'We fecked up. The welfare system changing over to Universal Credit (and PIPS?) will not now come in (be completed?) until 2017'?

Ooh Mr Iain Duncan Smith, now why would that be? Did not think it through did you? Realise that legally the parties version, or Serco's, version of black and white does not stand up?!

Go back a year or more on this blog and you will spot, if your eagle eyed, that I starred several times that morally your intentions were serially flawed.

Now as far as I am concerned laws were invented to uphold morals, only in recent years they are seen by far too many as a way to find ways of performing immoral acts, always to do with money, and get away with it. Despite that you can rely far too much on it and just assume you can do anything and use the law to get away with it.

However I did spot a flaw in your armour that you yourself and your party handed me on a plate. But I only ever insinuated on here to get the public and the most naive that think you are doing good, or the right thing, to see the truth. That was it and that is all.

Even so I was surprised to see them state 2017! I mean that is after the next General Election surely? This means it will not be brought in at all then? Lol. This way when anyone pokes fun at it for the following ten years they can say it would have worked had they started in power?! Lol. Trying to save as many red faces as they can in other words.

OK I will hint yet again... you left yourself with absolutely no grey area, did you? Lol. Grey areas make all the difference and politics and areas consisting only of 'black and white' simply do not mix. AVOIDED TRIPLE DIP RECESSION?

My ears must be really bad...

... I THOUGHT I heard a news report say figures have shown there was growth and we avoided a triple dip recession?!

If this if the case its a bloody lie, lol.

Everyone I know thinks the last few months have been the quietest of all and I remarked in a local shop how bread and milk had give up when a foreign man behind me stated that Celery had not gone up?!

When I asked why he had stated Celery had not gone up he said "noo Celery...you know? WAGES!" LOL!

He and the Sri Lankan guy working in the store both said about how out had just got worse and worse and will keep getting worse for the foreseeable future!

He was quite angry and frustrated as he spoke and the store owner agreed with him when I turned and said as I was leaving while pointing at them...

"you know your ABSOLUTELY RIGHT but I plan on making it BETTER before the year is out" they looked confused, lol.

So I quickly explained this blog and that I had many other plans when smiles grew across their faces and the frustration turned to a look if hope and as I was editing the store he shouted...

"Good for you, I hope your right and I how you do!" as I waved befit disappearing down a subway.

But in the short time I have had this blog going there is no way things have improved in any way at all. I'm also pretty sure that it had not rained money amongst all that wet stuff that comes drown from the sky either so that people collected up cash they did not have, lol.

I can also see the looks on peoples faces and I'm still being shocked at how quiet the town is near me and I've seen Christmas days busier than the Saturday's I have seen of late.

HMV is closing and I never realised, everything on sale and hardly anything left when I walked in there?!

I did get THREE James Bond blu-ray films fit 4.99 each and a Pink Floyd The Wall Coffee Mug for £2.50.

The films were Die Another Day, Live And Let Die and For Your Eyes Only. Only in the movies, eh? LMAO!

Also something up with the introduction of Universal Credit which I thought was all coming in next month?!

THE REAL TRUTH

It had just dawned on me what is going on with those lying thieving bustards, lol.

Despite the fact I have spoken to then a dozen times by post, two dozen by email ends even three times over the phone, oops 6 times over the phone, I have now realised that my japes and jokes and estimations have been spot on.

It its hire I stated as they cannot put me on Universal Credit without giving the game away, lol.

I had forgotten completely that I had been secretly challenging them to place me on Universal Credit and not Personal Independent Payments end now realise, I forgot as I'm busy with other things that they can't put me on the former without assessing me, lol. 

They know I can't get to them and so desperate to save money and impress their evil bosses that they are pulling the same stunts as last time!!

But I recorded you,  you bloody morons lol, by God man at least have done intelligence if your going to concot dastardly plans, lol.

It really makes no difference whatsoever and I ask prepared to go that EXTRA MILE just others would not...

...or rather I CAN'T GO that extra mile age that its the point of it all.

Legally you cannot stop my money and yet you did lol.

Well this is a surprise...

The weather is garbage and it had give from a few days of mild weather back to absolutely freezing temperatures and here in London days of rain and many more forecast.

Yet I now see there have been people Pitt in protest despite the nasty weather conditions up and down this downtrodden land?!

The British Public are already making themselves heard about being made to pay for something not there fault and believe me when I day this if just the beginning.

Had it occurred to the wider public that you have to factor in the loss if council tax benefit too and then the other benefit like Incapacity Benefit and Disability Living Allowance and any energy price rises that have continued space without pause for three years our more?!
