THE INVISIBLE BRINK

In the wake of the breakdowns and suffering I experienced I have got to thinking about things. What has recently happened to me has never happened before. Not like this. It really has been a wake up call to what I have suspected will happen.

I predicted the financial collapse 4.5 years before it happened and in several talks and one argument about a property I stated this to others. However it has not gone quite how I thought it would. I id start to think that the fall was cushioned somehow? I also thought that despite this cushioning this would only end up being a delay.

In all this I also knew that governments would point the finger at things that simply did not add up, not even remotely close to a tenth of the way, to the amount of debt. I also knew that the government would resist doing the things they need to do and continue to both blame and punish those not even remotely responsible. The poor and unemployed by primarily blaming the welfare state.

I do not even have to check the figures to know that the maths just do not work.

What I also knew was that this was literally down to borrowing and in that I mean those individuals that work and borrowed. Oh just borrow everything, it is easy. In so making it easy the prices rose up further. Yes there were other factors too in the population out growing the number of available houses both social and privately owned.

I always maintained that the government should do something about the borrowing as well as the housing problems that they chose to ignore for many, many years and still do today.

It has concerned me that there will be another fall and that this will result in a devastating effect on human life.

One organisation talks in a video on YouTube and calls itself Overdose and the documentary 'The Next Financial Crisis' and talks about the financial crisis that was predicted. Except they are not speaking about the one we have had ... they are talking about the one that is on the brink of happening!

In the documentary they speak about the billions of dollars or euros to help out the car industry. You would be forgiven for thinking this was just America, but no. It included German too and that latter part I was not aware of.

Owners and thos on charge of these big instutions have gotten so big that they think they thik that making bone-head decisions that could collapse their company should not be held accountable for this. They think they have some regal right to be supplied with billions of their public's money to carry on existing.

I was just looking at a video on YouTube when I noticed something come up in the recommended lists.

It stated something about Social Services, in Croydon in this particular instance. I decided to give it a look and a man talked through an event that took place whereby the Social Services became involved.

Here is a man that has learnt what I have learned and perform the same tricks that I have for the past 8 years or so.

He was allegedly attacked in the street by the mother of his child and the woman's sister.

Once the Social Services become involved it seems that in no time at all they started to lie and issue documentation fabricating the fact that took place in the event.

The worst of these was that it was claimed that he took the child, placed the child in his car, did not place the child in a seat bet or child seat and then drove off with the child leaping about in his car. They claimed that the child then umped out a window of his car.

What the stupid Social Services did not stop for one moment to consider is that these same public services have cameras up your arse everywhere you turn. A video of the incident was then acquired that showed that the Social Services versions of events were completely fabricated.

In the recommended section to the right of this video is a whole list of other videos all to do with various Social Services.

I find it bizarre that the most corrupt and dishonest public services would act in this way constantly and often even worse while wanting to monitor YOU every minute of every day to catch YOU out doing something wrong ...

How about a Dispatches programme where even the Social Worker staff admit that the service is "piss poor" and willing to leave a 15 year old girl sleeping on a park bench?!

Here is one where a box comes up stating that there were sixty benefits related deaths since 2012 and naming Iain Duncan-Smith. Except the YouTube video was put up in 2012?! Ooh that is bad.

The title of this video is 'Britain's Hidden Hungry'...

How about someone stating that in Britain it works out that if your born poor you will stay poor?A very strange and very worrying statement to hear someone make. One interviewed, ,Chris Pond of  of The Low Paid Unit, states that Britain believes in an unregulated free market as the best way to compete in the world and create jobs. He state sthat people in Britain have far fewer social employments rights than anywhere else in Europe. 

What is shocking about the video that follows is that it was posted on YouTube way back in 2011 and it states the programme was made in 1996! So what are things like now?! This is another YouTube video and this one titled 'Why Are the UK''s Poor Getting Poorer?'

One more up to date Panorama programme from 2014 and titled 'Hungry Britain' and contains a lot of Food Banks in the start and while filming most people did not want to have their faces filmed.

I can full understand that they id not want people to see them doing something so degrading and embarrassing to be forced to do.

It also shows that this life has a negative effect on relationships with both family and friends. In the programme the Food Banks claimed they helped 8,000 people in Bristol alone in one year and going by the publication date was back in 2013.

Someone called Money Week did some research and they state that the mess that the UK is in it will not survive from and this has never happened in our history. In fact they state that no country anywhere has ever come out of a slump like this.

They predicted full financial collapse. Now in 2016 and after what has just happened to me ... I can both see and feel that this prediction of theirs is closer than ever.

We are one the most heavily indebted countries in the western world.

And lastly the sad story that one of many that actually finally made it into the media is a man that was deemed fit for work who committed suicide. Even the coroner's report stated that his death was related to the fact that he lose his benefits. But where was the legal proceedings to take those responsible for his death to court for prosecution?

Many things, may attitudes and many systems need to change rather radically if we ever manage to get through all this in one piece

BLUNDER BUS OF CORRUPTION

The Employment Support Allowance have been deliberately fecking me around.

I have sent in two applications just as I was instructed to do. The first one was sent via recorded delivery but they somehow managed to lose it.

I had a phone-call apologising and they then emailed me apologising and they sent me another application form with a pre-paid first class envelope.

The apology email is dated the 7th September and I called the next day and the application arrived the following postal day, I think the phone-call was a Thursday and it arrived Saturday I think. I then posted it Monday. Which would have been the 11th September 2016 and today is the 6th October 2016 and I have heard nothing. That was the SECOND application I sent off!

So today I have to go to a meeting for Universal Credit, which itself takes six weeks I now find out, because ... well I have no choice.

This was a bit short notice, the Universal credit people called me when my mother was here two days ago. They they rang me at 9am yesterday morning when I was otherwise indisposed, lol. I then visited my social worker friend and we went to Watford to pick up a clam shell. A real one and the whole time I thought that the UC, or JobCentre, would call again but they did not.

Then I got home yesterday and at some point in the evening I decided to check my emails and would you believe that I had an email from the JobCentre asking me to not only bet there the following morning at 10.30am but I had a bloody list of stuff to bring with me, including an up to date CV?! I had not updated my CV in bloody years and could not even find the damn thing. I managed to find a version of it altered to create one for someone else. I then spent an hour messing around with that as it would not display properly when I uploaded it to their site! *SIGH* I wish things did not sen me into such an excruciating panic mode.

I emailed the ESA on 29th September asking them if they had received the second application and if they are processing it and I have heard nothing at all.

How many applications are you supposed to fill in and send in and email them about before they are expected to get it right?! I would email their ICE Ombudsman but they are a waste of space too!

My very last PIP payment I am expecting to arrive either in two weeks time or six weeks time and as that is the second of the two benefits to have been cancelled I am up shit creek without a paddle.

Losing 60% of your money is not good enough for the 'we are in it together' brigade. No less than 100% is what they have gone for. Despite my various attempts to prevent this via British law they are managing to succeed.

Now I am hoping that this is going to go well and it is not going to be someone that takes no nitice and just stands behind you with a bloody whip.

I was told yesterday by someone that there sister is disabled and she was forced to do this for a bit and that the person she spoke to at the JobCentre was actually helpful which was a little encouraging. A little encouraging because it is the first time I have ever heard of anyone at a JobCentre being helpful and ... well the person helped was a woman.

It occurred to me as I woke up with an anxiety attack that I may not have posted up the emails?

I have sent in another application and it feels like it was some time ago now, I have short term memory blanks and cannot recall certain things most days.

I have a tribunal hearing tomorrow that I have had several breakdowns over and I do not know why this is,, though it is part of my condition. So keeping on top of other things has been hard, especially as HM Court & Tribunal Service have sent me five letters, stating in three the appeal is for ESA and in two others insisting the appeal is for PIPs.

Somewhat weird as I was asked to travel 22 miles to Brentwood for assessment for PIPs while this was going on.

Because of this I suspect my PIP will be cancelled too and yet another court case will start up but in the meantime if there is no ESA, or everything is rigged and I lose and have to claim Universal Credit then there is going to be a period of several weeks, to my reckoning, that I will be without money altogether?

If you have no managed to lose a second application this will make things much worse for me and the period of time without any money for food a lot longer.

I phoned the number you gave me and I was sent an application form with a first class pre-paid envelope so I thought I would have received an acknowledgement before now?

Either that or I am losing track of time worse than I thought

Dear Graeme Vine

Sorry I am not sure why I did not hear the phone and missed your call?

I sent in a claim form just as the Citizen’s Advice requested me to do.

Attached is a copy of the recorded delivery receipt of the letter.

In all honesty this has been absolutely ludicrous and I have been in an out of Doctors and hospitals and still have this ongoing for the next few weeks and months, over things caused by the DWP and things outside of the DWP’s actions.

My IB gets stopped, this is going to curt now and while that goes to court I have had my rent payments stopped though now agreed to restart them and now it is open season on my PIP claim too, so I guess that will get stopped, another Mandatory Reconsideration and another appeal will be ongoing wasting the taxpayers money?

Attached is the receipt from the recorded delivery of said ESA application that I did because the attack on me has been so intense and wide that I just figured my claim would get ... let us say ‘lost’?

OSBORNE AS EVER

Well there is something.

I always stated what George Osborne's attitude was towards human life but I never expected it to come out the way it has.

Nick Clegg has finally gone some way to redeem himself by stating that George Osborne saw the Welfare State, and everyone who relies on it of course, as a bottomless pit he could rape and pillage.

The question is now is that this pillaging is still going on and seemingly stronger than ever. So is Theresa May just going to carry on with the same crap? I thought she had stated things will be different for certain things. Can't remember exactly or what she referred to.

Funny how this story has come out just as the DWP have started a full blown assault on all three benefits I get?

This is not a case of cutting money ... this is removing every single penny to people with disabilities. One condition at a time.

Also effing hilarious, if it wasn't so anxiety attack inducing and home breaking, is that stupid woman at the DWP denying all this when I accused her of what they were doing.

The question is now will these idiot jobsworths see this report and realise they are being used as mindless idiots just spieling out whatever trash they are brainwashed with?

The same goes, if they possess anything in the way of humanity, for the staff and so called medical experts, assessors and nurses of Stops, Capita, Maximus and that other one with the longer name I can never remember?

Probably but also probably too far off to stop the destruction of many people's lives?

THE FORGING OF RELATIONSHIPS

Something I have not been very good at ... relationships. Lol.

Now it is Monday and I still have that damnable flu but it is better. I no longer have a banging headache and can cough, or sneeze if it ever comes to it, without my head exploding.

I have been in receipt of some correspondence and over the next few weeks I am expecting a couple more along with some requests.

Oddly enough I have been thinking how cool  it would be if I worked for an organisation such as this, looking for and fighting bad guys and corruption?

It has to start somewhere and did kind of start up my own so why not me?

Yeeah, that is what I keep telling myself, lol.

Anyway I hope that this organisation is not corrupt like the rest, or even biased in any way! I do only ever deal with the truth and the facts at the end of the day.

Oh how I would love for it to have been very different to what I discovered time after time but I am afraid it is not.

So I work towards changing it to what it should be.

The funny thing is that they get paid out of the taxpayers ten fold to a hundred fold or so what I get and yet there would be hardly anyone complaining about them getting all that they do but would, and do, me.

Madness.

Fortunately none have been stupid enough to challenge me on this because I would simply expose their narrow mindedness and their naivety.

Or in simple terms would make them look utterly stupid and no one wants to risk that. Well there are some but they would not be attracted to these blogs. In computing you get something called fanboyism where stupid people get ripped off to the tune of hundreds and even thousands of pounds, or dollars, and spend half their time defending the very companies who have ripped them off to others that point it out. Or praise a competitor to said companies.

The truth is all large companies are bad and do not give a shit about their customer base because they think they do not have to. This is because they have enough money and have followers that are akin to those they Pied Piper had. Blind followers.

I loved the Nikon brand for years but I had three cameras sold to me as new that were used and refurbished, albeit not very well, and Nikon UK lied to me at one point.

Bad people, bad, bad people!

I still love the Nikon brand and though it has taken me a few years to be confident of ever buying Nikon products again, though I did travel to do so I was that worried, I have done.

Most people's reaction to such things is to immediately go to another brand and expecting the new brand top be totally different? Except I would guess that this has happened so many times now and got to the point were most people realise what I have always said.

They are all the bloody same.

There could be exceptions of course.

And that is exactly what I am hoping for with my latest correspondences. Or more accurately praying for!

Now this could turn into something very productive and very cool.

Or it could go the same way that all the others have?

Based on what was said in the correspondence it certainly looks more like the former rather than the latter of those statements.

Cannot recall a reply that was as positive as this one, or as helpful.

I wonder  what the rest of the year holds and what other organisations and groups against corruption will get in contact with me?

I am not entirely unapproachable. I am just very suspicious of everyone and everything but if you are really genuine and working towards a good cause I will work that out also.

THE STONEY LOACH

This story linked below is one I heard about a few days ago.

British film director Ken Loach wins a Palme d'Or award for a film about a widower and his difficulties with the British welfare system?!

Ken Loach actually attacked the system with the words "dangerous protect of austerity".

I think they need to change the word 'welfare' for something else? Like ' torture'? You know the same way they have eradicated the words 'disabled' and 'disability' from any benefits.

Now you have not just a film about the DWP but an award winning film about the DWP to go along with the United Nations investigation.

It cannot be long now before the whole DWP's real truths are out in the open and dozens of court cases are started up?

I'm guessing that not long after that two other big and very British institutions will also get the same treatment. Institutions, I might add, that were once great institutions but two major political parties have reduced to one steaming pile of a series of corrupted mess.

A film and an investigation by the biggest institution in the world?

Ha! If that doesn't work then the country and the world is heading for the Dystopia I recently alluded to.

Also that politicians are showing themselves to be the lying, leaping puppets that jump on command that they are. Time to find out soon who are the puppeteers and make them pay by law.

Then perhaps we can move on into a brighter, better and fairer world?

THE FIRST OF THE FALSE ECONOMIES

I wonder if anyone picked up in recent posts that I've been up to something?

Despite the various health flare ups that have increased in intensity as well as frequency exponentially these past few weeks.

Here is a BBC report that stated that someone, or several people, are going to take the ... err someone or several people to court for lack of support by local authorities and others for people with mental health problems.

I wish them the very best of luck.

This could turn out to be the very proof of my prediction and warning about the actions of local authorities and public services of being the worst case of false economies mankind, or at least the UK, has ever seen?!

One of the many troubles with the easy things are run are the easy things are seen, dealt with and thought about from a financial perspective that's wrong and well out of date.

The NHS tells the Doctors and Nurses on its register to lie to patients, refuse to refer them for treatment, tests and scans along with decent prescription drugs, to save money.

However ... this only looks good at the end of the financial year.

Now let's look at this another way... someone not healed or given the correct drugs is ... hampered from slightly to seriously. No matter which level this is it effects their performance in many things. Including work and may prevent them from working altogether?! It happens more often than you might think.

So the NHS saves lots of money but local councils and the DWP have to start shelling out more money. This makes the fact that the evil trinity, as I call them, all conspire together. But only at the top of course.

So immediately with the outlays of welfare benefits alone it's not actually saving money. Cost can be will over £10,000 each year. To save a few hundred quid on scans, treatments and the correct drugs.

Except it does not end there.

These two in the report are going to take people to court for the lack of support and possibly other things besides.

I am, and have been, attempting to do the exact same thing.

Others will do the same thing and many will succeed.

So in top of the benefits paid out some very large sums could be paid out in damages. Maybe even with me, except I very much doubt it as I stated from day one.

I can't really loose if you think about it. If an organisation I approach every actually decided to take some action on my behalf I finally get to take the NHS and possibly DWP to court?

I stated from the moment I started the blog 3.5 years plus ago that I would never get someone to act on my behalf, regardless of how much evidence I acquire.

So each time someone says no they prove me correct on my blogs.

These are the government? We have been electing them into power for years and they are supposed to be mathematics. They are supposed to govern and manage all these things?

So why has no one ever seen these stupid incompetent actions to Dave money by lying to patients and the public in general about their health?

It's moronic being words. Quite literally.

It's plainly obvious that this was an extreme false economy from day one and yet they have done this for years, at least 13 or so, and still doing this to this very day.

Just as moronic and naïve is the lack of seeing the 'left holding the baby' problem by GP Surgeries and Doctors in general.

But they ask think they are sooo intelligent and sooo much more intelligent than any of us but cannot see the writing on the wall.

I am expecting a flood of these claims, except many will get as much or worse luck with this than I am.

Oh course seeing others succeed where you have not been able to get anywhere will be sooo frustrating and depressing for so many people the mind boggles.

Well what do you know?

Is the pressure applied started to have an effect?

Has it become obvious to one or two in government that what I do is never ending and my visitors ever growing and that it will be sooner rather than later, dead or retired a la Savile, you will be burned at the stake?

Has it become obvious to you that the inhumanity and crimes against the British public are going to backfire because of the plans to mug the most vulnerable will become widely scorned very soon?

Worried to be in a British government that's going to look like crooks to any other decent and humane country?

Iain Duncan Smith has quit, or 'Duncan-Smythe' as I like to call him, over the plans to quite literally mug the disabled of Britain.

Funny because if someone in the street did this they would go to prison for a lengthy spell. They would not even need to be disabled victims for that sentence to be handed out!

As for Mr Bonehead ... sorry I mean 'Osborne' ... what a set of numb-nuts he had and I've pictured a scene of a desert plane with a tumble weed rolling along and the cry of an eagle from up on high inside his skull.

Lol!

I still sit there listening to this crap and reading this crap and asking myself how it can possibly be that they will attack and mug absolutely anyone before they even think, let alone broach or mention, the issue of the countless QUANGOS, like the dozens of Ombudsman for a start, that sit around and do fuck all but chat shit while sucking taxpayers dry.

I might have joked about it and these being family members of MPs and chums but the avoidance of these QUANGOS must have something behind it?

I wonder how long it will be before the news media realise they cannot avoid asking these questions themselves?

Too late! That ship sailed many moons ago without a sextant and is long since lost.

I'm afraid that over the next six months it's only going to get worse, because I'm going to make it a great deal worse.

ASSEMBLING THE PEOPLE

There are times when ... I think I get recognised.

Every now and then I will catch people ... just standing there ... looking at me. For a noticeable while as if they think they know me from somewhere.

Last year I had more of this than I did from the year before.

I have often pictured someone walking towards me staring at my eyes, as they are a permanent feature of my corruption blogging.

Those that know me ... umm, well also know that I tried to hide myself when I am out and about and this matters not whether I am walking, cycling or using a bus. But I will not go into that as it will ... well it will give myself away. Lol.

Just the other day I was in a shopping area, but cannot remember where, when I spotted a woman just standing there in the distance. I could see she was holding somethintg and I thought 'oh here we go, someone trying to sell or promote something or even a charity?!'

I do not like charities and have not done for a fair old while and I have not kep this secret and features on here.

Because they seem have top tiers of fat-cats with the fattest one sitting atop the tree earning big bucks like those in banking or big companies. Your paying their salaries, not exactly helping anyone except those not deserving of help.

Sorry but this is the case.

I used to give to charities but then wondered why, after twenty years of doing so, the areas the charities were in made no head roads into the specific area whatsoever.

When anyone does make any breakthroughs it is never via these charities. Normally attributed to some university or college somewhere in the world.

So I saw this lady, pointed my head towards the ground and started to veer to the left. After several steps I looked up and this lady was looking at me. Head back down again and I increased the angle I was walking further away from her. I looked up again and this time she was fixated on me and walking towards me. I increased the angle further but when I then looked up she was upon me!

She handed me a piece of paper and I thanked her and then walked away, peering at the paper she had given me as I did.

Well what do you know? It turns out to be about an organisation I have covered before on here and helped out with a bit of posting and blogging.

EXPECTATIONS OVER THE NHS (PART 1)

Well this is a turn up for the books. Literally.

In the past couple of days I have heard two bizarre things ..

1 That there is a song out to help save the NHS, yes it if true and ...

2 The first report of a wave of people who have died due to the NHS is reported

I wonder what those involved in the song to Dave the NHS will think and feel about this latest report?

When I heard about the song, now in the charts at number 39 I heard, I could boy help but wonder if the people involved knew hire bad things were? No they wouldn't and that should be obvious to me, no I mean have some idea that things were rotten?

I also wondered where the money would go? Would it go the the fat cat idiots in the Primary Care Trusts or those running the hospitals that hid the deaths that occurred?

It's no good throwing money at a metaphorical piggy bank with a hole the size of Jupiter. There is no skill in that and the money disappears leaving no trace whatsoever.

A smaller hole and successes show an element of skill and when wrong there is money left lying around with not too much lost in the smaller hole.

This report only covers deaths of mental health sufferers and those with learning difficulties. You can bet the many hundreds, maybe thousands eventually will be missing a few.

This has occurred earlier than I expected it to but it is just the start. I am sure that there will be another revelation to come at a later date when the loved ones of someone who died in hospital, or indeed outside it, start looking into their own catastrophes.

This is because consistent and continuous refusals of diagnosis and treatment are happening when they cannot possibly know what the health conditions are. They avoid diagnosis, do they not?

The relatives of those who died might just start asking how many times the person they lost had been to a GP or hospital prior to their deaths?

This is something that had occurred to me a very, very long time ago and at a guess I would start it was certainly beyond 13 years. Probably around 14 to 15 years and could well have been 20. My grandmother died around 16 years ago and I knew there was something very, very wrong with her death. She was misdiagnosed for a start about a year or so before her death.

She was told she had asthma at 75 and given ventilators but I now know she had Fibromyalgia and died of heart failure.

Go figure.

So it will be interesting to see exactly what happens over this song released to help pay for an organisation that deliberately caused so many deaths. Well it had to be deliberately as they didn't want to diagnose patients. Which meant they didn't care.

They simply had to know this would lead to the deaths of people, you have to be some sort of incompetent twat not to realise that.

It's simple laws of averages.

So they are asking why they didn't investigate these deaths? Well I think the answer is effing obvious, wouldn't you agree?

How much money will the song released make? Where will it go and will we see a difference?

In fact they have put themselves in a corner ...

1 If the song fails to sell it will show how much the public distrust the NHS and all hell will break loose!

2 If the song makes loads of cash they will be under pressure to make hundreds of changes that the public will see or all hell will break loose!

Basically chances are that ... all hell will break loose!

The question is will this be pre or post the second wave of reports over deaths caused by the NHS over money when there are so many making so much money over careers that have no positive effect to the NHS or its patients.

THE SPANNERS IN THE WORKS

I had a conversation about this priest with someone a few days back and they stated something to me quite bizarre.

Now I think it has something to do with a barmy end of politics and then always trying to make an excuse for that they think are doing the right thing, or in this case doing the wrong thing.

This was to do with defacing a war memorial with the words 'Tory Scum'. I have written about this kind of behaviour before.

It is fucking stupid and incompetent.

The idea of a protest is to not only protest against what you do not agree with but to get support behind your cause.

So why on Earth their exists idiots that will waste their time doing something that not only gets them a zero for their efforts but is also guaranteed to have everyone turn against you I do not know.

Stupid and incompetent.

But then a few days later I started to have a view on it from an all new angle!

I have never quite understood idiots like this, truly I have not, never. It involves actions that offends at least three quarters of the nation with the rest made up of amoral people and groups who secretly hate British people anyway. So why would any idiot so it?

Think about it for a moment, these kinds of actions are staggeringly clear what reaction they will get before they do them, so why do they do it?

Perhaps it is to get that reaction?

When I considered this I thought it was completely bonkers that they would intentionally aim for a reaction like this which only achieves the most negative effect and instead of support you only ever acquire opponents.

I mean someone or several people that perform acts like this could only possibly benefit those people or groups they are protesting about, surely?

Ooh wait a moment? What if they are among these protesters as plants that stray into the crowd to do the bidding of others? Perhaps they are even members of these protest groups as spies and paid to act like vandals to turn public support away from the protesters?!

I then remembered that story about an undercover police officer in some group a few years back that caused no ends of trouble. I cannot remember the details but remember being surprised at the story.

So not exactly far fetched and for me it solves a long standing puzzle of how blithering, brain dead idiots could act in such a way as to achieve the most negative of reactions from everyone that sees it.

Now I have realised this I have also wondered how long it will be before I finally see a report like this in the media? But then the likely hirer of morons like this is probably the same man who supports that they protested against, not a favourite of mine it must be said and owns a long list of national tabloids. Lol!

When an excuse was made for these defacing numb-nuts with the reason being that they were using the way memorial to say that those the memorial was for were used in the same way the poor or being used to pay for the mistakes of the wealthy ..., well I laughed and said "Oh, no-no-no. I don't think so! They are just brain dead morons and anyone that bloody stupid belonging to absolutely any group should not be allowed to protest with everyone else!"

After all of your bout going to care how bad, negative and widespread this reaction will be ... well why even bother protesting? Stay in bed ... or in the bar ... pissed! Because you end the day miles further from your goal than you did when you woke that morning.

This new angle though has got me thinking that I've got this one all wrong for years. I feel bloody annoyed for not thinking up the possibility beforehand!

But then I won't feel anywhere near as stupid as the organisers of the protests and leaders of the groups that these idiots or spies are allowed to function in. Imagine how many times this could have happened and the number of orchestrated negative effects against campaigners and campaign groups over the years?

Ooh boy, I would not like to be in their shoes for all the tea in China!

POST ELECTION BLUES

I have a funny feeling this wont be the last time that I post about the election result.

I am getting more and more people mention about how odd the result was from all over and how they knew very little or no people who voted Conservative. I have an odd feeling this is going to continue to happen.

In fact I got one email from someone who started up a petition, they felt that strongly, and want the voting system changed. What also caught my attention about this particular petitioner is that they are not old enough to vote!

So I have shared this on Twitter, though I do not tweet a great deal and do not have many people on their that would take note. I have put in on Facebook too where it is likely to generate more people but again I stopped using Facebook ages ago when they started making it progressively worse and obsessed with ever more money.

So I will put the link here and let us see what transpires as I will get the odd email updates about the numbers.

A PREDICTION ALREADY ARRIVES

Well I told a few friends there would be a lot of trouble.

I never expected it to occur anywhere near this rapidly!

I have barely had time for the surprise of a Conservative Party majority in the general election to sink. I had only just told two friends hours earlier in the day there would be trouble and I saw a report that stated there had been trouble somewhere.

I did not catch the full report and only guessing it was this report below in the link?

I am somewhat stunned and shows not only how high the feelings are that the Conservatives are back in power.

One would hope that an it of date party with it if date views and ideas that have proved so unpopular over the years that they would decide to change into something more modern? A party that ditches it's old ways and adopts something more ... forward thinking?

Many reading this who are anti Conservative Party would think, fat chance! Lol!

The other odd thing is how someone who had just been voted in can incite such bad tempers in such a short time?

Is there any entry in the Guinness Book of Records for something like this? Lol.

The worry for me was that they would then think they had carte-Blanche to squeeze those already dry even harder for more blood. When there isn't any!

As stated this outcome of the general election will not affect me and even if they decided to squeeze harder they simply no longer have the time to affect me and my life anymore.

This will become apparent during 2015.

However, what I do feel for are those that will get affected by their continued arrogance and lack of balls to make those ultimately responsible to pay for it.

In fact I find it kind of a cruel trickery and arrogance in all honest. This is because I had no idea how much money we owed, not even close and would have been top topic of my conversations in the five years before the financial crisis started when I tried to tell people, friends and family it was coming within five years and everyone thought I was mad.

Yes siree, this is true. They did. I am sure many readers would have thought the same thing about things I divulged on here ... well, were it not for the fact I spent year after bloody year gathering documents, screen-shots, emails, secretly recorded audio of meetings/conversations/appointments/phonecalls and all other things besides to show you before being labeled as mad.

If your thinking I'm mad and did not realise there was proof ... well for the love of God, use the search function before casting doubt and stones! Lol!

So going with the fact that not many people knew how much we owed I find it some cruel 5 to 10 year kick in the nuts to those unaware of this. The fact that it was the banks and rich and powerful playing loose with money that is not theirs and shown they are as thick as shit just adds insult to injury. It gets worse right down to a third tier when they just want to carry on add before and this is where, once and for all they are not just wrong but willing to do it all again and make the same people pay. Well, because they can.

To give you an idea I had a very odd couple of disagreements with an idiot who thinks he is the brain of Britain and is so not even close. In fact he has not even the credentials to have a conversation with me.

What did he say, I hear you ask.

Week the first disagreement was that he stated that I should leave my body to science. I stated that they had their chance and that I was not going to let another twat Doctor claim a nobel prize, or whatever, by cutting up my body. They had their chance.

Disagreement number one was him stating I was wrong because I could help other people.

Two minutes later he tells me that unless you can afford it you should not be given help with legal representation via Legal Aid?! I was about to explain that he had, for the umpteenth time I might add, contradicted himself inside of two minutes.

I was cut off by a shop owner because we were in his store and I was so angry at his stupidity and his love of confrontation to the point of contradicting himself and that I did not notice customers in the store.

This is someone who had been trying to find a way of getting Personal Independent Payments, has a mental health issue but claims he has not and a was a thief and a burglar in his past! I kid you not. No he is not a friend. Well not since I worked out every single thing about him many months ago, though he is utterly clueless about this. Which is typical of him as he thinks everyone else is an idiot.

In fact he also has this unusual peculiarity that, outside of animals which he is not very good with, he has no interests.

And I do mean no interests.

Think of anything a guy would be into ... any sports? No. Music? No. Computers? No. Drugs? No. Films... err NO! No films at all in any genera. One day I asked him what he was into and he says "nothing really, just animals" which as stated he is not very good at. More on that later in the year.

In fact I am dying to ask him why he was a thief and why he is a burglar because he is not on drugs, had no interests at all and lives in a council flat in a tower block!

What I have noted about him is that he thinks it is perfectly normal to overhear a conversation others are having about things he thinks he knows about and interrupts and tells them they are wrong, ending up with a lady who was not told she was wrong telling him to mind his own business!

I was telling a friend of mine, who this guy was creakily craftily trying to meet, about him and they said "He is a nutter, don't bloody tell him where I live!" and I said "yeah like I would tell anyone where you live, especially a nutter!"

Unfortunately until a few things come together I am stuck here and forced to have to deal with him. Unfortunately he is rather rudely upsetting my routine and has done since his usual ... haunt closed down. But then he ended up owing other people I know money because they let him take things and owe them and he never went back. Had no intention of paying.

Yes this guy states that no one deserves legal representation.

Quite good his brain hadn't worked out that as well as this being wrong but also with no legal representation through lack of funds then those with money and power will get away with murder. Well everything else but murder. Well actually ... no, murder to at times.

All because he died bit believe that money that's not his should be paid out?!

Oh yes and another of his little gems is stating that no matter what disability you have, if you get £5.00 a week then you should not complain?!

A guy trying to cheat the system for his own end while climbing ladders thinks that if somewhere wheelchair bound gets just £5.00 each week this is OK and they should not complain?!

Now what do you think? Nutter, much? Lol!

On this particular subject I have not even mentioned all the details and some will live you dragging your chin along the pavement for a couple of weeks.

However I intend to use him, who features heavily on here from 6 months or more ago, and what he did to embarrass yet another large public service who ... did not deal with the situation correctly at the time.

So I will do it for them and use this revelation to hugely embarrass them in a way that they will never live down for a decade.

If you want a clue ... well another one of the same service is about to be taken to the cleaners in court.

But which court?

AN EMAIL RESPONSE TO A TERRIBLE ICE LETTER ....

Dear Sirs

Do you have difficulty reading?

There is no way that you can state that the evidence I provided you with is inconclusive!

Now either your all totally incompetent or your just a front to waste time for the DWP and its immoral actions. The video alone I provided you goes from the ROAD which is 100 yards away, past the COMMUNITY BINS which are 75 yards away, long a path which is 50 yards long and extremely narrow, through my gate up my path and to my street door.

I then walk into my house and show you that you can see my street door from my living room!

I bloody visit here would easily show you that not only are the bins nowhere near my house, let alone street door, but that the path is TOO narrow to get the steel bins down. It is also NOT the only path to my house and is TECHNICALLY one of THREE!!

It is without a shadow of a doubt and any judge that is NOT corrupt would rule that your conclusion, or lack thereof, of it being inconclusive is a total avoidance to do take any action or decision in my favour because you had no intention of doing so from day one! Which is what I expected anyway and I just wanted to expose yet another department that is stealing money from the taxpayers.

The whole time we have been in contact and the inordinate amount of time it has taken for you to reach this conclusion, itself with no excuses, has been posted online and I did so because I knew from day one that this would be the conclusion.

In fact, and believe me not only I but every single person who is or has read about my case with you, thinks it is totally ludicrous that you can reach this in-conclusion with the lengths that I have gone to and the evidence I provided. I mean laughable.

In fact the response I get one hundred percent of the time is "Well what the **** do you have to do for these people to do anything?! You are right they are just stealing the taxpayers money!!"

Your explanation of this decision is far more inconclusive than the evidence I provided and you failed to also provide a reasonable breakdown of how you came to that conclusion with the video I provided.

Baring in mind that the letters I gave you CLEARLY STATE that MY DOOR WAS BLOCKED BY A BIN!! It may have been stated STEEL BIN?! But it matters not! I will remind you once again that the ONLY BINS in my ONE HUNDRED YARD LONG ROAD are extremely large steel bins and that is IT!!

Also it should have been bloody well obvious from the video that there was no way on Earth that you could get just one of these bins anywhere NEAR my house. ERGO THEY ARE LYING!

What is laughable about all this is that they do this more than once and yet you cannot fathom out that they have lied on every occasion and therefore not doing as they should have done!!

But now all that you have said and done has provided me with far more evidence of corruption for my blog and now am heading for 100,000 visitors which is all I expected to get out of this anyway. Oh yes I also wrote TWO BOOKS about it too which are now garnering a great deal of interest and I am being urged to publish them, which THUS FAR I have not attempted to do so since I started my blogs over a year ago.

So at the end of the day and at some point early in 2014 your going to have to answer to reporters or the British Public. Whichever one it will be I will have no say in. But I set out to prove the government liars when they want to point the finger of blame to where the problems lie in the UK and when they did this to benefit claimants and then disabled people I decided enough was enough!!

You are just one department in TWO DOZEN that I covered in the space of just two years and like so many others before you and since you, you have managed to achieve absolutely nothing while portraying yourselves to be there as a public service to the people.

If you have not figured it out already I also do not stop until it is well and truly over and every single individual in the UK, as well as the rest of the world, are fully aware of both the truth and the lies.

I am afraid that the letter you sent in response to my last email does NOT do you any favours with the public perception, after all it has been online since the day I received it as has all my correspondence from public offices. You rare public servants, or supposed to be, and therefore answerable to the public. AS your service is not only ABYSMAL but also hidden and largely unknown to the wider public I will endeavor to do my utmost to draw attention to you.

LEGAL RIGHTS TOO EXPENSIVE

Here we go again with something that has not only irked me for the longest time but knew was going to be reduced again.

The very idea of the abysmal Legal Aid that had existed was that human beings who could not afford them could get there legal fees paid for! It's a natural given right everyone should have.

However for some time now consecutive, and yes I did say CONSECUTIVE, governments have decided, or those that really pull the strings, have made it clear that a person's life is worthless if they have no money. Nor is any of their family members. Think about that. Think very long and hard about that.

In all honesty it was shit anyway and needed changing for years but for the better as did the whole legal system! You see the industry is a laughing stock and yet another example of an industry that has become a gradual mess while opportunists have been able to trick and rob both government and members of the public out of cash based on bits of paper that states that these people are competent lawyers?! They are NOT!

From just before my daughter was born until the present day I have had five run ins with the crap lawyers that legal aid affords you. On each occasion much was promised and nothing delivered, not ONCE. I even have letters from one lawyer from 18 years ago who pursued a case for months before calling me in and apologising as they did not know they could not take it on according to the bloody laws themselves! Quite how they failed to realise this as did the legal aid board I will never know!

So here they are after cutting it back several times they are cutting legal aid back again! Why? Because like everything else they run they are shit at it, really shit and after thirty years they have only gotten worse! This is because they are lazy and uncaring and nothing more. All because one industry thinks it has a right to a huge hourly few because they attended university, so did I, while the government thinks it can give poor people, disabled people and benefit claimants more than enough legal help by awarding far less than HALF the lower rates of average solicitors?!

If there exists a book on false economies a few thousand copies need to be ordered, sent to the Houses of Parliament and all Members must be fluent and familiar with EVERY WORD before being allowed entrance to either the House of Commons or the House of Lords. Added to this should be a simple arithmetic test, common sense test and added to that a test that they possess an ounce of morals and humanity.

Hmm come to think of it you could add this to journalism too and stop opportunists making a beeline for journalism?!

Of course the constant barrage of reports of the recent legal battles I have mentioned, like Apple and Samsung, will only infuriate more of the public of which more and more are realising they are being told their lives are meaningless and worthless. Especially when there is currently a big legal battle over the colour purple between Cadbury's and Nestlé!

I think that bow is now beginning to creak somewhat!

I knew from day one what you were and so never expected for one second that you would actually win my case but what I did hope to get is a report so full of lies and incompetence that when I posted it online everyone case see very clearly that the taxpayers money is indeed being wasted on a grand scale that involves FRAUD due to services not performed.

You actually sent me a report stating answer from the DCS and DWP that I had ALREADY provided you with and you stated to them "OH ALLRIGHTY THEN"?! Did you actually expect me to believe this report, that because they LIED to you all is OK and that you could not work out for one moment that I am not naive or a big enough idiot to believe this?! It truly IS the biggest insult to my intelligence I have ever experienced!

Also your report is full of contradictions as well as lies....

You use the excuse that they tried to ring me but did not have the correct number which is odd because they have both used this number as have you!

You even STATED the number within the letter right at the beginning!

Added to this you persisted in giving me that extremely lame reason about them not being able to knock on the door with the bin in the way?! Are you actually SERIOUSLY putting your name to THIS REPORT?! I must say I would not be putting my name to anything so utterrly terrible and with Elephant size holes all through it.

Also you have managed to then back them up and blame the GP but have done absolutely NOTHING about approaching her and allowing her to defend herself. The really funny thing is that one was an ultrasound scan and all I have to do is have a private scan and it is done!

But it seems I do not need to as the NHS have also been trying to secretly recruit p[atients in pain to work full time for £3 food vouchers per day and I also recorded this to! Only at the second meeting and after I had posted it online a reporter was there and from The Guardian if memory serves me correctly, lol.

But of course this has nothing to do with your office, until some point in the future when investigative journalists finish their investigation and print a story with all the facts! Lol.

Again thanks for the Report, as you will NOTE from the above blog it arrived just a few days after a letter from the General Medical Council whereby the lame excuses and lies are EXACTLY the same as they are for all other governing bodies and Ombudsman I have approached in the last few years.

As for pointing out your mistakes and appealing....do you think it is at all worth it? As I stated in my blog there is no escaping it either your corrupt and attempting, albeit badly, to cover up for the DCS and the DWP or your totally incompetent and not fit for purpose.

If you do not 'quite get it' then I strongly suggest that both you, your colleagues and your BOSSES have a good long look at the blog I have provided...

Atos and the DWP had ALREADY ASCERTAINED that I needed a home visit! You cannot then change the goal posts without looking like liars or idiots.
