THE STARK REALITY

Well I simply don't believe it.

I've had my suspicions about certain courts in this land but now I know the truth and it's plain to see.

I've also had my fear that leaving the European Union might be used by the British government to abuse people even more than they have. It might seem odd then that I voted to leave because the EU didn't give a shit about the disabled people in the UK. Well that was one of three reasons and I contacted a few in Europe about the issue a few years back. Nothing happened .. even when you draw them a picture they are only interested in serving themselves, getting billions in cash and dictating the rules to countries that later destroy communities and create divisions over time.

Well .. yeah .. the government have decided to not even wait until we leave the EU. They planned to go to court some months ago in what was claimed to take away the human rights of disabled people.

I thought this preposterous .. I truly did and a waste of the taxpayers money.

Except .. they won?!

As it turns out Esther McVey had been mentioned in the Canary report below.

It also turns out that what they have done is to allow the tribunals to ignore the European laws on human rights. Someone took them to court over bedroom tax and I'm not familiar with the case, if I'm honest. Kinda hard to keep track of anything right now.

But .. despite the fact that they have gotten the tribunals to ignore these .. they can't get higher court, or just the high court, to ignore them?!

Sorry but how the fuck does that work?!

What is happening here effectively is them putting into practice what has been going on for a very, very long time. Deliberately create situations where it takes so long to do anything that you out people off. While at the same time make things too expensive to pursue.

Even one couple, the Carmichael's, said that they were stressed and tired and didn't want to pursue the case any longer, despite being told they had the right to appeal.

And there in is their plan on action.

There had been this weird attitude within the public services that had gone on for decades and gradually gotten worse and worse. That everyone and everything to do with government and public services takes an ever increasing amount of time.

They clearly have no understanding on the concept of time!

Funny .. you would think that 'time' was one of those basic fundamental things that everyone understands even as a child. If you have a toy boat on the river and a wind picks up blowing it away .. unless your quick .. your going to lose it.

That's time.

Time also costs money. Money is another basic fundamental thing they also no longer understand.

Now they don't understand how laws or human rights work either.

Hmm I wonder if they understand the concept of a revolution?!

On a serious note .. when I was told of this court win last night by my daughter I said how typical it was that this occurred just before I appear at a tribunal?! I simply could not believe the timing?!

I also discovered last night that the cancer was worse than they thought .. which not only made things suddenly focus for me while my heart palpitations went through the roof but .. they have never fucking told us what they fucking thought!! Though it does explain .. some thing pretty serious that has been occurring from time to time. We get the full results, or at least that is when they were supposed to turn up, in two weeks.

As they stated that it would reach stage two within a year .. I am guessing that time has been shortened somewhat and as they stated that in January (2017) and it is now March?!

Jesus Christ .. you simply cannot make this stuff up .. you really cannot.

Missed cancer in one, death of an unborn baby for her best friend is another, missed disability and refusing to diagnose, or delaying as long as they can, a severe disability in a child and two attempts to make them both homeless one around a couple months ago and one ongoing.

With all this .. what is even the point of having laws if there are no human rights?!

I mean if you cannot do anything just for the people I know, my daughter with her cancer, separate disability and four children with one of two having a clear, severe and dangerous disability then who the hell is going to get anything in the way of financial or emotional support or even the correct health treatment?!

Think about this for a moment .. if you do not come close to even a single ailment I have mentioned, say the cancer for example, then what chance do you, your mother, child or anyone else have when things go wrong?

If my heart does not fail over the next month I will surely be shocked.

THE BEDROOM TAX PETITION

I signed this petition this morning.

If there is one thing I simply cannot abide it is men and women who are supposed to be educated, intelligent and according to this willing to queue up to defend them in the media in the chance of lucrative position, nice?!

Well, no.

I saw an even more of an idiotic statement by Erik Schmidt, yes he of Google infamy and yes here I go again. Lol. Apprently when he took over Google's motto was 'Don't be Evil'? First I ever heard of this...umm, motto!

Would be nice if it were true but in fact in the last few years I have seen the exact opposite is true of this and then, last night I read what Erik Schmidt said...

'When I took over I found this [motto] to be ridiculou' and also 'There is no way to measure evil'.

Huh?!

Well I derived two things from these statements...

1 Good people are partly evil?

2 Now I understand why Google sends a shiver down my spine whenever I hear their name and he is the reason it is...err 'EVIL'?! Lol!

Hmm well Mr Schmidt let me see if I can lend you a hand momentarily and give you some pretty long yardsticks?

1 One way of measuring evil is to calculate how many people you are ripping off and by how much in total...and I mean GLOBAL! That is one measure

2 Another way I can think of, off the top of my head so to speak, is to see how low you can go by what groups of people you have ripped off and lied to?!

3 A third method I have devised off the top of my head, simply by thinking about your statements as I type this out, is in your attempts to carry on looking good is when you do things supposedly for free, until someone comes along five or ten years later and reports differently, is what groups you like to allude to that your helping in any of your projects. For free which is so noble because your so strapped for cash?! These 'projects' you do I have no doubts that due to the sudden media attention you have had at the shear number of companies you buy and and how often has prompted you to do a 'whiter than white' project or two.

Right then Mr Schmidt, lets get down to business shall we just based on these three measurements? I would imagine that the answer to the first would run into tens of millions of people, hundreds of millions in fact.

Then, Mr Schmidt, you simply have to look at the poorest groups and the most vulenrable groups and I really do not know or could know if your company is guilty in this instant.

Lastly are the projects done for free to help you appear in the media to appear 'whiter than white' and I found speeches about the Raspberry Pi project as...stomach churning. You created a fuss over a tiny computer that can be built and have thousands if not millions of applications and built as a brain for an endless list of things?

But it was for children to learn to program with, was it not? What you cannot teach children to learn to code on a modern PC or laptop?

No it is obviously for the benefit of others and good that you appear good natured. I mean it is not like you can wait for a year or two and have tens of millions of these things, maybe hundreds of millions, you can then write an operating system for is it?

Anyhoo the point I wanted to make here is that you cannot close the stable door once the horse has bolted!

You simply allowed the housing market, especially here in London, sky rocket because ot meant more money. More sales means more taxes, stamp duty and this was just great because what with this market and the banking market were the only two things makin serious money?!

Everything we ever head as a nation was not supported, based on the whims and idiocy predictions of a very select few, or sold off or even just abondoned altogether.

Today we kick around in the dirst for scraps and wait for the charitable nature of others to be involved with anything. Basically piggy backing someone elses coat tails!

Now that you have managed to screw up these industries along with everything else, yeah do not even think of an excuse of shifting blame your all the same, you want those that entrusted you and voted for you to make things right to pay, and pay, and pay.

This is true of the bedroom tax. You cannot simply change to rules, force people to pay what they do not have or move to somewhere they do not know because its your fault the rents and house prices are so high.

Yesterday I recieved a call from a friend who was having some issues with her flat and the housing association, Notting Hill Housing I think they are called. These were the ones that when realised they had been recorded threatened the tenant with the Police and in fact said they were going to call them and they would arrest her, sounding more like hired guns to the hoghest bidder than they are a peacekeeping force! More on that one before very long.

Now it also turned out that a local newspapaer, possibly The Enfield Independent, suddenly become interested and wanted to go around to look at the huge moat full of water that has encircled her block of flats for over 6 months now?! I told her several 'I told you so's' but with detail as to why they are done and why the lackadaisical attitude.

She still believes in her GP but this might be about to change, I warned her so she did not get any nasty surprises. I told her that it is no good sitting there with a smiling Doctor who sounds nice and seems human to be as he or she appears.

But then I did teach this person the recording thing and now she is realising that it is not the big hoohaa that they claim and that they have very deliberately installed fear into her by lying so that they can continue to get away with...well it just may turn out yet to be murder?!

They may not be the only one, eh energy companies?!

I will always post up a good petition expecially if its for the vulnerable and poor and if its truly ridicuous it gets a couple of posts. IF it is TRULY NOBLE it will get my full attention and this, I am sorry to say to my enemies, you really do not want!

Especially when very soon I will be dispatching mine one by one and this will ultimately lead to me having a great deal more time on my hands! About the same time I would have acquired a veritable arsenal of tools to help me too?! Maybe even...SUPPORT?!

THEY KEEP TALKING

A BBC Hardtalk interview between Steven Sackur and Liam Byrne, Labour Party's chief spokesman in work and pensions, took place recently.

Quite bizarrely for an interviewer possessing, or seeming to, intelligence he asked about figures while possessing just one?!

Let me explain...

I take it that Liam Byrne had claimed Labour intended to reverse the Bedroom Tax fiasco based on it being immoral and with no alternative help, as per usual, with seeking alternative housing!

Stephen Sackur pressed him on whether they WOULD reverse this and I guessed that he must have some figures to throw at him. Liam Byrne was hesitant to commit himself, typical, and Sackur eventually stated that the welfare state had ballooned from something like 8% GDP to 13% GDP?!

Problem? YES!

Err well that's the welfare state as a whole mate and not just the extra bedrooms so why use it?! 

Second of all everyone in the REAL WORLD knows damn well why it has ballooned and not to do with welfare state but influx of foreign and lying scroungers. This made your questioning way off the mark entirely.

Also and I have previously stated this several times in that there was a huge wastage going on at the DWP and I was in FAVOUR of an overhaul to be more efficient and save money. Not to make it worse, set up a huge conspiracy to trick and mistreat as well as mislead the public on a fraction of society not to blame and no rights to fight back and defend themselves!

No as long as the right questions are asked in the media if the opposing party then you are home free pretty much...

An interviewer who is over confident in their abilities normally interviewing someone who everyone knows lies through their teeth anyway.

JUDGES SHOW GLIMMERS

Well sadly a group of DISABLED people lost a court case over bedroom tax.

This was at s High Court.

Does this mean that judges need to be feared and looked at?

To be honest of all the things I have been wrapped up in and gathered evidence on judges are not one.

Despite one ongoing right now with my daughter that has already chalked up 6 court appearances at a minimum and possibly one or two more now had another in September and this started in 2012 so I can't comment.

Other than this I have not come face to face with many judges in a court room and one wrongful arrest did not involve a judge and the last was actually involving my daughter who would have been around three at the time.

In fact the while court case currently revolves around the fact that the Social Services got out wrong, conspired and then covered up ever since that court date 17 years ago!

That was just one court appeared and they faked to react not only on my concerns and accusations but also upon their own evidence realised on the day by the barrister.

Go figure! You cannot make this shit up with public offices, you really can't, lol.

THE DEVIL MAY RUN

Well been a scientist and as I stated before I ask not in anyway religious but and as I have also stated in the past...

When a nice well spoken grey haired gentleman had in in depth chat with me on my doorstep and ended it by stating the following...

I stopped, thought about it for a moment before I stated the following...

"Do you know what? You and you're colleagues airways come here and like chatting to new and were interested in what I'm doing. There was a pregnant pause before we both started laughing.

Today I had TWO pairs of Jehovah's Witnesses knock at my door within ten minutes of each other. I asked the second two "Is this an Easter tradition?" When a knowing look came across the American/Canadian lady's face and asked if I had ashtray been visited and I said yes by the Japanese lady.

They told me they were being inundated with new members of their flock and I said it is because the they realise the ways we have followed have been wrong and people were becoming lost and confused and searching for answers.

They asked if I thought I would win and actually change anything and I smiled and said, yes. When they asked when and how many years I then laughed and said "ooh before 2013 is out I ask certain and I am sure you will not need to heat that from my lips on this doorstep when it happens, lol"

A SURPRISE FROM THE INDEPENDENT ON BBC NEWS 24

I was listening to the news tonight when a journalist from The Independent Newspaper, I actually do like listening to admittedly, actually had a pop at the Anchor man in place for the BBC when he responded to her remarks about the most vulnerable in this country not having a voice and he replied that it needed to be done in a round about way.

He made the mistake of giving an opinion, or at least one that sounded like a personal opinion to me.

She reacted by upping her tone and state that the divide in this country has got too big and that all these laws, and she backed Leveson in the Hacking Inquiry, are only there to serve people that can afford them?!

I was completely stunned that she had said this at all!

This is the first time that the actual facts of what is now and has been going on for sometime has actually been realised by SOMEONE in the media!

The anchor man, I know not what his name is but I can think of one with TTs at each end and WA?! Well that is what he sounded like to me ... a complete idiot and blind to what goes on and just damn typical of the BBC in general.

In fact the lady journalist from The Independent went as far as saying that journalists are somewhat like MPs immediately after the expenses scandal and thinking there is nothing in all this and it will be brushed under the carpet or will blow over?!

Well done to that journalist!

The first time I have heard any single one actually sound like they are cottoning on to the reality of what is upon us and I have to admit that despite the anchor man's remarks he looked worried.

They remarked about the people in Cyprus taking there money out and the headlines and words printed in The Financial Times and that even the FT is becoming worried and concerned and think that the path that had been chosen was now looking increasingly like the wrong one!

Of course what they must also now be realising, something that that idiot Osborne has not, is that we have been heading down this road for sometime and it has been hurting people along the way.

Do they realise now that it is about to get a whole lot worse for the rest of 2013 for the wider public after next month?

Also bizarre is that it seemed to be a given that the FT doubts that the IDIOT will change from his plans after all better to run a country into the ground than admit you was wrong?!

TROUBLE BREWING

Well this is a surprise...

The weather is garbage and it had give from a few days of mild weather back to absolutely freezing temperatures and here in London days of rain and many more forecast.

Yet I now see there have been people Pitt in protest despite the nasty weather conditions up and down this downtrodden land?!

The British Public are already making themselves heard about being made to pay for something not there fault and believe me when I day this if just the beginning.

Had it occurred to the wider public that you have to factor in the loss if council tax benefit too and then the other benefit like Incapacity Benefit and Disability Living Allowance and any energy price rises that have continued space without pause for three years our more?!

The protestors were just spotted and they were up for 10 seconds and the number affected given I think was way off.

Also no mention if Council Tax and only the Bedroom Tax. The reports should be about the losses families will feel and should have 'best case scenario' and a 'worse case scenario' and THAT works be good, informative and fair journalism.
