Oh and just a quick one for the record ...

I have had nothing back from the Post Office regarding my complaint.

HOWEVER ...

I then went back to a different Post Office and this time with my birth certificate along with all the others ... as well as my drivers licence which turned out was not out of date.

I handed them all over and what did they do?

They picked up my out of date passport and used that?!

Want to put that on here before the Post Office backs up the guy and claims that the passport is not a reliable form of ID, we KNOW its no longer a passport but that is not the issue here.

Plus the drivers licence is not out of date and a document that the DVLA told me in person, and yeah I have been in the building in Swansea, is not a form if ID and had kept telling the Post Office this but they just kept ignoring for years.

THE THIRD NAIL

I had a letter this morning which was quite a surprise.

Not here is something to cook your noodles when I say that someone is paying attention.

I do believe that someone somewhere has worked something out?

What was this letter, I hear you asking?

Well I have had four victories out of four thus far and the fourth one came in a letter today as I have now been awarded a Freedom Pass and it so long ago I applied I only recently remembered it and was about to turn my focus on them. Right about the time that I was to get my hands on some crown court papers that would blow everything into orbit.

Now I do not have to!

Hmm I keep looking at that 'four victories' and wondering if that is right?

• Court action with Shop Direct (Very Catalogue) selling me a refurbished and used phone which had several faults as a new phone
• Enfield Council over Council Tax court proceeding (both this and above without leaving my sofa!)
• DWP and PIPS
• FREEDOM PASS

• You could add ...
• PHSO (who think it is over), NHS over DIAGNOSIS and FALSIFYING TESTS but this is still an ongoing process though the PHSO keep insisting its either over or did not happen (try looking on my blog idiots!)

Yes, it is four out of four. I think. This is my Fibrofog at work or me wondering if I have forgotten something that I won?

Anyway ...

I had to go for more blood tests, I kept forgetting and then yesterday drinking tea and all ready to leave the house for the hospital when I suddenly remembered I was supposed to be fasting!

After leaving the hospital today I get to a main post office in Enfield Town with my pristine but out of date passport (well it is still ID, not a passport any more but it is still identification). I also have the card section of my old driving licence so not that old as its the photo card. I have a letter from Eon Energy along with a letter from the Investigatory Powers Tribunal.

With a letter from one of the most powerful bodies in the country, a passport only a couple of years out of date (2012 I think), Energy firm letter, Driving Licence card and an offer of a Visa Card show, which he first says yes to then changes his mind, I get refused.

Now he gets cocky when I explain things and we have an argument and I have to walk out empty handed. I wont explain details because I sent an email to the Post Office Head Office with a complaint about what happened.

FREEDOM PASS APPLICATION

I wish to make a complaint regarding the main Post Office in Enfield Town.

Now first I am going to explain what happened and then in part two I will explain why I am getting a Freedom Pass and the hell I went through to get it.

Then in part 3 I am going to explain why you need to pay very close attention to Parts One and Two and why this complaint will become very important to you and not one to be brushed aside.

PART ONE

After initially making a few mistakes I attended Chase Farm Hospital to have a series of blood tests, ordered by my GP at The Town Surgery a 2 minute walk from the main Post Office.

In pain and getting very tired and more so than I thought I managed to get to the main post office in Enfield Town with my …

• Freedom Pass Approval Form
• A Passport albeit a couple of years out of date
• My Driving Licence Card that was out of date but I did not realise
• A letter from Eon |Energy
• A letter from the Investigatory Powers Tribunal and one, if not the most, powerful bodies in the country and I suggest you look them up as the are a tribunal for everything that has a policing force (MI5, MI6, GCHQ, Police, HMRC and the Armed Forces)
• NOTE: I do not drive and have not done for years nor had the finances to leave the country, much as I have loved to get away from this rotten God forsaken country (see PART THREE)

I was told by an idiot that he could not give me the Freedom Pass as I did not have a valid ID?!

I then stated that the dates only apply to what the documents are for and they are still legal documents and I am not leaving the country. He still refused with a clever remark that was wrong and I stated that if he was insinuating that the documents are false then this is illegal and I suggest he picks up the phone and has me arrested.

I then pointed out that my name was on the document and despite the ageing that has gone in anyone can see that the photos on both documents are me!

I then showed him the Eon Energy letter and then asked him if he knew who the Investigatory Powers Tribunal are and he said no. I then pointed out that they are one of the most powerful tribunals in the country ass I was holding the letter he was looking at and presented it to him and stated that I have been aiding them.

I then also pointed out that I have a Visa Card with my name on it to which he first said let him see it before then quickly changing his mind and stating “no a debit card is no good”?!

For the record I have been aiding them in three out of the four organisations mentioned above in the bullet points.

He then still refused and I said “Hey! Listen, don't be an idiot...not everyone has a passport and not everyone has a driving licence and that this was ridiculous.

His answer?

A sarcastic pointing out that “it clearly states on the document to bring a birth certificate”?!

So let us just summarise this, shall we?

Two documents with my name and photo on which ,compared to what he then stated I should have had in a sarcastic manner' are extremely recent and as stated my photo on along with a letter from Eon Energy and the Investigatory Powers Tribunal and my Visa Card are “no good” but a 45 year old piece of paper without a photo which a child could forge on the Internet is OK?!

Are you effing serious?!?!

The odd thing is I have been wondering while in anger and in pain if this was somehow mean to happen?

I was planning top renew the Passport this year because of a series of events that have and still are taking place which means my financial situation changes drastically that launches it into orbit! But I kept forgetting to do it.

This financial situation has already changed in a big way but this is just a precursor to an much bigger change.

I also get a great deal of attention for what I do on the Internet and currently have attracted over 200,000 people and around 20,000 people a month but due to events about to explode this will go nuts throughout the rest of 2015.

Strange as it may seem I am not one to like getting attention and I will get a great deal that I have been working hard to avoid (see PART THREE)

PART TWO

Reasons I was awarded a Freedom Pass

• I have Fibromyalgia Syndrome (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome the same thing)
• I get pains in many areas of my body that consist of 6 across both feet, calf muscle, back, shoulders and neck pain)
• With all the other symptoms it numbers around 120 all told. Yup it is true and that is out of possible 200.
• One other thing it does is cause short term memory lapses which has it's own name of Fibrofog
• So you can see a lot of preparation needs to take place which gets overlooked so I did well to actually have all the documents with me I had?
• I have had this over then years and, get used to this bit, this was lied about across 6 GP Surgeries and 5 or 6 Hospitals.
• I diagnosed it myself, various NHS staff tried to avoid me finding out.
• I manipulated them into sending me to Guy's Hospital and they confirmed my diagnosis
• I then discovered that the strange occurrence of the two completely unrelated drugs I had just been given and the first to have any effect were actually the only two drugs (as stated in Black's Medical Dictionary) to have any effect on Fibromyalgia. So they knew and had done for awhile.

• I have a right knee issue
• I have had this for over ten years
• This was only official diagnosed in 2014 and then lied about in documents

• Hiatus Hernia & Oesophagitis Grade C
• Severe Heartburn similar to heart attack
• Vomiting without warning...respectively

• HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
• Hypertension Stage 2
• High Cholesterol Levels

• I have only mention a small percentage of the corruption I discovered within the NHS
• In total and in itself only a small percentage of the corruption I uncovered
• None of the corruption I mentioned matters because of PART THREE

I am not going to go into details as I have already done so many times and publicly...

PART THREE

What I do

• I have a large series of BLOGS
• Exotic animals, British Wildlife, Computing, Astronomy & Astrophysics, Wing Chun and among others CORRUPTION
• Six years ago I decided that along with my documentation on everyone I would get data and mount it up so much that in each case it was INCONTRIVERTIBLE
• I documented everything I did and also recorded every single meeting, appointment, series of tests, applications, problems and anything else with recording devices
• I was caught after four years and they thought I had only just started
• I was accused of doing things illegally and was going to be reported, I told them be my guess as they were wrong!
• I pointed out that I used to work for a solicitors firm, been doing this for 5 years and not just started and that for the last 2.5 years published it all on my blog
• Like a Specialist Doctor at Chase farm Hospital I confronted for falsifying an ultrasound test result and he admitted it, re-dictated a letter to my GP that they found things...he later never sent
• No point in telling them your recording as I wanted to get EVERYONE and they would all warn each other of what I was up to
• I was asked in January 2013 (consider the amount of time that has passed) by backbench Labour MP Michael Meacher if he could use elements of my data to fight Iain Duncan-Smith in the House of Commons and other elements to the News Media
• Much of what you hear in the news, along with the frequency, is taken from my own endeavours
• The News Media, I am afraid, is also a target of mine and themselves fallen into a trap
• I do this to help other victims like me, many of which I cannot because they have committed suicide already, sadly
• I am also involved in the ongoing case with Rotherham Council, though I guess not directly? A journalist was told to expect more councils to go the same way...one is about to in a legal case of my design and a Crown Court Judge is literally and imminently going to charge one Local Council (not far from Rotherham), a Police Force, the Criminal Prosecutions Service and Cafcass (look them up to realise how serious this is) of grand crimes, a cover up and misleading a Crown Court legal process
• I used what was done against me twenty years ago to hide the fact that I am directly involved in this case and a compensation clerk to the Crown Court has told the defendant that she needs to speak to her...before very long.
• That would be the 27^th April which is the final day of the about to start five day hearing which has lasted three years and spans twenty years.
• I have also had a great deal of crimes made against me by others, not just the person above who is the most important in my life …

• While recording Conservative MP Nick DeBois, who failed to help me years earlier, claimed they found out about Atos and got rid of them. In this face to face meeting I pointed out that he was peaking the the very person who had gotten rid of them! He made some excuses and left the shop I was in!

• I have no sidekicks helping me
• I did this alone, wounded, hurt, angry, frustrated, with no money and VEANGEFUL!

• When I started my BLOG everything was planned so that there was absolutely no way that any one of them could stop me.
• I had my Disability Living Allowance illegal taken away from me and I found out it happened the tens of thousands of others and long before the financial crisis started, odd that is it not?
• I moved to Enfield WITH a Freedom Pass and then was refused by Enfield Council and the Concessionary Travel group for the next 7 years.
• You can imagine what I had to go through to do that?
• But then maybe you don't? Maybe you think the ID's with photos as invalid and that a faded 45 year old piece of paper without a photo is perfectly valid?
• Maybe you think that there is no possible way that one person could do all that I have done?
• Maybe you think I have made all this up?

So you can imagine my frustration and anger over what appears to be a political interference to piss off the public over ID so that ID Cards that have been touted for years get accepted by the public?

I would like an explanation please to what occurred and why it occurred as in future any involvement I have over Post Office staff will result in a scene far worse than the one I had today. How worse will depend rather on how my disability is affecting me at the time.

If you want to know the answer to that and improve how disabled people are treated by your staff I suggest you look up Fibromyalgia, Oh and not the generic rubbish everyone spouts online, including the NHS who have proved clearly that they are either clueless or want to refuse to admit to how bad the symptoms can be so that they save money, as instructed by either the British Government or Serco (see I stated there was a lot more) who seem to be running the evil trinity and then the rest of them all save money by being able to state that I have no proof to the effects of my symptoms.

This stance has been completely blown away by me and via my blog I am slowly destroying anything and anyone that is rotten and corrupt in the UK so that it no longer works with anyone.

If I see a large organisation acting like idiots towards the public or corrupt then my focus sstarts to train upon them and I can come up with extremely inventive ways of gaining whatever it is I need to expose whatever I think it is they are up to.

So yes an explanation would be nice and it had better be a bloody good one!

Because the first thing I think of are the other types of people worse than me who also get treated like idiots or messed around unnecessarily especially when I think there might be a reason behind it.

Maybe you do not understand what it is that I am implying, or at least not in full? So I will give you an example of a conversation I had with a different GP to one I think I mentioned.

• After discovering a falsified test ressult, one of many, and had the Doctor admit it on tape I was then set up, or so they thought not knowing I had recorded them, and tried to state that no conversation existed
• A group helped them who were supposed to be acting for me, except I knew they would not, phoned them and told them to kick me off for violent conduct...except every single appointment was recorded as well as the one I had when the letter stating kicking me off was in the post while we spoke...OOPS!
• Seven months into my next GP, I did this to five in a row 100% corruption and lies, I go in and am asked to turn off any recording devices I have on my person...
• I take on my phone which was recording and turn it off in front of him
• He sees a Sony Walkman and wires to headphones and asks me to turn all that off too
• He tells me I have broken the law and I tell him I have not
• I then ask him, HERE IS THE POINT, “OK, who called you up and told you?”
• His idiotic answer? “You did!”
• “What I told you I was secretly recording you and it has taken you 7 months to tell me not to? I don't think so. Try again. Only this time I am going to tell you that someone high up within the NHS called you and told you this. I have been waiting for this for a very long time. I have been recording for well over 5 years and its all too late for the NHS, so who told you?!”
• Idiot answers “You did, you told me about your blog”
• Laughing I then say “I told you about my blog seven months ago, I always tell people about my blog knowing full well they wont look at it, its part of the trap. And your telling me that when I can quote you as telling me 7 months ago that you said “Oh, I cannot look at that, I never get the time!” but suddenly you have?”

I wont go on about the row that lasted an hour which I won, I always win.

But I will tell you this …

Three days later I receive a letter from that GP kicking me off the Surgery list. Reason? It states and is on my blog like everything else …

“Mr Haswell, despite telling you not to record our consultation it has come to my attention that you had a third and hidden device on your person and continued to record our conversation and posted it on your blog that night!”

It was never illegal, no one within the public services had no right to stop me from doing it. They are paid by the public purse and so work for me and I am fully within my rights to both check they are doing their job for the high salaries they pay and expose or report it when they are not.

Except despite the many bodies that exist no one actually does anything about it and mostly help the accused get out of trouble.

This will make you fully aware that any trickery within a complaints process will be seen by me within seconds and I will see it for what it is!

This lengthy email now does away with any crappy procedures to deliberately take time to put people off and go away.

I really have seen it all, trust me, and exposed it too.

Now are we there yet?

OOPS I ALMOST FORGOT ...

I must have forgotten but I have an application form here for a Freedom Pass?!

I just had a go at them too?! Oops, still they are evil, lying self serving twats and deserve to have someone like me have a go at them! Lol!

Now then I have filled in the form and I have written an accompanying letter, note how there is far too much for that tiny box and note that I probabky have not explained all of it, lol.

Also note then as just with the NHS recently I am letting the second of my BIG CATS out among those PIGEONS and all I have to do with this one is stand back, watch and wait.

But just to give anyone who has been shafted by these a bit of a laugh I will post the edited scanned application form and then the accompanying letter.

Remember this goes in Monday 3rd February and will be delivered by hand along with proofis of ID and that I will receive a RECEIPT for it.

ACCOMPANYING LETTER...

Dear Sirs

I am writing to you concerning a Freedom Pass, and while at it my rent.

The letter is to accompany an application form for a Freedom Pass and to explain further as to what went on before, how I found out about some conspiring between what I call the UNHOLY TRINTY and to show that everything I said before is fact.

SO this applies to the non-payment of rent too and the Council Tax fiasco.

I suggest you pay close attention to this as any attempt to use more tricks, misleading actions or refusal will now have very serious consequences to you and indeed already has.

I shall explain.

I never quite explained it fully before because firstkly I was not aware just how many things there are and best of all and this is where everyone if finished, that they are all one and the same condition and have been treated as if I only had one then disregarding that one condition when moved onto the next one. It is well documented that the DWP do this.

I have around 120 symptoms. Best of all is that they all, bar one and that may well do as well, belong to one single solitary condition, Fibromylagia and I was not able to full inform you before because the NHS were deliberately lying to me and trying NOT to diagnose it.

NHS England very recently retracted two letters that I receieved a few weeks back because I held back on certain....FACTS so that U could catch them at it. For several years now I have applied for each of the things that are due to me and not only did I know that each one in turn would fail and that the law would be broken to do it, worst of all the codes of practise set out for health professionals, both Doctors and Nurses.

Only for way over three years now I have secretly recorded every single meeting, discusssion and phone call I have ever had, plus I have recorded hospital tests and appoitnments and I can tell you now I have a fair number falsifying Documents and then admitting it when I caught them too! Would you believe one was a private Doctor in the King's Oak section of Chase Farm and he is just one of a whole list that span three GP Surgeries and four or more hospitals. Include all the paerowkr and letters and you can double the number of hospitals and Doctors, Specialists and Nurses would number close to fifty, I have seen 7 physios alone!!

Reember NOW they just RETRACTED their two reports and after pretending to be doing a survey too, but then I planned it all with such genius and beauty that all those that were arrogant and over confident as well as defrauding the taxpayer would all fall into various traps and fail.

That is everyone so Enfield Council is involved too as yes I did record that last assessment too, but you were onl;y small fry in my endeavours I assure you. Try the following...

Oh do not worry at the end of this letter I will provide you with access of that which I recorded as it is published online and I started 18 months ago, where I published stuff going back twenty years, and then continued to publish everything I got along the way!

This was to show my many visitors of not only what went on previously but that I made a prediction that the whole thing is a scam and using what I call on my blog the UNHOLY TRINITY of organisations.

Would you think I might have a couple hundred visitors? Nope. How about a couple of thousand? Nope! A few tens of thousands? Nope at the time or writing the number is around 100,000 and rises by over 2,000 a week on average. That 2,000 per week is AVERAGE and will rise too.

As I am a bit of a number cruncher and have a Degree in Applied Computing, something I was NEVER given respect for, I can tell you that it would not surprise me in the least if in the next year to 18 months I hit 1 MILLION.

I have recently been told by a journalist that my blog pops up everywhere and I have started to receive thanks from people that I have helped. For free I might add and at my own expense.

Hmm another things that is not going to go well in your favour is the fact that I am helping and have helped more people than any of the overpaid organisations could ever hope to!

I have saved at least one life too and I dare say there will be a lot more.

SO all of you did exactly what I expected you to for the last 4 years and as I have gone along I have gathered, watched, worked out, outfoxed and collected the greatest amount of data that any one person could ever hope to achieve and on not one but every organisation out there and a few private firms too!

But I am truly done with the games playing now and my lates and seemingly very good GP is referring me off the Guy's Hospital because of my Fibromytalgia.

As for all the public services well they will be like headless chickens for awhile before then acting like Rats.

You see on a sinking ship in the old days you would have two types of animals on board. There would be the humans and then there would be the Rats. You can always guarantee one single solitary thing regarding these animals.

That when they realise that the ship is sinking the humans help each other while the Rats will scramble over each others bodies to survive!

Now I hope this concludes the situation between me, you and the Council?!

I hope now you see the absolute folly of trying anything on with me?!

Ooh yes the website and the data?!

Well most of it is available on the blog and I tell people to download it, for free, and keep it just in case the government shut me down. That ship sailed with Rats aboard a very long time ago and it has a hole in its hull!

My data measures over 70GB, I say that as I stopeed counting when it was closing in on 50GB and that was a while ago now!

Absolutely EVERYONE that I have stated is on it and I do not keep recordings unless it actually shows the visitors something...

I have just looked and they have no references to Freedom Passes on their website at Enfield Council?!?!

They gave me a website where it then states that what I want is handled by my Local Council yet there is nothing oon their website, that does not involve you spilling your own fecking blood to hand themn in a ceremonial bowl?!

So could you please explain why it states this and that there is NO online application form on your site or indeed ANY reference to Freedom Passes at all?!

Firther to my previous comments I have had the reports of my official complaijts sent to me from both the NHS England as well as a GP Surhery right across the street frm the Civic Centre. Both contained lies and false statememnts whoch is what I wanted...

I dropped in a NINE PAGE report to Abernethy House Surgery across the road, whereby I told them that not only had I recorded every single appoinment that I had and that I also recorded all my hospital appointments whereby I have Doctors lying and very seriously falsifyuing test results and have several others lie to. Added to this I have staff members admit to me that there is a great deal of corruption going on and that the NHS is being used quite notoriously to help the Local Councils and the DWP from having to help those that deserve it.

I also explained to the GP Surgery that I had been publishing this online, recordings too and that I also had recordings of Council staff, the Police, the DWP and a whole long list of others that I had been gathering for the last 4 years. I also explained that I had attracted 100,000 visitors and that during 2014 this would not hit a million at some point.

I also explained that the NHS England as well as the General Medical Council knew this. Four days later I received a p[honecall from NHS England pretending to be doing a survery but actually fishing to see what I made of the reports.

I told her that it was all a load of BS and that I had published it as such, her reaction?

BOTH the reports were RETRACTED?!

Funny that!

Now once again as I am getting fed up with this BS and the fact that your website is utter crap, I know this as I am qualified to say so just as I did to a member of staff when I found out that the moron upstairs management treated themselves to all new computers that then refused to speak to the crap ones the frontline staff had downstairs, for THREE BLOODY MONTHS!!

You might note that the public services have been getting a great deal of bad press? I will gove you one guess as to where this has been stemming from? You Deputy Mayor might want to think about what she has to say to the public as well as I decalred the corruption findings to her.

You do not answer an email like that with 'wrong department' or answer someone that you cannot help them directly when they did not ask for help!

This is called assuming that if your not council or government then your little people and therefore blind and stupid!!

Not a good thig to do with me as it shows no understanding of the English Language whatooever and not fit for public office.

Also the mistakes that you have all made all along and the one thing that I have preyed upon is that it is not what you do not do, but what you do not ASK!

It is amazing just how many halfwits there are in public offices and services that just assume that are highly intelligent or belong to some secret higher order than the rest of society?!

I am afaraid to say now that for the next 6 months there is going to be a vast build up in the public postings I have been making and every single person on this entire planet is reading to see just how bad Great Britain, its public services which are nothing of the kind abd holders of public office just how amoral, lazy, inefficient, amoral and corrupt that they are and that they certainly have no right to preach to the rest of the world on how to do things!

Now if you do not mind, that Freedom Pass application form please?

On a last note I have now emailed the Magistrates Court in Tottenham and I have provided them with my webpage adress to the 70GB of data and eaplained that just like the three attempts to take me to court already that they themsleves are under close scrutiny. I can tell you that Northampton County Court backed away extremely quickly and apologies started arriving at my door!

It is far from over and there are many things to do, are in the pipleine and to finish and more to expose about the absolute debarcle that is Local Government within the UK and no bloody wonder the Scots want out.

I DON'T LIKE SUNDAYS

I still do not feel good.

The weather is absolutely atrocious.

My plans for tidying up my extremely messy home have been slowly heading south for the winter!

I do not know why I still feel nauseous to the point of feeling sick.

I keep doing little things and then stopping and it is not going anywhere very fast. I have things to do on several of my blogs too including the recordings from Chase Farm Hospital oh and shock of shocks a couple of videos too. Oops no four videos and am behind at getting pictures up too! Oh and there is a horrid smell in my kitchen which is the combination of something becoming ever more unspeakable I have now dealt with combined with that damned washing machine what leaks water inside it which goes stagnant. Oh that is because I had to open it.

Well at least I have a wading machine full of clothes on the go at long last!! Lets hope I am still conscious and capable when it's done?!

In the meantime I am glancing over at my laptop and trying to recall what devices I now need and where they are in my house.

Still I am listening to a Best of, of Creedence Clearwater Revival I got in Sainsbury's a couple days back. Oh yeah I want to sort out some music on my Sony Walkman too!

Boy I hope I shake this feeling off and oh for the love of GOD I wish it would stop raining long enough so I can start using my bike again?!

Oh God, the bike! Something else that is old and needs replacing! I might make an active attempt to try and find a second hand one that I can get to?! Trouble with me doing that is some twats will just not say it how it is and I do so hate that. But this had been made worse over the years because it's a fecking pain in the arse, more accurately a pain everywhere EXCEPT my arse, getting anywhere!!

Oh yes that reminds me, I have a Freedom Pass to apply for and have to email the DWP ripping crap out of them for not sending me a PIPS form!!

Dear Sirs

FREEDOM PASS

Forenote: I am emailing this to you as Deputy Mayor but is only a copy intended for Enfield Council's various deprtments. I have a checkered history with them and other councils and have not had the help and support that they exist to do. Out of curiosity as well as the fact that they do go far out of their way to ignore me I have sent this via three separate ways and to you.

I would like to reapply for a Freedom Pass.

I have done this several times since I moved to Enfield, despite having one when I first moved here which is still in my possession. I would also like to point out that in all the times that you refused this you did so wrongly. I shall explain briefly...

1) I know how the government has been influencing the NHS so that both you and the DWP can save money what's more is that I have ammassed several dozen Gigabytes of secret recordings to prove it.

2) I have been refused a diagnosis and have been lied to and have recordings of being lied to and have evidence of medical records being falsified.

3) When the above occured I got into a row with a GP who tried to say I was crazy. I fgot the General Medical Council involved as I knoew they were corrupt and would do nothing and catch them at it. They exceeded my epectations by breaking a confidentiality and helped the last GP to kick me off the practice due to the insinuation of violent behaviour. They choked on there coffee when I then told them I had recorded every songle visit to the Docor and of the lying and falsifying of medical evidence.

4) There was a bribe attempt by NHS England over my prewscription drugs in an effot to get me to drop the official complaint I raised

5) Not only have I know found out what my ailment is, it turns out to be one of the worst disability conditions any one person can suffer with and is Fibromyalgia.

6) The above condition and the documents I had prove that everything I have ever told any public office has been thr truth and have a mountain of evidence that many public offices that I have requested help from have lied through their teeth and kicked and squirmed to not help me.

7) I am PROUD of this one. You miight note that the public offices have been getting a hard time of it? Well it will get worse. I did indeed warn all offices, yours included, that I would not let this lie and that if you do not hear from me then that is the time sto start worrying. IN fact the LONGER that you do not hear from me the worse it will be when you do. Backbench Labour MPs have been USING my data to attack the government in the House of Commons and have been sending my data to the media. I know this because I still have the email requesting permission to do so from the MP and that was back in January 2013.

8) This is very easy for me to do (part 7) because I have a very popular BLOG where I post all of my evidence and all of my data right down to the recordings and even videos along with all letters and all emails. This is found at asaintcalledallnights.blogspot.com and I have attracted 100,000 visitors in a little over a year. You can imagine how this is going to go throughout 2014, if you know what exponentially means?

9) I have now proved that the NHS, DWP and Local Councils have been conspiring up and down the country to screw members of the public all for the sake of money which they all have no bloody way of managing correctly and are wasters of it.

10) I have also done the above with the Police, the Secret Services, HMRC (all organisations you may well have seen in the media) and even all Ombudsman all of which are corrupt, take vast amounts of the taxpayers money to sit on their arses and do nothing, even when I come along and present evidence they then make the mistake of not even asking me for!

11) Despite the governments attempts to make those on welfare to look like the criminals, ones to blame for financial situation and insinuating being lazy it was my primary missions to show the the wider British Public that whetever they think of those unfortunate enough to be on the welfare state that this is NOTHING in comparison to the wastage of all Ombudmsan, Governiung bodies amd government departments and have now achived this by way of the next point...

12) I have currently reuested information over forty times based on the Freedom of Information Request 2000 and intend to gather together and collate all figures I have asked for to make the cost of the welfare state to the taxpayer seem mere pennies in comparison. To those bing paid to do nthing at all and get expenses along with it.

So I wuold like to be informed of two things now, I already requested one but have heard no repsonse, as I knew I would not....

Along with the email to the court in Tottenham you claim to be taking me to court for I would also like...
