THE DO AS WE TELL YOU

Ladies and gentlemen I have something of a suprise.

As is iften the case this was yet another incident where someone I know started telling me I was wrong about this when I was not actually saying anything, lol. He tried to say I was stating that they had done something wrong when I simply said I was stating things in such a way that they could not deny it.

Well I have had a reply and it turns out that once again they were doing something major league wrong. It will cause a bit of a riot once the letters have been viewed, I anm speaking metaphorically of course but then you never know. Many a statement spoken in jest has become true.

Now before I go into this, because I am sure that due to the subject matter involved there is going to be a whole wave of people and have likely had one already coming here to read about this one. I have never covered it previously because quite simply I had never gotten around to it. It was always something that was going to be bought up in a court case.

Well they just signed their own death warrant ... figuratively speaking... let us call it professional suicide ... except like all of them they are not professionals in the public services, oh except for the fire brigae of course and St John's Ambulance. Hmm probably others.

I digress.

So to recap and refresh ...

I have to conditions classed as disabilities

These were ignored deliberately by the NHS

IN so doing I could be ignored by the DWP and then have a shed load of cash stolen from me.

I was attacked physically and defruaded out of £4,000 by bailiffs acting on behalf of one council who were given my address my my current council that now hold out their hands for Council Tax.

I told everyone in a court hearing twenty years ago that my daughter would have a horrific life. I told the courts this and that I refuse to pay any money because my daughter would never ever see a penny of this.

The first part of that last paragraph I grossly underestimated the dangers my daughter would face, who at 21 has had one court battle, currently has another court battle, has another about to start and then another for damages next year! Ergo ... FECKING LENGTHY AS ALWAYS IS WITH THESE WANKERS!

I have missed out a fair amount but you follow my drift here hopefully ... now are you ready for this?! Sitting down?

THE CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY HAVE BEEN TAKING MONEY FROM ME FOR OVER A DECADE!

I quite literally could not tell you when it started but I seem to recall having a conversation about it with my grandmother when the CSA first told me they were taking it out of my benefits. She died when I was in my third and final year of a BSc Single Honours Degree from Middlesex University, who also shafted me up the arse!

I got my degree in 2000, early 2001 to be precise as I deferred due to Grandmother's death.

Anyhoo...

I had a letter and I posted it up recently of the Child Support Agency writing me a letter stating that I needed to make a 'new arraqngement because CSA is changing'.

I was honestly like "What the fuuuuuuuuuck?!" I simply had to read it again! Knowing them all as I do I immediately realised they had been taking money for the five years since my daughter turned 16, who had two children by thanks to these same fecking idiots who ignored my warnings.

Oh yeah and you probably read it iun the letters I sent to the DWP and CSA in that for her 18th Birthday my daughter got a Dime Bar, yes the chocolate bar, for her borthday! Its kind of why I get frustrated about the blog because I thought I could make some money to help but instead was misled and quite simply cheated and manipulated.

Well yesterday I got two letters, no not one but two, and both from the CSA. One atually had the wrong tone to use with someone like me and even stated they were going to look into it to see if I owe them any arrears?!

Yes you read that correctly.

The second one actually acknowledged the complaint, I ripped them a new arsehole and the letter I sent is on here, but insinuated they only took money from between sometime in 2013 until 2014...

Oh my apologies I read that wrongly and I am afraid it gets even worse for them as it turns oiut they are claiming that they ojnly took money from between 2003 to 2004 and that totalled £220.

And yet you can see quite clearly in the letter that it states that they have taken no money off me since January 2014?! That is probably why when I raced through it I read the 2003-4 as 2013-14? Not that it matters in this instance anyway.

The fact remains that by their own admittance they were taking money from me up until January 2014 and my daughter was 21 about a month later. Yes that reads twenty-one!

Absolutely incompetent ...

Oh yeah and in case I forgot I have been ordered not to record my assessment with Atos! Good God these people really are slow and really fecking stupid! They really fail to see what I presented them with and I told them they wqere liars, lol.

Now they are themselves perusing this blog I will put the statement on here and see if they can work it all out for themselves without someone that possesses grey matter to join the dots up for them?!

"You have no idea how much I have wanted to record one of your assessments!"

Now I have referred long ago to the things I do. Being cryptic was not acceptable to me and I had to be more direct. In my endeavours I wanted to wave the answer right in front of their faces and if they failed to see this then they would look very, VERY incompetent so at the very least taxpayers would ask what the feck was happening to their money!

You could view this as a template for why the Scots wanted out of the UK.

Now I could never really put everything in one post, bugger me I could not do that in ten posts, even bloody long ones! So to see the rest of the lying, cheating, conspiring and fraud by Doctors, GPs, Specialists, the DWP, Atos (yes I do have them!), two Police Forces one which will be in court next year and no less then FOUR LOCAL COUNCILS you will have to use the search function or look up the Peculiar series where I try to condense all the evidence, documentations and audio recordings (ooh boy do I have recording after recording of lies, falsified tests and avoiding looking at parts of anatomy they were meant to) into posts one or two for each area.

Be warned I still have Local Councils and the Police to do yet. So if you cannot find these then it is because they are not up yet, sorry about that but they are coming I assure you of that. Hmm well I should point out that it is actually all on here, I just not have condensed them all down into their own posts yet.

Now ask yourself a question...where has all the money they was taking gone? My daughter has been refused her benefits for 6 weeks despite having two children and I have given her around £150 and will continue to do so whenever she needs it. Yet they have been taking money off me for her?!

Oh and remember I have placed a Freedom Of Information request to the DWP on everything they hold on me to do with the NHS and my health and that I had a phonecell form them stating they cannot find anything. Despite the fact that they have refused 5 applications in the last couple years! A Freedom of Information request must be answered and within a time frame. Once again for the third time a public service has broken the rules, you see my title up there? Yup that title?! LOL!

I am going to listen to the Guy's Hospital Recording I put up here to find out what my knee condition is that they tried to say I have not got, despite the fact I can easily quote not just that but another Orthapaedic Surgeon as having spotted it but then convemiently forgot about it, yes Dr Saksena I never forgot about that! Quite unfortunately for you and do not worry your nopt alone as they lied about the ultrasound on both sides of my groin, yes lied TWICE. LMFAO!

Oh yes and I have quite recently contacted ICE (Independent Case Examiners or yet another so called OMBUDSMAN that is nothing of the kind so once again FRAUD on a grand scale whose email is curiously ice@dwp.go.uk so not what I would call INDEPENDENT) regarding the fact that they stated that the DWP had done nothing wrong by lying about why they failed to come to my home for an assessment or the fact I was refused Disability Living Allowance on several ocassions.

Why did I contact them?

1. I now know what is wrong with me with Fibromyalgia and a problem with Right Knee (forgetting the other things for now)
2. That this diagnosis confirms every single things I have stated to the DWP for over a decade now
3. That I was not only refused Disability Living Allowance for no reason whatsoever as there is no documentation on me when they have had loads and that despite this the DWP failed to mention this at any point when refusing me the benefit, including PIPS right now.
4. Added to this not only was I refused for no good reason, like I was illegally kicked off two GP Registers for no good reason other my awareness that they lie and cheat at Gov's request, that despite the fact that they claimed to investigate my complaint they RATHER CURIOUSLY FAILED TO SEE THIS ALSO?! Meaning they knowingly lied.
5. Oh yeah and I am about to ram the CSA letters down their throats too!

Tip of the iceberg ... tip of the iceberg.

Oh and I can tell you why there were two letters but I have a feeling that I do not need to, lol. After sending one off something got flagged almost immediately. Now whether my reputation precedes me now, Atos ordered me not to record them and I told them to shove that up their arse, or they heard of the blog and loked it up I have no idea.

Think of it like this, look what Southempton General Hospital and the Police did to that married couple? Now saying "I our hearts go out to you and we hope your son does well having that treatment we were too fucking inhuman to give you despite being paid hundreds of thousands in salaries and then lie and deny it would help then tried to faslely label you so we did not look guilty?" Yes that couple. Now think of what has occurred on these pages and then think about the following statement ...

This was just one incident where they got caught out and found out, now how many other cases like this do you think there might be? How many cases could you think there are that are far worse, no matter how hard it is to imagine, than what went on with that little boy and his parents?!

THE WALL AGAINST THE ARCHITECTS (THE ARCHITECTS PART ONE)

You know you must never know exactly what will happen or indeed when. There is no example better than this than the existence of this blog.

I have and do still have many intentions from this blogs existence. I had decided that I wcould try and help people across a very broad spectrum and speak in such a way that it would be very rarely if at all I could be proved wrong. Even if it was ever possible the other problem an potentional enemy had that perused my words would be getting in before I realise I am wrong and post as such offering my humblest apologies.

Tje odd thing is I was aware that in paces I might come across as a real push over. I did not really care about this and wanted to convery all parts and moods of myself to all. There is a little acronym that is used in computing that sums up what I wqas trying to convery, or at least one of thie things I was trying to convery, on here and that is WYSYWYG. Pronounced whizz-ee-wig it stands for 'What You See Is What You Get' and just as much as a soft side I expose I also show my harder side, my humble side, My humourous side and my veangeful side. Oh and yeah there is even my even HARDER side you could call my Kung Fu side, or my Wong Chun Side or there was what an old mate used to call me and my grandmanster side. But I am no grandmaster, as I think you need to have taught someone who themselves becomes a teacher. So similar to a grandfather so to speak. I have only ever shown people a few self defensive things. Unfortunately this was turned into an offensive action in one case as instead of flinging an attacker down a hall way past him he was ran straight into a wall that was right behind him. OOPS!!

Oh yeah did I say my intellectual side?! There is a great more detail about this coming in the last of this particular series of posts.

Yes so I had a lot of intentions with my blogs and my YouTube account which gathered pace when a certain company I will only say starts with a 'G', like Google lol, had me believe I could be making money in no time at all by having their advertisemants on my single blog?! Well I had a dozen blogs and a YouTube account and wasw attracting visitors fast so I went for it! For a year I worked my backside off to the point of passing out on many occassions.

Bizarrely when the numbers looked too far off despite the numbers I was getting I started to slacken off a bit when right out of the blue a letter from California turned up from that company starting with 'G', you know like Google?! This letter and card was speaking as if I was only a month or two away from making regular cash and so I sped up the frequency of gathering media, information and posting where I culd capitalise the most. I wanted to remark about stories iin the media so I did that too building upon this these already many postings.

Now they tell you, everywhere you look, to do at least two or three posts each week and continue to do this. But if I take merely this blog alone I have had close to 1,700 posts! Divided by 3 each week so according to their own figures you should not be expecting any payments by your 566^th week?! Or to put it into a sttark contrast not a single payment after TEN YEARS. Yeah I thought I would put that one in text as you might convince yourself that I accidentally added the ZERO?!

LMFAO!!

Remember that is just ONE BLOG out of a dozen! Though s0ome of those dozen blogs have been neglected, I openly admit as they can be easily viewed, there are several that have not been and themselves have been quite popular.

Of the other popular blogs I have British Wildlife with 386 posts, Orchids at 144 posts, CPUs and Computers at 164 posts, Reptiles Amphibians & Fish at 237 posts, all the others bar one have between 13 and 75 posts each. But just taking into account the popular ones of the ramining blogs that is over 1030 posts to add to the near 1,700 on the corruption blog. That is another 6 and a half years of waiting?! Lol!!

This to me explains entirely and simply how they have achieved their nearly $4 Billion in profits!

But my blog was not intended to make money this way and I was not even aware of it when I started up this blog, but I DID start up the others thinking that they could help speed up the process that many state takes between one and two years?! I now believe that many deliberate and misleading red herrings are about the Internet to appeal to peoples greed or desperation. For me it was depseration and I now know for sure that a lot of it was complete bollocks put up by Google or someone that they themsleves paid to make stuff up.

At the end of the day I do knoy both my subjects and what I did not explain before was that I know the popularity of each one!

But even if I was to say that I knew nothing about the popularity of each one I would say that all this exists on the Internet and it would not take me very long to run around and gather up the evidence behind the popularity of each subject! I could even acquire emails from the onwers of others to prove this too?!

But I need not do that.

As stated before and repeatedly throughout this blog and my other blogs all in fact had a common cause. Anyone who was interested in me eaither as some kind of advisor or even modern day hero and right across to being someone's adversary each and all of my blogs could be checked to discover more about me? Me levels of knowledge in each of the subjects as well as my capabilities, the lengths I can and will go to and exactly why I am so fearless in things I should not be fearless about.

When people tell me to be carfeful about what I am doing and what and who I am posting about I just laugh. The laughter is for many things and other than the fact I do not care there is also the fact that at least I know that if the possibility that I could be assassinated is in their minds then it must therefore be in the minds of peopke that read these posts? That of course was fully intentional from day one and was one of the ways of defending myself. Just one mind you!

To scare someone when iut regards to losing their lives you first have to be sure that they have a life worth being in fear of losing.

When the powers that be have done enough as they have to me it becomes a totally moot point!

That was how I had no fear when I found out who my daughter was being kept holed up in a house by.

I simply had to teach her to think along the same lines without her even knowing it. Like I had been in times gone by she had also been suicidal and also was on the phone a few times. I knoew that there was a chance to actually use this to get her to help herself out of situations by merely showing her the tools available to her mentally.

Kind of whatever does not kill you only makes you stronger and luckily for me it did not and I would NOT let it make me amoral as it no doubt has many others before me. Therefore burning the effigy of 'If you cannot beat them join them'!

So I decided to see if I could do this with others but I needed a blank canvas as my bridges were few or burned in my social life. Maybe I could appeal to a wider audience and starting from scratch and doing something I always wanted to do and felt that I should?!

HELP PEOPLE!

Of course I could not pick and choose who was worthy of help and who was not, so I simply had to just offer it to all and this would work out a great deal better in the long run anyway. I could never be involved of pigeon holing any sections of society or leaving anyone out? Also to be in with a chance of being recognised I would have to work at this and this would take a couple of years to help people to see that I am only wanting to help.

Also hoped that depsite my own desprate situations that I stil did this without expecting anything from anyone.

As mentioned several times I also have three books, two on this subject and one on the subject of another blog, European Amphibians to be precise. As I built up my name and made it familiar with the subject of policitics, quite unfortunately, and corruption I was also building up a recognition of my name with other subjects too.

So therefore with more than 10,000 people familiar with my name on one subject and eing my first subject I could start to think about genuinely putting my books forward for publication or at least consideration for publication. I passt that 10,000 figure quite some time ago now and yes I do mean in one single solitary subject and I do mean this one! SO watch this space on that one!

So let us take the fact that I get some funds from somewhere? This allows me to purchase the wanted list that I have which is fairly long and all items of which allow me to vastly increase the size of my other blogs!!

IT IS THE MASTER PLAN OF BUSINESS PLANS

1. Cash flow from Advertising, oh hello GOOGLE
2. Signing of a contract for publication of my books
3. The awarding of the application of Personal Independent Payments
4. Another source in the form of an award like a grant

These four things are the main and primary ways of generating a small revenue that once started can be used to build upon. In 18 months none of this have yet come top fruition.

HOWEVER, note how all these things are now being DOGGEDLY PURSUED and all right now and all together?! Do yu not find this bizarre?! Oooh I just realised I have just not posted about all the above just yet, one is missing because I am very late tio the party...AGAIN! No matter it wil lbecome clear this week as I print out the letter off my Tablet PC and it gets posted tomorrow demanding answers. LMFAO. Ohh some of you may have guessed that I have quite deliberately dropped a very big hint and the clues are all there to what I am going to do. You just merely have to wait to see what it is that I say!

So yes this entire blog is a business plan to get a very late career started in the form of my own business or possibly TWO businesses. Or one all encapsulating business or a business and a all encapsulating charity. AND NERE THE TWAIN SHALL MEET!

My plans for my subjects as well as my plans to help people go far and away beyond the confinnes of the monitor you are staring at to read this blog and possibly my other blogs too. Oh yeah indeed I truly mean that and it remains to be seen exactly WHAT I can DO and for WHOM I can do it along with WHERE!!

So it is a multi-facteted plan, have I ever done anything else?! LMFAO!

My biggest goal is to help people globally, albeit not politically I do not want to be involved in anyway in policitics. Unless I am lambasting someone for being inhuman....AGAIN!

I have also mentioned about how I have declared the existence of this blog to each and all of my enemies in turn, turn by turn you could argue but all in a short space of time.

One person who hates me doing this and hates the idea of me being suuccesful and even praised once stated to me early on in the life of this blog, well when I say early I mean it was close to a year into it as I never tell people close to me my plans until they are wll on their way, said to me...

“Your not James Bond, you know!”

I simply said she watches too many movies and that life is not like that. But maybe I might be 003.5 to the people eventually?! Lol!

So my acute and high levels of intelligence have been nagging other parts of my grey matter to explain fully my Mastr Business Plan!

So this is in essence the plain explained in words. So to speak?! I do have to actually sit down and work out a report to do and make it more easily obvious on the least amount pf A4 sheets of paper that I can?! Fingers crossed!

This is because to take away the Business Plan is, well if not illegal it should me but also totally immoral if done without giving an explanation to both me and the British public?!

O I hereby state here that this is an explanation to my business plan for the future and that any removal of it will be moet with legal action as I would be well within my rights to have access to a legal defence to defend both my position and the position of this blog.

Or in other words not just emailing bad solcititors knowing that they will phone me up aagain spouting a load of crap that I can record and post up on here!!

LOL!

Or in yet another way this post is part of the plan but as well as an explanation to all comers it also acts in defence of that I have strived to do for 18 months now!

I also plan for the 2 year anniversary to have evolved a great deal even from the stage I am at right at this very moment in time?!

Oh and I just paid £10 for a magazine that has tips and hints about starting your own business!!

THE MAN THAT ROCKET THE CRADLE

Well today I am typing this in a completely new and different environment!

I am doing this for a number of reasons which all stem back at the end of the day to my condition as it now always seems to do 99% of the time.

My tablet PC is perched before me on a table using its leather case and staying upright with no difficulties, which is nice. I am in the large Enfield Library in Enfield Town to and I had a little time to kill and come up with an idea. The trouble is many of my ideas go south for the winter or indeed get forgotten about and that is exactly what this idea is partly to do with.

I came inside here because it is quiet for one but because I have available to me many areas to do things and I wanted specifically to be at and on a desk with this Perrix foldable keyboard. I wanted to see just how easier it is to use it on a fat surface as it pains me to say that using it in one of the places it was intended, my bedroom, is not as easy as I thought it was going to be. Right here and right now though it is doing great. It does not have the feel of a proper, and I DO mean PROPER, keyboard nor can I type anywhere near as fast but it is much better. So I am pleased about that!

Secondly I have meant for a very long time to capitalise on using the areas available to me with this large library where I can get out of the house and still work. But just as i referred to I kept forgetting. Part of the problem previously was that my laptop was just too big and heavy and as I was trying to take out a proper camera with me, well ALMOST PROPER, that would be heavy and not forgetting cumbersome! Going out and doing that with finding yet another laptop and another shed load of cash I do not have for something that is less powerful than what I already have I did not relish doing. These are part and parcel to why I have ended up with a tablet PC which is far more powerful that other tablet PCs but for a fraction of the cost, about a third I would say. Hence also why I bought the keyboard as these two devices would be much lighter to carry, whether it is out and about or even up and down the stairs. Of course it also means that instead of replacing my laptop with yet another laptop which can and likely WILL go wrong I can instead build a new PC Rig that will do all the stuff I want it to, so on the entertainment side of things I will be set! Also by coming in here and doing this I will remember doing it now so that losing the idea in my short term memory will not happen now. See it is all about finding the methods to help you remember.

Blog anyone?!

What started out as a list on a word documents became books and though it never seemed like it what also started out as a series of lists became this blog. But it was NOT a word document that thgis blog started out as, no sir! It was actually a BLOG?! But not actually called by its name of blog but by that of its real name before computers and the Internet came along...A DIARY! Which is what a blog is in essence except that you know that it can and is being read by others. Well if you want it to be that is.

So here I am in the library in the Town Centre to where I live and along the way I popped in a shop to drop some things off and bumped into some friends. It turned out to be quite funny as I poke of fun was made to the fact I referred to myself as a scientist and I laughed as I had, had this before. I then explained that a Science Degree makes you a scientist. I then explained that I turned down a doctorate to work on the software team creating the simulations for keyhole surgeons on how to perform their surgery. THEY do not do this it is WE which would have done it. This works in two ways...

1) Acquiring a science based degree means that you can go off and research and then understand how scientific based things work no matter how complex. You end up with letters after your name meaning you are a Bachelor of Science. There are really only to levels above this which is a Masters Degree, which takes but one extra year, and a PhD or Doctorate which takes two. Acquiring a Doctorate means what you think it does and I would be Dr Martin Haswell and not simply Martin Haswell BSc. I was offered and I said no and regretted it shortly after and have done ever since.

2) Proving that you can go off, research and discover and then pick apart complex scientific structures and being able to understand them, alter them and improve them for a better understanding or to customise them for a bespoke and therefore specific purpose means you can do this again. In another science, be it more complex or less which is why I have always run with the phrase 'It is not Rocket Science!' because someone said that to me once about a science that I do not even have a degree in!! So yeah I can go off and LEARN any sciences connected to that of software engineering! Bah HUMBUG!! Lol.

3) Ergo I was offered a Doctorate which would have been in the world of medicine which in all honesty is not any harder than that of Medicine and is in fact quite the opposite. Indeed as we programmed would we be in contact with a team of surgeons or even a single surgeon and we would ask them questions and make reports and implement them into programming code. This is true for EVERY SINGLE SUBJECT and makes computer science, or software engineering, unique and interesting. You get to learn NEW THINGS TOO!!

4) At the end of each assignment like this there is something that happens to one side of this collaboration that does not occur on the other?! Had I accepted this Doctorate and once completed I would have been highly knowledgeable thereafter in keyhole surgery but the keyhole surgeons wold not be highly knowledgeable in software engineering. Do you know WHAT this inevitably means? That one will be highly knowledgeable than the other. Do you know HOW intelligence and knowledge comes about and the term that is sometimes used to describe this about someone? No? Well that happens to be 'WELL READ'. That is on the face of it what a Degree and University is all about. But many I speak to are repelled by the idea of further education because they think of schools as rules, punishment and a place of misery. Unfortunately, thought they continue to drive their own children to go to school helping something ... STICKS?! When they themselves deny them a better life by purely remembering that they are an ADULT now when they go back and that it is a very different world.

So today when I heard this remark it made me think of something to type, to get across to those I have been so cruel to, my enemies, and will continue to be cruel to while getting worse that they are indeed on a losing battlefield and that they whole time they have been stalling and coming up with dastardly plans, or not give a shit as one mate likes to put it, they will realise that this is no longer a game and that it is something very real and will continue to grow very rapidly throughout 2014!

OH DEAR!

In fact I WANTED everyone to think that it would not achieve anything and think what cold I possibly do on my own. It allowed me to keep adding, acquiring and typing with the sole intention of this blog continuing its existence. All he time adding things that when cross referenced not only stand out but hold up. That all that I have done is real and how it is and that the more I did it the more I convinced those that had read enough to see. But to really get the ball rolling on this one I would have to start doing things on a more revealing level when I was getting a few thousand people each week. Then as I started to make these statements and reveal exactly what was going on and exactly how I was doing it the larger the ratio of visitors would be shocked that this could happen to them or someone they love. Then when trying to stop someone from leaping into the fire the excerpts of this blog will start to be quoted and the more revealing posts will start to resonate with others not even having visited here.

Now this process is happening right now with the few thousand coming each week. As more and more realise they tell more and more people and so on and so forth. The Internet is literally the grapevine to end all grapevines and that News Media and the Government have long failed to ignore that and only now realising. The news media in particular also failed miserable to realise that as time went on and more stories were found on the Internet which they shockingly did not cover people would trust them less and less.

So in other words the newspapers and media moguls are NOT losing money for the reasons they say that they are only in that the Internet is revealing processes to be wildly expensive and making mountains of money and not only out of the publics pockets but also out of their purses too!
All of this is of no fault to anyone else but those that ran said organisations and yet despite this the public purse is being defrauded while the public offices are all corrupt and the public services are not services any longer nor have they been for sometime.

I showed my friend that tiny device I used to record all that I have and the list of who including the two Detective Constables of Merseyside Police. He simply gave a Mona Lisa like smile and simply said "I WANT ONE! And I want YOU to show me how to use it. I then said "and NOW your getting at what my blog is all about, well part of it at any rate!"

So I came up with this idea to explain certain processes in detail, trust mew the best is YET to come but it is coming, just do not be too disappointed and its pure simplicity, lol. Oh there will also be a first part with a different title but will explain when I post it.

So now that I have let the proverbials screaming out of their bags they are checking on here. They would not have read a great deal and not have grasped the gargantuan proportions as of yet. There are likely way over 2,000 posts just on this blog alone and tens of gigabytes of data in many forms. I think I am not really doing myself justice as this does not include any part of the 1100 videos I have on my YouTube account either!!

Oohhhh that has gotta hurt!! Simply got to!
Realising too that I have amassed 100,000 visitors is going to be alarming and it is now going to take them many months to go through all this blog and all my data. Ooohhhh smarting just a bit now?!

Also much of the country has been kicked in the teeth lately by the government, public offices, public services and worst of all the atrocious weather! So God knows how many have been able to go online?! God knows how many have been flooded out?! Poor bastards!! God knows how many have lost electricity or even seen their laptops floating away down what used to be their street?!

Pretty soon this should all calm down, fingers crossed for them that it does, and WHEN it does the weather will be a bit warmer. People will be a little happier and the will socialise a great deal more.

Now when this warmer weather inevitably coincides with an increasing in socialising my weekly figures will rocket. I have also completed a flurry of posts to make them rocket ever higher too. Also I am about to do many more posts with photos I have on other sites so this will help attract even more people too from other subject fields?!

Oohh1h dear, you had better get through my posts in double time?! It took the various news media groups several months to do this, I wonder how long it will take public offices? Twice that long? Three times?!?!

THE GREAT HALLS OF SHAME PART ONE

I have not mentioned this before so here is a first, well two firsts actually.

I was had this plan... inn my head which was fully intended to get posted, probably about a month, that I was going to title 'THE HALL OF SHAME'. It was to be named this after another hall of shame I discovered some years back. Indeed this hall of shame and the site in question made me wonder what I could do if I worked alone!

It occurred to me that without affiliations, a job, money and with a terrible disability condition called Fibromyalgia that I just might be able to achieve a great deal without setting off any alarm bells and having any hired thugs coming after me to be carted off to intensive care.

Due to a comment I posted that came from one personal friend of mine another personal friend speed it and sent me a link to the site I had forgotten about.

So I have found that Hall of Shane that so impressed me and I suggest you just go and have a look.

Dear Sirs

NR746864D & FOI REQUEST

First off neither you not your annual report answers the three questions I recently out to you.

Could you please clarify as to why this is.

Also and out of curiosity concerning your reaction I would like to explain a couple of things as I have the opportunity.

1) I requested that you look at my case concerning the DLA. You performed abysmally and were biased...

Since this time I have correctly discovered my condition. Acquired proof that several Doctors were under instruction to consider against me and in each and every case I acquired proof of this.

An attempt was made to discredit me which I fully expected and which failed miserably. As a result of discovering how widespread the corruption is between the NHS and the DWP asking with Ombudsman I am now on my firth GP, stopped another attempt to discredit me and falsely claim I was crazy. Then another to state I was violent just when I declared I had several lots of recorded audio of several Doctors lying.

I raised the matter with the GMC who I knew would do nothing just as I knew you would. They broke a confidentiality clause by informing my last GP of a good reason to get rid of me by kicking me off the register. This backfired...

I caused a stir and raised the complaint further and NHS England took up the complaint before I could approach the PHSO, who I am also aware well do nothing. I received retorts from the owner of the GP Surgery, Tracey Jenkins and NHS England and they did what I wanted and out the lures down in black and white.

So I issued a nine page report and I handed this in to the GP Surgery and in it I explain that I had been recording various meetings and appointments with many different departments within the NHS, DWP, Local Councils and various Ombudsman among others. I explained which were lies, his they lied and what they lied about! I explained that not only did I have a Chase Farm Hospital Doctor admitting on tape that he lied about an ultrasound concerning a life threatening condition but that there were TWO CONDITIONS on the ultrasound that he claimed were CLEAR! He was extremely embarrassed.

Just today I received an odd phone call from NHS England claiming to be performing a survey on my concerning the complaints procedure. Except I failed to mention that surveys are done via text messages. When she realised I was completely unhappy about both the reports she then became animated and stated that the complaint would now be handed to a different department to be dealt with?!

A little odd when the report I have here clearly states that my option now is to go via the PHSO, which I already have done anyway.

What front line staff knew or not I did not care. What excuses they have for not knowing I do not care either. Years of injustice had been done to me and I am not going to stop and think about front line staff who are simply to think to take things on board and not listen, they had their chances note they have to decide if they can trust their bosses.

I have done and acquired a great many other things in the last few years...

In fact I have of late informed all now that I have been publishing all letters, emails, documents, scanned letters and recordings online and that I have 100,000 visitors and will likely hit a million during 2014 for certain. In fact I have handed a great many links to those I have set traps for to reveal the corruption, fraud and technically high treason being performed.

Yet I can airways rely on over confidence and arrogance of those I contact as they never ONCE so to think what else is on my blog and whether or not there is anything about them on there?!

In fact when I started the blog 18 months ago I stated that there was lots of things that had gone on for years before and showed paperwork going back to 2000 or before. I ALSO STATED that as the next two years would go on I would indeed come into contact with a great many public offices, private companies and almost all the Ombudsman.

I stated that not one public service nor ombudsman would do anything as they should and that includes having evidence on take and would not even be asked for this.

Thus was to show to the world that minutes are being defrauded from the taxpayer without ANY INTENTION of doing anything for it. Which is a cringe against the people and therefore the country.

In the process I had also for intended to goad many to take me to court. Shop Direct did this and lost! They own Very, Isme and Littlewoods Catalogues.

Enfield Council made steps towards it but suddenly gone quiet and not answering my requests and I have informed them that I will sue them very publicly this year for lack of help and greed.

The only other firm to do this thus far was Eon Energy but unfortunately they bottled it when they realised I could do then enormous amounts of damage and take away laws that favour them which should not.

I had planned for several others to take me to court within 2014 as this is just one of many possibilities where I can have my say and my day.

Indeed I did get to do that with Northampton County Court and they oddly apologised as did the debt company and starred they were launching an investigation now.

What did I do to achieve this?!

Well I simply pointed out one other little fact that many over confident and send obsessed people failed to realise along with everything else....

I have then the addresses to all my blogs and my YouTube account with probably around 3,000 and 1,000 posts respectively because...

Not only is everything that I have in their proof it is also so time stamped to when I posted it so it all acts as evidence. Like this letter right here which will be posted to and what will interest the growing number of angry members of the public is the following points..

I contacted and put in a claim for DLA last year and heard nothing. I told you that I heard nothing and then heard nothing from you.

Now I have been into a Job Centre and phoned up the Personal Independent Payments section, was asked some questions and told a form was on its way. That was awhile ago and I have not received anything as yet.

I have also contacted the Disability Living Allowance once again. I have pointed out that for several years now they wrongly refused me DLA and that I can prove what I have wrong which backs up everything I have starred, no matter how weird, for the last dozen years. Oops!

As I have contacted both these groups and have been ignored yet again for the fourth time for the DLA I am now emailing you once again to state that I am being ignored.

In case you were wondering then YES that was me that recently requested the information under the Freedom of Information Act regarding public funded organisations.

Don't worry you're in the company of a great many others. Though I am not sure exactly who will turn it to be the worst of the list.

So now you have another opportunity to do nothing, I mean something. Only this time your more than aware of what I am capable of and you should be because a great many others are including the Police, MI5 and GCHQ.

I do winner whether there will be a growing need for vindication on your part?

THE FIGURES OF AWE

So the very first Freedom of Information request has been worked on!

That is the first of around forty I contacted. This is not all of them and I am not even sure as to where to look to acquire them all?!

It will be interesting too because I fully intended to contact several dozen so that I can get a view of various... err variations! Lol.

It will be interesting to see how many have complied fully asking with his many failed to answer, if any did fail. Yes I have a great deal of responses but I doubt I have forty in all but as I get to work on each one and publish my findings more may yet come in,  albeit late. In fact I say late and yet those arriving in the last week have been apologising for being late already.

Be interesting to see if any return in the next month that fail to apologise?! Lol.

So the first one is in and it does not bode well for those that occupy seats of privilege in the House of Commons and you could include Lords?!

I sunshine that the two offices for the Presidential Health Service Ombudsman must be sprawling and not forgetting city centralized. Therefore expensive and just made me realise I forgot to include one particular mathematical formula for a set of figures?! Damn it! Lol!

Done!

So what we can take from the first set of figures is that the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman employs a total of 455 people in one capacity or another.

The total cost of the combined annual salaries is a fraction under £20 Million!

This does not include the costs of the two buildings and nor does it add expenses and I find that it is odd they fail to include cost of office building running and value. Also the expenses only seen to include accommodation which was only a few tension of thousands of pounds over an unspecified period.

A little bizarre and a little evasive.

Will it is,  either that or they have no idea and nor do they keep track of what they are spending let alone what they are spending it on.  Lol.

As this process of the Freedom of Information request responses are worked upon over the next 6 Monday there will be a few things to bare in mind.

First off it was my intention,  or one of the main ones at any rate, to start this blog to help people.  This could be achieved in a number of ways...

1) Make the wider public aware of the truth
2) Shower the similarities across various public services and Ombudsmen do you recognise the process
3) Show victims how I fought a huge establishment and how I beat them so teaching then to use technologies they already own to perform their own recordings and keep their cool to bid their time and therefore continue gathering their own set of recordings.
4) To show those that have been deserted by their own family and friends that you are not alone and that someone is fighting for you.
5) That I endeavor to not allow my pretty any means of escape so that the truth will out and leave no other option than to make the changes that WILL help this country and a proper start to recovery, instead of wasting for the lies to be believed.
6) To show in the end that I have strived for more than TWO YEARS (counting blog existence only) to help people and have achieved this for very little in the way of finances and with
  a) Pain in both feet that number around half a dozen
  b) Pain in both ankles
  c) Pain in both knees
  d) Pain in both hips
  e) Pain in groin
  f) Pain in most of back
  g) Difficult Concentrating and Focusing
  h) Short Term Memory Problems

Lastly and best of all are the filtering while I chase up the Freedom of Information requested I have made is that I am requesting them from all those I have previously requested help from and in many cases requested several times.

That via an extremely similar process across the board the requested help came to nothing but with the following points..

1) They would always start by agreeing they were in the wrong and to in the right
2) They would then completely change their decision based on nothing concrete at all
3) Deliberately holding data back they would then stick to this decision despite being told I had evidence and recordings of various things.
4) Being intentionally caught in my headlights each one would simply not know Howe to deal with this and stick to their decisions and WITHOUT even requesting to peruse my batting formats of evidence?!
5) Then asked if they could prove they ever did anything as they were unable even with my evidence I never got an answer
6) The BULLSHIT they dish out to public is actually pre-written and I have had several people forget I had contacted then previously and repeat QUITE LITERALLY word for word what they stated the first time around.

Also to bare in mind is that I have not requested costs for running off...

1) Local Councils
2) NHS with Hospitals, GP Surgeries, Primary Care Trusts and anything else
3) The full list of Police Forces and running costs
4) I need a bloody team of people and a PA?! Sound like an Ombudsman already? Nope it is the Fibromyalgia, lol.
5) Just thought of Mayor's Offices around the country too

So going forward it is going to look increasingly bad just for the Ombudsman alone and I am still undecided about whether to dive into the other so-called help organisations after the Freedom of Information requests are all published?

The fact the total salaries for the PHSO is around £20 Million and that I have 39 to go and do not have all Ombudsman makes me wonder if I can fairly reliable predict that the combined salaries of all Ombudsman staff is...

759960000 or £760 Million, possibly £7 Trillion in American terms?

Also I apologise that the number is double posted, see at the foot of this post, as Google and their Android Jellyean, their Google Blogger App and their newly acquired Quick Office are still shamefully abysmal, funny how the, dearer than books now, magazines mostly fail to mention this?!

Office does not have a 'select all' option would you believe?!

The laying on starting be document is miles away even on 7 inch laptop and no way of changing this?!

Quick Office throws a wobbly if your not online when you start it, this and most tablets do not have built in broadband.

Does not like you typing numbers either and colours the text blue while undermining it and refusing to allow you to edit it to.

Blogger app refuses to allow you to take off accidentally attached files to a blog post without force closing too?!

It does not include its own terms and names within its own libraries?! Lol!

Anyway back to the Ombudsman and I think you can see now that the is going to be an extremely vast contrast between costs to the taxpayer of just a few sections of public servants who do nothing of the kind comparison to the welfare bill.

Of course there will be a vast difference in the living allowances of the two while one wants to be paid to do something while the other is paid handsomely to do nothing. In fact one even hires and pays others so that they can then do less than nothing?!

I wonder he the discovery of time travel well stem from one of these public services?! Lol!

So the salary layout could conceivably be close to if not in the trillions of pounds?! Now THAT I certainly did not foresee! Not even close!

OK and I am admitting here that these figures were going to be impossible to pedicure reliably closely. But I thought that the entire tax payers bill, lol typed Bill but gave me bull, would amount to several hundreds of millions of British Pounds?! The one thing I was sure of was that it would be way higher that the welfare bill while at the same time all doing absolutely nothing.

Remember of course you have to factor in the costs of the entire NHS and the fact that they themselves lie and cheat if they think for a moment they can get away with it and that you will not die soon enough to be linked to them?!

But then they would probably have someone on hand to state it was something else anyway just so that they can continue being paid over inflated salaries to do nothing more than to lie, cheat and falsity test results and medical records.

Now then and even at this early stage I find myself wanting to ask...

Exactly WHAT WAS IT you wanted to blame benefit claimants for?!

Exactly WHERE is the tax payers money being wasted and by who?!

Exactly how many fingers on one hand would it take to equal the number of public services that DO ACT HONORABLY?!

Exactly how many fingers on one hand would it take to show the number of private firms that do the same thing?!

LMAO!!

A SAINT WITH ONLY FAITH

It is always surprising to me how things work out. No matter how much I pay attention to detail and fully intend particular outcomes and how often I achieve it, it always comes as a surprise... every time.

Through this blog and of course including the preceding years immediately before setting it up it was almost always the same.

Right at this very moment is a perfect example unfolding before my eyes and now yours. I have already started covering it done time ago but now it has taken a few twists and turns. Rather surprising turns I might add.

I always had the belief that if you stick to the truth and the facts then it all falls into place. My enemies that have destroyed my own life and those I care about are about to get a very hard as well as lengthy lesson in this. It will be their own fault and will only have themselves to blame.

In all areas, organisations and public offices my story and claims have always been the same. This is most notable with my correspondences with organisations that you trust and would never expect criminal behaviour from to defraud you. After so many tricks and lies you have to accept the truth about what they have become.

For the last year you have read while I have ranted about my health, the NHS and the DWP. In particular the lies, arrogance, tricks, utter rudeness and lack of professionalism with my last GP.

Well I believed that with all of them I would eventually win and thought it would be interesting and maybe even exciting as will add helpful to others to read. I was convinced that the longer it continued the worse it would be for these departments and that eventually people would see the truth, no matter how many Ostriches wanted to bury their heads in the sand.

In fact you would find several correspondences between myself and those that made themselves my enemy that if they take this course of action that they will lose and that the longer they doggedly stick to this the worse it will be when they do lose.

The longer it goes on the amount of lies increases, the more mistakes they make, the more days I get, the more visitors I get and so on and so forth. Things reveal themselves that not even I expect.

Those that paid attention will know I have been given years of cheap crap drugs most of which have not worked. That when I explained an odd behaviour, like getting hot and sweaty more than usual I get spoken to like a child and told everyone seats? Yah THINK!!! I have had literally hundreds of appointments over the years and they have all failed to spot the one single thing wrong with me and now it's entirely possible that every diagnosis I have ever had could be wrong.

Well I was looking for a new GP recently and I found one. I have been to this surgery three times now and in every single visit they have found things. Several things actually and it is not over yet, far from it, it turns out and several things are likely to emerge.

First of all in this period I bumped into a nurse, not the one (or really two) I already know but someone I had not met before. We chatted and I explained what had happened previously and about this blog. But not to much. She then said that she had been forced out of a hospital under very bad circumstances. She did not see eye to eye with other nurses and doctors and for the following reasons...

A new attitude is being forced onto health staff that includes both nurses and doctors that states that patients should not be allowed to talk and explain anything about their symptoms. If they do you are too just ignore them and go ahead and diagnose them. All in a few minutes remember?!

She then explained that she expressed her utter horror at this and kept disagreeing, obviously arguing, with other nurses and doctors in that the only thing you have to go on is what the patient described to you.

I said that this was very true and that they have this added new aversion to performing any tests especially if they cost money. I then explained how it was a big con, no diagnosis means money saved on prescriptions, treatment, all benefits and support from the DWP, Local Councils and anyone else you would otherwise be able to turn to for help.

She simply raised an eyebrow.

A week ago I had to meet another nurse at my surgery and while there she asked me to provide a urine sample and I said I did not think I could and she shed me to try. Lo and behold I did and she said "right you are not drinking enough water" and I did I knew. Then she revealed I had a high protein count in it too. I asked how much I was supposed to have and she said none! Then she did something I had been expecting to be asked for 5 years and has given up expecting, the over forties health check up and I agreed. She also said they would have to send my sample of for testing.

I returned a week later and I was tested for three things and I silted all three to my shock. Cholesterol, glucose and...err something else Lol. So I was ordered to eat fruit and Benecol and come back for a blood test and again after Christmas for another test, but way after Christmas due to the obvious over indulgences with eating, not that I do.

I went back in today to give a blood sample as well as a print out. I said previously that in the appointment with the new GP I starred that I previously thought I had Charcot Marie Tooth disease but this was ruled out but now knew it was Fibromyalgia . I stated I would be extremely grateful if he could refer me to a specialist and he simply replied "good luck"?! When I asked why he said that he started that there were very few people around who specialised in it which was a real surprise to me. After all I found someone in London who specialised in Charcot Marie Tooth so this must surely be body easy?

After the  appointment I emailed a number of Fibromyalgia groups and within twenty four hours two tepid to me. They both said exactly the same thing and said something surprising that only made what my new GP stated as confusing. "Yes there are specialists at Guy's Hospital"?! I looked it up and though there was a Professor Stevens who had sadly died there were still five names on the list in their website!

This is confusing because Guy's Hospital is bloody famous and you think a doctor of years of experience would know this? Unless...

Despite being American the author in that book with quotes I posted up here did state that there are some doctors that believe Fibromyalgia dies not exist. Well once again I am a living  embodiment of the fact that this is simply not true. Not by a long way.

If it turns out that this is the stance my GP takes I can change that within 5 minutes tops. Twenty years ago I start getting odd symptoms start to build up until 13 years ago when they started to become a real problem and I started to pressure the NHS for help. Up until the last year when I first wrongly diagnosed Charcot Marie Tooth which was seemingly ruled out by Electromyograpy and Nerve Conduction Studies. Only those tests were performed I should add, for anyone who is a stickler for attention to detail. Still despite being wrong the diagnosis WAS entertained. A matter of months later and I stumble across the real culprit that fits like a tailor made silk glove woven by angels in heaven.

Hmm yes I stated it was not over? Yes well after the phlebotomy I stood at the reception with my list of names at Guy's and the Doc was standing their as were both receptionists...

"Ahh hello" I said and he greeted me with the same.

"I have something here for you.." I continued.

"I do not want ANYTHING FROM YOU, this is my mud morning coffee break!" He replied

"Oh..." I continued "I can always guarantee that I will run peaceful coffee breaks!" I exclaimed while the two receptionists started laughing. I said I handed over the list explaining what it was, said my goodbyes and have a wry smile and left.

But at 7pm tonight my mobile rang with a number I did not recognise and I answered it was the Doctor. He tried to ring earlier and it seems that the urine test came back and their are some issues. I have to pick up a prescription for some pills, I'm assuming are antibiotics, tomorrow and I have to have my kidneys tested for something or other.

One year with the man who should have made sure he was the smartest man in the room before opening his giant gate and I could not get a single diagnosis for the things that I KNOW I have. One week at this new surgery and kaboom! Three failed tests, more blood tests and other tests to come!

Now remember... the majority of pills, like even ibuprofen, have a bad effect on your kidneys. Many are toxins which have to be filtered out just like anything else, say like alcohol. Eventually you will knacker them out and how about this for irony? I was watching the end part of the third film, The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest, in the trilogy and an old secret service guy needed kidney dialysis every two days to stay alive. When I restarted the film he was in hospital about to be arrested!

Now THAT is irony!

Now it only remains to be seen, listen to me with the only, what the results of the cholesterol, glucose, blood and kidney tests are. They did seem quite concerned about these and was shocked that they rang me at 7pm in the evening to tell me. I stated to the doctor that this was unusually professional of them where he chucked a bit before saying "we do try" and I said well not many do.

One had to wonder if that irony well be outplayed by the fact that anything that had been done to my kidneys is down to the crap and wrong drugs I have been given over the years. Also of interest would be any legal implications this may have upon the NHS in time. My guess would be that there will be some series implications. Like the cholesterol test, with me not eating take-away foods or smoking any longer, I also do not drink alcohol!

I have a sneaky suspicion that the NHS are going to start putting their hands together and praying that I am lying about many things but now that I do still smoke and drink like a fish?!

Oh dear.

In all this time and in all I have attempted to do I have relied on but one single thing...

Faith in the truth.

THE WAR ON THE HORIZON

I have now been at these blogs for well over a year, for this one was the first, and a little over a year for all the others.

Now as I have stated previously I have not been able to acquire as much as I would have liked for many while one or two I did provide more that I thought I would. This one and the British Wildlife one being examples, possibly only ones, of the latter. I also stated that I had a great deal of plans to get through I referred to as phases. Now it may well be seen by many that I have provided a hell of a great deal and everything that I possess but this is not the case. I have been rather forgetful for quite some time and not only do I recall things I forgot to cover but added to this my data I made available is only around 10% of everything that I have.

This data takes over 50GB to store at a wild guess and likely is more. Of course my increasingly forgetful nature has now turned out to be part of the affliction that affects the different parts of my body and called Fibromyalgia. Discovering this not only explained that but just about everything right down to the fact I have never been able to get to grips with my symptoms. Not an easy thing for me to accept I can tell you. Knowing this know helps me a great deal as there is a whole list of questions bouncing around within my head that have now vanished. Boy am I happy about that.

Now there are a number of things that I have been missing in the way of tools that would have allowed me to provide more input into all of my blogs, including this one. I call it the 'Productivity Shopping List'. Mostly this is to do with a working environment, which is literally terrible even if I had no physical problems. Some of them are to do with access to the things or places that could help me. As I also stated I have done all that I have with next to nothing and ask for nothing in return though I dare say there may have been a fair few that in the beginning might have thought this unrealistic and even impossible. Yes it would have seemed like that to me on many occasions too but I was never one to give up quite so easily. So before I lead on to a list of intentions and possibilities I thought it might be an idea to show a couple of lists?

But before I do I would like to mention a little something I have spoken about with a number of people. That is fund raising and before anyone thinks 'ooh here we go', stop. My blogs are free and always will be, my books wont, lol, because I do intend to make a career out of all this and become self-employed and self-sustaining. But try as I might and with unreasonable amounts by com0panies that really want free advertising for a lifetime before you get any payback I also need to explain, especially if you are not British, that there is no help in this country. I say that with certainty as the chances are that I have covered or referred to my many attempts to seek help with various authorities. It became apparent, after starting to work in my own store and then having to give it up, that I would have to do this myself and without any interference from anyone. Unfortunately this is something that all public offices right up to the cabinet, Downing Street I mean not Mahogany furniture! I heard about a website called Kickstarter and what I heard sounded like a great idea. I had meant to look for months but kept forgetting but then I was not too keen on going this fund raising type route and swore to myself that my blogs would go for at least a year for each and every one before I would even consider doing this. At least to show that I was dedicated to it and that it was and is a passion of mine to do all this. Unfortunately it stated something on the Kickstarter web-page that said they 'do not accept people wanting others to fund their lives' which when I read I thought oh crap, that would basically be what I am asking or seem to be. Though this is not strictly true of course as a glimpse on here and all my other blogs show that I have been attempting to help others as well as educate them too. If they WANT to be helped and educated that is as it is purely down to them. I can only light the way I cannot tread your footsteps for you. Well actually I may be able to tread some of them but that I will get to in a later paragraph.

So there were two things and one consisted of this shopping list of tools that would help me be more productive, and therefore help more people, and the other being intentions which would also help more people. But I would need to email several firms to see if this is possible and about little details like the costs. Sounds mad and totally impossible but that is not the point. The journey can be more educational and enlightening than the destination as the crew of Apollo 13 discovered, as heartbreaking as it was for them.

Now for the first of two lists...

PRODUCTIVITY LIST

1 – WORK SPACE COMPUTER (build it and cover it in the blog)

The current position I am sitting in and the placing of my body and the monitor of the laptop is not ideal and causes me to NOT want to switch it on when I come in. Gets painful, uncomfortable and strains my eyes.
This would consist of motherboard, APU (all in one AMD chip so no extra graphics), RAM, SSD Drive and HDD Drive. A monitor and possibly a second one fitted to a clamp monitor holder with a swivel arm so I can sit more comfortably on a sofa to do my typing.

2 – TABLET COMPUTER

This I am undecided about as I have never really liked them because I think they are a con. You pay the same price for the top ones as a far more powerful laptop. They do not have a proper keyboard so you need to buy one making them even more expensive. They have this forced upgrade policy where you are forced to buy a new one after 18 months or so.
But they are bloody handy and super portable. I can take one with me and not notice it is there and work on my blogs from anywhere that I am. Of course there are a load of other benefits too.
A better bet would be an, though I would hate to admit it and those that know me as soon as I say the word, Apple Laptop! YUKK!! APPLE!!! A 13 inch err whatever they are called would be the more sensible option. But these are not cheap and I am not sure I could live with myself handing over £1,000 to Apple?! LOL.

3 – TRAVELLING

Obviously the word 'CAR' would be the obvious choice here but that is a distant dream presently.
More sensible right now, if these Amitriptyline get their dosages raised and work even better, would be to travel by train and spend a few days in places. Mainly to do with wildlife but also may be able to capitalise on other things while there. Local stores, people, experts and likely other things that do not spring to mind right now. I cover a dozen subjects so the list could be fairly long.
That list could be longer but you get the general idea of where I am going here, hopefully.
The other list many might find a little more intriguing and can be quite productive. At the moment I can only think of one thing that is on this list, there may be others but the one I am very aware of right now is the main one and an idea I have had for a long time...

1 – GETTING A SOLICITOR

Strange as it seems and despite my previous mentions and attempts at obtaining a solicitors services they are generally unhelpful, well the crap ones are.
I have had this idea since before the blogs even started about hiring a solicitor with my own money?! Yes you read that correctly and with one sole purpose that will sound mad but will make3 you think long and hard about it....

TAKE THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO COURT!

Now I know what many people I know would say as well as many in my family... 'Do not be stupid, how can you do that? You would never win!' ooh but au contrere! You do not have to WIN to actually WIN do you now? Think about it for a moment.
I stated earlier on in this post that it is the journey that can turn out to be the most educational and indeed the most productive. An endeavour that would be covered on here, raise an eyebrow with the media and along the way get a great deal of people thinking and realising the truth?! Possibly?

So to define it better it would matter not what a Judge ruled at the end of it but along the way enough could be revealed or even just hinted at to make more people realise the truth which would force many changes for the better. How long this would take I do not know and could take a year or could take three years. However the one thing I cannot get past would be the costs. Presently and for the foreseeable future this is simply way out of sight. Well sort of! I would happily fund that it is to save my country from going down the toilet or buy its soul back from the current owner, the devil lol. I do intend to email a few people and try to find out exactly what a mad scheme like this would cost and how long it would take. I think it would be one hell of a ride and possibly do a great deal of good. Kind if like when I paid £10 for someone else's fine for getting caught on a train without a ticket! When a few hundred people were looking and the ticket inspector sat down in utter shock at what I just did I was asked why I did it? I simply said one thing after a smile crept across my face...

“It was worth the £10 to see the looks on everyone's faces.” which was then followed by a roar of laughter.

People take notice when you do something out of the ordinary. For those that have realised and read enough of my posts people need a jolt. A shock if you like. Think of it like shaking someone to make them wake up but without the physical shaking of course. I do that a lot and in many ways and at times I could be accused of being a little cruel.

I do get angry at things done by the authorities and although I set about doing things knowing that the people I am dealing with will do nothing with feeble excuses and very possibly lies to I still get angry. Unfortunately, or fortunately it could be argued, I am saddened and maddened by this complete waste of space and money and I still get angry all the same. I then USE this anger to react as it is very often the case that the best titbits for me to use is when I suddenly respond with anger and even name calling. That barrage I then send them or tell them to their faces then has them struggling for the words to string together for excuses and their reasoning to provide me to abate the anger. Or even to just have me go away, lol.

I call this method the 'Shaking the Tree' and 90% of the time provides the best results. An unfortunate but necessary thing to do. You cannot just stroll up to people or organisations and ask them for the secrets or expect them to just come out with the details to provide pieces to the jigsaw. This is especially true when your talking to people you are well aware are likely just pawns and fall guys and do not even know why they are telling me the crap that they are or that the people they work for fully intend for them to take to blame when they get found out.

You can see this in motion right at this very instance in time, I love it when things fall into place to suit me and this blog, lol. It has been reported, and I covered it very recently, the one bank has been found to be deliberately tricking and conning people so that they can get a hold of their property and assets? This is the Royal Bank of Scotland but I dare so will be a number of others too which will likely come out over time. I also stated that many of them got out of debt rather quickly too many months ago in another post. Now this has been revealed the head of RBS have appointed a solicitor to investigate or as I like to think of it...to find someone down the line they can pin it all on?!?!

It is simply a complicated modern method of plausible denial. Pure and simple.

The trouble is we know now that banks have been doing it. Through this blog many of you now realise that all public and many private companies have been up to no good and that they will all have contingency plans to pin the blame on someone further down the hierarchy.

Now consider the fact that we are told that we are wrong in not working when we cannot and the government drive you with the proverbial whip to work for companies whereby you will be set-up to be the fall guy in the event that their dastardly plans go south for the winter?!

What they have is a level of distrust that they are only making worse by continually showing that they are flouting the rules and laws so badly because they have been helped and told that they can easily get away with it. They will not be punished for their dastardly plans and that sends out a message that lying, fiddling and crime is OK. Yes they say openly that crime is not OK but that is not the message that is received. Quite the opposite in fact and they have been doing it now for what seems like an eternity and they continually make it worse. Oh but like everything else they will blame it on someone and eventually each other. By this time they would have completely destroyed England and all it residents.

From older people right the way down to children you will see a degenerating society whereby the actions towards their peers will be increasingly vile.

I digress.

So to achieve this turnaround I can reach more people by way of a legal battle against those responsible. While doing this I can also show that no matter what I have NOT befallen their trap, whether they intended this or are just plain stupid. I refuse to be changed into something I am not nor want to be because of the selfish and misguided actions of those in power.

I flatly refuse to become a degenerate and a scheming liar.

They should not take this as a weakness either and I am fully capable of kicking the arses of those that deserve it. I am fully capable of going that extra mile for those that are pure evil and never change and care not or even wish to take the lives of others.

Well I think I pretty much made that crystal clear already.

So how can all this be put into motion?

Well if I give in and decide to place on simple button with each of the blogs pages, that is how. A simple 'donation' button. To increase my input and do this endeavour I can simply place a button for others that believe this would be productive and do that which I stated I would be happy to do. Had the earnings started arriving when I wanted them to I would not have considered it.

The beauty of the button is that it will be there to simply have people donate whatever they wish to and I would certainly not ask for any figure. It could be 10 pence or ten pounds, it really would not matter to me but to others it could show that they took part in something that may turn out to be something big. Something that changed things nationally or even globally. Possibly? If of course I decide to do it.

The truth is I am undecided. The idea of the legal action has been rattling around in my head for several years. The idea of the contributions button has only been rattling around my head for about four months, if that. I told someone in my family a few months ago that the time of me accepting help from any one has long since past. That really has not changed at all. But even deciding to place the dreaded button there I of course face somewhat of a conundrum...

The idea of the blog was to each as many people as I could within the UK so that they would see the truth. My total visitors thus far is over 70,000 and at the end of the day I do not know how many even believe this country can be saved? Or indeed they want to save it? Or think it is even possible? A contributions button and the legal action may be moot points already, or even just one is a moot point?

Despite my many claims throughout the life of this blog I simply do not know!

If I DO decide to add the dreaded button it would only ever be optional and will not happen just yet as I am still mulling it over and may yet decide not to do it.

But then on the other hand at least people may realise that any money donated would actively be shown to be trying to change things for the better. Far better than funding say a protest march or marches and likely to be far more productive.

Well I say that but really I mean in my estimations and hat was what I had planned if all else failed.

I simply cannot decide whether this is a good idea or not but keep telling myself there is no harm in trying. The donation button itself may even be an experiment on its own and show me what people really think? I would rather see a million people donate a penny than one person donate a million pounds! And yes I know that the million pounds is more money than the million pennies which is indeed why I said it!

Please be assured that Dr Gubbay’s employers have a professional obligation to contact us immediately, should any fitness to practise concerns arise at any time or as a result of our enquiries.

It is not unusual for doctors to have more than one role, and so more than one employer. The doctor is obliged to inform the GMC of all his employers so we can seek reassurance from each of them that there are no wider fitness to practise concerns which should be brought to the attention of the GMC.

 Once we have obtained all employer responses, an assistant registrar will re-assess your complaint to decide if any further action is required, although in the absence of any adverse employer comments it is unlikely that we would proceed to a full investigation.

The detail you have provided will remain on our system and if, in the future, any further concerns are raised to us in relation to Dr Gubbay’s fitness to practise, the information you have provided will be available to us for consideration.
