COUNTRY OF CONS

This one passed me by.

I have been targeted by so many people and for a long time, people, government, fraudsters and lairs.

Many years ago now I was attacked and defrauded by bailiffs to the tune of £4,000 and was then defrauded. Long story .. have evidence but not going to go into the details.

I was on a website, forum called Consumer Action Group. From there I was put in touch with a Sheila Harding. All kinds of promises were made and I was told I would be compensated pretty well, she said it was the best case she had ever seen. I had witnesses too to their lies and corruption along with my documents.

After awhile the alarm bells started going off. Then my witness, a Tony Murray, and Sheila Harding disappeared off the face of the Earth.

She was supposed to take a company called JBW Group to court.

Later found out her name was on a book they published and she in fact worked for them. What bailiffs actually do is break the law .. a lot. They even tell each other how to do this. They produce a book and TV series to make it appear to the public that they are lawful when they are not.

This was a very traumatic period in my life as someone living with a disability and was just one in a long line of very evil crap that goes on within Britain that they have spent years covering up.

This very blog is full of that along with documents and recordings .. even to this.

Those that have done me injustices over the years using lies and trickery I have professional witnesses to, some of which have just been sent the link below, that can testify to this.

These include the British Government, Police, Secret Services, the NHS, Local Councils, the Department of Work and Pensions, HMCTS Courts and Judges and just bout every ombudsmen you can think of. Sorry to inform you but all ombudsmen are corrupt but do not mind being paid out of your taxes.

Some time ago I was left a link I had failed to notice due to my hammering of social media while dodging more proverbial bullets as big social media try to suppress me and my recordings now.

The lengths I have to go to is nothing short of a joke.

9 years ago many thought me mad, not a liar as they knew I was honest and genuine but my stories and claims were just so bizarre they thought I had to be losing my mind.

Today it is a different story as they have seen for themselves and been targeted too .. even disabled people I know with type 1 diabetes.

Yet despite all this they still refused to vote for Jeremy Corbyn as the modern day socialists are evil and biased and many realise its their scheming in the background and whining like morons as to why we are being treated like shit today. Because the socialists do not believe in being fair across the board and are very .. VERY biased.

Recently and after a general election .. they are blaming these following evil people for screwing up the country and allowing the Conservative government in. Jews, white people and Hindus.

Turns out and took me years to discover its the socialists that have slowly brought this country to its knees.

YE OLD WOOD MONOLOGUE

Wow, what a nice day it turned out to be.

I went out on my bike and immediately got annoyed. Turned north on the A10 and a wind hit me that was quite cool. A bit too cool.

Then the sun disappeared.

I then decided that the Dragonfly reserve was not going to happen. I was feeling awkward in the seat immediately, due to recent health issues, and thought about putting the bike back and going up by bus. But it was two buses and I would rather do it that way a lot earlier in the morning.

So I went to what I call The Old Wood.

I also had the new camera stabilizer attached to my Kata camera backpack. I could not get the Velbon EX-Macro tripod to attach anywhere and after a bit of messing about I decided to leave it.

But that is not what I purchased thee tripod for, it was meant go out out each and every time so I will have to sort something out and may have done while I was out.

The camera stabilizer fits on your shoulder and I put it on my right shoulder. Thinking about it now I had some issues with having the Kata on my back at the same time. Maybe if I tried switching to my left shoulder with the stabilizer it would have worked better?

The Kata backpack is also switchable and you can have it on either shoulder. With a little messing about as there are two shoulder straps. You can have both on like a normal backpack or either one which attaches to the opposite side at the bottom. Turning it into a sling bag for either shoulder.

I attached my Nikon P900 to the shoulder but I left off the two extra pieces that extend the camera both up and out. More out than up with one and more up than out with the second one.

Worked kinda OK, thought it would be more stable the shorter it was or the closer to my shoulder it was situated? The further the camera was out from my shoulder I had thought the greater the amplification would be of my shoulder to the camera's movements?

Kinda did.

Had a slight problem seeing the screen … properly at least. I could see the picture but could not quite see if things were in focus.

After the first couple of trial runs and shots I then realised if I just added toe shorter of the two extensions that is more up than out it may work perfectly. I very almost did.

At the same time I switched the camera over to remote mode and pulled out the … um, well remote!

Funny that remote. It can be very hit and miss. Sometimes it takes a couple of presses before you hear the shutter release. At other times it seems to work almost anywhere?!

Oddly it still does not make sense to me. There was no sensor I could find on the camera and could not figure out how the camera receives the infra-red signal. I mean it is a beam of light, there has to be a sensor receiver and 'line of sight' is involved, surely?

I had noted when I was taking the, WRONG, photos of Jupiter and its Galilean moons that the remote seem to work best if placed just in front of the handgrip, so the other side on the right hand side of the camera if your looking at it from behind on a tripod.

Another test I did included the sensor being in the place I mentioned in the previous paragraph, then directly out to the right side of the camera. Then the same out on the left side and one directly beneath the camera but slightly to the right.

I expected half of those tests to work at most but you know it surprised me by working every single time, that is every position you can think of.

Other times it was doggedly stubborn and I cannot fathom why?

Another odd thing is that I was told by two people not to wear the stabilizer because the Police would think I have a gun or rifle and end up getting shot.

Oddly I immediately had a theory to their theory no later than they uttered it.

As I started to walk I seem some Small White Butterflies fluttering about.

Then I saw some Orange Tip Butterflies I hope I managed to catch shots of and some film?

I filmed a couple more times and walked the edge of the field complete with both Sheep and Lambs when I got to the edge of what I refer to as The Old Wood. More Old Small Wood really.

As I had approached and from a distance I saw what looked like an Orange Tip Butterfly patrolling what is literally a 90 degree right turn into the wood. I figured I would hold out there and catch the damned Orange Tip.

I had got to meet a very wet dog a few minutes earlier and hos owner and I rubbed the digs head as he or she passed.

After I was at the corner several minutes a woman came along on a bike.

She spotted the camera stabilizer with camera attached and asked me about it. I explained what it was and how cheap it was, looks like few hundreds pound kit, don't ask me why, but was only around £20. The camera, however, is another matter entirely.

She was fascinated and asked me what I was filming.

I explained I was a wildlife expert and had a YouTube channel and a few blogs.

Then I explained the other blogs.

Then somehow it got onto corruption.

Wyn was her name and she said she knew there were things wrong with the country, you just know things are wrong but not sure how or why.

I told her what I did. I told her what I had done and to whom.

She stood there wide eyed and open mouthed with the occasional turning of the head in horror. I would get the odd question and explain it in detail.

Oh it started with my father and the BBC set up. Yes that one that mysteriously got sent anonymously top my daughter's phone who has subsequently disappeared.

Hmm, I did not get to explain that bit.

She was so glad that she now knew she was right and that I had not only explained it but as she stated, 'at least someone is not giving up, doing something about it and fighting it'.

I explained how many blogs I had, what they were on and more importantly why they all existed and she smiled. She got it.

As a matter of fact she got everything...except the in depth details of the Police and my daughter and now that I remember it, the bailiffs.

We were there likely over an hour.

I even explained how the PHSO was failing and what they obvious intentions were regarding the exploits I had, had with the NHS.

I told her the name of my blog, she asked me why it was called that. I said that I was always called a saint over the years and my nickname online had always been 'allnights'. There are some other reasons I would not get into right now. For another time.

She said that I was a saint and that I was doing it for everyone, 'for the people!' she said at one point. I said that was exactly what I did but over the 7 or 8 years I had no help, money or support form anywhere. She looked disgusted.

I explained how I got the DWP to pay £4,500 into my account and she smiled until I smiled back and said it was supposed to be £45,000. She asked why it was so large and I explained how they illegally stopped my disability money, how that was because I had no … diagnosis but after 13 years of asking I found out what my condition was, then manipulated a Doctor into referring me to Guy's Hospital where my condition of Fibromyalgia, plus my right knee, was confirmed.

Meaning that every single difficulty and every single symptom that I had claimed I suffered from for well over a decade was proved not only positive but dead on the money. I then said that I realised that my GP's and the NHS had known what my issue was for several years before I discovered it.

Her mouth opened wide in a look of disgust and she swung low down with the shock and I thought she was going to drop her bike!

She was on into the Internet and YouTube she said but I think the look on her face she wished she was. She did ask me about the blog and my name.

She said she had no doubt she will be reading about me in the news media … a shame I did not get to explain that to her.

She did say that when she sees politicians and even members of ombudsman on TV stating how they want to do this or want to do that that it is all bullshit. She already hated the BBC, so hearing about my father's death and how they had only previously shamed him falsely on TV she did not doubt at all.

She even punched the air as she stated how she would tell everyone about me and point me out in the TV to people. She has more faith than I do and I only met her for an hour to 90 minutes! Lol.

I told her that this is what I need to happen on my blogs and YouTube channel to be successful in what I am aiming for.

I said that people need to see, read, listen and then tell those that are close to them, those they care about. Their family and friends and this should continue on. They need to react just as she had done.

She said that most people would just give up or not even start, not wanting the hassle of it all and how everyone knows it would be a long journey and a pain in the arse from the get go.

I said that is why it is designed the way it is, this is what they want. Have all these bodies you have to go through each one taking months or even years, PHSO, on end.

She looked stunned as I said that all you have to do to corrupt almost everything is corrupt just one thing … just one body … just one public service … the NHS!

I said that without diagnosis .. no support from DWP and no support from local councils and nothing from anywhere else, like mobility or freedom passes for public transport.

She was a prime example of my target audience. Someone that listens, someone that takes the time to understand. Someone that cares. She will bet telling people about our chat for many months. She even said as much.

I get around 15,000 viewers each month currently … estimated but working out what the numbers each month currently are but will take a month … of course. Lol.

The way it has worked I would estimate that 90% of them are of an amoral tendency, even if they do not show it. Because if I had 15,000 visitors a month like Wyn today my blog would go mental within 6 months! Possibly even a month.

But it never has gone viral. It has grown steadily but nothing has gone viral because I do not think I was getting anywhere near enough people like Wyn.

Here is where I met her and a planned video ended up having a little monologue about the chat I had with Wyn and some details about corruption and the odd teaser of future plans ...

However when I published the data the first time round the numbers were only in the few thousands … not the tens of thousands. So when I published thee recorded data on the NHS recently it may be having a much greater effect, the effect it should have …

I explained that no one had threatened to take me to court no matter how much I publish and she said I sounded like the sort of man that would not be taken down that easily. I said that I had built up a pretty good line of defence and was even doing this at the time we were speaking.

She smiled.

A SERIES OF PECULIAR EVENTS

I have been contacted and shown some interest in my endeavours and my evidence. They wish to publish a vast array of things that I have acquired!

I will not mention who these people are right now. But will in a few weeks though I dare say puzzle solvers and the more inquisitive my find out for themselves before I reveal who they are.

Now oddly and after that little recent post I have been thinking about collecting all things to each organisation or industry into one place and posting in a single post?!

Now it appears that I have an incentive to actually do this now!

So what I am going to do tomorrow for several hours is compile all links and documentation into one place for each category, ... they have specifically asked for the Police and the NHS but will do more than just two, and post them in consecutive blogs. The bailiffs and those details will be there I assure you of that!

As far as the interested party is concerned trust me when I state that these are a global ... let's say brand?!

Once I have published these blogs, be it tomorrow or later in the week, I will email the list of addresses to each post and send off the email to them.

I am not entirely sure how long it will take to do the thing they do but once I have had notification of the date I will publish details in a post on the same day they do the thing they do!

Lol!

Let's say that the surprise of them requesting permission to do this was enough to make me ring two people and tell them and I cannot remember the last thing that happened to name me pick up the phone?!

Its uber cool in my estimation and not many things that would be cooler!

Yes I have a smile from ear to ear, trust me on that!

Before very long there are going to be hundreds of people going to be very red faced and feel very silly indeed. I date day many will be requiring crate loads of fresh underwear too?!

A great many are going to wish they had some, dealt or listened to me a long time ago now! Well I have you plenty of chances and I did forewarn you that no matter how long it took I would win in the end! It was always going to be this way eventually because my stories would always remain the same while everyone else's would not!

WHAT THE BLOODY BAILIFF?

I cannot believe I saw this report?!

It is 4.49am and I have been unable to sleep at all for reasons that escape me as per usual!

So I thought I would just click through the BBC NEWS app and see what I have missed?

New laws to target aggressive bailiffs brought in?!

Do my eyes bloody well deceive me?! Lmfao!

I have quite literally lost touch with the time down involved since I started banging on about them online?! It goes back way before I started this blog and though I covered them in the beginning I did state early on in this blogs life that I would be revisiting certain industries and to not take it that because it's not been a focus of mine for some time this died not mean it is over.

There are and were many things that I knew would come around again. There are others that I will choose to actively revisit and as time has gone on each one had been focused on all over one again.

As is the case with this we find ourselves with yet another subject of this blog's mentioned in the news! I really should have kept a list going?! Lol!

I am not sure it would be an achievable thing now as I lost track and would be too ... tedious to wade through all my posts as there are several thousand now!

Hmm maybe that is something some avid reader would like to do? Make a list of the different areas I cover, or rather set on fire and best the crap out of Lol, and then tick through which ones have appeared in the news?! That would make an interesting read for others who visit! Would take some dedication I imagine or I may be overstating it? Fibrofog is not a wonderful thing! Lol!

THE MEN WITH NO EARS

I found this in my door this morning. Now I assumed, obvious from some of the editing, that this came this morning and I do not remember seeing it when I got back here and was only out for an hour! I cycled and become a little unstuck by running out of steam and breath then yawned a dozen times in thirty minutes.

I normally look at my floor when I enter and my letter box but maybe I was too knackered I do not know. I thought it was the 1st April today but its the second and there on the Equita Document it states the 1st.

Now even if I suddenly came into parge amounts of money I would happily pay for a solicitor to fight this as it is criminal and immoral and there are no two ways about it.

For instance first they have removed disability to a great deal of people. Then they take away Council Tax Benefits on top of that?! If you can show me one SINGLE faction of society that has taken as big a hot financially using only percentages I will eat my hate! Then what you have is a abuse of the law to their own end whilke you are not allowed any legal representation whatsoever!

At the end of the day all this comes down to the NHS and their lying but what the Local Councils, Government and Bailiffs are doing is still illegal. This is because harrassment, threats, abuse of the law, trespass, trespass to goods, assault, physical assault along with any other things in their arsenal are all illegal. To ANYONE! But they are happily doing this to disabled people and I am no idiot and obviously not the only one.

So stand my ground I will now that I have provided far more than enough evidence and protect my interests I also will at all costs!

All the bloody lies that had been told to me and they all went to look caring by issuing a plea to put the price of booze up during the most depressing period in living memory?!

Yes that will not result in a back lash of any kind now would it?!

Makes me die it really dies this utter tokenism crap to try and keep up appearances and it's just bollocks!

Anyone who is going to stink will continue to drink and my God I have a list of excuses to start a more long.

Then dumb arses the more money spent to get drink will mean less food and less drink also! Not two ways about it and then what with the way the DWP, government, local councils and others have been testing the public ... well all I can say is good luck with that and let me know how it turns out!

A plea to prevent people drinking alcohol, I mean tally about steering the fecking obvious and it gets reported on by everyone.

What a very sad and pathetic nation all round we have become and evil doers carry on refreshed while she had become the news?! Lol!

How about 'Let's stop lying to everyone and the patients and actually provide priory help and support and maybe less purple will be fecking drinking?!'

I am an IT professional among a great many other things and please do not say anything to make you look any more of an idiot than you already sound!!

The circumstances have not changed and this is something that is fraudulently going on in the pursuit of money by a greedy bunch of criminals with no morals whatsoever and not birthright to behave above the law!

I explained what will happen if anyone comes here and I explained what went on before, I also provided my blog address and if your too pig-headed, over-confident or genuinely think that you can break grearter laws than those committed by your victims then go ahead.

My plan all along was to put a stop to everyone of you but then if you had any intelligence whatsoever and were not so bloody arrogant and you had read enough of my blog you would know that!!

You cannot hide and use ignorqance as an excuse I have provided all the facts and they are all present on my blog. You will not escape the letter of the law by claiming that you could not be bothered or was not ptovided it which is why I always sound like someone that goes on and sends a great deal of emails.

Whatever actions I take I can clearly show that I had no choice and that this wouyld force it right into the media spotlight anyway.

THE BAILIFF DOCUMENT

Well I have not heard any replies and could not tell you if anyone visited today.

I also apologise as for some reason Google's Blogger app on my Tablet PC is playing up and as well as refusing to upload my TAGS, and telling me they are there when they are not, it crashes when I try to upload a picture! Posted the picture up elsehwere though OK?!

Sigh!! Everything Google touches lately seems to go sour!

God I feel like utter crapola today, let me tell you. Like a damned zombie all day!

The Document...

I have sent off another email to Enfield Council reiterating what I have said and expanding a bit more on things?! Yeah like me being professional stating I have 'expanded' when I cannot bloody remember what I put in the email I previously sent! I just think, 'Oh I do not think I put that?' and type it up! Lol!

EMAIL...

I have just received a letter from you that seems quite unnecessarily complicated regarding housing benefit and council tax benefit.

I have just sent you an email and two copies of an email.

You also need to stop accusing members of the public of doing what you yourselves do.

You also need to communicate with me over the areas I have stated and just stop repeating yourself and carrying on as if the law does not apply to you and that you are a law unto yourselves because I assure you you wont win and in the end the public will become hostile over all this and I hear it on a daily basis wherever I go.

I have repeatedly told you for several years and been given all kinds of crap and lame excuses which conveniently has allowed you to completely ignore everything I have told you, though it is funny that when YOU want something out of a member of the public and get ignored you do not like it and go running to a Magistrate Judge over it! Which I was fully expecting and indeed had hoped you would do what you so typically do.

Now here is the bit that you really need to pay attention to.

I have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt and is online for all to see, and has Michael Meacher MP used elements of as has his wife in the House of Commons since January 2014 and can forward you the email if you so desire, that everything I have stated to you since the moment I moved in has been the truth and I have every single letter between us and every single receipt for eveything I EVER dropped off to you.

Not onlt that but I can prove that I have one of the worst disabilities anyone can have while still possessing limbs! FIBROMYALGIA.

Fibromyalgia has a listed 120 symptoms with me.

There is a whole list of physical pains that are very debilitating that classes me alone as disabled.

There are also the issues of the Organic Anxiety Disorder which is on my medical record as is the chronic depression! This alone means I have a disability so I fall into two categories of the term disability and under each no one is allowed to send a Bailiff to my address and this is illegal! No ifs and no BUTS, ILLEGAL!

But I also have a THIRD category that I fall into that for 7 years Doctors insisted was down to the amount of pain that I had to deal with but now KNOW that this is a separate issue and is itself both a symptom od Fibromyalgia and separately classed as a disability in its own right! SHORT TERM MEMORY LOSS!!

You cannot keep writing to me harping on about how my weekly Incapacity is over a given amount as this is both stupid, immoral and wrong!

You now also cannot, and I mean this in the most LITERAL SENSE, hide behind the excuse that a Doctor has not stated this as such as first of they will and secondly my current GP will happily testfiy that I am teaching HIM about the condition and the drugs for it, one of which he had NEVER heard of!

Now despite requesting several times I have no Litigation Order sent to me and you have sent your hired goons around to my house to conduct far greater crimes than that of the reason you have sent them around in the first place and turn a blind eye to it, simply because I know you councils turn a blind eye to it.

I stated previously that the PHSO are now handling my complaint of the twenty years of crap I have had because someone told the NHS to do everything they can NOT to diagnose me. DO not worry this has been stated to me by health staff and even GPs and I record everything I have done for the last three years or more!

I am to attend Guy's Hospital and all this that I state to you is easily discovered and read through on my blog which is no more difficult to find the paperwork as well as any recordings than it is using Google! There is a search field and you simply type on what you want and all the relevant posts with all documents, photos, videos and recordings all come up!

Maybe you could try doing what the DWP and Atos tried to do while I recorded and kept the letters of lies when they failed to attend my property TICE stating that a large steel bin was blocking the door to my house?! I should not need to tell you that not only do I not have a steel bin but would be quite physically impossible to get one in front of the door to my house and so easily disproved!

Now I gathered together everything and sent it to ICE. Never heard of them? They are the ombudsman to the DWP and claim to be the Independent Case Examinders but there were to glaring problems with them! First off I knew that despite all my evidence they would do nothing! Secondly the incompetent morons actually had their own emails kept on the same email servers as the DWP and can easily be seen in their email addreses! Incompetent!

Oh yes and I know about the Local Government Ombudsman and I have them lying too and dealt with them over something else.

I have left one GP for being incompetent while living in Enfield. I then had a GP QUIT and CLOSE her practice effective immediately when she was asked to lie about me and then I was lied to about her (I knew the letters I had about her were lies and had played it so that they lied to me about her) stated she had 'had enough of the NHS and the DWP and closed the practice effective immediately and as a self protection measure toook the private x-rays of my back that the NHS have contradicted themselves over no less than twice, with her?! These were my property and NOT the property of either the NHS, GP or the DWP and yet I know she took them with her and I was glad she did because this behavious confirmed to me a whole list of things I was suspoecting and striving towards to prove in this country! It also mattered not as I had back ups!

The proof of this and much, much more and measures over 70GB in size is all publlicly available on my blog that I have provided several times and I have proof now several times over that I have declared all this information to you!

Therefore any actions taken against me and any outcome that ends up involing violence WILL end up in court and I will show that the decisions were taken to take action against me with full knowledge of the conditions I suffer from and that I have been telling you this for 7 years now but met with arrogance and rudeness along with delusions of grandeur along with this holier than thou attitude and more or less stating that no one can touch you!

I have worked for a great many years to manipulate, gather, acquire and find a way around all the obstacles that have been set out before me to stop thos in public office from knowingly breaking laws while thinking that they have the perfect cover to hide behind!

If I was complteley crap at this I would not have been contacted by one company and threatened with legal action, or at least strongly insinuated it, which was then retracted?

If I was bad at what I do the person would not have told me details that revealed to me that I was being imperonated and that someone else was claiming to be the author of my blog and that the company that threatened legal action admitted to me later that they had lost count of the number of emails she has had in the last years that my blog is posted about all over the Internet?!

I really am quite thorough in my planning and I do this to absolute pefection and two Police Detectives that travelled all the way down from Liverpool told me I was a genius and I stated 'yeah I get that a lot'. Some weeks later the Secret Services of either MI5 or GCHQ stated the same thing to me on the phone!

Now this is what will be extremely hilarious to readers...

A couple of years back you held a CD in your safe, at least that is where I was told it was at the time. Well that CD that you had in your building and in your possession for a couple of months had the exact same recordings on them to which I have referred to on here!

That was a CD, I think it was, and yet if you wanted all the evidence today, provided you had a right to ask for it which you do not, I would have to give you two dozen DVDs each one fully crammed with digital data. Every bit if it relevant to my endeavours and yet only the most important and shockingly awful ones are available in the Internet! Despite that there are still tens of gigabytes at a guess. I lost count sometime ago at 50GB!

Now unless you want to end up looking very bad, very obtuse towards the public, very evil to what will be hundreds of thousands of people before very long I suggest that you seriously think twice before it gets out of hand. Because if it does get out of hand there really will be no stopping it!

You cannot hide behind ignorance and then later act all incompetent in some desperate struggle to not look evil and very guilty.

The facts are facts and that is it and that is all. Facts are not down to what a piece of paper staes that you want to photocopy and file away somewhere and it does not become something that you can claim to be fiction because you were not provided the piece of paper! Those pieces of paper can easily be seen on my blog and can so easily be provided. All you have to do as you are so intent on doing everything digital only now is say, yeah bring in the Guy's Hospital letter and we will admit it and pay your full rent and give you the x amount of rent you refused to be by very sneaky and underhanded methods for the past 7 years?!

Or mayve look at the letters and check out the PHSO one which as phone numbers on it and emails and you can simply email them and ask if they are handling a complaint for me?!

I can tell you with certainty that news of this issue of you, Council Tax, ignorance, bailiffs coming to my door illegally amd the complete ignorance shown by yourselves by choosing to ignore the methods of contact that you know insist upon the public as using will be doing some rounds on vvarious forums on the INternet and likely drumming up a whole new batch of interested people to my blog.

NOW THE COUNCIL TO THE COURT

Here are emails I have now sent of to Enfield Council as well as Tottenham Magistrates Court...

Regarding the Bailiff of Equita that is and you might nitre from the time that I cannot sleep. Hmm dates and times and it is currently 3.44am and the dreaded Fibromyalgia strikes, being aggravated by a bunch of greedy corrupt wankers!!

Dear Sirs

Sorry it seems the email they, Enfield Council, previously have me with just two days to go until the court date dues not exist which I do not understand how I failed to support this before?!

I contacted you sometime ago now after Enfield Council left it quite conveniently late, I real must give a lesson to his computers, emails and the Internet works to public offices and organisations, before giving me your email address!

I think it took them about six weeks but I will have to check the dates of the emails I sent them and the dates of the ones they sent me?!

At the time I pointed out my issues and my differences with Enfield Council. I also quite clearly stated that they actually outer me over £1,000 in non rent payments at a wild guess!

I also emailed them and requested notification of any developments and specifically for a cot of the Litigation Order they claimed to have?

So I asked you for one and never even got a reply.

I asked Enfield Council for one and never received one?!

Today I found a letter shoved in my for while I was OUT and this is from a bailiff with Equita and this is the first time I have heard anymore on this since I emailed you with my blogs address where everything I state is proved, along with an absolute mountain of other things measuring over 70GB. Now I told you I working towards something and for interest to the British Public's right to know was working on exposing corruption in public office and organisations no matter where it is?!

So imagine my surprise when this demanding letter stated once again that there is a Litigation Order but no copy of it is included and I heard nothing from yourselves about it?!

Also the paperwork contains two lies, one that states that I have been visited three times?! Hahaha, I think not and that will never wash! Secondly he put the date for the following day?! Bit then if he already scribbled that he had visited my premises the times in what may be a very narrow time window he added a day to the letter?!

Yes I am already well versed in ask the lies and the trickery and this is common knowledge on my blog and had been for over 18 months.., I can always rely on people not to thoroughly read my blogs and therefore realise just how big a threat I actually am!

Now I am going to remind you once again of the blog address and do hour that you will answer this time!

Also please realise that each time I contract someone or receive anything I do this exactly as it happens, so tell that corrupt bailiff good luck with the three visits claim! My readers know only to well that whatever I receive I simply cannot wait to post it up on my blog and vent my ire at it!

Also please by advised that I suffer from Fibromyalgia and that Enfield Council are well aware of this and that I have not only proved this on my blog over eighteen months now but I now have an appointment booked with Guy's Hospital because their Rheumatology department had this countries BEST PEOPLE on Fibromyalgia!

Also please be advised that you should check Fibromyalgia and that I have 120 symptoms and includes effecting many parts of your body for pain as well as affects your mind and moods with anxiety and depression and that many of these symptoms have been in my medical records for way over 13 years!!

Also please be advised also that I had an official complaint against the NHS which had gone through all the motions with NHS England, the GMC, GP Surgery and now in the hands of two others, one mystery department no one claims responsibility for and the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman.

The Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman asked me a very unexpected and curious question where I simply put 'twenty years of lies and pain, being left homeless five times and attached and defrauded by bailiffs and JBW Group out of £4,000 cash for a parking ticket, you tell me?!'

Also please be advised that complete proof to the fact that bailiffs and debt companies perform far greater breaches on the law by a factor of one hundred than the poor victims they prey upon!!

As a last advisory on this issue I will now paste some emails I have sent to Equita and that bailiff and I will send a copy of this entire email to Enfield Council who seem to think they are a law unto themselves and are above it and have it at there disposal to abuse it as they see fit to show them that they are not!

Also please be advised finally and this really should have been realised by all involved that all correspondence gets published in the blog!

I have been hailed a hero by some, thanked by many more and liked by hundreds and possibly thousands.

Now if it turns out that this is all news to you regarding a Litigation Order then I hope that action is taken regarding any abuse of ones position and the law and an example is made publicly of an abuse of this kind and severity?!

Well I had a piece of paper shoved in my door I nearly did not notice!!

Now I got a bit of a surprise as though I knew this would come, as I rated on here, it was not from who I thought it would come from and also the DEBT COLLECTORS that dropped it in via a BAILIFF were someone I did not think would bother after last time I corresponded with Equita?!

Now I will post the letter up tomorrow but let me tell you it had scribbling all over it but there is no coy of the Litigation Order, despite that fact I equated the city sends me a copy and have asked Enfield Council a couple of times for it and between three institutions I have not been able to get a coy of it?! So I can only assume that they are either lying or want me to cause trouble when they send a pawn around?!

There is also no mention of the time the bailiff fit here either! Also take note of the fact that he scribbled on the paperwork that he has been here three times?! Which of course he had not! Otherwise I would be blabbing about it on here for one!

Also why is there a need to lie if there is a Litigation Order?!

Anyway I have contacted Equita.... AGAIN, to show then the perils that await them if they indeed enforce this with the usual lies and hostile intent. Plus the fact I don't bloody own anything worth a damn! Lol!

I am now going to explain to you several things that Enfield Council and your employers are already well aware as I have told them previously.

1 You have NOT been to my property three times!!!

2 I have requested many times for proof of the litigation order and have never been sent one by either the Magistrates Court, who are ALSO aware of the details within this letter, or Enfield Council!

3 Attending my home with hostile intent would not be wise and I strongly urged you to ask this of Jason Reeves, JBW Group and your own bosses asking with Sheila Harding and anyone on Consumer Action Group or any other forum to do with corruption and physical abuse and fraud of bailiffs and you will be told by many that not only do I know the industry insiders out but I also have proof!

4 Despite the fact that I am disabled and can prove it I am able to meet any hostility at my property with a far greater amount than that enforced upon me.

5 I will get to how I can prove all that without you even having to ask anyone at the end asking with your employers already knowing all this!

Now I have been working on corruption in Britain for sometime now and armed with devices to do it too. In fact you will be given access to all the proof I have at the end of this email! I am afraid I have nothing of value and that my for grand custom built top my design mountain bike, 42 lcd Samsung TV I have still yet to replace asking with my Omega Watch and Panasonic Blu-Ray player was defrauded out of me by JBW Group who told me they sold all of it for £735?!

Now I knew that no one is that incompetent and I ended up finding a witness who saw the bike seek in auction for £2,800!!! I still have the emails and the beauty of it was the idiots did not think. The bike was spotted by a friend of the shop that built the bike! So I along with five other witnesses some to the witness who confirmed that Plaistow Auctioneers and Valuers sold it for that amount. The other for items were worth 2,000 on their own and all this was recorded, filed and fought because they attended my property for a parking ticket?! The fine was £550 so they defrauded me out of £4000 and I know that you all do it!!

I AFM also aware of the date tricks, providing false phone numbers so victims go over the time limits and also the lies like the one you scribbled on your letter through my door! I know about shooting through the letterbox if there are young children at the property and I am also well aware that you check the owned vehicles parked outside the homes to see if it is expensive so worth causing actual bodily harm our grievous bodily harm to get into the property to defraud the victims. Mine was somewhere between the two and JBW Group were STUPID ENOUGH to state that there was violence at my property but that I instigated it by luring them into the property and then attacking than?! I mean... really?!?!

What is true is that after I was face planted on my stairs the next thing I knew is that I had the neck of Jason Reeves in my left hand and was holding him up against a wall and about to put my conditionally trained fist through his face and into my own wall! His intimidating looking mate who was not a bailiff, thigh they later stated he was, saw what I did to Mr Reeves and decided to remain outside!

The only reason they did not get pummeled into a mound of pulp was that I did not want to end up in prison, bit then they went and lured and defrauded me!!

Ever since then I have rued the day I let Jason Reeves go without placing him in intensive care!! I shall not make that mistake again!

This is barely a fraction of what happened and my blog has in the region of two thousand posts! Some read like War and Peace on their own. All contain all manner of media I mentioned and I forgot photographs!!

My blog is my only way of making a living for myself as later in the year I make money from Google on advertising and they already have me financial details for when that time comes.

Enfield Council have never paid my rent starting that in 7 years I have never given them a diagnosis. They owe ME about a £1,000 in rent and they know about my condition, so do the courts and so due everyone else.

Now if you or anyone else comes here with hostile intent to take away the little bit of crap I have left which is not worth anything anyway you will take away the only means I have of making money!

My visitors will see this add a way to actually shut me up because not only do I know the truth about everyone I can prove it too!

As do I!

I can tell you that it will not end well and despite the attempt to shut me up the only thing that will be achieved is that you will send my blog viral and it wool be your name personally that people will associate with all this taking place.

Oh yes and my blog details are used in the House of Commons by at least two members of parliament and I still have the emails whereby I am asked permission to use it and can they seems elements of it to the various news media! Now I was asked this back in January 2013 so well over a year ago.

Also I will point out to you what soooo many others fail to think about... as stated I have had over 100,000 visitors and get over 2,000 each week and that two thousands also rises. Now ask yourself this...

... what kinds of people, professionals, workers have been on my blog and following it?!

I know all those I have battled with go on their looking for ways and means to stop me but how about the media? Journalists? Solicitors? Campaign Groups of various areas?! You already know MPs do and I know for sure that there are a whole list of authors and that I win an award for 500 likes on just one blog, yes there are others, and that throughout 2014 this will rocket!!

Hmm I wonder how they will take your letter?!
