Right now then ...

I have been contacted by Atos and ny post and added to this I have been contacted by the London Borough of Enfield, or Enfield Council, by email.

The Atos one is a bit of a surprise as not only did I hear a news announcement that they had 'GONE' but I had my local MP say the exact same thing, while trying to lay the blame squarely with them and not the givernment, lol!

So I have sent back a rather sarcastic and somewhat revealing email to them! It is pasted below.

Now Enfield Council would be about the Council Tax and Liability Order which just as I knew would happen I have worried someone over this! I bet I can guess just WHO this is too! A bit too easy really but I shall not state the answer to that right now, lol.

I have sent them a similar letter to that I sent to Atos and despite it being on a different subject I have sent them a copy of the Atos email too!

This is to hammer home a whole list of things from what I have done to what I have with some predictions with what I will now do this year. Added to this I have shown them that what they chose to ignore is no excuse by handingt them the Atos letter whereby I explain how I know what has gone on with the NHS and that I have gathereed far, FAR more than enough evidence of this set up and that I have published this.

What you will no doubt find amusing below is my level of sarcasm against them which id uly desreved by their arrogant and over confident nature not to mention the crap they have put me through since I moved in here.

It will get worse, of course as you must know by now I always have the next few things planned out and up my sleeve? So to speak.

That petter is posted below to .. now there was a third correspondence, not and NOT the PHSO, that I was supposed to do?! Damn it!! I was with a friend and I was speaking of all this and I mentioned and listed the three! Oh I will come back to it when I remember it.

There is also another correspondence I wrote out but this one will not be posted up here as it is not to do with me. This was for helping someone else who he and his family doubted all that I stated. Except they have had the exact same thing happened to them in the most horrid but incompetent of ways.

The unfortunate victims, I mean RECIPIENTS, of that correspondence will be the Metropolitan Police and NHS England and will end up in the hands of the PHSO and the IPCC. That is the Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman and the Independent Police Complaints Commission respectively. Hehe!!

EMAIL TO ENFIELD COUNCIL ...

Let me get this straight? Your going to handle this as a COMPLAINT? IN HOUSE?!

Are you really SERIOUS?!

I am afraid I have bene working on finding out how the system is corrupt for quite sometime and in my eandeavours I have managed to gather a great many recordings of professionals admitting this! These are Doctors and I have them admitting what is going on, lying about drugs, lying about departments not existing and even admitting the falsification of test results.

By doing this both you and the DWP save money and that you can then screw a great many people and in so doing commit some pretty major atrocities to the British Public desrving of prison sentences.

Make absolutely no mistake that I have not only achieved this long ago and continued to do so for a number of years and still am but that the british Public are in no doubt as to the truth and that all of you public organisations have put a caring face towards the public in the media while doing the most drastic of things.

Also make absolutely no mistake that you are not alone either in the area of Local Government, as their were no less than FOUR of you with some data on a couple of others to boot, but also of the NHS, Police (two forces), DWP, Atos, HMRC, PCTs and a number of others along with some private companies of household names and all their associtaed governing bodies and onbudsman. All of you receive the public's money for services NOT PERFORMED!

Unless you simply cannot get around it or do it to put on a show!

I have also proven how your attitudes are terrible to and hat the use of language and words not understood by those that use them have been over-used to cover up the fact that you do this.

Also that you LIED to me about stopping my payments of HB to switch over to LHA would mean my full rent being paid and worse still as that you illegaly obtained information regarding the illegal concellation of my DLA as an illegal excuse to dock my rent payments.

DLA is not nor was it ever means tested and you had no right to be infomed of this which matters not other than the fact it was immoral to do this as the maximum amount payable is what my monthly rent is and that is £800!

Also the cancellation of Council Tax benefit was immoral, wrong annd no one was given the option to voice their concerns over this!

Oh yes and there is one final thing too and this one I will be very proud of when I have achieved it, which I more or less have done so already!

I really do think it criminal, and it matters not what courts and judges you think you have in your pockets or drinking buddies, to charge the public the amount that you do when you actually do feck all for the British Public! Added to this I have shown over and over again that you are extremely wasteful and oh so very badly run that it beggers belief, it really does!

Unfortunately there was plans to counteract what I was doing but this … well it was expected and did not work! As I stated to Atos, I pasted their letter below, first there was the attempt by the NHS to label me as mad and just as I stated to the Doctor, oh now that IS convenient now that they have wrongly taken away DLA from mental health sufferers which no one seems to realise but me puts the lives of innocent members of the British Public up and down the country in mortal danger?!

Then there was the accusation of violence too! Not only did this fail miserably I rather luckily held back long enoough for them to do this to a youg woman I know who had her children thrown off to!! Her father did not believe me when I spent the last three years telling him and now he has asked my help and I act as an advisor on what he must do to beat the system!

The NHS are only too aware that the label of violence does not wash either and maybe because I simply said, well AFTER I was supposed to be violent I attended the surgery and was seen, despite the fact the ltter was IN THE POST, and yet the GP made no mention of the fact I was to be deregistered and nor was he aware that I was not only recording him on that day, which was published THAT NIGHT, but had been recording him for the entire time I was on thyeir register and yet if I was so angry why did I just not confront him and then tell him I had him on tape?!

The point of getting angry is to achieve something. The only thing I ever wanted was the lies, refusals and misinformation about just ebout everything to do with medicine RECORDED ON TAPE! Now exactly WHY would I get angry and violent if I was getting exactly what I wanted?!

So yeah, I am really sure your going to thouroughly investigate the complaints. Maybe I should tell you that I have one Police Force Seargant on two recordings whereby she first explains what she knows and what she will do and then another recording from tweo months later where she states WORD FOR WORD exactly what she said in the first conversation?! Meaning it was all a pack of lies and just the same crap they dish out to evertyone with no intention of investigating the complaints! I have the Idependent Case Examiners of the DWP doing the same things and the idiots did not think to have their email addresses on a different server to that of the DWP?! Absolutely incompetent!

You mean THAT kind of investigation you are now going to undertake?!

EMAIL TO ATOS ... 

Dear Sirs

[MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER]

First off I was under the impression that you had wriggled out of the contract with the DWP, so why are you sending me letters?

Also please explain as to WHY you are writing a letter to my GP?

I have made it abundantly clear to all organisations that I am well aware and have evidence that everything is set up to cheat the British Public along with exactly WHO is to blame and HOW they are doing it!

The NHS have been told to get all General Practitioners to refuse to treat, diagnose and refer patients so that without a diagnosis both the DWP and Local Councils save money. I have sevral health professionals on tape admitting to this, admitting they have lied and also falsifying test results.

There simply is no getting around these facts!

Also why would you write a letter to a GENERAL Practioner anyway?! I have the ones you have written to lying on tape about departments not existing along with drugs not existing!

I have Fibromyalgia and I do not need a health professiomal to prove this. I repeat, as your all a bit stupid and unable to read English properly, I DO NOT need a health professsional to prove this! Not unless your going to state that I have spent twenty years telling Doctors about pains and symptoms thatr ultimately mean I have Fibromyalgia but been lied to by three dozen health professionals at the request of consecutive governments.

I mean you are NOT actually going to suggets this are you? You are aware of the resulting effects this will have on all concerned?!

Also I have been tested via a blood sample and have been referred to Guy's Hospital over my condition now as the NHS know only too well what I have amassed and what I have been doing.

If you did not work it out by now I have been quite deliberately going through the motions with everyone to allow them to lie, allow them to cheat, allow them to refuse help and treatment along with the money neccassary to live a half decent life so that I can at a later stage prove it!

Now I dare say that the NHS have now realised that they cannot label me as either violent or mad, both attempts were made and failed miserably so as I state dthey would, I simply failed to explain exactly WHY they would fail as I wanted everyone to look absolutely BLOODY GUILTY AS CHARGED!

If you also fail to understand the magnitude of this I shall endeavour to explain...

A great effort has been made along with the claims that we are all in it together and that they have been saving money and even helping people to work along with all financial issues are down to benefit claimants by explaining the following...

1. Doctors and Health professionals receive a vast sum each year to NOT do their jobs properly, along with all the funding involved.
2. Hospitals receive a gigantic sum of the public's money each year too to do just as little as they can too.
3. That all goverening bodies and associated ombudsman also all receive vast sums of the public money on top of all that to do the exact same thing … FECK ALL!
4. Meaning that the public now realise that climants amount to a dozen minnows in a sea of ten thousand Great White Sharks, Carcassian carcarius.
5. No one was ever going to beat me because they all suffer with delusions of grandeur based on the fact they are educated in the field of medicine when I am eductaed in computer science, herpetology, batrachology, ichthyology, astronomy, orchidaceae, carnivorous plants, Japanese Maples of the genus Acer, Wing Chun and many other things besides!
6. Meaning that everyone was holding candles that I simply kept blowing out!

Now if you do not mind telling me why your stupidly walking into the fiery pits of hell I have set up for you and honestly assumed that the DWP and NHS would have warned you as they are well aware of my BLOG and that it has published free to download for anyone 70GB of recordings and that the way over 100,000 visitors and 15,000 new visitors I get each month and growing have no doubt as to my honesty, professionalism and word?

My word, that was a sentence and a half!

Oh yes and I have even published a recording of me talking with a Conservative MP who actually says on the tape that you had gone and it was you who was responsible for screwing all the disabled people out of money!!

It is hilarious because I knew that no matter how many times I referred to my endeavours and my blog that all of you would be far too stupid and far too over-confident to even fully cheack it all out?!

If you now decide to do that, as I know the NHS are rifling through it looking for a way to discredit me and my word, which simply is not there, good luck with it. I have not checked of late but there are over 3,000 posts!

Possibly four or five thousand because to prove that you were guilty I had to do all public services at the same time along with all associated ombudsman and even have a number of private companies that have been houeshold names for many years thrown into the mix too. All of which lost including a mail order catalogue company that thought they and the debt company, Capquest, thought they could get liability orders illegally obtained aginst me. They failed! As did Enfield Council recently fail over Council Tax!

The very best part of it all is that I have now taught over 100,000 people and climbing on how to do the exact same tricks I have performed so that I have managed to guarantee over the next year that bonfires will me lit, metaphorically speaking of course, and evil organisations will be tossed onto it never to hold public office ever again!

I dare say a fair number of Doctors too as I changed Doctors three times and out of FOUR GP Surgeries I had all four of them lie to me, just to make sure that the public are under NO ILLUSIONS!

Now it is just a matter of who will take the blame, or rather who those responsible will get to take the wrap for the crimes against humanity and the British Public that they have committed!

As I told one Police force I beat and one Local Council, you may be relieved when your not getting any more occrespondence from me but the fact is that this is the EXACT TIME to be worried, because it aqlways turns out I am working on something far, far bigger that will come back and hit you square in the face!

When I planned all this for what seems like eons ago I planned to do one thing and one thing only ...WIN!!

No once again I ask you how is it that you still handling this when it was announced in the News that you had GONE and a Conservative MP told me to my face that you had gone too! Oh yes and he was not happy when I told him that I had been helping Michael Meacher to attack Iain Duncan Smith in the House of Commons, I deliberately did not mention the letters 'MP' and on hearing that name of Michael Meacher he screwed up his face. Of course he realise that I knew the truth behind it all and possibly even that I was the one he had been hearing about.

Yes I can be that big a headache as two terrorist cells found out in Manchester and Birmingham who thought I was clueless to their existence. Something that both GCHQ and MI5 have sonce claimed was entirely down to them and their spying on the entire public antics!

THE BANGING OF THE BAILIFFS HEADS

Well I had a piece of paper shoved in my door I nearly did not notice!!

Now I got a bit of a surprise as though I knew this would come, as I rated on here, it was not from who I thought it would come from and also the DEBT COLLECTORS that dropped it in via a BAILIFF were someone I did not think would bother after last time I corresponded with Equita?!

Now I will post the letter up tomorrow but let me tell you it had scribbling all over it but there is no coy of the Litigation Order, despite that fact I equated the city sends me a copy and have asked Enfield Council a couple of times for it and between three institutions I have not been able to get a coy of it?! So I can only assume that they are either lying or want me to cause trouble when they send a pawn around?!

There is also no mention of the time the bailiff fit here either! Also take note of the fact that he scribbled on the paperwork that he has been here three times?! Which of course he had not! Otherwise I would be blabbing about it on here for one!

Also why is there a need to lie if there is a Litigation Order?!

Anyway I have contacted Equita.... AGAIN, to show then the perils that await them if they indeed enforce this with the usual lies and hostile intent. Plus the fact I don't bloody own anything worth a damn! Lol!

So as usual there now follows a copy and paste of the email I sent!

But then I realised! Of course he had put down that he has been here three times, to acquire the real litigation order possibly, and that if the period involved is to small three visits might look a bit suspicious?!

Please do not leave your crap in my door whereby you have written lies on the part in your own handwriting in an attempt to be intimidating.

I am now going to explain to you several things that Enfield Council and your employers are already well aware as I have told them previously.

Now I strongly urge to pay very close attention and do try to keep up?

1 You have NOT been to my property three times!!!

2 I have requested many times for proof of the litigation order and have never been sent one by either the Magistrates Court, who are ALSO aware of the details within this letter, or Enfield Council!

3 Attending my home with hostile intent would not be wise and I strongly urged you to ask this of Jason Reeves, JBW Group and your own bosses asking with Sheila Harding and anyone on Consumer Action Group or any other forum to do with corruption and physical abuse and fraud of bailiffs and you will be told by many that not only do I know the industry insiders out but I also have proof!

4 Despite the fact that I am disabled and can prove it I am able to meet any hostility at my property with a far greater amount than that enforced upon me.

5 I will get to how I can prove all that without you even having to ask anyone at the end asking with your employers already knowing all this!

Now I have been working on corruption in Britain for sometime now and armed with devices to do it too. In fact you will be given access to all the proof I have at the end of this email! I seen you there is over 70GB of it and involves no less than FOUR LOCAL COUNCILS, POLICE, NHS (JUST BEEN ASKED HOW MUCH MONEY I WANT?!), DWP, ATOS, MI5, GCHQ (WHO WANTED ME TO WORK FOR THEM OVER TEN YEARS AGO), HMRC, TWO DOZEN OMBUDSMAN,  VERY CATALOGUE (I WON THAT ONE), Littlewoods Catalogue and Argos. I am probably missing several! Oh yeah Bailiffs and Debt Collectors to asking with Courts and Judges and yes you read that quite correctly!

Now here is the bit you need to pay close attention to!

All my evidence in the form of video, audio recordings, emails, letters, screen shots and this includes everything I send as well as receive!

All this is freely available to all that visit on a blog and I have in eighteen months only gibe from a couple of visitors a week to several thousand a week and rising! Having amassed 100,000 visitors in that time! Now I will now ask you to guess just how many I would have in just eighteen months time?! Yeah well I will get to the point of live streaming and going viral suddenly in a moment.

Now I gather my evidence extremely carefully and have been doing so for several years without anyone knowing. Until now.

As a disabled person who suffers from Fibromyalgia that was deliberately kept from me from the NHS, hence why the  Parliamentary Health Services Ombudsman have asked me how much money do I want for being lied to for twenty years, and that I can assure you is quite a bad illness. But everyone now knows that I have my blog and have amassed all the information and evidence that I have!

Due to theirs simple fact I fully expected an attempt to send someone round here to get ahold of the equipment illegally to stop me from posting on my blog?!?! Whether the numpty they send around knows it or not I fully expected this to happen, wool get to that in a moment!

Now as to my blog going viral? What do you think will happen over the next few days and weeks once I post up not only this letter but tomorrow when I scan your letter and put it on my blog?!

So then? On to my possessions? I am afraid I have nothing of value and that my for grand custom built top my design mountain bike, 42 lcd Samsung TV I have still yet to replace asking with my Omega Watch and Panasonic Blu-Ray player was defrauded out of me by JBW Group who told me they sold all of it for £735?!

Now I knew that no one is that incompetent and I ended up finding a witness who saw the bike seek in auction for £2,800!!! I still have the emails and the beauty of it was the idiots did not think. The bike was spotted by a friend of the shop that built the bike! So I along with five other witnesses some to the witness who confirmed that Plaistow Auctioneers and Valuers sold it for that amount. The other for items were worth 2,000 on their own and all this was recorded, filed and fought because they attended my property for a parking ticket?! The fine was £550 so they defrauded me out of £4000 and I know that you all do it!!

I AFM also aware of the date tricks, providing false phone numbers so victims go over the time limits and also the lies like the one you scribbled on your letter through my door! I know about shooting through the letterbox if there are young children at the property and I am also well aware that you check the owned vehicles parked outside the homes to see if it is expensive so worth causing actual bodily harm our grievous bodily harm to get into the property to defraud the victims. Mine was somewhere between the two and JBW Group were STUPID ENOUGH to state that there was violence at my property but that I instigated it by luring them into the property and then attacking than?! I mean... really?!?!

What is true is that after I was face planted on my stairs the next thing I knew is that I had the neck of Jason Reeves in my left hand and was holding him up against a wall and about to put my conditionally trained fist through his face and into my own wall! His intimidating looking mate who was not a bailiff, thigh they later stated he was, saw what I did to Mr Reeves and decided to remain outside!

The only reason they did not get pummeled into a mound of pulp was that I did not want to end up in prison, bit then they went and lured and defrauded me!!

Ever since then I have rued the day I let Jason Reeves go without placing him in intensive care!! I shall not make that mistake again!

This is barely a fraction of what happened and my blog has in the region of two thousand posts! Some read like War and Peace on their own. All contain all manner of media I mentioned and I forgot photographs!!

My blog is my only way of making a living for myself as later in the year I make money from Google on advertising and they already have me financial details for when that time comes.

Enfield Council have never paid my rent starting that in 7 years I have never given them a diagnosis. They owe ME about a £1,000 in rent and they know about my condition, so do the courts and so due everyone else.

Now if you or anyone else comes here with hostile intent to take away the little bit of crap I have left which is not worth anything anyway you will take away the only means I have of making money!

My visitors will see this add a way to actually shut me up because not only do I know the truth about everyone I can prove it too!

As do I!

I can tell you that it will not end well and despite the attempt to shut me up the only thing that will be achieved is that you will send my blog viral and it wool be your name personally that people will associate with all this taking place.

Oh yes and my blog details are used in the House of Commons by at least two members of  parliament and I still have the emails whereby I am asked permission to use it and can they seems elements of it to the various news media! Now I was asked this back in January 2013 so well over a year ago.

Also I will point out to you what soooo many others fail to think about... as stated I have had over 100,000 visitors and get over 2,000 each week and that two thousands also rises. Now ask yourself this...

... what kinds of people, professionals, workers have been on my blog and following it?!

I know all those I have battled with go on their looking for ways and means to stop me but how about the media? Journalists? Solicitors? Campaign Groups of various areas?! You already know MPs do and I know for sure that there are a whole list of authors and that I win an award for 500 likes on just one blog, yes there are others, and that throughout 2014 this will rocket!!

Hmm I wonder how they will take your letter?!

ORDER IN THE COURT PART TWO

If you read my previous letter to Northampton County Court you may have noted, or recall, that I stated that I had been expecting a series of court orders in quick succession? Indeed I had planned things in such a way that this would indeed occur if many of my theories had proved to be correct.

I had thought that it would be listed somewhere that I do indeed have Fibromyalgia and that therefore I have short term memory problems and difficulty concentrating and focusing on things.

I also strongly believed that to BEAT ME they would have to make me look like the villain or someone looking to breach the peace. It would therefore be reasonable to assume that a concerted effort to have a great many court appearences come about in quick succession would be a rathewr good way of achieving this. Even before learning about Fibromyalgia it seemed like the most logical option that they would take once they knew I was getting close to blowing their corrupt worlds apart?

This looked very likely when both Eon and the TV Licence people notified in quick succession that they were taking me to court. Also as you all know I was prepared for this and had laid traps for them to fall into should they do so. I also WANTED the involvements of the courts, in fact everything I did RELIED on involvements of the courts and indeed in quick succession too!!

Added to the above two is the fact that Thames Water should be doing that about now and theirs was the next one, or indeed thought it would be one of the first two, to arrive?! It does now seem that this will have to wait....someone beat them into second position!!

Enter Enfield Council and Council Tax...

I am about to contact them and state to both the Court and Enfield Council that I will indeed look forward, very much so, to appearing in court! I will also be informing them of a few details too that I have to sit down and work on in a document with bullet points.

This is indeed one of the key court cases I was looking forward to as it will involve evil and greedy Local Councils, Bailiffs, the NHS and added to this Courts and Judges and whether or not they are in on the corruption and this is my means to now find out once and for all.

Once I have created this and sent it I will also post it here as usual and I cannot use that same one that I sent to Northampton County Court as each court will be unique and the points that I bring up will be unique to this case.

HOWEVER...what will build up over the coming months with each and every court is that those points put to one and not another are indeed key factors. That COMBINED, as they are all coming together just as I ad predicted they would, shows how unfare the system is and that UK law being a shambles, a joke and manipulated for those with power is not just hearsay...IT IS THE DAMNED TRUTH and nothing more nor nothing less.

Laws were created to protect people, the innocent primarily, against those which would perform immoral acts towards others, known as victims.

I want and have always intended to show that the courts have become blind and stupidly naive to this, at best, or if needs be and if turns out to be the case actually part of the corruption that has made a mockery of United Kingdom laws. In fact they should just call it Kingdom as it becomes less united with each week that goes by.

But just as with the previous email I sent to the previous Court regarding their Order I will explain the exact same things and use THIS BLOG and its documents along with its recordings as my EVIDENCE for my defence and perhaps even my own offensive towards those who think they are undefeatable?!

You see they are taking me to court for a few hundred quid while I have been refused a Freedom Pass since I moved here 6.5 years ago. At £1,500 per year at a guess, that could have allowed me to get to places to help me build a career and do so with less pain, this would amount to around £9,000.

ALso they refused to pay my full rent and paid £300 short for the first 6 months. Then when they wrongly taook away my Disability Living Allowance and then forced me to pay £750 back they paid even LESS of the rent so now another £600, totalling £900. They then informed me that if I cancelled my Housing Benefit and re-claimed anew under the Local Housing Allowance scheme they would pay all the rent but there was a catch?! I had to forfeit a weeks rent of around £180?!?! Now totalling £1,080!

It gets better still as they also then paid EVEN LESS than they had before hand at wachich point a row now broke out with my giving them all kinds af angry letters and verbal, ending up in a member of their staff being SACKED, and they paid the rent £20 per month short?! Despite the total they pay for rent being around £24 higher than the amount they pay me?!

My landlord and landlady are a builder and teacher respectively. They are very nice too and as they have heard about what I have discovered and these complete balls ups by people who think themslves smarter than everyone else they have been dismayed and often dropped their jaws to the floor in utter shock.

They think the councils are utterly disgusting , immoral and corrupt as hell. They are not the only ones. They have paid this latest amount for around two years meaning that they are likely over £300 short on those payments too. So now we are close to £1,500 in no rent payments with no reason given whatsoever. Add that on to the Freedom Pass I have had refused, which indeed I already possessed from the last council when I moved here, and you are looking at a loss of about £10,500.

Have I EVER taken steps to take them to court? No.

Have I ever had any help form them whatsoever? No.

Am I going to give in? Hell NO!

COUNCIL CAPERS & CONUNDRUMS

Well I thought I would post up here the two receipts I received from two of my THREE visits to Enfield Council.

First visit I left evidence then heard nothing.

Second visit I was given a form that SHOULD have been included in the cancellation letter.

Third visit I went in with MORE as well as DIFFERING documentary evidence than that I handed in PREVIOUSLY!

Amongst all that I have also emailed them twice!

I now have ANOTHER appointment I have just booked for the aching and stinging pain in my inguinal hernia repair which is for the end of THIS MONTH, LMAO.

Other than the cancellation letter I got since then I have heard nothing at all from the council and no responses to the three visits and two emails.

It is now Monday 13th May 2013 and I just checked my digital banking and NO RENT which means it is now two weeks late as it is normally paid around the 27th to the 30th of the month.

As the first lot of evidence was handed in mid April plenty of time for them to correct their mistake and I do not even get a reply!

Also this cancellation was based on the DWP decision to cancel my Incapacity Benefit and they only needed the first lot of evidence to re-instate it and phone me twice and apologise!

Oh yes and I am STILL waiting for the Gabapentin from the GP and when I went in to my surgery to book an appointment they told me he was OFF FOR TWO WEEKS and as this has happened 4 times and I have been registered for not even a year I EXCLAIMED "WHAT AGAIN?! That is FOUR TIMES in less than a YEAR?!" to which they both looked embarrassed and did not kow where to avert their gazes.

I was surprised at my LAST GP, who closed her practice based upon what I know and included on this blog, and she only had around two holidays a year, not including the usual holidays

Now after getting a phone-call a week earlier than stated someone comes along and put this letter in my door by hand?!

Was not the postman, fecking idiots, as they had already been hours earlier and we only get one delivery around here.

In fact I am pretty sure that when I had a letter to say my Incapacity Benefit had stopped that it stated that my Housing Benefit would NOT be affected, but the letter is on here so you can go and read it for yourselves.

Well here is one I did not expect today.

What you could not hear on the last audio I posted up is the woman I was speaking to told me they needed to 'assess me' and OVER THE PHONE and that it would be at least a week before they would get around to me due to all they have to do.

Oh yeah loads I bet, little do they know I have fought, battled and tore to shreds one Social Services department beforehand...

...or maybe THEY DO!

I have not long to off the phone to them?!

Now that conversation I posted last night was AFTER my Doctor's appointment which was around 4pm so very late in the day!!

After being told it would be at least a week I get a call prior to 11am the following morning?! Curious?

Hmm I could imagine them all in the office when the room started to flash red on and off and a WHOOOP-WHOOOOOP alarm was sounding and they all looked at each other and said 'ooh feck, it's him ...he is a tricky one and one by one he his bringing down the building blocks of corruption and this money for nothing culture...or he is after our jobs in other words?!".

Then I could imagine someone really cocky going...ooh I will call him no one gets the better of me and the rest are all whispering to each other "yeahhh let VINEGAR TITS call him...she will eat him for breakfast!!"

YEAAAH I THINK NOT!!!

Of note in the audio is that I accuse them of wriggling out of doing anything, she says no and I say ooh I thnk you are and have plenty of evidence of the council doing that RIGHT HERE!

When she harps on about a diagnosis, which I stupidly fail to pick up on, I then remark about the fact i can produce the names of over FIVE SPECIALISTS and that she then says I need to be assessed?! I then demand to know what she means by that and say "Assessed?! By WHO?! Your own Doctors like Atos have?! Why would I need to be assessed by even MORE Doctors?!

LMFAO!!!!

What do you think they might be thinking now and whoever cannot work out that people do not like being spoken to like idiots or small children well then the people that train you should be shot!!

I was NEVER EVER told to speak to people like that and even if they are ... not on as high a level as you on a specific subject to come down to THEIR level and was a pre-requisite of the PRESENTATIONS you have to go through while achieving a BSc Single Honours Applied Computing Degree from Middlesex University's Bounds Green Campus now sadly gone.

Now she was not quite so clear about the insinuation that if your hands work fine your fucked like the woman the day before but you could see she was on about dressing yourself?!

Also...and I think anyone that has read even just a quarter of this blog, you will see that I do have difficulties and yet again they want it in bite sized pieces in a small tin box?!

Also NOTE PLEASE how the Local Councils, ENFIELD COUNCIL on this occasion, contradict the Department of Work and Pensions by STATING IT IS DOWN TO A DIAGNOSIS?!?!

Also note how i tell her that if I am a soldier coming back without legs I am told I am fecked then?! LMAO.

Note how she ends up telling me that there IS indeed a department of the Council that HELPS?!?!

Also note that she tells me to go to the EDA in Edmonton Green that I have posted emails from regarding Aolani Parker on here?! They were as much help as all the other organisations and all they seem to do is give BAD advice and write letters for you (errrr) or to the government lobbying them about something to justify their jobs or ease the consciences.

I dunno....PICK ONE!! LMAO!
